Let me tell you about Jace Medical, our sponsor, Jace Medical is, I believe in these guys, what they do.
I think this is one of the most important things you can do for preparation for hard times.
Look, we're in winter, and winter is going to get very, very cold soon.
I'm talking metaphorically, and you're going to need to do things to prepare for the winter.
And one of those things is having a personalized emergency kit that has five essential antibiotics that will treat the most common
in deadly bacterial infections.
They're continually working on expanding their medication offerings,
and they've even added ivermectin as an option in the Jace case.
Plus, you can buy a gift card for your family or loved ones
so they can get a Jace case of their own.
Personalize it with their own needs.

Hello, you sick freak.
Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
Yesterday, I was on the phone with Donald Trump
before the news of Chris Christie broke,
and he's talking to me,
and I'll give you his reaction to Chris Christie
when he found out,
which was before the rest of the world found out.
It was kind of funny.
Kind of funny response from Donald Trump.
We have coverage of what he said yesterday on Fox News,
also the debate from CNN, and so much more, including the premiere tonight of our investigative reporting.
It's our documentary, our Blaze documentary on Colony Ridge. You don't know what Colony Ridge is.
You'll be finding one soon around you, and it is going to totally change America.
We'll talk about that coming up.
60 seconds. First, when you absolutely positively have got to kill somebody threatening your family,
you need a gun. You should have a gun. But not at all situations are calling for deadly force.
There was a time, oh, about three years ago, my son was creeping around in the middle of the night.
My wife woke up, she heard it. There's somebody in the house. Get your gun. So I got my gun,
and now, you know, she's in the bedroom. She's in the bedroom. You go first. And so I,
So I went and I was checking the house and I heard something move and I was coming around a corner
and I stopped and I said, I have a gun, I am in fear for my life and my family's life, identify
yourself now.
If you don't, I have a gun and I will shoot.
And that's when I took a breath and I heard, it's me, Dad.
I mean, if you're not careful, you could shoot and kill.
Accidents like that happen.
There is a non-lethal alternative to safeguarding your home
that will send potential threats running in the opposite direction.
It is Berna, the Berna launchers.
These things are legal in all 50 states, no permits,
no background checks required.
If your daughter or your wife is walking around with pepper spray in her purse,
okay, good, good.
How about having a weapon, a gun that can fire,
tear gas up to 60 feet away. So something is happening. She has to just hit within six feet.
It's the Berna launcher. Get it now. Check it out. Yourself, visit Burna B-R-N-A.B-R-N-A.com
slash Glenn. Get 10% off your purchase right now. It's burna.com slash Glenn.
Okay. Let me tell you about what's on the website right now at Blaze TV. Now I
recommend that you don't watch this for, let's say, the next three hours.
That's a good recommendation.
But it is available now on the website on demand at blazTV.com slash glen.
It is our original documentary.
In fact, let's play the full trailer here.
This is what America is going to turn into.
Listen.
By the time Joe Biden's out of office, there will be about 10 million new people.
in here. If you have 10 million people coming in, where are they living? Look at the size of this.
The fastest growing development in Texas is just a 30-minute drive from Houston.
Any idea of how many are illegal? The majority. The majority. The majority.
I'm like Sears and Robo. I have a product. I created it. I sell it. Does it bother you at all?
just culturally in America to have 150,000 people
that are speaking another language.
Own something of your own, own your own home,
that's what we're trying to create for people here.
If it's the American dream,
why don't you advertise in English?
They are going against humanity,
against Americans, not Americans,
a lot of races, a lot of people.
Like, we were done for even falling into this.
But I mean, what do we do?
What do we do?
If you import the third world,
you end up becoming more third world.
I've started Afghanistan.
Every war-torn or third world country
always has that same distinct smell,
and it's the smell of burning trash.
You can see all the undeveloped lots.
This could become passive.
Gunfire shooting up here, just pow,
pow, pow, pow, come in front of my house.
My wife's advice was, don't piss off any cartels.
I said, I'll try.
Is this the future for America?
Because this is the path we're on as an entire country.
This is a completely new population.
It is the third world coming to America.
And they got to go someplace.
And this story broke when last summer, I think,
when the Daily Wire and the Daily Wire and
New York Post did a story on Colony Ridge.
And it was horrifying that the drug cartels were running it.
And, you know, there's kidnapping and sex crimes and all kinds of stuff going on.
And it's completely changing the makeup of this very, very red county in Texas.
Some of that is true.
Some of that is not true.
Is this Pottersville?
or is the developer Jimmy Stewart in It's a Wonderful Life?
I've never seen a story where the truth, whichever one it is,
is the polar opposite of the other.
Half the people say this, half the people say that,
and we found ourselves saying, hmm,
we thought we knew what this story was,
I'm not sure we do now.
I will tell you this.
This is going to happen all over the country.
And I know I wouldn't want it in my state.
I don't want it in my state.
The developer's brother gave, who I think is the co-developer, I'm not sure.
But the developer's brother gave Governor Abbott $1.4 million for his campaign.
And I asked, what do you get for $1.4 million?
You'll see the answer and you'll see it on blazedtv.com slash colony ridge.
If you use the promo code Colony Ridge, you will get $30 off of the code.
So go to glenbeck.com.
I'm sorry, go to blazTV.com slash glen use Colony Ridge.
And you'll save.
don't miss. It's really remarkable. Only for Blaze TV plus subscribers.
Okay. You watched the debate last night and Donald Trump?
I mean, they were on at the same time. So I go back and forth.
No, I just watched the debate. I mean, Trump, we've obviously, you know, I figured that would be kind of more highly covered.
Also more, it was on the, it was on Fox, which I think more people might actually watch.
So I tried to look for the thing that people weren't watching. It was.
It was interesting.
I mean, you know, this weird watching it, there's another parallel universe in which
DeSantis and Haley are sort of two pretty highly qualified presidential candidates
running for the Republican nomination from two different wings of the party, and it was a
totally normal election.
And then you kind of step back and you're like, well, actually there's another candidate
who's up by dozens of points.
And it felt very strange.
I mean, I would say between, if you were going to look at the attacks.
leveled by both of these candidates.
And you'd say, was it against the other one on stage or was it against the guy who's in
the lead in the race?
I would say it was 80, 20, the person on stage.
Sure.
They're playing for number two now.
That's exactly what it felt like.
It felt like they both sort of know that Trump is winning this.
And there is still a possibility that he may begin a gulag somewhere in a few weeks.
So we better run for number two.
And let's not, you know, there's no reason to.
go after him. Now, they did mention him. I mean, you know, they were critical. I mean,
Desantis pointed out, you know, his record on COVID. Haley went after him a couple times on
spending and budget stuff. There was some stuff, you know, that they hit him on. But it was largely,
like, both of them were very highly drilled on what the other had done wrong. They went there
with the intent of taking out the other. It was not going in there an intent of like, I need to make a
big splash to make up the ground to overturn Donald Trump. It was like, I need to make sure I don't
finish in third in Iowa. That's what it felt like. Well, one of them's going to finish in third in Iowa.
And we will, we'll see next week. The Iowa caucus happens Monday or Tuesday. Monday.
So we got that going for us. Any insight on that? Any new information?
You know, there's been a couple polls that have come out. They've basically showed that the race hasn't
changed much. There is one more
Des Moines Register poll,
which is sort of the, you know, the gold standard poll
of the state that's supposed to come out this weekend.
That maybe give us one last
bit of information. A few polls have come out
though and showed
you know,
DeSantis and Haley close for second
and then Trump significantly
ahead. I do have a moral
issue to ask, maybe
I could ask you as a friend.
Yeah. I didn't realize this until yesterday.
But the caucus is going to be
on. Results are going to be coming out on Monday night. At the same time, the Philadelphia Eagles are
playing a playoff game. They're playing on Monday night. Now, I could tell you which one I care more
about, but I don't think I necessarily want to admit that. So what do I, I mean, like my, I have a
responsibility to the network and to my job to cover the caucus. But, oh, I thought you had a
responsibility as a fan of the Eagles. I have a responsibility as a fan of the Eagles to watch. What
would you do in this situation? As a huge sports fan that you are. I think I would watch the Eagles
and then just kind of check in from time to time on what's happening. Okay. The commercial breaks that you
flip over to the caucus? Yeah, there's a commercial break. Hang on. Time out on the field. Who's
winning? And then click back. And then click right back. Because I do have, I also have the option
of the split screen situation where you can do the double box. I don't know if I can. Can you do the
picture and picture so it's a smaller box? Yes, I think I can. Maybe that's what I do. I have, you know,
again, my new attitude is
it's going to be interesting to see how
this all works out. Right. And I
think that's a little picture and picture box.
I think it has to do with the score.
Yeah. Like if it's 287
Buccaneers in the third quarter,
which it probably will be, I'm going to
be all into the caucus.
If, huh, are you? Because my
choice then would be go to bed.
Because your mood's
not going to improve much
by introducing politics into it.
That's a good point. That is a fair point.
The chaos is good. I mean, it really does feel like such a strange election.
You know, I feel like people generally speaking are looking at this as a foregone conclusion.
You know, it doesn't, I mean, I talked to this with Pat yesterday who goes back, you know, a bunch of elections.
You covered.
Even before we started doing talk radio, you're doing, you guys are doing top 40 together.
You're still talking to the election.
It's 79.
Do you feel like you've ever had an election that felt this way?
No.
It's unprecedented.
No, because we've had it where you're like, okay, he's Reagan.
Yeah, he's going to win.
But we've never had, we've never had the debates go on with the guy who is way ahead, just not showing up.
And we then have also never had, okay, he's going to win.
But I don't know if he's going to jail.
And then we've never had, yeah, okay, maybe he's not going to go to jail.
If he does, he'll still run.
And constitutionally can still be elected.
And then on top of that, oh, and the other guy, he might die in office because he's so old.
They may replace him with Gavin Newsom.
Or they could just take the first lady from another president and drop her in at the last minute.
I mean, it's crazy.
I mean, there's a non-zero chance.
And of course, we always hope for the best with people's health.
But we do know, you know, Joe Biden is an older man.
And God only knows what happens.
But there's a non-zero chance that you walk in to the voting.
booth. And what you see on there
is one guy who's dead, and that's
it. Right?
Like, it's possible.
You go in there and one guy who's
no longer sadly with us. It's a black swan,
but it's a big black swan. And the other
guy's been removed from the ballot. Right.
Right. Like, it's possible that
that's it. Yeah. And it's not, I mean,
again, it's an unlikely
possibility that both of those things would happen.
But like the fact that we're in this world where these things
are like normal discussions. Every day
we come on, we're like, I don't know. It looks like
the president is completely lost his marbles.
And the other guy running, I don't know, might be in a gulag.
That's like a normal conversation these days.
Trump and I talked about this yesterday and I said, we're in a banana republic.
If they don't take the one trial and push it past the election, you know, you have no time to prepare.
Alan Dershowitz said no good attorney would ever take this case or allow it to go through.
He said, if I were his attorney, I would go to jail.
before I would represent him because there's no time to be able to go through three million documents,
and that's just what we know they have now.
And then I said, and then on top of that, taking his name off the ballots and everything else,
and Trump said, we're just out of control.
We are careening towards the abyss.
And I think we are.
And God only knows what happens.
So that's why I say, go Eagles on Monday.
day. And apologies to our
wonderful listeners at WFL and Tampa,
but I mean, you know, I'm not my
loyalties. And may I also say our
apologies to Iowa, you better
have your butt out at
those caucuses, okay?
The rest of the country, we're not going to
pay attention until the next day, but
you better do your damn job.
You want to talk about heavy lifting, by the way. Oh, yeah.
Have you read the weather reports for Monday?
No. They expect the temperatures
to be, like, some of the
just not, not air
you know, wind chill.
We're talking normal temperatures.
Minus 13.
Oh.
So here's the deal.
Here's the deal.
If it starts going crazy,
take off your jacket, walk outside for about 10 minutes.
You won't care anymore.
It'll be great.
I mean, look at the bright side.
Look at the bright side, Iowa.
Real estate agents, I trust.
You know, it is underappreciated that trust is really hard to come by.
I mean, with Disney just flushing that trust down the toilet, everybody seems to do it.
Nobody seems to understand that for society to work, a man's word has to be his bond.
You have to be able to trust things.
All right.
Well, who do you trust to help sell your house?
Who do you trust?
Real estate agents.
I trust.com.
That's something I built with my brother.
And it will help you find the right real estate agent that you can trust.
free service to you. You just tell us where you're moving to or from, whether it's across the
street or across the country. We'll help you find the right real estate agent on both ends.
Real estate agents, I trust.com. The name says it all. Real estate agents, I trust.com.
10 seconds, station ID. On the phone with Donald Trump yesterday in my office and in the middle of
our conversation, he says, oh, hang on just a second.
Really? It just happened?
Always going to? Okay.
Glenn just found out Chris Christie dropping out of the race.
And I said, really?
And he said, I'm starting to like him more every minute that goes by.
That's amazing.
You were on the phone with him when that happened.
