Starting point is 00:00:00 60% of the vans on Amazon come to vendor independent like Sac Magic. Hello, here Camille of Sac Magic. Our compresses, show of fraud are fabriced in Quebec, and our presence on Amazon enlarge our clientele
Starting point is 00:00:10 to the world entire. Trouve of little enterprises like on our own.com.com. Okay, let me talk to you here for just a second about American financing. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, you need a mortgage,
Starting point is 00:00:23 you want to consolidate, you want to get out from under some of this debt, and you want a way to do it without resetting your loan, may I suggest that you call American financing? 800906 2440. It is going to become more and more difficult for you to get a loan. I don't know how to say this any more clearly. The world is changing, and because you're on the wrong side, equity would insist that it would be harder for you to get a loan. It's coming as are inflation rates through the roof.
Starting point is 00:01:06 So please do the right thing. Call American financing now at 800906 2440. Save yourself some money here. Americanfinancing.net. America, welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Today, I think the theme of the show is, where the hell are the Republicans? Where's the GOP?
Starting point is 00:02:01 What are we doing? They expect to win in 2022, but I don't know why we should vote for them. Is anybody making a good? Oh yeah, I know. We got to win because we can't have these guys in office. I got that. Isn't it time we start being represented by people who actually hear us, actually feel the pain that we are about to go into,
Starting point is 00:02:29 that actually care about the Constitution and the Constitution? country. Isn't it about time? I think so. I'll further explain in 60 seconds. Let me tell you a little bit about Deborah. She spent the last several months having to use a wheelchair because the pain in her knees was so bad. It left her incapacitated. With surgery to replace both of her knees looming close on the horizon, she decided to act on the ad that she heard on this radio program and give relief factor a try. Guess what? Surgery's been delayed for the time. time being because literally a few days after starting taking Relief Factor, she could walk again. In fact, her knee pain has completely gone away. Deborah, congratulations on getting your life
Starting point is 00:03:19 back. Relief Factor. It's worth a shot. Give it a try. Relief Factor, not a drug, but developed by doctors. 1995 will give you the three-week quick start trial pack. Try it for three weeks. Relieffactor.com. 800, 583-84.84. It's Relieffactor.com. 800, 500,884. There's a couple of things going on. Do you remember the Marine that came out and did a viral video and he was like, what's happening here? And he got in trouble because he was wearing a uniform. Well, the next day, he resigned and did another video. This time he wasn't in uniform and he had formally resigned.
Starting point is 00:04:08 well the government decided that they weren't going to accept his resignation and so they put him in jail now why would you do that other than you want to keep him silent that's the only reason why this is happening we have his parents on in about an hour we're going to talk to them about their son being thrown into jail just trying to do the right thing oh also Did you know that the government now is saying that, you know, these January 6 people, they're all getting misdemeanors? And shouldn't there be jail time for these misdemeanors? For the first time in American history, we are looking to put people in jail for misdemeanors. These would be political prisoners.
Starting point is 00:05:05 We'll give you more on that. Now, Jerome Powell, he is the Federal Reserve Chairman. He's great. I love him. Do you love Jerome? He's fantastic. Huge fan, yeah. He sees some real pressures running into 2022.
Starting point is 00:05:20 And he said he's really getting frustrated that people getting vaccinated are, you know, are not 100%. And it's the most important economic policy we have is to get everybody vaccinated. and he said, and it's really frustrating. Looks like inflation is going to be, you know, held up longer than we thought, and it's frustrating. It's because of the vaccinations? Yeah, that's what he says, yeah. Vaccinations. How does that tie into inflation, exactly?
Starting point is 00:05:56 He said that getting people vaccinated, arresting the spread of the COVID-Delta variant remains the most important economic policy that we have. Okay. Do you need more? Yes. I would need something tied into what I'm talking about. You are somebody that is just your danger to society. I am.
Starting point is 00:06:16 You are a danger to society. Can I ask another question about vaccination rates and policy, U.S. policy? Go ahead. So 64% we're at right now of all citizens, including children, which are not eligible yet. 64% have had one shot. And that's so bad that all these other problems are stemming from it, right? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. ruining our economy, all these.
Starting point is 00:06:37 terrible things. So let me just give you some other percentages. Ecuador, 62%, which is less. Columbia, 51%. Mexico, 49%. Belize, 47%. Honduras, 32%. Guatemala, 24%,
Starting point is 00:06:56 Nicaragua, 7.5%. And let me just throw this one in. Haiti, 0.37% vaccinated. But we're important. 10s of thousands of people from those areas. Yeah, but they don't have COVID. They only have, quote, an illness. End quote.
Starting point is 00:07:18 Just an illness. It could be leprosy. We don't know. We're not going to make them get vaccinated when they come in. No. And we're not even going to test them when they come in. Yes. When we do test, then we're finding about a 20% positive rate for illness.
Starting point is 00:07:33 Uh-huh. Uh-huh. But that policy is consistent with their horrendous. So I don't understand what your, I don't understand what the problem is. By the way, thank goodness. Oh, the White House is finally on it. The border patrol has to be fully Vaxed by November or they will lose their job. Okay.
Starting point is 00:07:51 So everybody working on the border has got to have the vaccine and be in compliance. Otherwise, they're going to be fired. The people crossing the border that they're trying to stop. They don't have. They don't have to. coming from these regions we just discussed. Yeah, but they only have an illness. It's not COVID.
Starting point is 00:08:11 It's an illness. Just an illness. Just an illness. Could be the sniffles. Could be polio. We don't know. Are we going to check? No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:08:21 We just let them go. We just let them go. We could test for which illness it is. See if it's polio or not. Yeah. Well, that's the UN's job. You know, the UN is testing everybody on the Mexico side of the border as they prepare them to come over a.
Starting point is 00:08:36 across our border. The UN is testing everybody. So I guess we could ask the UN, you know, how many people that you're helping come into our country have tested positive for COVID? Because we only know the illness thing. There's something to be said about this insanity. And I know that Jerome Powell at the Fed, it finds inflation frustrating. and, you know, I think that's exactly how the American people feel about it, you know, when they get there and meets up 20% and they're like, gosh, darn it, this is frustrating, you know? Isn't that what? Yeah, that's usually. When they, you know, when they go in to do anything and they've got about 8% that they have to put out more for, no matter what it is, they just think, wow, I'm frustrated by this. This is kind of a nuisance, you know? For instance, let me. to give you this. Springfield City in Springfield, Missouri, the city utilities is alerting the
Starting point is 00:09:44 citizens that it's their gas prices. If they're on natural gas, it's going to go up a little bit. Okay. Last year, the average customer paid $90 a month for the natural gas usage. And it's going to be frustrating. It is. It's going to be a nuisance. It's going to be a nuisance. It's going to be a little frustrating and you're going to be like, gosh, darn it. It's expected to jump from $90 a month to $175 a month. Just a little inflation. Just a little inflation. And, you know, nothing to worry about.
Starting point is 00:10:20 You know, you just have to pay a little more. But this inflation is going to come back down. Now, it won't because it's on natural gas. And this administration is doing everything to kill natural gas and oil. You know, so that's a That's frustrating, isn't it? Where's the GOP on any of this? Where are they?
Starting point is 00:10:45 Where's anyone in the GOP doing anything other than giving a speech? What are they supposed to do? They don't have any power. Well, I would think that they could, you know, stand up and join together as one and tell us exactly what they plan on doing in 2022. And I don't mean about policies because I don't believe them on policy.
Starting point is 00:11:12 I don't believe them on anything. But they better start, they better start telling us who they are because the GOP voter, I think, knows who they are. And I am not interested in that. I'm not interested in Mitch McConnell anymore. Okay? Not interested.
Starting point is 00:11:29 Well, you'll be happy to hear that the Republicans are doing something. Oh, really? 19 of them have come. come around and voted for the bipartisan infrastructure bill to spend another trillion dollars. That's great. So that's something they're doing. That's great. That's great. That's
Starting point is 00:11:43 great. That's perfect. That's perfect. So that's, you've switched your tune here. Oh yeah. No, no. No. No. To now they're perfect. Yeah, now they're perfect. That's exactly what I thought they were doing. Oh. I mean, they are. I will say none of them have budged on either the debt limit increase or
Starting point is 00:12:02 the reconciliation bill, the 3.5. trillion dollars. Yeah. They have zero votes for that. Yeah, good, good, good. Glad to hear that. Well, I mean, I do want them to block it. I do too. I do too. And they're going to have to, the Democrats with full control of the government are going to raise the debt ceiling on their own, which of course they can do. But the reconciliation bill stopping that would be a big deal if they could. I don't believe they're going to succeed in that effort, but I think they should try. Yeah. I think they, I think they should too. You know, I don't think people understand. I don't think they understand what's happening. We are in a revolution. We are. Only one side is fighting. And they've done it so expertly that we are just being slowly boiled. And the revolutionaries are in charge.
Starting point is 00:12:51 And if you don't start standing up. And all the Democrats, all the Republicans have to do right now is just lead in telling the truth. Just lead in telling the truth. And all of us need to do. do this. We all need to stand up and say, you know what? No, men can't be pregnant. Nope, there are two genders. That's all there is. You know what? Printing money, spending all this money, that leads to inflation. Always, every time. It's math. And just not playing the game, not being afraid of what they have to say to you, because I'm telling you a year from now, you're not going
Starting point is 00:13:27 to recognize your country. And I've said that to you before. And a lot of people thought, I don't know about that. Do you recognize your country today? Because I don't. I don't. And I'm telling you, you're going to look back on this last summer at this time next year, and you're going to say, remember the good old days? They don't come back. This is, and it's all-encompassing. Let me just talk to you about energy here for a second. We are sitting on enough energy resources to make ourselves completely independent of any foreign powers. You want to untangle yourself from the world, then you have to be independent. You have to be able to make your own medicine. You have to be able to make your own steel. You have to be able to make your own energy. And we are now intentionally,
Starting point is 00:14:20 deliberately making those domestic resources off limits. And that's going to affect energy prices, job, food prices, everything across the board, because everything takes energy from the tractor to keeping the lights on the grocery store and the gas in your tank that has you go from the grocery store to home. And then the energy it takes, whether you have an electric stove or a natural gas stove, to cook those things. Did you vote to make America's energy resources untouchable? This is what Congress has allowed the executive branch to become.
Starting point is 00:15:03 And that should be one of the first things. Congress needs to take their power back. All of the policymaking and decrees through the agencies allows the president to rule like a dictator. The Department of Interior was directed by Biden to stop new oil and natural gas leasing on public lands and offshore. Biden administration did this, even though the Department of the Interior is required by law to hold quarterly lease sales of available land for oil and gas.
