Today, we have Rudy Giuliani on. I'm going to give you the White House strategy and what the White House was saying yesterday. We're going to go through all of the scams, the, uh, the, uh, the, playing with the numbers, all of the accusations, what are true, which are not. I don't know. We did our homework so we can help you understand where this race really stands.

And there's a lot of disinformation. By the way, if you are labeled by Twitter as someone whose content may not be accurate. I'm, you know what, I'm at the point now where I look at that kind of as a badge of honor. It doesn't mean that that content is accurate. It just means you are willing to say something. You're willing to question.

You're willing to look at least the other side. I said this when I was in college. I still believe this. Anyone who tells you don't question this. Anyone who says, only listen to me, they are a danger not only to you, but you and your family's freedom. So we question with boldness.

I don't know what the answer is going to be in the end, but I do have some questions, and we begin in 60 seconds. This is the Glenn Beck program. So I had a really great idea. Next time we have an election, let's put it into the hands of the cyber criminals. Why don't we just cut out the middleman? I mean, it would be so much faster, wouldn't it?

I mean, shouldn't the voting process? be the most transparent? Okay. Now, we could just give it, you know, to the cyber criminals, or we can do everything we can to fight cybercrime and become more transparent.

And it is the people that really either don't want to work for a living, or they feel like they deserve what you have, or my favorite, countries. that have these, I mean, China has an entire building. I want to tell you first of all where the Trump administration stood according to the White House yesterday. And Rudy Giuliani is going to be joining us in a few minutes and he's going to give us where they stand today and what their strategy is. But this is from yesterday. Here's the state of play, pathway to victory in Pennsylvania.

There are more than a million ballots left to be counted, including roughly 300,000 in Philadelphia, using extremely conservative estimates, even if the president receives only 5% of the ballots in Philadelphia. And then 30% of the remaining ballots, these are all the ballots the rest of the million, the president will win Pennsylvania by 40,000 votes. We are confident of winning because many of these absentee mail-in ballots are from conservative counties. There are 54,000 ballots left to be counted in Cumberland County, 40,000 ballots left to be counted in Westmoreland County, a county where President Trump won 69% of the vote.

There are 20,000 ballots left to be counted in Franklin County, the county where President Trump more than 82% of the vote on Tuesday. There are 20,000 ballots left to be counted in Beaver County. They believe that they will win more than 5% of the ballots in Philadelphia County because of the inroads that he made with blacks and Hispanics. They expect to overperform the historic GOP margin of minority voting. voters by two to five percent. But as of yesterday, they were saying, if we get only five percent of Philadelphia and

30 percent of the remaining ballots, they will take Pennsylvania. Now, I put Stu in an incredibly awkward position because, well, he's the gay character on a conservative show, so he's got to be the bad guy. That's right. I forgot about that. I'm also forgot about being gay. But I am asking him to look at all of the stats and look at both sides of everything and tell me where anybody has it wrong. Now, this is from the White House yesterday.

So things have changed. They've counted more. Tell me where we stand in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is going to be very close. they're taking aside these sort of things that you're seeing about fraudulent activities that the administration or the campaign is correctly going and looking into all of these and doing everything they can to try to stop anything that might be shady. Just talking about the general pacing of the arc that is a story arc that's revealed to us

as cinematic viewers as we sit here and watch the election results come in. What we expected from the beginning was Donald Trump to come out to a very large lead. And as these mail-in ballots came out, it would start to be, they would chip away and we would see what happened at the end. So as of right now, Donald Trump has 50.5% of the vote. Joe Biden is at 48.4. The difference is 140,000. What was the minute margin they said there? 300,000. So it got cut in half basically yesterday. It is going to get a lot closer than this. There's still a lot of vote to happen in places like Philadelphia. Wait, wait, wait, a lot of vote to happen? I should, yeah, a lot of counting to happen. I should be very counting.

Careful with my words. That was the thing the media said that Trump said, you know, you got to stop counting. No, he didn't. He said stop voting. Right, which is a big difference. Yes, we all agree that they should stop voting. And whether that's true or not, we don't know. They could just have machines churning out ballots.

We have no additional information on that. but the numbers that the campaign gives there are at least were as of yesterday accurate. The important thing to remember, though, is those were largely in-person tally's. So if you're in a Republican county where he got 69% of the vote, you'd expect the male vote to be much less positive for Donald Trump. He might still win it, but he wouldn't win it by that sort of march. Right. And even, I mean, they are counting on only 30%. So if he was in a county where they got 69, he's only counting on getting 30%, which I think is extraordinarily reasonable. And that's about the margins that you'd expect.

Now, they expect there's about 10% of the vote left overall in the state. About 6 million votes have been cast. It's probably a little bit less than that by now. About 400,000 votes, perhaps. He needs to judge Joe Biden would need to make up about 140,000 votes from where we are now. So look, you know, it is going to be tight. I would say that you'd expect this to be tight. People who look at this at the county level right now expect Joe Biden to have enough votes at the end of this to win the state.

Now, it's not a universal agreement, and it's going to be close. But if things play out the way they expect them to play out, they would put Donald Trump as the underdog in Pennsylvania overall. Let me put, let me go to Arizona because there is a lot of argument with Arizona and confusion with Arizona. First of all, let's address a couple of things. The Sharpie rumor, the fact that some people were told to use Sharpies, other people said not to use Sharpies, and they say their votes aren't counting. That's not apparently the explanation is. that is not true, that it will count felt markers. They prefer that you don't use Sharpies because it bleeds through,

but it still counts all of it. But they're saying now that the rumor is that they're throwing out anything that was used, was marked with a Sharpie. The officials say that is not true. You can bet you can bet. your life that if it is true, Donald Trump will be suing over that. And he should, by the way. Any time there's any suspicion of anything, Donald Trump and his legal team,

and I'm sure as Rudy Giuliani will soon describe to us, is going to be all over it. So that is something they should do. And the media is acting as if this is not exactly what would happen if the Democrats were in this position. I know. They should be doing that. They will be doing that. They will do everything they can to try to win. And to make sure every legal vote.

