It was a Super Bowl last night. I had to play both sides yesterday. It was for Tampa, lived in Tampa, love Tampa, and then I really wanted to see Brady win because... Me too. It shows that that guy is

the greatest, the greatest quarterback of all time. He is, correct me if I'm wrong, he's the Babe Ruth of football. Easily. I mean, probably beyond Babe Ruth. He's amazing. He is amazing. And you know what really pisses me off? He doesn't look any different than the first time I ever saw him. Really not much. I mean, no. Shut up. Pretty amazing. What's the deal, God? What's the deal? Seriously, what's the deal? I mean, you gave everything to him and we're like, have you looked at it? us? Have you seen us try to run? What's the deal? And he gets a supermodel? I mean, of course he looks like that. He plays like that. Of course he does. Yeah, that's another thing,

God. Where are our supermodels? I mean, there are our wives, of course. That's what we're talking about. Right. Right. So did you see last, did you see last night the quick throwaway? First of all, the, we'll talk about the ads, maybe later, if we have time. Did you feel like you were in the minority race in this country? Oh, yeah. Oh. Yeah. Yeah.

For the whole buildup on Super Bowl Sunday. I mean, the 39-hour lead-up to the game, which starts, I think, on Thursday now, it just goes all the way through. So they had all kinds of equality, social justice. I felt like I was like the only white it felt like token white people yes it really did yes they were not talking to me the whole day they were not talking to me uh that's for sure that was quite clear see I didn't feel that way during the game I didn't watch the pregame stuff but I didn't feel that way but I did you know I mean and it's it's a good thing that they're you know it's so diverse but let's not let's not forget

that you know there's what 60% of this country is white it's more than that is it I mean let's just not forget that you know where are the Hispanics where are the Asians right it was amazing it was amazing incredible yeah and they made some kind of comment

like hey people don't come here just for an escape from their you know for the daily grind anymore they come here for social justice now. I don't know if they put it exactly that way, but it was, that's what they meant. I'm like, what?

Who? Who? You've just... Name the person. Yeah, you've ruined our escape now. Because I'm not coming here for your social justice stuff. I promise you I'm not. You imagine how many, did you hear the uproar that Brady was not wearing a mask? Yes. Shut up. Shut up.

You know, he's an athlete. and he needs oxygen during the game. No. And I wouldn't be wearing a mask either. No. No. Playing at the highest level. So I had to play both sides yesterday because my neighbor and I don't even know him. I didn't.

I mean, I literally went to dinner with some friends in my neighborhood and they said Patrick Mahom was going to be here tonight. And he had to fly out of town and I was like, oh. And then the guy looked at me and he said, Patrick Mahome was going to be here tonight. Mahomes. Now, there's no ass on it. I looked. There is an ass.

There is? Patrick Mahomes. I thought it was a, I didn't think that. See, that's, I mean. Yeah, it's Patrick Mahomes. I later in the dinner may have called him Mahom, Mahomet. Which I just, you know, I pass off now as, hey, he's, he's my, he's my homie, which probably is really uncomfortable for everybody, including me. but so he's he's coming back to the neighborhood and and I so my homes lives in the

neighborhood yeah he lives like I don't know really five doors down wow and if it's heard he's building a new house I think he said something about that I don't know warm up I don't know his wife is pregnant I think they're coming back the home in your neighborhood must be way too small for him and yeah yeah we just signed a 500 million dollar contract so I think and and I felt bad for it again I know nothing about sports so please just tell me to shut up who they were talking about right oh I had no idea yeah I had no idea and they're like the guy who just signed the 500 million contract and I said on what they're like oh Glenn geez leave just leave right now so it's probably a good thing I remember

somebody telling the story of having dinner with he was a fan of the wife of shoot now I can't remember as Santana what's his name lead guitarist the greatest guitar Carlos Santana he was having dinner with Carlos Santana and his wife and he was a fan of his wife and he was talking about you know all the things she was doing everything else and he looks at Carlos Santana and said and what do you do

and he said, I'm a guitar player. And he said, oh, well, you know, maybe that'll work out for you. And it was like, it did. And it did. Years before they had dinner. So the, I felt bad for Mahomes, right? Yeah. Mahomes.

Because, I mean, what is it with Kansas City? They just kept getting bonked in the head with. the with the ball. I mean, he was throwing it, right? And they, I don't know what was happening. Face masks quite a few times. Yeah. Yeah. Went through their arms into their helmet. Yeah. It was kind of like, guys, I don't know, you're supposed to use arms. Right. It's not soccer. Right. I don't know. And even I know that. There was a lot of drop balls a lot from perfect, perfect throws too from him. He's just, he's incredible. He, did you see the throw where he's horizontal to the ground? Yeah. Because he's falling. Yeah. And he threw.

a perfect 20-yard pass that was also dropped. And I think he was a little irritated by that. Oh, I little irritated. I would have been really smoked. Yeah. I mean, I don't know what happened to the rest of the team. Yeah, I don't either. I don't either.

Nasty, that's not Andy Reed. What it was, why were they, I mean, just holding, they gave the game in many ways. Yeah. Yeah, it's too bad. Although I was kind of, like you, I was psyched to see Brady win his seventh championship. It's kind of cool.

So I'll tell my homie, you know, maybe this will work out for you. Maybe. Keep trying. Maybe. You might amount to something someday. You might amount to something someday. You might even get into the big leagues or whatever they call it for football. Whatever they call it.

because he didn't die from blunt force trauma right did you see that over the weekend yeah yeah he didn't die from a fire extinguisher or anything else blunt force fake news again again they don't even know what killed him oh that's amazing it's just amazing

it might have been the super spreader event that killed him the super spreader event super spreader event it might have just got COVID quickly. Really fast. Really fast and really viral version of it. Everybody is very upset about last night. My wife said and I mean I don't, I was guessing. I was guessing. And my wife came in and she's like, wow, look at that. I mean, it's great, right? Everybody getting together again. This is the first normal thing we've done. And I said, those are cardboard cutouts. And she said what? And I said, I'm pretty sure those are cardboard cutouts. 30,000 of them work. Yeah. Yeah. Card, card. Card. Card. cardboard cutouts. Stu is there. We're going to hear from him tomorrow.

But Stu is there. He goes every year. It's incredible that he gets in. I know. Especially on a year like this. I don't think he was going to. Don't know how he did it. He's got pictures of somebody.

