What a big day yesterday was. Man, a lot of things happened. Glenn and I yesterday talked about, by the way, Pat and Jeffie today for Glenn. who's out because of family issues today. So hopefully he's back on Monday. Tomorrow's his birthday. We may have something to say about that today. But there is a lot going on,

and it all starts with the Supreme Court decision on Donald Trump being either on or off the ballot in Colorado and many other states. We'll get into that, and some of the things said yesterday, it's amazing. and much more in one minute. Unfortunately, our trade relationship with China is not good. It's a joke.

an American giant. All right, so Pat and Jeffrey for Glenn, the Supreme Court hearing on the Trump case is going on. They heard the arguments yesterday from the lawyers. And I don't know that either side's lawyers were good necessarily. I don't know that they were in there. Plus, you know, you talked about this as it got started yesterday, morning, seems like it was a year ago.

A lifetime ago. it? It really does. That's how much stuff happened yesterday. We got the Biden speech that we're going to get to later on. That is just incredible plus. The Tucker Carlson interview with Vladimir Putin, which is interesting as well. That is interesting. But this Supreme Court case is gigantic because I think our entire system teeters on the brink of the decision here. It really does. If they decide that Donald Trump can just be removed from the back. because he's been somebody mentioned that he participated in an insurrection. No. No. The insurrection at all. There's been no trial. There's been, in fact, he's not charged with insurrection anywhere.

But some dingleberry in Colorado. He's an insurrectionist. Where are you getting that? Okay. Just because you think he is, you're going to take him off the ballot? You can't do that in America. You can't do that. What about, I don't know, due process?

What about the assumption of innocence? Jeez. It's really incredible. Both sides, however, seem to be just accepting the premise that there has been an insurrection here. Which I don't understand. I don't get it at all. And if I were on Trump's law team, I would be talking about the fact that he's not an insurrectionist. Can we pause for just a moment and realize that.

This is not the case? Right. A, he didn't participate in an insurrection. B, there was no insurrection. Thank you. That might even be A. Yeah, that might be A. Yeah, maybe that should be A.

There was no insurrection and he didn't participate in one. And doesn't that end it right there? I mean, you've got no basis then. You've got no premise for going forward with removing him from the ballot, except the fact that you want him removed from the ballot. And that's what's going on. in Colorado and Maine and several other places where they're trying to get this done. And if it's allowed to happen, I mean, we're hanging by a thread here.

Our Constitution is hanging by a thread. How about this really simple solution? Put him on the ballot. Let the people of Colorado decide. Wait. Yeah. You just put him on the ballot. And then if Coloradans believe that he somehow,

how participated in an insurrection, they don't have to vote for him. What a concept, huh? That's weird. Let the voters decide. I thought this was democracy. Right? Don't we hear that every day all day? We have to preserve our great democracy.

Yes, that we don't actually have. But, okay, let's give you the point. Okay, it's a democracy. Let's vote on it then. What are you afraid of? What are you afraid of? of. You love democracy so much. Well, okay, let democracy reign here. And let's let there be a vote. So it's unconscionable that this is going on right now. But there were some amazing things said yesterday.

Some of the things came directly from the Supreme Court justices themselves. Which was fascinating. You know, I, I, I, I'm nervous at the outcome of this, though. You know, I mean, I feel like there's no way that he can lose. He can lose. That's what I feel like. And that's usually when we're surprised. What, it seems so logical that there's no other way to go.

That's when it goes another way. It should be 13 and 0. Oh, wait, we only have nine. Nine and no. Right now, no, we're not doing this. Have a nice day. I can't imagine this in favor of Trump any less than eight to one. It should be at least eight to one, if not.

unanimous nine nothing. I don't even want that, but I know nine nothing should be should be the ruling here, but we'll see. So Justice Kavanaugh had some interesting things to say to Colorado attorney Jason Murray. He had the opportunity to call witnesses remotely. He didn't use all of his time at trial. There was ample process here. And this is how ballot access determinations and election cases are decided all the time. Okay. Second question. Some of the rhetoric of your position, I don't think it is your position, but some of the rhetoric of your position seems to suggest, unless the states can do this, no one can prevent insurrectionists from holding federal office. But obviously, Congress has enacted statutes, including one still

in effect, Section 2383 of Title 18, prohibits insurrection. It's a federal criminal statute. And if you're convicted of that, you are, it says, shall be disqualified from holding any office. And so there is a federal statute on the books, but President Trump has not been charged with that. So what are we to make of that? Yeah, what do you make of that? What do you make of the fact that what you're accusing him of? He hasn't even been charged with. So what are you doing here?

What do you make of that? It's a great question. What do you make of that? What do you make of that? Well, Your Honor, I make that we shouldn't even be here in the first place. This is really specious and ridiculous. I mean, that should be Trump's lawyers. Should be.

Yeah, it absolutely should be. I don't understand the fact that they're not doing that. I don't get that. How have you granted them? Okay, yeah, he participated in an insurrection, but he should still be on the ballot. Well, okay, no, he should be on the ballot, but he didn't participate in an insurrection. Them not doing that. What do you make of that?

I make negligence of that. I think it's negligence. Because this should have been dismissed. I agreed. Crazy. So even the liberal judges were making some interesting points seemingly on behalf of Donald Trump and his case. Here's Justice Elena Kagan yesterday. Why should a single state have the ability to make this determination not only for their own

citizens, but for the rest of the nation. Because Article 2 gives them the power to appoint their own electors as they see fit, but if they're going to use a federal constitutional qualification as a ballot access determinant, then it's creating a federal constitutional question that then this court decides. And other courts, other states, if this court affirms the decision below determining that President Trump is ineligible to be president, other states would still have to determine and what effect that would have on their own state's law. What's your read of the question and the answer?