He has a responsibility, as does Joe Biden, to make sure that every vote that went for them was counted. I believe they have the responsibility to make sure that every vote was counted, not just for the ones that voted for them. But that's what each side is doing. And I think Americans will accept any result as long as it is. fair if it if it was gained by fraud you're not going to bring America together but Joe Biden I wildly disagree with him and I will fight against his policies every step of the way and for president Kamala I will do the same but she and he are the president and vice president or the former president

God rest his soul and the new president. And that is, that's just the way it is. We're Americans. That doesn't mean we stop fighting. No. It doesn't mean we do, but we respect a legitimate process. And we just need to make sure this is all legitimate. Yeah.

So we need to be the place that we may not be feeding you the food you want. if you just want to say it's being stolen, I believe that there are many things that could lead you to believe that it is being stolen. I don't trust the Democrats at all, especially in places like Pennsylvania and Detroit. But we have to be very careful and make sure that everything is accurate on what we say. Yeah, we should point out to that, you know, a viral video on YouTube is enough of a reason at this point

for the Trump campaign to look into it really closely. It's not enough to say that there's evidence of any of these things happen. We all know that people post videos all the time of things that aren't true. But this is the Trump campaign's job. It's why people have donated millions of dollars

to legal defenses to try to get these things to play out. This is what they're doing right now 24-7. And I'm sure Giuliani will out some of the efforts they're going after. If they can get these things to be proven, then votes might change.

But that is, that's the sort of level of standard they have. I don't think I've ever made a donation to the RNC, but Tanya and I did. But we made it for the legal defense of Donald Trump at this time. They were not prepared financially. The RNC was not. I have, I've heard from people,

behind the scenes that the RNC is fighting really hard. I was concerned yesterday. Where are they? They are fighting really hard. That's what I hear from people who don't like the RNC. And there is still hope that this is going to turn around. Let me get to Arizona quickly and then I'm going to take a quick break. A final batch of mail-in ballots is still being counted with the latest arriving ballots being counted last.

The White House yesterday believe that over half a million votes remained to be counted. They expect two thirds and seven-tenths of those ballots. They expect to win Arizona by 30,000 votes. Last night or the night before, they won 62% of the 80,000 election day votes that came into Maricopa County.

They expect that margin to be higher in the rest of the state. Now, they're expecting, to win Arizona. This is one that is absolutely in play. Yes, I agree. The Trump administration complained a lot about the state being called at the beginning. It's been called only by Fox News and the Associated Press.

Is that something? CNN has not called it for Biden. And they shouldn't. I mean, Nate Silver said yesterday that they should retract the calls. Yeah, last night. Yeah. Last night, I think he came out and said they should retract those calls. Retract it.

That's Nate Silver. Yeah. Now, I, I, Maricopa County is getting much, much closer. They shouldn't have called these races. I will say that for sure. It's way too close. Maricopa County is helping the president.

It's unlike, for example, the situation in Pennsylvania where Trump keeps, you know, shedding votes, not shedding votes, but like the margin gets closer and closer and Biden is catching up. It's the reverse in Arizona, where in Arizona, these votes are coming in positively for the president and he's closing the gap, exact reverse situation. He needs to, I think they said they needed two thirds of the vote they thought there. I don't think they necessarily need that much. I think that's what they were expecting was two thirds.

They said we expect two thirds to seven-tenths of these ballots. So what so far what they're getting is about 60%. So they're a little lower than that estimate. And however, that's about what they need. They need about 60% to pull this off of all the remaining ballots. The issue is in Maricopa County, they're doing that. There's a bunch of votes in Pima. County where they people expect they will do worse than this it's more democratic leaning so

they think they'll do worse than that it's good this one's going to be very very close razor very close razor close and it seems to be that way all across the country yeah in these Arizona Georgia yeah and Pennsylvania and we're going to get to we're going to get to Georgia Nevada North Carolina Wisconsin and Michigan in just a second standby first let me let me tell you about Simply Safe. According to the White House yesterday, the pathway to victory in Nevada, they say late breaking mail-in votes will help. They believe that once all the legal ballots are counted, they will win by 5,500 votes. That is ridiculously close. But they are concerned about

corruption in Nevada. Now Georgia, President Trump, they say, built an insurmountable lead that the Democrats cannot beat. They lead by over 100,000 votes. Now, that has changed since in the last 24 hours, but they're still not calling Georgia. Where do we stand in Georgia? So it has narrowed a little bit. Currently, Donald Trump, 49.6% of the vote. Joe Biden, 49.2. the margin there is now 19,000 votes. So it's closed quite a bit. From what I read earlier this morning, they are projecting that Donald Trump,

or that Joe Biden would need to win about 68% of the remaining vote to pull this off. If the problem with that, and that's obviously a much higher percentage than anyone statewide, the problem is these votes are all coming from places like Atlanta. So it's very possible. that Trump will not have enough votes at the end of this.

Biden can win. It is tight. Again, this is going to be Arizona and Georgia, I'd put in the same sort of bucket. They're going to be really, really close. These are this close, 5,000 ballots. Aren't these all, almost all of them,

automatic recounts? So the states have different rules. I know, like, for example, Wisconsin is in that margin. Right. We can get to that in a second. I don't know all the rules for recounts yet. I'm kind of looking to see what the totals are going to be first. But yeah, I mean, usually they can probably get recounts in a lot of these states.

Pennsylvania may, the issue here is Pennsylvania, I think. Pennsylvania of all these states is one of the least likely probably for Trump to win. And nothing else matters, basically. If Biden wins Pennsylvania, he's going to, you know, to be the president as much as I hate to utter such words. However, you know, look, I wouldn't say Pennsylvania is a sure thing by any means, and I'm sure Giuliani will present a very, you know, a very optimistic picture. Yeah. I mean, you know, it's not, like, again, you can only do so much with us. You can look at these projections and say,

these are where the places are coming from. This is what we think they'll be. But that doesn't mean that those individual people said, you know, those people may have said I voted for Trump. You know, it may not be, you know, they may not get 68% of the vote in Georgia. So, These things are not sure. There's a lot of margin of error here. But as far as what it looks like is remaining in the vote, it tilts a little towards Biden in these states. All right. We'll finish with North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Michigan.

