Anybody else in Christmas mode? Anybody else just in like, you know, eh, don't really care what happens. I'm just getting ready for the holidays. Absolutely not. It's a historic day. I've been praying with the founding fathers today with that beautiful document, the Constitution,

which we will honor heartfelt sorrowful. I just don't care about any of this impeachment stuff, and I don't feel like it's a historic day. I think this is a total sham. This makes me want to vote for Donald Trump even more. I've never seen anything quite like this. They're getting ready to... Nancy!

Nancy is about to take the stage. I'm sorry, take the gavel. And she's going to give us this heartfelt speech here in just a few minutes, and I can't wait, because it's so historic and so sincere. And so full of bull crap. I just can't take it. Oh, I can't believe you would say that. After all the praying, she's done.

She's been praying. She's almost too Catholic for the Pope. The Pope is like, slow down. You don't have to pray that much. Okay. Impeachment Day. We'll talk about it coming up. Fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

Man. Man, Nancy, slow down. Slow down. I'm afraid she might lose her head. She might lose her teeth. We don't know, but she has just come back from the nunnery, back from the convent where she has been sequestered and taken her vow of silence so she could pray to the Lord in the heavens above and read those sacred documents, the Constitution, because this is a historic day. And Nancy, who has been in seclusion, meeting with some of the greatest spiritual leaders of our our day, Moses, Jesus, Gandhi, Fusion GPS, all of them have been there to counsel her.

And today she's going to lead us, really, in a day of morning as they take the stage, otherwise known as the House Chamber, and impeach. It's only the third time in American history. impeach a sitting president. Oh, you shall remember where you were today. I mean,

I hope I, I mean, unless I have, you know, some sort of brain disorder or something I'm, you know, I'll remember, sure. I think I was in, I don't know, Dallas, I know I was in America that day, but I don't think this is the historic day. They keep

using that word. I do not think it means what they think it means. More in one minute. This is the Glenbag program. Remember the time when you found out that you had inherited millions of dollars from some Nigerian prints? You didn't even know you were related to. She argued back and forth with the Lord. This according to the Pope, who is quoted as saying, geez, Nancy, I mean, you don't have to pray that much. I mean, slow down.

It's like a religion to you. I mean, I know, I got it. You're Catholic. So am I. Calm down. But she was sequestered last night in her house chambers. and she wept all night for the Constitution. She said that she was visited by George Washington and Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson,

and she wept with them. They wept even. And she said, this document, I love this document so much. She went to the National Archives and she said, please take the glass away so I could just kiss it myself. And today, she is filled with sorrow. Oh, alas, I must say a fond farewell to this president of the United States. No, no, I shan't do it.

Oh, I must, I must, I, I shan't do it. I must, I must, oh, oh, the agony. Why, hey, me, she cried out in her chambers last night. So today, she's going to take us through all of those heart-wrenching moments. She has had to endure because of this president. Damn it. It's so transparent. You've hit on my ultimate hot button on this.

Oh, I can't take it. Because they are sitting there and trying to convince us that they are taking this seriously, that they actually think it's solemn. Uh-huh. And then Pelosi in particular. Please, please. Please do not cheapen this moment, Stu. I will not sit here with you cheapening this moment.

And then Nancy Pelosi has the utter gall to sit there and utilize God for this argument at a pace that would embarrass the Pope that would embarrass Mother Teresa. Why? That would embarrass every pastor in the United States. For just you're just overdoing it with this God thing, Nancy. Why must you go here's doing cheap? Now God. Now you're taking on God. And Nancy Pelosi's love of God.

She is the most Catholic Catholic I've ever seen in all of Catholicdom. Oh, my. No one believes. No one, including her. Don't you use that word hate? Don't you use that word hate? She's a Catholic. Is she?

Sure she is. I'm sure that's vital. Vitally important. And she seems to use it at any point that it politically benefits her. And you never hear one word about it at any other time. But whenever she needs to pass a giant spending bill or she needs to impeach a president. Oh my gosh. She's a freaking pastor.

She's up there with like the Bible stapled to her shirt. she is constantly out there doing things that the left always criticizes that you should not bring religion into the public sphere. All she says is that just the only motivating factor for her is her Catholicism. I mean, it is, it's embarrassing and it seems to go further than that, doesn't it? I feel like there's, you know, using things in politics and slimy. I'm going to say it. I'm going to say it. I'm going to say it. Yes, it does go forward. farther than that. Last night, and I wasn't going to say it. I didn't feel it was necessary.

I didn't feel it was my place to say something like this because it is so sacred. What happened to her last night while she was standing trying to make out with the Constitution, not make out, I mean, just like you kiss your mother on returning home to her in heaven. Oh, mother, with deep, deep, profound respect. Then, standing there in the National Archives in the middle of the night, only Nancy Pelosi, George Washington, Ben Franklin, and the spirit of Thomas Jefferson, all wailing and weeping. There, just above, the Declaration of Independence, an apparition appeared. And Nancy stood there and then, why me, I'm just a poor peasant girl. What is this apparition I see? And there it is.

There it is. Mother Hillary, peering, the mother, of all of the world, appearing over the Declaration and Constitution there in the National Archives, in her beautiful blue robes and rays of light and a whiteness more pure than anything I've ever seen before. And Nancy looked up and said, yes, Mother Hillary, what must I do? And Hillary said, Russia, Russia, my child. Oh, the world, come to no good if you cannot turn the hearts of the Russians. And Nancy said, oh my gosh, this is almost like those peasant kids in that other country with the water and the stuff when Mother Mary came to them.

