Starting point is 00:00:00 60% of the vans on Amazon come a vendor independent like Sac Magic. Hello, here Camille of Sac Magic. Our compresses, show of fraud are fabriced in Quebec, and our presence on Amazon enlarge our clientele
Starting point is 00:00:10 to world entire. Trouve of little enterprises like on our own.com. Back for another week. Yay! But it's Tuesday. Yes, 40 week. Home is where you live,
Starting point is 00:00:22 but it's a lot more than that. It's also an investment, probably the biggest investment of your life. Right now, home values are up almost 20% that's a really big deal because it means that you can access that cash at incredibly low interest rates. Once your price of your house starts to go back down, then you lose this opportunity. But right now you can borrow against that at about, I don't know, four or five percent, and then pay off your high interest loans.
Starting point is 00:00:51 There's a lot. There's a, I don't have to give you more than one reason. 19% is a lot more than 5%. Pay off those credit cards and get them out of your life. Call American financing. If you're looking for a mortgage, a refi, whatever they can do to help you, save as much money as possible. That's what they're there for.
Starting point is 00:01:14 It's American financing at 8009062440, 8009062440, or Americanfinancing. Not net. Big show. Next. Hello, America. We're back, and it is Tuesday. and Stu and I, we have been working on a show. This is, we've got a great show for you.
Starting point is 00:02:34 Would you agree? I mean, of course. Great show. Not today, but soon we're going to be doing a great show. Today, eh, you know, it's a little meh. Stick around. We begin in 60 seconds. If you're living in pain, please, please get out of pain.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Just try this for me, will you? Try it for yourself. For 20 bucks, you can get a trial pack of something called Relief Factor. I didn't think it was going to work for me. Not a chance. 99% of the time, I am out of pain. I had pain so badly that I couldn't really use my hands. I couldn't use them to write anymore.
Starting point is 00:03:16 I couldn't paint anymore. I would hold a paintbrush or a pen, and my hands would cramp up. I mean, immediately. Relief Factor, got me out of that. It is unbelievable. For me, 70% of the people that try it feel like I do, they go on to order more. So just try it. Get your life back and feel the difference with Relief Factor.
Starting point is 00:03:39 800, the number four relief. 800, the number four relief, or relieffactor.com. So before we get into real stuff, did you see Maverick and Top Gun this weekend? I did. Yes. I don't know how you felt about it. it but I don't know of a movie a sequel that was possibly better than the first one. Yeah, I mean, it was, and it did not stray far from the first one. In fact, like the first five minutes are like, wait a minute, I'm watching the last one.
Starting point is 00:04:16 Did they remake this movie? But no, I thought, and it was really good. Like, it was entertaining and exciting the whole way. And this weird feeling you had of like, is America not evil in this? I know. It's really good guys. We're good. What?
Starting point is 00:04:32 Did this come from Hollywood? I know. What is this? And I had to look it up afterwards because I had read three years ago that they changed the patch on the back of his jacket to remove Taiwan. Okay? Because of China. And they did remove it. And then I'm watching it and I'm like, gosh, that looks exactly.
Starting point is 00:04:56 I mean, they removed it, but I don't know what they replaced it with because that looks like the patch that he had before. But I was still kind of pissed at it because I'm like, but they removed it for China. No, they put it back on. Yeah. So it is the Taiwanese flag and China says they're not going to take it. And they released it anyway. What is up with it? What is happening?
Starting point is 00:05:21 We are slipping back into another wormhole, but we're going back closer to our original universe. Wasn't it great to just watch a movie? I mean, again, it's top gun. It's not an accurate telling of military history. It's not what... Wait, wait. I know. In fact, they don't even tell you what country we're going against in this.
Starting point is 00:05:43 I mean, who knows? It could be Idaho. We don't even know. It could be anything. But like, it's just... Would it be great if Idaho had those jets? I'd like him in Texas. Idaho.
Starting point is 00:05:51 I'd like him in the mountains. West, please. No kidding. But it was just nice to see. It just felt like, hey, it's okay to cheer your country on. That was like, you know, you had to come out of it with that feeling. It felt good. You used to go to the movies and come out and feel good. That's what it was about. It wasn't supposed to make you feel terrible for being an American. You're a racist if you don't. Or terrible because everybody in the movie is like, yeah, on the weekends, I just, I take a cheese grader to children's skin. and I just grate their skin off and you're like, wait, what is that? Well, I'm an American, you know, that's what I do. I hurt children. It wasn't that.
Starting point is 00:06:30 It wasn't that. And watching certainly movies for a very long time and now watching the media coverage from the news, you don't get that feeling at all. It's just all we're terrible and everyone else is great. And I know Hollywood will regret this. They'll like the money. And then they'll start saying, gosh, I don't. don't know. You know, we've, maybe we've encouraged war. Oh, shut up. Maybe people will start
Starting point is 00:06:56 praising our military again. Yeah, maybe. I mean, they should do that for other reasons. Yeah. Then, then Tom Cruise. Then a movie. Right. But, you know, there was one thing that really bothered me. Was there anything in the movie that really bothered you? I mean, afterward, I had some issues with it in that my wife wants to leave me immediately for Tom Cruise. Okay. There's absolutely no interest in me. I basically do. Pretty much the same complaint. Mine is, if that's Scientology, maybe we should join. I mean, I think it's a cult.
Starting point is 00:07:31 They probably, you know, zombify everybody. But if that's the way, if that's the way you look at 60, the guy's 60 years old. He really, almost doesn't look different than the first one. Oh, the first five minutes of the movie, literally, they just recreate scene by scene. the original and he's on the bike, you know, going down the runway. But that wasn't a flashback. That was him today. That was him today.
Starting point is 00:08:03 You're like, wait, what happened? I got old and fat and gray. And what happened to you? It's weird. It's weird. Now look, I don't know if it's Scientology or just science. You know, I mean, there's, who knows what's happened. I'm sure every potential treat.
Starting point is 00:08:21 has been utilized. Right. And he probably works out. You think? From time to time. I think he might. No, but honestly, it's, you know, I left there and we were driving away and I said, this movie makes me a little upset with God because that guy got everything.
Starting point is 00:08:44 Yeah. I mean, it's unfair. It's not just that you're good looking. He can fly a jet. You know what I mean? He can fly a. fighter jet. He can take a helicopter down in the mountains. He can he can race at top speeds, you know, in the middle of traffic in France. Those are all really him doing those things.
Starting point is 00:09:07 And it just pisses me off. Jumping off of buildings. Yeah. It's just like, you know, rock climbing. Okay, give it a rest, Cruz. And like, look, with all the issues Tom Cruise's had, and there's been numerous. Yeah, there's a long list. Yeah. The guy. is a legitimate movie star. He is. He's probably the only real movie star old style. Can you tell me anybody else? Not really.
Starting point is 00:09:34 Yeah, that is like just bigger than life. Yeah. I mean, he's in a movie and it's automatically about him. Like it's automatically he's the front of it. And it automatically does pretty well the box office. And he can open up these movies that, you know, other people can. Ant, you know, there was a time where Will Smith was thought about that way, and now that he's slapping people on stage, I don't think that's the case anymore. It hasn't been the case for a long time.
Starting point is 00:10:00 I don't know who's in that category. There's not a lot of people, and he just continues to do this. It really is impressive. And, you know, there's a reason why they make him the face of Scientology, right? Yeah. But you didn't you tell me that in one of those documentaries, one of the people that left Scientology says he's a really bad guy? Yeah, I mean, like, there's a lot of real accusation. I mean, I can't think of her name off the top of my head.
Starting point is 00:10:27 But the woman who was on King of Queens, all I was think of her is Carrie from King of Queens in a show. That's probably not her name. Probably not her name. I don't think so. I mean, you know, could be. What's her name? Look up her name real quick. I can't think of her off the top of my head.
Starting point is 00:10:39 But she did a long series about Scientology. She was formerly in Scientology. She left and she's now worked with other people who've left the church to do a lot of exposés on this. The church does not appreciate her efforts at this at this point. But her take on Tom Cruise was not like, because there's some celebrities that they've talked about that are like in there and they really heavily recruited celebrities to make, this is all allegedly, by the way, as I should protect our legal bills. But allegedly, they went out and they recruited these celebrities to basically be the advertising arm. this. Like you have these really successful people. Basically what we're doing right now, we're just saying, hey, like, Tom Grisumpin must be working. So you're welcome Church of Scientology.
Starting point is 00:11:32 But like, you know, they... We're just trying to balance that now. That's all we're trying to do. And a lot of these people were not like hardcore leaders of the church. They were just sort... But he is. Isn't he? Yeah, like she, I mean, she went through a lot of stuff and a lot of these accusations about him in particular that he is basically like person 1B of the church. there's the main guy and then Tom Cruise is like directing the the programs, the efforts
Starting point is 00:11:59 you know, as they say, the revenge on people who have left and how these people are targeted. Now look, I don't, you know, I haven't heard Tom Cruise's side of this. I don't know. I don't think he talks about it. Yeah, he doesn't really, you know, he used to talk about Scientology a lot and really.
Starting point is 00:12:13 And then it led to him jumping on the couch with Oprah and it was like, okay, shut up and he kind of has done, which is really smart. thing, which is not make that the central part of who, you know, he used to the public. Probably a really smart thing. Yeah. Probably a really smart thing.
Starting point is 00:12:28 Because it's, you know, but he does things like, remember that story? He was in London and somebody snatched a purse and, and he's running down the, he's running down the street, you know, like he runs. Yeah. And running down this, running down the street grabs the purse snatcher, returns the purse to the lady and holds the guy until police come. Right. I mean, it's like, what?
Starting point is 00:12:56 Did you think you were in a scene? Like, what was the, yeah. But I guess if you're Tom Cruise, you're like, I've done this a million times. Leah Remini, by the way, is the person I'm thinking of. She was also on the talk, which was like a view with less Joy Behar. So obviously it was better. And it was like that type of thing. And she, but I, at one point, because you do these, this great series of interviews that come out every weekend.