What's your read? Jonathan Turley. Well, I think that the advocates for disqualification probably expected a cold reception, but this was perfectly glacial. The problem for Jason Murray is that his toughest questions came from the left of the court. Many people have been saying how the conservatives were going to sandbag this entire, appeal and how they have to look deeply within themselves. Many of the toughest questions were coming from Justice Jackson and Justice Kagan.

And Justice Jackson notably kept on raising this first question, which is perhaps the presidency is just not covered by this provision. And she has always taken a particular interest in the 14th Amendment and had said, you know, it's plausible that he was not. And some of the other justices raised the fact that the 14th Amendment was designed to take power away from the states. And yet, as Chief Justice Roberts said, you are curiously finding that there's a provision here that radically expands that power. Interesting. It is.

It's a great point. And yeah, even the liberal justices seem to have an issue with this. For now. Yeah. For now. Right. How will they rule? Who knows?

Who knows? They'll probably surprise the heck out of us. And we'll lose the decision five to four. But that should not happen. Oh, no, please. It should not happen. I don't even like those words out there. But you just never know what John Roberts is going to do.

You never know. He's pretty unpredictable. What do you make of that? I make that he was the wrong decision for Supreme Court justice by George W. Bush. That's what I make of it. Donald Trump reacted to the Supreme Court hearing. Here's what he had to say about it. So I just say that in watching the Supreme Court today, I thought it was very, it's a very beautiful process.

I hope that democracy of this country will continue. Because right now we have a very, very tough situation with all of the radical left ideas with the weaponization of politics. They weaponized it like it's never been weaponized before. It's totally illegal, but they do. it anyway. Right. And it has to stop. Every one of the court cases, and I'm involved, every single one, civil, whether it's the attorney generals or the district attorneys, you look at Fonnie in Georgia. They had many meetings with the White House and with the DOJ. They went there, eight-hour meetings. That was all staged. That was a phony hoax. And now you look at it, and it is a phony hoax.

and hopefully that case will be dismissed in short order. It's a disgrace to this country. But they work together with the Justice Department of the White House. Oh, man. And I'm not supposed to do that. Every one of these cases you see comes out of the White House. It comes out of Biden. It's election interference, and it's really very sad.

I thought the presentation today was a very good one. I think it was well received. I hope it was well received. You have millions of people that are out there wanting. to vote and they happen to want to vote for me or the Republican Party, whatever you want to, however you want to phrase it. Okay. But I'm the one running and we are leading in every poll. We're leading in the local polls, in the state polls, and we're leading in the swing state polls. Right. And we're leading very big in the national polls. So it's been a very great honor.

Very much of the country. Okay. So there you go. And he's right about that. Absolutely, he is. He is leading in the polls. they are trying to shut down democracy, which they claim to love and cherish so much. And they are the ones trying to repress it. They are the ones trying to, who are acting like fascists and taking away our choice here. It's unbelievable. It's almost as if they are fascists. It's almost like that, isn't it?

Yeah. It is. It is almost like that. It's also almost like everything they accuse the right of, they are doing. Like they are the ones who are purses. We're returning all of this stuff. And so they accuse the right of it. Amazing.

You'll be bursting with pride when you hear what he had to say yesterday. I mean, everybody knew he wasn't going to be charged with anything with this classified document scandal. Right. Now, Donald Trump will be, of course. But not Joe Biden. Well, he's an insurrectionist. Thank you. It had to be said, Jeffrey still.

Thank you for saying it. But as far as Joe. Biden, they just, what they basically said was, yeah, he's too old. So his memory is really bad. So we're not going to, we're not going to put him to him. Yeah, he broke the law. Yes, he did. He did. Sure, he broke the law and he intentionally deceived us. But he's super old. So, his memory's not great. In fact, it's not good at all. In fact, he shouldn't be president of the United States. They did everything but that. They came pretty close to that. Yes, they did. It really did.

As far as the Supreme Court yesterday questioning the Colorado attorneys, pretty amazing, pretty amazing that it looks like Donald Trump's going to be in the clear on this and he's going to be back on the ballot in Colorado. I'd be stunned if he doesn't win this case. And then hopefully that will have, now everybody's saying that they're going to make this a narrow ruling so it doesn't affect other states. But it should, it should affect every state. Yes.

This should be broad enough to affect Maine who's doing the same thing. And anybody else considering taking Donald Trump off the ballot? Any name off the ballot. Yes. Yes. One of the attorneys asked, well, look, what about what happens if other states decide to do what you've tried to do here? And they take off, say, Joe Biden from the ballot. What if they just remove Joe Biden?

as retaliation. And the attorney's response was, well, we just have to have faith in the process. Wait. Wait, you got to have faith in the process? What, that only Democrats are trying to steal the election? Is that well? Republicans wouldn't do that. We just have to have faith.

Republicans won't try it. Oh, okay. Probably wouldn't. No, they wouldn't. No, of course they would not. So that's kind of where we are now. And I don't know. I think most experts assume that this is going to happen fairly quickly that we'll get the verdict soon.

I mean, it has to. They have to decide. And with what we heard yesterday, it certainly appears like, we're just going to, let's get this thing over with. And how about no, it's not going to happen. It does appear that way. So we'll hope and pray that it does turn out to be that way. And I hope it's not narrow. I mean, I hope that they realize that they need to hear it fast, decide fast, and make it so it's just not going to happen.

Yeah, and so we don't have to go through this with every step up. Yes. With every single state along the way. That'd be ridiculous. And we've got Super Tuesday coming up. I'm a waste of everyone's time and the money. Another Supreme Court ruling may have to come pretty quickly as well. Hawaii's state Supreme Court just ruled yesterday that there's no individual right to be.

bear arms. Oh, okay. There's another constitutional right that is being removed from U.S. citizens. How about we just remove Hawaii and we don't have to worry about it? Well, where would you vacation then? You can still vacation there. They're just not part of the U.S. Right, right.

