Today, Fiona Hill is going to be talking and she's just going to make it very, very clear that, you know, all these fictional narratives about any kind of influence on our election with Ukraine is just that fictional. Well, how? We have the tape of them admitting doing it. We have the documents of showing who is paid for what. We, we. A couple of convictions. We have a couple of convictions. on it. that Russia is the only player in this. Everything else is a binary choice. It's either Russia or Ukraine. It can't be that Russia was doing it and Ukraine was doing it.

Couldn't be that. No, no, no. So we will ask America to narrow its focus again today. Don't look at big pictures. You're too stupid. You look a little picture. It was only Russia doing that. So their country, they believed, was at stake because he was just not going to do anything. We're only getting blankets from the Obama administration.

We need bombs and weapons. He'll never do that. That's exactly what he did. He went in and gave them the weapons that Obama wouldn't give them. That's just how pro-Russia he is. So they were all motivated to make sure that Hillary Clinton was the next president. Here he is admitting it, the head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, that he's the guy who did it. And we're now going to be told by who?

Okay, whatever. anybody who is actually cares what the truth anybody who says yes dr franklin dr franklin uh i know we have a republic and i know what it takes to keep it i actually have to be well informed and look at all of the evidence to keep a republic uh those people they actually watch tonight you need to watch tonight what are we exposing oh we have initially we're just going to talk about george kent because his name kept popping up he uh he he test testified last week. The media coverage was absolutely ridiculous. That's kind of what first put him on my

radar. They were talking about the guy's bow tie in the New York Times. They wrote an entire column about the guy's bow tie. They wrote an entire column about the guy's water bottle in the post. I was like, what are they doing with this guy? They're setting him up to be a star. Why? Well, they were making him out to be this ultimate debunker of all these, you know, lunacy, all this lunacy, all these conspiracy theories. And the more we dug into him, the more this became less just, again, focusing on one single thing in George Kent, but everything surrounding the man. And then everything that was updated from our special last week. It was moving rapidly. Glenn, while you were on the stage, something was happening towards Soros' grand strategy while

you were on stage. And while I believe I either asked before we went on the special, or I asked off the top of my head during the special. What is it that Soros is going to buy? What is it that he's doing with this money? He says, oh, the spooky dude's going to write big checks, and I'll write checks in Ukraine. I prefer write checks to Czech Republic because I think it's funny, but I'm going to disrupt here.

And he said, he's going to write checks, and he's going to buy into their free market. Are you going to expose this to? tonight or can I talk about this now? No, we're going to expose this tonight. Okay. So this is this is crazy. It's crazy and all the documentation is there and people in Ukraine are standing up going help us. Yeah, you've got to watch every single show that we do in the afternoons because don't think of them how they were. Every single show is like a special now. Yeah. Because we are so deep into this. We're following it real time. The things that they hatched back in 2015, if you watch the special last week,

The parts of the plan are still happening by day, day by day. I will tell you, I haven't even told you this yet. I need you to shore this up with evidence, but I can tell you what the end game is of the Democrats. I asked this question on the air yesterday of myself. What is the end game? What are they going to do? How are the Democrats going to use it?

No. And I wouldn't, I wouldn't, you shouldn't call me. I would be discredited immediately as a conspiracy theorist and everything else. I sent them all the original documents, and then I have not heard anything back. I have I have talked to friends on Capitol Hill and said, what the EFF is wrong with you guys? What is wrong with you? And the story that I get back is, Glenn, it's so complex. It's going to look like a crazy, crazy conspiracy theory. How do we go on television and lay this out? And it seems that we all know it's corrupt in Ukraine, but it's just as corrupt here. And you really didn't think it would be that way. and no one, even the people supporting the president, are really interested in the truth. She said the two of you were like, right, right? And he would say something to me and I'd like, I know, and then this. And it was a chance for him to not have three minutes that he had to jam in this big complex thing and try to convince someone he could lay the facts out.

he knew he knew instantaneously because he had watched the specials he said that and he said you're spot on you're right on uh and that gave him the opportunity to be the prosecutor that he's always been Rudy hasn't gone nuts the press has just fra and this is my opinion has frustrated him to the level of of just exploding on them. I mean, after hearing the testimony yesterday and Giuliani on your special last night, I mean, I finally get it. If Solomon's there and Senator Johnson is specifically asking the president about quip pro quo and he's frustratingly says, no, why are you guys so obsessed with this? That's not, has nothing to do with that. So I understand now why he's so insistent upon it, even though it may not be the best thing. I get it. I finally get it.

And I have two really quick last questions, Glenn. After watching the Giuliani thing last night, talking about the end. FBI and Greenaway. Have you reached out to, I think it's Patrick Burns, the Overstock CEO, who, I mean, at the time I didn't understand when he's like, guys, this goes so much deeper than you know. I'm hoping Barr. Patrick has disappeared. He's, I think he's left the country. And he's kind of disappeared. And he's said to me that he'll reappear at some point. But he is working on some projects that he said are to that are completely unrelated. I mean, he left over stock, sold all of his stock, divorced himself from the company

because it's the company he built and he didn't want to hurt it. And he said he's doing some things that will, I guess, help expose the deep state. So he'll call us when he's back on the grid. Sounds interesting. And one last thing after watching your third special. I was wondering if you could explain more about who Gene Sharp is. I know that Sal Lewinsky is kind of the guy who orchestrated a modern-day Fabian Society in America, how to kind of disrupt the system.

But I know Gene Sharp kind of is one of the founders of Ned that you talked about so much. And he's kind of the modern day, I mean, I think he's passed away now, but the modern-day equivalent of Fabian socialists of how to disrupt things around the world. And I didn't see him mentioned in your special unless I missed it. Yeah, I don't know that we've done any work on Gene Sharp. I'll look into him and see, you know, what role, you know, if there's something there that I think fits. But congratulations and good for you on doing your own homework on this. So we'll look into Gene Sharp.