Yeah, when he got the, and when I went back into my office, you know, and was in a meeting
and I look up at the screen about 20 minutes later
and he's announcing that he has dropped out.
Wild. Yeah, really crazy.
It's not weird. So it's an interesting move.
I mean, obviously Chris Christie is of zero consequence in this race overall.
But I don't know.
He said so far he's not going to endorse anybody.
And I'm like, oh, geez, how am I going to endorse people when you get caught on a cold,
hot mic seconds before your announcement where you're saying basically all the other candidates are terrible.
people and they are literally unfit to be president.
It's crazy. He said in his speech announcing he was leaving, he said anyone who says that you
would have that you would vote for Donald Trump is unfit to be president. So how can he
endorse any of them at this point? Again, you know, the two paths forward here are MSNBC
gig and no labels candidate, right? Like there's no, maybe, maybe OZMPIC spokesperson, but that's
after a few months of hard work and diet and exercise. So I mean, I don't know.
know that there's much going forward for Chris Christie. I will say the New Hampshire thing,
it is legitimately an interesting race. Iowa does not seem to be that. We're not seeing polling
that's showing it's very close. But in New Hampshire though, I mean, you know,
Nikki Haley seems to be about 30% naturally before Christie drops out. And every instinct
among watchers, but also every polling piece of data that we have shows probably something
like three quarters of his votes would go to Haley. So, look, I think,
that's going to be a close race. It's not at all crazy.
How do you cut one vote up into three quarters?
Three quarters of the people voting for Chris Christie.
Yeah. So how do you cut that one person up into?
He's actually doing better there than any place else.
He had 12% of the vote in New Hampshire.
And this is, you know, some races, or some of these polls, the latest CNN poll had it as a seven point race between Trump and Haley.
Oh.
Another poll, American Research Group, had to.
a three or four point race. So you look at that and you say if that's true,
which there are other polls that say maybe it's not as accurate. But if that's true,
12% drop out. This is a toss-up type race. I mean, I still favor Trump. And then you go to
South Carolina. And then you go to South Carolina, which is her home state. Now look,
she's not as close there. But you know, you win a race. It's Trump down. It's Trump down. I mean,
he's heavily favored there. But you know, you win a race. You beat him in New Hampshire.
Who knows what happens? You know, that's her, that's how she's crossing her fingers. We'll deal with the
other states after New Hampshire.
And if she can show strong, if she can get second place in Iowa first in New Hampshire,
I mean, look, I think it's a real long shot considering how she's built that coalition,
but yeah, you cross your fingers and hope if you're Nikki Haley.
More in just a second.
So just like the rest of us, your dog needs a salad.
And not about your dog, but if you've ever dropped anything for a salad on the floor,
they'll, they'll put it in their mouth and they just like, and just immediately drop it back
on the floor. They like salad as much as I do. However, they need the same nutrition. They need
the stuff that leads to a happy and healthy life. Kibble food has none of that stuff in it.
My dog, Uno, has begun to slow down now as he's approaching 12 in his old age. And it's hard
to watch that, but I am grateful because I truly believe Rough Greens gave him the best years of his
life. Started feeding Uno about four or five years ago, Rough Greens. And
I'll tell you, he changed as a dog.
He was more active.
He was happier.
He was running around.
It was amazing.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
It's Thursday.
Maybe later we can go through some of this polling on the border, Glenn,
because it's a huge vulnerability for Biden going into this election.
Huge catastrophe.
45% say it's a crisis.
Crisis.
I am surprised it's that low.
When they're kicking people out of their schools.
Oh my gosh.
in, where's that, New York, right?
Yeah, New York. In fact, do we have the,
do we have the video of that?
It is, it's astounding.
Play the video of that.
Of them being ejected, here we go.
That's a mom.
That's a mom.
That's why, because I'm an aggravated mother.
That's why.
I mean, I doubt,
incomprehensive.
I doubt this mom.
Taking all of my kids' schools.
Yeah.
I doubt this mom was, you know,
a diehard voter one way or another.
I mean, there's going to be a lot of, it might be, but
yeah, who knows?
Their moms first.
And their kids are being kept out of school and told they got to go someplace else
because all of these migrants are coming at, not migrants, I'm sorry, illegal aliens
coming in and they're just taking the schools.
What the hell is happening?
It's legitimately shocking.
It's also 2,000.
people you know nothing about.
You don't know if these are criminals,
are felons, are mass murderers,
and they just moved into this neighborhood.
2,000 at once.
It's incredible.
It's an unconscionable story.
Wait until you see this documentary on Blaze TV,
on Colony Ridge,
the new documentary with me and Jason Butrell.
On right now,
you can watch it at blazhtiv.com
slash Glenn.
If you're not a subscriber,
You'll need to subscribe use Colony Ridge and you'll save 30 bucks or 30% off your Blaze TV
Membership, Blaze TV Plus.
This documentary is for Blaze TV people only.
It is really amazing, truly amazing.
And we can only make these things because of you and try to find the real story.
And the real story on this has been missed by.
almost everybody.
The real story on Colony Ridge.
Yeah. It's been missed by
everybody. And we expose it.
Because it was so, when you actually
go down and you're trying to find
the truth, it's
not what you heard and it's
not necessarily, you know,
what the development says either.
Okay. Those are
polar opposites of each other,
of each other. So what is the real
truth and what's the real story?
And you'll see that.
tonight on the documentary blazed tv.com slash glen use the promo code colony ridge but this does not
this is the fastest growing development in texas this is going to be everywhere and you'll
understand why tonight i mean everywhere aren't they selling like 200 lots a day or something
ridiculous it's out of control what's going on yeah it's crazy it's going to be the biggest city
in the southeast or southwest pretty soon.
Oh, I mean, it is 30 minutes outside of Houston.
Yeah.
It's already, what, 70,000 people?
Well, you'll find out tonight.
That's what some people say.
That's what some people say.
You'll see tonight.
It's pretty amazing.
And you know where we got the official number?
The schools.
Oh, they'd know.
Yeah, they'd know.
All right, anyway.
It's poor people living in the shadows.
I don't know what your deal is.
with him. They're just here to make a better life for himself. Just a bunch of families coming in,
wanting a better life. The word I would use is not emergency. I would say it's invasion. Yeah.
Well, that's the word that people agree with most now. They just did a study on that,
a survey. And rather than a crisis, they're saying it's an invasion. The American people are
starting to wake up to it. I don't know if they're awake enough to elect a new leader who's going to
do something about this, but I sure hope so. Well, Mike Lee is on today because Mike Lee is on today because
Mike Lee is saying no budget, no border, no budget. No border, no budget. To what it should be.
That's what Chip Roy is saying. You know, they torpedoed, 12 of them torpedoed the budget yesterday in the house.
Because it included nothing on the border. Nothing on the border.
Laffable. I mean, this charade we went through with throwing McCarthy out as if it was going to make some difference.
And then the exact same deal comes back. A lot of the people who were responsible for that, I haven't
heard word one from by the way.
I know. But I mean, it was just a waste of time.
I mean, I don't care about McCarthy. I don't care.
Like, and I don't think Johnson's the worst guy in the world or anything.
But like, there's no change here.
This is the same thing. They're in this.
There's, they're restrained the same way.
They can't do anything.
They, they fail over and over again when they have power.
I mean, it's, it's pathetic.
Who's best equipped, do you think, after everything we've seen so far in this campaign,
to do something substantial on the border?
to finally, would it be Trump?
Would it be DeSantis?
I think it would be...
Nikki Haley?
I mean, who do you have the most faith in?
To do something on the border?
Yeah.
I think Trump and DeSantis are side by side.
Yeah, me too.
The Vake's pretty strong on...
Yeah, LeVake...
From what I've heard of.
Right, but I don't know if he would have the muscle.
I think he would make a decent vice president
because I think he could explain things.
He could be out on the road.
a bully pulpit.
He's a bulldog, too.
I mean, he's a bulldog.
You've seen him with the press over the past few weeks, especially.
He's great with that.
Very, very good.
You know, look, there's a lot.
It's so weird.
I think people are so polarized on Vivek.
And it's like, I don't know.
I mean, he's got something to offer.
I really do think that.
I mean, he is.
He's just super smart.
He's super smart.
He's very good.
I mean, he really does.
You've mentioned this before, I know, Glenn, with Vivek as a potential Trump VP type of candidate.
And it's like, you know, I mean, you could see it.
You know, he's a, he sort of has a younger, more, he's certainly a different approach, let's say, a more well-spoken and sort of refined approach than Trump.
But he's a bulldog in the same way.
And like what you might point out as issues with Vivek, if you're looking at him generally, like, you know, occasionally he does go down certain roads.
And he's had some odd comments on, you know, 9-11, for example, that might cause a normal candidate problems.
That's not going to cause Donald Trump any problems.
Okay, hang on to it.
Like, it isn't care at all.
I'd be like, oh, yeah, whatever, whatever, yeah.
But let me ask you on 9-11.
There are many conspiracies about 9-11.
Steel doesn't melt comes to mind.
Sure.
Then how do you make it into a beam?
How do they shape it so well?
Right.
But, you know, World Trade Center number seven collapsing later that day is really the conspiracy theory.
There's a hundred million conspiracy theories.
I don't, you know, I don't embrace any of them.
But still, like, you know, I think if you talk to Vivek, he's not saying, well, it's
Will World Trade Center 7.
He's saying like, okay, well, they lie to us about Saudi Arabia's involvement.
He's not like.
I agree with that.
I wish he'd clear that up, though.
He makes it sound like he's Alex Jones on the issue and he's, I don't think he is.
And then you might have, you might think that because he brings Alex Jones on his podcast
and then goes on Alex Jones's a podcast.
So who am I?
Again, I think that he has something to offer.
But, like, his vulnerabilities.
as a candidate. The places he's, you know, weak or questionable as a lead candidate are all
issues that Donald Trump could roll through without even thinking about it on a Tuesday afternoon.
Yes. Like none of those problems that Vovic might present to a Nikki Haley, he hasn't
present any of those problems to Donald Trump. Oh, no. Donald Trump will be like, oh, yeah,
well, actually, I think it was a conspiracy. It wasn't. He'll like outdo the vase on all the
things. I saw George Bush plant the explosives.
He didn't care. He'll go whatever.
So, like, you know, it's an interesting fit because, you know, Vivek would be able to go on all these shows and just constantly roll over media people attacking Trump.
And if that's a job, you'd think Trump would really like to have a bulldog.
You know, Pence was a different pick.
Pence was like, hey, a lot of, you know, evangelical people don't trust me right now in 2016.
I need someone who will give me that credibility.
And Pence filled that role.
And basically didn't, you know, never disagreed with him for four years.
I mean, I know everyone talks about January 6th, but like, before January 6th,
Pence was very subservient to Donald Trump basically the entire time.
And like, I don't know, you watch Vivek on stage, he's almost doing that already.
Right?
He literally said, while running for president in a debate, that Donald Trump was the best president
of his lifetime.
And it's like, if you believe that, let him run again.
Let's get him be president.
We don't need you if we have him still.
But, you know, Vivek has a number two in that role.
There is something to it.
However, however, let's play the game of you need all of the Republicans.
That would lead me to believe if Nikki Haley does well in Iowa, if she comes in second in Iowa,
and, you know, you leave DeSantis kind of in the dust, I think DeSantis could be done.
If DeSantis finishes third, he says,
toast, right? There's no way to come back. It's a close third, you know, if it's like one or two
points away. I mean, you're in Iowa. He's put all of his resources there. If he finishes,
there's almost no path. Yeah, I think so too. Other than Trump is in a gulog, right?
They take Trump off the ballot somehow. You know, something like that, you might say, okay,
he's playing for second. If it was him versus Nikki Haley, all polling of Republicans shows he would
he would beat Nikki Haley easily. But the question is when when given the three way choice here with
Trump and Haley and DeSantis, the DeSantis, people who like DeSantis are more likely to vote for
Trump. If Trump isn't there, DeSantis may say, okay, well, I have a path forward. You know,
I mean, again, we have to take these things seriously because, you know, the entire U.S.
government seems to be aligned to try to destroy Donald Trump. So you have to think of what
happens as a secondary choice here. And so DeSantis might see a path forward there. But in a
traditional primary, if all, he has spent all of his.
resources in Iowa. If he finishes third, there's a new poll today that shows him in third,
by the way. If that is true, and that is, and it's hard to believe, but if that is true,
he's got to be toast, right? Like, that, if you spend all of this time, all of these resources
on Iowa and you finish third behind Nikki Haley in a state that's like Iowa, that's catastrophic
that campaign. This is where that really cold, cold front could help DeSantis. Yeah. Because his people are going to be,
hopefully motivated. If he's behind
Nikki Haley,
they'd be either, they'll either
give up or they'll be motivated to get
out to the caucus and
really caucus for him and be strong.
He's got the best organization, I think, in the
entire state. I talked to Steve Dase yesterday who kind of
outlined that same idea. I think Donald Trump
has a pretty strong. I've heard that
he is killing it on the ground.
I mean, look, that poll that I mentioned
that has DeSantis in third place
also has Trump over 50%.
The weather could definitely play.
apart in this, though. It's going to be like 15 here. How cold is it going to be in Iowa?
15 below. Yeah. Really cold. Really cold. And if you're a Trump voter and you're thinking like he's up by 30,
why am I really going to? That could really hurt him. That could really throw it into chaos.
All right. Back in just a minute. Thank you, Pat. Pat Gray from Pat Gray on Leashed only on Blaze TV.