Starting point is 00:13:20 in Glenn Beck podcast. And she's one that I actually thought would be great for you to talk to because she's, you know, she's not, she's not conservative or anything by any means, but she just, you know, talks about this in a way that, you know, someone who had real life experience, very negative experience there, but also, you know, has done a lot of work to try to expose what she sees as the, as the, the downfall here. I'm not one to take down anybody's church. No. It's not. I mean, I honestly come to it. I mean, it's the only church. I mean, it's the only church. there that, you know, Mormons are like, well, I mean, look at Scientology. I mean, that's right. Am I right? Yeah, no, I mean, I think you have to come out. Look, they are targeted often and maybe
Starting point is 00:14:04 unfairly at times. But, I mean, it's interesting to try to understand what the inner workings are. And then you can kind of make your own mind up on it. Yeah. So what is happening with the, with the movies? Because we have the patch on the back of Tom Cruise's job. jacket. But Netflix came out. Did you read this? Netflix came out. Ted Sarandos, uh, who runs, he's the CEO of Netflix. And, uh, he said, I think it's very important to the American culture to have free expression. And, and Chappelle and, uh, Jervais. I mean, we're programming for a lot of diverse people who have different opinions and different tastes and different styles, you know, And yet we're not making everything for everybody.
Starting point is 00:14:52 We want something for everybody. But everything's not going to be for everybody. What? And they said like how would we justify our programming in the Middle East if we... Right. If we start to ban it here. Yeah. That's what we've been saying.
Starting point is 00:15:08 Right. Are you the same person? Do you remember what you were just saying a little while ago? I think we should approach Netflix right now. let's see your diversity. Yeah. Let's see that diversity. Oh, we got a diverse light up.
Starting point is 00:15:26 You don't. No, you don't. I mean, I feel like this is a step in the right direction, so I don't want to dance on them necessarily for admitting what we've been saying the whole time. No, but I mean, if they're looking for diverse. Yeah, you can do some shows for them. We can absolutely make that happen. But there is something, there is something happening.
Starting point is 00:15:48 You know, again, three years. ago, they took that off the back of Tom Cruise's jacket for China. They put it back on before the release because they're like, no, we're not going to bend to China. What happened? What happened there? And China is not taking it. By the way, the premiere of- They're not taking it, meaning they're not, they're not airing the movie. No, they're not taking the movie. It won't air in China. Now, you know, not, I can't see a bunch of Chinese people going. and yay, boy, the United States is great. But in Taiwan, standing ovation when he walked out and they showed the back of his jacket.
Starting point is 00:16:30 Oh, wow. Isn't that cool? Back in just a minute. First, let me tell you about the Tuttle Twins. Let's say you want to build a kitchen table, assuming you know what you're doing. The first thing you're going to do is gather the proper tools so you can do the job right. Now, I have no doubt that you want to raise your children to be the best people that they can possibly be. that's really hard. And just a few years ago, the tools that you had sucked. There's a book series out now from the Tuttle Twins. And one in particular that we're offering for free right now. I talked to the Tuttle Twins people and said, let's make this. We're going to make a few of them free. This one is really important. And it is the Tuttle Twins and their amazing show business. It's not about showbiz. It's about business. It's about business.
Starting point is 00:17:19 And it is a great way to show your kids or your grandkids the fundamentals about the American way. There is something about the American way that is different that makes us unique. We're not teaching it anymore. This one does. This will help you teach how to solve problems on your own, encourages them to do things on their own, start their own business. the Tuttle Twins and their spectacular show business. You'll get it for free, just pay for shipping at Tuttle Twinsbeck.com. Tuttle Twinsbeck.com.
Starting point is 00:17:57 The Tuttle Twins and their spectacular show business at Tuttle Twinsbeck.com. 10 seconds, station ID. Well, I think this is fantastic. We've got John Cornyn and Mitch McConnell and a lot of these really strong Republicans who are reaching across the aisle and seeing what they can do to take some of these weapons of war off the table. And if there's anything that I, I mean, maybe I'm out of step, but I doubt it. If there's anything I know that the voters want, it's more gun control from the Republicans.
Starting point is 00:18:47 Am I right? I'm really passionate about that. Oh my gosh, we're passionate. These guys, if this is what they're going to do, they're worthless. Now, they're talking about it. No one thinks they're actually going to do an assault weapon ban. I think the things that are on the table right now looks like potentially red flag laws, maybe raising the age from 18 to 21 for rifles.
Starting point is 00:19:08 I mean, again, we'll have all of our problems. So then are we raising the age to 21 to have these kids go to war? Yeah, I know. It's completely. I mean, you can't do that. Look, I'm with you on this. Although we already have that rule with handguns, which I also believe is completely wrong. But I want to thank, take a moment to thank Justin Trudeau. Because in this moment where we could, you could see an emotional slide down the road of more gun control.
Starting point is 00:19:37 Justin Trudeau is standing right there to remind us very specifically what a culture that's pretty similar to us can go through if you do not hold these lines. Because I think there's times where conservatives even be like, well, maybe this rule makes sense or maybe we give them this or maybe we do this. And then you realize where this ends up. They are basically banning all firearms in Canada, except they're just doing it in a time released fashion. They're saying that they cannot, you cannot transfer handguns to anyone or buy them. They are capping the amount of handguns in the country.
Starting point is 00:20:15 So you have a handgun, Glenn, you can hold it for now. And then when you die, you can't give it to anybody. He can't transfer it. So it just goes away. And if you are a, let's say right now, a 16-year-old girl who grows up to be an adult, 25, you can't have a handgun. You can't protect yourself from some attacker. You can't get one because it can't be transferred to you. You can't blow a hole through somebody's lung.
Starting point is 00:20:38 What? No. Oh, you didn't hear the speech this weekend? Oh, no. He said, Joe Biden said, well, I asked, I asked, you know, why are these people dying? And then they showed me the x-rays. A 22 caliber bullet will lodge in the lung And we could probably get it out
Starting point is 00:20:56 You know and save a life But a 9mm bullet Blows the lung right out of the body It does? No, it doesn't I've never heard a 9 millimeter does not Everybody I know is like are you looking for protection Yeah, nine millimeters what you carry
Starting point is 00:21:17 Yeah, I'll squeeze a trigger twice it's, you know, a 45 or a 357. Yeah, I almost thought, did he make a mistake saying 9mm? No, no. I thought maybe like he was trying to talk about AR-15s or something else. No, he's talking about now banning the 9mm. He likes the 22 because it'll only go through, make one hole into the lung. It doesn't have enough power to go through the body.
Starting point is 00:21:45 So then it just kind of like tink and just kind of like every time you jump, you'll hear, because it's in the bottom of your lung. I mean, you can't kill, you can't go hunting. He's like, there's no reason for a nine millimeter. Yeah, if you're going hunting, you really don't want a nine millimeter because you won't kill anything. You'll wound it. That's, that's smart.
Starting point is 00:22:10 That's really smart. They're coming after these things. They are legitimately basically banning them in Canada. And they will, the same thing will happen here. They're not just banning it. Did you notice he was saying where those guns are coming from? Yeah, here. Yeah, they're all coming from here.
Starting point is 00:22:25 They're all from the United States. So that's just, that's him saying, look, we've got Canadians, we have such a bad problem if the Americans would just do something. Because all of these guns are coming across our border. And we're like, border? What border? There's no such thing as a border. You have a border guard? What?
Starting point is 00:22:44 No. No. We'll just tunnel underneath the border. or when we get tired of that, we'll just walk across the border and say, my gun would like asylum here in Canada, please. And you'll have to let it in. All right, important today and tomorrow,

Feels good, doesn't it? It is Tuesday.
Starting point is 00:24:40 Pat Gray is joining us from Pat Gray Unleashed, and we appreciate you making it in today. It was hard. It was hard. I was driving around lungs like crazy, huge piles of lungs in the street. Oh, from the 9 millimeters that just blow that organ right out? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:55 And then when I got to work, I had to climb over a 15-foot, pile of lungs to get in the door. See, that's dedication. That's dedication. I wasn't going to be stopped by a bunch of lungs. Ain't no mountain of lungs high enough to stop him. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:25:11 From coming in. I don't know why they pile them like that. They could spread them out over a block or two. No, you got to, you know, the lung plows come out and they just need to. And they just push them. There's a supermarket. You know, you go into some of the supermarkets here in Texas. And they've just plowed all of the lungs at the back of the parking lot.
Starting point is 00:25:29 And it's huge. Oh, yeah, lung mountain. Huge. Well, here in Texas, you know, lungs outnumbered people two to one. Really? Yeah. That's crazy. No one talks about that.
Starting point is 00:25:40 No one talks about that. We should be talking about that. You shot, as Joe Biden says, they'll blow that organ right through you with a 9 millimeter. Yeah, but if it's only a 22, it sticks right in there, stays right in your lung, and which is good. It's really good. Yeah. It's really good for the bullet to be jammed into your lung. When Booth shot Lincoln, you know, that bullet stayed in his head, didn't go clean through.
Starting point is 00:26:03 And he was fine. And it gave the doctor an opportunity to stick his finger in the hole and try to dig it out. Oh. That's true, too. He did. And I thought of that. It's very, very hygienic. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:16 Oh, yeah. He didn't wash his hands. But I thought of that today when I read this from Joe Biden where he's like, and it gets us, you know, an opportunity to get in there and take that bullet out. Well, wait. Does anybody believe that conversation actually took place with a doctor? Because I frankly, I'm having a hard time. Well, when you remember that his wife is a doctor and I'm a doctor. Well, yes, that's true.
Starting point is 00:26:46 Could have been any doctor. Could have been any doctor. And it could have been any hospital because he doesn't remember. It was some trauma hospital. The biggest one there then or now, I'm not sure. The biggest trauma hospital. I really thought he had made a mistake and was talking about a different type of weapon and just said 9mm? No, he's 9mm.
Starting point is 00:27:05 It's very dangerous. Because I mean, we've had a lot of military guys in here. We've had a lot of, you know, high-level security guys in here over the years. Yeah. Talking about preparedness. And they all make fun of me for my 9mm. They say like the, I feel like the 9mm is the thing they look down on. It is.
Starting point is 00:27:21 Like, it's not really going to work in one of these situations. Really? Yeah, 9mm is like a 380. It's the minimum to do the job, and you might have to fire off a couple of rounds. Oh, wow. It's a 457 or a 357 will tear you up. Even when it's blowing your lung out of your body? Well, you have two.
Starting point is 00:27:43 You have two again. You have two. This is just, I'm throwing this out there. But should we consider mandatory third lungs? Because there's so many shootings here in Texas. All of our lungs are all over the side of the road. We don't have a problem with fingers, do we? And fingers out number.