She said, yes, yes. They misunderstood. It was me, Mother Hillary. And Nancy, you must tell the world now. It's Russia. And Donald Trump is the Antichrist. And I know you don't want to do it. She says, I shan't, I shan't, I can't, I can't.

You must pick up your staff. You must be the woman that only I could be, as I am the mother of all of the world. And Nancy said, oh, and so today, the blessed Saint Nancy will come to us in just a few minutes, and I dare say she shan't tell us about the apparition or even hanging out with the founding fathers or how much she loves the...

Well, she'll definitely tell us how much she loves the Constitution and God and prayer. But I want you to know, Stu, how dare you? How dare you? Mock this religious, spiritual, deeply sad, profoundly significant and dare I say it, act of God today. I actually heard one of them last night say, you know, you should get history straight, all right?

History tells us exactly what we must do. History and our founders and our constitution. and I'm like, this is the first time you guys have ever cared about any of those things. You have destroyed our history. You have destroyed our traditions. You have destroyed our Constitution, our Declaration of Independence. You call our founding fathers nothing but racist slave owners and genocidal maniacs. You expect me.

Oh, by the way, you mock God by rejecting him not once, not twice, but thrice. You reject him. at your own convention, and now you tell me all of a sudden about God, while you're trying to chase him out of everything and replace him with some big fat trans person in a library? I don't think so. I don't think I'm buying it today. How could anyone buy it?

How? And they keep going on television and acting as if these congresspeople mean this stuff. We all know they don't mean it. I mean, they're just saying things they know aren't true. No one is looking at this as a solemn thing. They're all looking at it as a political piece of ammunition. Can I ask you this? Can I ask you this question in all seriousness?

What are they saying that Trump did? Honestly, what are they saying that Trump did? What's the big thing? He utilized his power for personal gain. What is the personal gain? To win the election against Joe Biden. Right. To destroy Joe Biden, to besmirch Joe Biden, to mish Joe Biden,

make people question Joe Biden, right? Mm-hmm. What? Now, I was going to use a naughty word there. I could feel that one coming right there. And I'm not going to use that naughty word because I had an apparition myself last night. No, I shan't. I'm not going to use that naughty word.

But what is Congress and the Democrats doing right now besides abusing their office, abusing their power? using every bit of power that they have to disqualify and besmirch the integrity of their opponent. They're doing everything. That's what drives me crazy. Everything that they said Donald Trump did in Russia, they did in Ukraine. Everything they're saying he's doing now they're doing to him. Right. They're saying, you know, you can't investigate your political opponent.

What is they doing? They're doing it now. They're investigating their political opponent. Why? Because they think there's that, like, in theory, they believe that there's something wrong here and it's important for the country. Isn't that what Donald Trump's argument is when it comes to Ukraine?

He believed there was something wrong going on. And even though it was his political opponent, in this country, your political opponents don't get automatic immunity for their bad actions. If I may quote, mother Hillary, in this country, No one is above the law. Am I being too sarcastic because it's the only way I survive today. Yeah, no one would you.

I don't know. When I don't see Nancy Pelosi, I do not consider it a left down. I consider that a wonderful afternoon. But that's just me. I'm tired of like the disingenuous nature of this. You know, you brought up the, you know, the solid of nature.

The historic thing is another thing. I do not feel in at all, man. You're going to remember where you were on this day. No, I won't. forget it next week. I mean, it's obviously... I don't know where I am right now. Right.

Wait. It's obviously this partisan, you know, nonsense that just like it does, it just feels like another day. So this is how they yell about Donald Trump every other day. So this is historic in one way. This is the day that will go down in the history books as possibly the day that finally jump the shark and America could not return back to any kind of normalcy. maybe, when America fully embraced its partisanship and corruption.

The day that finally the press got their way through lies and distortion, those things will go down as history, but that doesn't end well for America. Just doesn't. No. This is not a good thing for America. I mean, and like if they actually, they obviously don't care about any of this stuff. If they actually care, let's just believe, let's just say for a second. We need, excuse me, I think we must have. Greta's how dare you on a hot button today.

Because I think he's going to, thank you. Stu's going to be saying a lot of things that that's the only response. How dare you? It is like, it's one of these things where they're just, like, let's say you actually cared for a second. Let's say you believed this if you're a Democrat. It's going to be hard to put yourself in the position. You're going to have to get me about 20 minutes to get there. Right.

Let's say you believe that Donald Trump was going to manipulate this election. You're going to steal this election. what is the worst possible thing you could do to a person who you believe was going to do that? Let me paint you a picture, okay? Donald Trump, that's what he was doing. He was calling up Ukraine. He was trying to manipulate this investigation the entire time, and he was trying to manipulate the outcome of this election. So now you're going to impeach him, okay?

Then he's going to get acquitted in the Senate. You can't impeach him again before the election, right? So now you have, he has a. free pass basically to do whatever he wants because there's no increased penalty. And you can give him. And double jeopardy. And yeah, right. And you can't go back to the same stuff.

So he, who knows how many, he might be on the phone. He might be doing conference calls with, you can hop on the party line. And I'm going to be talking to all sorts of presidents from around the world just to manipulate elections. Hey, Boris. And you still not going to impeach him. Boris Johnson, lets you and I get together. We'll do some blow on the coffee table.

with the cameras rolling, you might be trouble for you. We might have to put a blue dot over your face. But I'm clear. I'm clear. And it's just infuriating. It's like they had this, I was listening to CNN.

Again, this is my fault for doing this. But I was listening to CNN. And they're like, Donald Trump sent a stunning seven-page letter in which he described how upset he was about impeachment. And he said it was a fraud. And he goes through and they just kept saying stunning, stunning, stunning. none of you are stunned by this.

