So as of yesterday, yesterday afternoon, the LA Times was reporting that at least five people have died in the fires raging across Los Angeles.

officials believe that the actual numbers are much higher than that. Thousands of homes have been destroyed. There is zero containment at this point. Over 130,000 people are under evacuation orders. The freeways are parking lots. It's absolutely out of control. With it not even contained and heading towards Los Angeles, it is projected to possibly be the costliest wildfire disaster in history.

Now, I mean, there's a tendency when things like this happened to rush to politics, and that's understandable. There are questions that need to be answered. Why does this keep happening in California? And why do the people of California keep putting up with it? Why is California never prepared? You would think California would be prepared for wildfires, right? I'm going to address part of that first. But first, let me tell you about Mercury 1.

while the president is saying that he's going to take care of everybody in Los Angeles, don't worry about it. He checks are on the way and the government's going to cover absolutely everything. While he was saying that, Mercury 1 was on the phone doing a transaction with several hotels to pay for people who have nothing and got their big $700 check from the government. They were being kicked out. And I think we've put them up now for another six or seven weeks. So, you know, what isn't used in California, or they don't need in California, they still need in other disaster areas. And we are there.

Story came out yesterday, and I believe it's a pretty chilling example of what's to come in California if it continues to be as crazy. And it's going to be a blueprint for the rest of the country unless we all, wake up. The story from the Daily Mail reads, quote, Governor Gavin Newsom's infuriating reaction after being asked why fire hydrants ran out of water during the LA fires. Now, the fire hydrants ran dry. Rightest firefighters were going to try to contain the breakout. Now, this sounds like a conspiracy theory, but it happened. And what was Governor Newsom's response? I'm going to read the

quote, in trying not to lose your breakfast when you hear it, quote, well, local folks are going to have to try to figure that out. That's going to be determined by local authorities. Wait a minute, hang on just a second. So the guy who holds the highest political office in California, who is constantly meddling in every single person's personal life, who loves big government, more than comfortable with the phrase, trust us, we're the government, we know better, we're here to help.

the rubber meets the road. He's been doing all the deals with water, and he looks, has the balls to look at the camera and go, what do you want from me? You know, it's those guys. You talk to your local person. I have nothing to do with it. No, sir.

That's not the way you people have set California up. California's water situation. I mean, we've talked about this for years. Years we've talked about it. It is interesting to look at it because it is exactly what the Biden administration was doing with public-private partnerships. It's all public-private partnerships. And we've talked about this before. We first started seeing these spoken out loud in places like the World Economic Forum and then later federally canonized in an official White House document from the Biden administration.

But what do public-private partnerships have to do with water hydrants in the palisades? drying up in the middle of the most costliest wildfire disaster in American history. Well, I recently saw Anna Kasparian send out a tweet on X, straight up dunking on Democratic leadership in California. She said, the Democrats were responsible for this disaster. No more passing the buck, she said. Anna quote tweeted a video from an organization called More Perfect. Union, the tweet from the video states, quote, one billionaire couple owns all the water in California.

In 1994, the Resnick secretly seized control of California's public water supply. Now their companies use over 150 billion gallons every year while working class people suffer under drought conditions. Now, the video goes on to demonize Resnick and the family and the business conglomerate for owning a vast amount of California water. Now, I'm not letting this California company off the hook, but this is the response that always happens from the left. They treat

corporations all across the spectrum the same way. And you see it in healthcare, food production, pharmaceuticals, on and on and on. It is never the government's fault. It's those damn corporations. It's always the corporation. Well, the corporations, you know,

A lot of people were mad when Donald Trump said, you know, in the debate in 2016, well, how much taxes did you pay? He said exactly the amount I was supposed to pay. Well, you didn't pay, you know, income tax on this or this. And he's like, you want me to pay more taxes. Then you have to change the law. I am operating in the system you've gamed. And everybody does this.

So don't try to stick me out because I'm rich. this is the way the income tax code works. And he's right. Well, they're doing the same thing with these corporations. They make it so you can public-private partnership. They make it so you can go in and game the system. And everybody's taken their share. You know why people aren't talking about Panama?

The Panama Canal run by China now? You know why that? You never heard that? Because all of the politicians, most of them on both sides, were taking money from China. So they're never going to say anything. But now that China is bad, now that's been exposed, I'm shocked that Donald Trump is actually exposing it, because it's going to expose the graft on all sides. And I'm happy about that.

It's never the government's fault. May I propose? maybe there's a little bit more to the story here. Let's stick with California water here. How did one family get into a position where they hold the keys to a vast amount of the state's water? Well, the video goes into it. In 1994, state water officials, water infrastructure contractors,

and agricultural landowners with water rights arranged a secretive meeting at a resort in Monterey Bay, California. These groups, a mix of private companies and public agencies, rewrote California's water rules without any input from voters, taxpayers, or legislators. The new rules, called the Monterey Plus Agreement or the Monterey amendments, were devastating for working Californians and great for agriculture billionaires. Okay, this is going to make you very, very happy. Let's stop here for a second.

Is it really only good for the agricultural billionaires and bad for the voters? were the giants of agriculture the only ones at this quote secretive table? No. Now they tried to make it sound like, well, there was no legislator there. There was no government officials. Well, huh. It's interesting because corporations don't write laws. Or do they?

Can you get things done without your congressman or senator being involved at all? Yes, you can. through the administrative state exactly what conservatives have been saying about the United States government. This way, there's no one to blame. The members of the California Assembly can all say, I didn't have anything to do with this.

And they didn't. They just set the system up to be run by a bunch of bureaucrats who can make the deals for them. So who was joined in this secret table? conversation. State water officials, that's who. So in 1994, the Resnix didn't twist their mustachios while simultaneously screwing over the state. Mo ha ha, and I'm going to tie Nell to the railroad tracks too. They were given this deal. They were made public-private partners with the

lawmakers in California. Now, after this deal was struck, water control, in times of shortage, went to the agricultural conglomerates, and first, and then the urban areas like the Palisades, second, you got a problem with that? Well, who you're going to take it up with? The unnamed water officials that

made this deal? No, it should be with the elected officials. So there's someone you can go to and say, wait a minute, you made this deal, this is a corrupt deal, or this is a deal not in the best interest of the people, we're voting you out. But see, progressives don't like accountability.

Progressives make it so the agencies have all of the power. Is this California? Is this starting to maybe come together now for you? You're starting to understand? That's why we say the deep state is bad because they can get into all these public-private partnerships and do deals and no one is accountable for it. And then when it falls apart, then when people die, that's when all of the government officials come out with their cronies in the media and say, well, we had no idea. This is wrong.

