The Glenn Beck Program - The Truth About Jimmy Kimmel’s Suspension | Guests: Peter Navarro & Lexi Kuenzle | 9/18/25

Episode Date: September 18, 2025

Glenn begins by describing his encounter with Erika Kirk, the grieving widow of civil rights leader Charlie Kirk, and how she’s struggling to explain the reality of the situation to her daughter. La...te-night host Jimmy Kimmel has been indefinitely suspended from his show on ABC for his inaccurate reporting about the political leanings of Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin. Glenn lays out the issue with Kimmel’s statement and breaks down the hypocrisy on the Left. Glenn and Stu blast the Left for hypocrisy regarding the use of various governmental agencies to go after political opponents. The Left continues to freak out at President Trump’s targeting of terrorism in America, with Antifa being officially declared a terrorist organization. Glenn gives three examples of leftist political violence against conservatives in the last 10 days. Peter Navarro, author of “I Went to Prison So You Won’t Have To,” joins to discuss what happens when the justice system is weaponized against you. Lexi Kuenzle, a nurse, joins to discuss how she fought suspension after standing up for Charlie Kirk in light of his assassination. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Starting point is 00:00:00 We'll say, in the phone, all the people can be a guy of the finance. Not need to have a gross monger in art, to play to golf, or to be a pro of the crypto. Not even,
Starting point is 00:00:10 in any case, you have always made these affairs, and the Apply Negoti T-D you add to renew with your instinct of negotiation.
Starting point is 00:00:18 With the support 24-hour-pard per-jure, no amount of minimum, no fray-mensue you're made for negotiate, and the apply-tete-tit-tit-tit-tid

Starting point is 00:00:42 Move on, okay? It's my stupid phone, but big wireless companies aren't selling service. They're funding agendas. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile. These companies send millions of dollars to organizations that promote abortion, gender theory in schools, CRT, candidates who openly oppose the values held by most conservative Americans, and your money, whether you mean it or not, is helping them do it.
Starting point is 00:01:06 Patriot Mobile is the only wireless company built to change that. They use the exact same towers as the big guy, so you get the excellent coverage, and you're not funding the radical left. Please switch today. Switch to Patriot Mobile and stop funding the destruction of your own country and your own family and kids. Start strengthening and instead. Together, we'll make a difference. And thanks for standing with us. Now let's get to work.
Starting point is 00:03:26 Welcome to the most listened to and watched radio broadcast and podcast in all of America. This is the Glenn Beck program. We are glad that you're here with us today. We're going to start with Jimmy Kimmel. I have two opinions on this, and I hope they're in lockstep with you, but we'll see. We'll do that here in just a second. I hopefully won't, but maybe I'll surprise you a little bit on my opinion on this. and boy do I have one. Now first, let's start with Relief Factor.
Starting point is 00:03:59 I've always believed if something is really working, it'll practically sell itself. That's the way it works in America to come up with a better mousetrap. And Relief Factor has done that. They didn't become a national name through Big Pharma or endless ads. They grew because real people were getting real results and telling others about it. Relief Factor is a daily supplement, four key ingredients designed to fight pain at the source instead of just masking it. And it's not just for the worst cases.
Starting point is 00:04:24 I've heard from so many people who thought their back pain, their knee stiffness, their shoulder aches were just normal parts of life until they started taking relief factor and realized how great they could feel again. And the best part is relief factor lets you test it out. You don't have to commit to a full plan. You just start their three-week quick start. If nothing is happening within three weeks, it's probably not going to happen. But 70% of the people find relief within three weeks and they continue to take it month after month. Give their three-week quick start a try for 1995. visit Relieffactor.com or call 1-800 for relief.
Starting point is 00:04:56 1-800, the number four relief. I want to thank for their hospitality, K-FYI, our affiliate in Phoenix. We are in Phoenix, right? Yes, Phoenix, Arizona. I have been traveling around so much. I don't even know where I am from time to time. Yesterday was a really tough day operating on about three hours of sleep yesterday and at Charlie Kirk's offices.
Starting point is 00:05:20 Yesterday was the first time, as a national broadcaster, in fact, in my almost 50 years of doing this, yesterday was the first time we ever left a studio because of a bomb threat. And you didn't know that, but at the last half hour of our program, there was a bomb threat. And because Pat was in the studio in Dallas, we let him take that last half hour, and I made my way over to the Charlie Kirk studio. But that's never happened before. Every day, every single day. It's like, nope, never seen that. Never done that one before.
Starting point is 00:05:59 But it was an honor to sit with Charlie Kirk, his team. They are doing really, really well. My wife and I had a long talk with Erica Kirk. And she is amazing. She is truly amazing and really led by the Lord and very, very clear. obviously still mourning deeply. And I really feel for her, I really feel for her children. But she is, I said to her yesterday, I said, you've, because she asked for, you know, some
Starting point is 00:06:34 ideas on some things. And I said, you really need to read all you can about Jackie O. Because Jackie O is, you're very much Jackie O so far. But she was responsible really for that legacy. of JFK because she guarded it so well. And as I said that, she looked at me and she said, thank you so much. She said, it's just so hard because I go home and I have to, you know,
Starting point is 00:06:59 Gigi doesn't know, she didn't know really where dad is. And, you know, I don't want to explain what a coffin is and everything else to my three-year-old. And she said, I go home and Gigi's like, Mom, will you play? And so she said, I get down on, you know, on the ground and I'm playing with Gigi. And she said, it's just so hard.
Starting point is 00:07:19 And I thought, wow, that is exactly what Jackie O did. Remember, Jackie O was planning the funeral in one room. And the very next room was John John's birthday party. She was holding that at the same time. And she would go from room to room because she didn't want to disrupt John John's life. I mean, we're seeing history play out. And she is a colossal figure. in history.
Starting point is 00:07:49 And I think we will all come to see that. Now, let me tell you about what's happening. Sinclair, oh, by the way, let me thank Premier Radio. Before we go any further, let me thank Premier Radio and Salem Broadcasting. Another first yesterday that you didn't know. I compete, and Premier competes against Salem broadcast. I have stations all over the country, and my stations are in competition with Salem. Charlie Kirk was on Salem. I'm on Premier. I don't believe this has ever happened in the
Starting point is 00:08:23 history of broadcast radio. Two companies said, lower our flags, we're all one, and allowed me to go over to Salem and broadcast on Salem radio right after my premiere show. So stations, it was on two competing stations yesterday, and that's never happened before that I'm aware of. And I just want to thank Phil Boyce and Julie Talbot. Phil is from Salem and Julie is from Premier and it was just heroic what they did yesterday. So thank you for that. That's really everybody coming together and just saying, doesn't matter what contracts say. This is important. All right. So let me tell you about Sinclair. Sinclair yesterday, that's an ABC that most of their TV stations are ABC. They're going to air a special a remembrance of Charlie Kirk during the Jimmy Kimmel live segment or slot on
Starting point is 00:09:22 Friday, which will probably get bigger ratings that Jimmy Kimmel ever did. But they're airing that on Friday because they have indefinitely suspended Jimmy Kimmel's show. And also Nextar did as well. Now, these are the two largest station groups. You know, these giant groups, they have, you know, 25 or 50 stations all across the country. And then they say, hey, ABC will take these shows from you and they become ABC affiliates. And yesterday, two companies said, we're not doing it. We're not airing the Jimmy Kimmel thing. And, you know, that really kind of is shaking a lot of trees.
Starting point is 00:10:10 Now, I want you to know, I am not for government involvement in any of this. Government should not be involved in this at all. And the left is saying, Brandon Carr, who I hope will be on this program today, Brennan is a friend of the program, and I have deep, deep respect for him. But they're saying that he was involved in this by threatening that the FCC will take action, or maybe he was just speaking out about it, and so they implied that the FCC was going to get involved and they were going to start fighting these stations, yada, yada, yada.
Starting point is 00:10:47 I don't believe that, especially with Sinclair. Sinclair didn't need any help to cancel Jimmy Kimmel. Zero. I don't know the people at NextStar, but I don't believe that that's what happened. And even if it was, I want to give you some comparisons here and see and ask you the question, why are they concerned this time, but they weren't last time.
Starting point is 00:11:11 So they've decided that they are, they've canceled it. And now ABC is having to look into the plans for the future for Jimmy Kimmel. So, you know, Jimmy Kimmel's ratings are awful, awful. He's not in, you know, when Tucker, when everybody celebrated that Tucker was fired from Fox. Everybody on the left celebrated this. he was the number two show on all of cable. All of cable. All of the, you know, SpongeBob Squarepants, everything that is on cable, he was the number two show, and they canceled him.
Starting point is 00:11:49 Now the left is all upset because the number, I don't even know. I went on Grock. I went to Nielsen. I went to chat GPT. It couldn't even tell me how bad the ratings rank is. I could only get it past the top. 20 and Jimmy Kimmel is nowhere to be found in the top 20 of broadcast shows. So you can't even compare the two. You can't even compare the two. But now everybody is upset because Disney,
Starting point is 00:12:23 the owner of ABC, you know, they need the green light for ESPN's deal to buy the NFL network. And now if the FCC gets involved, I mean, is like, well, gee, wait a minute. So you're worried about hang on, you're worried that just the action of you not doing something that the president is for, the government might judge you differently. They might take some sort of action. This goes into everything we have found out about Facebook. This is everything we found out about Twitter. All they have to do. This is what the Biden administration was doing. This is what the Obama administration was doing, just flexing their muscles all the time, making quiet, threats to companies all the time.
Starting point is 00:13:10 But apparently they don't, they don't, they don't see that. So, um, so they're canceling now. And, you know, I don't know about ABC, but AOC was taking a victory lap. You remember on Tucker Carlson. She said that the platforming works, de-platforming works. Tucker Carlson is out at Fox News. It's happened to a better guy, she said. He is the person who's most arguably responsible
Starting point is 00:13:44 for driving some of the most amounts of death threats, violent threats, not just to my office, but to plenty of people across the country. I don't know how she qualified that, but I would imagine you could say something like that about Jimmy Kimmel with the vitriol that that guy is putting out. Supporters,
Starting point is 00:14:04 message to supporters from Koso-Cortez's office obtained by Punch Bowl News at the time touted her efforts to silence Carlson, who she said was directly responsible for the events of January 6th. So here is an example of someone who is in Congress doing the same thing and taking the victory lap saying it was me that put the pressure on everybody. Now, you could say that maybe these companies are afraid of Donald Trump. Well, I will tell you that ABC should be afraid. They should be afraid. You know, a $16 million settlement tends to wake companies up.