That could happen. It could happen. But we've already decided this. there was the 2008 case, DC versus Heller, which we've referenced the Heller case a million times, where the U.S. Supreme Court

explicitly recognized the Second Amendment does protect individuals' right to arms. Huh. Hmm. So how are they getting around that? I don't know, but that's going to have to go to the U.S. Supreme Court, too. It can't stop with that. There's going to be a lot of people up in arms

Last night, there was the big caucus in Nevada that took place. also the U.S. Virgin Islands held their caucus primary thing, whatever it was.

And Donald Trump squeaked out of victory. Really? Yeah. In Nevada, it was Trump winning 99% of the vote. Really? 99 to 1. So I didn't get it all. He didn't get it all.

He did not get 100%. A bit disappointing victory. Yeah. I think he's really bummed about it. And so Ryan Binkley was the competition. And I'm a little shocked. Ryan didn't put up a better fight than that. You usually throw out the record books when Ryan Binkley and Donald Trump battle it out.

That's right. I'm not sure how many record books there are featuring the two of them. But you throw them out anyway. You throw them out. You throw all the ones that exist out. I thought maybe Ryan would be able to pull out more than one percent, though, but no. Not maybe like 1.8? No.

No. No. 99 to 1 in the Nevada caucus. Now, people might be thinking what happened? Where did Nikki Haley finish in that? She wasn't in the caucus. She was part of the primary. What do you make of that?

Very strange. Weird situation. She called it rigged. I think the Trump people fought hard for a caucus and got it, but then there was another element of the party that wanted the primary. And so they split it. The whole thing split up. And it turned out Nikki Haley and Mike Pence were in the primary. And neither of them won.

That went to none of the candidates. Oh, yeah, none won. None won. 60, it was something like 63 to 31 percent, very close to that. And then in the caucus, it was just Trump and Binkley. And of course, that was 99 to 1. Then in the U.S. Virgin Islands, he had another big fat win. where he defeated Haley about 74 to 26%.

Wow. 7426. Is it time for her to get out? Yeah, and then some. Well, I mean. And then some. I don't know why she's still in it, frankly. What are you hoping to gain out of this?

Honestly, I don't know. You're wasting people's money. You're wasting our time. We should be focused on defeating Joe Biden. Please. Or whoever the Democrat. whoever the Democrat candidate turns out to be. Well, after yesterday, it's probably not going to be Joe Biden.

It may not be Joe Biden. I'm starting to think more and more. At first, I thought there's no way they're going to replace him. But he is so bad now. I mean, he was the one. That they can't stay with him, right? I mean, he's the one. When they went to him, and I say, I don't know that this actually happened.

But when they went to him and said, Joe, you can't run. You're too old, man. You can't run. Too old. You got your, we, you made president. Yes. And thank you for everything you've done so far. It's been great. We're a senator. You're a vice president. We finally got you in the office. Get out.

Beat it. And he wouldn't leave. No, he wouldn't. He and Jill sat there and said, no, we're going to run again. And she's as despicable as they come from pushing him forward and enabling all of this. You would think if your wife was really concerned about you and I don't know, The country. She would say, look, Joe, I think we've, you know, we've had our time. I love you.

Let's go back to Delaware. Here's some yogurt. Let's go. Yeah. I'll get you an ice cream. I'll get you two ice cream cones. If you just say you're not going to run again. But I think she's so in love with the power.

Oh, man. So in love with the feeling that she pushes him forward on this. And it's despicable. It really is. Because now we're in trouble if he. Oh. This is crazy. First of all.

He can't be allowed to be president again. We shouldn't be allowed to be president today. They should have invoked the 25th Amendment as soon as his speech was over. Which one? The one six months ago or yesterday? Well, the one three and a half years ago. But let's say, all right, you somehow made it through the last three years of this guy. You couldn't have made it through yesterday and still think he can, he's capable of being president.

We've been watching. He's not capable. watching his deterioration since, well, before he was elected, but even before that. And now everyone is like, you know what? I think there's something wrong. What? Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Thank you. Welcome to the party. Right. Wow. I mean, it is as obvious as anything that has ever happened in the history of the planet. I'm not wishing any. It's hard for me to say this right now.

I'm not wishing any bad ilk on Joe Biden. No. You don't wish him any ill will. I just want him to leave office. Yes. Let's leave it at that. We'll leave it at that. I don't like the man with all the intensity of 10 trillion white hot burning suns.

That's it, though. But that's it. I don't wish him any ill. Wanting out of our sight and sound. Go back to. Delaware. I hate to have to even look at him. I mean, I can barely tolerate even looking at him.

And listening to him, I can't. I can only do it once. On the show, I could listen to it. Okay. And then be done. Even that's hard. It is. To get through it once, I can't get through it multiple times.

But we're going to have to today. I know. So they decided he was incompetent to stand trial, essentially. Yes. It's what they decided on the classified documents. into the classified document. Yeah, he's not competent for trial. He's an old man, he's elderly,

and he's got a really bad memory, and so we're not going to charge him with anything. Okay, but he's okay to be president of the United States and leader of the free world commander, chief of the U.S. military? That's what's left unsaid. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's crazy.

That's absolutely nuts, and it's hard to believe from the greatest nation in the history of the planet. It really is. And so nothing's going to come of the fact that he had classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette. He had him stashed at University of Pennsylvania. Right in his office. They're in the closet there. Yep.

He had him in the grocer aisle of his convenience store that he frequents all the time. You need to let that one go. Just don't even worry about it. Don't even worry about it. Nobody knew what that was. They just thought it was the paper aisle. Thank you. You know, so they ignored it.