If Donald Trump sent a letter filled with 18th century French poetry, that would be stunning. But Donald Trump acting like Donald Trump in a letter where he complains about impeachment is not stunning. It's exactly what you picture Donald Trump to do. Donald Trump writing a letter while on the pot

and then writing, whoops, just dropped another one in the middle of the letter is not surprising. None of you are stunned. and you just keep saying these things over and over again. Every day you escalate the language. It's just like the climate stuff. You brought up Greta.

It's just like the climate stuff. How dare you? How dare you? Every day you have yet another claim about how it's going to be worse and more horrible and how we can't dig another moment. Are you telling me we are not going to be dead. You're telling me we're not going to be dead in eight years.

Are you telling me? I am telling. I don't know if I'll be dead in eight years, probably with the way my... My head's going to explode. But probably not from climate change. I can say that. None of this stuff is real.

How dare you? Yeah, I know, Greta. And none of it's real. And they just keep attempting it anyway. The solemnity of this moment for Nancy Pelosi? Come on. Come on. It was embarrassing. It really was. But that just shows. They're the media wing now of the Democrat Party. Even more so than MSNBC,

which is hard to believe. Quiet. You can almost hear the weeping and gnashing of teeth. Could we go to the house? From 2,000 miles away. Should we go now? Yes, we must go to the House chambers and listen to somebody saying something

as they're getting ready to debating on the rules. You could almost feel the inner tears. I can almost feel the inner tears. Announced a wide-ranging investigation into the Trump-Juliani Ukraine scheme. Some people might think that's boredom, but no. It's solemnity you're hearing in her voice. Notice she's wearing black? Aha.

There, I said it. The August 2019 whistleblower complaint. Whereas on September 26th 2019, they are. In his opening statement at a public hearing,

with just a shovel full of lime? This great man went down and they threw him in a pauper's grave. That's what Donald Trump has done to our country, and none of them want to stop it. None of them want to be in this position. None of them have been saying we should impeach him before he was even elected.

Not one! They know. They know. Just what a solemn, horrible, horrible day this is. Okay, that's just enough. That's enough. I don't know if I could take any more of that. painful.

Too painful. Pat, will you remember this like as long as I live? Right. Where you were? Yes. I actually, I do think it is historic. Well, it is. I mean, this is number three, right?

Out of 45? No, I would say this is number one. I'd say this is number one. The first one made a lot of sense. The second one, you could argue that lying to the American people and using, your position to lie to the American people about something like, you know, just something involving cigars might have been important. But we decided no.

America said, no, lying doesn't matter. So now we have Donald Trump and all of a sudden, lying matters. But that's not what this is about. They're not getting him for lying about anything. they are they're impeaching him because he wanted to hurt he used his office to hurt his opponent and so what do they do they use their office to hurt their opponent that's a first this a first yeah yeah it's a pretty good description of it that's what it is they're only out on that one is like no he wanted he wanted to involve foreign powers

that's why it's okay that's that's our distinction from what they're doing, which is, you know, a minor. This is all the only distinction, right? I mean, they're just targeting their political opponent using their power. And by the way, he didn't use the other country, but they didn't do anything for it. No, they didn't do anything. And so why are we even talking about it? He made a phone call.

He made a phone call. These people, these people have used the FBI, the State Department, the powers of the house, the powers of the DOJ for now almost four years. They have spent millions of dollars. He made a phone call. They've spent millions of dollars and taken our country through hell for the last four years. They have given us, gotten us to a place to where if you didn't think we believed the press four years ago, you still don't get it now. You're never, ever going to get it.

We don't believe in Congress. We don't believe in the DOJ. We don't believe in the FBI. We don't believe in injustice anymore in this country. And I thought it was bad during the Obama administration. But what they've done is just absolutely obscene. Oh, I mean, I heard a report from Jim Acosta last night on this. And he's talking about the letter, which they're all so stunned about that Donald Trump would use language.

Like a president of the United States. Did he say the word? You know it. Did he use the word fart? I don't think he used the word fart He didn't spell out at one point But that's not shocking

No not at all And you know They're talking about it He ended his report with And he sent a letter And this letter Contained so many lies and misrepresentations

And outright falsehoods That it would take forever We don't even have time To go through them No don't go through one Can you go through one lie? Could you go through one lie? Could you go through two?

Right You don't have time for all of them, I understand, because it's seven whole pages. But you have time to go through one of them? I think they're still working on the 17 lies in the IG report. They haven't been able to report that yet. So they've got a lot of lies backed up. They need some colon blow to be able to get through those lies. And all of a sudden it's just like blow out their butt.

Yeah. And then Jim Acosta, who is just, I mean, you want to talk about someone who whose only desire in the world is people to look at him. That's all he wants. And the entire world is people to pay attention to Jim McGausta. That's not true. It is true. It is not true.

What is your evidence? When he just stands up and goes, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, which is what he was doing yesterday. So he goes, he has a press conference and Trump is there and they're asking questions. And he wants to have follow-up questions. And the way he phrased it was so weird. I didn't. I couldn't even understand what he was saying. He goes, he goes, and despite the president's fury, he allowed his.

his aides to yell over our follow-up questions. Now, wait a minute. What does that even mean? Like, so if someone isn't furious, that's normally when they allow their aids to yell over their follow-up questions. Like, the sentence structure doesn't even make any sense. And beyond that, it was just a setup to number one, in a news report, say that he's furious. Right?