Starting point is 00:15:38 production. He just single-handedly stopped it. Did you vote for that? Prior to taking office, the Trump administration had already jumped through all the environmental analysis hoops, all of the things that are required before new federal land is made available for lease. They did all of it. The lands were scheduled for lease sales in the first quarter of this year, and then Biden came in and banned it. 13 states have filed suit over. this unlawful ban in June a US district judge ruled against the Biden administration giving them two months to resume the lease sales but and this is becoming a theme with the Biden White House they're ignoring the judges ruling with old-fashioned red tape they
Starting point is 00:16:27 say they're having to redo the environmental analysis of the lands that was already completed under Trump and gosh it's going to delay things for at least at least until February of next year. In May, the national gas price average crossed $3 for the first time since 2014. Chi, who is in office in 2014? Gas prices are up over a dollar more than last year. So what did the White House do last month? They begged OPEC to boost oil production to help combat rising gas prices.
Starting point is 00:17:04 They did this even after a federal judge ordered Team Biden to follow the law and resume leasing federal land for oil and gas production. This is what a managed decline looks like. They are managing the decline of America. They are bringing it on. The way the climate czar, John Kerry and the rest of the green zealots on the left are hyping the U.S. the UN climate summit in Scotland in this November be prepared for the most far-reaching insane mandates to come out of that summit that will utterly transform life on this planet as we know it.
Starting point is 00:17:47 The summit is already being positioned as a tipping point that'll make things like the ban of oil and gas production on federal lands permanent. And it's not going to be anything you vote for. it'll be forced on you for your own good. You won't use natural resources and you'll be happy about it. America, the GOP, you better stand up. You better tell GOP, you better tell the American people what you're for. We have to stop telling everybody who Biden is and who the left is because they already know who they are.
Starting point is 00:18:30 It's time we start telling them who we are. And GOP, you're the first ones that need to hear it. Back in 60 seconds. Blinds.com, we arrived at the end of September. Starting point is 00:20:06 The Great Resignation? Yeah. No. You haven't. I've been reading, I've been seeing stories with that term in it for last few days. And I'm like, what the hell is a great resignation. Great resignation is people that just are going to resign from their job. And they're just going to, they're just, they've had enough.
Starting point is 00:20:27 Okay. Yeah, I heard a little bit about this. This is, they've, they've said this is tied into kind of the COVID changes that people change their life a little bit during COVID and decided, you know what? Maybe work isn't it? Why are we working so much? Yeah, and that one I understand, but it's also, it's also a Marxist kind of thing. Oh, I think there's definitely, definitely those influences behind it.
Starting point is 00:20:52 But like, that's their, it's like telling these like 28-year-olds who have only, they've worked hard for three full years and now. Well, not three full years. No, well, then, well, it's two years and then COVID. And so they basically were at home watching Netflix most of the time and occasionally logging into their work computers. and then now they are like, wait a minute, I've realized the last year I really like Netflix. And what if the government just gives me all this stuff and I don't have to work anymore? If we just vote for things, which is easy. I mean, just have to vote.
Starting point is 00:21:26 You know, then we can do all this stuff and not have to worry about work. I figured out how this is all happening to us and it's all happening to us because we're being, we're being purchased. Lock, stock and barrel, we are being purchased. we are we're in love with our lifestyle right now for the most part and we're not seeing any really dramatic changes in our lives except for COVID and we blame that on Fauci and and you know this darn virus and those people who aren't wearing a mask or not getting vaccines so that's the thing you're focused on and everything like inflation being being excused by COVID which only makes the government their case easier to make.
Starting point is 00:22:12 Meanwhile, you're getting all this money. Fundamentally, we are changing as a society. We are changing now the Great Resignation or the anti-work movement. I'm not kidding. I'm not making this up. The anti-work movement is taking a foothold. You have that happen in America and you don't have America anymore. We have always been about hard work and merit.
Starting point is 00:22:42 Build yourself into who you want to be and build your own future. You won't have that if the government is paying you. American financing NMLS-182334 www. nmLS consumer access.org. So the Fed is one of the most complex institutions in the world, yet it perhaps has the biggest influence over your wallet. it and it's because it's tasked with raising or lowering the cost of borrowing money. Right now, since they're not achieving their inflation gold, you need to be ready for higher interest rates. They're going to do that. But they're doing all kinds of other things, like printing money.

They've been helping people and friends of mine and me for years. It's American financing, 8009062440, 8009062440, Americanfinancing.com. net. So Michael Flynn, what's the backstory of all of that? Glenn has a new podcast that comes out today for Blaze TV subscribers.
Starting point is 00:24:14 BlazTV.com slash Glenn. Episode 119 of the Glenn Beck podcast this week. If the deep state can ruin General Flynn's life, it can ruin yours. I sat down for just over an hour with General Flynn in a wide-ranging interview. immigration crisis in Del Rio, the opioid crisis, the impact of critical race theory, the threat of radical Islamism, the corruption of the media, persecution of Brett Kavanaugh, the incompetence of Biden, tragedy in Afghanistan, hypocrisy of General Millie, Russia. We covered it all. We covered it all. And you can find that now on blazedtv.com slash Glenn, the podcast, episode 119. If the deep state can ruin General Flynn's life, it can ruin yours. You don't want to miss it.
Starting point is 00:25:14 What about the apocry? You talked to General Millie. Did you talk about General Mills? No. Because what about their hypocrisy with the oops, all berries, Captain Crunch thing? What about that? I didn't talk too long about that. What's been, 35, 40 years, Stu?
Starting point is 00:25:30 Where they've been pretending like that's a mistake? Yeah, we made a mistake. Can we finally fess up? All of our boxes just happened to be all berries and no cap. Captain Crunch made it into any of them. Oops. We're going to accept that excuse? No.
Starting point is 00:25:42 It's nonsense. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of it. Fix the freaking problem. Fix it. You meant to put all berries in that box. Admit it. Admit it.
Starting point is 00:25:51 Joe Biden said he didn't. Wow. That he can recall. That he can recall. Right. Welcome to Pat Gray from Pat Gray unleashed. Pat, we've been talking about inflation and how the Fed is calling it frustrating. Very frustrating.
Starting point is 00:26:07 It is frustrating. Yeah, it is. I don't think he means it the same way the American people mean it. No, I think so. In Springfield, the city utility of Springfield, Missouri came out and told their customers because of natural gas prices, because the Biden administration is cutting the supply of natural gas. If you paid $90 a month last year for your natural gas heat, you're going to pay a little bit more. Approximately $175 a month at today's prices.
Starting point is 00:26:44 Oof. Yeah. Yeah. Last year, it's $2.25 per million BTUs. Current market price is $5.50 per BTU. That's crazy. Yeah. That is crazy.
Starting point is 00:27:01 And all caused by our own government. And then they say it's a, it's, absurd to think that people will pass this on to their customers. Yeah. And unfair. Don't forget unfair as well as absurd. When really, it's inevitable. It has to happen.
Starting point is 00:27:20 I mean, we run a small business. And we've been eating the higher costs of ingredients. I've been eating for some time. I've been eating your higher costs too. They're delicious. Yeah, they are delicious. A small company is kexy cookies. And they are the best cookies.
Starting point is 00:27:36 In fact, I have to read something. came from my sister. You know I came from a baking and baking and my sisters are really, really good. Good bakers. Michelle wrote and said, this is black magic. They're so good. Really? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:51 They are really good. They really are. Techse.com if you'd like to try them for yourself. Yeah. But yeah, our prices of all our ingredients has gone way up. And, you know, you try to take it for a while. But eventually, you can't. You can't.
Starting point is 00:28:06 You can't keep doing it. If you want to stay in business, you can't keep doing it. Right. To call that absurd is just so bizarre. I mean. Well, it is, but it is absurd if you're a Marxist. Yeah, that's true. You believe that that's unfair.
Starting point is 00:28:19 You have, these companies have unlimited ways to make money. Well, they don't understand profit margins. Not at all. You know, if you have a profit margin of 5%, if your costs go up 5%, you're no longer making a profit. Right. Okay, well, that is great for everybody except the person, you know, putting all the money in and running this company. That means they're not making anything because they only make money when there is a profit. If there's no profit, they're not making anything.
Starting point is 00:28:55 So why can't you just keep doing it? And if it goes up 8%, well, then so just dig deeper into your profit margin, I guess. You don't have it. You know, if you had a profit margin of 90%, you could do that for a little while. Yeah, for a little while. Yeah. But this is like why this is so damaging.
Starting point is 00:29:12 I mean, there are companies that make a lot of money that are successful, been around for a long time that can deal with these types of things, particularly of the short term. But like a growing business like Pats, like what are you supposed to do? Right. What are we supposed to do? You can't just start jacking up prices. You're a new business.
Starting point is 00:29:29 You're trying to get people on board. Right. Which is why we continue to eat the cost. Right. And that can only last so long. Yeah. This is why all of these policies, they are geared to the big companies. The vaccination thing.
Starting point is 00:29:43 You have 100 employees. Do you know what that's going to cost these companies? Do you know all of the crap, all of the paperwork, all of the lawsuits, all the lawsuits? All the lawsuits. It's going to put the average small company behind the barrel. And the labor. Where is the labor coming from? When you're firing 270 or 500 or 700 employees at a time.
Starting point is 00:30:07 And then other people don't want to come to work because they're making too much money in California, sitting at home, collecting a paycheck from the government. You can't get the employees to run your business. Do you know that there are nurses now that can make three times the amount of money they were making before if they just will take the vaccine? Wow. Well, what is that going to do to the cost of everyday medicine? I mean, everybody's like, you know, we got to get the control of the cost of health care. Well, not if you're paying your nurses three times the going rate because you have a shortage of nurses. Now they're importing the nurses from not only other states, but other countries.
Starting point is 00:30:55 So, you know, it's funny because they're, first of all, then they're lightening up the amount of nurses in these other areas. Right. So they're causing shortages in other areas. Right. In places that probably need nurses more than we need nurses. Right. It makes no sense. I mean, it's crazy.
Starting point is 00:31:12 New Jersey just said they're going to, the state is going to start giving people $500 if you go to work while the federal government is paying you $500 to not go to work. Unbelievable. Which one do you think you'd pick? Not go to work. Yeah. Not go to work. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:33 It does seem like that's the better option. Do you know that fast food places are offering $16 and $17 an hour now to get in place? I told my son and I can't get him to do it. I told my son, go work for McDonald's right now. You're 17 years old. Go work for McDonald's. You'll make a lot of money doing that. You will make a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:31:52 And by the time you're, you know, second year in college, you'll be running the dump. You will be the manager. because nobody wants those jobs. You'll be the manager at 20 to have on your resume manager of McDonald's. I know that's not all glamorous, but that's pretty damn good. You'd learn a ton.