Starting point is 00:14:49 That teaches a $16 million lesson. Hey, let's be careful on what we say. That has nothing to do with free speech. That has everything to do about smearing. people. You know, there are things that, you know, the court does take care of. You don't need the government. You need a court. And if you can prove that these people acted in malice and these people were lying about you, you can sue them and win. And Donald Trump just won a $16 million lawsuit against ABC. That makes sure that that doesn't usually happen again. They, they
Starting point is 00:15:25 lawsuits tend to focus people. Now, how is this lost on an AOC? and everybody else who celebrated when Tucker left. How is this at all unclear when you look at what Jimmy Kimmel said? Jimmy Kimmel got on the air and said lies, absolute lies. He said that the right was doing everything they could to cover up that the shooter was one of us, us meaning bag of people and conservatives. That's not true in any way shape or form. Now, he is either the dumbest person in the world, but you generally don't get to that position being dumb and uninformed.
Starting point is 00:16:09 And how did you get that past your writers? Did nobody at ABC and nobody at the Kimmel thing say, wait a minute, wait a minute. That's not true. That's not comedy. That's the set up for the comedy. The punchline hasn't happened yet. You're setting the joke up. And when you're setting a joke up, that's the true part.
Starting point is 00:16:29 The punchline is the crazy part, is the opinion part. The setup is the true part. Well, your setup isn't true. How did they miss that? They didn't miss that. Nobody in the room wanted to change that. Nobody in the room wanted to say, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, that's not right. Because they're agenda-driven.
Starting point is 00:16:54 That is the way it has been over and over and over again. I don't know how this is is missed by the left. And Brian Stelter, who came on yesterday, Brian Stelter was, you know, was saying, oh, this is the worst thing that could happen to democracy, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, wait a minute. Hang on just a second. If you are again saying that it was Brandon Carr who got on the air and said, hey, we're going to, you know, we're going to look into this ourselves.
Starting point is 00:17:30 And that made everybody move. then let's go back and look at the Facebook and Twitter files. Let's all of a sudden now look at that and say, wait a minute, is that pressure? Because we know it was. So we know that the right or sorry, the left was doing that and nobody on the left had a problem with it. Let's go back and look at all of the cases where pressure had been put onto companies. For instance, my so-called termination, I left Fox of my own accord. However, it was very, very tough to work in an environment where you're constantly under attack.
Starting point is 00:18:12 And I was the first person in the history of America to have, how many was it, Stu? I know there was at least two or three White House advisors from the White House, coordinated from the White House. attacks on me. For instance, the best known one is Van Jones. Van Jones starts a 501c3, and all of a sudden the 501c3, their main objective is to get me fired. After I started talking about him being in the White House,
Starting point is 00:18:46 that was coordinated in the White House by a White House advisor. Where was anyone report? I used to say that on the air all the day, all the time. Where is anyone talking about this? Why is the New York Times talking about this is a White House coordinated attack? Because it didn't fit their narrative. That's why. And they celebrated when I left.
Starting point is 00:19:08 I don't know if they still celebrate, but they celebrated when I left. Brian Stelter yesterday was on the air on CNN saying this is an abomination. It has to stop, blah, blah, blah. Stelter never said that when there was a campaign against me. Never. Not once. not once. When they did an advertiser boycott,
Starting point is 00:19:30 which I believe is exactly the same thing that Sinclair did, they decided that's not up. That doesn't serve our audience. It doesn't serve our audience. We don't want anything to do with it. Next star, I can't, because I don't know them, I can't speculate even on what their motive was. But I know that Sinclair was,
Starting point is 00:19:48 we don't want this show anymore. It doesn't serve our audience. That is that company making, a decision. And that's what Brian Stelter, media matters, you know, the Stop Beck campaign. That's what they said the entire time. Glenn Beck has lost 300 sponsors and yet it hasn't affected his show or his sponsorship. How did I lose?
Starting point is 00:20:12 I never had Mercedes Benz as a sponsor. Never. But they would declare they would call Mercedes Benz and say, hey, are you going to advertise on Beck's show? No. Another sponsor has decided they're not going to advertise with Glenn. And nobody would clarify that. Nobody would talk about that. But that was their right to free speech.
Starting point is 00:20:33 That's how they got away with all of this stuff, saying it was free speech. And you know what? It was coordinated by the White House. And that was my real problem with it. It's coordinated. It was all astroturf. It wasn't actually real. You didn't need a campaign to go against Jimmy Kimmel.
Starting point is 00:20:50 Jimmy Kimmel has made himself irrelevant in America for a very long time. he's out of step. And if it wasn't this, it'd be something else that would eventually just get his show canned because it's not making money and it's not making any ratings. And eventually, that's exactly what happens to those kinds of shows. But Stelter never said anything about that. He defended their right to free speech, et cetera, et cetera. You had comedians and everybody else say, oh, it's fine.
Starting point is 00:21:20 It's fine. Don't let the crazy door hit your crazy ass on the way out. That's what they said about me. But now this is comedy. Now the comedians are very, very concerned. This is yet another thing of AstroTurf and yet another lie. If the FCC doesn't go further and get involved, the FCC should not be involved in this.
Starting point is 00:21:47 Let the market work itself out. And let the grassroots market work itself out, not these giant organizations that are funded with our tax dollars. All right, back in just a second. First, let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour. It's Rough Greens. Every dog, every dog food bag claims to be complete. And, you know, every company can decide what they want to do themselves. But you remember, some people are saying, well, they've got stuff in front of the FCC.
Starting point is 00:23:29 They're going to do a merger. So the SEC is involved. And the, you know, the government has to okay their mergers and everything else. Well, are you saying that it has consequences? Are you saying that this is the first time that any of these giant companies that have had mergers pending have
Starting point is 00:23:49 bowed to public pressure because they're afraid what the government might do? Because it happens all the time. I don't like it. I don't want it to happen, but it does. Glenn Beck. Okay, let me tell you about our sponsor
Starting point is 00:24:05 it is cozy earth. You know, when you wear clothing, you want it to be really, really comfortable. You want it to look nice. You know, you want something that breathed. My gosh, it is so hot in Phoenix. It is so hot here. It is so hot.

Cozy Earth makes those clothes. their clothes don't fade, they don't shrink, they don't stretch out after a couple of washes. Starting point is 00:25:43 dallas today thanks for coming out yesterday's doing being here it meant a lot to me and I know the people at TPUSA as well. It was awesome for them to host us just great people. It really was. And a great organization. So I was glad to be part of it. So what is your take on the on the Jimmy Kimmel stuff? Stu?
Starting point is 00:26:05 Where am I missing it? Well, I think you're going to get pushed back from both sides probably on it at some level, which I guess you're used to at this point. this is your life I think the the left is going to say there is pressure from the government here and they're very upset about that
Starting point is 00:26:26 now I can't even note how I feel about that because I'm so I'm so overcome by rage at the hypocrisy of them complaining about government cracking down on speech I can't even Twitter files Twitter files
Starting point is 00:26:40 Twitter files thank you I mean there's a hundred million examples of this Twitter files is a great one though they, the standard we had to hit to prove that that story mattered was like we needed to have Joe Biden pounding on the windows of the office building at Twitter, screaming at them to take off individual conservatives. That's the standard we had to hit for that sort of matter. We have all sorts of emails from the government pressuring these companies to say,
Starting point is 00:27:11 pull down this speech. They shouldn't be able to say this. They shouldn't be able to say that. And the White House is very concerned about this and the White House is thinking about taking action. Yeah. And I think, yeah, like that part of it too. And it was behind the scenes.
Starting point is 00:27:25 Now, it was also public. But it was more than that behind the scenes. Now, we might find out that this was going on behind the scenes with Brendan Carr. I don't know. We'll talk to him about it, Alaska. You know, and I, you know, my, it's hard to separate the hypocrisy here and how infuriated I am that they would even make. these arguments to even come up with what my preferred policy would be, which I think is pretty
Starting point is 00:27:50 similar to yours. If the left wants to join in unity to work with us to defang all of these three-letter agencies from going through and ruining all of public life, I cheer it on. Bring a- bill on there today, Chuck Schumer. We will all vote for it. I would love that. These are all of their organizations with their rules organizing these policies that are lining up against private interests. This is all their stuff. None of us wanted any of it.
Starting point is 00:28:23 Right. And this is why you don't make those agencies more powerful. This has been our point the whole time. Somebody, you make them powerful. Somebody that you don't like comes in and wants to play the game the way you've been playing. You're not going to like it. Yeah. And that's exactly what they're accusing us of doing.
Starting point is 00:28:40 Wait a minute. doing what you were doing? Using the agency that you created to do these kinds of things, the IRS targeting conservatives, the FCC targeting conservatives, you know, the White House targeting conservatives. I mean, did you, yesterday, the FBI, their Arctic Frost probe was released.
Starting point is 00:29:05 This is the FBI targeting 100 GOP groups. Okay, including the Republican Party, the Democrat, the Republican National Committee, the RNC, the Republican Attorney General Association, Trump political groups, they were all placed under FBI investigations. Okay. It was it was part of this operation Arctic Frost and it was it was politically investigating Trump using partisan FBI agents. and DOJ prosecutors so they could improperly investigate everything about the Republican Party. Now, nobody's saying anything about that. I want to defang the FBI so it cannot do that to the DNC or to the RNC.
Starting point is 00:29:57 I want to defang this government. This is what we call the weaponization of government. And if you don't like it, like Stu said, we will stand with you shoulder to shoulder to defang these things. Shoulder to shoulder, I will stand right with you saying the government shouldn't have the power to do that. Let's get rid of this agency or let's defang this agency to the point to where it can never target anybody on any side unless you're breaking the law. That's what I want. Yeah, I'm fine with getting rid of the government licensing of these stations. There's all sorts of stuff we can go down if this is what you actually want.