Let's go through North Carolina, Wisconsin and Michigan and then get to some of these these hoaxes and some of these things that should be questioned. Where do you want to start? I want to start North Carolina quickly. North Carolina, I think, is going to be Donald Trump state. I guess they're worried about calling it because there could be, you know,

some really large democratic areas that could make up this difference. I don't think it's going to happen. I think Trump is going to win North Carolina. I think that's a 90-10 sort of situation for Trump. Wisconsin, tight race within 1%. It's a recount state. It is a recount state. No more votes to count there.

Trump is down by about 20,000. You know, the last time they did a recount, they did two recounts. Scott Walker, the former governor pointed this out. They did two recounts when he was there. When they did full state recounts, they only overturned about 300 votes or less in both of them. So it's unlikely they'd be able to change that outcome. Have you looked at the two cities that are showing a 90% turnout for a voter? Yeah.

So go ahead, Pat. Have you looked at the wards in Milwaukee that show 202% turnout for voters? So what it seems like they're doing, right? Now, Wisconsin is a cheating. That's what it seems like what they're doing is cheating. It does seem that way. They're doing it. They're factoring turnout based on registered voters, which is not how you factor turnout.

That's not the correct way to calculate that number. And look, a lot of the people making this claim know that. Okay. The other part is because you don't, you say like turnout is how many people could vote and how many people turned out. Not not, not, you don't divide it. The, the correct denominator is not registered voters, especially in a state, which is the case in some of these situations where you can register a day up.

So you're adding actual new registered. I think, is not the case in Milwaukee? I think in Milwaukee it is. I think, I think Wisconsin is one of those. Okay. So they, they may have been registered. Right. Right.

Right. And it's also like, you know, there's a lot of weirdness with the selection in that, like, for example, people in, normally you'd say like people who go to college, right? are going to vote at their college and they're going to have huge margins for the left, right? What's happening in some of these situations is none of the kids are at college right now, right? Because none of them that's all canceled and they're all doing it from home. So it's dispersing this vote into different places around the state. Okay.

So just tell me out with 90% that is the 90% voter turnout. That's a very patriotic city. But again, it's that's, they're 90% percent. is not the correct number. A turnout, right? It is not how you, that's not how you calculate that. I got it. For example, there are more, now, who won Texas?

Donald Trump, right? More voters, more votes cast than, there were more votes cast in early voting than the entire election last time. Right. So there's lots of this stuff going around to be able to say that it's, it is not crazy in certain areas to have numbers like that, especially when you manipulate the number and change the denominator, which is what? They're trying to make the best.

argument possible. It is not proof of fraud, but again, to be clear on this, Donald Trump's campaign should be investigating every single one of these things. And look, you'll see, you'll know the truth if Donald Trump's campaign starts filing

things on these, if they actually believe these claims, there will be new lawsuits filed on all of these things. So far, they're not filing suits on this, but they will. Why do you want Joe Biden to win so bad ones? I don't. I want it to lose. You noticed?

What is it with this guy? I'm just saying that like, you know, look, some of these arguments are really good. Some of them are not so good. I will tell you this, that this is not a, well, at least we did hold on, or looks like we did hold on to the Senate. That's a very good thing. It was the largest voter turnout in American history. But what's crazy is, and I'm going to talk about this later, there are two Americas. I don't, I'm not convinced that everybody who.

who voted for Joe Biden didn't know what they were voting for. You know, I'm not willing to say, oh, well, they didn't know. Yeah, they did. I think most of them did. But half of America believes that we should go in this unconstitutional and socialist, Marxist sort of way. I'm not with that. But neither are a record number of Americans. Yeah.

And pointing to the fraud thing is an interesting part of that too. And that like, look, do I think there was some fraud? Yes. In fact, every election has some fraud. Do I think that people really are trying to do this and turn this election, of course? And they need to be investigated. But it would be a weird way to attempt fraud by allowing the Republicans to keep the Senate and to expand or to get more seats in the House and win a lot of the governor races that were key. Well, you have to make it look legitimate.

And maybe that's it. We'll see. Quite honestly. I am much, I am focused on what comes next and what's happening on the streets with Antifa. Yeah. Because that is not, I think we are going to enter the season of assassinations from Antifa or any of these Marxist radical groups. They are already talking about it. And they are not going to be happy with Joe Biden.

They're already out there protesting. The same, the vote is over, but the fight begins. Yeah, the fight begins. Amazing. So I think he's going to win North Carolina. I don't think Wisconsin's going to come around. And Michigan? Michigan, I think he's going to lose.

I think it was at the correct call. The margin. Now, look, there's all sorts of shadiness. Yeah, let me just play one. Here's a video of a guy who is counting the vote in Detroit. Listen to the narration of this. I'm wondering what's going on here. an observer looking at the vocableness.

He has a fit about something. The guy is counting and then he he's like he's pissed at a ballot. And then flips off a ballot and then crumples it up.

He's talking to the ballot. He might be crazy. He crumbles it up and throws it. Um, that's not voter fraud. I don't know what is. Well, it's hard to tell what's going on there, but it does not look good. No, it doesn't look good at all. And then there was this, and this comes from an attorney, uh, from Texas that was staked out

and watching the, what was going in and out in Detroit of the ballot counting center. And this is what happened about four o'clock in the morning. He's showing now a big white van pulls up. And a guy takes out a, what happened? My widow wed wagon. I wish I could tell. So he's got a little red wagon and he puts boxes in the wagon.

Where does that come from? And so then all of these, the little wed wagon is going in with a box. Wow. Places were closed. Yeah, so this is after anything was supposed to come in and she caught not only this, but also others.

bringing in suitcases, et cetera, hours after you were to have any kind of additional information come out. And that's when they had gone night night for the evening, right? And stop counting the votes.

No, I think Philadelphia is the one that went night night. I think Wayne County continued to count. I know a lot of counties in Pennsylvania are counting 24-7 to try to get this done by Friday is their goal. But again, you know, There's a lot of shadiness there. It looks like the margin, though, well over 100,000 votes now.