Starting point is 00:27:57 people 10 to 1. 10 to 1. And you don't see a lot of fingers on the side of the highway, do you? No, you know. No. No. You don't. Where's the last gun battle you saw where they blew off 10 fingers?
Starting point is 00:28:10 It's rare. I've never seen one. I've never seen one. Never seen one. So that's because we got rid of the really evil 10 millimeter. Ah. Which could blow off the fingers. That's why they were called 10 millimeters.
Starting point is 00:28:24 Because it would blow off all 10 of your fingers. 10 of your fingers. At the same time. Yeah. Now we have to wait for 4th of July to be able to blow fingers off. Have you noticed that they've switched from the AR-15 now, and now they're going after the handgun as well? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:39 They're going after handguns now. We're just talking about Canada before you came in and how they're going after this. Remember, this is what Nixon wanted. Yeah. You know, people think of this hardcore conservative. He wanted to ban handguns. He was not conservative. No, he was not.
Starting point is 00:28:54 No, I mean, well, he was. he was certainly more conservative than John Corden and Mitch McConnell, you know. It's hard to know. Because those guys are diehard conservatives. All big time. Yeah. John Cornyn is like, whew, all right, Second Amendment is safe. John Cornyn's on it.
Starting point is 00:29:15 I just hope, and I don't know. I hope that this is an effort by the Republicans to say that they, they, they, had some conversations and they were talking and that's all it comes to. I mean, there are some low-hanging fruit things you could do in reality that we would actually agree with on mental health and things like that. So it's not impossible they could come up with something that would make sense. Would you favor? I think the last loophole probably on the background check is person to person, like if I want to sell Glenn, a handgun. Very small percentage.
Starting point is 00:29:51 Would you favor a background check in that instance? This would be the universal background check, Bill. I mean, it's very, very popular. This is why they talk about it often. Yep. I don't like it, but I might. I'd have to think about it. The mansion is if you give them an inch, you're going to take a mile, and that's true.
Starting point is 00:30:10 And, you know, and does that include family? Yeah, the mansion to me, Bill, gave you an exemption for family transfers and a couple of other things. Because I'm not going through with my family. No. My son and my daughters get my guns. Yeah. We should also point out this has absolutely nothing to do with the shooting. The person went through a background check.
Starting point is 00:30:32 Right. So it has it's totally unrelated to this whatsoever. Has there ever been a mass shooting where the guns were obtained in that way? I don't think so. Not that I know of. No, I believe the guns that Obama's administration smuggled over the border. Yeah. Did come back here.
Starting point is 00:30:51 And literally were used in shootings. of a border patrol agent and then they turned up in Paris if you remember right. I think conservatives can look at this. Some conservatives like the red flag law thing, especially if it's very narrowly crafted. Some people like the 21 and older, right? We already have 21 and older for handguns.
Starting point is 00:31:09 Maybe they should be AR 15s too. Again, you can make legitimate arguments that there's some reasonable thing to approach until you see Canada, until you see what they will do with these inches, as you point out, Pat. They will take a mile. They will turn it into what Canada is doing now,
Starting point is 00:31:30 which is banning all firearms. That is what they're in the middle of doing. Can you negotiate with somebody who says, I want to kill you and your whole family? No. No. Why? Because I'll say,
Starting point is 00:31:41 okay, so I only kill your daughter. Well, you were Overton windowing me before? Okay. Yeah, or I just, I get your backyard. of your house. You know what I mean? You can't negotiate because their ultimate goal is to kill your family. They haven't changed that goal.
Starting point is 00:32:01 These guys are saying they're going to take all the guys. They want to leave you with 22s? That's almost a cap gun. You can kill a squirrel with that. Literally, you can kill a squirrel with a 22. So, no, I don't think so. They won't leave you with a 22. They are talking about taking nine millimeter guns off.
Starting point is 00:32:27 That is the most popular handgun in America. And they're talking about taking that away? No, I don't, I can't negotiate with you. And they know they just can't be honest in this country. The country has a gun culture. People generally speaking love the idea of being able to defend themselves. They did a poll recently that was not about repealing the Second Amendment, which is obviously what their goal is here, by the way.
Starting point is 00:32:52 I mean, it's 100% what they want. When you hear them talk about it, they talk about, you know, turning around violence and these incidents, you can't do it with the things they're proposing. They're just giving you a small step on the way to eventually overturning the Second Amendment and taking away your gun. And like, when you, when the American people were pulled just on handguns, should there be a law, not a constitutional amendment, but just a law that would restrict you from being able to buy a handgun, it was 80 to 15 against. they have no they know they are so against the American people they have to lie to them yeah and they do and do these things like oh well we only want common sense gun control well none of those things that they're suggesting that are common sense gun control would do the things that they're saying they would even they keep citing australia none of the proposals that they're
Starting point is 00:33:43 actually admitting they want or anywhere close to what australia did in this country implementing Australia would be taking 100 million guns off the streets. They're not even proposing those things. So, I mean, these are just lies and they're trying to get to where Canada is going. Let me give you where we should be talking about. I don't know if you read what happened in Charleston, West Virginia this over the weekend, but a family was having a big graduation party at an apartment complex. And a guy is speeding through the complex.
Starting point is 00:34:16 He stopped by police. So he drives to his apartment. He gets a semi-automatic rifle. And he goes and he's going to fire, you know, into that crowd of people. He's firing. Doesn't hit anybody. Two police officers, same one that pulled him over. They arrive.
Starting point is 00:34:37 They confront him. He fired a shotgun at them, wounded both of them and took them out of action. And then what happened? A woman who was carrying a concealed. a gun and a concealed carry permit, she takes it out of her purse and shoots him. Dead. So, end of that one.
Starting point is 00:34:59 She saved 40 people from being killed. Now, my question is, if the gun was the villain last week, why isn't the media holding up the gun this week and showing a picture of that very brave gun that saved 40 people. Because it's obviously the gun that did it. Doesn't quite fit the narrative.
Starting point is 00:35:25 No, it doesn't. They'd rather just keep lying about the Second Amendment, that it's not absolute, that you couldn't buy a cannon when the Constitution was ratified, which you could, and people did. And then the other thing he loves to talk about is that there's no Kevlar on deer, as they're running through the forest.
Starting point is 00:35:49 So according to the over and over and over. According to the Journal for Quantitative Criminology, armed citizens use guns to defend themselves at least 989,83 times every year.
Starting point is 00:36:07 Oh, wow. According to the Journal of Criminal Law and criminology, wow. They say gun owners defend themselves. on an average of 1,884,348488 times a year. A study by the CDC estimates that an annual defensive gun use range from 500,000 to more than
Starting point is 00:36:35 3 million every year. Now, how come we don't hear any of those stats? think about the number of deaths, think of the number of rapes, robberies, criminals that aren't caught. Think about all of that when the CDC says between 500,000 and more than 3 million every year. Why don't you hear that? As Pat said earlier, doesn't really fit their narrative. Our narrative is the truth. If you're looking to buy or sell a house right now,
Starting point is 00:37:22 you don't have to do the wrong thing over and over again. You could learn from it or you can take advice from somebody who has learned from it. The right real estate agent has to be on your team. It is absolutely, I think, criminal in some ways that some of these real estate agents come out and represent people and, you know, they don't, they don't exactly have the best track record. The real estate agents that we are going to send your way for free are the best of the best. In our opinion, we look for the best and we are on them like white on rice. They don't work for us. Real estate agents, I trust.com. America, as if it is your real name. We're excited that you're here and not on a subway in New York. I don't know if you saw the video last week.
Starting point is 00:39:07 It went viral from the New York City subway where there's somebody, he grabs this woman's hair. Yeah, he's kind of out of control. He sits down next to two women. They both decided they're going to shuffle over and then get it. up and the first one gets up, the second one attempts to get up. And as he does, as she does, he reaches over and grabs her ponytail and pulls her back to the seat and holds her there captive by the back of her head. And she's screaming, somebody help me, and nobody even turns. Nobody, nobody. It's incredible. And someone films it. Yeah. That was nice. Thanks for that.
Starting point is 00:39:43 So we all, we all had a chance to see it. Here's the, um, here's the video. If you're watching the blaze. him just kind of freaking out they slide over slide over one gets up second one gets up and he just grabs her hair and nobody
Starting point is 00:40:03 does anything anything it is look at that I mean you you want to know
Starting point is 00:40:18 why crime is up on the subways in New York 58% 58% still going on by the way if you're listening on radio oh yeah she's still being held there yeah and nothing's
Starting point is 00:40:34 nothing's happening um there's shootings they're now having to add new police uh to the transit systems they've done it before but before Rudy Giuliani and
Starting point is 00:40:48 and now they're they're going back to you know more police on the subways but you You can't police a society that large that where no one will do the right thing. You know, I go back to the woman in Charleston who saw a gunman, took a gun out, and shot him in the head. Good move. Good move. No one's willing to, I mean, what happened to the America, you know, of let's roll?
Starting point is 00:41:21 What happened to that America? Progressives will beat it out of you every time. We're glad you're here. I want to talk to you a little bit about sweat block. Hey, how's the weather? Oh, you know, it's just, I thought it was nice when it creeped down under 99. Yeah, that was nice. I have got to put it, I've got to put this sweat block stuff on my head.
Starting point is 00:41:49 Now, you know, they don't recommend it, but it nowhere does it say. I mean, it says, don't put it in your eyes. Okay, what about your head? Because I swear to you, I use sweat block under my arms. and I do not sweat for seven days. Don't sweat. It's incredible. It is the most incredible thing ever.
Starting point is 00:42:08 We have to try this with Jeffie. We keep saying it. I know. I know. Jeffie is the ultimate sweater. If this stuff will stop Jeffie's sweat, it is the miracle product of all miracles. Let's get him in here.
Starting point is 00:42:18 By the way, it's sweat block. Try the deodorant stick. But if you sweat like I do outside, sweat block is incredible. It really is the most remarkable product I have seen. It's sweatblock.com. Use the promo code Beck.

Starting point is 00:43:46 Just when you thought, where is the next Lincoln? A white horse appears and on it rides Paul Ryan. And I'm thinking of myself, holy cow. And then while atop his steed, he says, and I'm thinking about a vice president. Yeah. Say it with me, America. Lynn Cheney. Wow. What a ticket. I mean, it's a ticket on a plane ride to hell, but what a ticket that would be. Details coming up. Relief factor, if you're one of the millions of Americans who live their lives with frequent and often debilitating aches and pains, what would you give to be free of it?
