The Glenn Beck Program - Who’s the Radical: Those DESTROYING the Constitution or PROTECTING It? | Guest: AG Andrew Bailey | 4/24/24

Episode Date: April 24, 2024

Glenn reacts to the vast foreign aid package passed by the Senate and the groundwork for the banning of TikTok being snuck into the bill after the Democrats removed a vital security feature. When will... congresspeople realize that they work for the American people? America managed to anger the whole world with its recent foreign aid package. Glenn makes the case why the recent foreign aid package should have been voted down by every member of Congress and every Republican who supports it. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey joins to discuss how Trump’s criminal hush-money case is evidence America is becoming a banana republic. Is Biden trying to lose Pennsylvania? Glenn and Stu react to a shocking Palestinian-backed guidebook on how to participate in the anti-Israel movement.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Starting point is 00:00:18 can be an awful lot of work. You have to be the one to make sure he stays happy and healthy. We do that with Uno. We make sure that he's got the best nutrients, the best,
Starting point is 00:00:30 the best food that we can buy, and I say that, I hesitated because it's like, and we're still feeding him kibble food, but it's the best you can get. It just doesn't have the nutrients and the probiotics and everything in it that your dog needs. I know you care about your dog. Uno,
Starting point is 00:00:49 I thought he was really slowing down. The vet just looked at him and he's like his heart, his liver, his kidneys, everything. He's like a puppy. And I think that has to do with Rough Greens. RUFF Greens.com slash Beck.
Starting point is 00:01:05 RUFF Greens.com slash Beck. Call 833 Glenn 33. That's 833 G-L-E-N-N-33. Roughgreens.com slash Beck. Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. We're glad that you're here. Thank you so much for tuning in and listening today.
Starting point is 00:02:14 I'm going to give you a preview of what we have coming up for you tonight. It is a special free. 90-minute Glenn Beck Wednesday night special episode. It is something you will not hear anywhere else. I guarantee it.
Starting point is 00:02:34 It's been out and everyone is ignoring it because everyone is afraid and I think it is the most critical information you can have for the election. And I'll give that to you here in 60 seconds. Caring for your dog can be an awful
Starting point is 00:02:50 lot of work. We want to talk to you about, we want to talk to about your dog a little later right now. Relief factor, relief factor for people that can't fall asleep, no matter what, no matter how bad your day was, no matter how long, you're in the middle of a boring conversation, you just can't fall asleep. If you're going to be with somebody who's like I am with Stu, who's just incredibly boring, but you can't sleep, but you'd like to, maybe relief factor sleep can help you promote healthy sleep by reducing anxiety to stress, improving mood, and promoting relaxation. I was just making sure he was listening. Just maybe stop thinking about me when you're in bed so often.
Starting point is 00:03:35 I don't know. That might be another tip. I know from experience it works. Feel the difference the first night. It's all natural. Relief factor sleep. You can get it now. Unleash the power of great sleep by calling 800. The number four relief. 800. The number four relief. Dream big and sleep tight. Okay, then. Welcome to the program. First, let me just, let me just, let me just, you know, let me just start with the 79 to 18 vote in the U.S. Senate that passed the package that includes Ukrainian aid, Israel aid, and quote, other items.
Starting point is 00:04:21 Those other items, the TikTok sale. went through. It just threw that one in there. Now, here's what's interesting. Not only did you now pay $60 billion to Ukraine. I'm sorry, is it 60? Yes, it's 60 to Ukraine. 60 to Ukraine. You're also giving money to Hamas aid, which we now know they are stealing the aid and then reselling it to the people of Gaza. But don't worry, Hamas is, they're really good people. You also had a TikTok. Now, why did we want to ban TikTok? What was the Democrats' reason for wanting to stop TikTok?
Starting point is 00:05:05 Had to sell it. Why? The Democrats' reason? I mean, the, I mean, the reason. The reason everyone talked about is that China and their influence and the fact that they can get our data and all these other things. Data. It's a threat to the country. It's not all the dumb dancing, which is why I would ban it.
Starting point is 00:05:23 Yeah, you know what was taken out of this, Bill? the banning of transferring American data to China taken out of the bill? Yeah, so it doesn't include it. No. That includes it. So they have to sell it to someone who can then transfer it to China? Yep.