Like, what do you mean? I mean, of course he's angry about impeachment, but, like, you're just applying this adjutant. to him inside of his mind, the fury he's apparently, you know, espousing. And then you just want to play your dumb video of you yelling a question that the guy can't even hear or doesn't answer. Right? Like, you just want to show yourself and other CNN reporters on camera doing the journalist thing. It's all about him. Because it's all about him. And it's all about all of these people, right? They're just on television, constantly trying to make this name for themselves. And this is why they're calling it historic. Because now they're

can say they're in the middle of this big historic thing. It's not historic. It's a dumb, partisan piece of nonsense, which is not the first word that came to mind as I was saying that sentence. Really? Yeah. Did it evolve something that comes out the back ass of a bowl? Yeah, okay. I just, you come back to the same thing. No one believes the things that they are saying. And at some point, no, no, no. No, I must correct. You do. You keep correcting me. How dare you? How dare you?

Thank you. I must correct you again. Yes. Nancy Pelosi, it has just been reported that Nancy Pelosi has instructed the Democrats, quote, not to gloat. Now, how many funerals? How many funerals? How many solemn occasions have you been to where it was sacred? And the person had to stand up and say, listen, don't gloat. No gloat. No gloating at this funeral.

Don't gloat. I know you got ran over by a dump truck, but don't gloat about it. Don't gloat about it. It's that solemn. It is that solemn. Breaking news, Trump poised to be the third president impeached in history and the House is nearing that historic vote. We will be here all day. We will be here night, day, throughout all time, if must be to cover this or until the end of the program. They are psychotic. They're not even good at what they do for a living. All the people on the left, the Chuck Schumers, the Nadlers, they were all nerds his kids, but they were always book smart. That's why they became lawyers and then politicians, but they're not even good at it. They talk about how dumb Trump was when he's running for president. He's made them look like an ass on what, four occasions now, and he's going to do it again. You see the polls? You see the polls? He's surging in the polls. It's already backfiring on these

idiots. So what do you think is going to happen when they finally vote? And I don't think they're going to vote. They're supposed to vote now, but the Republicans are just, they're just throwing tire irons at them. And so they're going to vote tonight, probably. Yeah. What happens when it goes over to the Senate? What should happen and what do you think will happen?

It's going to happen. I think Mitch McConnell's handling it beautifully. He's already put up saying, you know, he's saying, look, and what's his name? Schumer has the nerve to say, they should call John Bolton and Mulvaney and, and what's his name, the chinless Mitch McConnell with those giant owl eyes. Well, I'm not an impartial juror. This is politics. I love what he said.

He says, there's no way in hell. He goes, we're not going to do that after the way you treated us in the whole process where we didn't get to call witnesses in the house and all that. he goes, you're going to get a, you're not going to get a, you're going to get a totally partial handling in the Senate. So I love what he's doing. You know, McConnell, I have mixed families. I don't like career politicians, but this guy, I think he's underrated. You cannot focus on him missing his chin. But yeah, I mean, he looks more like a turtle than an owl, but we can argue that some other day.

Glenn, not one Republican is going to, it's going to be unanimous. Not one Republican, they talk about, oh, there's a few of them on the fence. No, no. No, there's not. It's going to be a shutout. There are a few. I think in the Senate, there are a few. I think I could see Mitt Romney. Romney. Yeah. Susan Collins, Mitt Romney. Don't you hate those guys? No, I don't.

I used to like Mitt Romney, told Trump ran for president. I saw what a two-faced backstabry is, but I thought Romney was a decent guy. I watch that documentary. I go, this guy's just a good guy. Yeah, I thought so, too. That really changed me. I don't like that. He's very smart and, you know, part of the corporate vulture.

But, yeah, he disappointed me. And who else? I don't know the other people. I know Mulvaney, whatever his name is. So do you think this is good that, I mean, how do we, I was singing today, they're impeaching Trump because he was, they say, using his office to. to hurt his political rival.

Well, they have used the entire government. They've used the DOJ, the State Department, the FBI. They've used the house. They've used all of the apparatus of government to do nothing but smear this guy for the last four years. So when do we impeach them? When does, and I don't even, I'm not looking for, you know, gotcha. I'm looking to teach people a lesson in. Washington, you can't do this?

Yeah, I don't understand. The beauty of this, it's all coming on the, you know, the Horowitz report coming out. That's the backdrop of this. And they have the nerve to look into the camera and say that stuff about Trump. On the, you know, with the Horowitz report proving the FBI lied to the FISA courts, all this. And like you said, they used the whole apparatus to help Hillary, you know, to get rid of Trump. And they have the nerve to look into the camera and say that Trump's a danger to our democracy. I don't know if they're just crazy or it's willful ignorant.

I don't know what it is. But like I said, it's showing in the polls. Trump's creeping up, actually leading everybody, but, you know, Biden, which is hilarious. This guy's getting jello in a nursing home, and he's still in the front. But, no, you're right. They use the whole apparatus, and then they have the nerve to say this. So is there as just as... Because I think a lot of Americans are just so beaten down because they're like the bad guys, they always get away with it.

I can't get away with anything. There is no real justice in Washington. You know, if I was involved in any of this, we'd be nailed. They're not for any of these. They're not for equal rights. They're not for equal justice. They're not for any of this stuff. And they continue to get away with it.

And I think the average American is like, you know what, I can't take much more of this. I mean, is there ever going to be a reckoning, a day of reckoning for this? Well, that's a great question because they keep saying now, like after the FISA came out, that comment about the FBI lying to them and stuff, we're looking, now the take is, we hope these procedures are corrected, so this doesn't happen in the future. No, somebody has to go to jail. I agree. Somebody has.