Yeah, he must. The feeling of it, though, I thought was, to me, at least, the first normal thing we've done. Yeah, I did feel that way. Mm-hmm. It was nice.

It was nice. It was nice. There was a lot of in your face on the social justice stuff. But during the game, it wasn't as bad. Yeah, I watched during the game. So I didn't notice that. I didn't notice that. I just noticed that all of the ads.

And I'm sensitive to this now because my daughter just got an agent. She wants to act. Oh, my God. What have I done wrong, Lord? Please, what have I done wrong? Anyway, so she just got an agent. And the agent said to her straight up, sweetheart, we'll take you on, but you're white. Yeah.

And? There are very few calls for any white actresses in anything, but we'll take you on. Wow. Yeah. I mean, it was, I mean, she was just like, no, there's nothing. No, I got nothing for you. Don't expect your phone to ring. Is that incredible?

Yeah. Yeah. And I said, well, she really wants the, the expertise of, you know, tryouts and, and, you know, going for auditions and everything else. And, you know, I might have said a little rejection would be good because maybe it would discourage her from all of this insanity. But she said, when I get a call that doesn't say, you know, we're looking for anybody but white people. I'll let you know. Wow. That's incredible. So I was watching it last night and feeling that. And then there was this really great Jeep commercial. Do we have the Jeep commercial? It's really good a Jeep commercial until I realized. Play it. There's a chapel in Kansas standing on the exact center of the lower 48.

It never closes. All are more than welcome to come meet here in the lower. the middle. It's no secret. The middle has been a hard place to get to lately. Between red and blue, between serving and citizen, between our freedom and our fear. Wait a minute. Now fear has never been the best of who we are. And as for freedom, it's not the property of just the fortunate few. It belongs to us all. Whoever you are. wherever you're from. It's what connects us, and we need that connection.

We need the middle. We just have to remember the very soil we stand on is common ground. So we can get there. We can make it to the mountaintop, through the desert, and we will cross this divide. Our light has always found its way through the darkness. And there's hope on the road up ahead. Now, is that not great?

Do you not agree with every word that was spoken? Yes. I mean, it was pretty much. It's stirring and you're like, okay, that's great. That's great. Yes, we're America. Common ground, not stolen land. If you didn't see that ad or you didn't recognize who that came from, I will, I'll share that.

So the road ahead. I mean, we just need to be in the middle. Well, okay, that would be an interesting place to be. You know, not necessarily the right place, but it would be, I understand the sentiment that we need to be in the middle. We need to come together because the ground that we're standing on is common ground. Exactly right. Unless you've been telling us it's been stolen ground, you know, for the last 12 years. and now teaching it to our children.

Oh, and it was nice to have the church there, except, you know, you now have people saying that it is, that it's Christian extremists that are causing all of the problems. And so, you know, that was, that was, you know, that was cool. I'd like to go to that church in the middle of the country. I don't know if it's open because of all of the COVID restrictions, but it would be really nice. And you know the thing that really kind of really bothered me? I mean, besides the use of the cowboy boot and the farms and everything else that you despise on the left, the fact that Bruce Springsteen did it. You know, the guy who was saying all kinds of outrageous things about Donald Trump for the last four years. Very, very divisive.

It would be, you know, so you can understand it on the left. It would be as if I did that commercial. You would understand now how the rest of the country feels when Bruce Springsteen does that commercial. You see what I mean? It might have great intentions. But I don't know who the messenger is. It might have been better just with a voiceover. Would have been a kick-ass commercial without the celebrity endorsement.

And maybe that's just me. Oh, no. Oh, no, that's not just you. No. It doesn't get much more extreme than Bruce Springsteen. For him to say, come to the middle and we all want to get along together, he's one of the last people on this planet that should be preaching that. Because it doesn't work coming from him.

Did you see the Reddit commercial? Five seconds? five second Reddit commercial? Yeah, five second. I don't know if I saw that. You might have missed it. It was five seconds long. Here it is.

Okay. It was just right in the middle. It says, I did miss that. It said, wow, this actually worked. If you're reading this, it means our bet paid off. Pat. Do you remember the third, of course, is not quartering soldiers. The Fourth Amendment is... Fourth Amendment... Warrantless searches. Warrantless searches? Yes. That's what I was just going to say.

Fourth Amendment is the right against warrantless searches of a person's home. It is one of... I mean, it's number four. It's one of the things that really set us a person. part forever we have been set apart in in in many places have you seen the movie or the uh series criminal no it's a it's a it's a really good show i i think it's from uh great britain at least the first one i watch was from great britain and then it was it was like yeah netflix and then there's a version from france germany and spain and so and they're different stories uh and different

actors in different countries, obviously. And I was watching the one, I think, from Spain. And I'm like, what? You can't. Oh, crap. You can do that in Spain. Same in Germany. They do things.

The police do things. You're like, uh, they can do warless searches. Oh, it's crazy. What's an amazing protection. It really is. So now the Supreme Court is looking in to see if that really is something we should worry about. so before a police officer or any other governor official can enter your home they have to show a judge that they have probable cause that they will discover specific evidence of a crime this was because the king and this is what the stasi did this is what the kGB did this is what all of the Marxists do they just go into a house and they say we know they're hiding something I mean look at them we know they're hiding something and they'll tear it

your house apart and they'll do it sometimes just to harass other times because they really think that they have something on you but it doesn't matter in the end and they can come into your house at any time now there are some exceptions to this right i wasn't aware of this but it makes sense the exceptions are police officer looks through a window sees a person about to stab another person. Can the officer go in and stop the attack? He doesn't have a warrant. Yes, because there's a probable cause, right? Yeah. I would say extreme circumstances. And it is, it falls under emergency aid. Yep. Uh, and extreme circumstances. So if somebody, if the officer looks through the same window and see somebody collapsing from a heart attack, they can go in and help. They can go in and help.

Neither of these the court have ruled violate the Fourth Amendment. However, there is something else called the community caretaking exception. Originally, it comes from a case in which police took a gun out of the trunk of an impounded vehicle without obtaining a warrant. The Supreme Court held that there was a community caretaking exception to the Fourth Amendment's warrant required because police performance. community caretaking functions totally divorced from the detection, investigation, and acquisition of evidence relating to the violation of a criminal statute. Stop it. That's ridiculous.