Starting point is 00:05:38 I mean, what the hell are they doing? What power did they gain? What power did they gain? I think Mike Lee is, I mean, I just think he is, he's on the edge. He said, yesterday. They think they're Churchill. They're congratulating themselves for spending money that does not belong to them. The money we don't have and will have to borrow and print. Spending other people's
Starting point is 00:06:07 money to fight someone else's war against their will isn't heroic. It's cowardice. It doesn't end well for any political party whose elected officials repeatedly display contempt for the party's most faithful voters. Dems don't do this to their base. Dems fight for their base. Now let me ask you this. When the Democrats will say to the people who are shouting death to America and they will change their policies because they want the death to America crowd to vote for them, we can't get the Republican Party to not spend $90 billion? They won't respond to the American people. What good are you? I've never seen this government grow at such a breathtaking speed. It is growing in powers. It's seemingly taking
Starting point is 00:07:17 gigantic leaps every week. I'd like to know what power they got from the TikTok thing. They're not going to be talking about it, of course, because it was cloaked by the Ukraine vote. And every single one, there was 14, I think, was it 14, 15 Republicans. 15 Republicans stood up. Every other one of those Republicans,
Starting point is 00:07:46 shame on you. shame on you. You're saying, this is what they said, well, this is the most important package to secure our nation. This is, this is in our national interest. This is the most dangerous time we've lived in. Well, we don't live in Ukraine. We live in the United States of America and you won't secure our borders. So how are you protecting us?
Starting point is 00:08:14 And let me ask you, if you know, something, I'm so sick and tired of, well, you don't know the briefings. Then give us the briefings. Then give us the briefings. I have had it with these people in Washington just saying, well, you don't know the facts. Well, show me some respect. You work for us, not the other way around. show us some respect if you have information that is so unbelievably dangerous that it makes you violate the Fourth Amendment last week, makes you spend $90 billion this week. And by the way, the New York Times came out and said, is $60 billion going to be enough for Ukraine?
Starting point is 00:09:06 We don't think so. That's the story today. Of course it's not going to be enough. Of course it's not. We've already given them $100 billion. Right. And it hasn't, they haven't been able to get their territory back. That is more of inflation adjusted dollars.
Starting point is 00:09:17 This is more than we spent on the rebuilding of Europe, the Marshall Plan. Where is this money? Where is it going? What is it doing? What do you, why do you think another $60 billion that we don't have should go to Ukraine? Why would you pass this bill saying it's all about our national security and you won't close the borders? Republicans, you're worthless. You are worthless.
Starting point is 00:09:53 Can I push back on this a little bit? Yeah, go ahead. You say, you know, you need to listen to the American people. The American people favor this in poll after poll after poll. It's not overwhelming. The last poll was 55 to 43. They support it. Now, is that Republicans?
Starting point is 00:10:11 45% of Republicans. So again, if you're talking about just Republicans and reacting to who they have, 45% of Republicans support. I don't have a poll on Pfizer, but I can look one up. How about voting? Hold on. You're running away from this issue here for a second. I mean, you have to acknowledge that this is not an open and shut issue as far as people's opinions.
Starting point is 00:10:36 I agree with you that I don't want to be spending more money, because I am terrified of this thing. It's not even the money for me. I'm terrified of this thing spiraling out of control, especially with Joe Biden in charge of it. But like, it's not even for Republicans in open and shut. It's a split issue for Republicans and independents. And then, of course, somehow overwhelmingly supported by Democrats in opposition of everything
Starting point is 00:10:59 they did for the past multiple decades. But still, like, it's not, I'm not saying that that's how they should make that decision. I think they should make that decision with a. a critical look at the evidence. And I think the evidence shows that our position would be the more appropriate one. But it's not like they're ignoring every Republican.
Starting point is 00:11:20 It's a split issue. Here's what my problem is. It is. You say it's 45%. That should be then represented by 23, 24 votes in the Senate. Maybe split. It's 15. You know why it's only 15? Because the others
Starting point is 00:11:36 were in a briefing where it was really spooky. and well, we got to do something because Putin is going to do. Yes, okay. Then if that is your answer, why won't you also secure our border in the same package? Well, they can't get it through. I mean, the Democrats are not going to vote for it. That's why.
Starting point is 00:11:59 I mean, I think Republicans would vote. They voted in the House. If they really were that spooked by it, if they were really, if the Democrats were really like, oh, my gosh. I don't believe the Democrats. I'm not saying I'm. believe the Democrats at all. But I mean, trying to get the border thing through, they did try to, you know, the House has tried multiple times to get that bill through. And the Democrats, of course, will ignore it because I don't, I can't even state the reason for why they ignored it at this point, especially
Starting point is 00:12:27 considering it's, it's weighing heavily on the candidacy of their candidate, right? Like, I mean, it is a major problem for Joe Biden, but they're never going to address it. We know that. You know, They came up with a bill that they did try to pass through the Senate that Republicans stopped. I think, you know, we looked at the bill in detail. It was not a very strong bill, not nearly as strong as the one the House passed. And I think it had all sorts of holes in it. So we went over those problems. But as they will point out, we tried to pass a bill about border security.