You're listening to the Glenn Beck program.
Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
There is one thing that we should mention.
Bitcoin got its permission from the SEC, actually the big investment houses that wanted to be able to trade shares of Bitcoin on the open market got their wish come true.
I think 12 or 15 major investment houses now can buy Bitcoin and then sell ETF, paper Bitcoin to people, but they have to hold the Bitcoin to be able to sell the paper.
which means billions and billions and billions of dollars going into buy Bitcoin,
which of course has a major upside pressure on the price.
I mean, we're already over 49,000 today.
Oh, it started at 46 this morning.
Yeah.
And this is after a lot of this has been built in.
I mean, you know, this is something that was at 25,000, what, four months ago?
So, I mean, it's already all of this, a lot of it's been built in to get up to 40-something
thousand.
Looks like it's going to go over 50,000 today.
Really good chance of it.
What was its peak?
65 60 it hit 60 it was over 65 for like I think a total of three days I believe the height the peak was 69
but almost I well over 90% of all Bitcoin held right now is in profit so like I mean there was a few people who
bought on bad days but like you go back the entire history if you bought and hold you're up almost
by almost every day you could have purchased it in the entire history of Bitcoin and now we're seeing
some estimates are as high as $200 billion about to just flow in to buy more.
What would that mean to the price of Bitcoin and the stability of Bitcoin?
Because now if you have giant investments, you know, if you have, if you have, you know, retirement funds that blocks the government from destroying it.
It certainly makes it more difficult.
More difficult from destroying it because people would have their investments in it.
So, you know, it wasn't a logical move on the SEC if you think they're going to ban it.
However, you know, these guys are crap.
I have no idea.
I will say one thing that's interesting about this is even if you don't care about Bitcoin or any of this stuff,
just think about how annoyed Elizabeth Warren is today.
And just that will make you so happy.
You might not care at all about digital currency.
But Elizabeth Warren is having a terrible day.
And that's great news.
She'll be on the war path.
She was quoted as saying,
Bo, Bo, Bo, Bo, Bo,
yesterday.
That's offensive to her.
She's Native American, you know.
I'm more Native American than she is.
Literally.
According to DNA testing, that is legitimately true.
All right, more than a minute.

