If you look at what happened in the elections around the country yesterday, Florida flipped multiple major school boards from liberal to conservative. Huh? Conservatives are taking back control of the public schools.

Florida school board elections have been major political battleground this cycle. Rhonda Santis went out and he was campaigning. I mean, school board elections never used to get anybody to show up. But with the primary elections in Florida, New York, and Oklahoma yesterday, Florida has general elections for school boards, meaning the winners will be official members of the boards. Now, let me give you in Sarasota County. The Sarasota County School Board flipped from a three-to-leftist majority to a four-one

conservative majority. That's amazing. All three candidates won the election and they were endorsed by the 1776 project. Oh, gee, the 1776 project. What is that? Oh, that's the first thing that Joe Biden got rid of. Remember they were the ones that gave the true history of America? Oh, it's so dangerous.

It's telling the truth. Anyway, they have a PAC and Governor DeSantis also campaigned with these guys. Clay County, the school board now has a three-two conservative majority after three conservative candidates won their election. Let's see. Duval County, city of Jacksonville, school board, which also encompasses the city of Jacksonville, also flipped conservative. The Santa's back candidates, Charlotte Joyce and April Carney won their seats.

Joyce was reelected. Carney defeated the incumbent Elizabeth Anderson. Anderson has been in the last few weeks saying, oh, these people, they're just against black people. And no, that wasn't obviously true, but she said any black person that is for anybody but me is a token. Okay, we got it. We got it. She's gone. Miami-Dade County.

Miami-Dade School Board now flipped to conservative, making it the largest school district in the country with conservative majority boards. That's phenomenal. Phenomenal. Martin County School Board flipped conservative, all three 1776 project PAC indoors candidates winning their seats. Many other school boards. Up for grab. On Tuesday, Governor DeSantis made a campaign trail blitz.

By the way, there is also, I'm trying to think, make sure. Moms for Liberty also was a conservative group that was out there really working hard in campaigning. And there's another one, too. I can't find, but I'm sorry if I missed you because it is these conservative groups that are out there really working hard. The school boards now that they flip seats and won several conservative majorities, Bay, Brevard, Clay, Duval, Flager, Hernando, Hillsborough, Martin, Miami-Dade, Okalusa, Polk, Putnam, Sarasota. That is phenomenal. Phenomenal.

I really wanted to share really good news with you. Christ is now the Democratic gubernatorial primary candidate. Good luck. Let's see. That one's an interesting one too in that he was running against a woman Nikki Fried who is seen as an up and coming in the up becoming candidate in the AOC wing of the Democratic Party. Now Chris is obviously the most transparently pathetic politician in American history as he just switches parties at any point to just run for random races and most of the time lose them. but this was seen on the Democratic side is do we want a hardcore progressive or do we want someone that maybe can convince some moderates to vote for?

Correct. But I don't think, I mean, I don't. Yeah, I don't think it's going to work. All this stuff that is happening and you're seeing on national television, that's not the way it feels. I'll show you in about a half an hour. I'm going to correct a national story that I've been reading about for days. We haven't had a chance to correct it, but I'm going to correct it today. It's phenomenal.

But the local people. know what's going on. So don't believe any of this, any of this crap. Let's see. Ellen DeGeneres, her animated series aimed at preschools, has been canceled. It couldn't happen to nicer people in our section for that today. New York Times Union accuses the paper of systemic racism in performance review. It couldn't happen to a nicer group of people.

New York City, freaking out because New York City says it's going to cost them $300 million a year to house immigrants in hotels. Hmm. Maybe you shouldn't be for open borders. I know you are. There's a new poll out. Two out of three Americans favor public funding for pregnancy clinics. Now, I read that. And what are you thinking? Say it's due.

That's good. Well, I mean, you know, I mean, they're not wanting to burn them down, which at this point I think is good news. Yeah, there's always a catch, right? There's always a catch. Okay. After survey participants were asked to read statements explaining the services that pregnancy centers would provide to women. Prenatal care, housing, clothing, diapers, empowerment to choose life. Overall support rose to seven.

74% and this included a jump to 73% of Democrats. Paul also, also 73% of Democrats. They are so out of touch. It's really incredible. Yet every news broadcast will tell you how these people should be deleted from the internet, how they are. They're not being tracked by Google. They're now being flagged or not by Yelp.

Elizabeth Warren wants to make it illegal to have a pregnancy center, which is fascinating because one of the comebacks, when it comes to abortion from the left is, oh, you guys want all these babies to be born. Well, what about helping out the mothers with care then? I guess we have to help them with prenatal care. And we have to give them all these services. And we're all like, yeah, that would be great.

We accept your, your terms. We would absolutely love to help with that. Yeah, that's fine. That's good. That's good. So, yeah. And then they want those, as soon as you say that, then they want them to be closed down.

I don't understand how those two things work together. So you also have some news from the 2024 presidential general elections. Some polls have been run. Donald Trump, 40%. Joe Biden, 32%. Liz Cheney, 11%. This is if Liz Cheney is in. Now listen to this.

19% of those polls said Cheney should run for president, compared with 51, who said she should not. I'm all for her running for president. Among Democrats, 30% said she should run. 10% of Republicans said the same thing. Now, why am I for her running? Because it brings support for Biden down from 46% to 32. And Trump's support goes from 42 to 40.

So the people voting for Cheney are coming from the left. Yes. Yes. What a surprise. I am mildly surprised. It's that dramatic, actually. I am too. I am too. That's a really big margin.

But you know what? That shows me that the Democrats are neighbors who vote Democrat are not for this crazy crap. They're not. You're right. They want somebody like Lynn Cheney. Or Liz Cheney. Liz Cheney. Remember, they voted for Joe Biden because he was just going to bring back normalcy.

He was in the middle. He's going to be normal. Right. This is not normal. Right. None of this is normal. No. So that's, it is interesting, a good chunk of.

them are saying that this is happening. This probably means she's not going to run as an independent, right? Her point here is she's going to calculate this to see how she can hurt Donald Trump the most. I don't know that there's any way for her to actually hurt Donald Trump in this. Even if she runs at a Republican, she'll just get smoked. Right. So I don't know what path she has other than taking a bunch of money and running ads against Donald Trump, which is probably where this ends up. And I don't know. I honestly don't know how a Democrat could vote for her because she's getting a lot of funding if she runs for president from the Coke brothers. At least, it's hard to get it from both of them at this point.