Starting point is 00:32:14 You'd be so far ahead of anybody. If anyone is smart right now and you're 18, 17, 18, 19, 20 years old, you would go in and you would take these jobs and you would enter in a much higher job level than you would have before if you have any brains and you'll be able to really work hard for two years and you will be in charge of it. And maybe that's not what you want to do. I kept saying to my saying, he's like, I don't want to work at McDonald's.
Starting point is 00:32:46 Oh, I know. It's so horrible, isn't it? Oh, my gosh, working at McDonald's. I said, first of all this, all this is stuff that you live in with? It's all mine. Oh, mine. Mine. Well, he's got another year of it.
Starting point is 00:33:04 Oh, I told him. And he's like, Dad, I have two more years of high school. And I said, yep, but you have only one more year. Until you're 18. Until I legally have to provide this. You know, at 18, I don't legally have to provide you anything. Just remember that. But honestly, if your kids are smart, get them into some of the.
Starting point is 00:33:28 these jobs, even at fast food restaurants, the opportunity has never been as great in America as it is right now. Jobs that's saying something. Jobs that we're paying $7.50 an hour are now up to $15 and $16 and $17 an hour sometimes. I mean, double what they were, more than double what they were just to try to lure employees into work for them. Yeah, without a national minimum wage of $15 an hour, which is kind of interesting. But there's tons of places.
Starting point is 00:33:56 I have friends who have, you know, daughters that are, you know, right around Rafe's age. And one of them works at a Chick-fil-A, but they don't open up the dining room. The dining room. And not because they're worried about COVID. It's because they can't find anybody to work it. They can't staff the place.
Starting point is 00:34:12 Well, I went to have to have a football game. It's amazing. I went to a football called my son's in football. And went to a football game last weekend, I think. We couldn't find a restaurant, you know, a fast food restaurant open at 9.30 at night. On a Friday. Yeah. There's no one place.
Starting point is 00:34:28 He's like, what is what is happening here? Yep. And this is, this is your future, America. You know, remember I said, the jobs are going to change, things are going to change, everything's going to change. And it'll be in about a 10-year period. We are in that 10-year period. And I mean, I'm not an expert on this, but Pat, I mean, for your particular situation, could you consider maybe putting eight sticks of butter in each cookie instead of nine?
Starting point is 00:34:57 Like something like that might. Cut the cost a little bit. It's really not black, black magic. It is just butter. It's delicious butter. Oh, my God. We might have caused the butter shortage. Yeah, I'm not sure.
Starting point is 00:35:09 We might. You know, my dad always said, because I would be like, you know, dad, that's a lot of butter. And he'd be like, you know, when it comes to dessert, cookies, things like that, he said, people know they're going to they're going to splurge. So give it to them. Give it to them in the best way. Let every single calorie count. Yeah. It's true.
Starting point is 00:35:34 It's a good way of cooking at it. Great. You might as well enjoy it. Oh, yeah. Yeah, our cookies are not diet cookies. These are not diet. No. Just know that going in.
Starting point is 00:35:44 Wow. You should have put that on the box. I know. I might have a lawsuit for you. I may be suing you. Did you think there was only like 12 calories? I did. There's no marking on how many calories.
Starting point is 00:35:54 I think there's more like 15, 15 or 16. 100? thousand. I love that because there's some you go to the grocery store and they have every once in a while there's a warning and it says like
Starting point is 00:36:04 not a low calorie food and it's like there's so many products here that aren't low calorie foods why do you have to tell me this I don't know what there's some regulation in that point. I bet there is right.
Starting point is 00:36:14 There is something. I think it might be like diabetic products that like have like might not have sugar in them that some people might think they're low calorie. Can I get insulin with every box of cookies? I get insulin with every box of cookies.
Starting point is 00:36:24 We'll look into that. Okay, you should. You should. They're very good. Kexi cookies. What's the web? Techse.com. K-E-K-S-I.
Starting point is 00:36:36 So easy to remember. Isn't it? He's a brilliant marketing mind. Thank you. Really is. All right. Thanks, Pat. Appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:36:44 All right. Let me tell you about my Patriot Supply. What are you doing right now to make sure that you and your family are prepared in case of a disaster? Do you have the basic needs covering you? and your family in case the world goes mad. That'll never have.

Starting point is 00:37:36 now. The kits will be shipped fast and delivered to your door in unmarked boxes. Don't wait. Go to prepare with glen.com. That's prepare with glen.com. Do you remember the Marine officer who went viral blasting
Starting point is 00:37:59 military leaders over Afghanistan? He resigned and then said, look, we've got to talk about this. We have to hold people accountable. Well, the military has decided not to take his resignation, and instead they've put him in jail. My question is, where's the Senate Armed Services Committee on this? Where's the GOP? Where are the questions for General Mill and all these guys? This week on his treatment.
Starting point is 00:38:36 Where is anyone speaking out for this guy? He's going to jail because he spoke his mind. Yes, he shouldn't have done it when he was in uniform, but he corrected that mistake and resigned. I think Tom Cotton asked about this. Yesterday? During the hearing. I think he did ask about it.
Starting point is 00:38:57 I'd like to get that audio because I missed it. I was on a plane yesterday, so I didn't see it. but we have his parents on and they're allowed to speak. Somebody has to speak for the Marine that has now been jailed for his comments. He tried to do the right thing and he resigned, tried to do the right thing again, and the government wouldn't have any of it. There is only one reason he is in jail, only one reason. and that's to silence him.
Starting point is 00:39:33 That's why they want you to go through all of the system to lodge your complaint. It is the right thing to lodge your complaint within the system. But when the system is so broken and it doesn't matter what you say to the system, nothing ever changes, then you need the ability to get out. and say, look, this is a real problem. Why is he in, why is he in jail? Huh. By the way, the January 6 judges are asking if the sentences are too light for people who had these misdemeanors.
Starting point is 00:40:26 Because, you know, they're getting out. They're getting out of jail. They're just going back into the community. It's a misdemeanor they're being charged with. for the first time we're now considering making a misdemeanor carry a penalty of jail
Starting point is 00:40:44 time. This is all political theater. These are political prisoners. I can't believe I'm saying this about the United States of America, but that is what's happening right now. And where is the GOP on this?
Starting point is 00:41:02 We talk to this veterans, uh, mother and father next. Uh, time for a built bar. Time just to kick back and, uh, have some real chocolate. Yeah, you know, Billed bar, time for a built bar every day at my house because my wife has been, really since the beginning, been on the Billed Bar bandwagon. She always says to put them in the fridge and chill them. Does she have the little, um, kind of like cooler for the Billed Bar?
Starting point is 00:41:31 Hmm, I don't know. Yeah. So Bill Bar makes a, uh, uh, little, like it's a, it's a little bag that fits one or two bars in it and it keeps it cold. So when you go into the car or something like that, it stays cool. That's a great idea. Yeah. That's a great idea. Yeah. People love them chilled.
Starting point is 00:41:48 But the bottom line is you're talking about something that's low calorie, low carb, high in fiber, high in protein. It's like 18 grams of protein per bar and I think less 180 calories or less in each one. And these things taste like candy bars. People love them. They have incredible flavors. They have nine flavors. they have all the time.
Starting point is 00:42:06 You can get the mixed box with two of each in each box, or you can go with, sometimes have like different flavors that are rotating in all the time. They're very innovative over at Buildbar. Built.com is the place to go to get these things. Built.com. The promo code is Beck 15. You'll save 15% off your first order.
Starting point is 00:42:23 Promocode is Beck 15 at built.com. Another day, another outrage from this government of ours. Do you remember the lieutenant colonel, the Marine, that had a viral video that was out that was just saying, hey, we have to ask the leadership some questions, and somebody has to answer, how did this happen? Then he resigned. Well, have you been following this at all?
Starting point is 00:43:25 Because the president didn't accept his resignation. And now, today, they're going to court. And he might find himself in jail. He's in jail now, gag order. He can't talk about anything. But his parents can't. We have Stu and Kathy Scheller on with us in 60 seconds. I want to tell you about a remarkable woman named Diane and her experience with relief factor.
Starting point is 00:43:57 Her daily exercise regimen is incredible. She works out seven days a week. She rides stationary bike 10 miles every day. And after that, she probably wants to sit down. She has two artificial knees, a rebuilt right ankle and crushed vertebrae. Hi. She, okay, Diane, stop it. You're making us look bad. You're making me look bad for sure. She deals with a fair amount of pain throughout her body every single day. Or should I say she used to. That was before relief factor came along. Now Diane goes through her day with all over body relief. And that makes it so much easier for her to put us to shame, I guess. Way to go, Diane. Relief factor, not a drug, but it was developed by doctors. 70% of the people who try relief factor go on to body. more because it works for them. So try the three-week quick start trial pack now.
Starting point is 00:44:47 1995. It's relieffactor.com. Relieffactor.com. 800, 500,883-84. 800-584. It's relieffactor.com. In case you need a reminder of who we're talking about when we say Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller, I want you to listen to his viral video, just a bit of it.
Starting point is 00:45:14 All of these people are supposed to advise, and I'm not saying we've got to be in the, in Afghanistan forever, but I am saying, did any of you throw your rank on the table and say, hey, it's a bad idea to evacuate Bogum Airfield, the strategic airberries, before we evacuate everyone? Did anyone do that? And when you didn't think to do that, did anyone raise their hand and say, we completely messed this up? I've got battalion commander friends right now that are posting similar things, and they're saying, you know, wondering if all the lives were lost in and in and, if. It was in vain, all those people that we've lost over the last. Okay. So you remember this, I'm sure, happened right after the debacle in Afghanistan. And I think it was like the next day he resigns.
Starting point is 00:45:57 He resigns his commission. And he's really not a nobody. So you know, he is a guy who has been decorated several times. Let me just get this. He has a bronze star. Army commendation with V for Valor, three meritorious service medals, three Navy commendations, 17 years in the Corps. He was just a few years away from retirement. He willingly gave up his retirement and his pension, but now he sits in jail.
Starting point is 00:46:33 His parents are with us now. Stu and Kathy, how are you? Well, this is a tough day for us. Today he goes for his first hearing. The military dumped a 640 page packet, but not even within 24 hours. They let him know when the hearing was going to be, and here are 640 pages for you to go through. So we are on pins and needles today. We are worried.
Starting point is 00:47:03 We feel the weight of our son's future, the future of his family, the future of America on our shoulders right now. Have you heard from, I'm kind of on this kick today of where the hell is the GOP. Have you heard from any senators, congressman, is anybody reaching out to help you with all of this? By the way, we've heard more in the last 24 hours than we've heard in the last 30 days. And that's because starting on Tuesday, we asked Americans to write their congressmen. So yes, Senator Mike Lee from Utah reached out to me. Good. Our local Cincinnati, Ohio representative, Brad Winstrip, has been amazing.