Those Resnics bad. Well, they might be. I don't know. They might be bad. But who sat at the table and put that deal together? All right. More in just a second. First, let's talk to Stu about prize picks.

Let's go back to the video. Cut two. The Resnix donate millions of dollars to politicians and research institutions, which help them secure control over water systems and even get more water

and more taxpayer funding. One important project is the proposed California Delta Tunnel, a taxpayer-funded project which would send water from Northern California to Central, where the Resnix Farms are. They've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on state and federal legislation and politicians who support the Tunnel Project. But their favorite politician is Senator Diane Feinstein. You come in here and you say it has to be my way or the highway.

Chair of the Energy and Water Subcommittee. She's a close personal friend of the Resnix. attending their holiday parties in Aspen, and maintaining their financial interests. A quick look through the bills she's sponsored show several which would direct money to current adjacent water projects. The Resnix even asked her for things directly. When a pesky study about endangering salmon and shad fisheries threatened the Delta Tunnel, Stewart wrote a letter to Feinstein demanding a new study. She immediately forwarded it to the Obama administration,

who agreed to spend $750,000 on a new study. Yeah, a study came out the same way. So we saved the Chad Fisher, the fishes? I don't know. I know that one of the reasons why Palisades is burning down is because we had to save the smelt. And who doesn't like a good smelt from time to time? You buy the politicians, then you buy off the experts,

you buy off the Senate, the scientists, and you put it all together, and then you bring it to some bureaucrat, and they shut down the water. That's what's happening in California. Oh, well, that and the fact that remember one of the last forest fires was blamed on the electrical companies because they had a transformer blow. And, well, that just never happens. And it started a wildfire.

And so what did they do? This time when there was a wildfire, the electrical company said, we don't want to make this worse. Shut down the power. Well, when they shut down the power, that also shut down the pump. at the water pumping stations. So he couldn't pump any water if they had any water. And Gavin Newsom actually addressed this yesterday, and he said, we've talked to the White House,

and we're having generators shipped out here as fast as we can get. You don't even have generators at your water pumping station? What the hell? I mean, how did you not? think this. How? What was your plan? I would love to see their plan. But this just explain what you're seeing in California is exactly what is set up by the progressive left all over the country. It also explains how corrupt government officials and their crony relationships are destroying more than just California. It describes what's happened to American health care.

It explains what's currently happening with big pharmaceutical companies, big food, the media, the border, the homeless problem, in blue states all across the country, see California, that's what you're going to get. Public-private partnerships are poisoning the soul of our country. They're also causing some to turn violent. The stage is being set for the coming insurrection. If you know what that means, I don't use that lightly. Taxpayers give their money to the government.

The government then goes into business. with private partners, the money and the profit stays in their lucrative little circle. But when anything goes south, who gets the blame? It's not the government. They get off scot-free. Progressive, leftists will pin the blame solely on the corporation. Or when it comes to water, Gavin Newsom tried to pin it on the local people. I don't know. You're going to have to talk to the local people. what does the local person have to do with the water coming out of the water fire hydrant? What do they have to do with that? They sit back and laugh over and over again.

I think it's done. We're going in deep on this on Blaze TV very soon, but I think this is a turning point. You know, who had on their bingo card the complete and total destruction of the second largest city in the country as the turning point for progressives. And if they don't turn on this one, man, what is it going to take? The moon coming crashing through your roof of your house that's been painted, wake up! Would that do it?

Maybe space aliens, they took out their little drones and they spray painted the moon, wake up, and California still didn't wake up. so they just started dragging the moon closer and closer and closer to your house in California. My gosh, wake up, California. I think they are. I think they are. But will they just replace Gavin Newsom with somebody else exactly like this? Or will they start to wake up and say,

wait a minute, our government is corrupt. It's making deals that don't actually help or represent the people of California. They may not have our best interest at heart. This is Glenn Beck. So normally I like to sleep on a bed of money, covering myself with sheets and blankets of money. I call the treasury and I say, don't cut the money up. What do you think is going to happen, Stu? Well, it's tough for me to tell because I'm such a tingle right now, Glenn, waiting for this incredible moment of sentencing. Because this has been something that's so... You know, Glenn, the justice system... system is sacrosanct. It is. It is sacred to our nation. It hasn't been abused in any way.

And if Donald Trump didn't get a penalty here, then you'd be talking about a situation where the Justice Department didn't live up to its incredible reputation over the past few years. But I think if they can tell, I mean, they're not going to put him in jail. All signs are they're not even going to give him a fine. I don't think community service. is going to be the type of thing that the president's going to get. I mean, maybe you'll see Donald Trump in a yellow, in an orange suit on the side of the highway picking up trash.

I wouldn't be shocked if they try to do that to him. Well, you've worked at McDonald's. Why not? There's nothing but beneath him, apparently. So, uh, he could do that. This is, this is such, this is so amazing, especially when you go, I went back last night. I was listening to some, uh, testimony in Congress, oh, back in July where, uh, they were, they were asking about the,

statute of limitations for any of these things and it was you know a year and uh the congressman was like well so then how is that working oh how are you how are they doing this uh and the way they explained it was well they just went around the statute of limitations and charged him with something else uh that isn't actually part of this case and then they just didn't write it down for the jury or the courts they just said, yeah, he did this. And you didn't have to prove any of that. As I was saying, sacrosanct. Yes, yes.

Right. I'm glad it didn't happen. I'm glad it didn't happen in some racist state like, well, all the states except for California, New York and Washington, D.C., which should be a state, quite honestly. Man, some days do. It's such an embarrassment. And like this is their last attempt to like hold on to, you know, all of this meant something, right? They failed.

They had four cases to go on. Three of them have basically completely failed now. And then they had this one where they got the conviction, didn't move the needle at all. They lost the election anyway. They've been embarrassed over and over and over again by the people involved in all of these cases. and this is their last box that they can check before he becomes president again and they can say, well, we did get a conviction.

I heard it this morning on a news podcast. They said he will be the first president to ever take office as a convicted felon. Back to you. It's like that type of crap. That's all they're getting out of this. Thank you very much, Johnny. We're going to take a look at the fire situation,

which is caused by race. Where was Larry Elder? Where was Larry Elder? We'll get into that a little later. And we should say that there's no firefighter that has told us that we have, that there's no water for these fires. All right, let's go to our own reporter who's standing down there. Hey, Jackie. Hi, the firefighters just told us there's no water.