I mean, the Koch brothers are powerful, but the donations from beyond the grave are difficult. I just love that that is the Koch brothers that are funding. It's the foundation. It's the foundation. That is funding. A lot of this. Yeah, a lot of this, which, huh, I thought they were hardcore concerns. conservatives that were just as crazy and as dangerous as Stalin.

You've forgotten the rule, Glenn, which is whatever argument is available to you that will help you at that moment, you make it. Correct. That is what our politics are right now. And let me show you how well it's going to work out. In the file, we told you so, comes this story. Less than a full month after it was announced that Senator Joe Manchin came to, to an agreement with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer in order to get the misnamed Inflation Reduction Act passed, that deal may already be falling apart.

The deal that took place between Mansion and Schumer, as well as the Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi assured Mansion that there would be separate methods approved that would evolve permits for energy infrastructure, including gas pipelines, and there would also be new lease sales for oil drilling on federal lands. But it doesn't seem like everybody's on board now. You know what? Who is that dope that voted was the deciding vote for Obamacare? And he said, I just want to make sure I negotiated so no money would ever go for abortions.

Oh, I remember how stupid you were. Well, it looks like Joe Manchin did the same thing. Apparently, Tom Carper from Delaware says he's reserving. judgment for now. Tom Carper sure doesn't sound sold on permitting the deal of Chuck Schumer with Joe Manchin. While Carper's highlighted remarks begin sounding hopeful enough, there's still room for concern. I'm confident we'll find some areas where we agree. There will probably be some areas where we don't agree. I'm not sure the vehicle, but I feel confident we'll get to that. At the end of the day, I just don't want us to make the changes in permitting that will undermine our

ability to fight climate change, he said. Huh. Wow. I guess that is what happens when you make a deal with the devil. Can we just bring up Bart Stupak? That's it. You have not thought of that name in a long time, but he was very famously the guy who said, I'm holding the line on abortion funding.

I will not vote for Obama. Comicare unless they promised me. None of this will happen. And of course, they promised him and he voted for it. And it passed. And they did it anyway. Hmm. Did the voters remember him?

Is he still in Congress? Oh, no. I don't think so. Yeah. Bart Stupak. I think the people of West Virginia. It's a perfect name for someone to fall for that scheme. Bart Stupak.

The, I think. He was out in 2011. He lasted a few months. Wow. And then he was toast. I think Joe Manchin's going to face the same kind of thing. This is going to devastate West Virginia. Oh, please, please, West Virginia.

We beg of you here. We love you, West Virginia. You voted for Donald Trump by 39 points. And you keep sending this horror show to the Senate. This guy who sits here and does this every single time. Every time he tells us he's going to be. Mr. Tough guy and hold the law. He's a moderate after all.

And then every time he does the same thing, he acts as if he's tough so he can fool you into voting for him. And then he does this crap every single time. He is a fraud. And a state, you want to say Joe Manchin. Oh, he's from Illinois. You might say, okay, wow, I got a somewhat moderate guy from Illinois. West Virginia voted for Donald Trump by 39 points.

There is no reason for you to send this disaster to Washington over and over again. Please stop this. Imagine if you had the opportunity to save tens of thousands of dollars. No, I've got them. Oh, I have them. How many four-letter words were in your comment? Because there's a bunch of mine. More than I could count.

One of them actually cared about what they said they were taking a standover. That's an important distinction. But it was March 2010. President Obama and Bart Stupak reached an understanding where by the president promised to sign an executive order barring federal funding of abortion through the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or Obamacare. That was March 2010. In April 2010, Stupak announced his intention to retire from Congress. He lasted one month and people said, hey, is this have to do with a thing that you just, he said no, he just didn't like the travel. too much travel, Glenn.

He was in Congress for four terms, five terms, and just decided on that day. A month later. From 1992 to 2010, he was in Congress and fine with the travel. And then at the last minute, it's just like, gosh, all of this travel. but I do have this a couple of things first of all there is an outbreak of a new viral infection referred to as the tomato flu first detected in children

in southern India it is spread to two other states in India now scientists are trying to identify exactly what this virus is it's been referred to as tomato flu because of the painful red blisters it produces on the body.

It looks like fun. Tomatoes. They say it's very contagious. Children are particularly vulnerable because it spreads easily through close contact such as naps. And touching unclean surfaces are putting things in your mouth. It's a rare viral infection. It is considered non-life-threatening, but because of the experience of the COVID-19. pandemic, they want to make sure that we don't get the tomato flu.

Also, the WHO says the Congo has now just declared a resurgence of Ebola. The World Health Organization said the Democratic Republic of the Congo has reported a resurgence of the deadly Ebola virus right there in the region where it usually hits really super hard. but they've got, you know, a thousand doses of Ebola vaccine stockpiled, so I'm sure everything is great. And while we don't have a monkey pox update, I do have one final health update for you. The, is it Coleraine or Coleraine Township in Ohio? The Township Police had to make a call to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources earlier this week. after finding what they called a zombie deer, quote, end quote.

The official said the officers were called out to report a deer on the side of Blue Rock Road that might have been hit by a car. When officers got there, they found the deer standing, staring off into the distance. Officers said the deer wasn't fazed by any sirens or shouting and had weird patches of fur. That's a quote. All, it makes me uncomfortable when officials say, and there were weird patches of fur all over his body. Officials say the strange behavior and appearance aren't super uncommon. But after calling the Ohio Department of Natural Resources a game warden told officers that the west side of Cincinnati has been getting hit with these, quote, zombie deer.

Okay. I mean, I don't know about you, but it's the first time I've been. ever heard of zombie deer but hey we've all been living and learning a lot lately haven't we zombie deer oh welcome to pack ray from pack ray unleashed you ever never no yeah i have not makes me a little nervous i have heard of deer wearing kevlar vests in the forest though yes yeah that happens all the times and that's why people use a r 15s of course because I usually only like to... They just won't go down.