I love when Chris Wallace was interviewing Comey, and he goes, you're acting like you were a third party looking in on this. you know he goes you were the head of the FBI when this was going down well what it do do the republicans have bad lawyers it seems like devon nune is the only guy that knows what he's doing but i don't understand that is a great question why the Hillary clinton's and even Obama i can't believe how his name doesn't even come up and all this like he didn't know about it why do they not why aren't they held accountable what's his name is rotting in jail uh manifor and uh stone and and why i don't understand do we have bad

lawyers? No, I think we have, I think this is my honest opinion, Nick. Maybe I'm wrong. I just think that people like McConnell are dirty. It's very tense because there's other people who haven't said what they're going to do yet,

but it won't matter. It won't change the outcome in any way. I mean, there are probably two interesting people left. Yeah, yeah, yeah. When it comes down to it. Who are they? One is Ron Kind in Wisconsin, who is in a district where Trump won by four points,

and he's the only one really in a competitive district that has not announced his vote yet. What about Peter Bogdanovich? A great Hollywood actor and great Hollywood director. Not sure he's on the list here. Really? Yeah. Because that's somebody that I would be interested.

What is Peter Bogdanovich? What is he going to do? What is he going to vote today? Even though he's not in the house. I'm not sure. Okay. All right. Here's one you might actually be interested in.

Tulsi Gabbard. Tulsi Gabbard. What is she going to do? We don't know. That's why I said she's undecided or unclear. Right. She is saying she's going to figure out today what she's going to do as far as the vote. goes. That one's interesting because I think some people on the right have kind of

If you think about what they're accomplishing, on the same day they are impeaching the president, they are getting Republican leadership in both houses, as well as evidently the president, to support a year's worth of their budget and policy priorities. So, I mean, this is what I don't understand.

If the Democrats are so terrible and it's so terrible what they're doing, wouldn't the best way for Trump to get back at them be to impeach their bill and veto their bill, or just tell Mitch McConnell he doesn't support it, he won't bring it to the Senate floor, do another clean CR? And could you imagine the theatrics? The president would be amazing at this. come with a 5,000 pound stack of papers, pick up a few sections and show the random insane stuff in it, make fun out of how no one read it, and say, look, at its core, this is what people elected me to do, not just talk about changing the swamp, but actually do it. Go back, do your homework, pass a clean CR, and let's study, debate, and even discover the provisions of this, and start building a narrative for border security against sanctuary city.

these 70-30, 80-20 winning issues. My problem, Glenn is, and you know I've been pretty harsh on our movement, the Democrats care about policy outcomes and results. Our side seems to care about nothing more than talking points. I agree. I agree. They actually believe in something, and they're doing it. Even this impeachment is tearing down our faith in the system, which helps the far left

of the Democratic Party. They believe in something. They're doing it. I don't know what we're doing. Please explain the omnibus bill for anybody who doesn't know what an omnibus is and what the Democrats have put into this thing. It's a monster. Sure. So obviously there's the spending and then there's the policies. So they don't legislate anymore. I mean, they do nothing all year. And again, this is a great talking point that the president can make fun of them with. So what they do is this has become an annual ritual where they wait right before Christmas and then suddenly it's a hellfire rush to get a budget bill passed, even though they were operating on a stop gap for months and they could continue that while we discover their agreement.

But no, once they get the backdoor agreement, they put in 2,500 pages worth of stuff all into one bill, so both the spending priorities of all 12 departments, but also any number of policy changes. For example, do you know that they raise the tobacco age from 18 to 21? Now, I don't smoke. I hate smoking. It's not my thing. But that's a big policy. Nobody in the country knows about that. You would think we would have a separate legislative debate over that. That was stuck in by Mitch McConnell. And by the way, that has tax revenue. That has revenues attached to it. So anything that you're spending, you're now making your spending even worse because you're cutting out all the tax revenue. So not only is it should be something that we talk about and we, you know, debate back and

forth, and again, I'm with you. I don't like smoking. I hate it. Blah, blah, blah, but, you know, wait a minute. We're just going to jam this into a bill in the middle of the night and nobody even knows about it. Exactly. And God knows what else is in there. By the way, parallel to this, they passed a 3,400-page defense authorization bill. And we found stuff on banning the federal government from, you know, looking into criminal history of federal employees. I mean, that's a very contentious issue that's been debated for many years. That's in there.

I mean, that's been signed by the president tonight. Oh, my gosh. God knows what else is in there. But let's talk about the spending. So remember the Tea Party. I mean, you know, Glenn, obviously, you remember that like it was yesterday. first year of President Trump, President Obama, it shocked the consciousness of a nation. We never saw spending like that, right?

I went back and looked to see what the spending levels were for the first two months of Obama's first full fiscal year. That's FY 2010. It was $471 billion. The first two months of this fiscal year, and this is before this bill, we spent $814 billion. So no matter what, I don't have an inflation calculator in front of me. now, but no matter how you slice that, that's insane. And that was when we had 10% unemployment. To be fair, a lot of people were on food stamps, unemployment, revenue was in the toilet.

Now we have 3.5% unemployment, record revenue. What in the world are we conserving? But that's not enough. This bill will set the trajectory for 320 billion more in spending, but that doesn't include the tax expenditures they put in three hours before the bill, so I haven't even looked at that yet. And then obviously it has a lot of terrible provisions in it, but let me give you one. We call it the MS-13 recruitment provision. So what they do is they prospectively invite illegal aliens to self-traffic their family through the cartels and be brought here and be considered unaccompanied alien children who are then reunited with them and resettled a taxpayer expense. and in return for that, they get amnesty. ICE is not allowed to put into removal proceedings anyone who is a sponsor.

