Hey there, happy Friday. I'm Hillary. This is your four-minute buzz, and today we're reviewing the newest episode of the Glenn Beck podcast. This week, Glenn spoke with British writer Douglas Murray in an interview that you do not want to miss. Douglas recently spent some time in America at the height of all the political and racial tension that 2020 has brought, and he had some shocking takeaways. For starters, he believes the American brand of leftism is spreading to other countries. Now, recently left-leaning French President Emmanuel Macron is oddly enough. become a leader in the fight against the woke movement after American journalists tried to tie recent terror attacks to French racism. So why would the European left stand up against the American left? Well, in this clip, Douglas explains. In today's world, it's almost like Winston Churchill could come from France in today's world. Macron said this, what, a couple of days ago that he thinks the New York Times and places like that that are saying that France is just this racist place have lost their founding principles. He's right on that. And then he went into, we will stand against racism and anti-Semitism and we will not get rid of our history. We will

not get rid of our statues. We will not do these things. I haven't heard that from a leader except Donald Trump. Is that going to work in France? It does work in France. I completely agree. Look, it's harder from a British person's mouth than it is from an American mouth to raise French. And to say that they were brave. What? Yeah, no, I mean, it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's a our problem not theirs. I think that the French Republic has shown extraordinary courage, stoicism and resilience in recent years.

I don't think that America or Britain would have got through remotely as easily as France has of the last five years after incessant attacks of the kind it has gone through. It is the American left that has gone rancid and rotten. And that's what Macron was pointing at in his

conversation with the New York Times and indeed his letter to the financial time. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I want to interrupt you for one thing because you said the American left. Do you believe that this is an American left problem that we have spread this disease? Yes. Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's an American problem. It's the American left that cannot do patriotism and leftism. The French left have no problem with this. The French left are totally capable of defending the Republic of France and also having certain views on trade unions, for instance that the right don't share.

It's the American left that's gone into this weird place where if you believe in the left, you can't believe in America. There are very proud movements, patriotic movements on the continent in France and elsewhere that believe in left-wing principles, which I happen mainly not to share, but also agree on the future of the country. And this is where MacRoy is on totally safe ground domestically. He said when the statutes, when BLM started off this year in America, obviously it's been going for some time, but when it started a lot of,

off this year after the George Floyd death. Macron was the only one out of the, apart from Trump, Macron said no statues are coming down. We're not erasing any of our history. In Britain, by the way, Boris Johnson waited until the statue of Winston Churchill was attacked in Parliament Square before he blundered out and actually found the courage to say something. But Macron knows he's got unity from the French list and there's a reason why, which is

that the founding principles of the French Republic are very, very deeply dug. and then not planning on giving them up. Gosh, there is so much here. We have Sidney Powell coming on the program, assuming that nothing else comes up due to the case. The press conference yesterday, if 25% of what they said is true and they can prove, it. It's the biggest crime in American history. If it's not true, that's not good. But the real question is, can they prove it in two weeks? That is a massive case. These are expert attorneys. How are you going to gather enough evidence? Because I honestly, as part of me,

praise that it's true. Part of me says, dear God, I hope we're not in that place. I just want the truth. I'll accept the results. I just want the truth. And I think most Americans are like that. We're also going to tell you about how things have begun already. They're talking now about not giving accreditation to Catholic schools. They're talking about yesterday. we told you a tax on guns, but they have another way to do it as well in some counties. They're just not taking, they don't have time right now for any gun permits. So we have two cuts of Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell yesterday. Let's start with Rudy Giuliani.

In the states that we have indicated in red, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Arizona. We more than double the number of votes needed to overturn the election in terms of provable, illegal ballots. All you've got to do to find out if I'm misleading you at all is to look at the lawsuits. Look what's alleged. Look at the affidavits. Maybe we can supply more affidavits. In order to do it, I have to get permission from the people. So, I mean, I think the White House is in an incredibly difficult position. They have had had their attorneys threatened. We know that they have a hard time getting attorneys, and not because of anything

legal, but because of this cancel culture, we know that there have been law firms that have been threatened. You'll never, you'll never work in this town again because they were helping. That's insanity. Everyone, I mean, John Adams, he defended the British. during the Boston massacre. He defended the British. Why?

People said, he's for the British. No, he wasn't. He wasn't. He just believed in the American system that everyone should have the best attorneys if you're an accused. It doesn't mean you agree with them.

The attorney's job is to, the attorney is like a doctor. It doesn't matter who you are. You deserve and our system requires attorneys to treat people, to come in and defend them. We don't like it. I can't imagine. I mean, you know, I talked to Alan Dershowitz about this during a podcast about, you know, you've been around some of the biggest dirtbags.

I don't know how you defended O.J. Simpson. and he said, because it's not about O.J. Simpson. It's not. If we lose the right to an attorney because attorneys become cowards and attorneys bow to this cancel culture, we have nothing left. We have nothing left. And I don't think they have a spine. The attorneys that have quit have quit because they have been threatened, threatened with their life, threatened

with their jobs, you can't put anything together. And these guys have three weeks to do it. Three weeks to do it. Can they even prove that in three weeks? That's the real question. Do you have something and can you prove it in three weeks? That's what America is going to find out in three weeks. It doesn't matter what they say right now.

And quite honestly, I don't know if I would say anything to the press. Did you see how hostile some of the press people were? Let me give you this. The Blaze ran on our platform and then ran on Facebook. We ran that press conference without comment. So we streamed the press conference. we were how is it phrased

dinged by Facebook because they have shut us down we can't do anything unless we take down the press conference they've banned the press conference on Facebook now how stupid is that

you know how many people watch that press conference and went oh my gosh they don't have anything do you know how many people watch that and went oh there's new information let people hang themselves let people express what this is a legal process we're going to know in three weeks if you're so confident that you're right you're not protecting the public and the republic because you're censoring people. That's not American. We don't censor people. The reason why we have so many stupid conspiracies is because you keep silencing people. And when you can't get an answer and people are being shut down,