It's so embarrassing. I love it. We have to play that. Please get that. Where is it? Oh, that's a real play. Yeah, play the cut that we have. I can't find it right now.

Do you have it in the studios? Former L.A. mayoral candidate and real estate developer, Rick Caruso, criticizing the city's response to the windstorm and fires. You've got to have water. And my understanding is the reservoir was not refilled in time and in a timely matter to keep the hydrants gone. So that's a failure, whether on DWP's part or another city agency. Despite what you have heard from Caruso, no firefighters have told us that they are running out of water.

Well, firefighters have told me they have no water on this block, and you may be able to make out the ember storm that we're in the middle of right now. This house is going to be a total loss. They have no water to put on this fire. They are standing by because they're trying to stave the home that is next to it. You know, I love the fact that there's, you know, there's, there's video of firefighters looking what, using what looks like purses, women's purses. You know, can we fill this purse with water? You know, so they're throwing water and gum and, you know, other things that are the bottom

of women's purses to put this thing out. Actually, those are on the water trucks and they're made for small, Little small fires, you know, if you don't have to pull out the hose, you use one of those ladies' purse-like things and you fill them with water. This isn't one of those scenarios where you would be using one of those purse-like things, but it's the only thing they got. It's the only thing they got. So that's, you know, it makes me feel good. It really does. And, you know, you feel bad because these firefighters are not their fault.

being heroic. Like they're going out there in the middle of impossible situations. With nothing. Yeah, with nothing even including water. And they're sitting there showing up to the correct place to fight the correct fire. And they can't have access to the most basic of elements in our world. The most basic elements of life.

They can't get water despite the fact a lot of these homes are a few blocks away from an ocean. And they can't. I mean, it's unbelievable. These people are risking their lives. We have how many 10 confirmed dead already in these fires. And God, you know that number is going a lot higher. Way, way, way. You hope not.

But, I mean, you know it is, right? I mean, look at these communities. There's, you know, I don't know. Maybe I'm unlike everybody else, but like last night, I couldn't get off watching the social media and watching all the clips from these poor, these fires, people driving by these homes. It looks like what was promised during shock and awe

back in the Iraq war. You know what it looks like? You know what it looks like? You should put a, we should put a side by side of the after of Nagasaki or Hiroshima. Yeah. Because that's what it looks like. The aerial photos of Hiroshima and Nagasaki look exactly like the aerial photos now

of Los Angeles. And it's incredible that, you know, there's, they knew this was coming. Firefighters knew. It's only a matter of time before L.A. burns to the ground. And it might. They have zero containment of this. How is it that, you know, did you hear Joe Biden with Kamala Harris yesterday? And he was like, hey,

So go ahead. Let's do rapid fire. Fire away. What the hell? What is our government doing? And I know it's it's politics. And, you know, we're not to the point yet, as you mentioned yesterday, where like you're going to get into all the political stuff. We've talked about the causes of it. A lot of them are policy wise. But it's hard to imagine a more fitting end to the Biden presidency than the entire country on fire. Like I don't know that there's any other way to explain what he. done over the past four years other than a city wiped out to the ground because it's on fire and the government can do nothing about it. That sounds about right. Here's the clip from yesterday. Listen to this. Madam Vice President, I know you're directly affected, so you fire away. No pun intended. All right. Wow. Wow. Yeah. And so we know you're

directly affected. So Fireway, go ahead. What do you got planned? I mean, you're, you have the biggest fire in American history, the most costliest fire in American history. And you're going to be like, you know, you take it. Take it, girl. You got it. I got number two on this case. Oh, okay. I like how to this Joe Biden continues to give her all the best jobs. Remember at the gave her the border czar and hey just fix the Ukraine situation. And now it's like, hey, this city's burned to the ground. You go, girl. That's what she gets.

It's so great. Let me give you this one. Here is, you know, yesterday we played the audio of the fire chief who just there's not, there's never enough lesbians in any corporation. Thank you. I know, she's like, we can never run out. We can never have too many lesbians. and all for it.

I prefer that they're good fire people, you know. You know, there's nothing like somebody who can do their job. You're saying good fire people for lesbians. Well, no, I mean good fire people, fire people. You know what I mean? If you're not good at your job, you should, you know, you shouldn't have that job. I misunderstood you. So you're saying fire people that aren't lesbians.

Fire all the people that aren't lesbians. Yeah. Okay. I think that's the policy now in this is the, this is, I'm going to place a body before you, for the L.A. assistant fire chief. So we know that the one that is in charge is there's not enough lesbians. We can never get enough. Here's the female, I don't know if she's lesbian or not.

Fire chief, assistant friar chief, listen to what she said. You want to see somebody that responds to you. house, your emergency, whether it's a medical call or a fire call, that looks like you. It gives that person a little bit more ease, knowing that somebody might understand their situation better. Is she strong enough to do this? Or you couldn't carry my husband out of a fire, which my response is, he got himself in the wrong place if I have to carry him out of a fire. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Did the people, I'm sorry, do the people in Palisades, were they in the wrong place? They got themselves into this situation.

do. It's not her responsibility to haul your fat ass out of the couch. That's actually more incredible than the diversity stuff. What kind of things that have to say? I know. I know. I mean, I just like to remind you, when we

have the world's biggest and fattest Americans, it's the fire people who take them out over the wall of their house. I mean, let's just remember that is part of their job. Well, he got himself into that situation trapped in a house that's on fire.

Who does that? He deserves to die. Oh my gosh. Oh, my. Now, you'll be happy to know. She's not well paid. She only makes $399,000 a year. Oh, my God.

So, you know, and you get yourself trapped in a fire. That's your fault. She's the assistant, too, right? She's not the head. Yeah, no, she's not the head. But, and I don't know if she's a lesbian. She didn't seem like a lesbian, but she is in charge of the department's DEI Bureau. So she's part of the DEI program.

In fact, she leads it. She's the leader of that pack. And I think that's great. Although I think in Los Angeles, DEI is becoming a little more like DIE, you know. some of the letters does seem that way. Hey, if you can't get out of the house, I'm not going to go in there, risk my life for you. You're the one that got stuck in a building that's on fire. I think we all know it. Hey, there's some more lesbians around here. We need more lesbians.

We need people that look like the people in the house because it'll give the people in the house more confidence that they're going to put that fire out. And I know if my house was on fire, be like, wait, wait, wait, let me look at all of you. Yep. Hang on just a second. Who sleeps with men? Who sleeps with women? Okay.