I don't know where it's going to end. But, I mean, it's going to be a state that was close in the percentages. Right now it's a couple points. But it's not going to be razor thin like some of these other states. So let me help you out on one thing to give you a little bit of hope. Now, we're going to talk to Rudy Giuliani and find out what they are actually filing in the courts of law, what they say is going on. because that has to be fought. Every legal battle has to be fought.

But let me tell you that I think, I said this to Megan Kelly last night, she's like, I don't even know what you're talking about. Obviously not a Star Wars fan. I said, I think Donald Trump may turn out to be an Obi-Wan Kenobi. Strike me down and you'll make me more powerful. There is a new coalition and it's not around the GOP. And it's really not even around Donald Trump. It's around someone who is unafraid, unafraid and willing to stand up.

And I think there are millions of Americans, well, it was proven, millions of Americans who feel this way. They've had enough. And they're not afraid anymore. And I think Donald Trump, I think the reason why you're seeing Trump treated poorly on Fox and, Donald Trump treating Fox poorly is that I think he's going to leave and he'll start his own cable network. He'll go right head to head on cable TV, I believe. And when he does, millions are going to flock to watch it. And it could be a final death nail into the media.

And that'll drive them out of their minds. And first of all, you're just speculating if he loses, which is not certain at this point, to be clear. However, he's not going away. Let's be honest about this. If he loses, he's not going away. I thought about this yesterday. Tell me this is not true. You want to talk about blowing the minds of the media.

If there is a primary poll for 2024, who leads it? Donald Trump. Donald Trump. Is there any incentive for Donald Trump, even if he's not going to run in 2024, to say, he's not going to run in 2024. No, none. The only incentive is to keep that alive because it puts you in the middle of every news cycle, especially if you're launching a media event.

And I think honestly, like, there's a good chance that Trump would want to run again. And people are like, well, he might be 80s. So Joe Biden is going to be even older if he's still president in four years. And again, that's if this happens. Can I give you this breakdown here real quick? Quickly. Five states. Trump needs to win four of them.

Okay. I consider Georgia and Arizona about a 50-50 shot. Okay. Either one of those, he could win, he could lose. North Carolina, I think, is 90-10 Trump. I think he's going to win North Carolina. Nevada, I think, is probably more like 25-75. I don't think he's going to win Nevada, but it's possible.

The big one's Pennsylvania, which I think is probably more like 30-70, as I look at it right now. Everything I describe here, the betting markets are a little more pessimistic than I am. except for North Carolina, which they would agree with an analysis about 90% chance of Trump to win. But I mean, these are not like lottery ticket hail Mary's we're talking about here. I would like to say,

so you're saying there's a chance, but it's better than Jim Carrey trying to get the girl in dumb and dumber. It's better than that. It's just that things need to break the right way. And the campaign is all over this stuff to make sure it's, doesn't break the wrong way because of fraud.

This is MSNBC last night describing a mob scene in Arizona. Watch and listen. Heidi, you have some news on the ground. at that counting facility. What is actually happening behind you? Yeah, Amon, behind me is Detroit's TCF Center. This is where poll watchers are racing to try and count

all the votes outstanding here in Wayne County. But what we see here is essentially an increasing mob-like scene of self-proclaimed poll watchers who say that they want to get access to the building. So many of them have rushed into the building here that I'm actually talking to official Democratic pull watchers from the Democratic Party who've been shot outside of the balloting room, which they're supposed to have access to, Amen. This is hilarious. It's gotten to the point where we do have a police presence here. Stop. Stop. Stop. The visuals are vital to this. People standing around with their hands in their pockets.

And they're not even close together. Nobody has a sign. Nobody's chanting anything. That's a mob scene to CNN. Another mob scene. Do you have the photo? of the prayers. There it is. Look at this mob scene. Look at this mob scene. Yeah. All these Trump supporters down on their knees in prayer.

This is great. It's a mob scene. This looks like the most genteel crowd anyone has ever seen. And they're describing it as a mob. After doing reports in front of burning buildings. Yeah. And that wasn't a mob. One last, this is just these are the protesters that you can see.

and they're chanting no borders, no walls, no USA at all. And death to the, what was it, death to the, death to fascism and the liberalism that enables it. So, but that wasn't, I mean, why report on that one? No. When you've got a mob scene of like 40 people with their hands in their pockets. and of course the mob scene also with everyone just in kneeling in prayer. That's what they say they're doing. But imagine if on their shoulders they all had a rocket launcher.

Oh my gosh. It's the same position. It's the same position. Oh, my gosh. They're using spiritual rocket launchers. If that's not a violent mob, they're casing the building for a rocket attack. They're like, where should I aim it if I get one? Yeah.

Rudy Giuliani is supposed to be joining us. He's running a little late. I'm going to cut him some slack, seeing that he is doing humans' work today with the White House. He has launched a major effort to challenge in what he describes as highly suspect mail-in ballots that were counted in Philadelphia without proper observation. He said yesterday, this is a concerted effort

of the crooks that run the Democratic Party. He said democratic crooked machine prevented Republican observers in Philadelphia from seeing the ballot counting process, forcing them to stand 20 or 30 feet away. Former mayor announced that President Donald Trump's campaign had filed a lawsuit to contest the counting process. We're supposed to be allowed to observe the counting of the ballots, he said. We couldn't. We need to fix this and.

remedy this now because, as he says, we've won Pennsylvania and we want every vote to be counted in a fair way. You know, one of the things that really bothers me is the way the press has handled what the president has said. He is not saying stop the counting. What he is saying is stop the voting. Now, what does that mean? well that means stop taking deliveries of ballots in the middle of the night like allegedly happened in Detroit things were going very well and then new suitcases showed up no problem if this is free and fair I have no problem accepting something I really don't want to

accept. But we have to make sure it's free and fair. And Joe Biden would be doing exactly the same thing. And I hope to God this doesn't come down to a recount in just one state. Some really good news, I think, for Democrats, though, in the Senate, and that, look, now Republicans will have control. Maybe they'll be more favorable toward their strong argument for getting rid of the filibuster. Maybe they'll, maybe they'll really like it, you know, who knows? Okay, so tell me what happened because I believe the race has just changed in Georgia for the Senate. Yeah, this is, this is a disappointing result in that Georgia is now has David Purdue slightly just a tick under 50%. The way Georgia works, if you're not at 50% or more, then they go to a runoff on January 5th. We call it 50%ish. A 50%esque? Yeah, yeah. Reminiscent of a

50% I like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So let's just, it appears that both of those races are going to go to runoff on January 5th. Right now you have a situation where there are 48 Republican senators. Now, if, let's just say for worst case scenarios, because that's what we're planning for here, Trump does not pull this out and Biden is the president. You're going to need to get to 51. How do you do that?