it is natural. I mean, why am I saying this to Marxists? They don't. understand natural man it's natural for people to go see they're covering something up if you want to look more guilty keep canceling stuff it's going to me it's going to hurt you in the end it hurts the republic you let people argue it out in the public square you let people come to their own conclusion you know the new york times said um that they just can't reach the trump voter and it's just not worth it anymore because they've tried you've tried when did you try when did you try you've spent the last since 2008 the last 12 years calling the Tea Party and anyone who believed in the Constitution a crackpot, a radical anti-government,

you've never taken the time to actually listen to any of us and try to understand. I know because I've done the interviews. You come in with your perceived notion of who we are and what we believe and we can't change your mind. Because you don't listen. Oh, we're not worth your time. Well, you know, New York Times, you haven't been worth our time for a very long time. Let's play Sidney Powell. If you were Sidney Powell, remember, she was the attorney that was lambasted as crazy, as, you know, unpatriotic, as somebody who was doing the devil's work for defending General Flynn. Well, as it turns out, that whole thing was a setup. That whole thing was a lie. We didn't know for three years when she was fighting it and lost because she couldn't get the documents to defend the man. She knew what was going on. She knew his side of it. she could read the room and see it was filled with sharks,

and she knew because they wouldn't give any of the information she was requesting to defend her client. She was called crazy. She was called un-American. For how long? For how long? Three years until the impeachment. And once the impeachment happened, oh, then all of a sudden we start to get access to new information. including all of the information about General Flynn,

who is innocent of what they said. Innocent. If you're her, how do you trust anything? She's seen it from the inside. We've seen it from the outside. She's seen this machine destroy people. How does she trust anybody? She's going to be on with us a little later on in the program,

assuming, you know, nothing comes up. There's, I don't know how many attorneys they have, but, you know, she doesn't have a lot of time for PR. She does one, one thing a day if she has time. last night. Yes. And you know, I don't know who to trust on anything anymore. I do know that, you know, Rudy Giuliani, he can look unhinged at times. You know, he's just not at the Rudy Giuliani. I'm going after the Gambino crime family kind of look. However, the things that he has shared with us have turned out to be true,

and we've been able to verify it. Now, we can't verify things yet, but we should be able to see if they got the goods in two weeks. Yeah, I mean, look. Would you trust... Go ahead. The bottom line here is just patience, right? You know, it's what you tell your kids all the time. Have patience.

What are we doing here? Well, you know, Rudy Giuliani said in the press conference multiple times that not only could he prove this, he could prove this 18 different ways. So if he can prove this 18 different ways, he knows the legal of responsibility. restrictions, he knows the time constraints on what's going on right now. If Rudy Giuliani can successfully prove this 18 different ways, along with Sidney Powell and whoever else is on the legal team, well, then they're going to win and we're going to have a totally different outcome of the election.

I mean, this idea that like every single time they have a press conference, we have to reassess whether they're able to go forward with legal claims is a silly sort of construct here. Look, you're right. They have not been able to, or at least even attempted to prove this in court yet, but they know what this is. This is not something you win at a press conference. You don't win it online. If they have the evidence, which, you know, Giuliani said they could prove it 18 different ways. If they've got that and they've got that ability, they'll be able to do that in court and then we'll be able to assess that when they go through that process. But this media circus that surrounds it, I just don't think is productive. It's interesting to me that Donald Trump is nowhere near it. Yeah. You notice that? It's like radio silence with Donald Trump. And that's interesting for him.

He's not in there. He's not the ones, he's not the one pitching us, which I think is, I mean, he is, he is on Twitter and everything else occasionally, but not his usual Donald Trump leading the, you know, the parade of elephants. Right. And I think that says something. And I think they're in between a rock and a hard place. He's losing the fringe supporters of Donald Trump. He's losing them by not keeping them informed. But I wouldn't trust anyone.

I wouldn't share stuff in advance. I wouldn't give them the heads up on anything until I, until I filed the court case. And because that's the only thing it matters, really. If they can prove it in court, all those people on the other side who say, well, he can't do it. You're going to be proven right or wrong in the next three weeks.

until we remove the press conference from our feed. My gosh. My gosh. How do you, do you not have the press conference of every OJ attorney speaking out of, about O.J. Simpson, of course you do. Yeah. Did we think that he was, that he was innocent? No. No. But you have, you have to hear the other side. On this case, you walked into the kitchen and you were like, are you watching this?

Because I buy this. And you, how much of this do you believe? I think if 25% of what they said is true, no, no, no, I think if they can prove that 25% of what they said. This is the biggest crime in American history. For sure. I don't think there's any question about that. And they said it's massive. It's provable. There were illegal ballots in many states, including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, Arizona, Nevada.

It sounded like the widespread fraud that you would need to overturn the election. Now, you're going to have to be able to show, I think, some pretty compelling evidence when you go to court. And in order to get the Supreme Court to rule on this, they won't even take the case if there's not, you know, significant evidence, right? They're not going to mess with this unless they actually have something. And they're, I mean, I don't think you make this case as strong as they're making if you don't have anything. Do you? I mean, I hope not. No, if you, I, I, I admit, wouldn't they lose their life? Yeah, they, in all credibility forever.

We will know, yeah, we will know that they had it or not in three weeks. Let it play out. Let it play out. What's wrong with that? This is a legal process. I love how the Democrats are, oh my gosh, I can't believe that this is an outrage. Bill Clinton wouldn't fund the Office of the President-Elegged. or give George Bush any information on anything until I think it was December 5th.

Right. I mean, what are you talking about? And you know, talking about. When they made statements about some of the evidence they say they have, I would Google it and go to see what other, you know, agencies were saying about it. And in almost every case, they would say, this has been debunked, expert. say this is highly unlikely. Wait.

That's not debunking. That's not debunking. You've got to have a fact-based piece of evidence in order to debunk something. They didn't seem to have anything. And the problem is we have seen over and over again. They're trying to tell us now that the conspiracy, which isn't a conspiracy, of the Great Reset, is, has been debunked. How can it be... I mean... What? They've talked about it. Did you see...