Starting point is 00:44:40 Living with pain is a tough and lonely existence. It will change your life. And if you want your life back, please try relief. factor. It's not a drug developed by doctors. It has four key ingredients that work with your body to fight inflammation, where ibuprofen attacks from one angle. This attacks from four different angles. Yeah, you've got all the soldiers in there. Three-week quick start, developed just for you, $1995, a dollar a day like a trial pack. Hundreds of thousands of people have ordered Relief Factor, and about 70% of them go on to order more. So orderrelieffactor.com right now. Go one
Starting point is 00:45:21 800 for the number four relief 800 for relief or relief factor dot com feel the difference man i i mean i just we have to start with this i mean because he was once one of the most powerful politicians in the country yeah speaker of the house paul ryan sure wow he was he was great and then something happened and he left congress and then he went on to the board of Fox News. And since 2018, can't we all agree? Fox News got better. Right?
Starting point is 00:45:59 Right. So he's man. I feel like Paul Ryan is one of those guys. He's like a rock band. And you're like, you know, I really like the early stuff. And then they went all weird and commercial. Yeah. But the early stuff was, the early Paul Ryan stuff is legitimately good.
Starting point is 00:46:20 Legitimately had some good stuff at the beginning. Peter Satera comes in and you're like, whoa, whoa, what happened here? Okay? I don't know. That's a little unfair to Peter Satera. It is. I feel my apologies. If Peter Satera is listening, I apologize because you were not nearly as bad as the second
Starting point is 00:46:42 half of Paul Ryan. And that is true. But if he just, there's no appetite for this, though. This is, this is a media creation. I don't know. I mean, what is, what chain? Wasn't there a poll out today with Cheney's primary where she's down by 30, I believe it is? And in Wyoming?
Starting point is 00:46:59 It's about to get good. Right now is when, yeah, you're 30 points behind. But that's why they call you the comeback kid. Now, I could legitimately see a situation. I don't know what the election laws are in Wyoming. But I mean, we've seen this with, you know, Lisa Murkowski did this. Joe Lieberman did this where you lose your primary. run as an independent and wind up winning. You could see Cheney in a situation like that if that's
Starting point is 00:47:25 allowed in Wyoming. Oh yeah. But like as a presidential, there's no there's no appetite for this. I don't think on the right. Is there? I mean, there's, you know, there's 10% of the population that would no. I think all those people are in Congress. So, so I don't know if they're still out in their states voting. Maybe they are. Sure. But, you know, I mean, Mitch McConnell probably votes every year. Yeah, I guess there is some appetite for that. I think there are some Republicans that would say, you know, look, I don't like. We haven't tried that we've only been doing the same thing for 100 years. I mean, and look at where it's gotten us.
Starting point is 00:48:06 Let's keep going. I think there is, there are some that would like an alternative to Donald Trump. Like, there's going to be somebody who runs on that wing, I think. A lot of people think it's going to be Larry Hogan, the governor of Maryland. Oh, God. That would be great. I don't think it's... You don't think it's that guy?
Starting point is 00:48:24 No. And I don't think... But again, what is the primary appetite for that? 20% maybe, 15, 20%. And there's just not a lot of people out there that are going to go that direction. I mean, there's a lot of people I think that would say, I'd be happy to vote for Ron DeSantis. Right. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:43 That's totally different. But that's not Paul Ryan. Right. I'm talking about the wing that is explicitly saying, Donald Trump is bad. That wing where like we need to change from that wing just just not really exist at this point, right? There's just not a lot of people who are voting that are going to activate in that particular
Starting point is 00:49:03 category. There are some. There are definitely some. But like some who would say, the people who would say like, you know, what Lynn, Chinney? Lynn. Lynn, Lynn. Lynn.
Starting point is 00:49:12 I get confused with Lynn and Lizzie. But she is saying, hey, like January 6th is the worst thing that's ever happened. and we need to make sure we're investigating it and I'm going to be on the committee. There is some appetite on the right for that, but it's very limited. It's not election winning. Sorry, I had to look it up. It was Liz. I thought, you said Liz or Lynn and I thought, Liz, Lynn, and then I thought, Glenn, you're wrong about every name ever.
Starting point is 00:49:38 You should, and I should look it up, and it is Liz. I mean, I will say, I'm not doing my job as a producer, doing this show with you all this time, believing you were right on that name was one of the biggest failures of my career. Correct. So I apologize for that. But there's just not, I mean, this is not a real thing. I don't even think, you know, some, someone thinks this is a good idea, but it's not, I don't even think it's Paul Ryan. I think it's just like, you know, people want, they want to promote something here. But like right now, you're in a situation where this is just Donald Trump's party. It's just his. It's like, it's like Trump incorporated. It's his company. He runs it. And people are like, well, he lost the Georgia thing. All these guys, they all begged for his endorsement. Even people like Kemp,
Starting point is 00:50:24 who actively called out Trump for being wrong on the election, they still didn't outwardly, like run on a, hey, Donald Trump was wrong about the election platform. They ran on other things. And Kemp has a lot to celebrate.
Starting point is 00:50:40 I think he's done a pretty good job in Georgia. But like, you look at all of these things. Like, Pennsylvania is another one. You know, Dr. Oz got the endorsement from Donald Trump. But McCormick worked really hard to get the same endorsement and did not say a crossword about. There wasn't two sides to that when it comes to Trump. It was like the guy Trump picked and the other guy who Trump also really likes.
Starting point is 00:51:09 Right. Right. I mean, it's just like there. And that was, that was a different election in when it comes to, when it comes to, Georgia, completely different election. In Pennsylvania, you're exactly right. Okay. He likes both.
Starting point is 00:51:26 The appetite for the candidate combination you're talking about, though, there is no evidence it exists in the primary. I think it does. I think it does. In the Democratic primary. You know, Liz Cheney and Paul Ryan is like, let's make Democrats just liberals again. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:51:47 That's just like, yeah, let's control the guns. Let's spend like crazy. So you're saying Democrats who see the left is going too far, but also don't like Trump. Would like that. And I think that's why they know, they think that the Republicans that are like us, that are constitutionalists, they're crazy. They're crazy. I mean, we are so past, you know, that's not the future, that constitution thing. that's not the future. They don't see the future. You know, and that's just these radical
Starting point is 00:52:20 constitutionalists. You want to talk a radical. Mike Lee, okay? Radical. That's what they think about people who believe in the founders and the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and leaving big government leaving us alone. They think we're the fringe. And so what they're doing is we could, you know what, we could get, we could probably get four, 40% of the Republicans. Maybe, maybe if we're really bad, 30% of the Republicans, but we'll get 50% of the Democrats. We just slip right between them. Right.
Starting point is 00:53:02 I'm telling you, because most Democrats, they didn't vote for this. They did not vote for this. And this is why I think the Cheney independent situation would have a chance. I do think that that's possible. Maybe, maybe, but I don't think Republicans actually, I don't think they could get 30%. They might get 10% of Republicans. Yeah. But there's not it.
Starting point is 00:53:29 The Republicans have had enough of the Mitch McConnell's that say one thing. Well, Paul Ryan. Oh, we're going to, we are going to repeal Obamacare. Okay, here's all the power. need to do it. What? Do what? Repeat.
Starting point is 00:53:48 I don't even know how to... To be fair on that one, they did try to do it. It wasn't Paul Ryan who bailed on that. It was John McCain. And even then, they probably weren't going to get it through. But they did try to do it. They were unsuccessful in doing it.
Starting point is 00:54:01 Same people. No, I agree. I mean, look, this is, again, I like Paul Ryan's first two albums. After that, he got weird, he got experimental. I don't know what he was doing. Yeah. The first two albums were fantastic.
Starting point is 00:54:13 No, the first two albums, you know, he was still kind of like a rebel. Yeah. And then like the third album became Kenny G. And you're like, whoa. And no apologies to Kenny G. None. None. He was that bad.
Starting point is 00:54:29 Even Kenny G is like, whoa. Whoa. Yeah, I don't think though, you know, we've, every presidential election, we have the same sort of boring conversation about how someone could come through the middle and a third party and win. And I just, I mean, certainly, I don't think this is it. The Democrats have no. I haven't seen that person yet. Yeah. And the Democrats have no appetite for voting for Paul Ryan.
Starting point is 00:54:52 They don't know. They don't like Paul Ryan. No, but I mean, if they had, if they had Kamala Harris, Paul Ryan, Donald Trump, I could see half of them going for Paul Ryan. They would be, I think they would be so scared of Trump that they wouldn't do it. But you're, they consider it. Yeah. And there'd be a percentage of Republicans and independents to.
Starting point is 00:55:13 They'd be so afraid of Donald Trump that they would put our nation in the hands of Kamala Harris. I think you're probably right. Wow. But if this keeps going, there's a poll out today with Joe Biden at 34%. I mean, 34% is incomprehensibly terrible. It's the worst. Hang on. Let's be fair.
Starting point is 00:55:36 That's overall. Okay. That's like in Alabama, it's 25%. Alaska 31, Arizona 32, Arkansas, 25. California, I mean, you'd expect him to 42%. In California? Colorado, you'd expect him to 36%. Connecticut, 38, Delaware.
Starting point is 00:55:59 In Connecticut. Delaware, Delaware. His home state. His home state, and I think it's a state of about 10 people, and I bet eight of them are named Biden. 35%. 5% Florida 34 35% in Delaware 35% approval in Delaware 55% approval in Delaware. I don't know. What is the point where you're just for the good of the party, you're resigning this. Well, I'll get to that. I'll show you what those numbers look like. Florida 34% Georgia 31.
Starting point is 00:56:34 Here's one. Idaho, 23%. Indiana. It's actually high. I know. Indiana 27. Iowa, 30. Kansas, 26. Kentucky, 23. Louisiana, 28.
Starting point is 00:56:49 Maine, 36. Here's the high point. Tied with California, Maryland, at 42. Michigan, 36. Minnesota, 39. Mississippi, 28. Missouri, 27. Montana, 34.