Starting point is 00:47:53 He has been wonderful since the video came out. We contacted him, and he has been helping us throughout this. He's a veteran. He gets it. We have a conversation today with our Senator Rob Portman. But I got to tell you, and as you've seen in the hearings for the last two days, grilling, you know, Austin, Miley, and McKinsey, there have been senators and representatives that are speaking on behalf of Lieutenant Colonel Scheller. So it's, but bottom line, is, is, did it,
Starting point is 00:48:29 was it effective? I think we, as Americans, all have witnessed in the last two days. these three generals are not accepting accountability. And that's all Stuart asked. And that's what he asked 31 days ago. He hasn't got it. And by the way, Glenn, in terms of your facts, Stewart posted his first video on that Thursday night, August 26th, at about 10 p.m.
Starting point is 00:48:57 5, 6 hours after our 13 service members were killed. Right. On Friday, within 12 hours, he was relieved of his very prestigious command. And on Sunday, he resigned and submitted his resignation on a video, and the United States Marine Corps didn't accept it. They said that you serve at the pleasure of the president and we'll let you know when you can go.
Starting point is 00:49:26 And so it's outrageous. We have called on Americans to find their voice, to stand up and, you know, support our son. So we don't know what's going to happen today at the hearing. We have been given low expectations. The Marines have done nothing but put pressure on him for the last 30 days. The low expectations are he could be in prison for three, six, nine, 12 months pending a court marshal.
Starting point is 00:50:01 It's outrageous. So why do you think they're doing this? to shut him up you want to know the truth they don't want him talking and he pressed charges he was bringing a suit against General McKenzie
Starting point is 00:50:16 and the moment he dropped they told him you have that story well I mean he he filed 13 charges against General McKenzie one for each
Starting point is 00:50:29 service member lost and they didn't like that so he spoke the truth to power and they are squelching his voice and they have done everything to try to make him look emotionally unstable. They've tried to, you know, intimidate him. They have honored him for the last few years. He's also an entrepreneur. He started a product called the Perfect Ribbon where, you know, service members have ribbons on their chest and they put stars in him. He created a mold. and he was trying to help Marines transition from active duty and follow their dreams and be entrepreneurs.
Starting point is 00:51:14 So the Marines thought that was awesome. And they commended him for that and promoted him for that. On day four of this ordeal, they pulled all of his products out of 45 of the PXs. So they've done everything to squash him. And it's an embarrassment internationally. We have people writing from all over the world watching what our military leaders are doing to him, and they're embarrassed. I think your son is, I mean, we're in revolution. Only one side is recognizing it at this point.
Starting point is 00:51:52 But we are a nation in revolution, and I believe your son is the first political prisoner in this revolution. We agree. We agree. When someone first said to me, is your son a political prisoner, we had to look up the definition. We didn't even know what that would be in the United States of America. But it fits. You know, Glenn, I've always respected you and your knowledge of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I'm going to tell you, you and I both know, we're living history right now.
Starting point is 00:52:27 Oh, we are. You know, a lot of young people maybe don't connect. with the Patriots from 1775, but for parents out there, this is not going to be taught in schools, right? So for parents out there with young people, we have 12 grandchildren. Now, they're all under 11, but for parents out there that have young people formidable between the ages of 13 and 18, this is the time to talk about what courage is. what integrity is, what respect is, what truth is, how to stand your ground. This is the time to talk about tyranny, cowardice.
Starting point is 00:53:13 There are living examples right now that you can teach our young people, and I encourage anybody that is a parent out there to bring your young people into current events. my my son's 17 and this year he told me that he thought he wanted to join the Marines and for the first time I was kind of caught off guard because I'm not sure what that even means anymore it would have been I would have been yes absolutely 10 years ago today I'm not sure what the Marines are going to be in two years. And what's happening to your son scares the hell out of me. How do you feel about your son's career decision if you were supporting it then?
Starting point is 00:54:12 And what advice would you give a parent like me now? Well, I'm going to answer that. When our son first decided to go to the Marines, I wasn't sure what that meant. So I've had 17 years as a Marine mom. And I'm going to tell you that I'm going to talk in the series of men because it was our son. But the Marine spouses out there, they have to be forged, or Marines, military, they have to be forged in steel. As a Marine mom, I'm not the mother of his children, but it's his mother.
Starting point is 00:54:52 It is hard to go through those deployments and you know that your child. is putting their life on the line and we have lost over 7,000 troops in that 20-year war. 7,000 mothers who do not have their children anymore. We have had somewhere between 30 to 100,000 suicides over these 20 years. Those mothers do not have their children anymore. This cannot be swept under the carpet. Some things need to change so we can support our military, our military families. We can honor them while they're.
Starting point is 00:55:27 serving and after they're serving. These families needed to know the accountability that our son called for was so important because these families, these service members, needed to know that what they did count and it did count. And there needs to be accountability so that these people can hold their heads up. I can't tell you how many messages we received, our son received and said, I was in a dark place when this fell. You saved my life.
Starting point is 00:55:57 Thousands of them. This counts. This matters. Accountability matters. So you have to be, if you're not forged of steel when your child goes in, you will be.
Starting point is 00:56:12 So, Glenn, of course you're going to support your son if he wants to join the Marine Corps. And you are going to teach him. And as I said a moment ago, we are in the midst of, of history right now. You're going to teach him about courage and valor,
Starting point is 00:56:32 and you will be damn proud if he joins the Marine Corps. But you're also going to warn him. And this is what is so sad about this. The generals, can they not see that they are killing the credibility of the Marine Corps? You're questioning whether your son should go in. Do they not realize by not accepting accountability? and admitting their mistakes, they are hurting our country, they are hurting the Marine Corps.
Starting point is 00:57:04 Our son loves the Marine Corps. Our son loves America. He did not want to destroy that. He was trying to build it up by asking his senior leaders to do the right thing, and they couldn't do it. And in a subsequent video, he said, if you would just accept responsibility, I would get back and rank. I would submit. And they wouldn't do it.
Starting point is 00:57:29 Can I hold you for a minute? I've got to take a network break here for one minute and then come back and I want to know how we can help you and your son. 60 seconds. You know, everything that is happening right now, Stu Senior, is exactly right. We have got to teach our children the things that they are not getting anywhere else. And osmosis doesn't work. They're not going to learn these things because we know it. We have to teach it.
Starting point is 00:57:59 Well, there's an easy way for you to teach the principles and the values of the free market, of liberty, why this system of government is superior to everything else when it's working the way it's supposed to. And it's called the Tuttle Twins books. And they have them for little kids, you know, young adults. Even adults can really learn a lot from the. Tuttle Twins books. They're having a 35% discount off the books, plus they're giving away the activity workbooks at no additional cost. Big discount off the normal price. I want you to go to Tuttle Twinsbeck.com. That's Tuttle twinsbeck.com. Keep your kids sane and safe in this crazy world right now. Tuttle twinsbeck.com. 10 seconds, station ID. All right. So your son has been put
Starting point is 00:59:05 through hell. He had to go through a mental test, a mental health test screening because, you know, he's probably crazy. And now he's in jail yesterday. You get, how many pages was it? 600? 600. 64 pages from basically the charges of what they're going to bring up in the court case today. You got that yesterday. So really no time to prepare. How can we help you? Go ahead. So we believe prayers work, so we're asking people to pray, but we're asking people to find their voice, contact their congressmen and women, and demand accountability not only from our leaders, but for Stuart Scheller, we're asking them to stand up for him.
Starting point is 00:59:59 Stewart has a foundation that is supporting him. It's called PipeHittersFoundation.org. I know you have it up on your screen. They can go on there and find the link for Lieutenant Colonel Scheller. They can donate. You know, this is, we're in it for the long haul. We're going to need support for legal fees. We need to support his family.
Starting point is 01:00:27 Does he have good representation? or does he have to use a military attorney? Well, he has good representation. He has a very good team. Okay. He put this in place over the 30 days before he was arrested. We all saw it coming or we hoped it wouldn't come, but we were planning in case it did. Of course, he's a 40-year-old man, and he wasn't going to accept any advice from us, the military.
Starting point is 01:00:53 But we just had to stand back and watch, and that was very painful. as they came after our son with everything our government and military could do. Please remember, he's not just in jail. He's thrown in. He's strip searched. He's thrown in, you know, solitary confinement, no books, no, to sit there with his own thoughts. No telephone calls, no media, nothing. This is how our government is treating our war heroes.
Starting point is 01:01:25 17 years, five deployments in the sand. dismantling, finding who's making the IEDs and protecting our service net. So, Glenn, you said he's in hell. You know what? He's been in hell before. He's been in hell before. And he's willing to give it all up. And he's done it before for the American people.
Starting point is 01:01:45 We're now asking the American people to support him. So we're angry. And we're saying not only should the military release our son from service, they should release him with full benefits. they should honorably discharge him, they should release him from prison, and let him go his own way. This is disgraceful. I'd like to add one thing to your list and then answer the questions that he posed. Where's the accountability? Where is the accountability?
Starting point is 01:02:17 I'm going to give you my personal email address when we take you off the air just to hang for a while. If there is anything I can do to help you, your family, your son, you just reach out and and let me know anything that can be done. I stand with you and I stand with your son. God bless you. Thank you. That what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, Glenn. It does.
Starting point is 01:02:41 Truthso sets you free, but it makes you miserable at first. God bless you. Thank you so much. Thank you. Stu and Kathy Scheller, the parents of the Marine now jailed over his Afghanistan comments where he was just asking,
Starting point is 01:02:58 for accountability. Again, if you would like to donate and help, you can go to pipehitterfoundation.org. That's pipehitter foundation.org. I think the first thing you have to do is call your senator, call your representative, and make sure they hear the voice of America saying, let this guy go. Let him go.
Starting point is 01:03:26 the first hearing is today and there's not a lot of hope that it's going to go well. But if there's enough outcry from the American people, if they will just stand up, and that means you, that means you, you're listening to this program at this time for a reason. This is possibly the reason you are here today. Call your senator or your congressman now and go to pipe hitter. Foundation.org and stand for stew. This is the glet. American financing NMLS-182334.
Starting point is 01:04:09 www. nmLS consumer access.org. Federal Reserve has decided to hold the benchmark interest rates near zero. Now, they were going to do that until 2023 and lo and behold, wow, it looks like they have to raise interest rates because inflation is starting to spiral out of control. Right now, the cost of a loan is at a historic low, but it is not going to last that way. They said they're going to have to change the interest rate probably early next year, and banks are already starting to raise the interest rates on the American people. It's going to get harder and harder to get a loan. If you've been late to the lower interest rate for yourself, this is your wake-up call.