I have to tell you yesterday,
the news roster,
it is so full today.
I mean, I'm going to go through
just the major stories that were reported on yesterday,
that broke yesterday.
And it is breathtaking.
There are so many stories.
I'm probably going to get to a third to be able to comment on about third of them.
I'll make quick note of all of the stories that we're looking at today,
and it's a pretty mind-blowing list.
We'll give that to you here in just 60 seconds.
Here's the cold heart truth.
Car repairs are coming your way, and they're not going to be cheap.
These days, a car mechanic will practically charge you just to take a look,
just take a picture of your car.
So you have to factor in car repairs into your budget.
You just have to.
What if there is a way you could protect your wallet?
I mean, nobody likes surprises.
No, I like surprises.
No, you don't.
You like the surprises that you like.
You don't like surprises in general.
Surprise, your car has to be repaired.
That's why Car Shield is there.
You get to lock in your price for car repairs,
and it never goes up.
Car Shield offers protection plans for around $100 a month.

Let me just see if I can run down some of the stories yesterday.
Bitcoin was approved for institutional investing.
That came from the SEC.
15 institutional investors were given permission to start selling Bitcoin
and including it in their retirement funds, et cetera, et cetera.
That's huge.
That's why Bitcoin is going to break 50.
50,000 probably here in the next few minutes.
There was the block of the budget by 16 Republicans,
Chip Roy, one of them, who are saying,
you don't do something about the border.
We're never going to pass a budget.
Never.
And God bless him for that.
We have Mike Lee coming on about that here in just a minute.
Chris Christie dropped out.
Gavin Newsom, we find out now has a budget.
crisis. He refuses to call it an emergency, but if he's going to dip into the emergency funds,
he then has to call it an emergency or he can't get any of those funds. It's $37 billion,
and yet he announced just earlier this week or was it last week that he's going to be
covering health insurance and sex changes with the California health system. So you got that
going for you. Belichick was fired?
And they say they parted ways
I don't think they would fire him
after his nine Super Bowls they went to
Yeah yeah
But he they're parting ways
He's gonna probably go coach somewhere else
I mean I don't know that I ever thought he would leave there
Other than just retiring
It's a huge I mean
You were talking about the
Probably the greatest NFL coach of all time
Arguably
Isn't Alabama kind of a big deal football
Arguably the greatest college coach of all time
Also Nick Sabin leaving
Which apparently was a pretty big
surprise.
And I say in the same day, or I guess it was one day apart technically, but in the same 24-hour
period, certainly.
Then we had the debate, the town hall.
Yeah.
that. She needs permission to do that. It has to go through a board. She never went through the board
to do it. So she did not follow procedure. He's making like $650,000 on his special counsel.
They're sleeping together. He's going through a divorce. She's being called as a witness.
That's the real ethical woman, Fannie Willis, that is going after Donald Trump. Then you also had Fauci
yesterday come out and say
the lab leak theory is not a conspiracy theory.
Excuse me, what?
The six foot distancing,
we just made that up.
I still see the posters for that all around,
all over the place.
They're still just hanging up there as remnants of that era.
And no,
apparently no science on that particular claim?
Nope, nope. Then you have the kids
in New York getting kicked out of their own school
for
illegals?
What would you do as a parent?
Wait, my kid has to move.
My kid has to go someplace else
because their school has been taken over by
illegals?
No, I don't, no, I don't think so.
Then you had Hunter Biden show up yesterday.
That was bizarre.
He shows up in Congress.
and just sits there.
And everybody starts yelling at him.
And then in an even more bizarre move,
he gets up and leaves in the middle of it.
Then you had a couple of really disturbing things happen.
You have Poland kind of teetering right where we are
on the Constitutional Republic line.
Listen to this.
This is the Polish Prime Minister,
an announcement he made yesterday.
For the first time, since the dark days of totalitarian rule, we have political prisoners in Poland.
They are the former Interior Minister, Marius Kamiinsky, and his deputy, Macéy Ivonsik.
Both are democratically elected members of the Polish Parliament.
Both fought against communists during their visit to the Polish President Andrei Duda
at the presidential palace, they were detained by the police and then taken into custody.
This happened even though both received a presidential pardon,
as the prerogative of the president allows under Polish constitution law in 2015.
The entire process, which culminated in the detention of two politicians,
took place in flagrant violation of the rule of the rule of the law.
law. Wow. As to make that even better, I don't know if you saw the Canadian Mounties or
whoever they are, the Canadian police arresting the journalist. This is horrifying.
Journalist is going and asking, I don't know, the Interior Secretary or something, why
Hamas is not on the terrorist list for Canada.
Listen to this.
Mr. Freeland, how come the IRDC is not a terrorist group?
Why is your government supporting Islam al-Nation?
He's just put a microphone.
You've been mixed to me.
What are you doing?
You're under arrest for assault.
You're under arrest or assault.
Police, you're under arrest for assault.
How am I under a rat?
You bumped into me.
You bumped into me.
You bumped. I was just scrubbing.
I got my credentials here and you just,
just bumped into me.
So excuse me.
You're under arrest.
What is your name in your bag?
What is your name in your bag?
You've been told you're under arrest?
Why am I under arrest?
He brought my name.
Stop.
They take him away.
Jeez.
Now, this is a journalist that is walking down the street.
The police officer was intentionally standing right where he was walking.
He saw him coming.
he didn't move. The guy had the microphone and he bumps into him because he's walking backwards.
So he doesn't see him, but he just bumps into him. And he's arrested for assaulting a police officer.
Holy cow. Meanwhile, as we told you last week, the Red Cross, if you're giving money to the Red Cross, you should stop right now.
In my opinion, you should stop.
How could I say that?
Red Cross does a lot of good things.
Yeah, they're also passing out flyers on how to get to America all over South America and Latin America.
Excuse me?
What job?
What are you doing?
What are you talking about?
You're organizing?
Well, they're helping.
You also have friends of the train.
I don't remember what it is in Spanish.
They're doing it.
And the United Nations is also aiding and abetting and pushing people towards our border.
We're going to have 10 million new people here in America just from the last four years.
That's an invasion.
Meanwhile, our Congress and our president will do nothing, nothing.
There were 15 or 16 Republicans yesterday that stood up and said, no, you don't get a budget without the border.
You secure the border.
We'll talk to you about the budget.
But no.
And now everybody's, oh my gosh, we're not going to have a budget.
We're going to shut down the government.
We should shut down the government.
What is the government doing to help you?
What is the government doing to protect and defend the Constitution?
What is the government doing to protect the borders?
The government is out of control.
We shouldn't be giving them another dime.
Make them work for it.
Make force them to do their job.
I'm only asking for the Constitution to be followed.
I'm not asking for anything radical.
Follow the Constitution.
and execute your job.
And anyone who's not following or worse, usurping the Constitution,
fire them or try them if they've committed a crime.
My gosh, what is wrong with us?
Meanwhile, Houston, one of its top five city now, isn't it?
It's the fourth or fifth largest city in the country.
Massive, massive city.
It's growing by leaps and,
in bounds, but it's growing with illegals.
You're going to lose Texas.
You will lose Texas as a red state.
You will.
It's only a matter of time.
Period.
Why do you think they're bringing all these illegals in?
Two things.
One, elections.
And number two, cloward in Piven.
Overwhelmed the system.
That's what's happening in California.
Gavin Newsom, you think he's going to be put in?
Gavin Newsom, he's got a budget deficit now of $37 billion.
Why?
Because he's doing the same thing they're doing in New York.
Get out of here.
We're going to put some illegals in here.
Can you imagine if you have your own business and you can't afford health insurance?
You can barely afford it.
You're just at the bottom of the barrel.
and your tax dollars are going to give sex change operations to illegals,
I think I'd lose my mind.
I think I would lose my mind.
I would definitely lose my house.
I would sell my house so fast and get out of that state.
That's true insanity.
You can't make the budget.
And so what is he cutting?
What is he cutting?
Tell me, Stu, how this one makes any sense at all.
What is Gavin Newsom cutting now that he has a deficit of $37 billion?
It will be $68 billion if he does nothing.
So he's taken $13 billion from his rainy day fund reserves,
which you're not supposed to touch unless you declare an emergency.
but he won't declare an emergency.
He's taking $8.5 billion from programs deferring some spending to the future and spreading it out over more years.
8.5 billion in spending cuts.
Half of those cuts are for housing.
Now, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, hold on.
You're going to cut housing and yet millions of people are coming across the board.
border and you already have a housing crisis in California.
How's that work?
Then the other thing he's doing is he's cutting on many of the promises on climate change.
Now, if you're Gavin Newsom, remember, this is the World War II of this generation.
How is he possibly doing that?
Hmm. What are the things he's cutting?
Well, he said, I won't cut free kindergarten because he just added that.
I won't cut health insurance for all low-income adults regardless of their immigration status.
So he's married to those two things.
But he does want to delay a planned minimum wage increase for health care workers.
So wait a minute, I thought that was going to help everybody.
Everybody wins in that.
Why would you, if that only helps people make money and it doesn't harm the businesses, why would you do that?
Why?
Then he is going to cut 40 million from a program that helps local and regional governments fight the impacts of extreme.
$23 million for a pilot program to deploy zero-mission trucks that transport goods from ports,
600 million in spending for programs to help motorists replace gas vehicles with hybrid and zero-emission versions.
If you actually believe this is the end of the world, why would you cut those things?
Why?
And this is the guy people say they're going to run.
Okay.
If America is that insane, well, then we deserve what we have coming to us, I guess.
So what does all of this mean?
And what is truly the big story of yesterday and today?
I'll tell you in 60 seconds.
When it comes to being prepared for disasters, there is no time like the present.
If, God forbid, you find yourself and your family in a situation where food is hard to come by,