Yeah, I usually like to only mention that at funerals. Yeah. Yeah, usually. So it's so important, so important. So, okay, something that is, again, not really in the news. And I don't understand why. After years of revelations about strange lights in the sky, firsthand reports from Navy pilots about UFOs and government,

investigations. Congress now has admitted something startling. It doesn't believe, quote, all UFOs are man-made. Buried deep in a report that is an addendum to the Intelligence Authorization Act for fiscal year 2023, a budget that governs America's clandestine services. Congress made two startling claims. The first is that cross-domain transmitting threats to the United States, national security, are expanding exponentially. Cross-domain transmedian threats? So I'm not sure what a cross-domain transmedium threat is, but cross-domain and transmedium, maybe something that can go from space to air to water. Yeah, that's exactly what I would think so, yeah.

It's like doing it in a way that is not achievable and with our current technology that we understand. So cross domain transmedium threats to the United States, national security are expanding, not just expanding, but expanding exponentially. The second is that it wants to distinguish between UFOs that are human in origin and those that are not. quote, temporary non-attributed objects or those that are positively identified as man-made after analysis will be passed to appropriate offices and should not be considered under the definition of unidentified aerospace under sea phenomena. Well, okay. How come more people are not there? the government, this is from the commission that I think Rubio is heading.

We should get Rubio on about this. And they're making a pretty astounding statement and nobody seems to care. In the world that I was living in when I grew up, this would have been an earth-shattering admission. That's because there weren't so many things to worry about that aren't. UFO relief. And can I tell you something? My view of UFOs have completely changed. I actually

would welcome them. I know. At this point, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You'd be like, okay. You hear it help. Oh, it's a cookbook? Fine. Let's go. The way they worded it, it seems like part of what they're doing is just separating those things that we know were like unidentified flying objects that we now

know our man made as opposed to ones we don't know the origin of, right? They're just saying, they're setting those to separate offices. Well, and they should be separated. Right. Members of the Senate Intelligence Committee believe on an unanimous bipartisan basis that some UFOs

have non-human origins. Hmm. After all, why would Congress establish and task a powerful new office with investigating non-man-made UFOs if objects didn't exist? Well, they're saying they don't know if they're, they don't know the origin.

Yeah, but, but the problem is with this, because remember, we've done several specials on this, on the blaze, and tried to make it so it wasn't conspiracy. Like, we talked to the people who are actually investigating these things for the government.

And it is the cross-domain transmedium. It is the, these objects that do not slow down. And they go from space to air to water. And they can navigate at very high speeds in ways we don't even understand. That's impossible for anybody on earth to do that. Correct. And the problem is, they said the technology is so advanced that it would change an entire country. So if China had this or Russia had this, you would have seen parts of it in other things in the world. But

there's no evidence. Plus, they would have destroyed us by now. Don't you think? If they had the ability to do this kind of stuff, they would have at least scare us. They would at least scare us. They would at least scare us. For sure. Yeah. They'd threaten us with it. They'd somehow make us comply to bend to their will. But they don't.

So it's not Russian or Chinese. Yeah, you wouldn't think so. But maybe this stuff is going on behind the scenes and we don't know about it. We do act very strangely, particularly to the Chinese, right? And we act as if they're, I mean, they're obviously our adversaries. And we treat them very strangely. What these guys say, they have taken samples of some crashes, recently.

And they have samples of this metal that is an alloy that they say they don't even know what it is. But it is not, the molecular makeup is not from this planet. And at some point, right, we know some country, even if this isn't from outer world, an outer worldly type of situation, at some point a country is going to develop a piece of technology that is going to change the game in time. I mean, this is what happened with the Manhattan Project, right? The reason why we're the number one and we've run, you know, we've run things for quite a bit globally is partially because of that, right? We got to that point quicker. We have the best technology, the best military, and now everyone has to respect us at some point

that could change, especially when you have presidents like Obama who came out and said, we shouldn't develop new weapons. And he said we should stop funding the development of new weapons. Right. Well, here's the other problem with it's from another country. If you ever noticed, I mean, if you look at the Wright brothers, right around the exact same time, somebody in Brazil, somebody in Europe. I think somebody in, I think somebody even in Russia claimed to be the first people that flew. And it was the same kind of technology.

and it was within weeks of each other. Yeah. I think there is something my father used to call it the universal mind that when ideas start to happen, it kind of goes up and others start to think it. It's the only way to explain how things continually happen, like with the Manhattan Project. A lot of people were close to it. Right. A lot of people were close to it.

So if we were close to something like this, just history would say, say we were all close to it in one way or another. Yeah. But there's no, there's no kind of technology that would explain going from space to air to water right now. There's none. And that we know of. Nobody's got anything like that that we know of, yeah.

I mean, it's bizarre. That's a pretty large leap for somebody to take. Yeah. But I can't reconcile. I don't know. Other worlds being here. I just don't. Because I think we'd come from the same place.

You know, the same God would have made them as well as us. Of course. And would they be that far ahead of us? I don't know. If they were that far ahead of us, would they be allowed to come here and treat us? Like, I don't know. Ants? I don't know.

Just it's hard to reconcile it. It is very hard to reconcile it. But I'm actually more excited to figure that out. And they could be giant spiders. that feed on us. But for the time being, I'm much more comfortable with an alien spacecraft than I am with another term of this Congress. Yes. I'm a little more afraid of that, strangely. All right. Thanks, Pat.

This is the Glenn Beck program. I'm going to give you an update on what is happening in our schools. how you really must stay involved. The homeschooling movement has, I mean, the teachers' unions have really hurt themselves. In the schools where the COVID restrictions were the most draconian, those are the schools that are hit hardest with the idea of homeschooling. And you wouldn't be surprised. I mean, I would imagine because those would have to be the ones where the teachers unions are the strongest. Mm-hmm.

This, again, is the one good thing maybe that came out of COVID, where people are now considering homeschooling, private schools, pod learning, all of these different options that most people didn't consider before. I mean, I think it's just been ingrained in our society that your kids just go to school. You know, you're paying for it already. They just go to school right in front, you know, they just go to school in your local district. deal with whatever you get there. And maybe you try to when you're buying a new home, pick a good school district, quote unquote. Well, those things are fewer and far between now. And I'll say, I don't trust any of them. You can't. I mean, we hear reports about this in good Texas towns all the time that there's all sorts of problems. And that's why these school boards have to be taken over.