Starting point is 01:04:57 Do not miss out. Call American Financing. Now, 800, 906, 2440. Whether you want a mortgage refi or a consolidation loan, 800, 906, 2440, Americanfinancing.net. That's Americanfinancing.net. And head over to blazetiv.com slash Glenn. promo code is Glenn.
Starting point is 01:05:22 You'll save $10 off your subscription to get early access to the Michael Flynn interview today. This is the Glenn Beck program. We're glad that you are here. there is a revolution going on in America right now, right now. And it is the same kind of revolution that happened in Venezuela. And the people like us, we don't believe our lives can change that much because we've never witnessed it. We've had tough times, but we've never witnessed any kind of dictatorship.
Starting point is 01:06:08 We all go about our day thinking that it's always going to be somewhat like this. We can't truly, the biggest problem with America is our lack of imagination. We cannot imagine life being much different than it is right now in America. But I ask you to imagine a very different existence. because if you don't start seeing the writing on the wall, and if our neighbors don't start seeing it, and we don't start peacefully standing up and saying, no, no more, no more.
Starting point is 01:06:52 I'm not crossing this line. I'm waiting for the GOP to give us a contract for America. I'm waiting for them to say, you know what? Some of us in America still hold these truths to be self-evident. And, you know, I can talk to you about all these different policies and the spending packages and everything else. But here's what's important. The rights of the individual citizens.
Starting point is 01:07:21 That is our first charge. That's why governments are instituted among men, not to create rights and certainly not to infringe or take them away. So I know that the most important thing over the. economy over everything else is to protect those rights. You want to talk to me about things? You want to talk to me about, you know, the IRS now having access to every single person's banking account and everything that they do over $600 is reported to the federal government. Federal government can't do that to you. They can do it to the banks, but they can't do it to you. that's a violation of the Fourth Amendment.
Starting point is 01:08:11 You don't have the right to do that. You think I'm doing something wrong. See, this is what they're saying. You know, these people aren't paying their fair share, and so we have to figure out how they're not doing it. Excuse me, I am paying my fair share. I'm paying every dime, every dollar that I am owed, or that I owe to the federal government.
Starting point is 01:08:33 I have a real problem paying it because of, the waste, the gross mismanagement, and for the things they're spending it on. But I am, I am loyal to the social contract. But I'm not paying you a dime more. And unless you have reason to believe, hard evidence, and you can bring that to an actual court, not a secret court, an actual court, and get a subpoena. and say we need to see his banking records. We think, then you can look at my banking records.
Starting point is 01:09:13 But you're not looking at my banking records just because you're trying to find something wrong. That's against the Constitution of the United States. Period. They are changing things. They can't change them in Congress. They can't change them through the Senate. The Senate and the House are shadows of what they're. they're supposed to be. There are nothing but rubber
Starting point is 01:09:38 stamps. The people are voting to please. The leadership of both sides get together and they're setting an agenda and they rubber stamp whatever whatever the Congress is there and the Senate is there to basically
Starting point is 01:09:54 rubber stamp whatever the party say they want. There's no real debate on these things anymore because Congress has given up their power because they don't want to be held accountable. And so they gave all of their power to the different agencies.
Starting point is 01:10:15 And that's how America is being transformed. All through faceless bureaucrats that you didn't elect, you don't even know their name, you can't do anything about it because they have power that you, how do they have power? It comes from the president. Well, but that's not even constitutional. It doesn't matter. It comes from the president. we will not survive.
Starting point is 01:10:43 And while they, I want to read some things from, from a courtroom. This is on the January 6th riot. Court sentenced two Ohio men to serve 45 days in jail after U.S. prosecutors for the first time requested incarceration at sentencing hearings for nonviolent misdemeanor of offenders. Misdemeanor is a small deal. You got a felony? Okay. Misdemeanor. Now they want to send you to jail. Punishment comes after federal judges for months have questioned whether no prison plea deals offered by the government to low-level January 6 defendants are too lenient to deter future attackers from terrorizing members of Congress.
Starting point is 01:11:43 I want you to know, everything this government is doing is communication to you, and you are communicating back to them through your actions. Right now, they are telling you, don't you dare stand up. Don't you dare stand up.
Starting point is 01:12:02 Now, this is, January 6th is a different thing. They shouldn't have broken in. They shouldn't have done all that. That was horrible. It was a stupid, move just ethically and it was a stupid move strategically. Just dumb. But we don't create new punishments because we want to send a message.
Starting point is 01:12:24 That's not what we do. That's not justice. But they're sending you a message wherever you are. And it's happening in our communities with the unions, the teachers unions and the school boards. Sit down and shut up or we will make it miserable. If your kid says, please don't say anything, it's going to make it miserable for me. You must stand up. You must do it.
Starting point is 01:12:49 Because if they're afraid that they are going to be bullied by teachers or by the school, because you say something now, what do you think it's going to be like if you let it ride? They are sending you a message. You are powerless. They're sending you a message. Sit down. take it. How many of us are willing to go like we did in Washington, D.C. on August 28th, 2010? How many of us are willing to go do that? How many of us would be willing to go and march on 9-11, or what was it, 9-12, the tax tea party? How many of us would do it? a lot would not because they would be afraid, it would be infiltrated, or they would be afraid
Starting point is 01:13:45 that they're going to get stomped, they're going to be put on a list. So right now, we have judges that are saying, we have to send a message that you don't mess with these people. No, terror is terror. If you're going to terrorize people, it doesn't matter if they're the congress. or just the average citizen. The law applies equally. But they want special justice for the special people. No.
Starting point is 01:14:24 Now, they're saying that this is so dangerous, these January 6th so dangerous. Yet at the same time, Democrats now are moving to vote on BLM nominee, and I don't mean Black Lives Matter. I mean the nominee to run the Bureau of Land Management. This is such a critical position for anybody who is living in the middle of the country or out west. The Bureau of Land Management takes care and manages much of the land in the West. And they are already awful stewards, awful stewards. It also gives us as ranchers the opportunity to graze our cattle on all of America's wide open space. If you get rid of the grazing rights on BLM, you don't really have beef anymore.
Starting point is 01:15:27 You're not going to be able to grow the beef. And that is their intention. So you want to put somebody who's a green radical in for the BLM to make sure they can get it all done. and they can rule with an iron fist and nobody can do anything about it because it's under the office of the president. But in the same week, they're saying that we have dangerous terrorists that have committed misdemeanors. The same group that overlooked all the BLM, the riots, the burning of our buildings, the federal buildings with police officers and federal employees inside, They look the other way. They bail them out.
Starting point is 01:16:16 Who do they nominate and who are they who are they voting on this week for the Bureau of Land Management, BLM, Bureau of Land Management? Well, they've decided to nominate somebody who was tree spiking, involved in tree spiking. I know what this is because I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, the home of Warehouser and all the paper and logging companies. You put a spike in a tree. You can kill the loggers.
Starting point is 01:16:55 And that was their intent. You never knew what tree had a spike in it. So if you took your chainsaw and you hit a spike, that chainsaw would come back and kill you. It was extraordinarily dangerous. It is a terrorist tactic. Well, the person that is now being considered is a woman that was with the tree spikers. In fact, sent the demand letters to the logging companies.
Starting point is 01:17:39 She was the one. who delivered the messages and wanted people to know that these trees are spiked and you can't do it. She received immunity in this case. This is back in what, 1993? She got immunity in the case. She didn't know because she flipped and ratted out all of her tree terrorist friends. So she's not only an eco-terrorist. is she she'll rat and turn on anybody.
Starting point is 01:18:19 She doesn't actually believe it. Maybe that's what it is. Or she's not willing to pay the price for what she believes in, but she actually does believe in it. She's the one, Tracy Stone Manning. She is the one that they're going to vote on this week to run our public lands. What do you think is going to happen to ranchers, to farmers, to loggers? You think it's going to be good?
Starting point is 01:18:46 Do you think the price of lumber is going to go down? Think the price of beef is going to go down? You put this woman in charge of the Bureau of Land Management. Beef prices will go through the roof. I guarantee it. You put this woman in charge of the Bureau of Land Management. Lumber will go back through the roof. I guarantee it.
Starting point is 01:19:11 You don't believe me? All you have to do is look at the record of... the other things the Biden administration has done. They came in, they canceled the oil and gas leases. If you paid $90 for a month for your gas, natural gas heating last year, you can expect to pay $182 a month this year. This is what they're doing to us, piece by piece. And if the, if the, if the, if the, if the, if the, the, if the, the, if the, the, if the, the, the, if the, the, if the, the,
Starting point is 01:19:50 GOP can't mount some offensive and at least let us know where they stand on things. They don't have my vote. It's time to throw them out and start a new party. Now that would seem to be really bad. Wouldn't it, GOP? But too many people are sick and tired of voting for you because we don't want the other guys. but you're taking us there. You didn't do anything about Obamacare.
Starting point is 01:20:24 You don't, you're not stopping anything on the Constitution. You're just slower. Back in just a minute, let me tell you about Car Shield. Nothing I love better than driving a car until the doors fall off. Something about the idea of squeezing every last bit of value out of the thing appeals to me. That's why I have Car Shield. I have two trucks that are working trucks on the farm.
Starting point is 01:20:50 And, man, going to drive those things until the doors fall off. There's no reason to go out and buy a new truck and have all the interest rates and all the new costs. They've paid for. Except when something goes wrong and it's major, then it's like the truck's not even worth that. But if I have car shield, I don't have to worry about it.
Starting point is 01:21:09 If it's a covered repair, I don't have to go out and buy a new truck. They take care of the repair. They take care of absolutely everything. I'm not on the hook to pay thousands. I get a rental car, I get roadside assistance. This is what you need to do. If you want to save money by not getting a new car all the time or a new truck, CarShield.
Starting point is 01:21:31 If you're out of warranty, you need CarShield.com slashback save 10%. CarShield.com slash back. deductible may apply. So, you know, we wouldn't have all these problems if Georgia would have had a different senator and Georgia can have a different senator soon. Herschel Walker. He is a congressional candidate this time around, Heisman Trophy winner. He's now running for Senate.
Starting point is 01:22:07 Teamhershel.com. You want to hear more from him? He's in studio with us next. Herschel Walker. Let me tell you about the covenant. My friend Andrew Clavenan is working on an amazing thing called The Covenant. It's a multi-season TV series adaptation of the stories of the Old Testament, told the biblical way, told the true way. There's no, you know, well, we're not sure if that.