So the biggest story today is this.
I want you to imagine play the audio of the mother outside of the New York school.
where her kids and all the kids have been told to leave because school needs to be occupied now by illegal immigrants.
So her kids can't go to school because the school is now occupied by illegal immigrants.
Okay.
Imagine yourself in that situation.
Now, if you've ever been to Brazil, I want you to imagine something else.
If you've been to Brazil or Rio, you know it's wealth.
and like I have no clothing poverty.
Okay.
And they live right on the other side of the fence.
It is despicable, awful.
It's poverty like Americans have never seen before.
But that's what we're talking about.
If we bring the third world here, without a plan,
without ways for them to realize,
the American dream and we just keep giving stuff or worse we let people pray on them
we're going to be a third world country that is your future living where you live and
right on the other side of the fence is massive poverty how do I know I've been to
Colony Ridge in Houston and that's what it is across your fence is wild
like never before seen poverty.
It's not all of Colony Ridge,
but it is going to be popping up everywhere.
Currently it's in Houston.
But these developments,
when unscrupulous people,
not doing anything illegal,
see the opportunity
to make millions of dollars,
they're going to do this and repeat this all over America.
What is Colony Ridge?
It is the name of a development just outside of Houston, Texas, about 30 minutes outside of Texas.
So you're commuting distance.
And it is, many parts of it, third world feeling.
Okay.
Are the people happy?
Some of them are.
Some of them are really unhappy.
What is the whole story?
Because the New York Post didn't get it right.
I don't think the Daily Wire got it right.
We tried really hard to get this right, and you will see the truth of Colony Ridge, and it's not about the Texas development.
It is about you and your neighborhood.
If you don't stand up, if Congress doesn't stand up and say no budget, if there's no border security,
then this will come to your community.
It may already be there.

it now. Hello, you sick freak. Yesterday, Mike Lee went on a rant on X. I wish Senate GOP
leaders would admit that Biden already has the power to stop the border surge but refuses to do
so. And two, passing new laws, paying $106 billion as the price of admission, won't change that.
When this effort fails, Biden will blame the GOP for the surge by not including Speaker
Johnson in these border security negotiations to give him what he needs.
Senate ours are setting up GOP to get blamed for the border. Why exclude the House Speaker in this?
This gives Biden and the Democrats a massive win. Biden will never enforce the law and Dem AGs will litigate it to death and ensure that none of it takes effect.
Those advocating for this deal, including members of both parties, are setting Republicans up for failure.
Nothing that's in this deal, which we still haven't seen, but we've been described, it's been described to us in broad terms, would stop the current surge in the border.
of its provisions might as well, might make the surge far worse.
No one believes this can pass the House because it's got serious problems. So why are we
setting up Republicans? Perhaps the firm has now ousted Speaker Johnson and renamed it as the law
firm of Schumer, McConnell, and Jeffries. If so, that speaks well of Speaker Johnson.
Mike Lee is here to talk about this. Hi, Mike.
Senator. Good to be with you.
Good to be with you, Senator.
You give me a little bit of hope because I've been wondering about Speaker Johnson.
You're saying now that he's cut out of this in the Senate,
and that might mean that he's actually a good guy.
Yeah, it appears to me that Speaker Johnson, who I met with this morning,
has not been in the loop on this at all.
it appears to me also, Speaker Johnson knows that this has no realistic hope of going anywhere in the House.
And I believe Speaker Johnson also understands that President Biden has the authority to address the border crisis in a meaningful way to get the numbers down low the way they were before President Trump left office.
But President Biden refuses to do so.
And one of the dangerous things about this game is that by setting this up,
we're almost taking accountability away from President Biden by buying into the narrative
and implicitly furthering the narrative that says that this whole border crisis,
the humanitarian crisis unfolding there, the rule of law chaos,
the invasion of the United States of America by people from all over the world,
including not just from Latin America, but from places like, oh, I don't know,
Afghanistan and Syria.
China.
China.
All kinds of places.
Yemen.
This is occurring for want of adequate legislation.
For a lack of adequate federal law.
It is not.
Look, Glenn, the bottom line is,
this all started
and it all gets perpetuated through our
asylum laws.
And our asylum laws
at the outset are discretionary.
They're written in May,
language rather than shall language. They contemplate that when someone comes in, crosses our border
without documentation, if they want to apply for asylum, they do so, they're supposed to be
incarcerated until their claim can be adjudicated. And if and only if they're deemed eligible for
it, then they're admitted. Most of them are not, by the way. But what these guys are doing,
they're saying, well, we ran out of bed space. We don't have enough time or people and enough beds
to process all them and hold them. So what we're going to do is just release them into the interior of the
country. In fact, we're going to buy them a plane ticket. And they can board that plane without a
driver's license or a passport or anything else. We'll just fly them into the country. And we'll tell
them, have fun. We'll probably contact you for your immigration hearing, which may be 10 or 12 years
down the road. And within 180 days, we'll give you a work permit. That is not what the law requires.
Much of that is not even what the law allows. What they could and should do is save it because
there is no affirmative right to asylum by anybody coming into this country without documentation.
There's no affirmative right that we have to recognize.
The president and Secretary Mayorkas should say,
once we're no longer able to process all of them,
we're going to stop even considering asylum applications for people who cross our borders without documentation
and thereafter seek asylum.
We should be turning them around right away.
This whole negotiation presupposes that this is, you know,
somehow based on a lack of adequate federal legislation.
Sure, some of our laws are messed up and need be fine-tuned.
That's not the problem here.
The problem is that President Biden defiantly refuses to enforce them.
You say that this law, if passed, might even make things worse.
How?
Well, there are elements of it that might make things better,
but there are elements of it that might turn up the electromagnetic pull for illegal migrants.
For example, there are provisions that would allow.
eliminate the 180-day waiting period between the time someone and is released from the initial
screening into the interior of the country. They have to wait 180 days between that moment at the
moment they get their work permit. This would turn that down to zero days. They would get it
immediately after they're released from the initial screening period. So that's a thing. Number two,
while it would give a new Title 42-like authority to the president to shut down the border,
in ways that we can't get ascertained because we haven't seen Bill Techs.
They won't let us see it because they're still negotiating it.
I don't know why that means we can't see it, but whatever.
They're negotiating that, and that sounds great.
Once we've achieved 5,000 migrant encounters a day, and we're several times of that right now,
that the president would have authority in unspecified ways to sort of shut down the whole process of the border,
the process by which people entering by land without documentation could be brought in.
But then it says it can do that for only 14 consecutive days.
And initially for a maximum of 275 days per year,
rationing down over two or three years after that to a total of 180 days.
Well, just what that does, Glenn, that allows El Chapo's successors and interest
and other like-minded international criminal cartels to game the system,
to calendar around when they'll bring in these,
some controlled waves of illegal immigration.
This will just guarantee that they will be able to have free reign
because the president won't be able to shut it all down.
Okay. So, Mike, you know, the budget thing, I have been watching you
and thank you for being one of the good guys and no border, no budget.
That should be a mantra all around the country.
No border, no budget.
But the Republicans are going to shoot themselves.
The Mitch McConnell's are going to do it again.
They're going to say, oh, my gosh, this is horrible.
You know, we're going to shut down the government because of these extreme Republicans who everyone knows that the border is a crisis.
Everyone knows that.
And I don't know why the GOP is acting the way they do.
I don't know if they're in bed just for themselves or big business or whatever.
But if you've got the Mitch McConnell's and the machinery of the GOP not standing behind,
no border, no budget, it's just going to be a nightmare again.
It will, just as it is a nightmare now.
So, yeah, we need a simple demand, a simple demand,
is secure the border or shut it down.
Now, there's some flexibility in what the it is,
whether that's the whole government or the Department of Homeland Security
or the White House toilet paper budget, I don't know.
But regardless, there needs to be.
some consequence, something, someone, somewhere needs to be defunded directly as a result of the
refusal to enforce the border. And it is willful and it is politically motivated. They need to face
consequences from that by the Congress. Remember, you can't really pass any spending legislation
without going through the Republican-controlled House. You can't even pass any spending legislation
separate and apart from the Republican-controlled House
without getting at least nine votes from Republicans
in the Senate in addition to the 51 Democrats.
So if Republicans really wanted to hold them to this,
we could impose some consequence,
whether that's shutting down DHS for a while
until they get their act together until they enforce the border
or much more broadly.
I'm agnostic as to what exactly ought to be defunded during that period,
but we've got to defund something
is we can't pretend this is business as usual.
We cannot, must not reward them for inviting an invasion
and acting as if nothing has to change as a result of that.
Mike, thanks for flying the flag and trying to keep the Republic safe.
I appreciate it.
Can I ask you a quick question on the Donald Trump lawsuits?
Yes.
I mean, is the Supreme Court going to?
rule that this is unconstitutional? I mean, how can you keep somebody off a ballot quoting the
Constitution if the guy has never even been charged with insurrection? Yeah, that seems really
problematic to me. Problematic on many levels, including and especially the fact that not one person,
certainly not Donald Trump, has even been charged with much less convicted of,
the crime of insurrection.
Donald Trump hasn't been convicted of anything close to that.
He hasn't been convicted of anything, in fact.
And so this is an act of lawlessness.
There are some other more technical, less intuitive reasons in there.
Some of the language used in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment,
specifically references some offices, not the presidency,
indicating that it does not apply to President Trump.
But in any event, for three or four independent reasons,
I will be shocked if the Supreme Court does anything other than overturn the Colorado Supreme Court,
which acted lawlessly and in a pretty shameless political maneuver.
I will not be surprised at all if the decision is either unanimous or near unanimous.
It would have to be.
And they're going to have to ask them because otherwise this is going to cause absolute chaos.
And you may see this metastasized throughout the country.
So the court likes to be deliberative.
So this will require them to act more quickly than they normally do.
But I think they will.
I suspect that within a few weeks of argument, you may see the opinion of the court released.
Well, it's already too late in Denver or in Colorado.
It's already too late.
They've already printed the ballots, and his name is not on it.
And there are states now saying, oh, you want to play that game?
Two can play that game.
I mean, this is, we have constitutional crisis after constitutional crisis,
and I don't hear anyone calling it that.
And it needs to be.
What it is.
Well, because it is a constitutional crisis.
This year, I made some tweets about that one over the whole.
holidays on my base, my leave account that explains some of the reasons why this thing is so
out of control.
I even wrote a rudimentary song about Sheena, Sheena Bellows, the Secretary of State in Maine,
the recent same decision.
The song, which I've released to no one, is called, It's to the tune of Sheena is a punk rocker
by the Ramones.
And it's something along the lines of Sheena is a woke Marxist, but we'll leave the
that one for a different day.
Mike Lee, rewriting the Ramones.
Fantastic. Thank you, Mike.
I appreciate it.
Thanks so much, Glenn.
God bless.
Remember this phrase, no border, no budget.
It's 2024.
A lot of Americans trying to get their finances in order, and a lot of them are worried
about what's going to happen.
If the economy continues to go down the tubes, it might be them.
And I get it.
Might be you.
Might be me.
Scary time.
Now, what do we do about it?
Well, we shore ourselves up and do the best we can to make sure that we're prepared.
We don't hide our head in the sand and we prepare and then we just move on with our life.
Now, if you have high interest credit cards, your interest rate is, the average now is 25%.
That's nuts.
Some of them are higher.
If you're being buried in high interest debt, American financing can,
and help you access the cash in your home to pay off that high interest debt.
And it's a lot better paying a 5% interest than it is 25 or 30 or 35%.
Last year, their salary-based mortgage consultants helped customers from this audience save an average of $854 a month.
That's like giving yourself a $10,000 raise.
So start the new year without all the pressure.