I will say there was a big change in Arizona. We didn't really get a chance to talk to. We should probably go into that more, where the whole dream of being able to take your tax dollars and put your kids in a school that of your choosing, which does not seem like a crazy thing, is actually happening in Arizona. I know. But it is really, there's strings attached to that money. And here's the problem with it. And I hate to burst the bubble of people who are very, very excited.

You're bursting my bubble right now. I know. That's what you're doing. You have to be. I have to point this out because other states may do the same thing. And it's a trap. It's a, really? What's what?

It is. Here it is. Okay. The money follows you. And when it follows you, it also has all kinds of strings attached to it to where it's feeding all kinds of information. It is information gathering on steroids. Okay. So it is information gathering.

Also, it is, in some cases, it is not only following and monitoring, but you also have to comply with some things if you take this federal money. Well, it would be state money on this particular case. But yeah, I mean, still, that does seem like a better option than being forced to double pay. You want to be really, really careful. Yeah, we should get Corey DeAngelis or something on on this because I know they're trying to design. these plans across the country. And it is important that we get it right. But a step in the right direction, maybe not a full step.

I want to take you back to a poster that you all know, everyone knows, I think, if I just say, Freedom of Speech by Norman Rockwell. most people will remember that painting as a painting of a guy who looks a little like Abraham Lincoln in some ways. He's a blue collar guy in a jacket with really kind of gnarled hands. He's obviously worked a long time. Everybody else is in a suit and tie, but he's not. He's the common man. And what you may not know is what this is based on.

You will see on the painting, it will just say, report, annual report, and it's for a town in Vermont. This is based on a guy standing up in a town meeting. He's not wearing a wedding ring, so we don't know if he's married. We don't know what side he's on. But the town, the school had just burned down, and they were at their annual meeting deciding whether or not they were going to build a new school and how much it was going to cost. and this guy stands up.

So the iconic American picture or painting of freedom of speech is about a man standing up in his own town debating school issues. And you're an American for doing it? No. Americans have known forever that that is the definition. of freedom of speech literally the iconic definition of america's freedom of speech there is something going on in our school boards and you are very well aware of it in our schools but i am so sick and tired of hearing um this one particular lie that is being uh put out uh randy winegarten she is uh from the

American Federation of Teachers, she was sharing a false misleading and I believe malinformation tweet, claiming that certain books were banned in Florida. And this happened on Sunday. Gee, she wrote back, I should have double checked before I retweeted this list. My bad. Looks like some of the books weren't banned. But book bans are very real and dangerous. Books we have taught for generation.

Okay. All right. So the list that she posted A claim that Florida had banned books of To Kill a Mockingbird and a Rinkle in Time. Now I see this and I say that's ridiculous. There's no way that that is happening. But in today's world you have to look into it.

No, that's not happening. Neither is it happening in Texas. I was in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, over the weekend. And I pick up their local paper and I'm reading, I think, the Saturday or Sunday edition. I think it was a Sunday edition. And the op-ed is about how book burnings and book bannings are un-American. And it talks about the books that are being banned in Texas, in their schools.

And I'm reading this and I'm thinking, I don't think so. Today we were supposed to have the head of the school board from Keller High School on to talk about it, but he couldn't make it at this time, and it's the only time I could schedule for it today. So maybe we'll have him on later this week. But in Texas, the word is, all around the country now, that Texans have banned the diary of Anne Frank. Now, when I first heard this, I thought, what kind of, we have Texas Nazis that are, I mean, who doesn't want Anne Frank to be taught in school? And then I noticed that it's not the diary of Anne Frank. It is the graphic novel of Anne Frank.

And I thought, hmm, that's different than the book that I've read just because it's a graphic novel. It's a cartoon book. I wonder if there's any day. difference. There is a difference. And historically, the graphic novel is accurate. However, it was edited back in the old days because it didn't play a important part to the story. And it brought in other politics. And it's one page in her diary where she's questioning her sexuality and exploring herself. and some other girl. And they're just talking about, you know, am I, do I, am I attracted to girls or not?

That's in the graphic novel. Now, we know she wasn't because she had a huge crush on a boy in the book. But she questioned, is that what we need to get from Anne Frank's diary? is that the important part we need to get from and frank's diary it has always been edited out always now history historically accurate okay i'm not going to fight fight that if you want that but the comic book version doesn't need to be in our schools for k through 12 the comic book version kind of bothers me on the surface just because it's Anne Frank, but, hey, get the message out any way you possibly can.

So the idea that Texas is banning the diary of Anne Frank, no, it's in the classes. And by the way, we don't know if the graphic novel is going to be banned, because here's how it works in the Keller, Texas, ISD. The way it works is anyone can anonymously put a law. list of put a book on the list that should be reviewed on whether or not it should be open for all K through 12 students. On that list was the graphic novel of Diary Van Frank. Also on that list was the Bible. Now does that sound like a conservative doing that? They're banning the Bible. How come we haven't heard that reported in news. We're banning the Bible? Nope. It's just another one on the list

to be reviewed. So why are they doing this? Why is the press reporting these things and trying to make it sound as if we're banning all of these well-known books? Because they don't want you to know the book that is the real heart of the problem. And it is called gender queer. Stu, I've looked through this. Now, could you describe what it looks like here? Yeah, it looks like a comic book. Yeah. It's a comic book you'd see in like the back of a newspaper.

Right. Right. Yeah. Colorful, obviously appealing to children. I just opened it randomly at a page that's not bookmarked. At the library, I began to discover more and more queer books, including the fake series of blah, blah, blah. both of which include very tame gay sex scenes, blah, blah, blah. I felt as if lightning was coming from the pages,

electricity flowing directly into my palms. All right, I want you just to read, just describe, don't read. Just described, just go through the highlighted pages or the bookmarked pages, and there are many bookmarked pages. I don't want to after opening the first one here. describe it. Now this is for K through 12. Okay.

There seems to be of someone going through their period. Now the picture appears to be a boy going through their period. And to not get any deeper than that. Deeper than that, there is a, it's a very gory. Yeah. Of a boy

menstruating. okay all right I don't know if people know this oh my I mean it's very very very graphic and yes it is a boy yeah who is supposedly menstruating now if a boy

is bleeding from his private parts it shouldn't be called menstruating it should be called 9-1-1 that should be very bad okay and then we have a 14

year old who thinks they're asexual. And then seems like it goes into some self-pleasure analysis. Yeah. Kind of detailing how that works. How that would work between appears to be a man and what in hateful times was referred to as a hermaphrodite perhaps.

having some relations. Okay, all right. So a man and a haemaphrodite. Okay. What else? In 2013, they're talking about sex toys. Okay. And how much they cost?