Starting point is 00:30:36 But of course it isn't. They want all of this power. I mean, Glenn, we talk to a. man who the Department of Justice sentenced to prison for posting a Hillary Clinton meme. Yes. They sentenced him to prison for it, not the prison of the Hollywood home of Jimmy Kimball, where he now has to get paid tens of millions of dollars to stay home because a bunch of the stations that carry him don't want to show anymore.
Starting point is 00:31:10 Not that. They tried, they wanted to put him in prison. He lived through a decade-long legal struggle to fight off prison time for posting a meme. This is insanity, Glenn. This has happened over and over again. And the hypocrisy is there. But as you point out, the question here is, and I don't think, and this is of course the problem with today's media, I don't think many people actually listened to the United States.
Starting point is 00:31:40 entire Brendan Carr interview. Again, we can ask him about this ourselves. I'm sure he'll come on with us today or tomorrow. Yes. But like he talks often about, they're like, you know, I think it was Benny Johnson who was interviewing him. And he said, he kept asking him like, well, what do you think? Should he be pulled off the air?
Starting point is 00:31:56 And when he said over and over, and he didn't take a position on that because he said, it's very possible we might need to be the judge in a case that comes up. Now, we've been, we have to deal with us our entire lives. Our business is built around whether the FCC deems. us able to be able to broadcast. I was 13 years old when I had to take a test at the FCC office in Seattle, Washington, 13 years old trying to get my third phone license. I don't even know what a phone is because it's not the kind of phone we talk on. I had to get a third phone license at 13 years old so I could just talk on a microphone. Okay. That's how crazy. I've dealt with the
Starting point is 00:32:39 FCC my whole life. I did. despise the FCC. I despise them. But I know their rules and I abide by their rules because that's the rule of law. You want to get rid of the FCC? I am with you. But you know why the right or the left doesn't want to do that? Because they have used the FCC to strangle people like Rush Limbaugh, me, Sean Hannity, anybody. They've used them when they had control to strangle us almost to death. And yet we still survive. know why? Because ours is real. Our people actually listen to us. It's not like Jimmy Kimmel that is Jason. What is that Jason's still doing the research trying to find out what Jimmy Kimmel's actual ratings are. What place is he that so far that you can find in all of, remember Tucker
Starting point is 00:33:30 Carlson left when he was second, second in all cable news. Where is Jimmy Kimmel's show ranking on all network shows? So this is complicated because of ratings. On one of these I can find he's around 150th. But on another one I'm doing, it ranks about 120 shows on primetime shows. He ranks anywhere from 95 to somewhere between 110 and 120. So dead last pretty much in all these. He's in the group of, you know what, find the ones that are around, you know, in the 90s. Find the shows. Let's see if anyone has ever seen any of these shows that are out 110. Yeah, and we
Starting point is 00:34:14 we've mocked Stephen Colbert for losing tens of millions of dollars as he has been doing. He crushes Jimmy Kimmel in the ratings. Just talking about Colbert, who is a complete failure, he's still
Starting point is 00:34:30 dominating when it comes to this. And what's funny about this is you can, like the idea, the essential concept here is that Trump doesn't want anybody making fun of him and they're trying to get everybody thrown off the air, all of his political enemies. I'm sorry, one place you can go and hear jokes about Donald Trump, probably tonight, I don't know if he's on hiatus, but is Stephen Colbert's show?
Starting point is 00:34:52 Who's still on the air? Who's still on the air? We had this whole situation with South Park where they're constantly mocking Donald Trump. The merger still went through. There is no reason to believe that Donald Trump is trying to get everybody off the air that disagrees with him. This is a pretty unique case. This is a case in which John, Jimmy Kimmel, which by the way, he wasn't really even making jokes about Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:35:16 He was making, you know, he was basically mocking the situation. I mean, he wasn't mocking. He was also mocking Trump, but he was mocking. He was lying. And he was lying about the situation. He's lying. I don't care if you want to mock, mock. I think you're a despicable human being.
Starting point is 00:35:30 You're not changing my view on that. So continue to mock all you want, Jimmy Kimmel. You're wrong for mocking a situation like that. But you were lying. You were lying. That's where the FCC will get involved. If the FCC does get involved, because the one of the FCC, the big thing with the FCC is, are you serving the public interest?
Starting point is 00:35:53 Lying, openly lying about something is not serving the public interest. That's the thing with the FCC. They're not making something up. You are knowingly lying about a very, important thing. Imagine. Imagine. This would be like Johnny Carson or who was the guy who I think it was
Starting point is 00:36:17 Carson. After Martin Luther King is shot, if he would have gone on and said, you know, it was Martin Luther King's family that killed him. It was all his supporters that killed him. That's what Jimmy Kimmel did. That is the same exact example. You know, it was
Starting point is 00:36:33 the Democrats that killed RFK. You know, they're going to do everything they can to make sure that they don't that it's not found out that the shooter of r fk was uh was actually a member of the democratic party johnny carson wouldn't have done that because there was no evidence of that in fact all of the evidence went the other way the exact opposite way on both of those examples you can't do that that's just lying you're not serving the public what you're doing instead is you are hurting the public and the public's interest and hurting the republic.
Starting point is 00:37:14 That's stuff you can get sued for, bare minimum, and maybe lose your license. Yeah, I mean, and that's, of course, what Trump has done with some other lawsuits when they've lied about this stuff. He sued them directly and won, or at least pressured them into settling, which again, all this stuff is stuff you could complain about. if you're any other party on earth but the modern Democrats. Correct. And here's what, and here's what, and here's how you solve it. This is how I have solved, you know, when Van Jones and the White House came to complain and put pressure on Fox, went into Roger Ailes office and sat down.
Starting point is 00:37:51 Roger said to them, look, if he's made a mistake, we'll correct it right now. Just give me a list of all the things that he said is untrue. They couldn't produce a list because there wasn't anything. They came back two weeks later and said that I had. said that Van Jones had gone to prison when he only went to jail. And I corrected that. That night, I corrected it. But that was the extent of my lies. Okay? They said I was lying about everything. The way to correct that is to point it out and correct it. Jimmy Kimmel is not willing to correct this. Now, he might be now, but he wasn't then. If you got it wrong, you lead
Starting point is 00:38:27 with your mistakes. The next night you go on and say, you know what, I said something and I was wrong about it. We got our facts wrong. That's how you solve it. But they're never willing to do it. Look at Colbert. The facts are you suck. Your ratings suck. And nobody wants to sponsor your show. You're costing $40 million more than what the company makes.
Starting point is 00:38:47 It's not workable unless you're in a communist country. It doesn't work. And what does he do? He lies. He gets an Emmy for standing up and saying, Trump is targeting me. It's just not, it's not workable. It's not workable in a free society. I would have been okay with it.
Starting point is 00:39:04 Colbert. If he had just come on the next day and said, actually, I said something in their day, I made a mistake, I do suck. That's actually the reason for all this. All right. Back in just a minute. All right. What do we have? Buffalo, Miami tonight? Yes. I'm very excited to watch some football. You know, James Cook has been lighting it up so far this year. What do you think? Over or under 69.5 yards? I don't know, more or less for Tua. He's been playing well. Can you get one touchdown? I think there's a good chance of that.
Starting point is 00:39:37 I'm building my lineup right now on prize picks, and it's just daily fantasy sports. It's simple, it's easy, it's fun. You don't have to do weeks and weeks of research. You don't have to do building lineups and worrying about all this stuff. You just basically go in there and you pick more or less on several different stat categories, and you can win tons of money. You've got Dolphins Bills, Cowboys, Bears, Chiefs, Giants,
Starting point is 00:40:00 all sorts of great matchups going on. Of course, Eagles, Rams. Price picks built. on skill, not chance. And once you start making lineups, it becomes really fun to test your instincts and enjoy the games even more. Download the app today. If you use the code stew, you get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. The code is stew to get $50 instantly when you play your first $5 lineup. It's a lot of fun. You'll love it. Price picks, it's good to be right. Freedom's like a wild horse. If you don't grab the reins every once in a while,
Starting point is 00:40:33 you're liable to catch a hoof to the face and trust me that ain't pleasant back we'll be right back after this there's a time and a place for rolling the dice made a game of Yatzi you can do that when it comes to the title though of your home the document that proves you own your home that's not something you want to leave up to chance
Starting point is 00:41:06 because the truth is title theft is real and it's growing cyber criminals have figured out how to forge your signature to transfer your deed and start taking out loans against your home without you knowing. And since this crime doesn't trigger alarms or trip wires like traditional identity theft, you don't usually even find out until it's too late. Home title lock is the one service I know of that actually exclusively focuses on this threat. They constantly monitor the title to your home. And if anyone tries to tamper with it, even a little bit,
Starting point is 00:41:36 they alert you immediately and mobilize a U.S.-based restoration team to help lock it back down. If you're already a victim, they will work to help restore your home's legal title and protect you moving forward. And if you want to take a bunch of risks, you know, you can do that. Go take a road trip. You know, have some gas station sushi if you want to take some risks. But don't roll the dice with your house. AI is a big part of this as well. It's making it much, much easier for people to do this crime.
Starting point is 00:42:04 And it's, you know, it's changing the world we know. But don't let it change the name on your home's title. Go to home titlelock.com. home, home tidal lock.com. Use the promo code, blaze. Hometitleck.com. The promo code is Blaze. Protect your financial future with Home Titlelock.
Starting point is 00:42:18 At home tidalock.com, the promo code is Blaze. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. We're glad you're here. Jason's still trying to figure out how low Jimmy Kimmel really is. He's got him down to a category of what shows his show is competing with. And one of them is, of course, everybody's favorite. Muppet Mayhem. I didn't even know Muppet Mayhem was a show, let alone that the Muppets had a show on at this time,
Starting point is 00:43:03 let alone Muppet Mayhem. But that's how few people were watching Jimmy Kimmel. I've never heard of these. I will say, Glenn, this Muppet Mayhem seems to be a miniseries featuring Dr. Teeth and Electric Mayhem, the actual band. This sounds incredible. Like, I actually really want to watch it now. teeth is good. What are the, what are the shows Jason? Totally funny animals,
Starting point is 00:43:26 uh, game shows. I can see your voice, the 1% club, raid the cage. I've never heard of any of them. I've never heard any of those. That's, that's how low Jimmy Kimmel is rated. Uh, but, uh, you know, he's got a he's, we've have a right responsibility to keep him on the air. No, we don't. We have a responsibility to keep our Republican check. Uh, and by the way, uh, for those on the left that are saying, You know, the government is targeting Jimmy Kimmel. Okay, I want that to stop, too, if that's true. So I'm with you on that.