Melania was so stoic yesterday. Here's Mike Pence giving him a warm handshake to Melania and Donald Trump.

They're cordial to each other. Melania was so stoic. It was the one-year anniversary of her mother's death yesterday. So, you know, one year death of somebody like your mom is really tough. And so she's at a funeral. And she's just the class. I think she's just the classiest first lady we've had, at least in my lifetime. I mean, I think she beats Jackie O.

And she has had pretty much the same kind of pressure on her that Jackie O did. And she has been classy all the way. then you get let's go to Obama cutting up with Donald Trump they're at the funeral the funeral is like I think going on and play the video now of Donald Trump and Barack Obama just sitting there they're laughing now

I'm going to get back into the lip reading thing here in a second but Barack Obama is laughing and my favorite part is have you ever been you've been on one side of this, one side or the other. You know when somebody's talking and screwing around in a movie theater

and there's that person who doesn't want to say anything and is not going to say anything, but they just turn around and give you a look like, die. You know that look? Usually it comes from women. They just turn around and look at you like,

stop it. And then they turn around there in a huff. Well, that's what happened with Kamala yesterday. As Barack Obama is laughing, she turns around like that schoolmarm. She turns around and looks at them like, die. And then turns around and then picks up her program and pretends to read it. And you know she's not reading it.

She's just so angry for some reason. When they come in and they're seating they seat the first lady and her the first lady to her when they're sitting down then they bring in

Jill and Joe Biden I mean I'm in the mountains of the west right now it's I don't know outside it's probably one it was colder in that church when those two saw each other than it is right now. I mean, it was brutal, brutal.

Let me see. Let me go to the, go back to the funeral thing where they're talking back and forth. And let me tell you about the lip reader. Did you read about the lip reader what they said? I don't know if this is. Yeah. Okay. So they're talking back. and forth, and at one point, Trump, this according to a lip reader, Trump leans over toward Obama and says, I've pulled out of that. It's the conditions. Can you imagine that? Now, I don't know if he was talking about Kamala or, I don't know what it might have been

some sort of a deal, global war. I don't know what it was, but the speculation is maybe it's the Iran nuclear deal or the Paris Climate Agreement. They don't know what they were discussing, but Obama laughs. So I don't know how this relates to that. He laughs. And then Trump said, and after I will. So we don't know what that means.

The TV pool camera cut away from the two guys. And then when it comes back on, Trump says, call me at the foy after. Yep. Yep. And maybe that was the foyer or there's a little known hotel called the foy. At this point, I'm starting to question the lip reading. You know what I mean? I like, maybe he meant the foyer, but only said the foy, and he wanted to call him when he was in the foyer.

I mean, it just doesn't. What? A lot of people abbreviate foyer to foyer. Oh, it happens all the time. all the time. All the time. Where did you leave that? I left it in the foy.

Okay, right. So he says, call me at the foy after. Yeah, yeah. Then Obama said, can you just, it should be good. Again,

that doesn't work as a sentence. It doesn't work. Sometimes you have information you don't need to communicate to other people. And if what you came up with as a lip reader is, and they said,

he said, I want to Ed squirrel. Like if that's what you came up with, just don't tell people. You're probably not reading it right. Yeah, you're probably not reading it right. Then Trump said, I can't talk. We have to find a quiet place sometime.

This is a matter of importance. And we need to do this outside so we can deal with it. Certainly today. Okay. What would Donald Trump? Trump beat and then Obama's laughing. What would be important that would make Barack Obama laugh that they had to deal with today, the two of them?

The lip reader also interpreted Obama as saying, listen to me. It's a chore. It's a chore. Yeah, Trump replied, I can't think of anything that is a chore. That sentence doesn't even make sense. It doesn't make sense. Who did they hire for this job? This is the worst.

I'm a lip reader. I know what they're saying. Soup. Soup. Soup. I don't think that's what they were saying. I mean, you may be, I don't know who they hired as a lip reader, but. Oh, here it is.

Here it is. Oh, sorry, I did want to interrupt. We do have a sentence for Donald Trump that has just come down. Oh, we do. We do. And it is an incredible Lip-Reed me from the lip-reader or the sentence from the judge. I'm lip-reading people on TV as we do the show. All right, all right.

I got a sentence from the lip-reader. Cake is good. They've sentenced him to balloons. I don't know what that means. Why? What is the sentence? This is not me misreading a lip-reader. This is the actual sentence.

The judge has sentenced Donald Trump to unconditionally. Discharge. I swear. I've had that. I've had that before. It's nasty. So the Midnight Stroll, Transgender Cafe, also they spent money on a gay men's chorus. So, gay men's chorus. Chorus, yeah. You have to be gay to be in the chorus or they only sing about gay men? I think you have to be gay to be in the chorus. Now, Los Angeles allocated $100,000 to the civil plus human rights and equity department for the midnight stroll transgender cafe. So that only took $100,000. And it is to support a safe haven for unsheltered transgendered individuals in Hollywood. So it is, I see, I see what it is. If you live out on the streets and you're in danger and your transgender, they got a cafe open for you at night. At midnight.

Yeah. And individuals, you can't be in a group. No transgendered groups can come into our midnight stroll restaurant. No, no. Also, they appropriated 8,6,000. $670 for the one institute, the International Gay and Lesbian Archives. I don't know what they're archiving, but they've got those archives for $8,000. Okay.

All right. The sentence has been handed down by the judge in the Donald Trump felony. Remember, 34 felonies. And he was given unconditional discharge.

not to be confused with premature discharge. This means the judge, this is usually given for somebody who, you know, has broken a minor, minor law. And that's when they, you know, they're like, okay, yes, you did cross the street and jaywalk, but there's no punishment here. Just don't jaywalk again. Okay. So it's usually used for very light sentences as I read it, Stu. Is that right? Yeah, that's what I've been reading as well, typically giving for minor offenses where the judge deems formal punishment unnecessary.

However, the conviction is still recorded and it may appear on your criminal record depending on jurisdiction. So in other words, they can still say he's a convicted felon. They can still say all those things. Correct. Correct. But he doesn't need to serve any time because he's president of the United States and we failed on our real goal, which was keep him out of the office of the presidency. See, we don't want to get in any more trouble, so we're just going to say, okay, well, he's a felon, but it doesn't really matter that much.

And so he was basically saying, I would have loved to have punished him with more, but there's not much more I can do. So this is what I'm going to do. Yeah. There's not much more legally I can do. because really the whole court case was a farce of legality. Well, that's the truth. That's the truth. That's not what he was saying, though. He was trying to make the opposite case that, you know, we got him on 34 felonies, but I can't do anything.