Jason, I want to go to Jason, who is our chief researcher on this. What are we expecting to hear from? these two that are being called today. I have very little interest in David Holmes, unless he turns out to be a relation to Sherlock Holmes, then I'm very interested. But I don't know if that, you know, that skill runs real deep with David Holmes

because he'll probably say, well, no, wasn't aware of Chalupa, wasn't aware of the embassy being overrun with Soros and Clinton, and I know Burisma Burisma's dirty I didn't know that I am interested in Fiona

Was mentioning crowd strike And mentioning that whole conspiracy theory About the server That I fully believe Is a complete dead end and a conspiracy theory. It's stupid. We do know that Russia was involved. You don't have to go on

right now and testify to that. We know that Russia was involved in interfering with the election. We also know that Ukraine, and this is where I get really frustrated because it's a diversionary tactic what she's up there to do right now. She's there to make you think that focus on the conspiracy theories

and they're trying to say that's what the Trump administration and people like really Giuliani are focusing on is the conspiracy theory. What does bull? They want to focus on what we been talking about. There's two Ukrainians, officials in their government, that have already been convicted for interfering in the U.S. 2016 election. That's a fact.

Right. And directly, not like interfering like, I'm going to do this on my own, directly working with our state department, directly working with our justice department, directly.

And the Obama and Hillary Clinton campaign. That's what I was going to get to. So they were doing that directly in Ukraine. Meanwhile, a parallel interference campaign was going on in the United States from the Ukrainian embassy in the United States with a DNC operative. That's why they keep naming Chalupa. Chalupa. So we

know these things are fact. We know they happen. This is not a conspiracy thing. We have the documents for the love of Pete. We have the documents. The court case. We have the convictions. We have the hidden camera with a guy admitting how it was working. And that's

why it's so hypocritical. That's why Schiff is saying you can't call people like Chalupa. Those are conspiracy theories. So we're not even going to allow those into the inquiry. They call Fiona Hill right now to testify about probably crowd strike and the server. They want you to focus on that. Yeah, they're going to say that everything the president's talking about is a conspiracy theory. And so they don't perjure themselves any more than they already have. they're going to keep it in my opinion and Jason agrees that they'll keep

it really tightly focused on that and they'll keep that focus on that because they need you to believe that that's all the president was talking about. That's all that Rudy Giuliani is talking about. That's if you see a Glenn Beck special on this

that's only about CrowdStrike. We haven't even mentioned Crown Strike in any of our specials. Why? Because it's stupid. I mean, bluntly, it's dumb. That's dumb. If I find more information later that changes my mind, hey, I'll give them me a cop-up.

But I think it's dumb. I think there's also another reason for doing what they're doing today. It's not only to discredit anybody who's talking about he wanted investigations. And, you know, they'll say, let's just say, look, I want to know. I want to know what was on the tape, the missing 19 minutes. you know, from Nixon. I want to know that. I want to know

I want to know which documents Sandy Berger took out of the National Archives and smuggled out. I want to know what those documents were. And you know what? I wouldn't mind knowing, you know, was Oswald alone? Well,

we know two of those things actually happened. We know two of those things they could tell us about. You know what I mean? I want to hear the tape that recently the left came out and said that that they were talking about, I think, raping a young girl in front of Martin Luther King or it was happening in the house and he said nothing. The left just came out with that and said the FBI has documents and transcripts, and I believe a tape of it. Okay, I want to know the truth about this, this, this, and and also So, you know, was there a shooter in the trees?

What they're doing today is like, he believes that there was an extra shooter in the trees. When everything else, you have documentation, you know, happened. We don't know about the shooter in the trees. We're pretty sure it was just Lee Harvey Oswald, right? I mean, at least I am. I'm pretty clear on that. They're trying to use one thing to discredit everything else.

but they're also doing something else that is really dangerous. They are trying to convince you that the Russia investigation on Donald Trump didn't really cover everything because he's still kind of in with Russia. Because these conspiracy theories are coming from Russia. And look, who's stoking those fires? He's doing the work for Russia. No, he's not doing the work for Russia. And Mueller, had he,

come out with something about Russia, he'd be impeached today. But nothing happened with Russia and Trump. But that doesn't mean that Russia wasn't involved. We all know that Russia, because we did specials on it, starting when? 2013, Jason? Yeah. Easy. Easy.

We showed you what they were going to do. We warned. We begged. Why is no one standing up about? what Russia is going to do in this next election. We talked about it over and over and over again. Well, they did it. They did it.

But it wasn't involved with Donald Trump. He didn't orchestrate anything with them. That's what Mueller came out with. But they did involve themselves and try to thwart our election. And they're going to do it again. But everybody's made it about Donald Trump, not Russia. What are they doing now? They're going to make this about Donald Trump and Russia again.

And expect that you only can believe one thing. Well, it was either Russia or Ukraine. Ukraine, I mean, Russia, Russia wanted Trump to win because he was so pro Russia. And you believed that, not you, many people believe that in the country. What do you think you couldn't get the Ukrainians to believe that? Of course you could get the Ukrainians to believe that. Because you know who is spoon-feeding them that? George Soros, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, the State Department, the embassy,

everyone was spoon-feeding the people in Ukraine. Look, Hillary Clinton's your only hope. He's going to go to the side of the Russians. He is so anti-Ukraine. They had it in there. The Democrats were making that. case it's in your best interest to help us win they interfered as well but we on the other hand unlike the democrats with russia have evidence that the democratic nominee was involved and that's

not a hoax that's not a theory that's a fact period open closed fact is there anything that she could say Jason, who is she? What is her connection to all of this? Because she's not even on our chalkboard, is she? No. I wasn't looking at her as anyone's significant. Okay. And who's Holmes? Holmes is the guy. He's the aide that overheard the call at the restaurant when Sondland was talking to Trump and Trump was talking very loudly so that the rest of the table

heard it. And so he was the guy who said, I heard him say he wanted investigations and then when he but he also said he heard Biden and and Burisma did he not I don't remember that part of it he did say however afterwards that the part sonlin basically said in his testimony I don't remember that call but like yeah if if I got on the phone with Trump he probably did bring up the investigations he brought him up all the time so then the part that he did not agree with his aid Holmes on is that Holmes said after we were done, after he was done with the call, we started asking him questions. And we asked him about, like, does he, you know, does Trump care about Ukraine?