Starting point is 00:12:57 I don't buy that argument because the bill sucked. But still, what you're going to get through a Democratic Senate is going to suck. Can I ask you, do you think that most? Mike Johnson is representing the base of the Republican Party? Largely, no. It's particularly in these issues. I mean, I don't think it's as clear. I guess my point only is it's not as clear cut as maybe we feel it is here at the blaze or on talk radio.
Starting point is 00:13:26 It's not. But what is the direction of the people? Which direction are they going? I think they're getting, Republicans are getting much more skeptical over things like FISA. Uh-huh. And that is something that has developed over the past, what, 20 years. So if you want to live in the past with Mitch McConnell, hey, keep doing what you're doing, Johnson. You think Mitch McConnell's a man of the future?
Starting point is 00:13:48 No. The man can't even get through multiple sentences without stopping. Exactly right. Right. And times have changed. And the Republican Party refuses to change. They have got to understand this is a new world. It's not 1981 anymore.
Starting point is 00:14:03 I agree. I agree. They should, of course, acknowledge that. But it's also part of it to acknowledge that if we're saying they need to change, we're the ones changing. Right? I mean, like that would be the right thing to do, but it's not crazy for a Republican Party to support funding an effort to stop Russia. There's a difference between changing and waking up. Okay.
Starting point is 00:14:27 First of all, the only thing constant in life is change. And if you're not changing, then you're not learning. You're not growing. Okay. Agreed. But we are also waking up. We, I don't think, on my view of America, I haven't changed. I've opened my eyes and I have seen new information that I had never seen before.
Starting point is 00:14:50 I didn't know. I wouldn't have believed it. But I believe it now. And I understand it now. I understand that there is a giant progressive game that has been going on for the last 100 years. and it is destroying our country. I understand that the left, not the Democrats per se, because they don't exist anymore.
Starting point is 00:15:14 The left, the Marxists, the radicals, the anti-constitutionalists, the people who are in bed with global corporations, whatever your reason is on the left, you're all together in a nice little cabal. You might hate each other, but you're in this nice little cabal. and you all have one idea.
Starting point is 00:15:37 Destroy America. That's what the Democratic Party has allowed into the gates, and now they're eating anybody who is a regular Democrat. Okay, well, if that's what you want, that's what you get, Democrats. If that's what my Democratic mayor or neighbor who still has their eyes closed wants, I will do everything I can to help them understand. understand. This isn't 1981
Starting point is 00:16:06 anymore. You're fighting a different battle. The republic is at stake. The same thing with the Republicans. You're supposed to represent me. How about this one? $90 billion on Ukraine. You say that's going to protect me and my family.
Starting point is 00:16:29 We don't have the money. So you're hurting my family by spending extra money. One other thing. You say you have to pass this bill to sell TikTok, but you didn't include transfer of my data to China. So how are you helping me? If you're representing me, you're not helping.
Starting point is 00:16:55 You're hurting my family. You're hurting my children. Every time you spend a dollar, you're making it harder for me to put. food on the table, you're making it impossible for my children to be anything but slaves. Don't, don't call yourself a representative. How dare you? How dare you? Do you represent the United States of America or your own special interest? When's the last time any of you people stood up with maybe 20 in the Senate? Maybe 20 in the Senate? When's the last time you stood up and actually said, damn it, this is not in the Constitution of the United States. In fact, it goes against the
Starting point is 00:17:40 Constitution. I had a lot to say today. Back in a minute. I didn't notice that at all. I hadn't picked that up in any way. Huh. Interesting. All right. Starting point is 00:19:20 We are living in a time where the forgotten man has about had enough. Who's the forgotten man? Let's say person A is marching in the streets and saying, hey, Hamas is great. And we should spend even more money to fly. illegals into our country. And so person A convinces person C to take money away from person B and give it to person A or somebody else.
Starting point is 00:20:03 The forgotten man is person B. Wait a minute. You're destroying my life. You're taking my money away from me. You're doing things that are going to destroy the future of my children. Wait a minute. What about me? Do I have a voice here? Do I have a voice? Well, yes, you only have 45%. This country was designed not to be majority rule. Majority rule is very dangerous. That's a mob. We're also not supposed to be run by the minority either. We're not supposed to have a little fringe group that can make. themselves seem bigger than they are and control everything. We're not supposed to be ruled by nine judges. We're not supposed to be ruled by people that have, are in three-letter agencies that no one elected, no one even really knows who they are, and they are telling you exactly what you can and cannot do. That's not constitutional. That's, that's nowhere in our system of government.