Starting point is 00:44:00 But guess who I have on as a guest, coincidentally, Peter Navarro, you know, the guy the left threw in jail because he was politically targeted by the left. We're going to talk to him about how he feels about that and Jimmy Kimmel being targeted. He was Glenn Beck. I want to talk to a little bit about moxie. Everybody thinks, you know, they'll notice a pest problem right away. But the truth is, most infestations start quietly. You know, a few ants along the baseboards, a couple of droppings in the back of the cabinet, maybe a wasp mess just out of sight.
Starting point is 00:44:33 But by the time you realize there is a problem, it's already a huge problem. That's why I use moxie. They don't just come out when you're, you know, already losing the battle. They make sure that you never have to fight the battle in the first place. And their licensed technicians don't just spray and leave. They walk the perimeter. They find the entry points. They know what to look for.
Starting point is 00:44:51 and they stay on a schedule that keeps you protected year round. Professional, respectful of your time and your space, and their service guarantee means that something pops up between visits. They come back at no extra charge. If you've been thinking about bugs, stop thinking about bugs. I remember somebody saying to me, I said, you know, I think I might be an alcoholic. And they're like, if you think that you're probably an alcoholic, if you've been thinking about bugs, you've got a bug problem.
Starting point is 00:45:16 This is the way Moxie comes in and takes away that worry. Right now, celebrate 25 years in the business. You get the first pest control service for just 25 bucks. Visit moxieservices.com slash beck and use the promo code Beck. That's moxieservices.com slash beck, promo code Beck. 60% of the vans on Amazon come to vander independent, like Sac Magic. Starting point is 00:47:28 Megan Kelly is in town today. I'm going to spend some time with Megan a little later on today. It's really, I was out in Scottsdale yesterday, and we were just walking the art walk, where it's hot as blazes here. Anyway, so just walking the art walk. And I ran into so many people that are locals here. that are mourning Charlie Kirk. It's really an amazing thing to see.
Starting point is 00:47:58 And the memorial, this makeshift memorial that has happened, it reminds me of when Princess Diana died. Just the heaps of flowers and cards and teddy bears and everything else that is sitting right in front of T.P. USA, which is not an easy place to find. It's not like Buckingham Palace. It's not an easy place to find here. And the number of people that are standing out in front,
Starting point is 00:48:23 Just showing support is pretty amazing. Keep them in your prayers. TPSA, please keep them in your prayers. You know, and I worry about them in the next couple of weeks because after, you know, if you've ever gone through the death of a loved one, once everybody leaves, that's when it really gets lonely and you start to really doubt and question everything. And they can't.
Starting point is 00:48:41 Their work is so incredibly important. All right. Yesterday, we talked about the government going after these terror organizations, specifically George Soros and laid out a case on George Soros, which Jason is here with us. He's our chief researcher. Are we going to do a special on this? Oh, are we? I cannot wait for this.
Starting point is 00:49:04 We have something, and I don't want to reveal it now. We have something beyond what was released yesterday that I think will absolutely blow minds. But we're going to put everything together, make sure it's exactly right on George Soros. But yesterday, they started talking about terror and Tifa. And we're going to go through that in 60 seconds. First, let me tell you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. There's something deeply moving about the way Christians and Jews have stood together in times of trouble, and it's not on the political side of things.
Starting point is 00:49:34 It's a spiritual connection that we have with our sister faith. It's rooted in a shared history, a common scripture, the worship of the same God and mutual respect that goes back thousands of years. The Jewish people in Israel are facing incredible danger right now, from terror attacks to food shortages, and many in Israel desperately needing help, and while the politicians are debating, the needs keep growing. The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is one of the very few organizations on the ground that has been there for decades, delivering emergency aid and food boxes and medical
Starting point is 00:50:07 support and hope. And when you give to the fellowship, you're not just sending a donation, you're sending that message of hope that Christians will not walk away from our Jewish brothers and sisters again. In a world that is turning colder by the day, it is a chance to stand up and be counted among those who bless Israel. You know, the Jerusalem Post, we were talking about this yesterday. Jerusalem Post has made me, what was it, Stu? The number one Christian voice. Christian friend of Israel, I think it was, or something like that. I can't remember. And the list of people, it's like, I'm shocked that I even made the list, but to be number one
Starting point is 00:50:45 was a true honor. So thank you for that. Get more information about how you can join the flags of fellowship movement. Visit the fellowship online at IFCJ.org. IFCJ.org. I don't know. I say it's such an honor, and it is a real honor. I mean, some things I do for the eternities, and because they're right, just flat out right and supporting Israel is, and I'm not talking about their wars or anything about it. I support the Jewish people.
Starting point is 00:51:18 have a right to live, to be heard, and to live without fear of somebody trying to kill you. I mean, I think that's pretty simple. I don't know how we all can't get on that bandwagon. But, you know, come out as the number one voice for, a Christian voice for Jews. That's not exactly helpful, Israel. It's not, in today's world, that's not necessarily going to help me an awful lot, but it means a great deal to me. And I so appreciate it. Thank you. Thank you so much. All right. Let me talk to you a little bit about Antifa.
Starting point is 00:51:54 Antifa has finally been put on the terror list as a terrorist organization. I want to get into this what it takes to be a terrorist organization, but terrorism is a word that just chills you to the bone or it should. The Department of Homeland Security lays it out clearly. Terrorism is the unlawful use of violence or threat of violence to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, influence government policy, or affect the conduct of government through destruction, chaos, or fear.
Starting point is 00:52:29 That's the standard, okay? I think that's really clear. To affect the conduct of government through destruction, yep, chaos, uh-huh, and fear. Now, ask yourself, this is not going to be hard. I'm not going to give you a lot of time to answer this question. Does Antifa fit that description? You knew the answer before I finished the question.
Starting point is 00:52:53 Yes, it does. Look at Portland. For years, we saw coordinated campaigns where so-called anti-fascists brought not arguments, not debate, but weapons into the streets. They occupied and shut off the FBI in their own headquarters. Do you remember that? Nobody did anything.
Starting point is 00:53:13 they bring bricks and Molotov cocktails, fireworks that are aimed at police precincts and federal courses. Businesses have been looted and burned. Neighborhoods terrorized. Whole blocks were seized and declared autonomous zones. Places where the law had absolutely no authority. Now is that a peaceful protest? No, that is the textbook definition? of using intimidation and violence to advance an ideology and intimidating the government to do what they want it to do. Now, DHS says that terrorism does not require an international connection. Homegrown extremists fall under it as well, but the criteria is really important. Ideologically motivated violence. Now, Antiva's stated mission is to dismantle systems of oppression.
Starting point is 00:54:13 but the tools they use are fire bombs and street beatings, targeting systems, civilians, officials, or institution. Well, they've assaulted journalists, shopkeepers, police officers, and city employees. In Portland, they surround the federal courthouses night after night with the explicit goal of driving the government authority out and burning the place down. The intent to intimidate or coerce. Ask any small business owner who had to hang a we support BLM sign just to avoid their windows being smashed if they felt coerced. That is textbook definition of terror.
Starting point is 00:54:55 Now, compare that to the groups already on the domestic terror radar. White supremacist gangs, eco-terrorists, foreign-inspired extremists. The through line on all of this is the same. Ideology plus violence equals terrorism. I plus V equals T. Ideology, violence equals terrorism. Antifa checks every single box. Well, but yeah, but it's not a structured group.
Starting point is 00:55:31 That's a dodge. You know it. I know it. It's a dodge. Al-Qaeda didn't hand out business cards. They didn't say, let me check with al-Qaeda headquarters. Let me see ISIS. What does the CEO of ISIS have to say? Lone wolf lone wolf jihadists who pledge allegiance on, you know, a telegram channel still gets classified as terrorism because that's the tactics and the outcome that matter.
Starting point is 00:55:59 Antifa operates as a network, but a decentralized network, but connected by shared symbols, shared targets, shared methods of violence. the DHS criteria, it doesn't require corporate organization charts. It doesn't. Well, yes, but who is their CFO? It doesn't have that. What they require is a pattern of ideologically motivated criminal violence. And you have it in Portland. You have it in Seattle.
Starting point is 00:56:29 You have it in Minneapolis. You have it in Washington, D.C. The pattern is over and over. Courthouses are set on fire. Police are blinded with lasers. journalists beaten in the streets, city blocks seized by force, ordinary Americans are terrified into silence. That is terrorism. So the question is not whether Antifa qualifies because they do. The real question that America should be asking today is why the hesitation to name what
Starting point is 00:57:01 they are? Why hasn't this happened a long time ago? Because once you had that organized left-wing violence can be terrorism, the narrative completely collapses. It's not just angry kids in masks. It's a coordinated movement that meets the DHS definition of domestic terrorism. It's no longer kids that we just need to understand. It's college kids that stop believing. No, it's none of that. Now it's coordinated terrorism.
Starting point is 00:57:36 And if we can call January 6th terrorism and DHS, did, then intellectual honesty demands and requires that Antifa through the same lens is viewed the same way. Violence is violence. Coercion is coercion. Fear is fear. And the people of Portland and Seattle and countless other cities have lived through nights of terror at the hands of Antifa. So all that Donald Trump is doing now is just stop pretending. That's the only thing that has changed. He hasn't come up with some grand plan or anything else. He's just like, let's stop pretending it's not a terrorist group. Let's actually name what it is. You can't defeat an enemy if you can't name it. You know, we would have never defeated the Nazis if we said,
Starting point is 00:58:29 well, the Nazis, I mean, it's just kind of a rag tag group and it's an ideology and it's not really, we would have never defeated the Nazis. We had to name the Nazis what they were, evil. evil and not because of their politics. You can be a Marxist. Stu, what was the name of the communists we used to work with in Philadelphia? What was his name? Clinton. Clinton, that's right.