Wait, wait, wait. Wait, I can't, I can't even get my arms around this yet. This is in the bill. It does what? This is in the bill. It's, gosh, it's, there's two omnibus bills. This is in the 580 page bill with DHS. It's around page four.

60 and what it basically does is it invites those who are doing the trafficking. Those that are briefs. When you see these unaccompanied alien children, they're not random children that are captured by cartels and brought here against their will. I mean, I think we would all want to treat them as refugees. No. They are self-trafficked by, let's say, agricultural workers, illegal alien parents who have already snuck into the country.

now they want to be reunited with their kids, so they bring them in, oh, but they're unaccompanied, so they have to be treated like refugees. They come and show up and say, hey, we're sponsoring them, and it's their family member. And in return for that deed, that trafficking operation, ICE cannot deport any one of those sponsors. Now, law enforcement throughout the country has said that this is the single biggest recruitment for the resurgence of MS-13 that you're not. you're seeing in Long Island, in Virginia, in California, several other places, because this is replenishing their ranks with 16 to 18-year-old young males from Central America that either are already a part of it or certainly are prone to get involved in it. And they also have to show their moxie and have to be particularly violent as new members to break in. I mean, this is the

type of stuff, Glenn, that we have no movement to monitor, to, to advocate for, to focus on. This is the type of amnesty bill that we would have died under Hillary Clinton, that it was our worst nightmare this would come to fruition. They get this overnight without firing a shot. Jeez. It's incredible. Daniel, there's no hope for us. Really, there is no hope for us.

There's no hope for America if this is what we're going to tolerate. God forbid we could have an illegal alien 9-11 tomorrow and we will not have a movement to act on a single legislative strategy, executive strategy, a single issue. It was Mueller the first two years than impeachment. The second term, if Trump wins a second term, it will be the next thing. And here's the deal. The left doesn't get paralyzed by impeachment. They are out in the courts, in the states. They might have their grifters and talking point people, but they got to,

their serious legal and policy people. I mean, you look at the Democrats in New York and New Jersey, the civilization battles that they're accomplishing. Yes. Neo-consederate laws against immigration enforcement. Literally, just violating federal law, shielding, harboring illegal aliens, 1324-8 U.S.C., having felons vote. But they're doing it in red states, too. Kentucky, the governor just reversed Medicaid reform and had 140,000 felons vote first week in there. They accomplished. They come, they see, they conquer. Our side is happy to get on Fox News. Is it true, too, that Daniel, in one of these bills they have in there, things that I would like in some ways,

the Obamacare, some of these Obamacare taxes pulling them away. But it's interesting in that, like, they made this big deal that Obamacare was paid for, and it seems like the unions just keep coming in and saying, well, all the things that we're paying for it now don't exist anymore, yet we keep the plan. that stuck in there as well? Do I have that right? It's phenomenal. And I actually opposed that, and here's why. So first, as a baseline, just consider there's a bigger omnibus than the smaller one. That's in the bigger one. Consider this. You know how radical the Democrats are, okay, in this era. All but seven Democrats voted for

this bill. All but seven out of, what, 235 or something, voted for it. That includes Presley, J-Paul, all these types. So ask yourself this. Well, suddenly they oppose Obamacare. Here's the deal. I call this low-tax socialism. Here's what the Republican Party has done the last 10 years. Here's the one issue they've conserved.

What they do is they give the corporations the one thing they want to save them from the Democrats, and that's lower taxes. Then they turn around and serve as the enforcers of cultural Marxism, Open Borders, Refugees, pro-criminal laws, but also fiscal liberalism, Obamacare, personal welfare, corporate welfare, everything except for lower taxes. So what they've done is the worst mix of all. They've repealed the funding mechanism of Obamacare, but they actually, in this bill, extended and expanded Medicaid and the subsidies, which is the heart and soul, and also banned some of Obama's regulatory reforms that were starting to help.

That's another thing in there. So it's the worst mix of all. Policy-wise, it's the worst, but also politically because what it does is it gives the health care cartel the one thing that they wanted, and now they're going to turn around and enforce Obamacare and side with the Democrats. This was the one point of leverage we had on them. Now they're going to fully back it, which is why every single Democrats, including the most progressive ones, supported it. Incredible. In a blistering order, a judge on the Foreign Intelligence Survey Court, FISA, accused the Bureau of providing false information, accused the Bureau of providing false information and withholding materials that would have undercut its four surveillance applications. quote, the FBI's handling of the Carter Page applications, as portrayed in the OIG report, was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor described above. The judge gave the FBI until January 10 to provide the court a sworn statement detailing how it plans to overhaul its approach to future surveillance applications. The order comes after the Justice Department, Office of Inspector General, released the port earlier this month, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. The FBI said that it would take more than 40 corrective steps in response to the Watchdog report. Is that enough for you? Is that enough? Because it's not for me. They have spent

millions, millions of your dollars. They have torn this country apart. They have cast aspersions on this president and anyone around him. They're all either foreign, spies, Russian spies, or if you're not that, but you just say that he didn't do this, you're a Russian asset. They have dragged people in the mud. They have destroyed people's lives. They have wasted our time and our money. They have made us, they've gotten us to a point to where we don't believe in the rule of law anymore. We don't believe there's justice in the Justice Department? How do you believe the FBI? How do you believe the Justice Department? Oh, well, we're taking 40 correct. I don't give a damn. Where are the people that are going to jail for it?