That's insane. I mean, you're completely negating the Fourth Amendment there. I know. Their case was, this is an abandoned car. Wow. And you can't just leave a gun in the car. Okay. All right.

Now, in the first two exceptions, you can understand it. This last exception is not limited to an immediate emergency. Okay, that's just, I'm just performing a common good. Okay. Here's the new case. Does this apply to a person's home? Remember, they found a gun. Sure, shouldn't.

The court has announced that they're going to hear arguments next month. on a case that presents this issue in the case mr. Kenelia or whatever was arguing with his wife and melodramatically put an unloaded gun on the kitchen table and said just shoot me now and get it over with he didn't threaten her with the gun it was unloaded he put it in the center of the table and said just shoot me now he His wife, in this argument, called a non-emergency number for the police who arrived. The police disagreed whether the husband was acting normal or agitated, but they did convince him to take an ambulance to the local hospital for an evaluation. Police didn't go with him.

While he was on his way to the hospital, the missus told police that her husband kept two handguns in the home. the police decided to search the home for the guns without obtaining a warrant. Now, the misses did consent to have the police search their home, but it was legally negated because the police lied to her and said, oh, your husband said it was okay for us to search and seize all of the guns. That wasn't true. So they located the two guns, seized them, and he sued for the violation of his Fourth Amendment right to privacy

and his Second Amendment right to keep handguns in the home for self-protection. The First Circuit Court of Appeals, which is the federal court, just under the Supreme Court, cited with the police. The court wrote, at its core, community caretaking doctrine is designed to give police elbow room to take appropriate action when unforeseen circumstances present some transient hazard that requires immediate attention. Remember the elbow room clause? Oh, that's just...

Right, it's right with a good and bloody cause, isn't it? Understanding the core purpose of the doctrine leads to the conclusion that it should not be limited to just motor vehicle context. Threats to individual and community safety are not confined to the highways. Wow. You couple that with the civil asset forfeiture situation that's going on that's kind of similar. that no one ever seems to talk about. That nobody talks about, and I think it's one of the most critical problems we face right now, freedom-wise. $29 billion in assets have been stolen from people over the last 14 years.

In case you don't know what that is, this comes from a Reagan law, the RICO Act, wasn't it? I think it was. When they were trying to get mobsters and they couldn't get the mobsters because they had all this wealth and everything else. So the RICO Act, you could go in and you could take their assets. sets and hold them and then when they were tried it would work it out later yeah you'd work it out later or you'd sell them if they went to jail forever um and it was a cut through the constitution it was a reasonable ish cut i don't like cutting the constitution ish ish it's a big ish yeah it's a much bigger ish now yeah yeah back then it was like well we've got you know the gambino crime

family and everything else it always trouble always comes when you go yeah but No. Right. No bots. No bots. Because down the road, these are the things that happen. So now civil asset forfeiture, if you're just driving in a place and they happen to see cash, you open up your glove box and you have a $10,000 in there. Yeah, or $1,000 of cash.

You just have cash, you know, like it's from a bank. They take it. They take it. And they can legally take it. And keep it. And keep it. And you're not charged with anything. You're not charged with any kind of crime.

You just lost your $10,000 or in some cases much more than that. There was a guy in Utah pulled over by the Utah Highway Patrol who lost $500,000. Took that all the way to all the way to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court eventually told him you've got to give it back. And as of like a year ago, I haven't heard that I haven't followed up on this, but he still hadn't gotten it back. Probably because they spent it. Yeah, probably. These are the towns.

This is going to get much worse as we go into an economic recession or depression. These towns are using this to survive. They can't write enough tickets or they don't have enough income tax coming in. It fights the drug lords is what they claim in Texas. Well, that's money that's valuable to fight against the drug cartels. Well, I'm sorry, that's not your money. That's no excuse. You can't have that.

That's not yours. That belongs to an American. citizen and there's no crime with carrying cash on your person. There's no crime. You can do it if you want. Yeah, but a reasonable person wouldn't. Right. A reasonable person wouldn't have $500,000 in cash. That's true. And that's what they say. That's true. I mean, people are, if you're traveling with cash now, if you're traveling really with anything. And it is suspicious, but so what? well, if you had the cash and you took it from the bank, you have to keep the bank. Keep the bank statement.

Yes. So you know that it came out of there. But even that doesn't save you. Doesn't save you. Yeah. Even if you have the receipt of where this cash came from, it still doesn't save you. And they'll do this at airports. They'll do this on highways.

They'll confiscate people in the highways. Texas that are stopped all the time like that. All the time. And it's not good. And it's happening all over the country. You know, when people say, what rights have been violent? Well, that would be one. Warrantless searches.

That would be another one. You notice this one is lying to the police. So they were lying to the police. And the court still said, yeah, but they can do that because extenuating circumstances. I mean, they were looking out for the cops. They were lying. They lied about it. It's the same thing.

with the FISA court. The FBI lied to the FISA court to give, to suspend all of Donald Trump's teams civil rights. All of them. You had no privacy. They were listening. It was wire. It was warrantless. All of it.

That was the start of the whole problem. Correct. And it was based on a lie. And if they, if they can do it to him, the president of the United States. States. What do you think they're going to do to you? And as I saw this case, I thought, boy, this is something the left has got to be funding. The left has got to be pouring money into this court case. Who is even arguing that case? Because think of what can be done to your rights if you lose the Fourth Amendment. It's completely gone. You're not accused of a crime. They didn't have to go

to a court and you find police officers in your house and you can't say where's your warrant you just have to take it boy that is not america all right let me tell you about my patriot supply never a bad idea to be prepared for the worst case scenario you could you know move out of the country and start a you know subsistence farm which i've actually uh i know people who have done that which is I mean, you know, and then you can have a pack of wild dogs and shotguns to, you know, if anything goes wrong. It is several high-profile election lawsuits. The cases include challenges to the 2020 election from Trump-aligned lawyers, as well as Republican Representative Mike Kelly's Pennsylvania lawsuit.

Nearly every lawsuit that they're set to hear has an issue with the expanded use of mail-in ballots by so many states. The decision came after the court declined to fast-track all the election-related litigation in early January. The courts pushed them off, but lawyers said, no, no, no, these challenges are important and could have long-term implications. implications for election fairness. The Trump lawyer, John Eastman, told the Washington Examiner, even with Trump out of office, it was important to settle these issues raised by expanding mail-in voting. Our legal issue remains important and in need of the court's review. This is not going to overturn the election, but this will hopefully set the record straight that the Constitution says only the legislature can change those rules. only the legislature.