Starting point is 00:58:58 And I loved the guy. I just loved him. He was a diehard communist. He worked running the board of my show. And during the show, he would argue back and forth with me, you know, about communism. him and I believe, I like Clinton, you're not going to win this argument, but God bless you. You're taking a paycheck. So, I mean, anyway, and God bless him. I had no problem with Clinton. We were friends. We were friends. It's not politics. It's about what you do with the politics. If you now take those politics and you
Starting point is 00:59:34 decide you can kill people because you disagree with them. That's a problem. You can just take the streets and you can burn down buildings and you can put stores out of, uh, out of business. You can fire bomb streets. That's when your ideology becomes terrorism because you've coupled your ideology with violence.
Starting point is 01:00:01 I plus V equals T. That's DHS. That's the law. All right. More on this in just a second. First, let me tell you about our sponsor. our sponsor is a good ranchers. When you buy meats from the grocery store,
Starting point is 01:00:16 you really don't have any idea where it comes from. And I know there's that little flag sticker on there. Those flag stickers should be taken off. Those flag stickers mean nothing. It could just be wrapped here in America. It could come off a boat and it could be all cut and they take it and they put it in a styrofoam tray and wrap it. And then it becomes a product of the USA.
Starting point is 01:00:38 Believe it or not, they can come. is a whole side of beef and then they cut it and then put it in the styrofoam and it becomes a product of the USA it's not it's not okay good ranchers thinks that's terrible and frankly it's kind of gross that we're shipping our meat from all over and we're putting our own people out of work we got to be able to feed ourselves so every cut they sell every single piece of beef and chicken and seafood 100% American raised here local farms delivered straight to your door No mystery or no middleman. Okay?
Starting point is 01:01:12 It's Good Ranchers. I'm a subscriber. I love that every box that I get supports a larger mission. That actually means something. It's bigger than just meat. It's about saving our food supply here in America. Because by the end of today's show, another farm, another ranch will be out of business because we're not supporting them.

I want to take you to North Carolina in the mountains where the hum of the cicadas, you know, and the rush of the, I think it's the Nantala-halla, something like that, the gorge. All of these sounds of nature just drown out the noise of the modern world.
Starting point is 01:02:27 Except on September 6th, a Jeep Grand Cherokee rolled to a stop on the roadside. And we have video of all of this. Driver stepped out, not with curiosity of a traveler like, this is so peaceful a night, but with malice of a vandal. Right in front of him was a banner that just said Trump, 2024. for. It's a canvas of political allegiance that fluttered in the wind for months and months and months and it belonged to the mother of Mark Thomas. He was the owner or is the owner of paddle in rafting. Okay. And to the mom, it was more than cloth. It was conviction. The man paused,
Starting point is 01:03:07 all on video now, paused, looked around, then tore it down. There was no debate, no discussion. He just took somebody's private property, crossed onto it, and then took and vandalized and destroyed it and he did it enrage and threw the banner in the dirt. It was garbage to him. Then he climbed back into his vehicle and he prepared to drive off. But he wasn't alone. Mark Thomas had been watching him. And first he was shocked and then he stepped outside with his rifle. You know, the kind of weapon a mountain man would keep not for politics, but for protection and maybe to hunt and eat. he took his rifle, fired two warning shots up in the air, said, you're being watched. And this isn't, this was, this was not terrorizing him.
Starting point is 01:03:56 He was saying, you're being watched and there's going to be a consequence. Okay, you're not free to do that. That's when it turned really dark. The man rolled back his sunroof, raised a firearm, a gun of his own, and fired not into the air, but toward Thomas. The man standing on his own property under his own flag, defending nothing more than his own property, defending something that was so terrorizing.
Starting point is 01:04:28 It was a piece of fabric proclaiming his belief in the current president of the United States. Bullets crack out, hit right behind Thomas. He stands his ground. Minutes later, the suspect circles back, making another pass, squeezing off more rounds, and then fleeing into the night with his license plate concealed. Sheriff is called. The investigation still ongoing.
Starting point is 01:04:56 Shots were fired. They identified the vehicle. And Thomas said, you know, he took my property. I was telling him to knock it off and he was trying to kill me. This is what's happening in our. country. And by the way, you know, Jimmy Kimmel will tell you today, we're trying to do everything we can to make sure that we understand that the guy who tore down that flag was a, was a MAGA supporter. It's again, the same kind of terror that is happening. Florida man arrested by the FBI. He received a, the FBI received a tip from the man's high school friend about something that this guy was posting on social media. His name is Michael Whitehead. He was in his apartment at Fort Myers, Florida, 27 years old.
Starting point is 01:05:52 And he wrote online, I personally will do everything I can to democide Republicans. All American conservatives will be systematically erased. Her oppressors will suffer by my hand, I promise. Okay. Now, he was arrested on September 10th. The same day, we were all talking about Charlie Kirk by that afternoon, this was going on in Florida. Now, this guy's attorney, Whitehead's attorney, says, well, that, I can see it can be misconstrued, you know, especially with politics, you know, there's a fever out there.
Starting point is 01:06:35 Well, there wasn't a fever out there on September 10th in the morning. There wasn't a fever. They had been investigating this guy. They had been tipped off before there was a fever. And I'm trying to find out, Stu, help me, help me misconstrue this. All conservatives will be systematically erased. I will personally do everything I can to democide Republicans. What democide means is for the government, the government to actually kill all Republicans.
Starting point is 01:07:06 Okay. Her oppressors will suffer by my hand, I promise. How, uh, tell me, how can you misconstrue what he just said? This again is somebody on the left. We're in Phoenix, Arizona. I want to thanks for the hospitality of KFII, who is hosting the program here for the next couple of days.
Starting point is 01:09:32 Yesterday, I was at TPP USA. Everybody there is just, they're so tired. They are so tired. You can see it. And they are so grateful for the outpouring of love. Honestly, I mean, these are kids. Man, they're 20-somethings. And they find themselves in this whirlwind of history.
Starting point is 01:09:52 And they are so dedicated, so dedicated. but, you know, it's a pretty shocking thing, obviously. It's shocking to us. Imagine you worked with Charlie Kirk every day. There's 150 employees there every day. It's really, it was an amazing thing to be there yesterday and be a part of history. I did Charlie's show yesterday, which was harder than I thought. Stu, harder than you thought it would be?
Starting point is 01:10:20 Yeah, yeah, it was really hard. Yeah. I mean, I couldn't even look, I couldn't even look. to my right because that's where Charlie's chair was. And all I could see was that's where Erica gave her speech. Yeah. And I brought Rush Limbaugh's microphone, the golden EIB microphone, because Charlie, I told a story yesterday that Charlie had said, you know, when he was 17, I said, so what do you want to do, kid? What do you want to do? And he was always so gracious. He said, I want to do your job. I want to be like you. And I knew exactly what he meant. I was like, you know, I didn't
Starting point is 01:10:55 say this to him and I'm like, uh-huh, uh-huh. I know what you're saying. You want to be Rush Limbaugh. You don't want to be me. You want to be Rush Limbaugh. And, and, uh, I said, well, you know, keep working hard. You know, you've got the talent to do it. And this one, he was 17 years old. And I watched him. I watched him. He was the guy. I thought, you know, David Barton and I talked about 2007 or 2008 that we weren't going to be the generation that saved it. We might be the generation that teaches the generation to save it and helps them and enables them.
Starting point is 01:11:30 And so I had been looking for a kid that grew up with the show to rise to the top to change things and eventually to become a possible next Abraham Lincoln or George Washington. And I really thought Charlie was the one. And he would have been. He would have, I think he would have made a great present. Another 10 years. Can you imagine what Charlie Kirk would have been like? And so it was it was really, really difficult.
Starting point is 01:11:54 And when I brought the microphone with me and I said, I wish, I'll hopefully I'll be able to tell you some things that have been going on recently. But I had hoped to have a moment with Charlie in the next couple of months that I was going to, I was going to say this to him on the air. that he surpassed Rush Limbaugh. He's way past me, and he surpassed Rush Limbaugh. I mean, Rush did a lot of things, but Rush was a broadcaster and a very good broadcaster. I'm a broadcaster and a pretty good broadcaster.
Starting point is 01:12:35 Charlie not only was a broadcaster, but he was a narrowcaster, and those are two very different skills. He was also one of the best teachers, one of the best, one of best debaters. He was also a really amazing political mind. He was an advisor to presidents. He was a guy who was a community organizer that was responsible for the 2024 election. Much of it was him. He was a good dad. He was a great man.
Starting point is 01:13:06 He was a Billy Graham to a lot of youth in this country. That's much more than Rush and Rush and I ever did. ever did together um and so when i put that microphone in front of him or in front of his microphone uh it was so difficult so difficult um and i i wish i would have had the chance to say that to him before he died but we we obviously ran out of we ran out of time i i thought we were going to have many many more years and and very close years. We're going to be, hopefully, I'm going to be announcing something on Monday in regards to
Starting point is 01:13:52 Charlie Kirk, but we'll see how things work out, but hopefully that will come Monday. Another hard and difficult thing was you might remember a theme that I did in 2018, and it was a theme that I wrote, and I think it was 2018, somebody can check it for me, but it was a theme that I asked David Osmond to write. And it was probably our least favorite theme. Out of all the themes, I changed the theme of the show every year. And it was probably the least favorite of everybody because they didn't understand it. Nobody understood it.
Starting point is 01:14:24 But I was convinced that political assassinations were going to begin that year. And I wanted to prepare our audience, you for that time to say, if it comes, and I didn't say this on the air, but if it comes, we have to be united. But that year I asked him to write a theme for the show called We Are One. That year is the year Charlie and I were out on a balcony in Miami talking about things that come. And we talked about assassinations. And we talked about, you know, it could be one of us. And how would we want our audiences to respond? So I know exactly.
Starting point is 01:15:09 Charlie is so proud of the way. you and his audience has reacted. He is so proud of it, and I know for a fact because we discussed it. But yesterday, my daughter, who was 10 feet from the tent when he was shot, 10 feet. She was a huge fan of Charlie's. She wants to come to the funeral so badly, but she said, I don't think I can handle it, Dad. I don't think I can go. I don't think I can handle it emotionally.
Starting point is 01:15:43 She went into the studio with Charlie Kirk the night before last, not Charlie Kirk, with David Osmond, and re-recorded the theme for Charlie. And I played it yesterday. In case you haven't heard it, here is, We Are One, the message that I wanted to send to you the year I thought political assassinations were going to begin. Listen. Don't see everything in the story. same way I'll stay When I ask
Starting point is 01:16:56 David will fall for anything it's true So I have decided I will stand for you And I When I asked David Osmond to write that theme I never imagined that my then
Starting point is 01:20:05 13 year old daughter Who I don't even know if she had discovered Charlie Kirk yet. I never thought that she would not only witness firsthand his assassination, but then would sing that theme in honor of Charlie Kirk. If you would like to support TPSA or the Charlie Kirk family, I'm telling you, I spent time with Erica yesterday. She is a hour house.