Give me the names and the people and I don't want low-level people. Because there's no way this happened on the low-level. This was all turn a blind eye at best from the top. And my guess is it goes all the way back to the White House. I'll bet you it goes all the way back to Barack Obama's White House. And I want to know. Because otherwise, I don't have any trust in any of this stuff. The FISA report. The FISA court has come out and condemned the FBI. And I want to read it again of, quote, creating a misleading impression about their bases for requesting a warrant.

I haven't even heard that on the press of you. No. How do you even hear that? No. How is it we're still having a debate on this impeachment

when everything is in question now? How can you possibly believe that anything that they are saying in Washington, if you take your sacred honor to the Constitution, if you have, I have a sacred honor to the Constitution, I must obey the Constitution. How can you stand in that chamber and actually debate anything when the FISA court blows up the entire Mueller report and says, none of them. this should have happened. The FBI lied to us. Yeah, but that was a different case. Oh, so they were completely on the up and up on this one, where we can't even talk to the witnesses.

We don't even know who they are. This is insane. And it's remarkable, and all this goes on, no one pays attention to it because they're talking about impeaching him over something else. They're, you know, second or third or fourth or fifth idea as to what they're going to impeach the guy over. Because they abused, listen to this, because he abused. abused his power to destroy a political enemy.

That's what they say. What's this? What the hell is this? What is this? Exact same thing except it really happened here. I mean, this is now we've gone through the report. Remember, we just learned about this call a few weeks ago. They haven't even had the people who were involved in it testify.

You know, this is something that they've actually looked into for a long period of time, have proven it basically beyond a reasonable doubt, at least in my mind. Is it possible that this impeachment, the reason why they rushed to this impeachment, was not having anything to do with all of the corruption in Ukraine, but had everything to do with the corruption at the FBI that they were all part of on the Mueller report? And layer on top of that, it's a nice distraction to pass a gigantic spending bill, some of the details we went through later. They got every union giveaway they could have ever imagined out of this trade deal. And the president is going to. to sign it tonight. I mean, I'll say, like, you know,

Trump is in the middle of being treated incredibly unfairly when it comes to this impeachment. However, he himself said he would not sign another spending bill like this. And this is another spending bill like this. Oh, this is worse. I mean, this is as bad as it's ever gotten. And that's only one of three that are going through right now. The defense thing has all sorts of nonsense in it as well. And the trade thing, which I know a lot of people are saying.

is a political victory for the president, it is essentially NAFTA plus union giveaways. That's what they got. And they got some modernization in there. They got some modernization in there, which was needed when it comes to new digital copyright stuff, but nobody cares about that. Oh, some of the TTPs, or TPP?

Yeah, almost all, yeah. It's all in here. All the stuff that the TPP got shot down for is in here. In here, some of which I don't mind, honestly. Some of it is not bad, but some of it is. And then they had to, because the Democrats got control of the house. They had to go beg Nancy Pelosi, please pass this. What do you want to pass this? So she came up with a laundry list of things that Democrats have wanted to get done for

decades. And they stuck them in this bill. So now all of, you want to talk about, you know, we're talking about car prices going through the roof. I mean, they're now, you know, because the unions have been on the downgrade or on the downside for a long time here in the United States. So what do they do? They need more people. This bill assists the unions and, Democrats in unionizing Mexico. So they're going to raise a lot of the stuff is still going to be made in Mexico. They're going to raise

the rates and unionize people in Mexico so the unions benefit from that with a massive new audience that they get lots and lots of cash from and your prices go up. You get to pay for that. And that's all in this bill, you know, which the Republicans got

nothing out of. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Other than the ability to say we passed a trade bill. And that's probably the best of the three bills going on right now outside of impeachment. I mean, impeachment has, this is exactly the tactic that we talked about for a long time that the Republicans should have been utilizing. I'm telling you. Which is like, you know, when they're not focusing on your policy stuff, and they're focusing on stuff like this, you can get lots of stuff through.

And the Democrats are doing it. Republicans aren't. Pitch forks and torches are going to be a part of our future if we don't stop this madness now. We have to stop this madness now. somebody in the house and the Senate has got to stand up and say, enough, enough. We have trampled on the American people and their trust enough. Because what is happening now is insane.

And everyone within the sound of my voice who takes a second and is honest and will say, yep, the Republicans suck at this, the Democrats suck at this, they both suck at this, you know, you know we are that far off the track. You know it. Anyone who has a shred of credibility knows the whole thing sucks. And Donald Trump has the chance to do it. But for some reason, he's not. For some reason, he's not saying, stick your omnibus bill where the sun don't shine. but he won't do it. I mean, I don't know he doesn't want to deal with the government shut down, and you understand the politics around that can be damaging. No, but not for him. He could get away with it. He could do it.

He's got a bunch of sniveling Republican, sphineless people around him. Okay. Back in just a second, I want to talk to you, and I really want to talk to people who maybe didn't vote for Trump last time. How are you feeling today if you're a Democrat, if you're an independent? I mean, the problem is, of course, we've got thousands of pages of bills here that are adding more layers on top of what he could cut. I know, and I don't know why he's not.

Do it. You know, I think you're exactly right, Judy. He listens to his constituents, but not enough people know about what's in this omnibus bill.

This is a nightmare. This is every Christmas gift the Democrats have ever wanted, and he's supposed to sign it tonight. And he should stop right now and reject it. He said, he would never sign another one these things again, and he's going to, and this is the worst we've ever seen. And Judy, I think you did the right thing.

Everybody should tweet, Mr. President, you're the only one. You're the only one that stands in the way of corruption and Christmas for all of the socialists. Veto and impeach this omnibus bill. Don't sign it. Everyone should tweet real Donald Trump. That message right now. This is a nightmare bill.