Well, you get to 49 in Alaska, which has not been called yet, but that's just because the way, how long it, all their votes come on dog sled. So that's going to take a while. So that's 49. You should get to 49 without a problem. Tillis in North Carolina still has a shot. And I think he might win there. But it's going to be close.

And then there's the two races in Georgia. So what happens with the two races? Don't talk to me. No, no, don't talk to me about the actual runoff. We'll get to that in a minute. Giuliani's on. Tell me without those two, what does the Senate look like it's going to be standing? 49 or 50 Republicans.

So they're going to need something. out of that. If Trump is not the president, they're going to need something out of those. Because Kamala, or whoever she appoints to be vice president, will be the deciding factor if it's 50-50. All right. Rudy's on? Mr. Mayor, how are you, sir? I'm good. I'm good. I could be better. I could be better. But I'm hoping you have some good news. Well, I think I do. Okay. Let's look at a couple of ways in which we win. Okay. All right. We win by holding on to a state that we have one, and they're trying desperately to steal, which is Pennsylvania.

We are in court in Pennsylvania. We won a nice appeal yesterday last night. Remember, we went to court because they wouldn't allow our inspectors to view the 130,000 mail-end ballots. Yes. That were all submitted only by Democrats. We have no idea if they're empty paper, if they're filled out correctly, If the same person voted 10 times, if they're all 130,000 Biden ballots, the law requires that we be given an opportunity to observe that was completely violated. We were allowed to observe roughly, you know, two first downs away from the ballot, about 20 way from the ballot.

We were told we could use binoculars. We could use binoculars. And that went on for 21 hours. We went to court. We got before a completely, why not, a corrupt judge Democrat who ruled, Glenn, that you fulfill the right to observe by just having the person in the room, even if they're 50 feet away and can't see a damn thing. That's just ridiculous.

We put it up to the intermediate court in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, state court, reversed immediately. Now we have the right to observe. Okay, so wait, can you go back and look at all of those ballots? I'm going to move that they all be disqualified. They were all Philadelphia city ballots. He's running seven, eight to one, eight to seven to three, eight to two. I wouldn't mind taking out 130,000 Philadelphia ballots and that's what they deserve. That would put him, that would put the president ahead now by 400,000 with eight percent to count. Now, I mean, it is totally corrupt if they haven't called Pennsylvania for him, you know, in 24 hours. It's legally impossible to steal the number of, to get the number of votes.

Virtually 80% of the remaining votes would have to be for him. And the remaining votes now, particularly if we just qualify these, all come from Trump territory. But let me give you the counter argument, because I'd like to hear your argument. The counter argument is, yes, but these are all mailing. in ballots and those were running very high for the Democrats. Mail and ballots, we're going to have disqualified. We're talking about the remaining ballots, the absentee ballots, and the ballots cast on election date that haven't been, 8% of those haven't been counted yet.

8% of what was cast that day has not been counted yet? 8% of what's been cast that day or 8% of absentee ballots in counties that are pro, Trump. I'm willing to accept absentee ballots in counties that were 60% pro-Trump, 70% pro-Trump, 75% pro-Trump. Okay, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. So you want all absentee ballots thrown out, not just the, no, no, no, wait, wait, wait. We want the mail ballots thrown out. And legitimate absentee ballot, we have no grounds for throwing that out, because we're going to get to observe that and have observed that. That's the one way you request it. There's an affidavit. We can look at that and object if it's something wrong with it. The votes that we weren't allowed

to observe with the pure mail-in votes, the new thing the Democrats created this year, where you can just mail in a vote. You didn't request it. The Democrats brought it to you. You signed it. There are 130,000 of those that have been counted in the Philadelphia area. we have not had the ability to observe any single one of them. And so you want all 130 thrown out? The ones we weren't able to observe, we want thrown out. Correct. And you'd agree with a statement, Rudy, of course, that, look, we want all legal votes that were cast to be counted, whether it's for your guy or not.

Right. And it's an absentee vote or a mailing vote that both sides get to observe. Well, only one side has observed that vote. That's not a legal vote. the law requires that we have the opportunity to observe. We would deny the opportunity to observe 21 hours throughout the state of Pennsylvania, only in democratic areas, by the way. And that similar thing happened in Milwaukee, where we have another lawsuit.

In Michigan, we're about to bring one. In Arizona, we're about to bring one. And in Nevada, it looks like it was a nationwide plan of the Democrat Party, part of this whole mail-in thing they did to make sure Democrats only inspected them and Republicans never got a chance to see them. Do you need that 130,000 votes thrown out to win Pennsylvania? No, no, I think we win without it. I think we, I mean, that, with that vote presumably already counted,

because they put it in, we're ahead by 230,000 votes with about 8% to go. So what is the math on that? How many ballots, 8%, how many ballots is that? Virtually would have to get, which have to get about 85 to 90% of the remaining vote, which about half or more of which comes from Trump areas. They can't win Pennsylvania. They couldn't have won Pennsylvania a day ago.

It's impossible to get that many votes in an election that's this close. and he didn't run that far ahead in the cities like Hillary did so that the cities just wipe everything out. All right. So tell me what is next because you got a favorable ruling last night. But does that ruling mean that you could go back and look at those votes? Or are they saying those are already passed? Well, I think by the time I announced this to you, the Democrats have appealed it to the state Supreme Court. So it means we're in hold right now. And the best we can get right now is that temporarily they won't be counted.