Starting point is 01:22:40 No, these are the stories of the patriarchs and the prophets and the saints and the sinners and the conquerors and the kings. It will show God's connection to humanity in ancient times and is connection with us today. It's really important if you would like to be a part of this, if you'd like to see this, become an impact investor now. Help bring these stories to life and to TV. These are foundational to our culture, to our society, to our world. Invest in this project at KOTV.com slash Beck. That's C-A-Y-O-T-V.com slash Beck.
Starting point is 01:23:23 K-O-T-V-com slash Beck. just go and look up the covenant, find out all about it, and become an investor. Invest in our future. Invest in our country. More in a minute. Hello, America. It is time for all of us to get out of our comfort zone, educate ourselves, and take a stand. Without good people taking a stand, the country is over.
Starting point is 01:24:27 The experiment will be over. somebody who's decided to do this and God only knows why other than I think he really truly loves America one of the guys standing up and saying I'll go to Washington I'll run for Senate is Herschel Walker he's in studio with us in 60 seconds you have to hand it to mediocre real estate agents I mean it takes a lot of guts you know to to
Starting point is 01:25:00 assume that you can do something well just because your mom believes in you and that's not always the case. Sometimes they're not jealous. Sometimes you're a moron. Maybe that's just me. Anyway, real estate agents, you really have to be careful on who is representing you. Do they have the experience? Do they have the connections?
Starting point is 01:25:23 Do they even have the website that drives so many people to even see your house by the time you get it up for sale? Real estate agents, I trust.com. We're going to help you find the. right real estate agent, whether you're buying or selling. Real estate agents, I trust.com. It's the biggest investment you have. Get the right person to represent you. Real estate agents, I trust.com.
Starting point is 01:25:51 Herschel Walker, I hear he's done something in sports. I'm not really sure what it is. He's a Heisman trophy winner, I hear. And now a candidate for Senate. in Georgia. Herschel, welcome to the program. How are you? Thank you for having me on. You bet. So what the hell are you thinking? Well, that's a good question. You know, I, uh, you know, to be honest with you, I was not going to run. I didn't want to run. I was, you know, and I was told that I had to run. I had nothing to do with Donald Trump. People don't know. When Donald mentioned
Starting point is 01:26:26 this on Fox a month before you mention it, I was told that I should run for that seat. And I started praying, Lord, bring someone else. You know, I'm happy. Bring someone else. I'm not a politician. And I went to Pastor Evans, Tony Evans at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship. We prayed and he laughed at me somewhat. And it's sort of like it's written in the Bible. If you call me, Lord, I would come.
Starting point is 01:26:50 And I knew I had to run because what's going on in this country is a shame that they're bringing racism up to get people quiet, not to let you say anything. They're trying to take this Constitution that just tear it apart. They're trying to just change America. and I'm not going to sit back and let that happen. I'm going to be one person that's going to fight. And as I've been going around to a lot of my listening sessions in Georgia,
Starting point is 01:27:14 I see there's a lot of other people want to fight as well. And I'm tired of people just thinking that this is a terrible country. You know, when you see someone hands that baby off to an American soldier because he feels that that baby at an orphanage would have a better life as an orphanage in another country without him than being in his own country, you know that America is a great place. And it is time for it. And I hate to say this. And people get mad and I say this. But if you don't like America, you can leave. This is not a place that you have to stay if you don't like it. And I'm going to fight for this country. I'm going to fight for this Constitution. I'm going to fight for America rights. We have rights here to disagree. You and I can sit here and disagree. And I'm not supposed to harm me for our disagreement. That's what made America beautiful. And those are the things I want to fight for. We used to have families that could disagree. I mean, my grandparents were FDR.
Starting point is 01:28:05 Democrats. And if anybody who lived during FDR, you were most likely a Democrat. And that was because he was for the little guy and all of this stuff. They never changed their mind. Everybody else in the family was Republican, but we all got along. Yes. We all got along. Well, today is, it is different, but it's different because the people in Washington, they've made it so volatile now to disagree with each other. Now they become stars because they're on television, arguing, and fighting and all these different things. And, you know, when the parents are like that, the kids are going to be like that.
Starting point is 01:28:40 But my thing is, let's put a stop to it. I want to put a stop to it because there's no doubt. In Georgia, a lot of my family was Democrat. They voted Democrat probably last election. They probably did. I don't know. But I can guarantee you this time they're not going to vote Democrat because they know that I'm the right person for the job.
Starting point is 01:28:57 They know that I'm going to get out and do what I think is right. I'm not going to fall a total line, as people may say. I'm going to do what I think is right for America. not what's right for, to make me look popular, to make me look good. I'm going to do what I feel is right, because I love the Lord Jesus Christ. That's what I go by. I go by that. He's my Bible.
Starting point is 01:29:14 And I have a decision between him and this, you know, it's going to be tough. But I'm going to have to go with what I know is the truth. You said, you know, you were praying, hey, send somebody else. I say this often. I don't know if it's just me. But I really believe you can really usually tell when it's the Lord. when it's something you're like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:29:39 No, I don't want to do that. No, no, no. You know, in my life, it's funny. A lot of people always relate me as a football player. And, yes, I played the game. I love the game. I love competition. Yeah, but you played for the Eagles.
Starting point is 01:29:52 I'm not going to hold against you. I play for almost everybody. Highland of your career. So what you're saying is you couldn't keep a job. That's exactly right. I couldn't keep a job. And that's what they were saying. Oh, Hershey, he was terrible.
Starting point is 01:30:03 He couldn't keep a job. He couldn't move around. So what's funny about it is through my life, I was told I was going to be a football player. I knew that. And I was a terrible football player. I was overweight. Remember, my mom said I was big bone and all the people.
Starting point is 01:30:18 And all the people said, no, you're fat. You know, I had a stuttering problem. I couldn't put a sentence together. And the great Lord sort of told me this is where I'm going to be. And I flipped the coin. A lot of major decisions I've made in life. And I'm not telling anyone out there to do that. because my mom told me as long
Starting point is 01:30:36 in my heart and my mind is pure the Lord Jesus. No matter what decision I make God, I make it right for you because no matter if you're making it off a pure mind and know it's not about greed about anything else, you may go in the wrong direction, but I guarantee you're getting that destination
Starting point is 01:30:52 you need to go as long as you have the faith that you're going to get there. And faith is not something you see all the time. Faith is sometimes something you don't see. But you've got to believe it and you got to go for it. And that's why I tell all the kids that. It helps if you understand that the destination that you're supposed to be at is not necessarily the destination you're going to be.
Starting point is 01:31:11 Yeah. Yes. And you were expecting you're like, well, he's going to help me be a great football player. No, maybe not. But something is happening on that road. Yes. That puts you exactly where you need to be. Where you're supposed to be at.
Starting point is 01:31:23 And that's what I told people. And I said, that's no doubt you're going to make mistakes. And people always make mistakes. I'm telling you no one is perfect. He was that saying cast a first stone. And I know that I'm never going to be perfect. What I do know is right now I'm supposed to be at this point because what they're trying to do to this country is a shame. What they're trying to do to the state of Georgia is a shame. So are you, are you, I mean, I've been around it for a long time. Yes. But until I actually went on the road with presidential candidates, I had no idea how vicious it really is. Are you willing to go through, I mean, they're going to tear you. They already are. They're going to tear you apart. tear you apart. Well, I am because it's not about me. It's not about me at all. What's it about
Starting point is 01:32:10 is I have a kid. I have relatives. I have friends that have kids. And if I leave this world and leave them to become a communist world, I'm not going to like it. I'm not going to like it because they can't survive like that. And I know that. And I say, I'm not going to leave without speaking out, without a lot of people speaking out, because there's more Americans that believe in this country than the few that's shouting so loud against this country. They just need. need someone to stand up and say, wait a minute, guys, we have laws in this country. We have the Constitution that we have to go by. So we're not going to let these loud voices take that away from it, even the people in Washington. You know, how in the world could you want to tear the
Starting point is 01:32:49 Constitution up? My thing is, to be qualified to run for office in America, why don't you first have to admit you love America? If you don't love America, don't run. Is that not true? Then you have to admit you love the Constitution because the Constitution, and this is what's so funny. I, you know, since all this been happening, I sit down to read the Constitution. I didn't realize that's a lot of stuff of reading. But most of the things people are fighting about today
Starting point is 01:33:12 is solved in the Constitution. If you hold people accountable. The problem is we're not holding our elected official accountable, not just in Washington, but local officials as well. We're not holding them accountable. We just let them go with things. They tell you things that's not real. And then now you've got
Starting point is 01:33:28 the media involved. Where now they're going to get you quiet. If they don't like what you say, well, we have rights. And you know, when the people decide, you know what, guys, I don't want this no more. Because I'm going to blame us some, too. Because we go to vote. We vote for the same person rather than looking at what that person has done.
Starting point is 01:33:45 No, if he hasn't done anything, don't vote for them. Get him out of office. You have to put people in office that's going to believe in this country, that's going to believe in what this country stands for, and that's when we're going to be having a change. You know, there are some people they've elected into office that I totally totally disagree with them. God, they say
Starting point is 01:34:00 some really crazy things. But what I do say is that that's something different. That's something different. You know, but no, you know what? If your people still believe in that, that's okay to vote for them. But, you know, sooner or later, people are smart. People are not dumb. I think people, you take people as they're being not that smart.
Starting point is 01:34:18 People are very smart. They know what's going on. Look at the gas prices. Look at their food that's going up. You know, and you're going to tell me that people don't notice that. You know, the pipeline. Let's get to the pipeline. It is so funny because all in these,
Starting point is 01:34:32 debates, all you heard of a bite and said, oh no, no, no. First thing he did was got rid of the pipeline. Now, we have to depend on someone else for our energy when we can be self-efficient for ourselves. And if they remember one thing, the people got to remember this. During this pandemic, we had to go to other countries for things. And also in these countries, decide they don't want to help us. So we have to take care of ourselves first. Not saying we're not compassionate because we are, but we've got to take care of self-first. And until we start doing that, we're not going to have a country or we're not going to have good people. But I know American like that. They want to take care of themselves. They want to take, and they also
Starting point is 01:35:09 want to tell people, we need jails. If you're a criminal, you're a criminal. I'm going to tell you what, there's some people out that that is not going to do right no matter what. I have family members like that. But that's the way life is. Right. But I said, we have to determine law and order. We have to determine what's right and what's wrong. And right now, what's going on this country is wrong. Okay. Let me take a quick one minute break and then back with Herschel Walker who's running for Senate in Georgia. You can join his team, team herschel.com. Teamhertshal.com to find out more and to help him win the Senate seat in Georgia.