Yes! John Kerry is on record. In fact, I just... Let me just give you this quick story. John Kerry, on record, the Great Reset, we are at the dawn of an extremely exciting time. The notion of a reset is more important than ever before. I personally believe we're in a dawn of an extremely exciting time. uh the uh the climate agreements are just not enough and i know joe biden believes this it's not enough to join the rejoin the paris agreement in the united states it's not enough for do the minimum that that

requires we are at a point of a great reset all of this is is documented you know uh build back Better, which is, I read good, is the original slogan for the Great Reset. The World Economic Forum has been using Build Back Better for years to promote the Great Reset. That's why you're seeing that behind prime ministers and world leaders all over the world. It's not a conspiracy here. Trudeau just talked about it this week. he just talked about the Great Reset. It's everywhere.

They're talking about it at Germany, in Spain. It's all over the place. It's their new world government term, essentially. We have a situation to where we see what they're doing right now. They're lying to you. They've been lying about Hunter Biden saying that's discredited, that's not true. We know, because. the documents are there. We also know that the federal government is in on all of this. The FBI

is dirty as hell. I think the Justice Department is. We know the State Department is. Parts of the Pentagon seem to be. We know all of these things, and we've lived it, especially over the last four years. So how do they expect us to trust the media, telling us what's true and not. And that's really the only ones who are giving us this stuff. When she said yesterday, or Rudy Giuliani said yesterday, that the votes were counted in Germany, okay, is that true? Did they raid the servers in Germany?

Well, they say, no, the voting machine company. they don't have cloud space in in Germany or they don't have servers in Germany. Well, that's not what the story is. The story is the software company has servers in Germany. And so they've played a switcheroo on us. They keep doing that. I don't know what's true. I don't know what's true.

That's exactly right. And I think that's, and why not see this through? even if you're a Democrat who loves the ground that Joe Biden spits on and drools on because that's what he's doing a lot of right now you should want at least this process to play through shouldn't you because you don't want I guarantee you now that virtually every single one

of the 72 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump think that there is something fraudulent about this election and don't you want that at least cleared up It just makes sense to see this process through. Let me be more cynical. You don't believe this was stolen. You don't believe there's anything there. Why shout these guys down?

If you're so confident that nothing happened, why shout these guys down? Why not just say, no, no, let them go, let them go. because they're all saying they're crazy, they're out of control, they don't know what they're talking about, they can't prove it. So let them go for three weeks. Because in the end,

you would think they're just going to discredit themselves. Right. And then it's over. What are you afraid of? What are you so afraid? It's almost as if they're not that secure in the belief that everything's fine. It's almost as if they don't believe everything is fine.

Huh. and on the up and up. I can't wait until this is presented to the American people. They got me kind of excited about what they have. How do you feel if they come to the court date and they can't prove it? Then I'm going to be pissed. Because you don't make these strong a statement. This strong a statement, if you go.

got nothing, do you? I hope. Okay, so let me play devil's advocate here. All right. She is a woman that defended General Flynn, and she lost, but she lost because we needed three years to prove that. Yeah. In the end, she was right. How are you going to prove this in three weeks?

I don't know. That's a tough task. It's a really tough task. Yeah. And they said yesterday it's a tough task. They said this is a case that would normally take you years to work on and they don't have years. They barely have days and they certainly don't have weeks. They need to get this out there and presented.

And if they can't get the court case in time, you've got to go to the American people with it and show us. Let's see it. Let's just see it. And then let the chips fall where they may. Because if they have what they say, they have, which are, you know, illegal ballots, illegal mail-in ballots, illegal digital votes. It's just a huge case the way they presented it yesterday. I mean, he might be shorted if she also alleged that they, she thinks he got 80 million votes.

Well, you're about eight million short of that. That's a lot of votes that are. That's a lot of votes. It needs to come out. We need an airing of it. Until your point, Glenn, I mean, they've got three weeks here where they need to show this, right? And they, we have to remember, these are legal professionals. They understand that this would be one or lost in the courts. The president not speaking a lot on social media changes nothing here. Right? People are like, oh, well, he's not talking. He must not really believe it. Well, whatever he believes doesn't matter right now. What matters is what happens in the court. You can't, it doesn't matter how many supporters he has. It doesn't matter how many people are behind him. It doesn't matter how many people are speaking about, it doesn't matter if Mitt Romney saying. bad things about him or if his allies are saying good things about him. There's another thing.

What matters is the court. Stinking Mitt Romney. Didn't mean to bring that up. I'm just saying the point is it doesn't, none of that matters. I can say this. Hang on just to say this. I can say this. I can say this because I'm one of them. Those damn Mormons. They were responsible the two senators

from Utah were responsible for the Smoot-Hawley thing and gave us the Great Depression. Mitt Romney, God only knows what he's going to be responsible for. What, no guns? I mean, it's, ah. Also, Mike Lee, though, as well. I mean, there's been some, a lot of good things there. No, no, no, there are good Mormons.

I think Mike Lee is one. Stu, I mean, Pat is a good one. I'm a little sketchy, but. But, you know, we try to do the right thing. But I think these guys just misinterpret. You know, they get all warm and fuzzy with, you know, well, what would Jesus want us to do? Well, Jesus didn't believe that he should run the government. He's going to do that later.

Right. And he wants the truth to come out. You want the truth to come out. So let's let them have their day in court. Yep. All right. Coming up in just a second, I want to talk about the mathematician. who is one of the best mathematicians in the country.

Williams College Professor Stephen Miller, a Yale and Princeton-trained math expert, has analyzed Pennsylvania ballot data collected. He said that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than a registered

Republican or requested by a Republican registered and returned. but not counted, range between 89,000 to 98,801. He did this in a sworn statement and provided it to Just the News, which is a great website, by the way. According to Pennsylvania State data for early and absentee ballot requests, there are roughly 165,000 ballots requested in the names of registered GOP voters that had not been counted as of November 16. He goes on to say, almost surely the number of ballots requested by someone other than registered Republicans is between 37,01 and 58,914. Almost surely the number of ballots requested by registered Republicans and returned but not counted is 38,910 to 56,483.

I think we should I think we should look into some some of these this is a this would be an expert witness who's looked at all of the data and and did the mathematical

Sidney, what's her last name again? Sidney Powell. Sidney Powell. She's going to be on with us next hour. Oh, good. But go ahead. believe what they're saying, fake anybody out, but that's the predictable stuff, right? Does, do you have any hope that this election made by the Supreme Court? Because that's the only way

it could turn away. One path. Supreme Court of the United States. Do you have any hope? Now, I guess, what are you extraordinary unprecedented action never before happened in the United States? have that would and answer the question, which I don't believe she'll be able to, it's over. A simple man back to know that. I think that's why you identify with me, because you're very simple.