Starting point is 01:20:39 She's right when she said, you have no idea what you've unleashed. They unleashed her. And she is a force to be reckoned with. And if you would like to support not only their family, but the family of TPP USA and make sure that their good mission continues to go on, we invite you as a family. You can donate directly to TPSA. Or you can go as our family, our show, would like to be one to say thank you personally. and if you feel you'd like to say thank you to Charlie as a audience member, go to give sendgo.com slash 912 project and donate there.
Starting point is 01:21:22 All right, more in just a second. Let me tell you about American financing. The Federal Reserve doesn't lose sleep on your credit card bill, you know. No matter what the interest rate is doing to you, your bank, they're not worried about it. It doesn't matter to them how much interest you're paying. It does to American financing. It does to me.
Starting point is 01:21:46 It does to the president, quite frankly. You know, they lowered it yesterday by a quarter of point. Was it yesterday or the day before I flushed a rank of time? But you are interested in that. And if you're carrying debt, paying too much every month, just feeling stuck, there is a smart way to move forward. And it's American financing. They'll help you restructure your debt through a custom mortgage refi,
Starting point is 01:22:07 one that is built around your goals and not the banks. Their salary-based mortgage consultants don't work for the bank. They work for you. And because they don't push hidden fees or upsells, you actually get honest advice from them, and you can save big over the long term. Some people are saving, you know, $10,000 every year. That's a $10,000 raise just by calling American financing. 800, 906 2440, or go to Americanfinancing.
Starting point is 01:22:37 dot net. NMLS 182334, NMLS Consumer Access.org. APR for Rates in the Five starts at 6.799% for well-qualified borrowers. Call 800906 2440 for details about credit costs and terms. This is Beck. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. We're glad you're here. There's a couple of things. First of all, that Charlie Kirk Tribute, you can find it now at Spotify under Charlie Kirk Tribute. We Are One. You can find it it's Spotify, please pass it to a friend and spread it as much as you possibly can. But it's Charlie Kirk tribute. We Are One by David Osmond and Cheyenne Grace, available now on Spotify. Coming up next hour, you know the doctor that got in trouble because he was saying bad things in front of a patient, saying bad things and mocking Charlie Kirk's death.
Starting point is 01:23:51 And the nurse that was fired because she pointed it out to him and said, hey, what is this? and then posted it online. She was fired first. Now she's been rehired, but the doctor has lost his gig. She's going to be joining us here in about half an hour. Because really the topic today is, at least on social media, the big trending topic is how, oh, Donald Trump is starting to use the government to target his enemies.
Starting point is 01:24:17 That's laughable. But they're talking about Antifa, now being called a terror organization, also Jimmy Kimmel losing his place on, you know, probably 80 stations of ABC. And ABC has suspended him indefinitely, not fired him, just suspended him. And they're saying, you know, now the government is, you know, suppressing free speech, yada, yada. Well, let's talk to somebody who understands suppressing free speech, shall we? Peter Navarro is with us. He's written a book, I went to prison so you don't have to.
Starting point is 01:24:53 what happens when the American justice system is weaponized against you? Peter Navarro, a guy who knows what it's like to have the government weaponized against you. First hand will be here, and I'm interested to hear his take on what is happening to Jimmy Kimmel and how oppressive this government is being to Jimmy Kimmel, of all people. And by the way, I have stood up for people on the right and the left relentlessly on freedom of of speech. I do not like it at all. And I certainly do not like, I mean, I took on ABC right after 9-11 when they went after Bill Maher. And I said, what part of politically incorrect did you not understand ABC? And I hated what Bill Maher had said. I didn't like what Bill Maher stood for at
Starting point is 01:25:44 the time, but I defended him relentlessly and got hammered by my own audience for it. That's okay. I believe in freedom of speech. Jimmy Kimmel, that's not freedom of speech. He lied. He lied about the killer of Charlie Kirk and made a joke out of it. You can make all the jokes you want. I think it's in very poor taste, but you can do that. He is not serving the public by lying about what happened to Charlie Kirk.
Starting point is 01:26:15 We're going to talk to Peter Navarro and that nurse who almost found herself out of the job until the tables were turned, and we'll find out from both of them. Coming up next. This is Glenn Beck. Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program from KFII in Phoenix, Arizona, as we spend the week with TPSA and remembering Charlie Kirk here in Arizona. I'm so glad that you have joined us today.
Starting point is 01:27:42 Thank you, KFYI, for your hospitality. Today we're talking about freedom of speech and the weaponization of government, because those are the two topics that are trending today because of course the New York Times and the left just think what has happened to Jimmy Kimmel is just the worst tragedy to our republic and the worst violation of freedom of speech in their in modern history I mean forget about the Japanese internment camps forget about you know the McCarthy area This is the biggest violation in modern history of freedom of speech. No, actually, what Jimmy Kimmel was doing on television was lying and then not apologizing. And you had a corporation that was just sued for lying and not apologizing. And the president won in court. So I think that tends to make ABC a little nervous about things.
Starting point is 01:28:46 Now, the left says that Donald Trump. Trump is just weaponizing the government like crazy. I want to talk to you a little bit about weaponization of the government. In fact, I don't want to. Peter Navarro is here. In fact, he not only wrote a book called I went to prison so you don't have to. He actually went to prison because of the weaponization of government. So I thought he might be a good guest to have on today for those who are crying for Jimmy Kimmel.
Starting point is 01:29:15 Peter Navarro joins us in 60 seconds. Stand by. First, big wireless companies. don't just provide cell service. They push an agenda. They donate to groups that fight against the values you hold. They support abortion lobbies, radical gender policies, politicians who openly oppose religious freedom, free speech in the Constitution itself.
Starting point is 01:29:33 Why would you pay a mobile phone company to do that? Why? You're already paying your taxes and your taxes are already paying for those things. Through the NGOs, which hopefully will end very soon. But when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're taking that same. monthly bill and putting it to work for something that actually matters. They use the same exact cell towers on the major carriers. They get the strong same nationwide coverage without compromising your principles. So please, they make it really easy to switch, easy to keep

Let's say hello to our good friend Peter Navarro.
Starting point is 01:30:34 Hi, Peter. How are you? Well, heavy heart, as you might understand. My brother Charlie lost him. I knew him going back to 2016 when I was on a campaign trail with President Trump, and candidate Trump. I thought,
Starting point is 01:30:55 I thought Charlie, young kid at the time. And I thought he was Don Quixote, to be honest. I mean, how would you ever mobilize the youth of America, which is so left wing? And,
Starting point is 01:31:09 and behold, Charlie taught us how to do that, and he's going to be missed. And it's a shame. And, you know, all this stuff, Kimmel and this, that, and the other thing. I mean, I went to prison, so you won't have to. The book is really a treatise on how the left is basically engaged in a sustained attack on Donald Trump, his associates, and the mega movement. And interestingly enough, I don't know if you know the full.
Starting point is 01:31:49 story, but for me, it started with a raid at Reagan airport where the FBI came. She's the first chapter of I went to prison so you won't have to. It started where they cornered me in the gangway, me and my fiance, dangerous hombres that we are, five armed FBI. As I wound up Well, Bonnie, her name is Bonnie, Clyde. I'm just saying. There we go. Yeah. All 4 foot 11 and 95 pounds of her, you know.
Starting point is 01:32:27 I'm like, I'm 74 years old at the time. The only thing I'm packing is a sandwich for the ride, you know, it's kind of like. But what's interesting about this is the agent who took me, He was a guy named Walter Giedina, FBI agent. And it's come out subsequently because of the efforts of Senator Chuck Grassley that Gerdina was part of every attempt to stop Donald Trump from getting elected in 2016, 2024, and 2020. And when Donald Trump was in office, he was one of the insurrectionists.
Starting point is 01:33:12 And he was a guy who originally helped greenlight the steel dossier, allegedly, as reported by whistleblowers. The steel dossier was the fake dossier, that's undisputed, that was manufactured by Hillary Clinton's campaign, to promote the Russia hoax. And this guy, Giardina, was one of the agents who said it was real, not fake, and that started the whole. ball rolling. And we go through eight years of endless operations. And my point here is that they put me and Steve Bannon in prison. Everyone involved was a Democrat. They bankrupted my good friend, Rudy Giuliani, with their lawfare. Jeff Clark, John Eastman, good lawyers helping President Trump. They're trying to take their bar cards away as we speak. Four times. times in four different courtrooms.
Starting point is 01:34:14 They tried to put Donald Trump in prison and came pretty damn close, if you asked me. And two assassination attempts. And now Charlie Kirk with a bullet in his neck by some left-wing guy groomed in the dark corners of the Internet by ideology. And this, I went to prison so you don't have to. Is it a story about the dangerous and disturbing ace. symmetry between this, this, this relentless war on us by the left and how we're not really responding.
Starting point is 01:34:55 And I don't know if you know this. I don't know, maybe you saw the speech, but the day I got out of prison, I wound up on the stage of the Republican National Convention in support of then candidate Trump. I went to prison so you won't have it. a tagline from the speech. That speech. But the rest of it is simply that I'm a wake-up call. What they did to me is a wake-up call for this country that we have to do one thing.
Starting point is 01:35:29 Okay. The five stages of grief now have one additional, and that's accountability. Okay. And if we don't hold these people accountable for what they did to me, to ban, to Trump, to Giuliani, to the Christians who protested at abortion clinics, to the school board people who, the parents who, I mean, if we don't hold these people account them, and they have names, and I can give you their names, then they'll do it again. I mean, make more than the sake about it.
Starting point is 01:36:06 If we lose the house in 2026 and you put wackos like, geez, Crock, Jasmine Crock and AOC and Maxine Waters in charge of that insane asylum otherwise known as the House of Representatives, they will start issuing subpoenas again. And my case, by the way, is ongoing. Even though I did my time in prison and there's no personal reason for me to pursue the appeal, I'm pursuing that appeal because my case, U.S. versus PRISA, Peter Navarro is a landmark case in the constitutional separation of powers and executive privileges. And the Department of Justice has already withdrawn their opposition to my appeal and gone back to what was 50 years of support for what I was forced to do by Congress in that subpoena.