But he was pissed off at the report and what the report said about him. Well, yeah. And look, in his inner circle, right, the way to combat this report, this finalized investigation, is to put him out in front of the crowd and say, This is insane. I'm not, you know, I don't have the mental fog. I'm not deteriorating before your eyes. They don't know what they're talking about. But in doing that, he proved their point. He absolutely proved 100% everything they said. Check this out when he's talking about, you know, he's the president of the whole country, of every state, which is cut eight. When I said, when I pushed all these programs, I said, I'm going to be a president of everybody. We live in a red state or a green state. I'm sorry, why? Yeah, red state or a green state. Everybody, what don't you know, understand about that?

The red or green? The green state, the brown states, the states that are white with snow, whatever, whatever state, I'm the president of all of them. Can you believe that? You don't even know red and blue. He can't even do that anymore. No. He doesn't even know that. A red state and a green state.

Some of the shartreuse. States and the president of them, the pretty pastel states. Those are my states, too. I'm the guy for every state. Then he had to, you know, he's discussing Roe v. Wade. And here's what came out. And making Roe v. Word for the law of the land. The law of the land.

What is the deal? And making Roe v. Word. reward making Montgomery War the official department store of the land I'm not opposed to that

by the way I like Montgomery Ward but you know I don't think it's in existence anymore no it is not no there was a time

I know it was wonderful so he got it wrong so he got it wrong corrected himself and got it even more wrong let's sit at this again it's great

Sharper's attack love it And making Roe v. Word for the law of the land. The law of the land. I can't. I mean, I can't. Okay.

So now this, I believe, these two, these first two, were before his. Before the rant last night. Yeah, I think so.

So these two came out. Obviously, he's showing, you know, how good and strong and powerful he is for the old red, white, and green. Right.

And he, so this was before the news broke that he was too incompetent to stand trial. Yes. And I mean, just more evidence, just more evidence of Joe Biden being Joe Biden. Yeah. But, I mean, even the liberal press, even CNN yesterday, was kind of amazed at, first of all, the report and all of the report. and all of the things that he's been saying. Here's Jeffrey Tubin on the Biden report from yesterday. At her put in some of that stuff in this report.

That had no place in that. There is no reason why this report had to be 300 pages. There is no reason why this fairly straightforward case had to be treated this way. And the, I mean, this was just like what James Comey did to Hillary Clinton when he supposedly cleared her. So he's pissed. At the use of classified information. and then talked about how reckless and terrible she was. You know, the job of prosecutors is to put up or shut up.

If you have a case, bring your case. If you don't have a case, shut the hell up or say as little... Do you think he's playing politics? I absolutely do. Special counsel Robert Her released that Justice Department report that found he was, well, that he willfully retained classified materials, correct, as a private citizen. But he forgets certain facts. He's basically unfit for trial. There's just not enough there. There's no point to it. And apparently you have to be a lot sharper for trial than you do to be president of the United States of America. Well, I guess that's the deal. I guess so. Yeah. I mean, he wasn't there to prove his fitness to be president. No, that's right.

That's right. And one of the things he couldn't come up with is where Bo got his rosary. And he was trying to say it and stopped right. When I first asked him, it wasn't any of their damn business. Well, you know what? You make it our business. Yeah. by constantly bringing up Bo.

Yeah. That's why I thought Hunter's book should be titled I'm not Bo. That would have been great. I know. That would have been great. Actually, I would have been even more of a fan. I would have had a little bit of respect for him. I know.

But he didn't. But he, not only does he bring Bo up all the time, he tries to make it out with Gold Star families as if Bo died in Iraq. He does. He does. And he'll say anything and do anything to get it. And it's pathetic and it's despicable. But here he was talking about the classified documents.

Not share classified information. I did not share it. With my ghost right, I did not. Guarantee you did not. They said you did. No, they did not say that. Yeah, they did. Mr. President, let me answer your question.

The fact of the matter is, what I didn't want repeated. it. I didn't want him to not and I didn't read it to him. Was I had written a long memorandum to President Obama why we should not be in Afghanistan. And I was of multiple pages. And so what I was referring to, I said classified, I should have said it should be private because it was a contact between the president and the vice president. Wait, you don't. Pause it for a second. You don't know the difference between classified and private? Really? That's a problem too, right there. If you can't, if you said classified, then that means classified. Sure does.

Right? When you're hearing that from the president of the United States. Plus, he couldn't have said in the report, he couldn't remember when he was vice president. So I'm not sure that he remembers this accurately. Exactly. All right. Let's hear the rest of this. It was not classified information in that document.

Okay. Man, does he get angry at the drop of a hat? He's just completely out. He can't control himself. If that's a symptom of something. Almost as if that's a symptom. I don't know what it is. I'm not a doctor.

No, you're not. You're not. So maybe you better shut up. Maybe you just better shut up right now. Okay. I don't know. It's stunning to me. It is.

Where we find ourselves in 2024. It's absolutely stunning to me. But as he talks about the classified documents. Later on in this, he blames his staff for the documents. This is 20. He takes full responsibility. 23. But right. He's full responsibility.

Sure he does. Here he is doing just that. Take responsibility for he's being careless with classified material. I take responsibility for not having seeing exactly what my staff was doing. Unreal. That's awesome. Things that

appeared in my garage, things that came out of my home. Things that were moved. appear in his garage. But my staff. Wow. He just threw his staff under the bus. I take full responsibility for not overseeing the due people enough. Wow.

Okay. So your staff just decided, hey, you know where would be a really good place for these classified documents? Joe Biden's garage right next to his Corvette. It's a stack of behind the vet. That's fine. Don't worry about it. good place for him.

I've got, you know what? The closet at the university is all full. So just move the rest of the garage. Yeah, just put him in the garage and put him by the Corvette. He's not even looking. He won't even know. Incredible. That's incredible.