I'm simple. I want to see. So, all right, so Bill, hear me out. I talked to Alan Dershowitz. And Alan said, he thought this was unlikely. He said, but he thought their path would be,

if you could get the states and the Supreme Court to say there's enough evidence here to deeply question these results because of the voting machines and everything else, in these particular states, if you can knock those states out from certifying, then if you can bring him down to even 269, anything under 270. The Supreme Court doesn't have to call the election. The Supreme Court just will have to say, there's enough fire here that we see

that this needs to be investigated, and they can say, yes, Your Honor, but the, you know, the time is up. And if they just get a, if they just get a few states to not to lose the ability to certify, then it goes to the House. It's not going to happen.

What do you think of that? That's Alan Dershowitz. Yeah, it's impossible. It's happened three times before. No, no, no. It's impossible this year. Okay? Why? So, Georgia is off the board. They had their recount.

Biden won. Republican-run state. Not going to do any more. Pennsylvania is never in a million. The fraud that I did, I believe, took place. Me, I believe it. But they're not going to admit it, all right? Neither is Michigan with Whitmer.

Neither is Wisconsin with Evers. No, but the way, wait, wait. But the point is, is they're going to bring the case to the Supreme Court and say, here's the evidence that we have, and it takes time to build this case. but here's the overwhelming evidence that it appears hundreds of thousands. And they said, what was it, 8 million votes, if they can show that there's gaining evidence here that we need to look into those states, the Supreme Court can override those states. The governors won't have anything to say with it.

The Supreme Court can't override the states. It can issue to stay. Okay, and I can say stop, right, right, right. Stop, all right. Right. Correct. Beck, theoretically, what you said is proper, sure. But with all due respect, the administration hasn't presented, one would indicate they have this amount of evidence that would compel the Supreme Court.

Here's what people need to understand, Beck, and I'm so happy you've had me on today. Here's what they need to understand. The judiciary is not an investigative agency. So the Supreme Court doesn't investigate. All right? No judge investigates. They sit there in their chair, and I think they have the chairs that you advertise. They sit there, and they look at what is presented to them.

In a case like this, where if the Supreme Court did, there would be violence in the streets, a lot of it. Yes. Yes. They know that. They're human beings. So they know that there has to be overwhelming evidence, not just some. Correct.

Not just. No, I know. Well, it happened here, but it's not at the level where it would overturn 100,000. I know. But, Bill, if you listen to them, I'm saying that we, we, we, we, We will know in three weeks because they'll either file that or not. But they said they have overwhelming evidence. They have the evidence needed.

No, no, no. I know, I know. But we'll know in three weeks. If they do have overwhelming... Yeah, they can't wait three weeks to do it. They have to do it the week after Thanksgiving, all right, which is two weeks. and they have to do it. But you have nine Supreme Court justices.

All right. You have nine Supreme Court justices. Right now, as we speak, four out of the nine, will never under any circumstances stay that election. All right? Yes. So that means... Is that count...

Roberts. It's not counting, John. It is counting Roberts. Roberts will never do it. So the three liberals, the Roberts will... No matter what... what you do, Jesus could come in and say,

you know, look, I'm God, and I saw the cheating, then I'm going to do it. Right. I know. That means that all five of the others would have to go with it. The odds of that are

about 500 to 1, but I'm trying to do it to everybody, and I know the level of anger that is in play in this country on both sides, but and I do believe that there was fraud in the election. I don't see how mathematically you go from a 600,000 vote lead in Pennsylvania to losing by 60,000.

I'd like to see analytics on that, all right? And I suggested to the Trump administration that they do analytics about the odds of that happening. Go ahead. Okay, so hang on just a second. There is a mathematician, Yale and Princeton-trained mathematic. who came out and did an analysis of it. He says that looking at the collected data and interviews that he did, Stephen Miller is his name, he is a mathematics expert.

He said that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican or requested and not returned, or sorry, or questioned and returned but not counted, is anywhere between 89,397 to 98,801. He's put this in a sworn statement. He said there was roughly 165,000 ballots requested in the names of GOP voters that have not been counted. He said, the problem is is that he believes that the ballots are

not only not counted but probably requested fraudulently and he said almost surely the number of ballots requested by someone other than the registered Republican is between 37,001

and 58,914 and almost surely the number of ballots requested by legitimately registered Republicans and returned, but not counted, is in the range of 38,910, and 56,483. That's pretty staggering. Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania?

Pennsylvania. But that still wouldn't be enough to override the 60,000 vote plurality that Biden has. No, yes, it would. It's a hundred thousand. What I'm saying to you is this. That guy signs an affidavit. That's what he came up with. The other side will get an analytics person to say the exact opposite.

The Supreme Court would be looking at, he said, she said, and he'll throw it out. What I'd like to see is the Trump administration, rather than running around, is that they feel it was fraud into the certainty. this is 2% this could have happened, 5%, 30%, whatever it may be. That's going to convince Americans. See, what we're doing now is Donald Trump as a perfect right, and everybody should understand that. Not concede, I wouldn't if I were him. I would never concede if I were him.

I would do the orderly transition. I would brief Biden on important matters, but I wouldn't concede. and he has the right to protect all Americans from fraudulent elections. So he's doing what he should do. I mean, you'll never hear that in the media, but he's not going to prevent himself up for another run three years from now by getting an overwhelming amount of evidence to say, out of my second term, I'm coming back,

and I am going to win, like Grover, Cleveland, one of your favorites, Beck, I know. the only president had two non-consecutive terms. And here is the evidence. But right now, it's too complicated for most Americans. It's a he said, she said in many cases, and I don't believe the Supreme Court is going to do anything at this level. Nothing. Unless...

Ms. Powell, on the Glenn Beck radio program, can put forth one piece of stunning information. I don't think she could do that. No. I don't think she will, and I'll tell you why in a second, but first let me tell you this, Bill. Get behind me, Satan. Get behind me.