I know. So this is all I could. I can't do anything. I can't do anything. What a weasel. This, this, how much did this trial cost the state of New York? Oh, my God. How much did they spend millions and millions of dollars?

Millions of dollars. How much time did the state of New York the officials spend, instead of tracking down killers and everything else, on running this case against Donald Trump, which was a complete farce from the beginning. The statute of limitations didn't even apply. Nobody's ever been tried for this. The 34 felonies are just because they kept counting the same felony over and over again. Yeah, well, he did that on Tuesday, too. Well, he did it on Wednesday and Thursday. Even worse than that, Glenn, it was each count of this, each payment, right? You have a, the payment that went to Michael Cohen was, you know, essentially what they were saying was a crime, which, again, is idiotic.

And it was a monthly payment. Right, a monthly payment. So really what we're talking about is one payment, right? Well, there's one instance of this if you really want to go to it. But then they decided to expand it to 12 monthly payments, you know, and then, you know, and then, On top of that, they said not the payment, the invoice was a separate crime for each payment. And then I think the recording of it in the ledger was a third crime for each of these. So it came to 34 because of a couple of details on a couple of the months. But the bottom line is that's how they came up with 34 felonies.

They just wanted that number to be high. And they wanted that number to be high enough so that you in Pennsylvania or you in Nevada, would not vote for Donald Trump. This, of course, backfired enormously, and you're left with unconditional discharge. Which is so funny. It's so funny.

It's just the perfect ending for this. Perfect ending. Except it shouldn't be the ending. Donald Trump should pursue this and have his record wiped, so he should pursue this, so he doesn't have. have 34 felonies. I mean, I'm not going to sit there with that on my record. I want to expose

the bums for what they did. So I think he should pursue this and maybe then give the judge some of that discharge and see how that works out for him. I do think for the country, though, the best case scenario would be that none of this ever happened. But now that it has happened, now that they have convicted him, I know Trump was fighting the sentencing, didn't want it to occur. I am, you know, now that we all know that it was absolutely nothing, I am glad that it's over. Like it would be hanging over. Yeah, I am too. Still be bringing it up and they would say as soon as he gets out of office, they're going to sentence him.

And then who knows, maybe they would sentence him to something more serious. I'm glad. I mean, this is over. If he wants to challenge it, I think that's great. He wants to get it just expunged from the record. I hate to say expunge when we're talking about unconditional discharge. But, you know, I think it's one of the things that he should do. I had to use that expunge.

The host expunge I have one on my sink right now. New from Pfizer. Expunged. I think there is a real argument for him to pursue this just for his legacy and just because it was wrong from the beginning. But you also have to fix the country. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, here's the thing.

I was having dinner last night with some friends. and we were talking about the Epstein case, the January 6 case. Don't mention discharge here. Don't. I promise I won't go there, but I just want to highlight that I was having dinner with some friends. We were talking about the Epstein case. It's such a Glenn Beck thing to say. And then we went and then we went into how big is the room in your bunker that you're protecting yourself from the nuclear apocalypse?

And, uh, this is, these, these are things you talk about a dinner. We were talking about the January 6th case. We were talking about the P. Diddy case, the, uh, Epstein case. And, and, and, and the question was that I, uh, posed was, uh, are any of, is the truth ever coming out on this? Is Donald Trump going to release this because of the danger that I think anyone who is involved in exposing that is going to be in. I mean, this is

Jason Bourne level stuff to where you've got all of these names of the most powerful people on earth. Epstein did not kill himself. You have all of the names of the most powerful people on earth that can make things happen

and you're going to put that case together and then try it or put that case together and then try to find the journalists that are going to release all of this. I mean, that's a dangerous job. And I wondered, because it's going to affect both the Republicans and the Democrats, are we ever going to find out about these things? And I think what would make Donald Trump, Abraham Lincoln, would be to take it on and release all of the raw facts of all of it and let the chips fall where they may.

you have to lance a boil and that was a good phrase to use at dinner last night you have to lance a boil that is on our country and that is all of this infection of lies and deceit and corruption we have to get that out of our system and the only way to do it is to just walk through that fire that's it he is he is lincolnesque

in that his political opponents keep trying to kill him So we do have that going on. Never at a play, though. No, no, he's not, I don't think he's a big Broadway guy for his New York friendly as Donald Trump is. He's a big Manhattan guy. Don't see him on Broadway all that often. Do you think he'll do this because, I mean, look, it's something he's promised, right? I mean, this was a, he ran during the campaign, I don't would say it was his most prominent promise,

but he's run on releasing all the stuff and being that transparent president we were promised back in the days of Barack, Obama never received. He wants to get all this stuff out there. He says he has. He was going to. Now, I know he said that about Kennedy in the first term, and then some stuff comes up. And so that's what I wonder at this point, whether that sort of thing will be what we see here, because you're right. There's a lot of people, a lot of people he knows, you know, we're involved in this, not all his enemies either. I mean, like, you know, I, and I don't think it's, see, that's, that's the thing. I think if Donald Trump is really truly wants to be, you know, the transformative

president. Part of transforming our nation is resetting it. Resetting it on truth. And so you have to expose all of those lies. So it can't be, and I don't, I'm not sure Donald Trump is the one that says,

hey, I'm going to protect you because you know, you're a friend of mine. I think he's the type that would look at it and go, how much trouble is this going to cause? Will it be worth it? Because that will be, that will just cause turmoil like crazy all over the world. Will it be worth it in the end?

I believe it is because truth has to be restored. And we have to know who the bad guys are. I mean, if, if this, you know, P. Diddy stuff is happening in Hollywood, we went after with the Me Too movement. We went after people. and we got Harvey Weinstein out. Now, why didn't we get P. Diddy out? Why didn't we get other people out?

Weinstein was just the one that everybody targeted, and they did get some, a couple. But we haven't cleaned that out. Why were we willing to take on that? Why were people brave enough to step up and say, this is what's going on with Weinstein? Because we were all disgusted by it. But why won't they continue to do that?

And I think it's because there are too many very, very powerful people. Weinstein, in the end, they made it seem like he was really the only one. And then there was a couple of others. But it wasn't widespread. But I think this stuff is widespread. Yeah, I mean, to be fair, to our justice system a little bit, which takes a decent amount of beating, deservedly so. You know, Jeffrey Epstein died in prison, despite how you think he died or not.