Starting point is 01:37:05 So these are dark times, but we do have Trump in the White House. We're getting good stuff done for the American people. But we've got to solve this law fair problem, Glenn. They're just going to keep doing it. Well, you know, I said today, Peter, that, you know, the left is saying, we don't want the government to be able to regulate and tell people they can be on the air or off the air. And I'm like, I am, I've done broadcast my whole life. I'm the first to say, you want to abolish the FCC?
Starting point is 01:37:36 You want to take the, you want to defang the FBI. you want to defang all of these. You grew them. It wasn't constitutional lovers that did that. It was a progressive movement on both a Republican and Democratic side. I'm for defanging, but they don't actually want to defang it because they want the power. When they have the power, they want all of these rights to do what they're claiming we're doing now. I want to defend the whole thing.
Starting point is 01:38:02 Do you think it's possible, Peter, that we can defang it, that Donald Trump can do it? he can do anything and and he's demonstrating that i mean on the on the tariff front i mean i was around when during the first term i was one of only three people even mill and dan scabino were the other two who were there for the whole four years uh and i was like the china hawk tariff guy right and that first term there was nothing but cross winds and headwinds right very difficult to land the plane this time i mean i mean I mean, everybody understands that the world's cheapness. We're fighting back.
Starting point is 01:38:46 We're getting all sorts of revenues for the American people. $17 trillion in new investment at last count. And factories, jobs, and it's just a beautiful thing. And by the way, we're going to pay down the national debt with a tariff revenue. So I'm bullish on that. But on this issue of the left, I mean, he's a kid that's a 22 year old kid
Starting point is 01:39:14 picks up a rifle and shoots Charlie Kirk because he has been trained by folks on the internet to hate anybody
Starting point is 01:39:31 who's in MAGA it's like I mean every time they call us a fascist right I mean think about this Glenn
Starting point is 01:39:40 It's like, I went to friggin' prison. And everybody who put me there was a Democrat. There were no Republicans except Liz Cheney who put me in prison, and that exception proves the rule, right? Only Democrats put me in prison, put Steve Bannon in prison, prosecuted Donald Trump, tried to overthrow his government, all Democrats, and killed Charlie Kirk. And they tell us we're the fascists. and when they say that and you can you can see the clips
Starting point is 01:40:13 I'm sure you probably played a bunch of them when Chuck Schumer went after the Supreme Court he wound up he wound up sending a guy to blow uh
Starting point is 01:40:26 yes Tavanaugh's house up or burn it down it's like what did they expect they're you can't I mean I'm I'm all for free speech but
Starting point is 01:40:38 um you know, the old saw about you can't shout fire in a crowd of theater, you can't be calling, I mean, Maxine Waters, I think Maxine Waters and Jasmine Crockett should be charged as accessories before the fact in Charlie Curtis murder. Because they incite this. I mean, the hatred, do you look at the Internet and the crap people write these days? It's like, they wouldn't say that to your face. they'll say anything on winning that. Peter, I have to tell you, you and I both come from an old school where we wouldn't have seen that.
Starting point is 01:41:15 I think people are willing to say that to each other's face now. I mean, the hatred is so deep. And, you know, this idea that Donald Trump and all of his supporters are Hitler, they actually, you know, you say it enough times and enough people start to believe it. These people actually believe that now. It's a sickness. It is truly a mental illness, and they'll say it to your face. I mean, what's happening is just horrible. I wrote this article this week about that.
Starting point is 01:41:49 Remember the broken window theory? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. The real anime famous is the idea that if you allow graffiti on the walls and broken windows and all sorts of petty crimes going on and you don't crack down on it, then it gets worse. And Giuliani came into New York City at its low point and forced the broken window through. He started cleaning up the small stuff
Starting point is 01:42:16 and the big stuff went away. That was it. And I think we've got the same thing. You're talking about it, which is that the speech on the Internet, it's like they started small years ago. And now they're just, they'll say anything. And I watch these ice agents, but a tremendous respect for us.
Starting point is 01:42:39 It's like, why are we even letting people with masks get within 12 inches in screaming these people's face when they're holding like bats or other kinds of weapons? I mean, I'm ready. I'm ready for law and order, my brother. And I want a maskless society. You know, the old saying about an armed society. is a polite society. That was Robert Heinle. I remember where that came from or Charleston Heston has to made it famous.
Starting point is 01:43:12 But an unmasked society is a polite society. And whether it's unmasked in public or unmask on the Internet, I think, I don't know. We've got to turn this around somehow. Those with the baseball bats and the masks are the ones that are now coming out and saying that I shouldn't be able to wear a mask. I mean, the hypocrisy is enough. Peter, thank you so much for being on.
Starting point is 01:43:37 The name of the book is I went to prison so you don't have to. White House Senior Counselor for Trade and Manufacturing. His story is amazing. What he saw in prison, I mean, it'll curl your hair. It really is, it's a wicked story. I went to prison so you don't have to by Peter Navarro. Peter, we'll talk again. Thank you so much for being on the program.
Starting point is 01:43:57 Our sponsor this half hour is Preborn. You know what? One of the most sinister things about abortion, Mills is a fact that it's been getting a lot of our, a lot of our money. And Planned Parenthood, you know, they know what they're doing. They know the gruesome steps involved in the murdering of babies. They know they're profiting off of this. It's, I mean, it's so evil.
Starting point is 01:44:26 It is so evil. And you're taking advantage of the most vulnerable. A woman who is scared out of her mind has no idea what she's going to do, trapped by everyone in her life and your solution is let's kill the baby every time that woman says yes to an abortion a cash register rings pre-born partners with clinics all across the country and they provide free ultrasounds and counseling and support to women in crisis they don't just save babies they stand with the mothers and save the moms too they just need love compassion and

Starting point is 01:45:46 You know, it was about this time yesterday that I hit the commercial break and my security team came in and said, sir, we've got to move you to a different place. There's a bomb threat. I'm like, what? You didn't know about it. We didn't say anything about it. I had to go over to Charlie Kirk's studio in about 30, minutes anyway. And so Pat took over the last part of the show yesterday around this time.
Starting point is 01:46:16 We want to thank Pat for doing that. But we just live in a crazy, crazy world. And you know, it's even more crazy is, I believe the guy who identified the guy who made the threat and left the package in front of TPSA yesterday. I believe the guy that did that was a New York Times writer. And a really good, really good guy. I met him yesterday for the first time and I was shocked. Like, wait, the New York Times, New York Times? I mean, the one in New York that writes the paper, that New York Times? Really nice guy.
Starting point is 01:46:53 And I believe he was the one who said, that's the man who left the package. But luckily, there wasn't anything in the package, but a bomb squad had to be called and everything else. We just live in crazy, crazy, crazy times. And please, pray for people's safety. I am amazed at how things have changed. You know, while things I think on our side are getting better, that people are more in touch with God and the spirit and are trying to be peaceful and loving and united,
Starting point is 01:47:28 the left is going the opposite way. And the threat that people in the public eye on our side are under now is remarkable. And so please pray for all those who are just trying to tell the truth. And I don't care what side you're on. Just pray for anybody who is willing to actually tell the truth today. Truth has become a very dangerous thing in the United States of America. This is Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 01:48:03 From radical ideology to historical revisionism, The classroom is a battleground right now. And the Department of Education should be abolished. But anyway, while this is still being worked out, thousands of parents feel helpless like they're watching their children be pulled in a direction they never agreed to. And Prager You is fighting back. They've created a library of free high-quality videos,
Starting point is 01:48:30 curriculum tools, and educational resources that teach young people to think critically, love their country, and understand the values that built Western civilization. This is not just an alternative. It's a movement. Millions of students, parents, and teachers have already tapped into Prager-U's content, and the momentum is growing day by day.
Starting point is 01:48:50 If you're looking for a way to push back against the cultural decline, this is a resource worth saving. Right now, until September 19th, and this is only for this audience, this is through tomorrow, Prager U is extending their triple match campaign. You want to make a new one. impact on the next generation, they're going to triple match dollar for dollar. I've never heard of anybody doing this. It's a special opportunity for you to give. Give what you can now. Prageru.com slash Glenn. Prageru.com slash Glenn. I want to introduce you to Lexi Kensel. She's an amazing
Starting point is 01:49:47 woman. She was in front of a nurse's station. She's a nurse. There were eight nurses there and a patient. And a doctor walks up and they're talking about the assassination of Charlie Kirk that day. And he said, oh, I hate Charlie Kirk. He had it coming. He deserved it. Now, Lexi, she's a registered nurse. She was the only one that spoke up. She said, you're a doctor. How could you say somebody deserved to die? She said that you could hear a pin drop.
Starting point is 01:50:21 Nobody said anything. Even the patient was just kind of. of like, I don't know what to say. She reports the incident to management. Then she gets home. She posts about this and the doctor on her private Instagram. And just about an hour later, she gets a phone call from her union representative saying she needs to look for another job.
Starting point is 01:50:44 And then she was pulled into a meeting at the hospital. And she was suspended without pay pending an investigation. Now, she does not want to come on and talk about the hospital or, you know, by name or the doctor or anything else by name. And I highly recommend that as well, because she's already having to spend a lot of her own money, I'm sure, on litigation and just trying to keep her head above water. But she's been a nurse trained at the Catholic University of America. You've been a nurse for 10 years. And she joins us now. Lexi, thank you for your courage.
Starting point is 01:51:20 Thank you, Glenn. Thank you for having me. This is amazing to be able to have this platform right now. So tell me the story. I mean, beyond what we just heard, what was the patient, was the patient checking out in a wheelchair? Why is the patient at the nurse's station? And how did this come about? Was this that patient's doctor? I don't even know. I actually didn't even know who this doctor was. I've never even seen him, nor did I know his name. I didn't even know he was a doctor. And this was in an endoscopy area. So the patient had just come out from a procedure. And they were, it's a very, it's an interesting setup. So there's structures all along. You have the nurses taking care. There's no rooms. So the nurses station is directly in front of a line. up of structures with patients on them. So when you heard this, I mean, because this is what we went through with COVID, where doctors were actually saying, you know, if you don't have the vaccine, I'm not going to treat you. All of a sudden, if you don't agree with the vaccine, I'm not going to treat.