Again, he has never taken responsibility. He's never been accountable for anything he's ever done. That's for sure. Anything. Ever. And he's not called on it by the media at all. Somebody just asked him, do you feel, are you accountable for? any of this. No. He just said, no. I'm not. My staff did that. Should I have watched them better? Yeah,

because they're incompetent fools. But it's their fault. Are you serious? Wow. This guy is the worst. He is the absolute worst. He was also asked why he should run rather than somebody else. He just, well, you'll hear it in the question here. Mr. President, for months when you were asked about your age, you would respond with the words, watch me. Watch me. We did. We did. And they have expressed concerns about your age.

That is your judgment. That is your judgment. That is not the judgment of the press. She is the press. They express concerns about your mental acuity. They say that you are too old. Mr. President, in December, you told me that you believe there are many other Democrats who could defeat Donald Trump. So why does it have to be used?

now what is your answer to that question? Because I'm the most qualified person in this country be president of the United States and finish the job I started. Well we're really in trouble if he's the most qualified person. I don't want him to finish the job he started. No I don't either. Because that means the end of the republic. As a nation we're done. Yeah. Absolutely. Wow. It sounds like he's fighting for this job. It doesn't sound like he's going to step down at all. Will they force him to somehow? I don't know. Maybe. Maybe. But he's just been cleared of the classified document thing. Maybe they make a deal with him

on the Ukraine stuff and the China stuff and the payouts he got and maybe they make a deal with him on Hunter where they threaten him you know, we're going to go after this. Or you can step down

and everything goes away. And it goes away. Just goes away. We just forget. That's possible I guess. We forget all about your corruption. We just pretend like that never happened. We'll ignore it if you just move on, okay, because we can't afford you. But if you go back to Delaware and start opening your mouth.

Then all bets are off. Shut this down. But right now, it sure doesn't sound like he's preparing. No, it doesn't. Now, again, this was right after the report, right? So he's out there now trying to prove that he's not what the report says. And he's doing the opposite. Correct, which is the problem, right?

Because that's the only way to do this. this is for him to go out and do a no malarkey tour around the country with this stupid no malarkey bus again and prove that he's okay. And that can't happen because he's not up for it. No, he's not capable. He's really not. I don't know if the medication has worn off. Maybe it's not effective anymore.

Or maybe he's just degraded to the point where he's not capable of putting two sentences together. I don't know. I don't know. but he's he's in bad shape. I mean, I watched, we're going to talk about it here in a little while that Vladimir Putin interview with Tucker Carlson. And set aside all the stuff that we're going to talk about with what Putin said in the interview. The first thing I noticed was that there's no way.

No way. He can't even do a three-minute pre-super Bowl interview. No, right. No way Joe Biden is sitting down with Tucker Carlson or anyone and being asked questions for two and a half hours. No, I can't happen. No, he couldn't do the softball Super Bowl. No way. Which I didn't want him to do anyway.

That's not my point. Yeah, I do. I know. But he was asked about his memory and here's what happened there. President Biden, something the special counsel said in his report is that one of the reasons you were not charged is because in his description, you are a well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory. I'm well-meaning, and I'm an elderly man, and I know what the hell I'm doing. I've been president, and I put this country back on his feet. Oh, my gosh.

I don't need his recommendation. How bad is your memory, and can you continue as president? My memory is so bad I let you speak. What a jerk? That's what you. Wow. What an angry old man he is. It's just terrible.

That's terrible. And he thought he was going to get laughter there. I thought it was funny. They didn't think it was funny. No. I mean, there might have been one person. A little nervous laughter there. But that was not appreciated by the press.

No, it was not. They're not messing around in this press conference. They're not messing around with it. Because I think they understand. understand. This is serious. You're talking about the president of the United States, the leader of the free world, the commander-in-chief of our armed forces. This isn't funny anymore. No, it is not. And it never was, but, I mean, we laughed along with you for a while. Now we see that can't happen anymore. I didn't really laugh along with this. No, we didn't. We were just upset about it from the beginning, from the beginning. asking how people couldn't see it and be made aware of it. I mean, it's right there in front of you. Yeah. Yeah.

Incredible. The other thing he did last night was confuse Egypt with Mexico. Well, this is good stuff. This is good stuff. Nobody can read a map anymore. That's true. As you know, initially,

the president of Mexico, Cece, did not want to open up the gate to allow humanitarian material to get in. I talked to him. Utah. I convinced to open the gate of Mexico. I talked to BB to open the gate on the Israeli side. Wait, now we're up to Israel?

Wait. Okay. Okay. We were opening gates with Cece in Mexico. And then we were opening gates with Netanyahu in Israel. In my home, I have a couple of globes. Okay. And on those globes is, you know, a map of the earth.

And it shows the, you know, the oceans and the continents. Yeah. Yeah. I don't have one yet that has a Mexico. next to Israel. Oh, you got the old one, where Mexico is like thousands and thousands of miles away from Israel and the Gaza Strip. Update my globes. I don't know.

I mean, he screwed up Egypt and Mexico. Yes. Yes. Along with Islam. Along with the Germany. Right. Well, he screwed up.

And France. He didn't. All this, all in the last two days. It's amazing. It's the word I'm looking for. Sharp as attack. That's the word I'm looking for.

Sharp as attack. Look, so their response has been over the top when 1200 of their citizens. citizens were massacred. Come on. How can you even say that about an ally? Was Israel continually breathing down our necks about a response to 9-11? I don't think so. And look, Israel's not perfect either.

They've spied on us in the past. We've put people in prison for that. You know, there have been some bumps along the road. But for the most part, we're really good allies with Israel. real. The only other ally who's probably closer is Great Britain. But we're not supporting them right now. He pretends to, but he's really not. On the side, because of all of his, all of the leftist rhetoric and he's being protested everywhere he goes. I think that's really had an effect on him now. And so now he's trying to say, okay, yeah, they've gone too far. No, they haven't. No.