He died in prison. P. Diddy is in prison, right? So some of this stuff is happening, and we should be able to get some of these answers. We have, we have received a lot of the answers on Epstein. I mean, this was covered widely in the media. I mean, as much as we bashed the media, they did actually uncover this after the justice system failed us the first time. He went, quote unquote, to prison where he would just basically hang out in a building that he was paying for. That all went down, and we did eventually find out. I just think it takes a long time, number one, and number two, it never really feels like we get the full story. Like, I think we do know a lot about what Jeffrey Epstein did.

We know a lot of his crimes. We do. Right? We have a lot of the incisicentic accusations against P. Diddy, but we don't know all the people who are involved in the periphery. And that's what I think people want. Yeah, they want to know. Look, if this were happening to the average person, if this was just a ring of people that weren't famous or powerful, every single one of those, those names would be known, their pictures would be known, and they'd all be in jail. And that's what I think America needs and must have. On all of these cases, we've got to fumigate and start from scratch. If you want to reset it, you cannot let the infection be anywhere in the body politic.

And you put them side by side, and it's the same view. It's the same view. You know, one took a fraction of a second to destroy this one.

I mean, it amazes me that here it is the second largest city in the country. And we still have zero. containment of that. Zero. And they're catching people setting more fires. There was another fire that was set last night. What do you make of that, Glenn? Because I think, like, obviously

priority one is putting these fires out. But like, at some point, do we think about this as, you know, almost like a terrorist attack? I mean, this would be more successful than anything. Al Qaeda could pull off. Oh, yeah. And don't put it out the realm of possibility.

that this, you know, was started by an adversary, or at least the adversaries start to, you know, join in on the fund. You have a chance, there is a chance that all of Los Angeles is burnt to the ground. Think of that. In today's world, how is that even possible other than by liberal policies and just absolute incompetence in California. You know, as we wrap up the week of January 6th, I wanted to have John Strand on again. John was on with me earlier this week. He is a guy who served a year in prison.

The Supreme Court overturned, but his story of what they did to him in solitary confinement and everything else is just horrific. And I did a podcast with him yesterday. He was actually invited to be there. He was with a speaker that was supposed to speak. And he was not on the side where they were breaking the windows and everything else. he was by the Columbus doors. And these Columbus doors are these enormous bronze doors. You're not opening them. They have to be opened for you. And somebody opened those doors.

It's still kind of, you know, kind of a mystery how those things were opened still. But the Columbus doors were open and they started pouring in. He thought it was like a relief valve because everybody was being crushed in this one area. the Columbus stores. So they walk in and he's with somebody who's supposed to speak. And they go into Rotunda and she starts to speak for anybody who is listening. A week later, he is, they barnstorm his place of business, break down the door. He comes in. They come in. They arrest him. He's disappeared for four days, not allowed to make a phone call for four days. Then he's tried. He pleads not guilty because he said, I didn't do any of the things. They said, I did. And I can prove it. And they were charging me with nonsense. And I can prove it. He eventually did in the Supreme Court. But he was put in solitary confinement for four solid months. Now, solitary confinement is known as

cruel and unusual punishment all over the world. You don't put people and leave them to rot for four months. And the way he described this, it's terrifying. Here he is on John Strand on solitary confinement. What is solitary confinement like? I mean, it's terrible. Physically speaking, it's very... It's very suffocating.

It's just very harsh. And it's very desolate. So I think maybe that's a good word to describe that in addition to being very uncomfortable and very intimidating, there is this element of total despair that creeps in very quickly, but continues to gradually build. And you realize you're being strangulated by this sense of despair that you can't quite. see or identify, but there's no remedy for it. You have nowhere to turn. You have no one to talk to. You have no honesty or logic or rationality in an explanation of anything. Most of the people there ignore you or are rude to you. So it's like being in a, I describe it as imagine you were on a submarine, Glenn. So you know, like I said, I'm on deployment. So this is a military mission. I'm

trying to take it seriously, but I know I'm in a war and there's people that are against me or whatever. I'm on a submarine and suddenly someone trips me and I fall into this closet, the door swings behind me. I jump up, but the door's already locked. I'm banging on the door and then I suddenly hear this sound as the submarine I can tell is dropping to the bottom of the ocean and then it hits the bottom. No one is coming. You keep banging on the door. No one is answering. And then after a few minutes, you realize I am stuck in this concrete closet in the bottom of the ocean. And I don't know if anyone knows or cares that I'm here and if they'll ever come and get me. And then another day goes by.

And then another day goes by. And physically, you are miserable and that pain is compounding with every day. So everything is compounding by the hour, by the day, by the week. You're supposed to have a phone call. Are you seeing? Do you have a window? Can you see time pass? one sliver of a window so yeah i could see daylight in the day um well at least in one solitary unit and another solitary unit was so dark and the window was so slim that actually i couldn't see day

so different solitary units have different conditions the one i was in that i spent the most amount of time in was a concrete square hut with various isolation units i couldn't see these people but the inmates were savage like animals screaming yelling constantly almost never stopped throughout the course of the day at night they would be exhausted and fall asleep but during the day it picked up again I hyperventilated at one point because I just couldn't get away from this cacophony that sounded like the dark corners of hell I mean it was hellish in that sense very literally Did you get to go outside at all? Did you, because I've, you know, they have to,

you have to have an hour or something outside, right? So the policy says you must have an hour of recreation per day. And when people hear recreation, they think you get to stand outside, you get to dig your toes in the grass, you are human on a planet. No, no. First of all, they ignore that rule half the time. So I was in a concrete shoebox for about 164 hours a week.

But for the two or three hours that I might actually get the wreck time, they just dragged me to a different part of that concrete building where they had taken the ceiling off with a cage above it. So you could see the sky through the cage. You're in a dog cage inside of a concrete building where you can see a piece of the sky. That was there at recreation. Four months. Four months. like that. And they're supposed to give you a phone call, Glenn.