Oh, and how much they cost. So they're teaching economics. That's good. Right. Okay. All right. Someone bought it and... They show how to use it or what it's for?

It seemed to be showing how to use it, how exciting it is. upset that it did not have a higher power setting. Mm, okay, all right. 14-year-old. Yeah. Uh-huh. This is in K through 12. I should say, too, it's a sex toy that would typically be described for a woman and her activities and is instead

being purchased by a boy. A boy, okay. 14-year-old. Maybe that's why he was bleeding. That's true. I don't want to go through the physics of that, but yeah. Oh, my. Okay.

We've got more. Yeah. then we have a oh my gosh I mean the words in here legitimately would get us talking about banning books it would get this radio broadcast banned

if I were to say the words that are in here there are all of the words that you know you would you can't say in any polite company I suppose talking to on the internet dealing with what's

which is about 90% of this population, it seems at times. And they divert your eyes so you don't see this. Which you should be thankful. You're not seeing it, I will say. Have you gotten to the place where they're showing how a man and a boy can pleasure one another? It's great. K through 12.

The name of this book, Stu? It is genderqueer, a memoir, deluxe edition. Maya Kobabe. And it won an Alex Award for teen readers and adult books. Wait, I don't think you're supposed to give adult books to teen readers. I thought that was the reason why you have the delineation of the ages there. No.

Apparently not. No. As there can be. what is it youth attracted adults maps you're talking about a minor attracted persons yes minor attracted persons yeah gender queer this is why

they are telling you to kill a mocking bird is being banned this is this book should be banned it should not be burned it should not be you're not saying the book should be banned in K through 12 schools you are as an adult you want to read this but this isn't made for an adult this is made for kids and i don't want my

kids reading any of this stuff it is not if they want to come to me and say dad i want to read this book and you're going to need to sign for it i'll talk to my kids i want to read the book i don't want my kids pulling this off of a shelf and reading it. And to be clear, the point here is that the books like the Bible and Anne Frank's Diary have been nominated for consideration by the left and the right as books that should not be discussed in schools along with this book gender queer. The likely outcome of this is the book gender queer is going to go and the Bible is not. Correct. And the, and the, and the, and the, And Frank's diary is not.

But they're just, they're looking this as gigantic list and using the nomination list as if it's really not. They're using the classics to make sure you don't hear about gender queer. Books like this should not be on the library of K through 12, period. Do not believe any of the bull crap that you are seeing in the mainstream press. if someone is burning books or banning classics, I am all with you. I will stand next to the most liberal person and say, that should not be done. Somebody wants to burn this book. I'll stand with you on that one.

So, Mark, I wanted to, we're doing a special tonight on the FBI and how out. of control, justice and the FBI are, and they are, they've been this way for a long time. I mean, they were started and they were, when they started, they were corrupt. But we are, we're seeing things with, with Donald Trump that should scare people to the core.

And I don't think the average Democrat, who's not a Marxist, doesn't understand what is happening right now. Well, first of all, they need to understand how corrupt their party is because the FBI has been used by Democrat president after Democrat president in illegal ways, really starting with Franklin Roosevelt. He used the FDR against his political opponents, including within his own party. And they would collect dirt on his political opponents. He would use the IRS the same way, which is why adding 87,000. agents is a disaster. Disaster.

He unleashed the IRS on Andrew Mellon, who'd been the Treasury Secretary under Coolidge. Even the judge at the very end was wondering why he had this 10-year criminal investigation because his Treasury secretary ordered it at FDR's demand. And he used the FBI against a number of individuals and groups, including the media. Robert Kennedy did the same thing with John. Kennedy, they used the FBI to tap Martin Luther King's phone, among others. And, of course, he used the IRS to collect data on his political opponents. Probably the worst was Lyndon Johnson.

He used the FBI, the IRS, and the CIA. He even bugged Hubert Humphrey's phone when Hubert Humphrey was running for president in the Democrat primary. First, he used it. He wanted to see if he was loyal or not. He used the FBI, sent an FBI team to Atlantic City at the Democrat convention there to monitor Martin Luther King and other civil rights leaders to see if they were going to be attacking him, Lyndon Johnson, even though he wasn't running again. And then, of course, Nixon got caught doing some of the same things they did, but not nearly as much, but it didn't matter because he was a Republican. This attack on Trump is akin to the same pattern, but worse.

There's nothing in there about where he can store it. He can bring it home if he wants, and that's what he did. I've been arguing the president can't violate the espionage act.

How can it violate the espionage act of 1917? When he's president, he says, all right, I'm taking these documents with me. You can't have a clearer statement of declassification that I'm taking these documents with me. But even if they're not declassified, as these gentlemen point out, it doesn't matter. In fact, he has exclusive use of these documents. Even the existing president can't just claim those documents unless they have an absolute significant reason to. So they came out with, I mean, I think it was a general warrant, but they came out with this warrant. And then we started hearing that it's nuclear secrets and it's, you know, espionage, all this bull crap.

What is it that they were really looking for? And how do we shake off the chains of this government that is this corrupt? Well, they wanted to grab everything. And so they couldn't. Wait, wait, wait, wait, you're breaking up. I'm sorry. Say it again? I'm sorry, the damn phone fell.

Yeah, that's right. You know, I had this home in Florida. I'll just tell you in the country. It's a little box. Remember those old movies? Yes. The cement and the steel and everything else. I said to the builder,

I'm only building this damn thing once. I don't care how many hurricanes we have here, and I don't care about FEMA. Well, they said the rules in the state are 170 miles an hour. I said, but the state isn't building my house. 210 miles an hour. That's what I want the house sustained. So I poured all the money into the structure.

I'm just pointing this. So I have eight-inch thick cement, you know, halls and floors. It doesn't look. like it and piling's underneath. So we had it had additional systems so I could use my cell phone, but there's certain dead spots in this house. Anyway, do you hear me okay now? I do. What was your question again? My question is, what do you think they were looking for? And how do we shake the chains of this government that is so corrupt and out of control? It seems like we're cornered.