Starting point is 00:57:06 26. In Nebraska. 33. Nevada. New Hampshire. High point, it's New Jersey, two points under California, 40. New Mexico, 32, New York, high point tied with California, 42. North Carolina, 34, North Dakota, Ohio, 29, Oklahoma, 22, Oregon, one point under, 41, 34 in Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, 41, South Carolina, 28, South Dakota,
Starting point is 00:57:39 Tennessee, 23, Texas 29, Utah 25, Virginia 34, Washington 42, West Virginia, 18. And this is remarkable. 36 Wisconsin and Wyoming comes in at 18%. I don't know if people even understand how bad this is. Because, I mean, even Trump, Trump had approval ratings and he had bad polls throughout his presidency. they were not always strong, but they were much more, like he had bad numbers in some of these states, but he never had times where deep red states rejected him in big numbers. You've got to work at a 34% approval rate.
Starting point is 00:58:22 I mean, 42% in California is incomprehensibly bad. There are three states where he's doing over, well, over 45%. Massachusetts, 45, Vermont. 46 and that all-important must-have state of Hawaii at 50% approval. Back in just a second. American financing NMLS-182334. www. nmLS consumer access.org. Starting point is 01:00:21 He could go on the campaign trail with Nancy Pelosi or her husband, Paul. Paul had just a good weekend. Don't let Paul drive on the campaign trail. I am a better, I'm a better driver when I've had a few that I've knocked back because I drive slower. Oh, that's good. Good logic. So, I mean, come on.
Starting point is 01:00:51 You're going to you're going to go home to that sober? I don't think, I don't think so. Driving well intoxicated is bad, but in this particular instance. Yeah, I mean, I think we should cut them some...
Starting point is 01:01:06 Being intoxicated, you can't, you can't, you can't, you can't, you can't, you can't, you can't criticize it. Yeah, you just, I mean, you should take an Uber, obviously. Yeah, but going home drunk, completely understandable in the situation.
Starting point is 01:01:17 In this situation. She was not actually home, I guess, at the time. So that would be the one time you'd want to go back. You'll be, but she's coming back. Good point, Paul.
Starting point is 01:01:30 So we get pulled over for DUI. Yeah. I assume full prosecution to the fullest extent of the law or has this working out? You know, my wife is a stern talking to me. She is going to have a stern talking to me.
Starting point is 01:01:47 Your wife's going to have a stern talking to you? She's going to yell at me a lot. She'll be slurring her words too, to be clear. Yeah. Oh, yeah. But she'll smell like ice cream burps. That's a nasty one. Woof. Woof.
Starting point is 01:02:09 Okay, so we got that going for us. I think these guys, I think we've, No, as a nation, let's just step back and admire the people we've put in power. Right? Am I right? I mean, we've done a pretty good job here. I think we could say everybody in the country, round of applause for you and me and used to. We have really done some nice work over the years.
Starting point is 01:02:31 Oh, yeah. This has been pretty. This has been a, we're going in the right direction. No. Now, you say that like you're being sarcastic. What is the number of the right direction? I think it was like 26 for Democrats say we're going in the right direction. 26 of the people who voted for this.
Starting point is 01:02:55 They're like, that's my guy. We're going in the right direction. No, Paul's driving, I think. Right now, overall, we are at 22% satisfied with the way things are going. Can I tell you something? If you think his numbers are bad now and that number is bad, they are going to look back on these days as the good old days by the end of the summer. As the good old days. I'm looking for anything even close.
Starting point is 01:03:25 I mean, there's some in the 90s we hit these numbers for a very short period of time. And that's really been it going back through history a little bit actually during the financial collapse. That's the only other time we've really hit these sorts of levels. I talked to a pilot the other day, and he had a small, it wasn't a Cessna, but it was a small jet. And he said, I fly for my boss, and I don't know how my boss is going to keep up with this. He said, you see, I just filled up at a bulk discount of $7.84 a gallon. He said, I use 50 gallons by the time I hit the end of the tarmac. What is that going to mean for you in a station wagon going to get food?
Starting point is 01:04:18 The Glenn Back program. All right. Car Shield is here. If your car breaks down, hey, there's nothing like going to the used car lot, you know, and paying four times the price of what that car was when it was new. Don't you love that? The other great thing about your used car going downhill and being out of warranty is maybe you can have one of those chips that they can't seem to get go wrong. Yeah. Now you're living.
Starting point is 01:04:50 Hey, what about not going through any of that? Car shield is like emergency car coverage. It's insurance for when your car is really, really sick, you know, like has cancer. and they're like, yeah, we're going to be able to fix this, but it's really expensive, or my favorite, we don't have the parts. We don't know when we can get them in. You're like, oh my gosh, we live in Cuba now. If your car has 5,000, 150,000 miles on it,
Starting point is 01:05:20 when you need a repair, you need a tow, roadside assistance, they've got it all. It's CarShield. Find the warranty or the coverage that will cover you at a price you can afford at CarShield.com. slash Beck, carshield.com slash Beck. Hello America.
Starting point is 01:05:54 Hey, I've got good news. It's Tuesday. Right? Right. Who's not for that four-day work week? Yeah. I mean, we'll become Italy where, you know, you mail something off and long after your death,
Starting point is 01:06:12 some guy comes and says, And I don't know, this was just delivered to you, who's written back in, in in 2022. You're like, wow, on paper. They haven't had paper for 40 years. It'll be like that. But four-day work week I'm into.
Starting point is 01:06:31 Anyway, I'd like to play B or not the B. And you tell me, because I can't tell anymore, what a real story is and what a B story from the Babylon B is. Okay? So still I'll give you the headlines. FDA official in charge of evaluating new drugs hospitalized for mental disorder. B or not the B? Headline number two, San Francisco schools to drop the word chief from job titles to avoid offending Native Americans.
Starting point is 01:07:14 That seems so obvious that it has to be a real one. Um, that one has to be not the B. Southwest passenger who asked for permission and got it to masturbate on a flight gets 48 days in prison. That seems like a high, too high a punishment for a story. I was just going to say to 48 days. No way. In this society? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:43 Um, Democrats propose replacing Memorial Day with Dave. honoring those who have been misgendered. How can that possibly be a real story? IRS. IRS squanders nearly $1 billion in erroneous pandemic credits, even though they have a $100 million bonus to hire more people say they are too short staff to track down that billion dollars stolen from us. Incredible.
Starting point is 01:08:17 Be or not to be. I honestly, I'm not sure if any of these are Babylon B stories. You could make the argument to me that all of them are real, which I guess is why the Babylon B is good. Or all of them are Babylon B. Yeah, they should be. They should be. They should be.
Starting point is 01:08:30 They should be fake. Let me give me. Top federal official in charge of evaluating the safety of drugs, think COVID, has been hospitalized against his will this month for an unspecified. mental disorder, prompting concern over his fitness, prompting concern over fitness for his roles, which includes making major decisions that impact public health. That's a real story. Just happened this weekend. While there are many options on the matter, next story, our leaders and leadership team have agreed that given the number of Native Americans,
Starting point is 01:09:18 in our community that have expressed concerns over the use of the title chief, we're no longer going to use it. Real story. Southwest Airlines, passenger 34 years old, Antonio McGarrity, was sentenced to one year of probation after pleading guilty last week to self-gratifying himself during a southwest flight from Seattle, making more sense, to Phoenix. Apparently, he was sitting next to a woman on the flight when he exposed himself shortly after takeoff.
Starting point is 01:10:03 He then said, you know, to the woman, do you mind? And according to another witness, she put her hands in the air and says, it doesn't matter, does it? I think that's just surrender. You know, that's just like... Yeah, that's not permission. You can't... If you've pulled it out already, you don't get to ask for permission at that point.
Starting point is 01:10:28 Well, he thought her answer was kind of, quote, kinky, end quote. I think this is just her not wanting to get murdered. Yeah. Like, and just saying, you know, really does, I mean, common sense. If you're asking that with your wiener in your hand, does it really matter? Right. Does it matter?
Starting point is 01:10:48 Like we say learn then vote. The order is important. Right. The same thing here. Right. You know, like you have to get the permission in advance. That was a beginning of the procedure. That was a real story.
Starting point is 01:11:01 Of course it was. The IRS, despite getting a 6% budget increase and an addition of 10,000 new IRS agents, the IRS claims it just can't spare the resources. to recover almost a billion dollars in forgery and forged payments. Just can't, where did I put that billion dollars? Yeah, they'll be harassing tons of people in this audience for audits this year. By the way, real story. And then there's this.
Starting point is 01:11:37 Democrats have unveiled an official proposal to replace Memorial Day, which they are calling a problematic holiday honoring white supremacist soldiers. who died for a racist country. With a more inclusive day, misgendered, misgender or a tore, misgender orial day. Wait, what was it?
Starting point is 01:11:59 Misgender orial a day. See, it looks. Wait, who is proposing this? Democrats. No way. This important day. Really? This important day will allow us to honor the true heroes,
Starting point is 01:12:12 those brave, non-binary individuals who have been called he, instead of zee. All right. You got me. This is a Babylon Bee story. This is. This is it. Finally,
Starting point is 01:12:23 the true heroes are getting their day of recognition, said Nancy Pelosi. Presidential Medal of Heroism will be awarded to one brave misgendered person each year. The first one is to be given to Justin Trudeau, who has often mistakenly been referred to as a he. And that is the... That one is actually Babylon B. though. Thank God. At least one of them was.
Starting point is 01:12:49 Because the rest of them, the rest of them... No, absolutely could be. What is going on? I honestly, and if you would have convinced me it was a Democrat, not Nancy Pelosi, who was super aware of...
Starting point is 01:13:05 If I said AOC, if you said AOC, or if you said, you know, Ilan Omar or you know, I'll bea Presley. Yeah. Like, I might have believed it. Yeah. It's just, you know, the only thing is Pelosi just is too public facing to be the face of that particular movement.
Starting point is 01:13:24 Now, of course, she'll advocate for kids being aborted seconds before birth and have no qualms about that whatsoever. But I don't think she'd go that far today. So next year? Today. Absolutely. Yeah, today.
Starting point is 01:13:36 Today. One other thing, just to bring you back to reality, let me give you a couple of good stories. Florida's sheriff, the law and order sheriff, Carmine Marino, which I love a sheriff, Carmine, you know, I got some friends. I'm just saying, we'll take care of business. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:13:58 Carmine, Sheriff Carmine Marino responded to the Texas school shooting, saying, you don't get to shoot our children. You bring deadly force into this county, and we are going to kill you, end quote. I take that from you, Carmine. You know what I'm saying? Hey, I love it. I love it.