And Sondland said, oh, he doesn't care about Ukraine at all. He cares about it as his own, you know, the Biden stuff, the political stuff that helps him in politics. Now, Sondland did not corroborate that story, but that's the, apparently the testimony from Holmes. So it's he said, she said on that. Right. And again, the he said is Sondland. who has gone out of his way in the last couple of days to be critical of Trump and the way he handled this. It's not like they are allied at some level, but like he was, he did not shy away from taking shots at Trump when he thought they were the right thing to do. So I don't know.

I mean, you know, it seems, is it possible he just forgot about this? He said, the big set here is that Sondland said, I didn't, I'm not a note taker. Don't take notes. That's not what I do. And the project is overseen and under the response, of the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine. Now, you can dismiss that because it came from a Russian, or you can realize that was said weeks before my dawn and look into it and see those temp camps are on videotape.

What was your assignment there?

So yesterday, and we are going to break in, if they're saying anything important on Capitol Hill today. In fact, let's break in. Can we break in real quick now? Vice President Pence said after his meeting. That's enough, right. One I think actually interesting thing is we were talking about this last hour. It's been widely reported that Holmes was a big note taker. This is the guy that overheard the call with Ambassador Sondland, where Trump was kind of screaming into the phone and he heard it at the table. And then they talked about this afterwards.

We were told he took notes. Apparently did not take notes about that call. Oh, he's a big note taker. But did not take notes about that call. Did not take notes about a meeting he was at with Zelensky the day after the call with Trump, in which Zelensky apparently said reportedly, according to Holmes, during the meeting, President Zelensky stated during the 25th of July call, President Trump had three times raised some very sensitive issues, in this a quote,

but he would have to follow up on those issues when he and President Trump met in person. Of course, Holmes had no idea what those sensitive issues were because he was not on the actual call, but that is the only... Well, I have an update on President Zelensky and that phone call. I have additional insight about that phone call July 25th on something the president was worried about. I'm going to show you the president was right. Zalinski was wrong on that phone call. I will show you the actual evidence of it tonight at 5 o'clock. You don't want to miss tonight's show.

It is, it's like a mini special. It's full of facts tonight that you need to know, especially about the bow tie wearing Kent, wait until you find out about that guy. All right. Let me go over what happened last night on Blaze TV with me and Rudy Giuliani. I,

I talked to him about a lot of stuff, but I wanted to get a few things out at the beginning. For instance, the Democrats are saying you're running a shadow foreign policy. Is that what's happening? Listen. The testimony today was that you were communicating with the Ukrainians without anybody's knowledge in the state. You were running a shadow foreign policy.

So I take it by your left that that's not true. No. No. I wasn't running a shadow. What was your mandate? What did the president ask you to do in Ukraine? What were you doing? We got two parts.

Glenn, we have two parts to what I did. Part one was my investigation as a defense lawyer to gather exculpatory evidence, evidence that would help to make him innocent. So remember, this began while Mullah was still investigating Russian collusion. November 2018, it happened to be at a very sensitive time. They were seeking answers for us from us on Russian collusion. Also, Mr. Weissman, who is a completely out of control, unethical prosecutor, who worked for Mueller, had been questioning Manafort in what I consider to be a horrific manner.

He had him in solitary confinement. He would take him out every couple of days, and he would say to him, weren't you the link between Trump and the Russians? And then when he said, no, he put him back in solitary confinement. basically telling Manafort, if you'd like to stop being locked up for 23 hours a day, just lie to me. So I knew they were hot and heavy on this Russian collusion thing, even though I knew 100% it was false. So when I got this evidence about Ukrainian collusion, in which they mentioned that Joe Biden was involved in developing some of the collusion, I jumped on it. And I started to find people in Ukraine that were willing to come over,

And to talk to me about it, people who told me that they had been blocked from coming here by the American embassy, specifically by the ambassador, Yovanovich, because she and her embassy were involved in collecting the dirty information. There was a particular FBI agent named Greenaway, who they said was very involved in collecting not only the dirty information, but fraudulent information on Manafort. She had since gone to work for George Soros, which gave it its own interesting flavor. And she was working at the Anti-Corruption Bureau, was she not? She was working at what? The Anti-Corruption Bureau is a contradiction. The Anti-Corruption Bureau was set up by George Kent, who was one of the witnesses here. Yep. I mean, when I was looking at him, I was, like, in shock that he's still at the State Department.

But George Kent set up this Bureau. They took all the corruption cases away from the Prosecutor General. that gave it to the Anti-Corruption Bureau, and they got rid of all the cases that offended Soros, and they included all the cases against Soros's enemies. One of the first cases they dismissed was a case in which his NGO Antak was supposed to have embezzled a lot of money, but not only that, collected dirty information on Republicans to be transmitted, gotten by Ukrainians, could be transmitted to this woman, Alexandra Shalupa, and other people who work for the Democratic National Committee.

Okay, a couple of things that you learned there. If you've watched our specials, you really learned, I think, one new thing. And that is something that I have said. I have to talk to Rudy Giuliani to know. I mean, I don't understand what he was doing there. I pressed him about the two bad guys that they're smearing him with. His answer to me makes sense. We'll play it in a minute.

But we've said, in fact, Stu and I talked about this just the other day. Why wouldn't Trump just make him the head of the State Department? He wanted it reportedly. I mean, that was the big thing he wanted to get the job right at the beginning of the administration. So look at how this has been framed. This has been framed that Rudy Giuliani was going over to do. something with foreign policy. He wasn't.

He was going over during the Mueller camp, the Mueller investigation, to, to, as the president's personal attorney to show he didn't do this. So he was going over because he knew that the steel dossier was connected to Ukraine. So he's going over and trying to build a case that, no, none of this stuff in the The Steele dossier is true. He wasn't involved in with Russia. And here's how they gathered the information. It has nothing to do with the State Department.