Even in isolation, the rules stipulate a phone call at a minimum every seven days. And when you are in those isolation conditions, that phone call is the difference between life or death. You will scratch their eyes out to get that phone call. I was ready to scratch my own eyes out just to hear the voice of my mom or my girlfriend or my attorney or someone, tell me, we're still here and we're going to get you out of this hell. They violated that? You didn't get it every week? Nope. It took almost three months before a lawyer got through a call. And it took four months before I was finally taken out of solitary. And that was only because of Congressman Matt Gates springing the

fire in Congress and bringing the weight down on the BOP to realize they better start changing some things. So they whisked me out of the middle of the night to spite him because he was going to come and visit on site. Middle of the night whisked me away before he could get there to take me to a different facility and I was finally taken out of solitary. It is quite amazing. We talked about how how are we going to solve this? What should happen first to those who have been caught up in this net. Cut four. Do you have cut four? I think at this point, everybody would have spent their time in prison. If this was a normal case, everybody would have already served enough time. And I don't think it's fair to, you know, Donald Trump says we have to take a case by case. And I understand that

thinking. But when you know that something has been wrong with a problem, prosecutor, you don't just let the one guy that you know for sure has been wrongly prosecuted. If that pattern appears in other cases, you've got to let everybody go. Because you know something's wrong. Yes, you know something's wrong. So just based on that concept and that law, every single person should be released because you can't go back and say, well, this guy, you know, this guy wasn't as bad, because you don't know. It was the same people involved that did you. And we know that was wrong.

So how do we do anything other than, say, everybody out? Everybody's out. 100%. Time served. 100%. Right. You are correct, Glenn. You are absolutely right.

And I don't think there's a credible argument against what you said. It is absolutely fundamentally clear that this process. was totally corrupted, it was irredeemably tainted, legally speaking. Correct. And people, I guess, would argue and say, well, but the violent, but that's not the way it works. We have this. We have this for a reason. I'm not making up something new. I'm not asking for something that hasn't been done before. This is our rule of law, is it not? Exactly. That's the term I wanted to say. When we say the rule of law, What does it mean?

It means there is a pre-established rule by which we comport our behavior, by which we comport our review and investigation, by which we comport our administration of justice. And that rule says that rule says that if the government is shown to be nefarious or corrupt or even just derelict, you must throw it out. And it's very simple. Why, Glenn? it's very simple why the founders told us i believe george washington when the people fear the government there's tyranny when the government fears the people there is liberty and george washington also said government is not eloquence it is force it's a fire that will burn things to the ground if you don't keep the guardiles so thomas jefferson said we must we must speak no more

about the good intentions of man, but we must bind them down by the chains of the Constitution. Correct. Now, here's the thing on this, is when this rule has ever been enacted before, you don't get mad at the person, the judge, or whomever that says, wait a minute, wait a minute,

all of this has to be thrown out. You're supposed to get mad at the prosecutors. You're supposed to say, you morons have done this in an illegal way. You've let bad guys go and you've persecuted good guys now. It's not the judge, or in this case, not Trump that is making this judgment. This is the way it's supposed to be because you screwed up. And without that slap on the face, not on the wrist, but on the face of the prosecution, You'll never change anything.

100% agree with you. And I wouldn't call them morons. I would call them knaves and scoundrels because they weren't stupid. They knew what they were doing. This was political, of course, and ultimately it was evil. It was highly unethical. It was wrong. It was an egregious abuse of their prosecutorial power and of their government-issued

positions of authority. It was immoral. It was wrong. And it was gravely evil and has caused an incredible amount of destruction and even death. So that's not an exaggeration at all. So this is a conversation I had yesterday with John Strand. It's about an hour, and it is riveting. His stories of how he was treated and what happened, absolutely riveting.

This is, I mean, what does the rest of the world think of America and where we are right now? Yeah. What do you think the rest of the world is thinking about us? It's kind of how I felt when Italy was going through that first wave of COVID and they were like shutting things down. I just remember thinking, what kind of society would do such a thing?

I thought only China would do something like that. And then there we were a couple weeks later. And in Los Angeles, it was the worse than really anywhere else other than New York. Same people. Yeah, that's true. That's true. It's funny, Glenn. If you look at the way that they're reacting to this, there's only one way to react to it if you're on the left, right? You have been in control of all of this. You are the people doing all the environmental policies. You are the people in control of every level of government. It's all on you. The only thing left for you to say is climate change. Because that's how, because you can just blame people driving around Indiana in a minivan. then you can somehow justify that you are not a complete failure in all of this, and this isn't entirely your fault. They're now to the point, Glenn, where one of, you know, someone who was married,

one of Elon Musk's wives, I don't remember who it was, but was saying like the... X1B or C, I don't remember which one it was. It was evacuating the area and posted something about evacuating, and people on the left are now hitting and saying, hey, how does it feel to be married to one of the biggest climate deniers in the world? Elon Musk is a climate denier? The man has revolutionized electric cars. He's been saying, he's building spaceships to escape climate change.

He is the farthest thing you could possibly say away from a climate denier if one actually existed. And they are so dedicated into holding their ideology through this, I don't know that they're going to recognize that this has been entirely their fault. They may not. They may not. It'll be interesting to watch. If this isn't a wake-up call for the people of California, nothing will wake them up. Nothing. Their bottom is death.

It really is. I've talked about this. You know, alcoholism is a really bad thing. And it just, you create a world of lies. And you live in those, thank you. And you live in those lies. And you live in the lies until you can't live there anymore because you've burned everything down to the ground.

Your whole life is. a lie and you just can't do it anymore. And my mother died when I was very young. She was an alcoholic and her bottom was death. Thank God mine wasn't. It's just like you a traditionalist that wants to define family in only one way. Let me tell you, the casinos are run by family. You know what I'm saying? All right. All right. So, Sarah, I want to talk to you about a story that seems like it's very Texas, but it's not. This is happening in all of our states. It's happening in our federal government as well. And it is something that Donald Trump needs to be very, very aware of. And I think he is of these people who pretend to be just like you. But they're not just like you. Republicans who will give away the entire. country to the left. We had a Speaker of the House here, Phelan, which you helped get out of the House. He was a Republican. I mean, it's almost impossible to be elected here in Texas as a Democrat. And so Democrats just changed their label to Republican, and they run as Republicans. And for some

and people accept that. Well, this guy becomes a Speaker of the House, and he throws in with the Democrats, and was in for a long time and was appointing Democrats as chair of different committees. And one of them was education and trying to get school choice through. It didn't happen because of him. Well, people had had enough of it. They throw him out. And now we've got, I think his best friend is trying to horn.

in and do the same thing and become the chair of the house. And they vote on Tuesday. Yes. Yeah. So, um, so, um, so Dave Phelan, unfortunately is still technically in the house as a representative, but it became very clear and very obvious that he did not have enough support. His name was too tarnished to secure the position of speaker. So he had to drop out after, you know, indignantly saying he was going to be the next speaker of the house. So we did have a win there. But you're right. His little crony, the rhino, Dustin. Burroughs here in the state of Texas filed to run for the position at the last minute. And Glenn, you won't believe what happened after that.