Starting point is 01:14:22 And then Tommy Mass. Tommy. Thomas Massey had. I think we should start calling him. Oh, Tommy Massey. I like that. Little Tommy Massey. He's so cute.
Starting point is 01:14:32 By the way, he is like a, I mean, he is a little mini Tesla. He's got so many patents to his name. Do you know this? Yeah, he went to MIT. Yeah. He's like, we did one right. Somehow or another, a smart guy got in there. Don't worry.
Starting point is 01:14:51 We'll drive him. He'll be in a straitjacket in a week. He said, what's the number of murderers who have been deterred by the Federal Gun Free School Zone Act? Number of people that have been... I can guarantee this number. Yeah. Zero. Zero.
Starting point is 01:15:10 Zero. The Federal Gun Free School Zone Act, he says, was a knee-jerk reaction. action in 1990 that has cost more lives than it is saved. Repeal it now. Let the bad guys know that unceremonious death awaits them if they target your kids. I am all for that. You know, I've seen these stories this weekend about, you know, dads who were soldiers who are now there, you know, with the AR standing in front of the school.
Starting point is 01:15:42 I'm all for that. I'm all for that even in my house with my kids. kids like, no, your dad's serious. You are going to clean your room. I'm for a show of force. I think it's good. I mean, look, it makes sense to harden these schools. You know, you go through the evidence and you see that over the years, violence has generally gone down. Even violence in schools have gone down. We went over those numbers earlier this, or last week. But there is a thing that's going on with these sort of spectacle shootings, this, you know, I want to. attention for myself. I want to be famous or infamous. And I want to do these things. And,
Starting point is 01:16:21 you know, it hasn't just been schools. We should remember that most of these mass shootings do not occur in schools. They occur in other areas. But like, hardening schools seems to be a really basic step we could take to deter that particular crime. That doesn't mean that it doesn't happen two hours later at baseball practice, sadly. We don't know. But you, hardening schools seems to be a pretty basic step you could take to to, to, to, to, uh, to push back on this a little bit. You know, the, the, the left jumped to, well, security doesn't do anything when we got those initial reports that security officers were on site right when it happened. And then we found out they weren't.
Starting point is 01:17:00 That, that, that wasn't true. And at the very least, we all know that every mass shooting ends. Every one of them, all of them end with armed security. It's just a matter of whether they're on site or not. Whether they show up 20 minutes after it started or not, you can get them there at the beginning. And that seems to be the best approach. Shouldn't we all remember that it was Jimmy Carter that gave us the phrase, first responders? It was Jimmy Frickin Carter.
Starting point is 01:17:31 Now, maybe the peanut thing worked out well. But other than that, I can't think of one thing that Jimmy Carter did that we should hold on to. Not one. Not one. Habitat for humanity? That wasn't. I thought that was, he was involved in that. Right. Yeah, he went and built houses. Okay. That was it. I thought he had some sort of, no, I don't foundational role. Well, maybe he made a foundation of a house. Yeah, he helped. He helped pour a foundation.
Starting point is 01:18:00 He was just swinging a hammer, which, you know, I don't want to tear those houses down. Right. So there you go. That's good. You got that. You know, but, uh, yeah, other than that, no, he was the guy who said, hey, America, wear a sweater, which is that what they're telling us now. They're blaming the gas prices. We'll play the audio for you. Blaming the gas prices now on you. Because Americans just won't stop driving. No, we won't.
Starting point is 01:18:28 You're right. We won't. That's weird. You know, we were the ones that kind of put the assembly line together so we can all have cars. And I don't know if you've noticed this. this isn't like, you know, France, where you can walk across the whole country in a day. You know, it's not Germany, it's not Switzerland. And even Switzerland has mountains.
Starting point is 01:18:54 Well, so do we. I don't know if you know this. I mean, the people who are really hurting are the people who live in the rural parts of our country, which is the majority of our country, by the way, that have to drive their farmers or whatever. They drive a truck, they drive 30 miles in to go to the work at the factory or wherever they work. That's not unusual in America to drive 30 miles. How are you afford it? At some point, you can't afford to drive in.
Starting point is 01:19:26 And that's what they would say at the White House is the point. Blinds.com. The right window treatments can reduce unwanted solar heat through your wind. windows by up to 60%. I have some stories on some rolling blackouts in America, but don't worry. It's only about 60% of the country. We'll have

So did you see the climate activist that threw cake on the Mona Lisa this weekend? Yeah, well, was he dressed as an old person or something? Yeah, dressed as an old lady in a wheelchair. Could be transgendered.
Starting point is 01:21:14 He, I don't want to misgender him. That's right. Do not want to violate a new holiday. But I think throwing cake at the Mona Lisa really drives your point home that you're not crazy, you know? No. First of all, you're wasting cake, which makes you insane. What is it about the climate, though? It's about the climate? Yeah, it was a climate.
Starting point is 01:21:33 Why? What does cake at a painting have to do with the climate? Well, he threw it and he said, think of the planet. Think about it. To the painting? He said it to somebody. I don't know. Think about the planet. Think about the people destroying the planet.
Starting point is 01:21:52 Think about that. That's why I did this as he was being dragged away. It's a great point. It is. It is. Think about the planet. And I thought about it. And then I thought more about the cake. And I was like, screw the planet.
Starting point is 01:22:13 I'm having cake. And so I had cake. Now, by the way, I don't know. why this was a huge story other than the guy was nuts, because it's behind bulletproof glass. They have a little box on it because somebody in like the 1950s
Starting point is 01:22:28 actually shot at it and shot her elbow and they had to repair the painting. So they put bulletproof glass up in the 70s, I think, and then an old lady threw a teacup at her. So I don't know
Starting point is 01:22:44 why the abuse of the Mona Lisa but. She's not hot. We get it. But other than that, relax. Oh, I'm so mad. I'm going to throw my teacup at you. This is the Glenn Back program. Let me tell you about grip six.

Starting point is 01:26:42 So remember, Stu, when I talked to you about four weeks ago about P ads and neither of us had ever heard of it? And was it P ads? It was presidential emergency action directives. Okay. And we had not even heard of it at the time. Yeah. The New York Times reports today.
Starting point is 01:27:09 Until now, public knowledge of what the government put into classified presidential directives, which invoke emergency and wartime powers granted by Congress and otherwise claimed by presidents, have been limited to declassified descriptions of those developed in the early Cold War. In that era, they included steps like imposing martial law, rounding up, people deemed dangerous and censoring news from abroad. What could possibly go wrong? Now, this was first started by Eisenhower in the atomic age. When we were afraid of nuclear weapons, if we would go to a nuclear war,
Starting point is 01:28:00 there wouldn't be enough time for them to sit around, you know, the cabinet go, okay, so what do we do? They pushed a button and everything had to go. So they would make these directives beforehand, and they would say, this is for an emergency in case of a nuclear war. And the president would sign it, and then it would be held. So you couldn't, Congress doesn't have a right to look at these things because they're not actually enforced. It's kind of like our advice until the emergency happens and then it becomes the law of the land. How does it become the law of the land?
Starting point is 01:28:39 What process gives the president the rights? The emergency orders. If there's an emergency, the president has all kinds of powers. Now, I can't think of an emergency that might be on the horizon. You know, sure, there's the economic emergency that could happen. You know, there's the energy shortage that might happen. There's lawlessness emergency on the streets that could have. happen. But other than that, can you think of anything? No, no. There's the monkey pox emergency.
Starting point is 01:29:16 I left that one, left that one out. There's the cheating at an election one that, you know, would be really, there's the war emergency action that could be declared. But other than that, again, nothing to see here. So it's not been clear what the modern directives have been. known presidential emergency action documents. Those are called P-AIDS. They've never been made public or shown to Congress. But the New York Times has been looking into George W. Bush. Now, why would you stop there?
Starting point is 01:29:58 I think we all know why. Am I right? Several of the files provided to the New York Times by the Brennan's Center for justice shows that the Bush era effort partly focused on a law that permits the president to take over or shut down communications networks in wartime. Remember that one? And people like your local radio hosts and your hosts on talk radio said, hey, for the first time in my career, the emergency broadcast system is being taken out of our hands.
Starting point is 01:30:37 what the emergency broadcast system used to be is the White House would alert the radio stations. And I think it was, I think it was WMAL in Washington would get the first alert. And then WMAL would hear the tones and they would say, this is a test or this is an emergency. if it was an emergency, they'd pass it on to another station, and that station would pass it on. Now, it would take like an hour to get all the way across the country to the West. So the West had already been wiped out, okay? But it's Seattle. Who cares?
Starting point is 01:31:20 Anyway, so. That was their opinion at the time. It was like, yeah. I remember, because I worked in Seattle. I remember doing those tests going, if it's real, we're all dead anyway. So, hey, everybody in Seattle, you've got about 90 seconds to prepare. But so that's the way the test used to work. Then back in the George Bush era, they changed it.
Starting point is 01:31:48 He now can push a button in the Oval Office or wherever. And it immediately overrides all signals. So he's on television and every radio station, there is, no other information that is coming out except from the information from the White House. Didn't this happen in Austin Powers? Wasn't that his plan where he could just press a button and would overtake all broadcast? Probably. Okay.
Starting point is 01:32:16 Probably. I just want to make sure. I didn't see it. But yeah, we're probably taking directives from Austin Powers. And that's probably the thing that will make the most sense all day to you. So, apparently, lawmakers can not. interfere with these. Another file from the summer of 2008 mentioned that the Justice Department lawyers were revising an unidentified draft order in light of recent Supreme Court opinions.
Starting point is 01:32:46 The memo doesn't specify the ruling, but the court had just issued the landmark decision on topics that relate to government actions in an emergency, one about gun rights in the United States and another about the rights of Guantanamo detainees in court hearings. Well, that could be any one of those or all of those. Now, here's the thing. We got these through FOIA, but we didn't FOIA the government. We foiled the George W. Bush Library. Now, no one knows why they didn't foyer the Obama administration's
Starting point is 01:33:29 records other than he doesn't have a library and nobody's building one yet because graph? I mean, they're looking for the right play? So we don't know what happened with the PADs. They are still enforceable if the president would say, hey, you know, nuclear launch, what do you have? And it's the Eisenhower one. He could still have that. We don't know what's in effect and what's not in effect. Many of them are classified.