And while you may agree or disagree, I'm sure the media would be like, oh, well, I disagree with what he thinks he found in Ukraine. The bottom line is it's a very understandable role for a personal attorney. Your job as a personal attorney is to find the best defense possible for your client. Correct. So now that clears things up to where. Like, why was he even over there? What was he doing?

Yeah. Why didn't they? He was being the president's personal attorney. He was building a case against Mueller's case, which ended up being nothing. But in that journey, he found all these things and was bringing those things to the president as a personal attorney. That makes 100% sense. And it also shows that the State Department, by saying, saying he's running a shadow

policy, it shows they need you to believe. They need you to believe that he was over there meddling in State Department Affairs and he was just this wild hand grenade. No. Nope, he wasn't.

Yeah, he might have been a wild hand grenade for you because you were covering additional things up. but they've spun this to make it seem like, yep, he's the guy. He's the guy. He's definitely seems to be the target of a lot of the witnesses. Yes.

Especially at the State Department who were saying we were very frustrated because, you know, Rudy, whatever he's doing, it's different than what we're doing. And the Ukrainians are confused, which seems to be there, the point they keep coming back to. Which is, again, you can argue that it's a bad idea, but you can't argue it's an impeachable. Is that impeachable conduct? Okay, I'm going to take a quick break because Hill is a doctor Hill is giving her testimony right now. And I think this is important to hear because this will be the in testimony where she is trying to make the case that Russia was the only one that was interfering in 2016. And that's everything else Trump is bringing up is just a conspiracy theory.

So we have to take that. She's getting, they're getting ready to ask her some questions here. So we will take a one minute break and then right to the testimony. You might have heard the other day when Stu challenged me to a race in our cars. Oh, and it's on, brother. Oh, that's fine. It's on. Yeah.

Here he is. He's asking Dr. Hill. That they produced during investigation calls into question the accuracy of the intelligence committee's finding that Russia intervened to help one side, to help Donald Trump at the expense of Hillary Clinton. No one in the intelligence community questions that finding, nor does the FBI, nor does the Senate, bipartisan intelligence. Nor does any thinking American. It's a separate issue. They're trying to conflate those issues.

Right. They're trying to conflate the Trump was involved with Russia to throw the election. No, he wasn't. The Russians did try to throw the election, but others did as well. And I know one of those starts with a U and ends in an Eighty. and has recrain in the middle of it. Sorry.

That was a tough one. That was a tough one. That was tougher in my mouth than it was in my head. So here she is. I think that this would resonate with our colleagues on the committee from the Republican Party. The goal of the Russians was really to put whoever became the president

by trying to tip their hands on one side of the scale under a cloud. So if secretary, former first lady, former Senator Clinton had been elected as president, as indeed many expected in the run-up to the election in 2016. She too would have had major questions about her legitimacy. And I think that, you know, what we're seeing here as a result of all of these narratives, as this is exactly what the Russian government was hoping for. If they see misinformation, they see doubt. Yes. They have everybody questioning the legitimacy of a presidential candidate.

be it President Trump or potentially President Clinton. Please clip this because I need this later in the show today because I'm going to tell you what's coming next. That they would pit one party against the other. And that's why I wanted to make such a strong point at the very beginning. All right, go ahead. Because there were certainly individuals in many other countries who had harsh words for both of the candidates,

who had harsh words for many other candidates during the primaries. We had a lot of people who were running for president on the Republican side. Right, right. There were many people who were trying themselves to give, the outcome. As you know in the United Kingdom, the bookies take bets. You can go to Ladbrooks or William Hill and lay a bet on who you think is going to be the candidate. So the Russian government were trying to lay in their own bets. And all the rest. What they wanted to do was give a spread. They wanted to make sure that whoever they had bet on or whoever they'd tried

to tip the scales would also experience some discomfort, that they would be holding to them in some way, that they would create just the kind of chaos that we have seen in our politics. So I just want again emphasize that we need to be very careful as we discuss all of these issues, not to give them more fodder that they can use against us in 2020. And I quite agree. There's an additional benefit, and I think you're absolutely right. The Russians are equal opportunity meddlers. They will not only help one side, but they'll also just seek to sow discord in the United States. Say it, Pat. He can't even say it. They'll help one side and then they'll. But there's also a better. So discord. No, they'll also help the other side.

They don't care. They want chaos. And blame it on a U.S. ally as a way of driving a wedge between the U.S. and Ukraine. Isn't that true? Well, that's absolutely the case. And in fact, you just made the point about U.S. allies. The Russians like to put a lot of blame on U.S. allies for incidents that they have perpetrated. We saw that recently with the United Kingdom in the Russian Secret Services attack on a former spy, Mr. Scripparland, his daughter,

in Salisbury. England, where you may recall that the Russians actually before my head explodes. Yes. And I don't have duct tape on my head. So the pieces will be all over, probably part of you. Yeah. And I apologize in advance.

Mm-hmm. Before my head explodes. How? How is this happening in America when we have documents, when we have videotape, when we have them in their lives? own emails admitting to the, when we have a court case in Ukraine where they convicted to people of this. How? What country do you think this is?

I mean, this is the... It used to be America. I don't. This is America right now. There is a great deal of hostility. You want to talk about what is the Russians want to do? So, so discord. Right.

So discord. And have us lose faith in. our institutions. Do you have any faith in our institution? I don't even have faith in the Republicans on this. Where the hell are the Republicans on this? You know, I was obviously at your deposition. I've read your opening testimony, but as you learn more facts, you start to see things in different light, even though your opening statement is very much consistent with your opening statement during the deposition. I was struck in particular. The guy who says, you're not allowed to call any of these people into question.