Well, so is the omnibus bill. And so is the NAFTA bill. The NAFTA bill has us answering because a lot of that TPP stuff is in the new NAFTA bill

that everybody's celebrating. That has all of those, you know, us answering to foreign countries and to foreign courts that we have nothing to do with, that we were all. all against with, you know, the TPP, Ted Cruz, everybody's standing up. We can't do that. Well, it's in the NAFTA bill. Why are we doing it now? If we couldn't do it then, why are we doing it now?

If it was so bad then, what's, why is it so great today? Such a downer. I mean, I was in such a good mood. All you're doing is whining. What is, what is H.R. 1111? Basically, I mean, the long and short of it did not get into a whole new issue today is it has a very small chance of passing at this point. It's not going anywhere right now.

They haven't tucked it into the omnibus. Not as far as we know. Not as far as we know at this point, but it was just introduced. It hasn't even passed out of committee or anything. But it is something that we'll keep an eye on. What is it? It's the Department of Peace Building Act of 2019. Barbara Lee. Oh my gosh.

And it looks to me on the eve of all this signing, you know, they're holding him. And I wonder if this would break him something like this. No. No, nothing I have.

have heard. Have you heard anything, any talk like that, Stu, that this is breaking him and he's acquiescing to the, uh, to the Democrats? Well, I mean, these bills are not good bills. They're not bills that Donald Trump would have run on. Donald Trump doesn't read them. No, no. And I think that's, I think he wants to avoid the problems associated with saying no to these things. I think he sees the trade bill as something like he promised to get through and he had to, he had to take these, you know, these union giveaways to get the bill through. And I understand, look, there's always calculation with this. It's easy to kind of sit back

and say, oh, these are easy decisions. But in reality, we are talking about massive expenditures, massive increase in government size, massive increasing government regulations in three bills that are going through right now while everyone's talking impeachment. Yeah, this is what we should have done as Republicans.

We could have passed any freedom thing, any freedom thing. We could have passed it during all of this stuff with impeachment or the talk of impeachment when the Republicans had the control of the House. We could have passed all of it. He was such great distraction. Well, hello, they've just done that to us. They have all this distraction going on. And in the meantime, while they're talking this week before Christmas, when nobody's really paying attention, and if you are paying attention, you're only paying attention to impeachment. They're getting every Christmas gift they have wanted for decades in these bills. And they're passing, and the president's going to sign the omnibus tonight. And Daniel Horowitz put it so well when he said,

when Democrats are going and they're doing all this crazy stuff, they have enough people who continue to think about policy and legislation, and they continue to push those things through while everybody on the Republican side just once again on Fox News and talk about stuff. And so we're We're pathetic. The exception of this, I would say, would be judges, right? Like, what the Republicans have done with judges is what they should have been doing with all this other stuff. And nobody knows about that. And we do have to point that out.

Yeah, that's the judges. That's Mike Lee and Ted Cruz and others. And they are. And the president going along with it. And the federalist society recommending, it's been a very good process for Republicans. Really good. It's been, for some reason, the only place they've implemented it. Yeah.

and you have some sympathy for that. I mean, but we still, we don't need to be actively signing bad bills at the same time. I can understand, you know, you might not be able to get everything you want to get done, done in this climate,

but there's no reason to sign things you don't want. If he was on stage while they did this, and he was taking apart the omnibus bill, and he was showing how horrible that thing is, and I'm sorry, you're not going to scare me away. You're not going to get me to cowtow to all of your crazy socialist utopia deals. No. I told you once, I'm not going to sign it.

I don't care what you do to me. No. Oh, my gosh, it would rock the world. Boris Johnson is doing this stuff. Boris Johnson is. He just went through hell, just like Trump is going through hell. and he called them on their bluff and now he's dismantling them

There seems to be a contest of some sort between two political parties and the Democratic Party and the Republican Party.

there's also one independent because apparently this entire country only one person decided to be an independent which is pretty amazing. Right. There's a big kind of scoreboard above our heads. Okay, it's not actually above your head.

You're just watching C-SPAN. I can hear the guy from C-SPAN behind you. So anyway, I just want to say it looks like right now they're voting on the rules to figure out how they can talk about

the thing they're going to vote on later in which we all know the outcome. This is an amazing process. What an amazing experiment in democracy in a republic. It's really working out. I mean, I want to tell you, this is going to be much better than the founding fathers ever could have to drink. Now I

have heard that Nancy Pelosi, you know, she's not there. She didn't she's not even there. Do you know where she is? Well, she's a little too solemn to be on camper right now. However, she did. Dress in black.

She did. She dressed in black to show everyone. All right. But she was prayerful. Yeah. And solemn. Right. Okay.

And you know, it's interesting. She's dressed like she's at a funeral. And the country's about to die. So this is really working out well. All right. So, but she's not in the house. Do you know where she is? Chipotle.

So she's very, very Catholic. Is that why she's... She's incredibly Catholic. You want to talk about she's basically, I would say she's Pope too. If right now, I'm pretty sure that the Order of... session right now. The Pope, where God forbid, to step down for any reason, Nancy Pelosi would step right in, and she would be the most Catholic Pope in history. Number one Catholic, she's overly Catholic, even to the current Pope. And the only thing that she doesn't think too Catholic about is killing

about 60 million babies. That thing is that's not really too, that's not the Catholic part that she likes. Right. The whole keeping babies alive thing is going to be kind of a secondary interest for her, but she's very, very prayerful about impeaching a president that's not a, going to get removed and it's going to do absolutely nothing.