I disagree with that. They have not. Wholeheartedly. Do you know, that there was just a report, in fact, that came out, that their response has been among them, as far as civilian casualties, is among the most mild in the history of warfare. Huh. At least as far as killing civilians, because they've done everything they can to not kill civilians, including dropping flyers, making announcements, going through neighborhoods and telling people, look, we're going to bomb this area, you need to leave. They even against their better judgment, allowed a human.

humanitarian aid in. Yes. They've paused what's been going on. They stopped it. And for weeks. And against their better judgment, again, they've done all of this. And still, still, they're being treated like their war criminals. Well, it's just not true.

And nobody's reporting on the fact that the daily death toll in Gaza has been cut in half in the past month. And it's fallen almost two-thirds since late October, but nobody cares about that. No, they don't. And nobody cares about the fact that all the numbers that we're getting about civilian deaths in Gaza are coming

from the Gaza health ministry, which is Hamas. Come on. You can't believe a single word they say. I'd be okay with giving them like a 10-minute warning. You have 10 minutes, and after that we're turning into rubble. We're turning into rubble. I'm not opposed to that.

Now it was once apparently perfectly acceptable because... Well, it was considered journalism. Yes. Yeah. 60 Minutes has interviewed Vladimir Putin, Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden,

you know, probably Pol Pot back in the day. You name it, they've interviewed them. They weren't able to save the radio tapes. Right. But they're there. But now it's absolutely. off limits. Now it's off limits. Well, Tucker went and

did some journalism anyway. He interviewed Vladimir Putin and Putin had some things to say mostly about us. Here's what he had to say about the U.S. dollar. So use the dollar as a tool of foreign policy struggle

is one of the biggest strategic mistakes made by the U.S. political leadership. The dollar is the cornerstone of the United States power, but they He won't stop printing. What does the debt of $33 trillion tell us about? As soon as the political leadership decided to use the U.S. dollar as a tool of political struggle,

a blow was dealt to this American power. I would not like to use any strong language, but it is a stupid thing to do and a grave mistake. Look at what is going on in the world. Even the United States allies are now downsizing their dollar reserves. Seeing this, everyone starts looking for ways to protect themselves. But the fact that the United States applies restrictive measures to certain countries, such as placing restrictions on transactions, freezing assets, etc., causes great concern and sends a signal to the whole world. Do you even realize what is going on or not?

Does anyone in the United States realize this? Yeah. Some people do. Some people do. Some do. I also realized he had it completely wrong. We're not $33 trillion in debt. We're 34 trillion in debt.

I don't want to use strong language, but that's stupid. That's so 100 days ago, Vlad. Where does he get his information? What a moron. I say, I'll tell you this, though. Like, again, we'll play these clips and, you know, obviously, as you said, you know, Glenn was right. It's about America, for sure.

I mean, he's the man of peace. He's the guy that knows it all. But I will say, you know, in the beginning he gave a history of Russia where he started back in, I don't know, 868 or something, 862. And he went on about the Ukraine and 988 and he's on and he's telling the history. There's not a chance that Joe Biden could sit down and do this. He can't remember. I have by wear bows anyway.

Right. I mean, right. There's no way. And I'm fine when we point that out. I don't want him pointing it out. That's the thing. I know.

And I'm fine talking about the struggles we're going through in this country. I don't want him babbling about it. Because you got your own situation in Russia, my friend. We don't need to make him look better. Right. Because he's not. And he's not at all. He's not a good guy.

He's a vicious brutal killer from the KGB. I mean, he even talks about it. He even talks about it in the interview. But everything is the CIA's problem. Right. Not his. He was just an investigative arm. The KGB was just intelligence.

We're just, we find things out and we talk about it. And then we make sure that peace ensues afterward. Okay. Right. All right. Whatever. But he was talking about the CIA. IA's involvement in a coup in Ukraine.

As the Americans requested, Yanukovych did use neither the armed forces nor the police, yet the armed opposition committed a coup in Kiev. What is that supposed to mean? Who do you think you are? I wanted to ask the then U.S. leadership. With the backing of whom? With the backing of CIA, of course. The organization you wanted to join back in the day, as I understand.

We should thank God they didn't let you in, although it is a serious organization. I understand. My former vis-a-vis in the sense that I served in the first main directorate, Soviet Union's intelligence service. They have always been our opponents. A job is a job. Okay. Uh-huh.

All right. Uh-huh. Yeah, but the KGP, they're just, uh, They were peace lovers, right? They didn't participate in nefarious activity. That's all CIA stuff. Sure is. You know, so.

Acting illusantly all over the world. I mean, this is agonizing to me. It's difficult because as Glenn predicted, he did make it all about America. And sadly, I don't know that Tucker turned that back around on him much. But he asked. Was he there for that? Yeah. She made the argument that he, you know, if you're there for that.

But, you know, he talked about how in the beginning, Tucker laid the groundwork of the interview that it appeared Putin was just filler bustering, you know, when he was going through the history. And then looking back at it, and he said, we tried to cut him off a couple of times. And he became, you know, frustrated with them trying to cut him off because he's going through his, you know, history lesson. and, you know, so looking back on it, he said, you know, he's just trying to lay the groundwork for, you know, Russian history and into Ukraine today. So, you know, look at it through that lens. So I don't know that also trying to turn it against him would have done any good. It's very difficult to do that, too. No kidding.

I mean, he's in an intimidating place, you know. I don't know if they did this at the Kremlin, at his house, his palace. He opened with the Kremlin behind him. But you're there with Poo. and his people. They're all around. And the FFsB. And I mean,

they're all there. Vlad is sitting there with his cup taking his watch off, rubbing his wrist. That's hard. You know, just that intimidating, that little intimidation move. Yep.