What was it, HR1 that has been introduced into Congress, was to federalize all the elections, you know, so we can guarantee that they're safe and fair. That is the worst idea ever. And they did a great job. How am I going to resist demands for unity in the face of this act of aggressive niceness? Now you're thinking, Hmm. Okay, that's a joke. Right. Of course, on some level,

I realize I owe them thanks, and, man, it really looks like the guy backdrag the driveway like a pro. I mean, but how much thanks? I'm still quoting. These neighbors are staunch partisans of blue lives. Oh, my gosh.

A police officers? Yeah. Oh, my. That's what they do. Oh, wow. They believe in. They support them? Yes, they do.

Oh. They do. They do. And there aren't a lot of anything other than white lives in the neighborhood. Oh, are you white? Because, I mean, you moved in. So if you moved in and you're not white, well, they didn't seem to have some sort of a process to keep people like you out now, did they? If you are white, that's your problem. Why didn't you buy

that and give that to a minority? Or why didn't you not buy that and go find someplace that was more diverse? This is also kind of weird. Back in the city, people don't sweep other people's walkways for anything. Hezbollah, the Shiite Islamic political party in Lebanon, also gives away things for free. Okay. Yeah, they're just like Hezbollah. So we've, we've gone from, they plowed my driveway to, I think they're members of Hezbollah.

The favors Hezbollah does for people in the cities probably don't involve snow plows. But like other mafias, so now Trumpites are Hezbollah and a mafia. Hezbollah tends to its own, the Shiite sick, elderly, and hungry. They offer protection in hospitality and win loyalty that way. They also demand devotion to their brutal us versus them anti-Suni cause. Some of us are family, the favors say. The rest are infidels. I think when the guy was putting on the snow plow to plow out your driveway,

I think that's what he was thinking. We're family. Yeah. Up here, appear in the mountains and a getaway. We're family. And I'm going to plow this driveway. And next, I expect you to kneel down to a giant golden statue of Donald Trump as we slit the throat of babies. The same is true to Lewis Farrakhan.

Okay. So now it's political Hezbollah, mafia, and Lewis Farrakhan. Louis Farrakhan, who currently helms the nation of Islam, while the Southern Poverty Law Center, classifies him as a dangerous anti-Semite. By the way, the Southern Poverty Law Center is a pile of crap. It is an agenda organization run by the left. But they define him as a dangerous anti-Semite. Much of his flock says he's just a little screwy and unfailingly generous to them.

Okay. When some, again, if you just joined us, I'm reading from a serious op-ed. in the Los Angeles Times. When someone helps you when you're down or snowed in, it's almost impossible to regard them as a plight on the world. In fact, you're more likely to be overwhelmed with gratitude and convinced of the person's inherent goodness. You might end up like the upper middle class family I stayed with in France as a teenager.

They didn't attend a citywide celebration for the 100th birthday of Charles de Gaul, the war hero who orchestrated the liberation of his country from Nazi Germany in 1944. They did have several portraits of a Nazi collaborator on their wall. When I screwed up and found the courage to ask, how was it during the occupation for you? The lady of the house replied, We were happy because the Nazis were very polite. I was in tears.

I bet. I bet. I mean, here you are staying at yet another white family's house. And they turn out to be Nazi collaborators. But I'm trying to figure out exactly what that story has to do with the guy who just plowed your driveway. As if it wasn't offensive enough that you call him in a public space. The guy, I mean, if he reads the L.A. Times, you don't think he's going to know. I'm probably the guy who was plowing the driveway.

This is your thank you. You called me a mob member, a member of Hezbollah, or a Nazi collaborator? Wow. All from plowing the neighbors driveway. Without being asked. So when I accept generosity from my pandemic neighbors, acknowledging the legitimate kindness with a wave or a plate of cookies, Am I also sealing us in as fellow travelers who are very polite to each other, but not so much to them?

Loving your neighbor is evidently much easier when your neighborhood is full of people just like you. You think maybe that's why you get along with everybody where you live in Los Angeles. Maybe that's why you can't find a conservative at all in New York City because you all just congregate and you all think that you're right. and there's no room for anybody else's opinion, and so you just brutalize them? You know, because in that scenario,

we're the them. My neighbors supported a man who showed near murderous contempt for the majority of Americans. My neighbors supported a man who showed near murderous contempt for the majority of Americans. Okay, what are you doing?

you're taking half of the country because they supported Trump and you're saying they're Hezbollah terrorists, mafia members, or Nazi collaborators? Well, gee, I can understand because I wouldn't want to bring a piece of pie to one of those guys. Don't you understand? That's exactly what you're doing. you have almost a murderous contempt for half the country. They kept him in business with their support. But the plowing.

On January 6th after the insurrection, Senator Ben Sasse issued an awe-shucks plea for all Americans to love their neighbors. The United States, he said, isn't the Hatfields and McCoys, this blood feud forever. And he added, You can't hate someone who shovels your driveway. At the time, I seethed.

Why? I got really great advice from somebody last week. I said, going to family therapy for, oh, I don't know, a thousand reasons. Most of them, coincidentally have the name of my children attached to it. But so I go to the therapist and he said,

listen, here's what I want you to do. I want you to, I want you to ask, okay, so how did you get there? And I said, okay, and then they'll say this, and then they'll say this, and then they'll say this, and then they'll say this. And then I just want to punch him in the face. And he said, well, the punching in the face thing, and I said, I'm kidding. And he said, yeah, I know.

I'm writing it down, though, too. Soon the government will have access to these. He said, I want you to, whenever you find yourself getting really upset, stop. He said, because that's you. That's not them. That's you. And you're upset because of something you believe or something that you think. And it's a challenge to you.

And this is the way we all feel. We feel as though our country is going away. And no one's doing anything about it. And our rights are about to be lost. And so, yeah, I get a little tense. But if they're not feeling. that. And you are. You are not going to be able to even listen to them once you start feeling that way. He's like, you have to get control of what's inside of you and separate that when you're in these

conversations. That's really good advice. Really good advice. So he says at the time of the capital, I seethed. That's in you, man. That's in you. And it was in me, too, because I felt these people were taking away our country. Now, what's weird is I felt that way during the riots all summer long. So I'm consistent. You're not.