And then we go to the state Supreme Court. If the Democratic Supreme Court, gee, I hate to announce what they're going to do, but we're going to have to take this to the Supreme Court. All right. Now, those ballots are they separate from all the other ballots? Yeah, yeah. We can separate them at this point. Yes.

Okay. All right. Hold on just a second. Rudy. We'll have more with Rudy Giuliani in just a second. and I've got to take a one-minute break for the network. Imagine for a moment you've taken the day off to go fishing. You just arrived at the lake.

We started late and he's got to run, but I just want to just get a read from you. What are you filing, if anything, in other states? How is Arizona doing? We're waiting for another group of votes to be counted. We believe we're going to get ahead in Arizona. We certainly have already narrowed it. and at this point, we're less than two points away, and our people tell us that most of the votes that are coming in come from our part of the state.

So, and even in Maricopa County, which we could have been hurt in, we didn't get really hurt very bad at all. So it's very, very close. In Nevada, only 86% have been cast, and we're four-tenths of a percent behind. I mean, that's literally, that's literally nothing, whereas we're ahead by 2.5% in Pennsylvania. It is, it's incredible to me with Nevada that they keep changing the time. They've closed everybody off, have they not? They closed everybody off. You can't know any of the numbers and not releasing anything until sometime today.

That is correct. And I don't even have a good, I don't even have a good feel yet because the people who are are doing it for kind of like almost locked in. I don't have a good feel for what opportunity do we have for observation there. I am told I am told anecdotally that we're not being able to observe once again the mail ballots. They let us observe the absentee ballots to the extent they're counting them. They let us do our proper observation of the of the analysis of the, let's say, the election day ballots, but they kind of hold the mail ballots like they belong to that. them. These are special ballots that belong only to Democrats. And that's true now in four states,

Glenn. So we're getting close to a possible federal lawsuit on that if they keep this up. All right. Rudy, thank you very much. God bless. And Glenn, it was always the president's thought from the very beginning that this whole idea of mail was for them to have enough votes available. Right. So they could overcome any lead that he has. Well, I think he's been treated really horribly, of course. by the press, because he is not saying stop the counting. He's saying stop the voting.

And that is a big difference. How about stop the cheating also? Right. We don't allow the other side to observe that's cheating in election law. And second, what about Fox calling Arizona? And people went home. They left. And CNN didn't call Arizona and nobody else has.

Even Nate Silver came out and said Fox has to run. retracted. He said that last night. That's outrageous what they did. They affected the election. If we don't win Arizona, they may very well be the reason we don't win Arizona. Why? What happened? What is going on with Fox? I don't know, but I got to tell you, not just the White House that's upset. All of our supporters are outraged. You know, we expect to get kicked in the backside by CNN and MSNBC and all those people. But for Fox to call Arizona, when there was no bait, when we're ahead, We're ahead in Pennsylvania at that time by 15%.

And you don't call Pennsylvania. We're ahead of Pennsylvania now by 2.5% when only 6% to count. They can't win in Pennsylvania except it cheap. And is the same holding true in Michigan? Michigan, they called Wisconsin three-tenths of a percent. Three-tenths of a percent. How can you call a state with 3 tenths of a percent? And there's almost nothing.

It's 21,000 votes. It's automatic recall. I mean, it's automatic recount. It's automatic too close to call. Yeah. If Pennsylvania at 2.5% with only 6% to go is too close to call. You're darn right to that Michigan and Wisconsin are too close to call. 100%.

And Georgia, or the word is today that, what's left is just votes in Atlanta and it's too close to call. Do you? And of course, rumors of all kinds that they found votes here, they found votes. The longer you let this go, the more chance there is to cheat. There's nothing, I mean, you can count the votes of New York and California in 12 hours. You mean to tell me we haven't finished the vote count in Georgia? You know why we haven't.

finished it. When you don't finish a vote count, there's an old trick that you'd have used it in Florida all the time, but boy, DeSantis smashed it to hell. You did. Delay, delay, delay, delay. And then you hope to slip in more votes, more votes, more votes. Sometimes you don't make it. They didn't make it last time in Florida. They missed by about three-tenths of a percent. But you've got to cut that off. You've got to cut off that ability. That's why we have a statute of limitations in the law. Rudy, how's the president holding up? You know how he's holding up. He's on the phone with him 45 minutes today.

So Rudy Giuliani was on with us just a second ago. And he said something that bothers me. and that is he claims that they're able to win Pennsylvania without throwing ballots out

and that's good and I hope all of that is true and we're going to watch it and I know they're watching it they just won a court battle and now it's going to go into the state Supreme Court we know how that's going to happen or what's going to happen then so it will go to the Supreme Court after that

but Rudy is saying that they want to all of these 130 ballots, 30,000 ballots from Philadelphia, that they were not allowed to observe being counted. If that is, if that's true, which it is, and a court last night said they have to have access for the counting of all ballots, if that's true, that's wrong.

And Philadelphia needs to correct that. Now, you can separate those 130,000 ballots. Rudy said what's fair is because they caused this delay and they did this. What they deserve is to lose all 130,000 ballots. I don't think that's fair. I think what's fair is go through them meticulously. And if there's a problem with one, throw it out. If signatures don't match.

throw it out. If the postmark isn't matched, throw it out. But I don't think it's right to say, hey, you made a mistake and penalize them with every single vote.

And look, every campaign tries to do this. I know, you know, they go into these areas where they don't think they're winning the vote and try to find ways

to throw the vote out. There may be very serious issues here. I mean, the one thing that would bother you, I think, and Rudy agreed with my question, on whether you want every vote counted that's legal.

I mean, I think that, you know, everyone's going to, that's an important part of our country. And I think we all understand that. If this is true, this isn't a mistake made by the voter. This would be a mistake made after. And votes are sacred. The reason why I'm so stomach turned by people who just throw in extra ballots or count them intentionally wrong. I would never do that. I would never.

I couldn't live with myself. I couldn't sleep at night if I was doing that. This is like tithing money to me. You know, when somebody tithed something or, you know, people donate to Mercury 1, we have this discussion all the time. That is somebody's hard-earned money, and they sent it in to make sure that it went to the cause that they want. It's just a mantra that we've been saying for a long, long time.