Starting point is 01:34:10 In fact, all of them are classified except for this group that has just been released. Apparently, they had, I'm looking for it here, I think 9,000 pages were not released because they're still classified, and I think they released 2,000 pages. So there's another nine, but I'm sure there's almost nothing on those other nine. Probably everything's fine. Yeah. Yeah. It's the best way to always assume.
Starting point is 01:34:48 We've learned that lately. Just assume everything's going to be fine. Is that frightening? Yeah. It's truly frightening. By the way, there's a couple of things here. only half of evangelical pastors hold a biblical worldview. Now, this might be a little shocking for people who go to church.
Starting point is 01:35:10 A study released Tuesday builds on an other report from American Worldview Inventory 2022, which shows that 37% of Christian pastors bring a biblical worldview with them to the pulpits. now a biblical worldview is does every person have a purpose and a calling do you have a purpose for being here and can God call you to something I'm asking you Stu why are you asking me without the echo on your voice
Starting point is 01:35:44 because I don't want you to feel damned immediately oh okay so do you believe the purpose and calling sure family and value of life. Those come from God. Yes. Do you believe in God? This is a tough one for the previous two, but yes.
Starting point is 01:36:03 Do you believe in creation? And this is weird. Creation and history. I don't believe in history. I just believe in me. Okay, right. I believe in creation. Do you?
Starting point is 01:36:14 Yeah. I mean, intelligent design. I don't know how he creates. Yeah, I don't find that question to be as riveting as some do. Yeah. I don't really care how he did it, honestly. But it's like, it's, it's, it's on him. Oh, I got, we got you there.
Starting point is 01:36:30 So you're saying dinosaurs aren't real. Yeah. Wait, what? I don't really, I don't know all the details to it. It wasn't there. I will say, I also don't know how an iPhone works exactly, but I'm glad the texts go through. But I don't believe in Steve Jobs. No, there.
Starting point is 01:36:44 He never existed. That just all of a sudden appeared on a beach somewhere. Let's see. You believe in sin, salvation and relationship with God. Do you believe in behavior and relationships, the Bible, and it's truth and morals? Yeah. Okay, I think those are all pretty easy. Only 37% of pastors believe in that.
Starting point is 01:37:14 I mean, you might want to put that on the front sign. You know what I mean? Like, hey, come in, try our donuts. and we don't really believe what you think we believe. Well, this happened to you, right, when you were doing your church tour. Oh, yeah. Back in the day. Oh, back in the day.
Starting point is 01:37:30 We went to every, every church, every religion because my wife wouldn't marry me without a common religion. And I'm like, I love God and everything, but religion. This is a long time ago. This was not you at the time, though. You were not. This church tour happened in what? I don't remember what year was that.
Starting point is 01:37:49 99. Wow. It was a long time ago. time ago. You're fighting your way and mainly because your wife wouldn't marry you if you didn't. Right. I mean, you're forced into it. Right. I was forced into it. And she wouldn't, she wouldn't didn't believe in premarital sex either. And I'm like, okay, chickaboo. What's it going to take? And she's like God. And I'm like, here I am. I'm practically a God. Look at me. No. And a Greek God. A Greek God. She vomited. And then I went to church. And so we tried everything. I mean, we, we I really liked the Jewish synagogue that we went to, you know, except you couldn't eat a lot of good things that I liked. And I don't speak a word of Hebrew. But it was in and out on Saturday. And it was pretty good. I've since then learned there's more than that. But I went to this church and it was a, what do they call those churches congregational, right? The white churches on the greens in. Is it? I don't remember.
Starting point is 01:38:53 I think it's congregational churches. And they're non-denominational. And so I'm sitting there in the pew. And Tony and I were listening, we're like, it's okay. You know, it's church. And during the sermon, the pastor said, now, you all know that I don't believe in God.
Starting point is 01:39:13 But if there is a God, we should serve him. And I'm like, hey, that doesn't make any sense. at all. Okay. Wow. And that should be on the front door someplace. That should be, before you go and sit down, you should just know, our pastor doesn't believe in God.
Starting point is 01:39:34 But if there is a God, maybe we should serve him. You know, good safety tip there. So back in just a minute, I'm going to give you a reason of why I'm telling you this latest survey. It's crazy. Finnegan is a 12-year-old Husky Lab, and Daniel, not his owner. That would be wrong. His adult friend, he said, Finnegan used to sleep all the time.
Starting point is 01:40:06 We had to spike his food every day with cheese and ham, et cetera. And even then, he wouldn't eat most of his food, sometimes for days. I was skeptical about ordering rough greens, but I gave it a try. In a month or so, Finnegan was incredibly active, and he runs and plays with other dogs. He even chases rabbits and squirrels again. I wish I would have discovered this for him long ago. Well, get it when you can, you know, doing the best you can to raise a healthy dog. Rough greens can help you.
Starting point is 01:40:36 It's not a dog food. It's vitamins and minerals and all the other things that your dog needs to live a healthy life, and they love it. And you put it on there. Now, not all dogs love it, I'm sure. So they want to give you a free bag to make sure that your dog loves it as much as my dog, Uno, and Daniel's dog Finnegan. If they'll eat it, man, you just watch over the months. They change. It is really great to see.
Starting point is 01:41:03 It's Roughgreens. Roughgreens.com slash Beck. Roughgreens.com slash Beck. It's a free bag now, 833, GLEANN-33, or Roughgreens.com slash Beck. 10 seconds. Station ID. So only 30. 37% of Christian pastors believe, have a biblical worldview.
Starting point is 01:41:34 I mean, if you're not talking about sin and, you know, how to be a better Christ-like person and how do you, 37, what are they teaching? And those are the questions, the specific questions asked. Because, I mean, you could certainly, there are differences among denominations and various questions. But these are pretty basic points. These are eight categories. Eight categories. Purpose and calling, family and value of life. God, creation and history, faith practices, sin, salvation in relationship with God, human character and nature, lifestyle behavior, and relationships.
Starting point is 01:42:08 Oh, and the Bible, truth and morals. Yeah, I mean, I know that there are obviously disagreements on some of the intricate matters of faith between denominations and pastors and blah, blah, blah, but 37%. Right. The only thing I would ask is who's defining biblical worldview there, and I assume. The Bible. The Bible. Yes, I would assume if you're talking brat, broad categories like that, that's a
Starting point is 01:42:30 stunning number. Stunning. Stunning number. To the point of how is it possible? So 57% of pastors leading non-denominational and independent churches held a biblical worldview,
Starting point is 01:42:44 a nationwide study in February, conducted in February. Non-denominational and independent churches were more likely to subscribe to a biblical worldview than evangelical churches. Perhaps most surprisingly 48% of pastors of Baptist churches widely viewed as the most enthusiastic about embracing
Starting point is 01:43:06 the Bible held a biblical worldview. Forty-eight percent. Pastors of Southern Baptist churches, by contrast, were far more likely 78 percent to have biblical beliefs. The traditional black Protestant churches and Catholic priests, I'm sorry, just, wow, I just had to read this again. Traditional black Protestant churches and Catholic priests were found least likely to hold a biblical view. With the incidents of biblical worldview measured in the single digits, black churches, 9% of pastors and Catholic priests, 6%. I feel like you asked atheists if they had a biblical worldview, you'd come up with higher than 9%. I think I could give that to Pend Gillette. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:43:59 And he'd be like, you know, at 14%. I'm at 14%. Yeah. I mean, that's crazy. In churches with an average of 100 or fewer attending weekly services, 41% of the pastors had, you know, had a biblical worldview. Larger fellowships with 100 to 250 adults fared better with 45%. However, 14% of pastors leading mid-sized churches of between 250 and 600 people. 14% and 15% of pastors with congregations of more than 600 adults.
Starting point is 01:44:37 That's crazy. Yeah, it's hard to understand how that's possible. Why would you be involved in this business, right? I mean, I hate to call it a business, but it's like, it's your life's work. It's your career. Right? So it's like, you know what it is? It is my uncle who was the head of safety at Boeing for years.
Starting point is 01:44:56 Okay. and he'd never fly. He'd never get on an airplane. And he'd be like, Uncle Dave, I don't, what is that? And he's like, no, if you fly, you have to fly a Boeing. But there's no reason logically that that thing should be able to take off and fly. I don't know if you're the best for safety. I think my Uncle Dave should have been a priest, maybe.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Before we get off religion, I just thought I would point out that Pope Francis on Sunday announced the promotion of the San Diego Bishop Robert McElroyd to Cardin. and that's, you know, that's, I'm sure this was just a clerical era, but he passed over the higher-ranked San Francisco Archbishop. And I think this is how you pronounce it, Salvatore Cordillone or Cordillone. Isn't that what, you know, I got a horse in my bed? It's close.
Starting point is 01:47:38 Yeah. Yeah. Anyway, he's the guy who said Nancy Pelosi, you know, you can't take communion anywhere. And she, I love this. He doesn't know what the church. He's, are you, he's the archbishop. What do you, you're a politician. Yeah. Catholics are against, well, I thought Catholics were against abortion. And I know a lot of Catholics. In fact, we owe as a, as a body of Christ, if you will. We owe a great deal of thank yous to the Catholics who are the ones that show up all the time at abortion clinics, all the time. You know, and once in a while, we'll pop in and go, hey, yeah, it looks like you got things under control. I'm going to go back to my Saturday.
Starting point is 01:48:28 But he decided to skip over that pope. and then the San Diego bishop that he did appoint, he's a Jesuit, so that's always good. And he said, the Eucharist is being weaponized and deployed as a tool in political warfare. Yeah, yeah, that's what's happening. All these priests that are refusing to give you Eucharist because you want to kill babies. I mean, that's not the height of politics, right? And isn't the structure of the Catholic faith, you know, I don't know it all that well. You were Catholic, right?
Starting point is 01:49:09 Wouldn't you grow up Catholic? Yeah, yeah. I mean, there's a sort of a top-down structure there, right? I mean, it's pretty, it's the way it's supposed to work. Yeah. The Pope kind of like says, hey, this is a, this is kind of the thing. He kind of makes the, he says, hey, this is important. And, you know, but I'm not sure.