You should ask why you seethe then and didn't seethe a few months ago. He said, I see, the Capitol had just been desecrated, but maybe my neighbor heard sass and was determined to make a bid for reconciliation. Maybe your neighbor didn't like that. Have you thought of that? Your neighbor didn't like that. Because if your neighbor was a Trump supporter, I know a lot of Trump supporters. In fact, I know a majority of Trump supporters were like, that's not cool. Stop that.

I know I was really angry. I seethed. And why was I really angry if I have to examine that? Because I knew dopes like you would classify everybody on the right as somebody who backed that. And she, guess who's right again? So here's my response to my plowed driveway for now. Politely, but not profusely, I'll acknowledge his kindness. with a wave and a thanks, a minimal start on building back trust.

Notice that person next door has to build up this guy's trust. The Trump supporter has all the work to do. You just have to tolerate them. Do you ever think that maybe the trust goes both ways? The lack of trust is going both ways? You ever think, see, this is what kills me. And I am guilty of this myself. I have adopted a new phrase in my life.

And I've got a few of them. Question with boldness, the very existence of God. For if there be a God, he must surely rather honest questioning over blindfolded fear. The other, there are many things I believe that I shall never say. But I shall never say the things I do not believe. And the third one I just forgot. Don't forget, hire the vet. That's it.

Jeez, I just forgot this one. Yeah. It's, uh, oh, well, it's this, it's this. The only thing I'm certain of is that I'm not certain of anything. That's it. If we could just adopt that, the world would be a much different place. Because everyone is certain of the truth. Everyone.

Marjorie Taylor Green was certain that Q was real. Well, no. Now does she really change your mind? not, I don't know. AOC is certain. Her point of view is the right way to go. We have to stop being certain of things. Because honestly, tell me, you don't trust anything, right?

I don't. So what could you possibly be certain of? Instead of just tolerating, I'm not ready, I'm quoting the article, I'm not ready to knock on the door with a covered dish yet. maybe you should. Maybe you should. Maybe you should go to them and say, you know what? My turn. My turn.

And it's not just bringing you a covered dish. Could you come over for dinner? Because I just want to get to know you. How? How you were a supporter? Don't try to be right. Don't try to win. Just try to understand.

And I will bet you that you will find a, lot of common ground and it's going to be hard because I know it would be almost impossible for me I might have to get up from a dinner with you the author of this article I would probably I would probably just just say I've got bad diarrhea I got to get up from dinner about every five minutes I'm sorry I don't mean to be rude just to go out and breathe but I'd be willing to do it. And I'd be willing to listen and not try to win or not make a list of things. Yeah, but then you.

But how many people are willing to do that? Very few. Very few. And that stops us from actually seeing the things that we do agree on. Oh, wait a minute. You know, you were telling me the other day, you were really upset about this. did you read this story about this? If you're talking to somebody who's willing to go down that journey with you,

I can guarantee you they didn't know that story. Because I've done this with many friends. They don't read that. We read much of their stuff. They read none of ours. Patience, deep breaths. And stop being certain that you are right. All right.

Do you think that's legal and binding? Is that really? Because that's exactly, well, that's exactly what Hitler did. But it's also exactly what the Democrats are doing. The Supreme Court Justice, John Roberts, said, I'm not sitting behind the desk that you can't do. It's not constitutional. Alan Dershowitz said, this is a joke and a mockery.

And I'm going to, I'm going to tell you another story and even though the person in the LA Times likened their neighbor who was a Trump supporter and a supporter of Blue Lives Matter, somebody who did something nice for them, plowed their driveway, called them a member of Hezbollah or likened them to Hezbollah, the Nazi or Nazi supporters and collaborators. Even though nobody got in trouble for that, I want to tell you a story. And I want to ask you this question as you're listening to this, I want you to ask this question,

how did she get there? Last week, a 95-year-old woman had charges filed against her. German prosecutors filed the charges against her. Ninety-five years old. She was complicit with the murder of 10,000 people. a 90-year-old, 95-year-old woman, and where the 10, well, the 10,000 people were in her home country of Poland, and the 10,000 people were in a concentration camp. Now, she was there at the concentration camp, and she was a typist and a secretary. Now, the reason why they tried her in a juvenile court, and she was tried in a juvenile court, and she was tried in a juvenile court.

court because when she was when she, you know, when this was happening, she was 18. So she was a juvenile. She was from a small town by Hamburg. And she was there typing

and aiding the, uh, the commandant of the camp. Okay. What do you certain of here? Because I'm, I'm certain Nazis are bad. I'm certain that the concentration camp idea, bad idea. I'm certain that killing Jews, bad idea.

I am certain that those are beyond a bad idea. They are absolutely an affront to God. And it doesn't matter that they were Jews because gypsies too. Homosexuals, religious scholars, capitalists, priests, It's a lot of people. What do all those people have in common? They were an enemy to the thousand-year Reich. Now, here's a girl at 18.

She goes to work for one of those concentration camps. In 1940, what did it say? 1939. So she was 11, I think, right? No, she was nine when Hitler came to power. Is that right? Came to power in 30. Oh, was it 33?

Yeah, okay. 33. So she's a teenager. She's in her formative years. You know, one of the things that really formed me was growing up and being a high school student during the Reagan administration. That changed me. And things like family ties, Michael J. Fox, that supported my views that I, saw. So here's a girl. She's 18 years old. She goes to work at a concentration camp. Now, you would

think, how does an 18-year-old girl do that? They're using Zyclon B. She had to have known. I'm not certain of it. And I'm pretty sure. She had to have known. She had to have known what they were doing. how do you get an 18 year old girl to be complicit in the murder of 10,000 people just outside of her office? How do you do it? Is she evil? It's actually not very hard. It's been studied now since World War II. And it's really quite easy.

All you have to do is pick a victim. pick a target, make sure they're a target, make sure you isolate them, and then scorn them, and turn the entire country around on that group of people. And it's easy to do. I mean, you have to be willing to lie. You have to be willing to tell half-truths. And you have to be willing to accept generalizations. all of these people think.

Now, on the other side, you have to be young, idealistic, you have to really believe in something. You have to believe that your new world that you're trying to build is worth any means necessary. You have to believe that it is so wonderful that what's coming is so great, it's going to It'll change the world. And then you have to be told, see that group of people over there? That group of people, they're the reason why we're not going to be able to do it. And we've tried everything. I mean, you've seen it.