That comes from, you can't do that to people. And I and everybody else will pay an eternal price for taking something as sacred as a vote and throwing it away. They all must count as long as it's legal. So you're saying I shouldn't take money out of the gold dish as it passes by? Yeah, when you're in church, don't do that. Don't do that. I think it's kind of like take a penny, pass a penny or 20 or whatever it is. Yeah, they're not passing out money.

They're collecting it. Okay. I'll have to check on that. Okay. Yeah, no, I mean, look, this is not to say the Democrats would be doing the same thing. In fact, by the way, if these suits start working, right? If the Biden campaign right now is not going as crazy publicly with lawsuits, they're planning all of it. But they're not necessarily firing all these things off because they think they're winning.

If it starts getting close enough to the point where they aren't winning anymore or they, think they might lose, we will see all the same lawsuits from the Democrats. This is, this is legitimately their job. This is this is where the legal team, there will be lawyers. They'll come in and this is when the legal teams will shine and they will do their best to try to throw out as many votes as possible that hurt their candidate just like Al Gore did to see CNN, to see MSNBC last night going crazy about how wild it was for Donald Trump and the Republicans to go in and try to challenge votes and voters all over all over the country is so ridiculous when they did everything they could, Glenn, in 2000 to justify every legal move Al Gore made.

I know. And I just, that's why I don't watch TV anymore. It's, it's pointless. It is because I just, I keep yelling at the TV. Shut up. That's all I say now. Shut up. Shut up. I remember the shirt you had printed. Yeah.

40? About 40 people. Okay, about 40 people. They're not standing close to each other. It's like in the back, there's a couple of women with their hands in their pockets. I mean, this is not... It looks like, to me, Glenn, it would have struck me as when we used to live in New York, there would be these street performers.

So this is new news that the FBI is now involved, the federal government is now involved, and telling you to take this seriously, because I heard a lot of people say, oh, that's just, that's nothing but hype.

They don't mean that. Yeah, no, absolutely. I got a call fully from the FBI. It was quite a long conversation, too. and just really telling me to please be careful because, you know, these people are serious. Their threats are real. Just last night, some of these individuals actually stabbed multiple right-wing people in the middle of the night for what seemed to be no provocation. They even stabbed a black Trump-supporting woman in the back twice, and she's in the hospital, all are expected to recover. So last night they were out for blood.

They did stab at least three Trump supporters, and I'm happy to say that I wasn't the fourth victim. I was happy about that, too. So they stabbed three people, but MSNBC is reporting on the mobs of just people standing around with their hands in their pockets. Sometimes you just don't get the truth from the media. We'll build on that greatness. We found out that millions of Americans who really weren't paying attention for a long time, the media woke up. And they started to see, wait, this isn't fair at all. There are millions of Americans that they may not even like Donald Trump. But they stood for Donald Trump because they understood what was at stake.

we saw millions of our fellow citizens line the streets and stand in the cold to be counted among the defenders of our nation, believers, patriots, warriors. The left dismisses everybody, everybody who voted like you and I did as dupes or hateful racists who are just following the racist in chief. Because that's who America really is. And we got to stop that. We have to understand them so we can get them out of their racism. That's what they believe about us. But we actually talk to one another. We know one another.

We understand that every one of us is different. There is no typical American that loves the Constitution. It used to be all Americans love the Constitution. But the progressives over the last hundred. years have just taken it apart and destroyed it, destroyed it. And with it, they have destroyed the hopes and dreams and confidence of millions of Americans. We're bound by the best of what makes America great. The Constitution?

The fact that all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain rights. Liberty, opportunity, equal opportunity. not equal outcomes, but equal opportunity. The knowledge that all men are created and created equal. That rights don't come from the government. They come from God. We believe that unity of principle and purpose is what has always held us together. Not our hatred or racism.

But something much bigger than us, something far more noble than us, 70 million people know that this isn't a perfect nation. The Constitution doesn't even say we're going to create a perfect nation. It says create a more perfect nation. And that is a job for each and every one of us every single day. Those are the principles that hold the Constitution and this country together. Not blind collectivism dictated by an elite few. but the somber truth

the somber truth is that while we found our patriotic voice millions of our fellow citizens found something else nearly 75 million people voted for Biden and while many of them seem just to be voting against Donald Trump blind hatred voting against Trump and his Trump zombies

I also now believe that many of them are not just trying to get rid of Orange Man. And we may share something in common with those people. Just as we're not uninformed, hapless, blindness, useful idiots following a leader, neither are they. I believe that more of them than we have thought are just as ideological as we are. But mark my words, they are not lovers of truth.

what is the first sign of that anyone anyone who says shut up sit down that's not the answer you have this answer that we all agree on or you're out anyone who says that that's a club you don't want to be in anyone who says that is a is forcing you into the position of being a mental midget if you're a person of color that disagrees with your party i don't care which party it is. And you go against the grain that doesn't make you a sellout. That makes you an individual. And that's what America is about. The individual, stop with these groups. It's the individual that matters. The independent thinker, the one who goes his own way, the little guy, the underdog. That's what America has always been. There's a lot of people

in this country more than I thought that divert and even will destroy the truth. They want to wipe out our history. They tell us every day not to believe what we're seeing with our own eyes. They stand in front of burning cars and burning buildings and say it's mostly peaceful. Well, I don't know. Even if that car behind you and the crowd behind you is only 10% violent, that's enough. If you voted for Trump, it doesn't make you a zombie or anti-anything. We are for freedom.

Not approved freedom. Not the freedom that we have to look to our master and say, can we do that? That's approved freedom. That is the freedom that others have in Europe, not America. We believe in actual freedom. Many Americans who voted with the left, they do not think the Constitution is just a tired old document. No, they took that mask off long ago. They believe now it is a hateful set of.

of ideals designed by a group of hateful men. And if you find yourself voting with the Democrats, you find yourself there. You better open your eyes because if what I just said to you says, how dare you say that about us? That's what your leadership is saying. And it is their intention to utterly dismantle it. So at some point, we have to believe you believe this. To them, men and women are not created equal. There isn't even such a thing as men and women anymore.