You're not allowed to talk about any of these things. He then says, you know, when you hear, you know, a lot of evidence and you start to hear more and more, it starts to change your mind. So he knows exactly what additional testimony does. It has you look at things maybe a little differently while he's shutting down anyone listening to new evidence. Here we are. and we are urging Ukrainians to commit to fall in the rule of law, as you said,

and only investigate genuine and credible allegations. And what are we doing? We're asking them to investigate the president's political rival. Ukrainians are pretty sophisticated actors, aren't they? They can recognize hypocrisy when they see it. You took the prosecutor's ability to prosecute. ability to prosecute cases away when the State Department with George Soros set up an anti-corruption bureau. They picked the cases.

That's our policy. We've been doing that for quite some time with some success. So focusing on particular cases, including particular cases where there is an interest of the presidents, just not part of what we've done. Okay, so may I ask another question? Follow up, follow up. You know, was it a case that should have been done? Because it was filed four weeks before Joe Biden came into town. And they just reopened that case on Burisma.

Here is what Rudy Giuliani said to me yesterday when we were talking about Russian collusion.

Listen to this. In November of 2018, this is before Biden was running for president. Right. It's while Mueller was still investigating. Right. A former colleague of mine called me with information. The information was just to shorten it a bit,

that you won't believe it. There's a lot of so-called collusion that went on in Ukraine, not in Russia, that what they say was going on in Russia, it looks like it was really going on in Ukraine. It included not just the server issue and the hiding of the server. It included specific information that was developed by the Ukrainians, that was turned over to the Democratic National Committee, and that was used to try to stop Trump from getting elected, used in mid-2016. It also included very strong evidence that a lot of the steel dossier was produced in Ukraine, in Kiev, and also things I didn't know, like Glenn Simpson spent a fair amount of time there during the time that the dossier was being written.

and that the document that reopened the Manafort investigation went through the Glenn Simpson Company and that there were real questions about whether it wasn't a fraud and also no question at all that had been improperly used and leaked to the press in May of 2016 so the New York Times could write a story basically saying Trump has crooked campaign manager Correct. So when I got all that evidence as a defense lawyer, I said to myself, Hallelujah, I now have what a defense lawyer always wants. I can go prove somebody else committed this crime.

Okay. I want to take you to the section where I asked him about the whistleblower. He didn't play along with me. But as I asked him a follow-up question, it's important. important that you hear his response. Listen. Do you know the name of the whistleblower? And if it's Eric Caramella, just cough. I won't say if I do or I don't know the name of the whistleblower. I don't know all the facts that I would like to know about the whistleblower.

But what I do know is I no longer call him a whistleblower. When I write op-ed pieces or give lectures or talk to this, I refer to him as the anonymous informant. Well, he is, if it is the guy, Eric Caramella, who we think it is, his fingerprints are all over a deep state, the throwing of the election, the stopping of prosecution. I mean, he's in the middle of almost all of this stuff. So if Eric Carmelah is not the whistleblower, are you aware of Eric Carmelah's role? I don't know if I can comment on this. Okay. I think.

I don't know if responsibly I can comment on this part of it. I can tell you without being able to back this part up with facts right now, that I am entirely convinced that this whole episode is just, you know, one chapter in at least a three or four chapter plan, which I guess was best described by Struck, to prevent him from being president. And then should he become president, the insurance policy to remove him. And this Ukrainian stage also had a pre-election stage because the black ledger against Manafort,

which turns out to be a fraud. Well, hang on before you say that, before you say that. But delivered to the New York Times to hurt him during the election. This was really important. That's true? Yes. The Black Ledger is a fraud. Okay, so you're ready for this one?

In fact, I think he, let me think play this cut. I think it explains it in this cut. Go ahead. The FBI had a case that was two years old on that floor. Went back to 2014. The FBI had dismissed the case. This rogue FBI agent Greenaway who's now working for Soros, wanted to reopen it. In order to reopen it, they needed newly discovered evidence.

Oh, my God. When this meeting took place in January of 2016 at the NSA, what the Obama people were asking the Ukrainians to do to go get us bad information on Manafort so we can reopen the investigation. And lo and behold, this black ledger shows up on the doorstep of a parliamentarian who then brings it to the prosecutor, but also doesn't forget to bring it to the New York Times first.

And that's what they got convicted for in Ukraine, those two people, right? Weren't they involved in leaking the black ledger? Okay, so here's, this is amazing. And we haven't revealed this yet on the chalkboard. It's a fact we found out about a week ago or two weeks ago. And we were going to include it on Soros section. So the Anti-Corruption Bureau, this is something that they're all like, we've got to talk about corruption.

They're pursuing cases. It had nothing to do with anything. This is a Soros-Obama plan. And it's very well documented. We have all of it. The State Department, the Obama administration, and George Soros worked together to form this anti-corruption bureau. It was a shadow prosecutor's office. And they would decide what's worth pursuing and what's not.

Now, if you're doing criminal activity or you want investigations on people, it's good to have your own little shadow justice department, isn't it? So they have this anti-corruption thing. The new name that you heard was Greenaway. She is an FBI agent that was assigned to this anti-corruption bureau. So she was going over to help teach them all about corruption and how to look into cases. Okay. She went over there. She was working there with the Ukrainians.

She's the one that went and helped gather the information on the ledger, along with the guy who is the head of the anti-corruption bureau. All right? So she has the connection back to the DOJ and says, we have information that he has not paid taxes on all of this money. and we could open a case on him if we could get any kind of evidence on taxes, okay? Because there was already an old case that had been dismissed, but they could reopen it if there was any new evidence.

Right. And they screwed up the first one. So they had the evidence they felt to convict him. They just needed a reason to reopen it. So she tells Sitnik, the guy who's the head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, he goes and he he finds information in this black ledger. The black ledger is then dropped off at the New York Times and given to the Justice Department and the FBI. Now, so you know, Greenaway has since left and she works for the George Soros organization.

The guy who discovered the black ledger and then dropped it off went to court and was convicted of interfering in a U.S. election because of the black ledger. All right? He gave the black ledger to the Justice and to the New York Times with the intent of discrediting Donald Trump. The Ukrainian DNC reason for that was to discredit Donald Trump. Look, he's working with crazy people who love Russia. Okay, they're corrupt.