We've tried. We've tried to reason with them. I tried to talk to them. I mean, I don't want you listening to them and don't talk to them. We've shut off all their communications. So they can't get any of that disease out among you. you haven't been infected yet don't talk to them because you can get infected and if you're infected well then you're part of them what are we going to do well we've tried everything we've tried everything

we got to round them up and then when we round them up there's just too many of them we've got to get rid of these people and they're not really people they're really not they've gone crazy it's really a sickness or i don't know is it genetic i don't know but i don't want it spread i don't want my kids with these people. And if we let them get out, they'll spread this disease. And then our dreams and our hopes are over. That's how you get an 18-year-old girl to sit as a typist. You just keep telling her that the Jews and the gypsies and the homosexuals and the capitalists

and the priests are all so bad that everything you believe, in is going to be destroyed by those people. Now, what I just said has been said by both sides. If we don't stop the left, and Glenn, it's time we do something. How are we going to stop the left? Well, I don't know what your recommendation is, but I don't want to go down the same path that leads us exactly to this. I don't know what your suggestion is,

but it's either get control and then silence those people one way or another, or it's start a civil war. I'm not for either of those. So the right has said this, but they've said it in reaction to the left, openly. People in high positions saying, we need a re-education process for these people. What are we going to do?

A Los Angeles Times op-ed piece, imagine if it said, what are we going to do with all these Jews? I mean, it wouldn't be a problem. We wouldn't have this Jewish problem if there weren't so many Jews. We wouldn't have these problems. We could get everything solved if it wasn't for all these people on the right with their Christian beliefs and their gun-toting nonsense. They're destroying their children. I think they're mentally unstable. But let's have some compassion.

Let's try. Let's try to re-educate them. Yeah, but we can't let their disease spread. We can shut them down on social media. And then we'll just look at what they're saying, who they're saying it to. We can take and we can manipulate their news feeds to try to change them. Now, if in the end, that doesn't work, I don't know what we're going to do. maybe this 95-year-old woman

should have been maybe she grew up and she was like I hate Jews and she's still saying I hate Jews or maybe this 95-year-old woman was just had gone down the same path that Americans are going down right now maybe this 95-year-old woman

should see some compassion maybe I don't know I don't know her. I don't know the case. But maybe if once it was all over, perhaps she realized, holy cow, what had I been a part of? I was in a hysterical mob. And look what we did.

We should think and watch this story because it's not the Germans that did this. It's people that did this. And people have done. done it since the beginning of mankind. Round them up. They're the problem. Back in a minute. Weren't we just watching the Super Bowl yesterday? By the way, there's a report coming out today that said Donald Trump lost nearly half of his net worth during the presidency. That has to be the first president since whom? Maybe ever. George Washington? Well, no, no, but after George Washington left, he was still, he could still make money. He could replace it. But you'd have to go back to those guys where they had put all of their money into things. And, you know, for a while there, it didn't go well.

He's the first president to leave office in quite some time that has halved his net worth. And there's no way he's going to make it back. Think of that. Think of the sacrifice. that that guy made. Half of his net worth gone and how are you going to make it back? There's no country in the world that he could go to that would accept him. And for what?

For what? Potty mouth on the tweets? What exactly did he do? That was so horrible that the man shouldn't be in polite company ever. Well, he looked a little orange. Yeah, okay. Orange Mad, Bad. I forgot about it.

I forgot about that. So according to Forbes, he had $4.5 billion. And when he got into office, in January, he left with $2.5 billion. I mean, he's not going to be living in a trailer park with $2.5 billion. But his family, I even think, is destroyed. We have his son on Junior. We have Donald Trump Jr. on Wednesday night, the TV show. You don't want to miss that.

but he is now going through impeachment and you know when John Roberts says okay the Supreme Court Justice is supposed to sit there I'm supposed to sit there and adjudicate this thing and that's what the Constitution calls for but this doesn't this is not constitutional what you're doing is not constitutional you can only stop someone from running from for a position again. If you have convicted him, you can impeach, then it's got to go to the Senate and you have to convict and then you have to remove. After you've convict and removed from office, then you can ban.

But there is no removal process. So this is just trying to ban somebody and the Constitution does not allow for that. So I'm not going to be there. Now, think of this. Can you imagine what the left would say if the Supreme Court said, no, we're not going to sit for that? And then we said, well, everybody likes Bob over here. Bob, you're credible. You can sit there.

Do you think that would be tolerated? Would that be tolerated for you? Would you tolerate? Would your family tolerate if, if, you think that would be tolerated? if the judge didn't show up because he said this is this is a mock trial this is not even trial nowhere in the law does it say you can try this guy for this so i'm sorry you can show up at the courtroom but i ain't sitting for it oh okay so then they bring you to the courtroom and it's just fred bowling alley fred and you're like fred what are you doing here i'm going to be the judge for

this. Would you accept that ruling? Fred's not the judge. It's Fred from the bowling alley. This is what they're doing. In fact, let me play a clip of Alan Dershowitz who said he would defend the president. Listen. Only if you take the Fifth Amendment and you refuse to answer in the ground that a truthful answer might tend to incriminate you, can you draw a negative inference? But if he hasn't been subpoenaed, and he doesn't believe that the Senate has jurisdiction over a former president, and he's right about that, and he believes they have no jurisdiction over a constitutionally protected speech, and he's right about that. He's right not to testify. You can't draw any kind of negative inference. Look, this is political theater, and the reason I'm not a lawyer in this case is I'm neither an actor nor a politician. and they're just, it's showboating.

They wrote the letter in order to get the president to say no, which they knew he would do, and then to be able to say, see, he wouldn't testify, so he must be hiding something. He did the right thing by not testifying. He ought to defend himself solely on constitutional grounds. Senate has no jurisdiction. Quote, James Madison. James Madison in Federalist 37 said only a sitting president can be impeached, not one who's already left office. and the text of the Constitution supports that conclusion.

That is remarkable when Alan Dershowitz says he would support him, but it's a show trial. It's not even real. You want to talk about a Banana Republic gang. We are here. Did you hear Alan Dershowitz, who doesn't love the president, wasn't supporting the president, didn't vote for the president the first time or the second time?

He's a Democrat. And he comes out and he says, this is a show trial. This is not some hearing. This is not, they're not censuring him, which I would understand. Okay, you want to censure him? You want to say, hey, bad. And slap him on the wrist. Okay.