It's just, it's all, it's tough to do. I mean, I've, I've interviewed people who bring an intimidation factor with them, like bodyguards. Like,

as well. You know, five or six gigantic bodyguards. And they're standing there, staring at you with the, with the death look the entire interview. And it's hard.

And it's intimidating. It sure is. So being in Russia. Oh, man. I mean, that was here. Right. I remember as an example of interviewing,

you know, David Duke. And he comes in with his entourage, which are, you know, a dozen guys that are eight feet tall. Yeah. All white and blonde hair.

Huh. And now you're supposed to say, how about that book, huh? Right. What kind of racist are you? How about that, huh? You're a jerk and a racist and a hideous person. It's hard.

Right. It's very difficult. So they talked about how the war started with Ukraine. Cut 19. That was eight years before the current conflict started. So what was the trigger for you? What was the moment where you decided you had to do this? Initially, it was the coup in Ukraine that provoked the conflict.

By the way, back then the representatives of three European countries, Germany, Poland, and France arrived. They were the guarantors of the signed agreement between the government of Yanukovych and the opposition. They signed it as guarantors. Despite that, the opposition committed a coup and all these countries, intended that they didn't remember that they were guarantors of the peaceful settlement. They just threw it in the stove right away, and nobody recalls that. I don't know if the U.S. know anything about the agreement between the opposition and the authorities, and it's three guarantors who, instead of bringing this whole situation back in the political field,

supported the coup, although it was meaningless, believe me. Because President Yanukovych agreed to all conditions, he was ready to hold an early election which he had no chance of winning, frankly speaking. Everyone knew that. Then why the coup? Why the victims? Why threatening Crimea? Why launching an operation in Donbos? This I do not understand.

That is exactly what the miscalculation is. CIA did its job to complete the coup. I think one of the deputy secretaries of states said that it cost a large sum of money, almost $5 billion. But the political mistake was colossal. Why would they have to do that? All this could have been done legally without victims, without military action, without losing Crimea. We would have never considered to even lift a finger if it hadn't been for the bloody developments on Maidan. because we agreed with the fact that after the collapse of the Soviet Union,

our borders should be along the borders of former Union's republics. We agreed to that. But we never agreed to NATO's expansion, and moreover, we never agreed that Ukraine would be in NATO. We did not agree to NATO bases there without any discussion with us. For decades, we kept asking, don't do this, don't do that. And what triggered the latest events?

Firstly, the current Ukrainian leadership declared that it would not implement the Minsk agreements, which had been signed, as you know, after the events of 2014 in Minsk, where the plan of peaceful settlement in Donbos was set forth. The Minsk agreement? But no, the current Ukrainian leadership, foreign minister, all other officials, and then President himself said that they don't like anything about the Minsk agreements. In other words, they were not going to implement it. A year or a year and a half ago, former leaders of Germany and France said openly to the whole world

that they indeed signed the Minsk agreements, but they never intended to implement them. They simply led us by the nose. Was there anyone free to talk to? Did you call, you call, you US President's Secretary of State and say if you keep militarizing Ukraine with NATO forces this is going to get. This is going to be a, we're going to act. We're constantly about this. We talked about this all the time. We addressed the United States and European countries' leadership to stop these developments immediately. So implement the Minsk agreements. Frankly speaking, I didn't know how we were going to do this, but I was ready to

implement them. Just a man of peace. These agreements are complicated for Ukraine. Man of peace, Jeffrey. They included lots of elements of those Donbos territories independence. I can't take it anymore. That's true. It's really sad. However, I was absolutely sad. This man of peace has been betrayed so many times by the United States of America. I mean, all he's trying to do is just live up to the Minsk agreement It was signed in 2014. I don't even know that. Right. Yeah.

Yeah. Maybe U.S. leadership doesn't understand that. Maybe they don't know that. But he tried to tell him. Try to. Try to tell him. Because you know why?

He's a man of peace. That's why. What does he have to do to show you how peaceful he is, this man? I mean, how many countries does he have to invade before you realize he's a man of peace. And you are evil bastards. Thank you. How many times? I don't know.

I don't know the answer. I don't either. More coming up in one minute. Teamwork makes the dream work. And never does that phrase apply more than in the real estate game. Not so all of it. He put his signature and then he himself said, we were ready to sign it and the war would have been over long ago. Right there. Man of peace. However, Prime Minister Johnson came talked us out of it

and we missed a chance. Damn Boris Johnson. It would have been the instant bull agreement. Boris freaking Johnson. Just a puppet of the United States. Oh, man. Wouldn't let it happen. If only it wasn't for Boris Johnson.

He had it signed. It was ready to go. There was peace on the way and then Boris Johnson. and God dang it. Darding. Oh, dang. I'm just a man of peace.

He's a man of peace. Well, and the inevitable question, I like this question. Who blew up the Nord Stream? The Nord Stream pipeline. Who blew up Nord Stream? Guess. You for sure. I was busy that day.

Do you have, do you have? I did not blow up Nord Stream. You know what he's saying. Thank you, though. as in the United States. Yeah, he does. You personally may have an outlet, but the CIA has no. The CIA.

There you go. Did you have evidence that NATO or CIA did it? Can't take it. Do you have evidence? Vlad? Let's see it. You know, I won't get into details, but people always say in such cases. He doesn't want to go in the house.

But in this case, we should not only look for someone who is interested, but also for some. one who has capabilities. He had no interest, no capability. But not all of them are capable of sinking to the bottom of the Baltic Sea and carrying out this explosion. Sure. These two components should be connected.