Today, the premiere of The Real Story of Colony Ridge, Blaze Originals, hosted by me,
I take you into the development in Houston, just outside of Houston, called Colony Ridge. What is the
story there. We had a hard time finding it. I interviewed the developer John Harris to get an idea of
the demographics of illegal citizens versus, you know, illegal immigrants living in Colony Ridge.
I gave me one story and then I got a different one from the county sheriff, Bobby Raider. Listen.
Is it majority American citizens? Sure. Absolutely. Really?
Do you have any idea what the...
Percentage is? Yeah. No. No.
because we don't ask and we really can't.
So then how do you know that it's a majority?
Well, Texas driver's license,
Social Security number, I'm guessing, right?
Because a lot of foreign-born folks can have those things.
Okay.
All right.
Do you collect citizenship information though?
We don't.
Any idea of how many are illegal to legal, even?
You want my idea?
Yeah, yeah.
Based on the reports from my sergeant that works that area,
their account is the majority of the people up there are illegal aliens.
The majority, the majority.
It is quite a tale.
And I don't want to, there is a sweaty mess interview that after we did this interview,
we thought.
That looked like a parody of a 60-minute interview.
It was remarkable.
You'll see it all today.

It is Thursday.
There's a lot on our plate.
Trump is now in court for closing arguments
in his New York City fraud trial,
which I, you know,
when there is no victim of the fraud,
I don't know how they continue with the trial
as we found out
from one of the testimonies,
of Deutsche Bank.
No, we expect this from all clients.
That's why we do our own homework.
But they're still going.
He was wanting to give his final argument himself.
Judge overruled that he can't do it.
So we'll see what happens today.
Final arguments in his fraud trial today.
It'd be one down and $870,000 to go.
But we also have news on a new Blaze Media documentary.
It is on Colony Ridge.
If you don't remember what that is,
Colony Ridge is a housing development
that is beyond your imagination large,
larger than Manhattan.
And they are selling homes to new citizens.
I'm going to take you through that,
but the documentary is open today for Blaze TV subscribers.
And I will tell you that,
I think everybody's gotten this story wrong.
Everybody's tried to make it about, you know, the murders or, you know, the cartels.
That's not the story.
The story really is entirely different and ties directly to you.
You watch it in a Blaze original, our documentary on Colony Ridge hosted by me and my
my chief researcher.
You don't want to miss it.
It's available now on Blaze TV.

Are you seeing anything about cryptocurrency?
What is happening with Bitcoin, etc.?
What's on the horizon this year?
He's going to be joining us here in just a second.
First, internet scams come in all shapes and sizes.
And while all of them are bad, some are just downright despicable.
Most recent nefarious one is fake charities claiming to provide aid to those caught in the Middle East conflict.
As somebody whose company actually works to help those people, I find this especially sickening and galling.