While we seek law and order, they seek chaos. While we seek freedom, they seek tyranny. They believe in fear and hate. I believe in evil. I do believe in evil. And I see evil. The author of all chaos is the dark one himself. Chaos.

But I can't complain because it was an honor to serve our community. But I made some observations. Our polling station alone had over 21,000 voters come through. I helped 5,000 of them myself. This is a lot for one of 28 stations in our county. Turns out it's very high, even in a state where the results are assumed to be for one of the parties. The system here seems to be okay. They check a person's state-issued ID.

They made sure it matches the registration. Registered one has to prove citizenship. It eliminates a lot of fraud, I think. The actual ballot is electronic and anonymous, which is good and bad. There will never be any hanging chads. But we just have to hope the machine doesn't crash. The most interesting aspect of people coming in to vote was that they came in to vote. I asked a young man how he was doing.

He replied that he has no complaints, but he had no right arm from the shoulder down. Almost brought me to tears. A young lady who was very pregnant said she was so excited to vote because she rushed to get her citizenship complete in time to vote for this election. She became a citizen just about two months ago. She was from Bosnia. An 88-year-old in a wheelchair was helped by her daughter, said she had to vote and vote in person. A guy in the mid-30s who'd just become a father said he never voted before. I asked him why he started now.

He said, he just has to lead his kids by example, and this election is kind of important. I witness proof of the growth in our county, as many folks say, last voted in Nevada or North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, or other states. I met two ladies. There were 71 who never voted until now. Another guy who said his first vote was for Kennedy. Several other people said it was their first time voting, even though they were in their 60s, but they thought nothing was as important as it is now. I can't get mine to seem to even pick up their socks, but righteous children are being raised. There are millions of people that know what time. time it is. There are millions of people that believe. Well, it's your fault. Don't do it. We will have family members that will wake up, because I think there are some that were just too uninformed. And they just couldn't bring themselves to believe that the monsters existed in their own party. I freely admit monsters are in the GOP. That's why I don't like the GOP. That's why I don't fight for the GOP.

I'll fight for individuals when I'm not fighting for a stupid party. They won't admit that there's monsters in their midst. and that makes them more and more monstrous because monsters know the best place to hide is in a crowd of other monsters. As long as no one's saying, Hey, wait a minute, there's a lot of monsters in this room. It's the best place for a monster to be.

Let's clear out the monsters in our own life. Let's make sure we're not a monster. Let's stop praying God would be on our side and start praying that we would be on his side. Let's pray that our hearts won't fail us. Let's pray that when that hour comes, we're righteous. We're full of light. We're decent.

We're honorable. That we could look even at our executioner like Dietrich Bonhofer did and say, thank you. That's a person I want to be. I mean, not that I want to be, you know, hung in the woods like Bonhofer. I'd offer it. Please get that out of your idea. Anybody who might be listening. Yeah, that's an idea.

I just want to be somebody that my children will look back and say, my dad stood. He thought he was all by himself. But only until the end did he start to realize. He was surrounded by people. And they all began to stand. That's the way I want my story to be told. I need you.

to make that true. Let's today mutually pledge to each other, our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor. The fight against leftism and all the dangerous things that it stand for really has just begun. On election night, I got my hopes way up because at the time Donald Trump was doing really well. And it looked like he was going to take it. And it was going well for the Senate. And then David pops on and said, hey, nobody's talking about the House, but it's really starting to look good for the House. Which is incredible because it was not in the conversation at all. This is not a blue wave by any story. stretch of the imagination. Let's take this Donald Trump out of it for a second. This is a fantastic

result for Republicans. It is. I mean, like this is a like outside of the presidency, which I know we all talk about all the time. And it's, it's too big of a part of our lives as it is. But every other part of this went really well for Republicans, including so far it looks like the Senate. Now, that's going to come down to these runoffs. But especially if Biden is to witness thing. Millions, if not a billion dollars. Oh, the amount of money. amount of money that's going to Georgia, sorry you did it to yourself. You're going to have a heck of a January 5th. But I will also say that you got to assume, and this is the way I'm looking at this,

let's just say Biden gets in. And I don't want to say that because it's not happened yet. But if Biden is in, the people of Georgia are going to have to look at these Senate races and the control of the Senate, you know, unfettered control of the government potentially for Democrats, I would think the people of Georgia are going to step up and say, we don't want that. even if the Democrats do get control of the Senate somehow, they're going to have such small minorities,

it's going to be impossible for them to do their big time craziness. Impossible. I'll put an asterisk next to that. Yeah. Difficult. Not, yeah. Okay. So they have to just ignore the Constitution.

Right. Yeah. Well, that can happen either way. So this is from Adrian Gray. He's talking about the House situation. This is where we stand right now in the House. Pretty interesting. 416 House races appear decided.

Right now it's Democrats 212 Republican 2.04. Right off the bat, that's Republicans plus 10. I mean, that is like a really good result. Not one that I saw anyone other than David Barton even mentioned as a possibility. 19 seats are left. The GOP leads in 10 of them. Now, to get to 218, the GOP would need to win all the districts they are leading, plus a few more. He mentions California, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Burgess Owens race in Utah as the possibility, who is very close but not currently leading. Altogether, the GOP is behind 16,000 votes in those four districts.

So very close, 4,000 per district. And Owens is closer than that. Now, the GOP has a couple of these districts that they lead in, that they may, New York and New Jersey, that may break away from them. So he estimates to the end of the day that it's not likely the GOP will take control of the house. But it will be very close.

It will likely be the smallest house majority since the new deal. Wow. So this is, again, and you know, see, this is what bothers me, though, about the Trump vote is there is such a, there was such a strong message being sent, you know, and I'm not saying that it was stolen. I'm not saying it's not being stolen.

I want to look at all of the facts. Yeah. But there was a strong message. They were so convinced it was going to be a red wave or a blue wave. And now Nancy Pelosi may be looking at the end of her career. Can you imagine if we could get the House and hold the Senate? Wow. It'd be huge.

Huge.