That was their intent. The FBI agent said, can open up a case and nail him. When they went to court, you didn't hear any of this, the prosecution didn't use a single word from the black ledger. Not one word. It wasn't credible.

They got him on income tax evasion on an old case that they had already had of $12 million. That case had already been dismissed. They blew it. They needed something to reopen it. The Black Ledger reopened it. When they got to trial, they threw the Black Ledger out because it was not true, or at least so sketchy that they couldn't, they didn't want to use it because they thought it could be picked apart by the defense. And then the whole case would be thrown out. I feel like I'm like jumping into like Godfather 3 and I don't understand any of the characters.

it's like there's just so much crap going on. You know, there's so many different people. But which direction is it going? To hurt the president's case or to help the president's case? Which direction is it going? If you listen to them, they keep focusing on like, I was at the table. I heard it. I heard that phone call.

Well, I don't think that's what happened, but he's a great note taker. Okay, well, I didn't take any notes, but I'm pretty sure that's what happened. they're focusing on this little stuff. We're talking about the throwing of an election and our government paying for it. Our State Department involved in revolution in Ukraine. We are the ones that trained all the people for the Maidan Revolution. Now you can agree and say, well, that's a good thing or a bad thing.

It doesn't matter. Is that what you want your government doing? training these people to do revolution because it's happening all over the world and we have the evidence of it I think it's a fundamental issue here which is

the argument you're making is that we should be looking into these things because they're important for America in a big time way and that is the media is not making that argument they're making the argument of it's Trump it's about Trump and if your point does not relate

to Trump. It's a conspiracy theory. It's a conspiracy theory. It doesn't matter. It's not part of this. And so, you know, the idea that, you know, you can even argue. I mean, it wouldn't even be the worst thing in the world at this point, especially from the media, for them to say, you know what?

We think Donald Trump did these bad things. But we also think Joe Biden did these bad things. We also think... In the real world, that's exactly what would happen. If this were fair, you would say, well, the first thing we have to find out is, did the president do these things? did Joe Biden and his son do these things? Was there another country besides Russia that was trying to throw our election?

And was the other side looking into using and colluding with Ukraine? That's what would happen in a sane world. But we're not in a sane world. And, you know, Franklin said, I gave you a republic. We gave you a republic if you can keep it. The only way you keep it is if you're well informed. Too many lazy people aren't willing to even watch a special to figure it out. We've done all the work.

You just have to watch it. Don't be lazy. Many people have. Oh, no, no, no, I don't mean our, I don't, right. I don't mean our audience. You mean the media and the people. The media and three quarters of this country. They just want it spoon fed to them.

And then they found out she. wasn't crazy progressive. She was actually looking for the truth no matter where the chips fell.

Yeah, so they had to run her out on a rail. Good thing for us, there is something called the interwebs. The Information Super Highway really gave her home. Now, she also has her own show with Sinclair called Full Measure, and she actually looks for the truth. Cheryl Atkinson. How are you? I am terrific.

Thank you. You're welcome. I'm very good. I'm interested in hearing your theory and what you found with the State Department and shadow diplomacy. Let me just say that I typically, without trying to be in sort of a contrary, and I see something entirely different than what I think, even some of the Republicans see when I listen to these hearings. And it is sort of the last gas of the persistent bureaucracy within the State Department. Yes.

Speaking against a president who came in and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Yes. Change business as usual, take charge. They didn't like it. And I would go so far as to say, there have been some key admissions by our diplomats that they took actions, contrary to what they understood the president's foreign policy desires were, which I believe is extra constitutional and perhaps worse, but they are, they seem to think, we've now heard it, stated explicitly, they think the bureaucrats, they run the show and the president works for them, and they're out of their minds when he didn't see things the way they wanted him to see them.

Well, they have a lot, the State Department has a lot invested in Ukraine and, and a policy called Civil Society 2.0 that was designed by Hillary Clinton, which, She was at the State Department, Barack Obama and some other figures that usually only belong in conspiracy theories like George Soros. And they have set this course up as a matter of policy. And they spoke about it at the time, Cheryl, with people who were in the room helping design it, that they needed it to be institutionalized. so it wouldn't matter what presidents would do when they came and went. That's not what the State Department is supposed to do. The State Department works for the president, not for themselves on elected officials.

And I think that's one of the revelations. This is them explicitly saying otherwise. And I would also point out I looked at the disclosures the other day for the Foreign Agents Registration Act. This is where foreign countries disclose the lobbying, the foreign agents they're hiring here in the U.S., the lobby for their interests. Most countries have in this congressional summary maybe a page of people they've hired, you know, to do certain things. Ukraine is by far the biggest. It has pages and pages of people that's hired in the last few years to lobby journalists and members of Congress to make contributions, all kinds of things. And I don't think that's any coincidence that everybody is advocating.

it looks to me like these State Department officials, it sounds to me like they're advocating for Ukraine and trying to change the president's mind rather than the other way around. Right. I mean, here's the thing that is lost on me why people can't connect here. Quid pro quo is a way of life. I mean, it's it's commerce, it's free market,

it's our marriage. Everything is quit quid pro quo. You cheat on me and I'm probably not going to hang around. I might add that it's controversial when there is not a precondition for foreign aid or a white Yes, yes. It's controversial at times if there haven't been conditions set. That's expected to have conditions set. Why would we just give money away, especially to a country that all sides, even Ukrainians say corrupt as hell?

Why wouldn't we have conditions on that money? There's arisen the last day and a half, at least in my mind. There is such an effort by these diplomats to make sure no one would commit in Ukraine to a corruption investigation or look into election meddling in 2016. Why? What is the harm? I mean, they may be right. They may be wrong that there wasn't any. There's good evidence that there was some. Left leading political concluded there was based on firsthand interviews. But let's just say there isn't, there wasn't any. What's the harm of having the investigation that would show that? Why are they so hell bent on keeping the president of Ukraine from committee? to any investigation into corruption or 2016 or Burisma. I think it's strange. Cheryl, I would love to have your brain around this. May I send you a box of documents from the State Department,

from the court system in Ukraine, along with videotape of what we have on officials admitting to these things? Because the facts are all there. No one is willing to go there. And it is if this becomes just about Donald Trump, my opinion, Cheryl, on this whole thing is, if Donald Trump was doing something wrong illegal, then he should pay the price. If the Democrats were doing something wrong or legal, they should pay the price. But we need to overturn every stone because our republic is at stake. Just like with Russia.