He lives in Colorado.
Hello, Peter. How are you?
I'm doing really well. Thank you so much
for having me on today.
By the way, big fan.
Love your writing.
you just did something on virtual sex, one of the essays,
and it was unbelievable and unbelievably spot on.
So big fan.
Thank you very much.
That's very kind.
Researching that story was, it was tough talking to a lot of young men
who were dealing with an addiction right now.
It was tough, but yeah, it's crazy what's happening in that space
and where society is going with pornography.
So tell me, you're at the Consumer Electronics Show.
What is the feeling there on what's new, exciting, spooky?
What's happening?
Well, it's, I mean, you know, Consumer Electronics Show,
it always is rolling out some of the coolest new tech we'll see in the year.
You know, they've rolled out the VCR and home video game systems in the past.
I'm seeing a lot of AI everything.
They're trying to integrate artificial intelligence, large language models with every conceivable type of technology and gadget.
Now, I mean, most of these things are, okay, do you need AI for your toilet?
Probably not.
But I think we're definitely going to see some products that break through and are utilizing those technology.
and ways that will have transformative effects on society.
Like what?
You know, there's a lot of, there's a lot of integrations coming of, you know, there's
forward-facing consumer products like a chat, GPT that people are using and, you know,
sometimes it's silly stuff like making photos.
But I think there's a lot in the background of like, you know,
companies that are creating AI that could do a lot of contract work that a lot of lawyers do now.
How far away are we from a personal assistant that is really good?
In my opinion, we're very close. There's some products here already that are utilizing
AI to basically interact with your apps. So instead of researching best flights, you know,
if you're trying to go to New York City for vacation,
you can just tell the AI to find the app and book your plane, and it just does it with one touch.
So I think it's very reasonable to think, and within 18 months we're going to see an assistant that's very competent and is taking away a lot of menial tasks away from a person.
Have you seen the Dahlmoxie yet?
Unfortunately, it is burned in my brain.
Terrifying, right?
Terrifying.
Yes.
Okay.
So this is a doll for children.
It's a robot doll for children.
Explain.
Yeah.
So I wrote about this in a diary on return.
And it was in the Amazon like home of the future.
So, you know, it's got all kinds of creepy Amazon Alexa integrated tag
where your bed is watching you at night.
And you can talk to Alexa pumps its voice.
into your head through glasses.
So, you know, standard Amazon stuff.
But then I got to the Moxie and it's, I mean,
you almost have to see it in person to really realize
how creepy it is, but it's this small robot
with this human-like face
that's on a screen, but it's all integrated
with chat GPC4 and it's designed to talk to children.
And, I mean, if you go on YouTube, there's a lot of clips of it asking kids, very creepy, weird questions, and it was incredibly disconcerted.
Yeah, but good news is it'll go up to the cloud, and all of that information about your child will be there forever, which is.
Exactly.
And the good thing is, you don't have to, you know, you don't have to raise your kid anymore.
You can just rely on this robot to do it for you.
Thank you, Amazon.
That's great.
What is the, what's the talk about central bank digital currencies and, you know, kind of the,
we're going to make all of your problems disappear.
Just give us everything you are.
Absolutely.
There's, you know, there's some talk of it, you know, a lot of people, it's hard to get them on record.
You know, they express fears and concerns even with, you know, they work at these tech companies,
but obviously they don't want to go on record.
You know, the CBDC, I would encourage your listeners to do some research.
There's a great, we have some articles on return kind of summarizing in their own words,
all the people who are advocating for this technology.
So it's kind of this sort of Damocles that's hanging over everything.
But one thing I'll say that I was noticing is there's a ton of companies that are harvesting
biometric data, your health things, and then what they're doing with that technology
or with that information, no one knows. There's a mirror, like a literal black mirror
called a bear. It's by a company called Barakuta, B-Mind. And when you wake up in the morning,
it will use technology to read your mood and what you're kind of thinking
almost, and then, you know, give you soothing music to make you feel better because the mirror can
tell that you're having a bad depression or a bad day. And then, you know, again, they're harvesting
all of this data and what they're going to use it for and assuming that it's going to be
tied into digital health records and then into the CBDCs, to me is not a big leap. I think that
that's, it's really right around the corner. Yeah, I tell you, the, the digital IDs are, are truly
between that and CBDC, it just shuts everything down. I mean, the total control of your life.
Absolutely. I was just looking at the, um, the latest return. You can just search for just Google
return blaze and you'll see it. The ultimate guide, uh, to escaping the surveillance state.
possible even? Is that possible?
Very difficult, but there are some steps, you know, within that piece and other places online.
There's things that you can start doing now to protect your digital identity, your privacy, and your sovereignty.
X seeks to disclose FBI surveillance request to users.
It's another story. Tech leaders building a city in California.
Not at all worried about public backlash or accusations of,
foreign ties, says the CEO.
Let's see. Some of the other stories.
I mean, just really great. And your diary from CES, day one, AI, everything.
Are you generally optimistic as a human being, seeing all of this stuff, or not?
I mean, I would say in general, I'm somebody who got into tech journalism because I actually
generally love technology. And I think that there's,
some really cool and amazing things that we can create with this.
I mean, I saw this company there, actually several companies,
are creating kind of like haptic feedback canes for blind children that will give
them a signal if there's someone in front of them just by kind of buzzing on their hand.
And they were saying it's like really revolutionizing and helping, you know,
blind children.
So, you know, obviously there's a ton of technology that's beautiful and incredible and
makes our lives better each day. But there are really some trends that are very concerning
about just technocratic, monopolistic, giant company control, government control over your life.
And they're going to be wielding a lot of power with this information and this digital control.
And I mean, you've talked about this in your books and on your show over the years.
And it's, we really have to be on guard about what's,
coming and, you know, try to resist it as much as we can.
Because it is here.
I mean, we are at, I think we've already taken our first step over the threshold into
a lot of this tech that quickly can enslave us in ways that you can't even imagine today.
Peter?
I mean, I think that's, no, go ahead.
Go ahead.
I was just, you know, I think the, you know, James Polos founded Return.
He's the host of Zero Hour.
And, you know, our goal is to try and hold on to our humanity in the digital age.
And, you know, it's hard, but it's worthwhile.

Now, we really didn't.
A lot of people were just keeping that to themselves.

So Blaze TV is debuting today
the second episode of our docu series, Blaze Originals.
This one, I traveled to the quickly evolving Liberty
County, Texas, one of the redest states in Texas, or redist
districts in Texas, to give you
the real story of Colony Ridge. Colony Ridge is growing fast, extremely fast, at the rate of 200
family lots per week. And based on what I observed firsthand, the overwhelming percentage of
residents are Spanish-speaking non-citizens. I spoke to the developer, John Harris. He told me
about 35,000 people live there. Local officials, I said, no, no, no, it's at least twice that.
Either way, there are going to be hundreds of thousands of people living on the outskirts of Houston that are not citizens and do not speak English.
Why is this important?
You'll find out when you watch it.

I want to play a clip from the Blaze original.
This is an interesting section in the documentary.
I sat down with a couple of residents from Colony Ridge.
and they talked about their pain, the development has caused them.
They're not happy, let's just put it that way.
But the interview really kind of hit a climax when Sanchez sisters revealed how Colony Ridge is advertising to its potential residents.
Listen to this.
They aggressively advertise online and almost entirely in Spanish.
So I'm just going to place one of the videos and do my best to translate it.
Okay.
Are you tired of paying that toxic rent from that same apartment?
Change your habits.
And you can be a landowner with us very easily.
Have a space like this.
Or you can put your trailer or build the house of your dreams.
Where you can put your trailer or build the house of your dreams.

in three floors, you can do that.
We're here to help you so that your family can live freely here in the USA.
Now, the developer said, well, we, you know, we advertise in Spanish, but we don't advertise, you know, in Latin America.
Well, yes and no.
The Internet is clearly without borders.
However, there are some things that you can do
to make sure that you have more access to Latin America,
and we'll show you that.
And in the ads, they talk about coming to America, et cetera.
And at least really allude to it.
I want to make sure I'm very careful on everything I'm saying here.
We fact-checked absolutely everything, and you will see what happened when we reached out to the governor of the great state of Texas.
Did he talk to us?
We emailed.
We called.
We wrote just in case he only does snail mail.
We tried to contact him over and over and over again and never got a return call.
Does it have anything to do with the money he accepted?
from the developer's brother.
$1.4 million.
Find out.
Tonight.
And right now,
Blaze TV on demand.
In the 1960s,

in the U.S. Now, 95,
I'm sorry, 97% of it
is made overseas.
There is a company that is actually trying to
change that.
It's called American Giant.
Two years ago,
I met the founder and the president of the
company. He's a remarkable guy. I had him on my podcast. He created American giant by rescuing
a clothing factory that was about to shut down in North Carolina. They started producing
quality American clothing with American grown cotton and American workers. They retrained everybody,
brought in the old mill, the old fabric mills, brought the machines back that had been sold to
Japan years ago so they can make that classic 1950s, 1960s hoodie that was unlike any hoodie
or any sweatshirt ever. They have great clothing and the money stays here in the United States
and more jobs are created by American. American dash giant.com slash Glenn. That's American