Starting point is 01:52:39 You deserve to die. This is so far away from the Hippocratic oath, which I don't even know. Do they have to take that oath anymore? Because it doesn't seem like it really exists. Nurses, you know, we have, we have it too. I mean, there's a set of standards that you're obligated to stand by. And I dealt with it during COVID as well as a nurse. I refused to get that vaccine.
Starting point is 01:53:06 I didn't feel comfortable. I didn't want it. And I had to, you know, being there for a month for my termination letter. You know, I said, well, what, what's going to happen to me if I don't get this vaccine? And they said, you'll be terminated. I said, okay, you know what, I'll wait for my letter. And on that day, it was in October. I remember I waited and waited for this letter to be fired.
Starting point is 01:53:31 And, you know, I get a call like, oh, well, you know, you can apply for a religious exemption. And I'm like, what do you mean? I've never even heard of this before. And why are you telling me now after making me sit there for so long thinking I'm going to be fired? It was like they were coercing me to get this vaccine. So when you saw him say that, it must have been a rush back to that kind of time. Exactly. I mean, exactly.
Starting point is 01:54:06 I didn't even think twice about what was coming out of my mouth. I just couldn't believe it. I just kept saying, like, you're a doctor. You're a physician. I mean, what if a patient comes into the hospital? and, you know, they're wearing, you know, a Charlie Kirk shirt or any type of shirt that the doctor does not agree with. You know, now we raise the question, is this patient going to be treated the same? I have to tell you, I've had to go to the hospital, et cetera, in New York City.
Starting point is 01:54:40 And I've had that very thought because, you know, I know, what am I wearing a T-shirt of me? You know, it's pretty obvious who I am. And I thought of that. And I often think of what Reagan said after he was shot. He's on the table. He's almost dead. I mean, they almost killed him. He's on the table.
Starting point is 01:55:00 And right as they're putting him under, he says, hang on just a second. I'm assuming all of you are Republicans. And the Democrat said, the main doctor said, sir, we are all Republicans today. That is the way we should be. I'm not asking you to, I'm just asking you, will you treat you? me like a human being or because you politically differ from me, am I less than a human being? Am I less of an important patient to you because of my political stance? Exactly.
Starting point is 01:55:32 This is way beyond politics. This is just, it's unbelievable. I mean, you should not be treated differently because of any type of view that you have. So can you tell me what happened without getting any intention? names, what happened to you and then what happened to the doctor? And where does this all stand? So I, you know, as you all know, I was pulled into that. Well, I'll back it up to when I posted this on my private Instagram. Went home. I posted it. I got a call from my manager who was wonderful, by the way. She said, you know what? You got to take the angle of part down. I said, you know, I'm standing on, you know,
Starting point is 01:56:17 what I posted, but I will certainly take the hospital as a name out of it. So an hour later, I took that down and reposted without Engle with the name on it. And then the next day, I get pulled into the meeting and I gave them my story about what happened at the end of that meeting. They told me I was suspended without pay. And they told me that it was really just standard procedure and they just need to look into it. It didn't seem too serious at that point. I felt okay leaving the hospital. Like, you know, I don't really know what's going to happen, but they told me to just relax and,
Starting point is 01:56:56 and this is just standard. They said, okay. Did they do that to the doctor? So I did ask that at the end of the meeting as well. I said, so is he getting the same treatment as I am? And they told me, we can't speak on it. So who knows? I mean, I don't know really. anything that went down on his part. The next day, I get an email from my union rep, which, who was in the meeting with me as well. And public, you can, you can read it for yourself. It says he should start looking for another job. So that to me is like, okay, so is this person, did she get a little tip from the hospital that this is how it's going to go?
Starting point is 01:57:43 Because this is unacceptable. I mean, this person's supposed to be on my side, and I don't even know how this is helping me at any point to just tell me to look for another job. And you wonder, too, because it's a union, you wonder if that union, like the teacher's union, is on your side or are there actually for, you know, freedom of speech, for everybody and neutral, or if they have a political bent to them. I would imagine. Exactly. what I would think. Exactly. That's exactly what I thought.
Starting point is 01:58:15 I mean, I'm not, I'm not stupid. Yeah. Yeah. Do you know what happened to the doctor since? Because I've heard the doctor doesn't have a job now, and you do have a job at the hospital. Yes. So they offered me my, they said, you know, we'll lift the suspension. And that doctor has resigned.
Starting point is 01:58:39 And that's really all that I know. Well, that's at least somewhat of a happy ending to this. I am so proud of you and so pleased to be able to say, good job. I mean, that took real guts. I mean, you already, you already did your first tour of duty on COVID, and now you do a second. Was it easier to do it the second time or harder? I think this one was definitely harder.
Starting point is 01:59:21 You know, it blew up overnight and it became very public. And it makes you think, you know, had this not been so public, maybe today I wouldn't have a job as a nurse. How are things going with you now at work? Is it back to normal? I haven't gone back yet. My first shift back will be on Monday. So, you know, I've had some really good people in my corner. I've, you know, I had Jodi O'Malley reach out to me. She's a professional whistleblower. And I've had nurses out loud contact me. And they've given me some really good advice. I've also had the support of so many coworkers, which has been amazing. I mean, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, Obviously, I'm very, very anxious to go back to work, but I have to go in with my head up and stand on my beliefs and my faith. And I've gotten a message from one of the security guards, actually. It was very nice.
Starting point is 02:00:29 He said, you know, thank you for speaking out. Just know that you have the staff here is on your side 100%. So I guess we'll see, you know, we'll see going back how it is. Well, I hope that, you know, the hospital continues to be behind you and there's no ramifications and that everybody welcomes you with open arms. I cannot imagine how it couldn't. You cannot have doctors or nurses saying things like that and feeling that way. I mean, if you feel that way, you feel that way, I guess. but I expect you to be professional enough not to say those things, you know, at work in front of patients and front of the nurses.
Starting point is 02:01:21 You cannot spread that kind of poison. Your job is to save lives and to look at everyone equally and say, I don't care who they are, what they believe. That's a human being. It is my job to save them. And you just can't have that kind of poison, you know, with somebody that we, trust to take care of us. Exactly. I mean, everyone knows, that's what they teach you in nursing school.
Starting point is 02:01:50 You treat everybody the same. I mean, I've had patients who have been in drunk driving accidents who have, you know, harmed other people and you have, and you treat that patient as if it was any other person. You can't let beliefs or thoughts of any type of, you know, discrimination get in the way of treating the patient. And that's really what this is about is treating everybody the same and with respect. Lexi, it's an honor to talk to you. Thank you so much for being on the program.
Starting point is 02:02:22 I appreciate it. And you call us. If there's a problem, you call us, all right? I will. Thank you so much. All right. Thank you. Lexi, Kenzel.
Starting point is 02:02:31 By the way, she was raising, she's a friend actually started to raise money. $500 is what she wanted because she had to file all the paperwork and everything else. I know she's got, you know, expenses. And they've already covered that. And when they hit $500, she was like, I want the rest of it to go to TPSA, anything raised above it. And I think they were at $2,500. I looked last night, $2,500. They have a goal of $4,500.
Starting point is 02:02:57 And that's easy for this audience to help out. If you're a nurse or a doctor or you just believe, you know, in this, reward her for her courage. She's not going to take the money. It's going to TPSA, but send her the message. If you're going to give to TPSA, this might be. might be a good way. Just go to gofundme.com. Nurses for TPSA.
Starting point is 02:03:16 Nurses for TPSA. Back in just a minute. All right. Our sponsor, this half hour is real estate agents I trust. This is my company. This is a company that I started quite honestly out a little out of frustration. My brother and I were both selling our house at the same time and we both had problems finding a real estate agent.
Starting point is 02:03:36 We were talking about me. We're both pretty intelligent people, but we don't do real estate. That's not what we do. and every time it seems that either of us tried to sell a house, we just were like, I don't know how to find a real estate agent. I don't know. Is this guy good? Is this guy good?
Starting point is 02:03:50 And you just kind of go with your gut and you just go off of, I don't know, either the bus board or some friend who's like, I don't know, I had a real estate agent once and they were good. That's not the way to interview somebody that's going to, you do the transaction of the biggest financial transaction you will probably ever make in your life. So I started working with the 500 best real estate agents in the country. Um, real estate agents. I trust.com is what we gave birth to.
Starting point is 02:04:17 Um, I asked these guys, this according to the Wall Street Journal, by the way, I asked these guys, you know, what made them unique? What made them the 500 best in the country? And I learned from them. And then we started looking for them and in interviewing and, uh, seeking those kind of people out. And we found a bunch of them enough to put a network out. We don't have them in every place.
Starting point is 02:04:37 And we keep our number to down to about two or three thousand real estate agents. because we can monitor that. We can't monitor anything bigger than that. So call us or just write to us. Tell us where you're moving to and from. And we'll tell you if we can help you or not. And we're going to line you up with the best real estate agent, in our opinion, the one that fits all those parameters of the 500 best and line you up with that person.
Starting point is 02:05:02 You can interview them yourself and say, I don't want you on somebody else if you want. But let us just give you this free service of giving you a list or at least a name of somebody in your area that you can call. It's real estate agents. I trust.com. That's real estate agents. itrust.com.
Starting point is 02:05:19 You want the truth unfiltered? Pull up a chair, my friend. You're in the right place. This is Glenn Beck. I got to tell you, I can't believe we just talked to that nurse and made that into a big deal. When the real tragedy is that Jimmy Kimmel
Starting point is 02:05:57 is having to sit at home for a while making $30 million a year, year. I mean, the injustice there in Jimmy Kimmel's house is an injustice everywhere. I'm just just saying, may I quote somebody, I don't remember even who I'm quoting, but I'm willing to play by the old rules, but I'm not willing to play by the old rules while you play by the new rules. I am totally fine living constitutionally and doing it, but not to the detriment of everything I believe, because you've reinvented the rules and so we'll do nothing. because we're on the old rules, you're on the new rules, uh-uh, sorry.
Starting point is 02:06:36 Let's all play by the old rules. Let's do that, shall we? Daddy's coming home from England soon. And back.