Well, a couple of things. You're right about the general warrant. This clearly violates the Fourth Amendment and the particularity requirement, which was crucial to the colonists and to the framers. If it doesn't violate it, I don't know what does. And so they walk in there and they grab everything. I think they're looking for anything. January 6th, of course, I've talked about that. I'm sure you have anything they can get their hands on.

And now they find, and they knew there were classified documents in there, so they're trying to use criminal statutes on that. you bring in these hacks like Weissman and put them on TV and very ignorant, low IQ hosts and news people. So just keep talking about, hey, he's got 700 pages of documents, classified, 300 classified document. Who cares? Who cares? And, of course, the reason the government doesn't want to release the affidavit is they prefer to leak this stuff to the New York Times and the Washington Post in order to control it. Right. Now, what do we do about this? You're not going to like this. We are in the abyss trying to claw our way out.

It's not we're heading for the abyss. It's not that the country is unraveling. It's unraveled. And so the question is now, how do we deal with a political party that hates America that takes every step possible to empower itself that only uses the Constitution to defend itself or against their enemies but otherwise has no respect. or faith in the Constitution whatsoever. And how do we defend ourselves and fix it by not becoming all that we despise and using the Constitution?

How can we do that? You've got to elect people, if not Trump, like Trump, who are willing to take them on, who can stand up to this. This is why so many people are attracted to him. I know. It's because he doesn't bend. He fights back. He fights back.

They try and take him out. impeachment, criminal investigations, DA investigations, state attorney investigations, tax investigations, property investigations. Now, this crap with his home and his wife's closet and all the rest of it. That's why we have to defend him. Whether you want to tweet or not is beside the point. Because if they take him down, who's going to fight for us? Seriously, maybe DeSantis, don't you think the same thing? I think DeSantis would do the same thing, but I will tell you the only one that has been tested in literally the fires a hell is Trump. Exactly.

And honestly, what did he do to deserve this? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. He hasn't broken the law. If he's broken the law, don't you think they'd have them by now? Yeah. Rather than running around with obstruction and looking back at his property taxes 10 years ago and his income taxes 15 years ago, this is just all cracked.

Nobody's examined like this. I'm looking at the Pelosi taxes for 10 or 15 years. We're looking at the Biden seriously, how he's been bought off by foreign governments. None of these politicians could withstand this, but Trump withstands it. So, Mark, I only have two minutes, unless you can stay after the break. I know you're busy, which do you prefer? And in the Senate, we also have another problem in addition to the filibus, which I happen to support.

We have Mitch McConnell, who is in a number of self, a filibuster against conservatives. When I remember in 2010, how he hated the Tea Party movement. Oh, yeah. He still does. Well, he hates the MAGA movement. in 1976 and 80 he was a Gerald Ford guy, and he was never really a Reagan guy. He worked in the Ford Justice Department brief. This guy is quintessential Washington, Rhino,

and just ask yourself, what are the Republicans running on in the Senate? You don't even know because they haven't called West around a message because the guy's not a leader, but he raises a ton of money. They changed the law a few years back. He controls the money for all the other senators. Yes, he does. And so he controls the National Republican Senatorial Committee,

which can take in hundreds of thousands of dollars per donor. Used to be a limit of 30-some thousand. He put a rider on, I think it was Obamacare or something like that, and he changed that to empower himself. He has no capacity to communicate with the average American, the American people. He always talks like he has a salami sandwich in his mouth or something. You know

I want to I want to ask you You said you were for the filibuster I'm for the filibuster However, I would be for Changing the filibuster Back to the way it originally was Where it was Mr. Smith goes to

Washington You actually have to stand on the floor And filibuster Now the Republican Or the Democrats if I'm not mistaken Changed it so you can just say I'm going to filibuster And everybody goes

home. Well, that's true. They threaten the fellow, but I don't know how we change that, since the Senate can make its own rules. We can't even change the Republican leader in the center right now. I know. That's the start. We've got to have younger, newer, vibrant people who come to Washington, know their terms are limited and have as their purpose. He's walking around again. Defense, several, yeah. We're always playing. defense or we're always on the back

against the world. These guys, they come in and they have or they, you know, like in the Senate. One second. Get away from the concrete and the metal. No, it's FedEx. I have to. Okay.

You want to make a case. I love talking of you. And as a matter fact, they now require your birthday. Every damn time it's the same person that shows up. They want my birthday. You know, it used to be, you could say, just leave the box. Now it's, I want your signature, your birthday. What the hell is it? Anyway. All right. Last thing, last thing, because I've only got about a minute. Last thing. How are you,

what are you seeing coming, reading the tea leaves, especially from last night? What are you seeing in the House and the Senate? So I see immediate, it's so loaded with propaganda. They find this seat in in New York and they say this is indicative and illustrative of everything that's correct so the Democrat wins by the skin of their teeth you look around the rest of the country the Republicans did very well you look at Florida they did extremely well conservatives are doing well people need to keep their chin up they have to ignore the media ignore them they're corrupt they hate us and fight and organize and be your own precinct worker and block captain you got to work harder than ever before they're going to do

We are strapped by being. isolated by the ocean and we are strapped because our media blows beyond all recognition.

You're not getting anything from the mainstream media. Stop watching it. And let me give you an example. I told you yesterday about a major bank in Australia announcing the end of financing for new fossil fuel powered cars. I wanted to point out that it was just a couple of weeks ago that the New York Times ran a hit piece saying this exact thing was made up. I'm going to give you a quote from the New York Times. This article mentioned me and wall builders and also the Heartland Foundation. The Heartland Foundation and wall builders have been instrumental in writing legislation and trying to get legislation passed.