But you can't take a legal process and put Fred from the bowling alley in charge of it. There is no authority. And by, by, if the president shows up, I mean, I, I would be really tempted if I were him, I would be attempted to make sure that I put on, uh, the greatest defense ever and testify and rip them apart. But in the end, the thing to do is not show. not dignify it with anything. I don't think he should even, I don't think he should have sent attorneys.

I really don't. What if Fred is also a member of the Moose Lodge? Well, you didn't tell me about the Moose and the Elks Lodge? Well, he used to be with the Elks Lodge. And then he moved to the Moose. No. An elk man. Yeah, sure.

Once an elk man, always an elk man. He is a member of Rotary, the Rotary Club, though, I think. Oh, really? Does he go to the Tuesday meetings at Denny's? About every other week. Holy cow. Well, that is fantastic. I didn't know that. Yeah. See, you learn a lot. Don't be hasty and just say, hey, Fred from the bowling alley shouldn't be sitting.

There's some other mitigating circumstances here. So I think it's on the up and up. I really do. So let me ask you this. Let me ask you this. Let's say, well, come on. It's Patrick Leahy. Mm-hmm. Oh, okay. So let me, let me ask you this. Pat. If I said, Hey, I have Jesus sitting there. Would it be okay then? Would it be okay? Well, that would be hard. It would be hard.

I would think he's not the one that's specified in the Constitution. Yeah. He's not the one specified in the Constitution. And I think Jesus would say, I'm a little busy for games. Yeah. No. This is a show trial. I mean, think of anyone that you believe would be good.

Think of, you know, Donald Trump Jr. You know, if he's in charge, nothing's going to happen. Would you be for that? No. Still not prescribed by the Constitution. No. No. It's, it's, it's, how does no one see the Banana Republic is now officially here?

And we haven't even started with the show. trials that are happening in Washington, D.C. America's first political prisoner, and I don't know how long. Maybe Tokyo Rose. Maybe Tokyo Rose. First political prisoner. Because they won't accept the election results. That's not what they're charged with.

But because the judge said, will you at least accept the election results? And he said, no, he's sitting in jail today. Yeah. This is the founders of Cowboys for Trump. Okay. Oh. Oftentimes carrying an American. flag. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. So you can see now why he's in jail, right? You know?

Sure. Um, he's been denied bail. Now, he has been charged with one minor count of trespassing as part of the Justice Department's sweeping unheard of, never been done before, style investigation into the events of January 6th. Griffin, the county commissioner in New Mexico, never went into the capital. But investigators scoured his social media account and found that he was well within the restricted area. Uh-oh.

Okay, he was outside on the lawn. All right. And they have proof of that. They have proof of it. He was on the capital lawn. I've been on the capital lawn too. They scoured his social media account. Oh, boy.

So now you have to know. See, this is the side that people don't tell you. He didn't assault a police officer. No. He didn't break any windows. Okay. How about did he steal some laptops? Is that what he did?

No. Maybe an iPad or two. No, but he is a Trump supporter. Oh, boy. Okay. No. And we all know what those Trumps. I mean, can you imagine if a Trump supporter came over and shoveled your

walk with snow. I can't. I can. So the judge said that, you know, you have to, you know,

accept Joe Biden as the legitimately elected president, right? Well, no. No, he said. Well, that will also cause you then to deny the authority of the judicial officers appointed by the president and confirmed

by the Senate. What are you talking about? You will not accept my authority then, which means you're going to run. Well, if somebody was saying that to me, I think I might run. I think I might run. I might head for the border. No, I was just going to Taco Bell, really? Anyway, so the judge said, this is an offense that at the bottom was an attempt to stop democracy from moving forward.

Remember, he was not in the capital. He was not part of the mob. He was out on the grass. This was an attempt to stop democracy from moving forward because people were unhappy of the results of the election. I don't think the defendant will follow my conditions if he believes I'm part of the machine of that democratic process. That's why he's being held without bail. Held without bail for a misdemeanor. I'm sorry, sorry, sorry, one minor count of trespassing.

One minor count of trespassing. It is a federal misdemeanor. Okay, it is a misdemeanor. Okay. Yeah. He's in jail without bail. Tell me that's not a political prisoner. That's a very definition of a political prisoner.

Will you support, will you support this president? Do you believe that he's duly elected? Nope. Okay, well, then you're going to have to stay in jail. I mean, I can't share, I can't have a different political view than you. I can't have a different view. Unbelievable. By the way, did you hear the Supreme Court is taking those.

cases up on the election. The Supreme Court is taking up several election cases that have been filed by the Trump people, been filed by, you know, attorneys and everything else about, you know, this was this, this, this, this, this was all bogus because of the, um, the voting laws that have been changed. Now, it's not going to change the outcome, but the Supreme Court is hearing three of the cases, hearing them. I don't know how they're going to decide, but they're hearing them. I thought there was no evidence. No, as we said, nothing had been thrown out. Cases had been thrown out for a myriad of reasons. But the cases that actually had something, they were never even heard because there wasn't enough time to prepare them. So they feel that it's important to hear it so it never happens again. And the court has to decide.

Well, now, wait a minute. Hold it just a second. So it's crazy for me to say that something was going on. Did you see that they took off Tin Poole? They banned him from Twitter because he retweeted the Time Magazine article I told you about on Friday. He retweeted an article that said there was a conspiracy to keep this election fair. Now, the definition of fair, I think, is in question between me and the writer of that article. But it was a concern.

It says in it. It was a conspiracy. So, wait a minute. So now you take Tim Poole down for reporting on that story, the Time magazine, because he doesn't think that it was a friendly conspiracy. I don't think conspiracies, when it comes to the government. and elections should exist. Okay, don't think so. You want to do something?