Starting point is 01:35:45 60 seconds, we continue. Let me tell you about the money printing that we are doing right now. The Fed is completely out of control. As Herschel was just saying, really, it's common sense, and we can see it, and we know it. We just won't say it out loud. Here it is out loud. Money printing, printing too many dollars, dollars that you don't have based in gold or anything else,
Starting point is 01:36:13 and then taking that and spending $4 trillion is going to cause prices to go up and most likely way up. This has happened in Zimbabwe. What is it that we didn't learn from Zimbabwe? Zimbabwe. What is it? We didn't learn that our Fed thinks now somehow or another it's different and it won't turn into Weimar, Germany. It will. It always does. And everybody always says, oh, this time it's different. No, it is not. Goldline right now. If you, if you want to save, I'm telling you, the time is coming sooner rather than later, where if you have saved for your retirement, your dollar is going to be worth half what it is today. Half. And it may be even lower than that.
Starting point is 01:37:07 When we lose our reserve currency status, it lights out. Please call Gold Line today and find out if gold or silver is right for you. It's not right for everybody. It is for my family. I want to make sure that I have something so we can help rebuild this country after the elite screw it all up because they don't listen to common sense anymore. Goldline. Call them now.
Starting point is 01:37:33 They're waiting for your call. 866 Goldline. 866 Goldline or Goldline.com. 10 seconds. Station ID. We're with Herschel Walker, who is running for Senate. Herschel, we are at a point in our nation
Starting point is 01:38:02 where it's going to look very, very different. in two years from now. Very different. On all fronts. What is the thing that you feel Georgians in particular need to know? What is the most vital thing that you think they need to know? Well, you just said it, that if they don't get on board, they don't become vigilant and start educating themselves, the state of Georgia is going to look very different.
Starting point is 01:38:35 It's not going to be a state they recognize as Georgia. and I said it early on and people thought all the crazy you don't want the government raising your child but that's what they want to do right now the government is trying to raise your kids and they're no longer hiding it
Starting point is 01:38:50 they used to say oh no that's ridiculous but now Terry McCullough and Stu look up his approval ratings will you see where that race stands running for re-election as the governor of Georgia came out what two days ago and said I'm not having the parents tell us what we can and can't teach the children.
Starting point is 01:39:10 And that's what's insulting. They're teaching the children to hate America, and we're standing for it. We're standing by saying, let's erase history. We don't want to teach them about spelling or about arithmetic, about history. You know, guys, let's not erase history. History is history. Let's not create our own history. Today, sort of, remember, they want to create a new national anthem.
Starting point is 01:39:33 They want to create a new flag. This is United States of America flag. This is United States of American National Anthem. And if they want a new country, so be it. But I want to be in an American. And then that's another thing. I said, guys, everybody want to relate it to color. Do people not know that in today's world, we all must?
Starting point is 01:39:55 In today's world, this 23 and me has totally screwed people up. You don't know what you are today. And it really doesn't matter. What matter is you're American. What matters, that's what you need to be fighting for. not talking about where you used to be or where your ancestor used to be. Wherever they were at, I guarantee they'll love to be aware today. It's weird because when you look into, I have a friend from the United Kingdom that works for me.
Starting point is 01:40:19 He's Scottish. And the way Europe worked, the one we broke away from, it matters about where your family came from. Yes. It matters a great deal. It matters what your accent is. It will keep you in place. Yes. we're not like that, but somehow or another, to gain more freedom, we're turning into those people.
Starting point is 01:40:44 We're turning into, no, your ancestors will dictate what you are today. That is insanity. That is totally insanity. And that's what people don't realize. And that's why I want to wait people up. But you can't wake them up unless you give them the truth. You know, what you're seeing now and what's sad, you know, I grew up in rural Georgia. I grew up in a small town in Georgia.
Starting point is 01:41:05 people work extremely hard. They work and they come home. They may watch one station of news on the TV, then they go to sleep. Well, today, this station is giving them things of an opinion, not even giving them the news. So they go to sleep assuming what that person said is true. When that person just gave their opinion, they're not even giving them the true facts. So now you're getting into an argument with your family member. Wait a minute, that's not the truth.
Starting point is 01:41:31 And then you have to educate them. And then they have to go read. So it's like, guys, we have to. start learning a lot of this stuff on our own. We can't trust some things we're here. And I said, that's what's sad is in Washington. We can't trust our elected officials to tell you the truth. Where do we get that we're going to elect people that are going to go to Washington and going to just bring up things and just say whatever they think is going to make them get elected for the next go around? But I don't believe in that. What do you think about what happened
Starting point is 01:41:59 in Afghanistan and the hearings this week? You know, I've been for the last 50 years, I've been going to a military base, almost every three weeks I've been in a military base. The worst thing that happened is for us to give our word to friends that, you know, that helped us out in war. And not only that, we left American over there. Take the military. Now, who in their right mind?
Starting point is 01:42:25 Say, okay, I want the Americans. We've got to get out of Afghanistan. We're going to take the soldiers out first. That's insane. You know, and then we're going to trust people that don't like this country. and I'm going to let some of the people in Washington know something. I've had an opportunity to travel all over the world.
Starting point is 01:42:39 A lot of these countries don't like us. I don't know if they know that. They may not know that. A lot of these countries don't like America because we have all these freedoms. They see us with all the freedom. They don't like us. And yet we're trying to turn it to them. So you know what?
Starting point is 01:42:54 They'll like to hurt Americans. Do we not get it? They also, I mean, in the Taliban, what's crazy is these are religious crazy people. and we're trying to teach them that they're 96 genders. That's not going to help our likeability in Afghanistan. And that's what we don't. I'm not sure whether we're trying to teach that or whether they're just trying to show. I'm not sure what's going on.
Starting point is 01:43:19 But what happened in Afghanistan would put a stain on this country for a long, long time. And no one seemed to want to address it anymore. This is what's funny. People are still dying today in Afghanistan. We're not talking about it. I know. There are people still running for their life. There's moms and daughters and sons and fathers.
Starting point is 01:43:37 They're running for their lives trying to hide in Afghanistan because they're being killed. But let's not talk about it. There is a plane that had, I don't have the numbers right in front of me, I'll have to get them. But about 100 Americans on it had green card visa holders and had some of these people that had already been vetted. The government, it landed in the UAE. It was taking off. It was going to land in New York. Halfway across the ocean.
Starting point is 01:44:10 The United States State Department said, can't land there. You have to land in Dulles. Okay, so they're going to land in Dulles. Then they start flying towards Dulles. And the State Department says, you can't land in America at all. Got to go back.
Starting point is 01:44:23 Those were Americans. Yes. But you know what? There was foreigners on that plane. They could have landed. We got to be nice. And I'm not making a joke. That is the way we become now.
Starting point is 01:44:33 that we glorify, uh, illegals and demonize people that doing the right thing that lives in America. Same thing they do with our police department. Let's let's make here. Let's make criminals heroes. But the police are demons. They're terrible.
Starting point is 01:44:48 All right. So I want to talk to you. You have time to stay with us? Oh yes. I'm with it. All right. Uh, so I want to talk to you about, uh, the police and what's happening, uh, with that.
Starting point is 01:44:58 Um, but I also, uh, want to hear some more about, um, the border. and where you stand on the border and how do we solve that. Herschel Walker. More in a minute. This is the Glendack program. Okay, I'm going to ask you to switch to Patriot Mobile today. And here's why.
Starting point is 01:45:19 One, you get the same great cell service. Two, you're going to save. It's about half the price of whatever you is you're paying now. Half the price. Same great service. Half the price. Same cell towers. there's everybody else to use this so it's the same coverage.
Starting point is 01:45:35 Now let me tell you why you really need to make a call today. These big cell phone companies are putting money into things like Planned Parenthood. So every time you make a phone call, you are literally helping killing babies. I don't know. I have a problem with that. I don't think that's where I would put my money. And it is your money. And you do have a choice.
Starting point is 01:45:59 You don't have a choice on tax day, but you have a choice. but you have a choice today. Vote with your feet. Switch to PatriotMobil today. Patriotmobil.com slash Beck. They're investing some of their money into things like standing up for the First Amendment, the Second Amendment. What the hell? Let's try all the amendments.
Starting point is 01:46:20 PatriotMobil.com slash Beck or call them now 972 Patriot. Head over to blazedtv.com slash Glenn. promo code is Glenn for $10 off your subscription to Blaze TV. More with Herschel Walker. Next. All around legend. Herschel Walker now running for the Senate in Georgia. Of course, Heisman Trophy winner.
Starting point is 01:46:50 I'm not going to hold it against him that he played for the Eagles. Everybody makes a mistake. What? Those are great teams. Those are fun teams to watch. I do have one question. That is very important. Yes.
Starting point is 01:47:03 We'll get back to saving the country here in a second. was your 1985 USFL season the best season for running back in football history at any level? It was. You know, I had more yards than anyone ever had
Starting point is 01:47:20 in professional football history. But I want to say my very best year I ever played as a professional football player with my first year at Dallas. And this was so strange. You know, they had Tony Dorset and I got a chance to play on the Tom Landry. but I play wide out a lot
Starting point is 01:47:36 I play wide receiver a great deal and a lot of people don't know at that time I think I may have broke the Cowboys receiving record and a lot of people don't even know as a receiver and that just shows
Starting point is 01:47:47 that I could play a lot of different positions because you know growing up as a little kid I used to catch football or somebody threw me a football I can catch but most running backs they never thought they can catch a football and I'm like don't you play as a little kid so I think getting to the Cowboys
Starting point is 01:48:02 and doing all those things I enjoyed it And I enjoy playing for a great man like Coach Landry and playing those legendary players, Tony and Randy White and Ed Too Tall Jones. Danny White, who really educated me on football. And I still credit him as making me a great football player. As an Eagles fan, I try to delete your Cowboys history. I'm going to play Randall and Randall.
Starting point is 01:48:23 And he also found a Richard White, and I'm going to say a statement right here. And I don't watch a lot of football. People don't know that. I don't watch football. Reggie White is probably the best defensive end ever to play professional football. ball and not just as a defensive end but as a person the things he did as a person you know he
Starting point is 01:48:40 brought my ex-wife to be a born-again Christian she was raised Catholic but he brought her to be a born-again Christian and he saved so many lives and feel it and I remember he used to go down on South Street and preach on Friday night and his first time you ever asked me to go in like I'm not going to South Street like dude I'm not going down there and I went one time and I watched what he did and certain people you hold real high because you watch has nothing to do them being an athlete but what they do for other people and that's what means more than meaning anything let me go someplace that you're going to get hammered you're going to get hammered well that's good uh yeah um and you know doing things for other people you have been on my podcast before and we
Starting point is 01:49:25 talked about mental struggles mental illness that you have struggled with um the different things that you've gone through. You're truly, I think, a remarkable success story on being able to weather all of those storms. CNN is now coming out and saying that, I don't know, there was domestic violence in your past, and they say you won't address any of this stuff. Well, you know, I've already addressed all of that stuff, and they can see, Herschel walk has never been arrested about police office, never been in a police station for anything. And I've told them I've addressed it all. And until they can educate themselves and maybe buy my book and read it and stuff and not make things up. And I don't talk to them because I'm not going to let them take my eyes off
Starting point is 01:50:10 the ball. I'm here to represent the state of Georgia. He to represent the United States Senate not to go into these gotcha questions or them trying to educate themselves or trying to be funny because right now you're going to take mental health back. I brought it so far today because I've been doing this about 15 years. And what they've done, is taking mental health and made it like a game. And I said, I'm not going to sit back and let them do that. There's people that are hiding in darkness, you know, that they're afraid to come out because they're afraid what people are going to say about them.