Starting point is 01:49:27 The Pope right now for some conservative Catholics. But the abortion thing, they have not wavered on. all, right? Like, this is still like, don't do it. Yeah, I mean, Catholics generally haven't, you know, and as you said, I used to be a Catholic. And I, there probably was a time when the Pope was Catholic as well, but I'm not sure he's entirely Catholic himself. But again, it's not moved on abortion that I know of, have, had they? There was a story that I feel like they were talking about. Yeah, no, he is. And there's a difference. I mean, he said, you know, we have to forgive people who have had abortions.
Starting point is 01:50:00 Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's, you don't need. the end of that. Yeah. Now maybe after the fifth or sixth abortion, you know, and they belly up to the bar and like, I'll have another. Pack abortions through the house. Then maybe, maybe, you know, you're like, your forgiveness is in question. But if you're, if you're like at eight or so and all you need to get is 10 for the,
Starting point is 01:50:24 for the free one. I mean, is that, is that okay? If you can just. If you give the last free one away. Right. Okay. You know, pass it on to another. Anyway, a majority of Democrats.
Starting point is 01:50:33 Now believe that your kids should be able to pick their pronouns. You know, I don't know if they know that picking their pronouns also goes with their units. You know what I mean? And I guess you can pick your pronouns, but we're not married to it. You know what I mean? We're not married to it. It's like, you know, kids, they come home. Cheyenne has come home, she's had purple hair.
Starting point is 01:51:06 And I've been like, great, you're not married to this, right? So, you know, there's some things that they have a right to pick. This one is interesting. A new directive from the Gender Pathways Service at the Children's Hospital in London, Ontario. So I immediately dismiss it because it's Canadians. Bacon, they're great. They're great at making bacon. But not as good as Americans.
Starting point is 01:51:36 Canadian bacon is not superior to American bacon. I'll give you that. I'll give you that. I mean, like they make bacon. But it's better than other English-speaking countries like I, you know, for instance, England, I don't trust anything in their food. Yeah. You know, and Canadian is the only one that really also got namesake to bacon. There's just bacon and there's Canadian bacon.
Starting point is 01:51:56 We're like, all right, that's a 1B or a 2A, something like that. We'll give that to you. We'll give that to you. But you go over to England, which. you know, remember, gave birth to Canada and they still admit it. Okay. And, you know, they're like, have you tried a blood pudding? And you're like, no, I haven't.
Starting point is 01:52:13 And I've lived in the South in America. And we don't eat blood for pudding. I'm just saying, you got issues. Anyway, so a new directive from the Gender Pathway Service at the Children's Hospital in London, Ontario, instructs doctors that due to high demand, puberty blockers may be prescribed to children prior to seeing a doctor. Hmm. That's how we do science now due to public demand?
Starting point is 01:52:47 Due to public demand. And you would think that science has been settled for a very long time, that true gender-discipline, dysphoria and transgender people is about 0.7% of the population. And when you see it just shoot up to 30%, you might want to start asking questions as a scientist. Is it maybe because this is, is this the new purple hair for this generation? Bill Maher pointed that out just the last week.
Starting point is 01:53:28 But I'm glad to see that the Children's Hospital in Ontario says, nah, you don't even see a doctor for that. You know, look, that person over there, they can validate your parking and give you a prescription for gender blockers. Look, it's one thing when it permeates the culture. And there's a problem there. We've talked about that extensively. But when it's permeating medicine, when you're talking about hospitals making decisions based on this craziness, that is going to put people's lives at risk.
Starting point is 01:53:59 And in fact, it has, we know for a fact, it's killed people. I mean, we've talked about the story of the pregnant woman who came in said they were a man. Their paperwork said they were a man. So when they had extreme stomach discomfort, no one thought to check to see if they were pregnant. Right. Because, you know, it's a man. Bad gas pain. Whoa, there's a head with that gas.
Starting point is 01:54:24 Right. And so, and, you know, I mean, in this particular case, the baby died because they didn't react fast enough. Again, this might not, if you happen to be on the left or Nancy Pelosi, it might not hurt your feelings all that much to hear that story. But in reality, I think it's pretty devastating and tragic. Well, I mean, maybe that kid would be unwanted and would grow up and be a school shooter and be the recipient of an evil gun that he wouldn't shoot, but be in his hands with that
Starting point is 01:54:53 evil gun. So that can happen. One more thing, some good news. Hey, just keep watching Disney. They love your children. Some might say too much, but they love your children. Here's a new Pride special to encourage children to support K and transgender. And it's hosted by a drag queen.
Starting point is 01:55:19 Here it is. Hello, and welcome to the Disney Plus. This is me, Pride Celebrity. spectacular. I'm Nina West and I'm here to guide you through a magical, musical, and meaningful celebration of the LGBTQ plus community. Starting point is 01:56:00 trying a spotlight on a fellow queen who knows a thing or two about creating an epic Disney Plus inspired look that set the internet ablaze us last year. A esteemed guests and friends, I give you my friend, Jackie Cox. Oh, you didn't think you were the only magical girl in town, did you? The name's act of the Harkness. Can we stop? Do we need to hear more? Oh, no.
Starting point is 01:56:27 I didn't. If it was, you didn't ask our opinion. I didn't want to hear it at the beginning. You just sort of sprung that one on us and... Sorry. You're right, Steele. I apologize for that. Okay.
Starting point is 01:56:42 So here we are on the week of Memorial Day, where people fought and died so Disney could bring drag queens out and teach our children without our permission in most times our knowledge. What a great country. If I may quote the great Yaakov Shmirnoff, what a country. Anyway, Goldline has decided due to the overwhelming popularity of their pre-Memorial Day special last week that they're going to extend the promotion in case you weren't able to call or you forgot because you're going for a three-day weekend. Here's the thing. Just last week, Bill Ackman said that the market collapse is basically the only way to stop inflation. I had dinner with some very wealthy people. And whenever I'm around really wealthy people, I'm like, hey, can you throw a few bones my way? What do you think's coming?
Starting point is 01:57:40 And they told me, and they started with, well, you know what's coming. Yeah, I know, but I keep hoping that I'm wrong. Anyway, to stop inflation at this point, tomorrow I'm going to give you some inflation numbers that will boggle your mind. We haven't hit it yet. When we get to the end of the summer, we'll just be entering into staggering inflation. What is the answer to inflation? What do you do? What is the hedge against it?
Starting point is 01:58:17 It has always been precious metals, gold, silver, silver. platinum. Goldline now is offering a free half ounce platinum war of 1812 commemorative coin with qualifying gold purchases. They're also throwing in a free silver as a thank you just for listening to this program. This is for you at 866 Goldline. Please put your financial house in order and spread your risk around. The hedge for inflation has always been gold. Did you see what was it? The former Czechoslovakia, the former Soviet satellite countries, there's like three of them. They announced that they are going all in on gold this weekend.
Starting point is 01:59:05 One of them is, I think it's Czechoslovakia, is doing $100 million worth of gold and putting it into their vaults. Everybody is starting to say, I'm not sure if the dollar is really a stable thing. Gold line. Call them right now. 866 Goldline. 866 Goldline or Goldline.com. Informed. Sign up for the free newsletter today at glenbeck.com. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. I can't leave without playing a couple of things. First of all, let's play cut two here. Joe Biden on there's no rationale for
Starting point is 01:59:53 a two-caliber bullets. We'll lodge and a lung. And we can probably get it out. You may be able to get it and save the life. A nine-millimeter bullet. flows the lung out of the body. So the idea of these high caliber weapon is simply no rational basis for in terms of
Starting point is 02:00:17 Okay, okay, stop. What is he talking? I don't know. First of all, a 22 caliber can go into your lungs and maybe we can go get it. Okay. First of all, have you ever watched a movie
Starting point is 02:00:32 where they go, thank God it went clean through. Yeah. Oh yeah. Right? Went clean through, which means you don't have to open up a lung to go find it. All right.
Starting point is 02:00:44 It's not good to have a bullet lodge inside of you. Just want to let you know that. Even your lung. Even your lung. It's got a lot of space down there. Yeah. But you'll always smell like, I smell brass or something. What is?
Starting point is 02:00:56 Yeah, you don't want that. Yeah, you don't want that. Anyway, so then he says a high capacity 9mm. 9mm, 380, it's the second smallest bullet you can fire. A 22 literally is a rabbit or squirrel gun. A 9mm is something that everyone who's ever talked to me about guns, who knows about guns, you're buying this for self-defense? Yeah, you want a 45.
Starting point is 02:01:26 This doesn't have the stopping power. So, A, it will exit your body, but that's a good thing. Two, it's not a high capacity or high, what did he call it? High, caliber. Yeah, these large caliber guns. It's not. It's small. It's small.
Starting point is 02:01:51 And it's a great gun. It's the most popular handgun in America is a 9mm. The guy has no idea what he's talking about. But if you made it all the way to a 9-0. millimeter will blow your lung out of your body. What? I want to see that. I want to see that.
Starting point is 02:02:13 I mean, look, he could just be making it up. And that's, I think, the most obvious explanation for anything Joe Biden says. But did he actually have a conversation with someone? They're like, yeah, I mean, nine millimeter to blow your lung out. Just throwing across the room is Lana is a mile away. It's crazy. It's a mile away. It's crazy.
Starting point is 02:02:29 Okay. Biden to the naval grads. Here's a cut three. By the way, once you're commissioned, remember, I'm your commander-in-chief. So don't ask me too tough a question, okay? Okay, that's just weird. I think people were just laughing at the idea of him being commander-in-chief. Yeah, they're like, he's not-
Starting point is 02:02:51 Imagine if he was? Yeah, he's not serious. Wait, what? Dear God, he's what? It is terrified. It is terrified. And I think that's why he said it that way. I thought we banned chief.
Starting point is 02:03:02 We banned chief. We banned chief. That's offensive to Native Americans. Yeah, in San Francisco, we've been. He's just the command. ander in charge. Okay. One more, since we've been talking about guns,
Starting point is 02:03:16 here's Chicago, and these are not a problem. We shouldn't even talk about this. This is, I want you to watch your screens, if you're watching the Blaze, I'll describe it, it's in Chicago. See a man running to his car in the streets, broad daylight. Oh, there they are shooting at each other. Okay.
Starting point is 02:03:36 I mean, and then they drive away. But no big deal. No big deal. It's a normal day in Chicago. It's a normal... Absolutely a normal day in Chicago. But the good news is, and I want to leave you with this,
Starting point is 02:03:53 Biden's your commander-in-chief. The Glenn Back program.