I'm not listening to your crap today on that. We're going to continue with Bill O'Reilly coming up in just a second, and I want to tell you why I don't think Sidney Powell is going to share anything big. I could be wrong. I don't think Sidney Powell or Rudy Giuliani are in any mindset to share information because they know exactly what the press will do with that. It doesn't matter what they say. Like Jesus, Jesus could have been one of the attorneys. I can't imagine Jesus with a briefcase, but he could have been standing there on stage and saying, no, I'm God, I know.

And I, you know, I've got the record of it right here. They would go on an anti-Jesus rant. Sidney Powell knows this firsthand because she represented General Flynn. And she wasn't proven right for three years. So why would she give anyone? Why would she tip her hand to anyone when it's two weeks away? Because there's a court of public opinion in the country. Doesn't matter.

Outlets on talk radio and Fox News to get the message out that they're serious. They have a lot of credibility in the investigative area. If you look at all the newspapers across the country today, they played on a press conference on page 18. All right? They didn't take it seriously as you've been. pointed out. They need to put up something that will give people pause. Now, you're absolutely right. The press will knock it down. They don't believe it. The press doesn't care, by the way, if the election was fraudulent. Everybody should understand that. The American press is so corrupt.

They're fine with a fraudulent election as long as Biden's a president. They're fine with it. Just like Hunter Biden. They're okay with it. They don't care. So you need to know that. but what Giuliani and Powell, we're going to have it. It's coming up. All right. Well, people need a little bit more than that. And when I say people... Okay.

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Go ahead. Bill, the judge shouldn't take anything into account that they have heard outside of their court. No, listen to me. Are you little Bo Peat? No. Come on. No, I'm not.

Listen to me. They're not going to put themselves at risk. The judges that I know, the judges that I know, they uphold their oath. They take that oath seriously. John Roberts, I don't think, does. But others do. Now, listen to me. In two weeks, in two weeks, we're going to know if they have some.

or they don't. The court of public opinion at this point, and believe me, I want hope. I want to know. I, you know, I would love them to say, oh, we... The strategy is flawed. If that's their strategy, they're making things out that gets everybody's attention. You can't just say, I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it, because you lose credibility. The 80 million Americans are so angry, they're screaming at the top of their lungs, and the courts hear it. And the day, and the day they give it to court, you don't think 70 million people are going to listen to that and hear what they said and won't rise up.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was canonized by the American left and the media for basically never ruling on the merits of the law. Her and John Roberts, I would say John Roberts fits into that, too.

Well, whatever it may be, it has to be, think that if Ms. Powell has just one, one compelling piece. On the Monday after Thanksgiving, and you can tell her this from me, Beck, she's got to put it out, not Rudy Giuliani, because he's tainted right now. Okay? She's got to get out there, and she's going to say, look, 73 million Americans are going to get any kind of justice at all on this. Well, I will tell you this. My feeling is, my feeling is I'm not blindly loyal to anybody. You know, if they don't have a case, they don't have a case. But I will tell you this. Donald Trump has earned enough for the American people on the right to be loyal for another two weeks.

And they will be. To just give them the benefit of the doubt. Yeah. So, I mean, the people who voted for Donald Trump are not bailing on him or on the investigation. I mean, some in the media are because you know, they put their finger up to the win. That's why FNC is getting hurt. And they try to calculate

what's going to happen. But the folks, the people who went to the polls in an honest way and voted for Trump, they're not going to bail. But it's not about them right now. It's about nine human beings sitting on a court in Washington. That's the only way that this thing will be reversed. There is no other way.

I know Dershowitz is saying states and this and that. It's not going to happen. Yeah, he said, he told me, he said there's very thin chance of that happening. All right, but, you know, look, I'm a simple man. We'll go back to that. It's not going to happen, so I don't even consider it. You know, I want to have a nice Thanksgiving. By the way, Beck, you're going to be out at the ranch,

Thanksgiving, right? I am there now, yes. Okay, do you shoot your food? Do you, like, go out and get it out of the wood? You know, I would if I wasn't so loud coming up to it. But when you've got a physique like mine, it just, yeah, they're all like, yeah, I'm a great shot, but I am just too loud. I'm a really good shot, yeah.

Yeah. All right. So, Bill, let me, wait, wait, wait, let me ask you this. Let me ask you this. I want to play another piece of audio. This is Joe Biden yesterday. Here it is. Governors. Governors need to be able to get funding when they just, when they need to, uh, and bring your national guard into play. And national guards are going to have to play this. It costs a lot of money. What is he saying? But if the Democrats want that, Beck, they want Biden because they know that Biden is not going to do anything. I will tell you, I think the Democrats have been eaten by the left. They've been eaten by the left. and the minute he becomes a roadblock. No, it's Obama's running the show here.

Come on. He ran the campaign. He's running the show. It's a return of the Obama administration. They're going to tell Joe what to do. A more radical Obama administration. A much more radical one. The Senate will block that kind of crazy stuff.

So they've got to be a little more subtle about it. It is in a dead heat. Both races are. are in a dead heat. We have a divided country. I don't want to see violence in this country. And I think all people should understand that this election could erupt that way. And if there's overwhelming evidence of fraud that rises to,

the vote was not honestly tabulated, then we have to do something. But the people who are involved with this have a responsibility to their country. And, you know, I get angry because, Trump's doing the right thing. I mean, he should not be, he should not be thrown in like Nixon did. Nixon knew he got jobbed. Nixon knew he won that election

against JFK in 1960, but he folded. And I don't think he should have folded. And I write about that in my new book, Killing the mob, which will be out in May. No, but it's an amazing how I'm so prolific. I just, it's just amazing. Yeah, it just doesn't stop with you.

Trump has an obligation, and he does believe it's fraudulent, he's got to do everything he can to uncover it. So I'm fine with that. But let's have one piece from Sydney. Maybe she'll give you something. Maybe you'll get something. You know what? I just have, my hope is so dashed all the time when I see nobody's paying for crimes in Washington. No one is paying for crimes.

let me uh and it's not just washington it's also andrew quomo what he has done to the nursing homes and and then he's taking victory laps and saying that oh i'm the model is is insane he came out yesterday and he said it's very frightening to me that these arrogant sheriffs will not enforce my covid restrictions over thanksgiving arrogant sheriffs they don't they don't answer to you The answer to the people and to the Constitution. That's it. They're the last line of defense between an out-of-control government and the Constitution. They don't have to answer to him.