The GOP caucus met to select their next speaker because, of course, I mean, obviously Texas has a strong Republican majority. And so you would assume whoever the GOP caucus select should be the rightful speaker of the House. It's, of course, in the rules. But when it became obvious that Dustin Burroughs, Dave Bestie, was not going to secure a majority of the Republicans, he and about 31 other rhinos, you know, similar to, you know, similar to my four-year-old throwing a temper tantrum, they just left the caucus meeting.

They just took their balls and they went home and they refused to participate in the process because it wasn't going their way. So the remaining members finished, go ahead. May I just say, first of all, it's take their ball. And I think that's important to say because the way you said it insinuated that rhinos had balls and they don't. That's a great point. Thank you for clarifying that, Glenn.

All right. So the remaining members, of course, in the Republican Party finished the process. And David Cook was selected to become the next speaker of the House in that process. He is the Texas House reform candidate. He understands the conservative priorities. He understands that we need to ban Democrat shares. He has signed on to all of that. And he was selected within that process.

Well, the rhinos have decided they're not going down without a fight. So Dustin Burroughs, instead of following the GOP caucus rules that state that Republicans, have to get in line once they have their little meeting, he decided that he was going to partner with the Democrats to win the speakership. So he has still not dropped out. He's now boasting more Democrat support than Republicans, if you can believe that. So he's listed according to one of their members, Burroughs has listed 31 Republicans and 38 Democrats that are supporting him right now to become

Speaker of the House. So we are now in the state of Texas, in a battle for who is going to control the Texas House, Democrats or Republicans, even though there are 88 Republicans and 62 Democrats that are about to be sworn in. So what do people do? This vote's going to happen. And we're going to go right back to the crap we had if the people in Texas don't stand up. And this is not just a Texas story. This is happening all over the country. You've got to keep your eyes peeled for this stuff. Yes. Yeah. So you can go to Everyone within the state of Texas, please go to WRM.com. The same person, by the way, who Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick and Attorney General Ken Paxton all have unified around him and pointed out and acknowledged this is the rightful winner of the Texas Speaker race. but I will say this as well, what people can do, aside from reaching out, they can, of course, get ready for another primary season because last primary, we had unprecedented losses for all of these Rino Republicans. There were 15 of them that were unseated by someone who was more conservative after the runoff

concluded. So Texas grassroots is not messing around anymore. They have put these guys on notice that if you want to fight us, we will replace you. And on top of that, you have the Texas GOP who has. has put into place a new rule that if you get censured by the party, it's no longer just a sternly worded letter to the manager as it was before. You know, it's like, oh, well, we're going to censure you and you're going to hear from us in a letter.

This one actually has teeth now. And it can actually lead to the Republican Party removing these members' names from the primary ballot as a Republican candidate. So it's got these members very, very upset, very uneasy. One of them actually, Representative Cody Harris, has filed a great. criminal complaint with the Texas Ethics Commission because the chairman of the GOP texted him and asked if they could chat before he sends mailers into Cody's district. So now we have a rhino who is resorting to Democrat tactics because the party leader says we plan to hold you accountable for what you said you would do. So we're not playing around anymore here in the state of Texas.

We're going to hold these people to the fire. And if you don't want to do what you said you were going to do, we'll replace you. Yeah, and Texas, you have a choice, and every state has a choice. You see where all of this stuff leads now. It leads to the fires in California. Everything that is happening in California is because of progressive decisions. They did not prioritize. They had no common sense. Everything that is happening was avoidable. Is it really global warming that caused, California to burn down almost every year. Why are they getting worse? And they don't ever seem to get better at preventing or stopping the fires.

Now they're going to let the second largest city in America burn to the ground. You watch. You watch. If they don't get it under control this weekend, Los Angeles is going to be gone. And that's what your future is. Texas, I hope we've come as close to death. we ever want to come. And we're awake enough to say, this has got to end. We are not fooling around anymore. We are Texas. And the rest of the country, you are America. It's time to restore American

principles and values and stop the games. And I will be texting and tweeting to my representatives in Florida are in Texas, and I hope all Texans will do the same and join me today. The pressure coming from you, if this is the kind of stuff that's going to have to happen in Washington, you are going to have to be as active as you were during the election because tough, tough decisions are going to have to be made. And if you don't make it very clear, you're done as a servant of the people, the next time there is a vote, you're done. We'll primary you. We will work tirelessly, and we have a very, very long memory.

couple of minutes ago is true, not just in Texas but all over the country. And it is one of the things that I think,

because we can obviously be critical of the left all day long. And they will deserve it and we can do that forever. But it is important to look at yourself at times. And I think one thing that the conservative movement does poorly at times is to be really, really excited about turning a state red and then kind of just washing her hands and walking away.

Hey, the state's red. That's great. I like the color red. And look, the color red often is better than the color blue. That's true. But when you have a really bright red state, when you have a Utah or a Texas or an Oklahoma or Alabama or a Florida. And you have senators, representatives, local state governments that might overt, you know, openly be right, but acting like they're either center or center left, we tend to give those people their jobs back over and over and over again. I mean, John Cornyn in Texas is a great example of this. He's got a terrible voting record for a Republican. He has seemingly very few of the priorities of the conservative movement and then continues

to be put back in office for a six-year term after six-year term after six-year term after six-year term. That's something we can stop. If you go back and you look at where Utah was years ago before Mike Lee, there's a good example of that. You know, eventually Mike Lee gets the job and changes the Senate, changes the way we handle a lot of constitutional issues. He's been a force. we can do this. This is something the conservative movement should be able to do. Finding people who can be elected.

You don't want to pick out people who are so quote unquote pure that they can't win. You have to find people who can win. But we can do better than a lot of these terrible representatives. And we need to focus more locally, not just looking at just the president of the United States, though that's obviously very important. But statewide races, local races, find people who say they're Republicans and conservatives. and make sure they actually are. That is a vital thing to do, and it's something we can actually control. We can't control necessarily who wins the Senate race in New York or Illinois.

That's really, really hard to get a victory in those states. It's not nearly as hard to improve from a moderate rhino type of a Republican to one that actually knows and can do the job. Rhonda Sanchez has done a good job in Florida, making sure Florida is like this. improve that situation quite a bit. We can do that in state after state after state, and we should. By the way, obviously, California having the horrible wildfires is the big story. We're having a wintery weather in the south right now.

And there is a frozen iguana warning in Florida. If you're in Florida, if it gets cold and you walk under a tree, look out for falling iguanas. That is real. It has been issued. It can happen to you. Do not get crushed by a frozen iguana. this week, please. Also, um, the most important part of the weekend, go birds.