program we're glad you're here um i i just i have to express some discussed for uh journalists
that have were caught on tape making assassination jokes about president trump
a one of the first things you learn when you're in the media is you never joke about that ever
It's not funny.
It's something that the Secret Service will be all over you for.
If you joke about it, they don't have a sense of humor about that, nor should we have a sense of humor about that.
Yeah, we had an incident a few years ago where Glenn threatened my life.
And no one seemed to care about that.
But when they thought it was mistaken, I guess, for a threat against someone else.
And we had the Secret Service visiting us.
And the Secret Service came out.
And they said, look, we know, we just have to check this out.
Right, which is fine.
However, I was a little concerned when the answer was, no, I was only threatening Stu's life.
And everyone was like, oh, that's fine.
Oh, no big deal there.
And we don't, we don't joke about that.
I mean, that is the one thing.
I think it's probably the only line that we really have a hard mark on.
Because, you know, look, we all know what has happened in our history.
Yeah.
No one wants to play anywhere close to those lines.
And we don't even joke about it off air.
Never. Never.
Anyway, these reporters, here they are, waiting for Trump to show up at the courthouse.
Listen to this.
Work at the convertible?
Yeah.
I wasn't thinking about that.
Yeah.
Like, if he just pulls up my-up.
Like JFK?
It's like a JFK.
I can take a good time.
They did.
No.
Oh.
Maybe someone, just like they told you have gay, you know what you should do?
You should take a convertible.
It's so nice out.
Wow.
I mean, it's a little hard to hear.
And look, to not go too crazy here, they are joking clearly.
No one's going to actually try to assassinate a presidential candidate out of this crew.
I completely agree.
Imagine you and I were off air.
Well, that's the other line.
These people would be fired.
We'd be fired.
We would be.
thrown out, nobody would ever forgive us or let us work ever again.
These are journalists doing this.
Not even people who are like wise-ass comedy talk show hosts, right?
Like this is like these are supposedly journalists covering these stories accurately for you.
Okay.
Are they?
So here's something else.
The journalists probably aren't loving today.
We have Fauci yesterday sat before the House coronavirus subcommittee for a seven,
seven-hour stretch of questioning about the pandemic response that he oversaw.
He said, well, actually it's not a conspiracy theory that Wuhan lab leak.
Well, wait a minute.
I thought it was.
I thought you condemn that every step of the way.
Why is it suddenly not a conspiracy theory?
then he also said the six-foot social distancing thing yeah i mean it really didn't it didn't do anything
it wasn't based in any science oh like we said it's fascinating because there these posters are
everywhere still and they were ubiquitous little stickers on the floor yeah everywhere now look
everyone knows the farther you stand away from someone is probably the less likely that you'll
catch something from them but like they made it see
like the six foot line was a force field.
Right.
Like, you know, if you stand here and there's six feet away,
don't worry, everything's going to be fine.
They told America that over and over and over again.
And now it's like, ah, it wasn't really based on anything.
Come on.
We all know it wasn't based on anything, right?
Well, I don't know.
You changed everybody's life.
How much money did companies spend putting those signs up?
I mean, billions of dollars, I bet,
just to warn people to stay six feet apart.
And at the end of the day,
It wasn't really based on anything.
Crazy.
Then, you know, we heard that the art gallerist that was tasked with selling Hunter Biden's paintings,
you know, met with President Biden and attended the wedding of the first family.
So what happened in the meeting?
What was all that?
And I thought nobody in the White House had anything to do with anybody that had anything to do with Hunter Biden's
art. Now, Hunter Biden, I think a case can be made that he's intentionally sabotaging his father.
And I've said this from the beginning. Who leaves a laptop? Like that. Who does that? Yes, you're a crack addict,
but really, you just leave it there and you ignore the calls to come and get it? That doesn't seem right. But again, he's a crackhead.
same thing is going on.
Who advised him not to show up for the subpoena and instead go to the Senate side and stand
there and give a press conference a couple of weeks ago?
Who advised him of that?
That was a good idea.
By doing so, he opened up yet another Pandora's box where the gold post can't
even be seen anymore by the White House where they're like, okay, well, he wasn't actually
a part of his son's threesome.
I mean, it's crazy what he did.
He's watching the whole time.
But he wasn't actually involved in it.
Technically, it would have been a foursome if he jumped in.
So anyway, and then yesterday, he walks in to the subcommittee hearing, the oversight hearing,
about holding him in contempt.
He just walks in.
watch listen to come answer the committee's questions under oath before the american people
this is at the same time that they stand by the categorical non-compliance of republican members of
congress like mr jordan um who have material information so unannounced hunter biden and one guy who
looks like an attorney the other guy who honestly looks like a drug dealer are i thought it was larry flint for a
He just looks scummy, doesn't he?
I mean, he might be the greatest guy ever.
I don't know.
But I'm judging that book by a cover right now.
And they walk in, they sit there, they don't say anything.
And then you start to have, you know, questions coming at him and saying, you know, you're a coward.
And what are you doing?
You're mocking this whole thing.
By showing up now when we're considering contempt and you're showing up now just to sit there and mock the proceeding, you are a coward and he gets up and he walks out.
It's interesting.
I mean, I don't know what to think about it.
He could be that he's, you know, trying to undercut his dad, but I don't know.
I mean, it's not really consistent with a lot of the stuff he's doing.
He's certainly very defensive of him in public when he's asked.
part of me thinks that he
I don't know I feel like there's a
situation where he was hoping all of this would go
away and he you know
he'd write his book he'd do his tell all
he'd do his interviews and it would be over and he's
a he's a Democrat and now
this keeps getting escalated and he feels like
no one's fighting for me there's been reporting
behind the scenes that he's frustrated at his
dad and the administration
who won't outwardly fight for him
but they just keep saying well he's had his problems
and you know
but we love him and he wants more
than that. He wants a, you know, a visceral defense of him as a good person and someone who didn't
do anything wrong. The old school Joe Biden, like what Joe Biden used to say, my son has done
nothing wrong. You know, the old May 23, Joe Biden. And as this has gotten worse and the
election or the, uh, the evidence has become much, much worse, you know, the, the,
the White House has been more hesitant to come out. Now it's like, oh, well, what they're doing to him
is cruel. That's all, that's all there. That's about as big a defense that the White House is giving now.
Right.
So the, I mean, they could, they could be worried.
It could be son.
I have no son.
Yeah, it could be that.
They have a granddaughter.
He's like, what grandda.
That's what they do with them?
Yeah.
Granddaughter, screw them.
But I mean, I think there might, there's a part of Hunter Biden who's like, you know,
if they're not going to do it, I'm going to do it.
I'm not going to allow myself to get rolled over by these people.
I'm going to come out here and I'm going to make a spectacle of it.
Yep.
And he wants the attention.
I don't know.
I mean, look, look, I think he does.
It's very possible, too.
He's just high on crack.
Well.
So that could be explaining his activity.
Well, as he was walking out, the pool of press reporters were out on the other side of the door.
And one reporter shouted,
What kind of crack do you normally smoke, Mr. Biden?
Now, I didn't know that there were different makers of crack.
I don't know a lot about crack.
In fact, I know very little about crack.
but I mean, you've only done the few times, right?
But I didn't know, is there like a menthol crack?
Is there a filtered crack?
I mean, I assume there are brand names and different carriers.
Ask for it by name.
Like the El Chapo brand might be the strongest.
I don't know.
That's a good question.
Yeah.
When you call up your crack dealer, do you go like, I need crack?
And he's like, duh, what brand of crack?
Isn't this the case with like pot?
Like there's like a million different strains of it and like that you can,
they all have like the fan.
What was the movie, the Seth Rogue, Pineapple Express?
Isn't that one of them?
It's been a long time.
As you can tell, I'm a big drug user.
But like, you know, we both.
I mean, I'm really cool too.
Yeah.
But I do remember that one movie from 10 years ago that had a pot reference in it.
So, but I mean, I would assume, I mean, this capitalism, right?
At some level, like you're going to have.
have your different varieties.
You got red velvet Oreos, you got regular Oreos, you got double stuffs, you got
thins, you got thins, you mean, there's a million different varieties of this stuff.
And you're right.
And they are all Oreos in the end.
The end of the day, they're going to make you fat.
What kind of Oreo do you like?
Yeah, you're right, you're right.
Then another reporter said, what's your favorite type of crack?
Again, the kind that gets you high.
I mean, what is he supposed to say there?
And finally, a reporter asked, are you on crack today?
He didn't answer.
But his action showed, maybe, maybe, very possibly, yes.
Let me take a moment to tell you about Antoinette.
She found out that she was pregnant and she realized she was in deep, deep trouble.
She had no idea how she was going to raise a child on her own.
So she did what society tells you to do.
She began looking for an abortion clinic.
literally a miracle by the grace of God, she found a pre-born clinic instead.
She met her baby on ultrasound.
When she saw the face and she heard the heartbeat, she broke down crying, and the nurse reminded her, babies are blessings.
Choose life.
She did.
Her daughter's name is treasure because she's a gift from God.
There are millions of babies to be saved.
Each one of these babies is a child.
a miracle. And every day, pre-born celebrates 200 miracles. $28 a month might be the difference between
life and death of a child. When a mom meets her baby on an ultrasound and hears the heartbeat,
it's a divine connection that doubles the baby's chance at life. So let's join together,
help moms choose life, take care of them for up to two years after, to make sure that we
save not only the baby, but also mom. Pound 250, keyword baby.

And the T.D.
is there to

know,
the Biden administration
is announcing
a new contractor
rule.
This is really good.
Is it?
Oh, it's so good.
Well, they did it
in California,
and everyone left,
right, and in the middle
has called it
an absolute disaster.
But the U.S.
Department of Labor
is going to
answer to the
massive growth experience by the gig economy.
They think that 36% of American workers, or about 57.2 million people before the pandemic,
and now 73 million people after the pandemic,
you shouldn't be able to work the way you want to in the gig economy.
You shouldn't be able to drive that Uber.
You shouldn't be able to make those decisions for yourself.
No, no. No. No. They want to make it more difficult for companies to treat workers as independent contractors rather than employees because employees are generally entitled to more benefits and legal protections. Yeah, that's why companies don't hire a lot of people like that because the government regulations make it so expensive to hire and fire and to provide for. So they go to gig workers and people now in this.
economy where people literally have up to five different jobs, many of them gigs, that's the only thing
keeping them afloat, but screw you 73 million people. He knows better than you do. Not Congress,
but the Labor Department. So the Secretary of Labor is going to put this in. And this is going to be
a tough battle in Congress to pass a law like this. What will happen in the battle of Congress?
Will Republicans go along? Oh, wait, they don't have to.
do any of that? They're just going to pass it as a rule? No, it's not a republic. It's not a
republic anymore. We used to have these things where we would have these big debates and then they
would go on the floor of the Senate and they would blah blah blah blah blah and we hear this
whole thing and we'll build up for months. Now it's just like, oh, you know, student loans,
they're all exempt. Well, honestly, why do we even, why, and I mean this sincerely, with
much respect to people like Chip Roy, why do we go out and vote for these representatives?
when it comes to the budget, none of them have read the budget.
None of them even know about the budget.
It's just the four leaders of the House and the Senate.
They get together.
They cobble together a deal.
And then they rush it to the floor and say,
you got to vote by tomorrow or else.
And nobody even reads it.
You know, in the olden days in 2008,
when we wanted transparency and everything,
and I'm going to pass a law where everybody has to read the bill
it went on Saturday, two hours.
Nobody reads it
because nobody's allowed to see it.
Mike Lee was on today.
He said, I don't even know what's in the budget.
They're negotiating, but I'm not allowed to read it.
Why can't I read what they're negotiating?
I can be for or against.
I can, why am I not a part of this?
I don't know, Senator.
Because we don't have a republic anymore.
And now the Biden administration is pushing this through.
It's going to go through the Labor Department.
which will mean another Supreme Court decision,
will you be able to keep your job as a gig worker,
driving Uber or whatever it is you do?
Can you be a contract worker in America?
Oh no, says King Biden.
That's not a republic.