The left doesn't really want representative government, do they, Beck? No, they don't. Okay. So, you know, when I'm... You do know my first name is Glenn, right? Say that again? No, I... Go ahead.

So Cuomo, I live in New York State. I'm here right now. He'd be stoned to death. if he showed up in Levittown today. So he's not exactly Mr. Popularity here. He gave himself a $25,000 raise. I mocked him on the radio and television, and the next day he rescinded his own raise.

And I basically said, gee, the state of New York owes $30 billion and has the highest taxes in the union, and he's given himself a $25,000 raise. And then I did some research. The taxes are so high that if you get a $25,000 raise a year back, you get $7.95 really in your pocket. They take the rest of it. Unless you're a Cuomo. Yeah, I mean, there's got to be something.

There's got to be something for people like him. You're right. There isn't justice right now in America. There is not. But on an election, if we don't get to the bottom of this, we don't have a free society. anymore. We don't. These criminals in Philadelphia,

in Detroit, and Fulton County, Georgia, if these criminals, and that's what they are, can do a massive fraud. And that's why the Trump lawyers have such a tremendous

responsibility. And that's why they have to be very calculating and how they go about exposing this fraud. Because the people want to know. Yeah.

And that's why. why, if I may, just put words in your mouth. That's why they should be reading, killing crazy horse, available wherever books are sold. Bill, thank you so much. So you went through absolute hell with General Flynn for three years, and you were facing the same kind of criticism that you are now. and in the end, we find out that what you were defending and who you were defending was absolutely true. Trump has kept his promises to be the guy who is the warrior for the American people. He's been almost entirely alone in that effort, and in my point of view, he has earned the trust, at least from me, and I think trust from all of his voters, to allow you to play this game the way you see fit to, you know, talk to the press or not talk to the press. Your job is to win a court case. Can you tell us when this is going to be filed and where it's going to be tried?

No, I can't right now. We're going to have to file several lawsuits. It's going to be in all the swing states. We are still gathering massive amounts. of evidence. To the point, we haven't even had time to process all of it. People are filing or drafting affidavits for us right and left. Patriotic Americans are coming forward from every corner of the country and some people

even internationally. They are fed up with the corruption and they want to clean up the system and stop this election rigging that has gone on all around the world for the profit of all kinds of tyrants and global interests that have just lined their pockets while they've raped their own countries and treated their people horribly. We know it's happened in many countries in Latin America. It was exported to Argentina. I think it was exported to Mongolia. Probably most every country around the world now has been infected with this sort of election rigging that's been made available by Dominion and Smartmatic. And other companies,

as well have used the same sort of code in their machines that would allow the same results to be controlled. Okay, so let's talk about Smartmatic and Dominion. You laid out the connections or affiliations with Venezuela. The press is saying, that didn't happen. You talked about Germans counting our votes. The press has said, that didn't have. happen. Can you give us any place to even look for the truth? What, what,

you, you say one thing, everybody online, and believe me, we were just demonetized by Facebook because we carried your press conference without comment. We carried it. And we were demonetized for it. So I, I can't go to any source to get the truth online. How can we find these things? Well, we will start putting documents online and sending them to people like you as soon as we possibly can. I would hope that we could start that by this weekend. I mean, we've just been taking information not just through a fire hose. I mean, it started through a fire hose and then it became a tsunami.

And some people, of course, don't want their names disclosed. They have all kinds of fears. We have people around the country with security now that they've never had before just because they dare to tell the truth. You might look at the fact that both Dominion offices have shut down and moved all of a sudden in Toronto, where they shared office space with the Soros entity, and also in Denver, all of a sudden, they just shuddered and moved. Their employees have been taking their name off LinkedIn and eliminating any affiliation with either company. There are over 100 of those that have happened. I mean, we've unearthed a global criminal conspiracy that is just mind blowing, and we've only scratched a tip of the iceberg.

The servers at Seidel in Germany were confiscated. the other day. I am hearing it was our forces that got those servers. So I think the government is now working on an investigation of what really happened. But we're getting in evidence also that there were lines into the servers from four foreign countries, all extremely adverse to the interests of the United States. But wouldn't they have counted those here first? and then just uploaded them to the cloud on those servers, maybe, perhaps in Germany. Right. There were multiple ways of doing the alterations of the votes.

The person sitting at the data center where their votes are coming in can do it. They can watch them real time and change things. They can put an algorithm on the system across the board that does the initial shifting. And then in each data collection point, which is best we can tell for the major alterations, where the democratic control politically corrupt strongholds in the country, cities like Detroit and Philadelphia, for example, in Atlanta. By the spikes in the data, the statistical experts can, and mathematical experts can tell you exactly when families occurred that are statistically impossible.

And we found places where, for example, something like 384,450 votes were added for Biden, while a third of that amount were added for Trump. And those exact same numbers were replicated 20 minutes later. So I talked to a Silicon Valley expert on Monday, another time we were demonetized this week. And I asked him, I said, can you tell me the odds? of these kinds of things happening. He said, Glenn, when I reported back to me, he said, I didn't have to go further than the user manual for Dominion.

He said on page 456, 57, and 8, he said all of these things are not designed flaws. They're designed. And it says in the manual that the risk is very high. So are we grabbing the soft, from these precincts? Is there any record that we should be seizing? Yes, the government, frankly, should be seizing every single machine.

There should have been search warrants run already on Dominion offices and operations centers. Why none of that has been done is beyond my comprehension other than the CIA or some other three-letter agency has known for a long time that this was going on. and behind a lot of it, if not facilitating and operating a lot of it? I don't know. But I do know this. It has defied the will of the American people and people around the world who have thought they were legitimately voting and their vote was being counted for the candidate of their choice when it turns out it wasn't their choice at all.