If Donald Trump was colluding with Russia, he should have been impeached. I don't care who's right or wrong. I want to know the truth. Well, and I'm concerned that the persistent bureaucracy has been quite effective in punishing anybody around President Trump so far that has gone off script of what they want to happen. And if they're able to make it where a president can't institute foreign policy, can't call for investigations into corruption, can't convict. aid. I mean, we've then given up any notion that the Constitution that says the president determines foreign policy is at play. We've basically then said, no, today the bureaucracy decides these things. The president just has to go along with them. Cheryl, can I tell you something that

President Bush told me in the Oval Office? I was there the day that Barack Obama, who was then trailing Hillary Clinton, he said that, you know, if I had charge, I would, I would send our jets, I don't care about their airspace. If I want to find, you know, the bad guys and they're in Afghanistan, I'll just send the jets over. And this is at the time where we kind of thought that maybe Afghanistan was kind of an ally. And I said, Mr. President, I mean, can we do that as an ally? What would that mean? And he looked at me and he tried to comfort me and it spooked the hell out of me.

He said, Glenn, don't worry. I don't care who sits in this chair. When they do, they will be advised by exactly the same people. They'll see the same facts. And they'll realize the president's hands are pretty tied. It's just going to stay the same. Well, can you imagine being an outsider like Trump, who comes in to change that, who understands that and thinks it's harmful to the nation? Right.

Or you're Jeff Sessions. And I have good authority that says, he whispered in his own office. office when he met with certain people because other people were listening who worked for him. He didn't trust. And you want to do things, but nobody around you supports it. How are you going to implement anything? This is what I think, you know, term limits are so important, but I think service limits are important.

These institutions, if you've been there and you've seen five presidents come and go, what do you care what the president said? I've outlasted all of you guys. and the arrogance grows and the the programs again you should please i'll send you the information look up civil society 2.0 and what they were really doing and what they still are doing in chile um they they institutionalized this so it just runs under the radar and the president may or may not even know it but that's that is truly what they're covering here and every single one of these people that are been testifying,

they're all involved in it. I mean, like, deeply. I have emails through FOIA requests that have come from them, and I have the money, I have the State Department connections. We have all of it. It's not a hidden secret. It's just that no one will look into it in the press. And I think that's because they've made it about Trump.

And I think I did an interview with. an author named Thomas Pranowitter. He wrote a book called Save the Swamp. And he touches upon what you're saying, but he goes back historically and says this was designed, the swamp as we know it. Yes. By design was thought that there will be bureaucrats,

the permanent government they called themselves, that despite what the elections found, and we'd be distracted by the elections, the permanent government would be the ones running the show. And I think it's exactly what we're seeing today. It really grew out of Woodrow Wilson's frustration with the League of Nations. He just knew that was right. And so we just have to get this done.

And between him and FDR, it just grew into this hydra that now is, I think, beyond most people's comprehension. Because they don't hear about it ever by design. According to, I just looked up a quick quote from this book, and Cranowitter, the author said early social scientists sketching out the plan of what an administrative state would look like often use the phrase permanent government and said, we'll still have elections, and they're useful because they distract citizens. But what's going to happen is we will be the leviathan of a permanent government in no way affected by the results of the election. And that's exactly where we are. It's, I've never, I've been doing my research on this Ukraine thing for about a year. And what we started to find about a year ago was disturbing. And the more we look into it.

And it is, it's truly terrifying. If, if the Senate doesn't pick this up and expose what's going on, if they make this just about Donald Trump, this, all of this stuff is just a show. It's just a show. And nothing's going to really change. The Senate in the midst of all this in 2015 or 2016 started a Ukrainian caucus. That's not a coincidence. I'm sure that was a result of lobbying and contributions. And I think a lot of them, I'm talking about Republicans, are tied up in this,

in the Ukrainian interest in a way we don't understand. And they are not doing much to counter this false narrative that there was no Ukrainian interference in the election. They're kind of sitting silently by with maybe a couple of exceptions. they're not holding hearings they could hold. They're not counterpointing some of these things that are not true. So I'm not really confident they're going to do a strong and great job if you're looking at them for a counterpoint. Cheryl, may I have off-air, may I have one of my researchers send you a bunch of raw information and we can give you the outline on it. But I would love for you to see these documents because you are absolutely right.

And I think we have proven the case beyond a reasonable doubt with official documents. But there's so much more work to be done on it and it has to be exposed. May I reach out to you after the show? Yes, of course. We'd love to look at it. Cheryl, thank you so much. Appreciate it. God bless.

He said to me, and this is, you know, after Trump was in office for a year and a half, two years, and I'm trying to get a visa for one of the witnesses, he said, you don't realize that everyone in Ukraine knows that this embassy works for Soros, not Trump. It is so. They're all Soros people.

When you see that guy Taylor, that guy Taylor testifying, Ambassador Taylor, great military record, whatever, whatever, whatever. His embassy is the embassy that's holding up the visas for four or five people that could come here and blow up Schiff's completely fraudulent investigation. So, Rudy, knowing what I know, not— I don't think that Schiff wasn't screwing around in the UK. I asked him one last question. is our hope that this will go to the Senate and the Senate will expose all of this?

And he said, no, I'm looking for just one thing. I have a hope and it's being dashed every day. And I want you to hear it because I think if there's a chance, we have to assist in this. Now I want to get you to Rudy's hope, But again, we're going to talk about Rudy Giuliani again, as if he's a big figure in this country. The impeachment hearings, is that where you're going? I've revolved around him yesterday, I just thought I'd pointed out. You keep avoiding the big story of the day. And the big story is. Wayne Messum has dropped out of the presidential race for the Democrats.