Be open about it. It's our election. And you're only hurting everyone's credibility by keeping it secret. If you think it's so great, say something about it. Well, apparently not. Meanwhile, meanwhile, Coy Griffin sits in jail.

many liberals in advance of her confirmation last year, declined to grant the churches the most sweeping relief favored by her most conservative colleagues. Have we lost Amy Coney-Barrid already? Jesus, I hope not. Have we lost her already? Justice's Neil Gorsuch and Clarence Thomas would have granted all of the church's request lifting the singing and chanting bands and barred Californians from enforcing a 25% capacity limit that applies to many indoor facilities. okay so that's what that's what cal that's what the church is wanted uh only two of the justices said yes to that um they went for a middle ground um which says you have to treat the churches just like you would treat anybody else so when you say this is a business and you can do

this with the business then that applies to the churches and only that well that doesn't i mean businesses, they're not really included in the Bill of Rights? I don't know. I mean, that might be, is that, is that to be? I'm not sure. No. No, it's not there. Okay. What's what's a little disturbing for me is Elena Kagan's dissent. Under the court's injunction, the state must instead treat worship services like secular activities that pose a much lesser danger. The mandate defies our case law, exceeds our judicial role, and risks worsening the pandemic. In the worst public health crisis in a century, this foray into armchair epidemiology cannot end well. Hang on just a second. Really? What she's saying

here is the applicants bore the burden of establishing their entitlement. to relief from the singing band. In my view, they didn't carry out that burden, at least not on this record. Even if a full congregation singing hymns is too risky, California does not explain why a single mask cantor cannot lead worship behind a mask and a plexiglass shield. That's Gorsuch writing this. Well, Kasich in her, how do you say her name? Kagan. Kagan. Kagan in her ruling and the dissent said that it is not the role for the for the for the Supreme Court to get involved in state issues.

That's why she didn't want to rule on it. She thought it was dangerous. And she also thought that it should be the local governments that made the decisions on these things. Really? Because I agree with you on that one. That's fantastic. Now, this one happens to be a constitutional amendment question. Right. Which you guys are supposed to answer. Yes.

So you've got to answer that one. Right. But why aren't you staying out of everything else? Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. So it's still 25% capacity at California churches. Yes.

And they still can't sing. Mm-mm. We've been singing for high. I don't know, six months probably. Have to wear the mask, though. Yeah, do have to wear the mask, which is hard. Yeah. 45 straight minutes is about my limit.

Right. Right. Right. Well, the Ayatollah now is saying that those who have had the COVID, I'm quoting, don't go near those who have. have had the COVID vaccine, they've become homosexual. Oh, wow. All of them? Everybody who's had the vaccine?

He didn't say, he just said, don't go near anybody who's had the COVID vaccine. They have become homosexuals. That's interesting. Interesting. Is this a plot by the gay organizations to make us all homosexual? What does our say about this? R? Yeah.

He's the guy who followed up from Q. I think he's next in line, isn't it? What did R say about this? Or S or T? He said, R said. R said that they're using the same chemical that's turning the friggin' frogs gay. I knew it. It's the same chemical.

He knew it. Yeah. I knew it. Yeah, they put that right in the vaccine and they're doing it to us as well as the frogs. I'm sorry, I'm drawing the line. I'm not going to do it. Not that there's anything wrong with that. With gay frogs.

You're in Germany and Vietnam at the same time. With an old gun and a new gun. Wow. Helicopters were freaking the Germans. out. But that's the kind of where it was. That's kind of where it was. Yeah. But you survived it. I don't want to talk about it anymore because I'll wake up with night sweats from it. Anyway, we have the, we have the Hippo awards that are coming this week. Now, these are the

And by the way, Hippo is spelled with a Y, not I because these is the first ever 2021 awards to give recognition to the biggest hypocrites in our society over the last year. And where do we even begin? Where do we even begin? The nominees, it's endless. And the academy has had a very difficult time voting. And quite honestly, I have seen some of the results.

and there's not enough minorities on there. Oh, oh. So we might have to just, you know. Yeah, revisit. You know what I mean? Because the Academy is looking really racist. Right. You couldn't find one.

You couldn't find one hypocrite that was black? Okay. Anyway, so the HIPAA Awards happened this week, and I've got a couple of new people to add to this. Apparently, Nancy Pelosi, you know, it should be fine $5,000 because she has broken her own rule and walked around the metal detectors to get into the house. Oh, my gosh. That was such a big deal to her.

Well, she was, but it's not her. Right. Yeah, she's in a hurry. Right. Let's see. Let me just, may I please? Because I've watched enough Columbo. I'm not a detective, but I am a doctor.

And I'm a doctor that has watched Columbo. and other like murder she wrote when I was younger. So I know. Would the killer suggest that you put a metal detector up? No. No. No. That's what a killer wants you to think.

They want you to think. I'm not the one carrying a gun because I said I'm going to put the metal detector in. I'm going to get away with this. but she was caught walking around the metal detector. Now how safe do you feel? Not at all safe. I'm just saying the call is coming from within the house. So she's got that one, which I think is beautiful.

I like Chris Murphy. He came out this weekend and he said there's no comparison between comments made by Maxine Waters and other Democrats. and the comments made by Donald Trump. And I have to say he's right. I was going to say the same thing. He's exactly right. He is exactly right there. And how do you mean that, Stu?

I mean, Pat. I think the comments made by Maxine Waters are much, much worse. Holy cow. Holy cow. Wait a minute. What? Yeah. Yeah.

Hmm. Hmm. So we have a couple of people. We have Akazio-Cortez. We have Omar. Ilan Omar. Ilanamar that are that have been promoting a conspiracy about, you know, how there were tours given around. Nancy Pelosi floated the theory that Putin played a role in the Capitol riot. Let's see.

Congressman Sheryls claimed some of her Republican congressional colleagues had led people through the United States Capitol last Tuesday on what appeared to be a reconnaissance mission. So we got a lot of them there that, you know, they're all saying, hey, you can't believe Q. You can't believe Q. But maybe R is calling them. Jamie Lee Curtis with the USPS, Taylor Swift and the conspiracy. Remember, they're all against conspiracies. So looking at all of these, these are the people that would be for greatest hypocritical action. taken on the cause of

conspiracy. And boy, this list just goes on and on and on. The hypocrites. And for them to say, oh, you'll let me tell you something. There is no way. These things, these don't compare at all. As Pat said, you're exactly right.

Let me just take Chuck Schumer. A year ago, Chuck Schumer stood on the steps of the Supreme Court in front of an angry mob and said, if this court takes this action and they don't rule in the way he wanted, they don't rule, well, there is going to be hell to be paid, and they don't have any idea what's coming their way.

Now, you might say that that was a threat, but the Supreme Court would be more balanced, right? Well, John Roberts, in a very rare, exception, came out to issue a public statement that day and said, rhetoric like that puts our security at the Supreme Court in danger. It has to be condemned and it must stop. Now, Chuck Schumer is leading the band here, really? Hypocrite or Banana Republic show trial.