Who is interested and who is capable of doing? The CIA. I'm confused. I mean, that's the biggest act of industrial terrorism ever. Yeah. And it's the largest emission of CO2 in history. Okay. So if you had evidence and presumably given your security services, your intel services, you would,

that NATO, the U.S., CIA, the West, did this. Why wouldn't you present it and win a propaganda event? Good question. Yeah, great question. And the answer is... In the war of propaganda, it is very difficult to defeat the United States. Right. Because the United States controls of the West media and the European media.

All right, got it. The ultimate... Thanks. I mean... I can't. I can't take it. That's unbelievable. Oh, it's unbelievable.

Okay, if you have information, evidence, proof that the CIA blew up the pipeline. I mean, I don't doubt it. Let's see it. I don't necessarily doubt it. It could be. And we've talked about the fact that it could have been us. It could have been us. But it definitely could have been Russia, too.

Absolutely. 100%. They have the capability. They have the reasons. Following his line of investigation, it most definitely could have been them. Yes, it could have. But if you think you have evidence of. the CIA's involvement.

We talked about the Montana couple that lost custody of their daughter. And the daughter, because she's trans, she wants to get puberty blockers,

wants to have the top surgery, all of those things. He wants to transition to a boy. Yes. So the state took custody of her and sent her to Canada where her biological mother lives. And I guess they're going to do the surgery there. I guess it's going to happen.

Is that why the mom says, yeah, come on up to Canada? We'll do it for you here. That's the impression I got. It's weird because, well, that's probably because that's where mom lives. Because those states, most of those states that allow that, they pay for it. If you get diagnosed with gender dysphoria, then Medicaid kicks in and they pay for it. Well, that's great.

Isn't that nice? That's what I'm saying. Yes. Because that's what you really want a 14-year-old to make that life decision, right? I don't care what age you are. I don't either. If you get, if you're diagnosed with gender, you can be four. You could be four years old.

Then you need to have the surgery that would make you be less dysphoric. And I'll tell you this. When I was 14, I wish you would have cast in stone every thought I had because man was I wise at 14. Yeah. Oh, man. Oh, I knew exactly what life was about. And it's just, it's silly to think that. At 14, you just know.

It's silly to think that we've lost our way in that way. I know. Everybody knows that at 14, you don't. You don't. You don't know what's good for the rest of your life. You can't make life changing decisions like that. At 14 years old, is there no common sense anymore? And of course, the answer is no. There isn't any common sense anymore.

I mean, these parents, these poor parents who are trying to do the best thing for their daughter. So did they get, and I'm sorry. I don't know the entire story. So the dad is a real dad and the mom is the stepmom. So her real mom lives in Canada. So did the state just say, oh, you said no, so we're taking your kid? Yes. CFS.

I think they call it CFS, whatever the agency is, they took control of the child and got her to Canada. It's not amazing. Isn't that a stounding? A united states? Yeah. in a Republican state, supposedly Republican state, Montana, CFS comes in, takes custody of the daughter. And then ships the daughter to another country? Yeah.

Yeah. Across national boundaries. Oh my gosh. It's an incredible story. How is that even allowed? I don't know. I don't know. The parents sounded great.

They sounded like they're beside themselves, of course. And, you know, they sound like they want the best for her daughter. There's been no implication of any sort of abuse. It was just a no to the transitioning. Yeah, right. So even there was no logical conclusion like it's no now. You know, if you want to transition in four years when you're 18 or whenever the Montana state government says you're an adult, go ahead. Right, which you would think would be reasonable.

Yeah. Okay. If you still want to do this when you're an adult human being. have at it. Then that's going to be up to you. Right. But that's not the decision that's being made. Wow. Yeah. And Glenn gave them some names yesterday of some agencies that you can seek out, and they said they were going to look into it. They hadn't yet, but they were going to. They come with the SWAT team to take your kids away because you said no to the transitioning surgery. there's not much you can do. There's really not. And when you take them across not just state lines, boundaries, international boundaries,

And the students are, there's a group of 19 students at Brown who have gone on a hunger strike. Oh, no. Calling for the school to divest from companies which profit from human rights abuses in Palestine. Oh, man. And they're going on a hunger strike. Could it be a shame to see them starved to death. Yeah, right.

I mean, I don't want them to. If you don't want to eat, though, don't eat. Sorry. I don't care. I just want to go on record as saying, and this is just coming from me, and I know this might be a surprise. But I will never go on a hunger strike for anything or anyone. What have you strongly believe in it, though? No.

You're right. I know. I know. I'm shocked. I know. That's not happening. Okay. You're on your own.

Oh, man. You're on your own with their hunger strikes. Well, this hunger strike began clear back on February 2nd. So it's been going on a week now. And it will continue until Brown University considers a proposal on divestment. It comes amid a growth in protest calling for colleges and local governments to divest from assets linked to Israel and the Israeli military. We've gone through a lot of other means of showing the university where we stand. and what our demands are, according to Nianti Nepal, one of the striking students.

Well, go ahead. Don't eat. Yeah. And let's see what happens there. At least, I'd be fascinated to know, are they at least getting, like, bread and water? Oh, I'd like to know that as well. Are they getting, you know, water with a little chili pepper in it or something to keep them alive? There's no way they're not eating or drinking. Right.

It's not really a hunger strike. It's just, we demand. We're not eating delicious things, strike. That's what it is. Organizing has been going on for over 10 years. on this campus around this issue. We've had vigils. We've held various programs to get students tuned in

and since October 7th had escalated to sit-ins where at this date, 61 students have been arrested. Wow, that's how committed they are. 61 students. The hunger strike felt like the next appropriate step. Yep, go ahead. Stop here. I mean, that's the first thing I think of when I get mad at somebody.

A hunger strike. You know what? Never. What's the odds of brown capitulates? Okay. About 98.9% I would say. I'll bet you they do. I'll bet you they do.