Starting point is 01:50:40 You said to me when we first came in, I said, you know, I want to talk to me, and you stop me, and you said, anything you want. And I said, wow, that's not what CNN says. And you said, yeah, but I don't want to talk to CNN, you know, and I understand that. There is a difference when you approach a question honestly. Yes. You really are looking for the facts. And the way the media is now, it's not an honest question.
Starting point is 01:51:08 It is a way to maneuver and pin you in a certain place. Well, you know, it's not the sense that they want to pin me in a certain place. The point is, until they can educate themselves on something, don't come to me and want to talk about it like you know about it. Because, you know, I've been at it now for over 15 years, having to remove that. stigma and I'm not going to let them take it back because there's been so many people that I've saved their lives. There have been so many people that I helped them to overcome. Right. So I'm not going to let someone that think that they know come out and destroy that. Would you consider helping Chris Cuomo or Don Lemon? Oh, I love to help them. It was funny. And this was so strange
Starting point is 01:51:48 about all this. And I told people, guys, I sit down with them anytime they just want to chat or do a soreway at some party. We can sit down and we can talk and stuff but and because I disagree with a lot of things that said but I'm not opposed to sitting down and hearing their point of view. Correct. Because I said I love to know maybe they know something I don't.
Starting point is 01:52:07 Yeah. But one of the things that I love to hear from them and I said at the very beginning, do you love America? Do you love the Constitution? Because if they don't love those two things there, we have nothing to talk about. How can we talk about something if you don't like those two things there because that meaning that you're in a place
Starting point is 01:52:27 that you don't like you need to go somewhere else because I can't I can't sit and argue with people about that we used to our unum used to be the Bill of Rights we believed in those things we found them self-evident we believed in those if you don't believe in the Bill of Rights I can't build anything with right but it that's that's in your when you take the oath of office as a I know that's one of the things and oh but but then why we're not holding people accountable. So that's why I said I blame the people. Guys, we got to hold people accountable. And the same thing with law enforcement. The same thing with all this. We got to hold people accountable. We're not doing it. So the, you know, disband the police thing. I just saw a tweet
Starting point is 01:53:10 that in Austin now, in Texas, Austin has done so much damage to their police force that if you have your house being broken into, don't call 911. one because they can't send a police officer. You have to call for violent crimes, everything else. Somebody stealing from you, breaking into your house, whatever, you have to deal with it. What kills me is, I think the progressive, the really progressive, radical end of the left, I think they're the same people that wanted to keep people in chains in the first place. Everything they do
Starting point is 01:53:53 hurts the lower income or African American community. You're 100% correct, but then that's when I said, people are not educated themselves. You would find out if they read, you saw Mayor Lightfoot decide I better fund the police.
Starting point is 01:54:09 I got to get out of this defunding the police because it don't work. And criminals are criminals. No matter what, they're criminals. So if we have to be more prisons, I want to be a more prison. If you're going to break the law, you go to jail.
Starting point is 01:54:22 And that's the problem that we don't want to do. And I said, we want to make heroes out of criminals, demonize the police. Well, you know what? Why would you want to be a police officer? But I'm going to put my hat off to him because let's go to the facts. Everybody want to go to the facts. It's something my mother said to me. You know, they made a statement that Herschel Walker don't want to give money to black people.
Starting point is 01:54:44 And they would talk about reparation. And that's not what I said. What I said is I want to empower the African-American community. I don't want to give it to them. I want to teach them. You don't give someone to fish. You teach them to fish. And I said, well, I'm appalled at is why we continue to ask some 30 or 40 years
Starting point is 01:55:00 about reparation. Why are we asking us 60 years about reparation? Why don't we go ask old African American? Like somebody that's, oh, well, I went to my mom who's going to be 84. I went to my aunt who's going to be in the 90s. And I asked them about reparation. Both of them said, no, I don't believe in it. Say, where are you going to give the money to?
Starting point is 01:55:18 And one thing my mom said that you don't think your parents are smart until you get out of college and go, wow, they're very strong. My mom said, have they thought about paying the white soldiers that died in the civil war to free U.S. slaves? And I said, whoa, they don't want you
Starting point is 01:55:32 to bring those fights up. And I said, guys, that's the problem. We want to continue to talk about stuff that's irrelevant. That is irrelevant to this country, what's going on in this country. It is irrelevant, but what the I think what the people in Washington is trying to do is get you looking at this
Starting point is 01:55:48 racist thing over here while they slide something underneath you over here. Like, you know, right now they're talking about the infrastructure bill. They're talking about the infrastructure. Let's go for a moment. If you read down in that bill, it's talking about climate climate change.
Starting point is 01:56:04 Well, it's funny about that. Now, let's go for a little bit with this. Well, we're one of the cleanest air and water in the world. We've got to talk to China in India. Do people know You know, climate change, they got to do something.
Starting point is 01:56:22 Unless we get them to do it. So instead of them trying to put all the money over here with us, why don't we send some people over there and say, guys, y'all need to clean this up? Y'all got to get better. Why are we putting on, why are we not putting money into our police department? Why are we not putting money into education, educating our kids? Why are we not putting money into all, into like the homeless population?
Starting point is 01:56:42 Why not putting money into this, all right now until this pandemic? Because to be honest, they don't understand it. They still don't understand it. So why are we not doing that rather than talking about, let's slide this bill that you don't know that we're putting it underneath your nose, but we don't want you to know that because we're talking about racism. We're talking about things that's irrelevant because we're in America. And this was so funny.
Starting point is 01:57:03 I got a letter from an African-American man. And he said, Mr. Walker, he said, you know, a lot of people that are talking about racism in this country never been to Africa. and to be honest he said and I don't think they'll like to go to Africa and they're 100% correct a lot of these people that are talking about it wouldn't like to go and they wouldn't like to do anything there one of the one of the great stories that most Americans don't know about is Nina Simone she had every right to be really upset at America she said I got to I'm going to Africa it didn't last long she was like no no I'm going to go to France yes she didn't come here but she didn't go to Africa yes Herschel Walker, you are welcome on this program at any time. Well, thank you. I am proud to call you a friend, and I find you inspirational. Well, thank you.
Starting point is 01:57:58 And that's what I want to do for the Georgia people, because they know me. And they know that I'm going to fight for them. I'm going to fight for that state. And, you know, one thing they do know, then I'm honest. If I say it, I'm going to try to do it. And they know I'm not here to try to entertain. I don't entertain. I wrote a poem as a little boy.
Starting point is 01:58:17 I said, you know, one day they would know that I'm not here for the show. And that day they would see that I'm here to get it be. And that's the way I am. And that's what I'm trying to do. Herschel Walker. You can help him in his run for Senate. Go to teamhershel.com. These are the kind of people that we need to run that love the Constitution and love the country.

Right now, there's really no one watching some of the most valuable stuff you have, and that is your good name and your credit. Your identity is worth a fortune. LifeLock has been guarding this for Americans for decades now. They were the first in this industry, I believe. I think they created this.

Starting point is 02:00:11 Hershawker is probably one of the most likable people I know. and he played in Philadelphia. How did that happen? How did he remain likable? I just don't know why. He was with great Americans on the Philadelphia Eagles. I mean, he mentioned Reggie White, who is like one of,
Starting point is 02:00:28 he's known as one of the greatest guys in the NFL passed away long ago now, but one of the greatest players in the history of football. And those teams were fun. Randall Cunningham. I mean, they were really exciting to watch at that time. And I mentioned this season.
Starting point is 02:00:44 that he, you know, in 1985, 2,400 yards. The record in the NFL is just over 2000. So he had another 500 yards receiving. Then went to the NFL on a team with another star running back and had 76 catches for 800 and something yards, had another 700 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground.
Starting point is 02:01:05 The guy was, I mean, he's not, he's a unicorn. It's impossible. These people don't even exist anymore in the NFL. It's incredible. How is he, how do you think he's going to do in the Georgia Senate race. This is going to be interesting.
Starting point is 02:01:17 He's got three or four already announced Republicans. Republicans to go up against him. It's going to be a crowded field, and it's not going to be easy. Now, he's really likable and really personal and has a huge history in Georgia. Of course,
Starting point is 02:01:29 it's where he went to school. Very well known there. I know I wouldn't want to run against him. I wouldn't want to run against him either. No. And, you know, there's a lot of talk about the establishment is going to try to,
Starting point is 02:01:41 the establishment doesn't want to lose this race. Obviously, there's no reason there are two Democratic senators from the state of Georgia. That's insane. That should not be the case. So they are worried about the stuff that you talk to Herschel about. He's been super honest about it, you know, and it's going to be interesting to see that play out because I think he's incredibly disarming when you talk to him about this stuff. Oh, he's, he is truly willing to talk to you about anything.
Starting point is 02:02:10 Yeah, we'll talk to you. anything as long as it's a fair and honest question honest question is really you know that's the most important thing you know if you get into in front of someone who's asking you honest questions it's what you've been doing with this podcast all this time you did a you did a full podcast with herschel at one point yeah i think we did yeah at least an hour he talked about all this he talked about all of it and that's why that format i think is so important and we kind of did it here as well we were able to spend 45 minutes with him and you were able to get into a little bit of detail and you actually get to know the person rather than taking the one little sound bite out of an interview that you get on, you know, cable news or whatever.
Starting point is 02:02:47 Yeah. But I think, you know, he's got a legitimate chance. But it's going to be, it's not going to be easy. He's not going to walk to the nomination, I don't think. Oh, no. And now, I mean, he's going to be pushed up against the wall. He will see, he is going to see great knives coming for him. Pray for, uh, just pray for protection.
Starting point is 02:03:10 over all of these people that decide they're going to run because they're walking into the gates of hell. Just walking into the gates of hell. By the way, team herschell.com is where you can go and support him. Teamhershel.com. Back in a minute. When you were pretty, you had been braced