Wayne Messum is out. Now, this is- Isn't Wayne Messum? I thought Wayne Messum was like a, wasn't that the actor's name from like Willing Grace or? That was her name. I don't know who he is. Deborah Messing? Is that what you're trying to get to?

That's it. Deborah Messing. And she would be a more likely candidate than Wayne Messam. Messamania, ever hear of it? Nope. Well, apparently the Democrats wanted to shut that one down. Because here's a guy who was clearly going to win. Yeah.

As a Democrat? He's a Democrat. Stop trying to. I'm pretending I don't know. I can tell. So is America. Here's a guy who was absolutely going to win this race. He was just, you know, he was like a, he was stalking the field and waiting for his moment to pounce.

So he's like Beto. No, Beto. Now look, you. I'm sorry. You're mocking. Please, I don't want to. I really want to get to Rudy Giuliani. I don't mean to drag this out.

Okay. So Beto goes up to like 14 percent and then slowly fades away. Wayne never had that. He was waiting. He didn't want to have this big rise and fall. He was waiting for the right moment. He stuck at 0% I'm not going to peep too soon.

All right, exactly. So he didn't even peak at 1%. He just stayed at 0 and waited and waited for his time. Right. And the Democrats pushed him out. My guess is because of the fundraising stuff. They're like, well, this guy's bringing in too much of our money from other donors. How much money do you do?

Last quarter, Glenn, he raised $5. Holy cow. Now, now I don't mean $5,000 or $5 million, but he raised legitimately one $5 bill. Yeah. Who is he? Seriously. Who is waiting?

Okay. He's the mayor of Miramar, Florida. And was a very... Miramar. You know, it's one interesting thing about Miramar, bigger population than Pete Buttigieg's town. Really? Yes.

Because I've never heard of Miramar, Florida. Really? Now you have. Now I have. Well, good news. Miramar, you get your mayor back. Yes, he'll be there. Even though it was hard to campaign with the Fiver.

All right. So, that's sad. He was present. He was in Miramar a lot of the time. Okay. So let me talk about Rudy Giuliani. I don't know. I mean, that's one of the frustrations that I have between our party and their party. Why? They seem so better organized to do cheap, horrible and terrible things. And all I'm asking our party to do is to do something valid. Go prove just how big the corruption in Ukraine was

that had a bearing on our election in 2016. They spent 40 million chasing a false claim. I know. I'm willing to guarantee them. They are going to prove the truth. And probably for the price of a few airline tickets. Because we've already, we've already, we have the documents. We have the documents.

And could there be more? Yeah. But once that floodgate is open, I'm telling you it's corrupt to the core. Yeah. We need to find, we need to find a Republican will do this. I don't know why Mike Lee wouldn't do this. Ted Cruz, where are you, buddy?

Where are you? Where are the Republicans that will take this on and have a hearing? And we're seeing more and more break about it. A story today just about the Biden part of this. Where Hunter Biden fresh off a brand new child in the family. Congratulations to Hunter Biden. Well, it's not his.

Definitely not his. It's not his until they did the parental test. And then they found out the DNA matched, and then now he has to take responsibility for the kid. Oh, fraudulent DNA tests conspiracy. Yeah. And the good thing is, though, came out on Joe Biden's birthday. Oh, that's great. So what a better birthday present than a new grandson.

Yeah, perfect. So except for the grandson that you were fighting against. Well, sure. So this is a new story about one of the bailouts that happened around 2009. Uh-huh. And it was one of those things Bernie Sanders pushed hard against it. He said, this is only going to be. go to the wealthy and titled people.

No, but that's not true because Joe Biden, remember, Joe Biden, when that bailout money came, Joe Biden was the point man. He was the point man. He was the guy to make sure there's nobody better to make sure that no funny business went on than Joe Biden. So Joe was on this. He was all over it. But he didn't believe it.

In fact, I think he might have really been all over it. Really? I got to say on this one, I think Joe Biden was all over it. Really? Because it seems like new reporting today. that $130 million of that money went to Hunter Biden's firm. And shockingly, it was routed, I'm sure, by an error through the Cayman Islands and another subsidiary. But it was in the, it did eventually get to the Hunter Biden firm.

Now no one sets up a subsidiary in the Cayman Islands. Well, except for the fact when you just happen to be passing through on a visit. It's like, I'm just going to the Caymans, and I hang out there, and I needed a bank account, and needed a new company, so I opened one up. Sometimes the ATM could be down, and I could be down there, and I need to, I don't know, I don't know,

stop in his store and buy a brand, you know, a Picasso. Right. And so I might need $130 million. Sometimes you do. Sometimes you do, and you want to have that ability to get it. And that's why Joe was there to make sure that legitimate taxpayer money went to a legitimate source, like his son's, company.

It's only nine figures, though. Could have been 10, could have been 12. Right. Now, here's the thing. Does Bernie know about this? Because Bernie was on this particular grant. He actually fought against this whole program saying that he thought it was,

he was afraid. It might go to people who were entitled and elite. Connected. Hmm. He was like he might have been right on that one. We should get that information to him because I bet he'll be all over that now. Because he surely he will. I mean, you'd think he would.

Right. He's in a fight against this guy. He's losing. He's in third or fourth place in every poll. They're all in it. Nope. They all are beholden to it. But look, when you're when you have a lot of new children, you need to tend to, you're going to need funds to tend to them. And now he has to pay child support. Do you have, do you have kids that you didn't know about? Oh my gosh. Spread all over the world.

So it was made for the 300th anniversary. The 1820, there was a big celebration. The 1720, 100 year anniversary, they didn't celebrate, but it got kind of weird because up in Massachusetts, they're like, well, thou shalt not celebrate. And 1620, when they arrived, they were pretty happy. There was a little celebration there. No dancing, but there was a, you know, a little celebration. This was like footloose times. Right.