The New York Times wrote this, and I quote, the memo had been prepared using research from the Heartland Institute, a think tank with a history of denying climate science. And it misrepresented how banks and other financial institutions were implementing their ESG strategies. It said, quote, if you're a small business owner with gasoline powered cars, you're eventually going to be phased out of a bank's portfolio, unless you switch to. electric vehicles, of course. The memo said in a section about how banks would use ESG to force businesses to change. Similarly, if you want to buy a house in the future that runs on natural gas,

you too won't be able to get a mortgage until you put solar panels on the roof. The New York Times followed that with no banks have proposed such measures. So they're trying to again call this a conspiracy theory. Let me give you again. That was the New York Times. two weeks ago. There is nothing but disinformation. This may even be malinformation because it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what is going on all around the world. They admit it. You don't need any inside, you know, secret leaks. It's all out in the open. So they denied this just a couple of weeks ago and mocked us as conspiracy theorist. And yesterday, starting in 2025, Bank Australia will no longer give you a loan if you buy a car that

runs on gasoline. Bank of Australia chief impact officer, yes, the impact officer. Sasha Corville said in a statement that by ceasing our car loans for new fossil fuel vehicles, we are sending a signal to the Australian market. okay I want you to remember no matter what the New York Times or anybody tells you

you go to the World Economic Forum's own website you go to whitehouse.gov you read the new bill uh from the government on the EPA section in the really

the inflation reduction bill? Yes this isn't about cars, this is literally about everything, every product or service or social media platform. If they can force you to buy an electric car through the banking system, they can force you to do anything because the same strategy could be applied to any industry, any product, any business, or any opinion. This is not the free market.

And I'll explain that if I have to. I'll speak slowly. for those who are just cannot get it through their head. This is the government. Well, let me give you this example. You can find this at energy.gov. The U.S. Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program, WAP, WAP, WAP, differs in many ways from what is commonly referred to as weatherizing your home.

The latter involves low-cost improvements, such as adding weather stripping to doors and windows to save energy. Okay. When they say weatherizing your home, the Department of Energy would like you to know that's different than their weatherization assistance program. WAP, still quoting from Energy.gov, takes the whole house weatherization approach that analyzes all of the building systems, the building envelope, the heating, the cooling systems, the electrical systems, the electric base load appliances. through the completion of an energy audit. Another distinguishing feature of WAP is the attention to the overall health and safety of the clients being served and the weatherization providers. Many dwellings receiving attention are old and need of repair. Weatherization providers check the exterior of the building known as the envelope and major energy systems to ensure there are no occupant health or safety concerns,

before installing any energy-efficient measures. So what we were saying is you won't be able to buy a house unless you have solar panels. Oh, no, it's worse. Again, from energy.gov. At its core, WAP is an energy efficiency program. The program is largely measured in terms of energy saved. WAP recognizes homes and buildings work as a system, of interrelated parts and follows the House of a System methodology to assess and treat the homes.

WAP, listen to this very carefully. WAP understands it is not effective to insulate an addict if the roof leaks and will degrade the insulation's performance. Therefore, either the roof is repaired before insulation is installed or the home is deferred. until repairs can be made. When a home is deferred, it does not mean assistance will never be available, but that the work must be postponed

until the issues can be resolved and the home is ready for weatherization. So if you have a problem that the government, the Department of Energy, says, ah, yeah, you got to do this before you can do anything,

anything else, you're going to have to update possibly your electrical system, possibly your appliances. To help with moving homes off of the deferral waiting list, many WAP local providers combine other federal state and local program funding to address the home and building problems so they can be weatherized. There's all kinds of things the government is going to do for every business and every home in the United States of America to make sure it fits exact specifications that some bureaucrat, not Congress, some bureaucrat came up with. Now, how do you think that's going to affect your income? Two thoughts.

I want you to write them down. And I want you to think about them every time you hear a story about the IRS, the Department of Energy, weatherization, solar panels, gasoline, et cetera, et cetera. You will own nothing and you will like it. There's thought number one. Actually, three thoughts. Here's thought number two. Thought number two is, well, somebody's got to own it.

So who am I renting from? And the third thought. what happens to all of the stuff I already own? If I'm going to own nothing by 2030, what happens to that? I can give you the answer to all of that. Statement number one is a statement. It's not a question. It's just a statement.

You'll be happy. I can make it into it. Will you really be happy? Will you really like it if you're renting everything that you have now? and you have no ownership in it? Will you be happy? Two, who will you be renting from? The elites.

You'll get your food from Bill Gates and all of the people that will buy up all of the farms. You will get everything from the government. Will you be happy? And the third thing is, how do, what happens to my stuff? in the next eight years, stuff I already own. You will be impoverished. They will hit you every possible way they can. Through higher prices, through inflation, through regulations that will cause you to buy this permit and do this to your house and you'll be required to buy this.

Otherwise, you're not in compliance. remember what we said, what conservatives said about Obamacare. It's not a right. And for the first time, I have to buy something to be in compliance with my citizenship. I have to purchase something so I can be a citizen in good standing? Well, yes, yes. You'll not only have to buy things, you'll have to stop buying things that you might like. You won't have an opinion that can be expressed out loud, and you dare not express it online or even in your house because Amazon, Apple, Google is everywhere in our house.

And who have they publicly, privately partnered with? the United States government. For anyone who is still reading the New York Times or still looking at ESG and the Great Reset as a conspiracy theory, you either are dangerously stupid or you're part of it because it is wide out in the open.

You can see it in every bill they pass, now. You can see it in every person they hire with an additional gun. Tonight, I'm going to show you what they were really looking for at Trump's Marlago. Mm-hmm. Yep. Now, she knew that back in April, but nobody's saying a peep about it today. He does not have the power. Every single lawyer worth his salt knows the president doesn't have the power. But the president of the United States currently doesn't give a flying crap about the rule of law and our constitution. So you know, he's going to do it. And what will happen is if he pays for all of these, it's going to affect your inflation. It will also affect the debt that we have. Two things

that I know every America, every American is really happy about. But it will also do another thing. it will only benefit the people who have sent their kids to massive colleges and have massive debt. I didn't go to college because I couldn't afford it. My parents couldn't afford it. So I didn't go to college. When I went to college, I was in my 30s and I could only afford one semester. Now I'm paying for other people's college? Why?

How about the people who are minorities? Really? We're the white kids that went and have parents and they're going to get their debt relieved? Why? Why? Why can't I get some debt relief for some other things then? I don't have college loans. I felt always I was responsible.