And I can't even express how angry this makes me from whatever the involvement of our government is, to its failure to do anything now, to its promotion of it around the world or turning a blind eye, whatever it is. It's absolutely hideous and appalling and un-American, and contrary to everything our founders set this country up to be. Well, we know that Soros is involved in some countries with these people, and quite honestly the State Department doing these things. So let me ask you, we've reached out to the Department of Homeland Security.

We've reached out to states. We do not get a response from anybody. We've asked these questions. Have you, has your legal team investigated or has, have you asked for subpoenas in court to be able to seize these things? So far, what the campaign has been filing have been largely election challenges, and they don't, as far as I know, I'm not an election law lawyer for starters. But my understanding is there have not been any process yet pursuant to which they could issue subpoenas. There are different entities that have secured the machines to protect them at our request. I mean, we're just civil lawyers trying to do the right.

thing here when the government has ignored it or helped it along for at least two decades. I mean, we know we have a firsthand, totally credible witness who has given us a lengthy affidavit. He was sitting at Hugo Chavez right hand from the inception of this machine and equipment and operation through its execution for years. He's been in the control room where he saw it happen. their own, as you say, lists all these things and put them in a file, called an adjudicative file, and then just throw it away. So you can call out all the Trump votes you want, put them in that file, and put it in the trash bin.

It is remarkable what they have designed. It's so crooked. Let me go back to what something Mayor Giuliani said. He said, we have proof of more than double the amount of votes to overturn the election. Do you know, is this from affidavits or is there evidence that the team has dug up that confirms what the witnesses have said? It's a combination of things. It's the data that we've been able to get from certain precincts. That's another thing.

We need the granular data in lots of places. And it takes, frankly, a bit of time and effort to go through the data and do the analysis. It's not something that can be done in five minutes. We've talked to probably over 500 or maybe even 1,000 witnesses by now. I don't even know what our affidavit count is. Rudy has one set, and I have another, and then we share them with each other. So we haven't even had time to read all the affidavits that our lawyers have collected. So that's another concern that I...

We're all working 20 hours a day. I know, I know. And I know the... I know the cancel... culture, and I know the fear that is involved with many attorneys, and I quite frankly think there is a lot of conservative, big name, conservative attorneys out there that are just spineless for not stepping to the plate right now. But I understand what you're going through, which brings me to a fear that I have that, I mean, you're building the most important case. If,

if half or 25% of what you guys said yesterday turns out to be true, this is the biggest crime in American history. And you don't put that together in two weeks. Do you have time to make this? Yeah. In history. Do you have time to do this? I think we can get it done.

In fact, we already have collected more evidence than, probably half the prison population is in prison for right now. It's just a matter of tying it together in a way that's digestible. And we're in the process of doing that as we speak. And I'm hoping we get something filed by next week that starts outlining and proving the overall fraud. But I will tell you, too, that the standard of proof people are expecting is more than would be necessary for a criminal conviction, which is absolutely ridiculous. Our standard of proof is only preponderance of the evidence.

And on top of that, the mountain of evidence we have to deal with is huge. And we've got, of course, all the media interests against us, all the global interest against us, all the social media companies against us, because they're all owned and controlled by foreign money. There are trillions of dollars of wealth and corruption at issue. against our little team in this effort.

Every despot, every tyrant around the world who has been elected by this system, I'm sure it's putting all his or her resources and connections and everything else against us. We've had technology issues. We know that our people are blowing up my phone all the time. Everybody out there on the wrong side of truth and justice is, attacking us in one form or another. But we're going to keep going and we are going to prove it. Sydney, I know a fraction of what the powers that be can do to destroy people.

And we pray for you and we pray for the team. I know millions of Americans are just for your protection and for guidance. I'm not going to break for the commercial here. I'm going to move that. Three North Dakota sheriffs will not enforce the governor of North Dakota's new COVID mandates. They say it's unconstitutional. They're not going to do it.

in Orange County, the sheriff there will not enforce the coronavirus only violations during curfew. He says unconstitutional, not going to do it. We also have somebody who's taking a beating from everybody's favorite governor, Cuomo. It says he's not going to do it. And Cuomo came out and said he's arrogant and out of control. He said he won't enforce Cuomo's Thanksgiving limit. His name is Richard Gerardino. He is the sheriff of Fulton County, New York.

Richard, how are you? I'm doing great. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be on, Glenn. I listen to you frequently. What I appreciate is most shows only give you two or three minutes, and you really can't have an in-depth constitutional discussion, and you allowing me to do that, I think, is a big service. service to the community.

Well, you just ate 30 seconds of your two minutes. I'm not kidding. So tell me, because this is really important to me. I don't think people understand that sheriffs do not answer to the governor. They don't answer to any agency. You don't answer to the president. You answer to the Constitution and the people, correct? Correct.

The governor is the only one who can remove a sheriff. or the voters at an election. And the governor can only do it if there's a crime or if there's malfeasance in office. But we both take an oath to the Constitution. So I'm not against the governor. I'm for the Constitution, Glenn. Correct, correct. So tell me about his Thanksgiving limit and what's happening in New York and why you're standing against it.

Well, first of all, it's through an executive order. and our legislature abdicated their responsibility months ago when they turned everything over to the governor, and that allows him to issue edicts or what we call executive orders. I have to explain what he can do by the Constitution first. He can issue an executive order saying you have to have a face mask on in a store or restaurant or bar, you can have to close at 10 o'clock, the table's got to be this or that. That's perfectly constitutional because he controls all the administrative agencies, state liquor authority and the, so that's fine. That's why you can't take issue with him saying,

close your store at this time, keep people apart. But when he tells people what they can and can't do in the privacy of their own home, there's a heightened constitutional balancing act. And I have my obligations to the Constitution, and there's no way to enforce this. It's not like, he keeps saying it's a law, but a law has a penalty. So like if you're in a bar and you stay open past 10, they can find you or they can find you if your waitresses aren't wearing masks there's no penalty for an executive order about how many people you invite to your home for Thanksgiving and isn't an executive order a law goes through the legislature and the governor signs it that's how i mean i just know because i was a bill on capital hill when i was a kid and that's the way it works it becomes a

law once it goes through the proper channels. So how do executive orders work when they want to enforce them? Well, here's, again, you're 100% right, and most of us in second or third grade were taught. The legislature passes the bill. The governor either signs or vetoes the bill. If he signs it, it's a law. Basic common constitutional law. How he can exercise an executive order is he controls the state liquor authority and say

the health department, right? You get a license as a business from the health department. You've got to comply with the restaurant rules and from the state liquor authority for a bar. So they're sanctions and they can have an administrative action against you. So they can close a bar and find you because you have a license from the state. You don't need a license to live in your house. You know what I mean? So when you get to the executive order that goes into somebody's home, then you run into a problem.

So I don't want to get too deep into the fourth, fifth, and fourth, fifth, and fourteenth amendment, but I can tell you this. I've been contacted from around this country and around my own state saying, thank you for standing up, thank you for speaking up. And I'll tell you, a lot of sheriffs and law enforcement have said, look, we can't execute the executive order. But the reason they give properly so is we just don't have the manpower, there's no, there's no sanction attached, and we're not going to go to somebody's house. It's really not practical. And the fact that he ordered it. is what put a lot of people's backup in the air, you know, got their spine out of line. So, you're just such an amazing guy. Can I, can you just fill in some blanks and just,

you went to law school, right? So you graduated, you were an attorney, right? Well, I went to law school, and Andrew Cuomo was two years ahead of me at the same law school. He probably doesn't know who I was. So, but he had a, reputation even in law school of being a hard charger, especially on the basketball court, which he's carried throughout his career. So he doesn't know me. I was just a little piddly sheriff. But I went to law school, graduated with the Nassau County DA's office. Then I became a district attorney in upstate New York. And then a county court judge, the county court judge. Can you not hold down a job? Or how did you get to? I mean, you accomplished more in your first

35 years of life that most people do in a lifetime. It's called a severe case of attention deficit disorder, but I will know both me and the governor have, you know, he's held three jobs, the secretary of HUD, and he's been the attorney general and the governor. I mean, he's got a great career path, and I've had three jobs. Mine have all been on the local level, but I'm very pleased where I live and work. People have been 100%, not 100%, most people have been supportive of what I'm doing for them as a sheriff, as a judge in DA in the past. I just want to just throw these things out.

You were an instructor of trial tactics at Albany Law School. You have been on the board of the Chamber of Commerce. You've been a firefighter for 22 years. And now you're also sheriff. I mean, it's an impressive resume. Tell me about the mood of the community in New York, where you are in Fulton County. Well, the mood and,

Fulton County is they kind of agree with my statement that they're adults. They've listened for eight months about the precautions. Most people are taking precautions. We're a very low infection rate county in the state. The last I checked, we were 1.3%, which is very low. People take it serious here. They have loved ones. My mother's in a nursing home, so I didn't get the sear for six months except through a window. We had 28 deaths in our county, and we have 55,000 people. But the 28 deaths were mostly as a result of COVID in a private nursing home that had visiting nurses from New York City. And I'm not blaming them. I'm just saying that our numbers come from a nursing home.

You know, the only thing you forgot, and it's not on my resume, and Bill O'Reilly and I sat together at a judge's dinner, and I gave him a ride to the airport. He probably wouldn't remember me, but it was in Albany County. It was 20 years ago. So next time he's on, tell him the crazy judge at the time. says hi yeah okay I will the the the problem that we have in America I think is that people who are in authority are just shutting everybody down and not allowing even questions honest questions to be asked it's just that's the way it is and you're

stupid or you're you know you're a rebel or you just want everybody to die and I I think that's what's causing a lot of the angst in America. I think a lot of people are exactly how you describe them. They don't want to kill people. They are reasonable. They can handle themselves. Just treat me like an adult, not like a seven-year-old. Two comments on that.

Most of the people who've been contacted from throughout this country. It's amazing what a great country have. I had a message from one woman who said she hopes that I understand that the blood of all those who die in Fulton County after Thanksgiving is on my hands. And when I go to the emergency room with COVID, she hopes the nurses are busy working on the other people I tried to kill and then I die a horrible death. Kind of nice lady, obviously.

And she left the message. But I've also had so many strong Americans say, thank you, thank you, common sense, speaking up. And listen, no one doubts the deadliness of COVID. We know that it's the high-risk people, the elderly, my mom's in a nursing home, 90 years old. She's at high risk. Those with diabetes, I have deadliness.

I have diabetes. Those who are overweight. You know, we know the high-risk categories. We know that wearing masks, social distancing, disinfecting, we know that that reduces deaths and things. But Dr. Fauci's told us since March that we're going to have a rise in cases in the fall in the winter. It's in Italy going to happen.

He said it over and over. It's going to spike because of several factors or inside. There's, you know, the viralness of it is growing. So he's already told us that. So whether I tell people, enjoy your Thanksgiving, anxiety of wondering if the police are going to come to the house. And that's the common theme of this. It's like, and you and I are both constitutionalists,

but one thing, a lady who put it to me this yesterday, she says, you know what, would you stop talking like a lawyer and a judge? She says, you keep talking about Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, 14th Amendment, people don't understand or need to know that. And you know what I realize? She's right. You know, the people who call me, listen, the people call me, say, hey, I don't know what, I don't know what section of the bill of rights it is, but there's just something inherently wrong with coming into my house and counting heads on who's eating turkey. And on a side note, along with that, what's the fine?

How it started was a week and a half ago, a man came up to me at a local, at Stewart's a local shop, and said, hey, you know, my wife and I argue about going our son's house. Well, there's 14 people going, we don't want to get a ticket or a fine. And so that just set me off. You know, and I said, sir, it was a vet. I said, you served our country. You should be able to have Thanksgiving with your family. And I just said, but if you guys are not well and it's risky, don't go. But I got to tell you another funny story.

And this one I think is probably the one's funny. Real quick. I'll make it quick. Okay. Lady says to me, what would your father think of doing this, you know, bucking the governor? I said, my father was a pediatrician for 50 years. He would say, why don't you go to Matilda Cuomo, sit down with Andrew, stop being. a knucklehead, stop being a Sicilian.

You're both assailians. Have a nice spaghetti dinner and decide how you can both work together to better this country and save more people in a constitutional framework. That's what my dad would say. Yeah, that's not going to happen. Richard G.ardino, thank you so much.