Why are they getting it? This is not going to see. sit well, especially, I think, in the minority communities. Doesn't have the authority to do it. It's unconstitutional. It's illegal. He's doing it anyway. I mean, we'll see what happens in the courts. It will be challenged, of course, but he's going to try to do it anyway. You're right. It screws out people who, screws over people who paid their loans off. It screws over people who decided not to take out loans. It even screws over people that decide to take out loans next year when they're going to college a little bit later than

this forgiveness. They won't get this benefit in theory. my wife is helping the most privileged people paying her loans off. Yeah. I mean, she paid her college loans off. And like, why college, like, let's say you got out of school and you were working at Subway and you decided, you know what, I really like this business,

I'm going to open up a franchise. So you take out a loan. And the other person, your friend, goes to college and screws off for four years and whatever. Or even works hard. Or works hard. He gets the relief. He's got the degree.

he's got the benefits as far as earning capacity. You are working your ass off at a franchise and you get nothing. You would at least have a case to make if you were saying like junior colleges or colleges, you know, they're teaching auto repair or something like that. You're going to pay off loans for people

who went to the Ivy League schools and all these. And they have the degree that everyone has told us you need to have. They've got to. already. Amos Miller is a man we tried to get on for several weeks, but he is a Pennsylvania Dutch Amish farmer. And you might have heard about him, his farm. Some say was raided by the feds.

He's facing thousands in fines. Some people say, no, he's not under attack by an out-of-control government. He's just refusing to comply with the laws. I don't know what the real answer is, but hopefully he can clear things up and tell us why he is not agreeing to government regulations on food. Amos Miller, how are you, sir? I'm doing fine. Thank you. Good. It's good to talk to you. Thank you for taking time out of your day. Sure.

I wanted to first understand you are not having your meat. you know, USDA graded and in a slaughterhouse that the USDA overseas. And then also you, you know, are not pasteurizing your milk. But it's my understanding on the pasteurization that you actually have to be a member of a kind of like a club to be able to buy your products, right? So everybody is well informed what the risks are. Is that right? That's correct. We created a private membership association.

Okay. And so, and everybody knows if I buy milk from you, I know I could get Listeria because it's not pasteurized. And that's clear, right? Yes, they take their health into it. They want to take their health in their own hands. Okay. And why is it that you won't do these things? It's not that you're anti-government, is it?

That's correct. I'm not for, that's correct. I, uh, we need government to a certain degree. It's that when our members and myself can't make choices of what I think is healthy for my body, the acid label is not labeled that way, the package is not. And our members prefer to make the direct connection with the farmer that they can trust because if they do solution onto the chicken or the turkeys, which is a plant in place, citric acid or bacteria, and our members,

Well, I know I have a friend who is Scottish, and he came over, and he has a problem with the meat here. He's like, you guys dip everything in bleach? I mean, it's craziness. Indeed, and they don't have to label the package that way. So was this a raid on your farm? Because they say that they tried to make a deal with you, and you just won't play by, you know, the rules, which apparently. they say you agreed to. Is that true or not? Well, they made me, they had tagged about 36,000 pounds of meat a year or two ago,

back to my members, which I was grateful that I was able to get it back to the members. The members were very appreciative of that. But when all was said and done, it's not that big of a deal to possibly go, working with the meat regulations and so forth. But the thing is that they can change laws tomorrow and then you don't know, you don't have control of members because of the regulations. And the meat is not that big of a deal.

It's then when they come and say, well, you can't have this raw milk on the shelf where you can't have the raw cheese, the butter, which is basically you can't provide that unless you have an agreement or something because they ban raw. butter, they ban raw milk. That's when we have a problem abiding by the rule and regulations because our members are

well educated that they know raw milk from grass-fed cows, raw butter from grass-fed cows is a bodybuilder to build strong bone structure. And what is it that is taken out in the pasteurization that makes that so it's not as healthy? Well, the goal is that bad bacteria in the milk, but if you do that, you also kill the bacteria. So it's harder to break down the body. It's like a foreign thing to the body because there's no good bacteria to help break down the milk. And that's maybe why there's so many people sensitive to milk. So they have to educate themselves. They come back and they want raw milk. And it helps break down other foods as well. Is this part of your faith at all to grow food the

way you do and to eat the food you do? That's a very good question. I was raised on a farm. I enjoyed to be on the farm. And my father taught me very good lessons in becoming a good farmer. He was born to stay away from chemicals, GMOs, and he has left a very good example. The things are going nowadays, and my goal is to get nutrient-dense foods out to the where you want to call it, the diseases that we are dealing with change that around.

We have many children with birth different like that. My goal and my passion is to help neighbor and build their bodies so the temple of God can live within them. Amos, I think there's a lot of people in America right now that in some ways wish they lived much more like you do. the world has truly gone insane. And we are losing all of our principles, all of the Judeo-Christian values that we've always had and based our lives upon. When you look outside of your community,

what does it look like to you? Well, my heart goes out to those people because they are, could I say, almost innocent. They haven't been, they haven't had the opportunity to be raised on the floor. farm from day one. So they're basically innocent. But my goal would be is, and that's kind of coming with the next generation.

They are seeing that modern medicine might not be the key. It's not the answer. It's going back and getting nutrition from the food, from grass-fed animals, and getting that into their children so the minds can stay healthy. The children feel vigorous, and they want to sustain their life. And then when you sustain your life, you want to sustain nature so you can thrive naturally. So my goal is to good minds through good nutrition. And hopefully that they can accept God as their creator and believe and trust in him.

And they want to take care of the land. That is our calling on this. Take care of the animals. The book of Moses talks about the gardens and sustain nature, and God is pleased with that mindset. And that is my goal to him.

Amos, there is a big movement all over the world now to get rid of meat and not eat meat. What is your thought on that? Well, one thing, it would be against God's plan. God has created actually said

that nature, they put away with the animals, the animals actually are a very important circle of our creation. They go out there, they harvest the feed, and themselves, if you allow them to do that. They eat it, and they poop it back out, which is a scary word, it's part of nature. And that goes down to the ground, and then the microbes, the earthworms, that's their meal. So the better we take care of the microbes and the soil, the earthworms, the more they can populate and make better top soil, and that helps us

the soybeans and we don't feed the microbes. We will hit a wall. Nature can no longer be sustained. Amos Miller, he is a Pennsylvania Dutch, Amish farmer. He is facing thousands of dollars in fines. I believe you're

facing about $300,000 worth of fines. I imagine that is an insurmountable amount. I wouldn't drink, you know, non-homogenized milk. I'm not for rolling the dice every time I want to have an Oreo cookie and a glass of milk.