Starting point is 00:21:19 Nowhere. But why is all this stuff happening? Because Congress no longer controls the purse. The White House is completely high on power through the agencies. And it's not just this president. It's been all of them lately. It's Fiat. Executive orders. Or in the case of this president, even worse. It's having agencies do all the things that you can't get through Congress. Congress. Where are you? Where are you? Well, you're being silenced. We have one election. This is not the most important election. I'm so sick and tired of hearing this. The most important election of my lifetime. This may be the last election in the republic that we call the United States of America. It'll still be called by that name, but it will not be free. Look at the pace of the power of accumulation in Washington, D.C. Now, are we going to have a free fair election? Well, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:22:34 But tonight, I'm doing a 90-minute special. It is free across our platform. So you just go to blazeTV.com slash Glenn. You come in and you watch tonight at 9 p.m. I'll explain what I'm going to expose next. Glenn Beck. Talk about something good. I want you to meet Major Jonathan Turnbull. He's an American hero. During a tour of duty, Major Turnbull was severely injured during an attack from an ISIS suicide bomber. His left eye completely lost. His right eye was punctured. 20 surgeries, countless hours of painful rehabilitation. Thank God. Jonathan Turnbull is still alive and well. But his life was completely changed. Now, should this do the government fund everything? No, I want a smaller government. They should take care of his health, which I think they do a really crappy job at, but maybe that's just me.
Starting point is 00:23:33 But Tunnel to Towers Foundation paid off his mortgage, gave him a specifically adapted smart home, designed specifically for him and his needs. He moves around his house more easily now, peace of mind that he definitely deserves after defending our country at such a cost. Please join the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Support America's heroes today. You'll be touching the lives of injured veterans and first responders and homeless veterans. Gold Star families, families of fallen first responders, just go to T2T.org. That's T, the number two T.org. Glenn's a tad fired up today. You may know that that might go to TV as well.
Starting point is 00:24:12 BlazTV.com slash Glenn. It's tonight secure 2024 for 30 bucks off. Stu and I were talking during the break, and I, he said, you know, Republicans, have always been the big war, the tough on defense, the anti-Russian people, blah, blah, blah. It's one of the three stools, three legs of the stool, right? And he said, if the Republicans want to change, conservatives want to change, then somebody has to make the case because we're the ones changing. So I'll make that case. Give me just a couple of minutes because I want to talk to you about what's happening tonight.
Starting point is 00:25:09 But tonight, we are doing a story that was brought to me about a month ago, and I was very reluctant to do it because it's stupid to do it if you don't have the proof. and what we have is an allegation that we have had experts run a test on and they have shown us, yep, that's what we can do. And it is out in the open now. Think of Gandalf coming to Frodo when he first gets the ring and he doesn't really understand. understand and he's he's like just keep just keep it safe. Gandalf goes back and he comes comes back to Frodo after he's learned some more stuff. He's like, is it secret? Is it safe?
Starting point is 00:26:09 Well, in this case, it's no longer secret and it is no longer safe. And it will play a role if people know about it and it's out in the open now. if people know about it and it is not changed. There is a court case right now in the Supreme Court, and you'll hear people talk about the court case, but they will not talk about the facts that are now in the open as a part of this case. I don't know why other than everybody is afraid. I'm going to pause for a second.
Starting point is 00:26:59 I think it's important for people to understand. understand. Heroes aren't built because they're unafraid. Heroes are built because they may be afraid, but they have something bigger that they serve than their fear. Who do you serve? Because if you serve your fear, you're not in alignment with God. You're just not. Fear does not come from God. God may warn you, but he doesn't cause you to be afraid. And when he warns you, you have to then look and say, is this something eternal? I want to be a race car driver. Something in you says, don't be a race car driver.
Starting point is 00:28:03 That's pretty dangerous. Is that coming from God? Is that eternal in nature? Is that your fear? That kind of stuff I don't think matters all. that much. But when it comes to standing up for justice, standing up for the unheard, standing up for the rights that he has given us, remember, he loans us these rights. They're not ours. They are ours to protect for our children and grandchildren. They belong to him. We will go someday to the
Starting point is 00:28:37 judgment seat because we were all born at this time in this country for a reason. And we we will be judged. What did you do in that time in those days? What did you do? My wife and I went to a, we went to an art show in Fort Worth and it was great. It was wonderful. We went this Sunday. Went to church, changed our clothes, went down to this art show and just walked around in Fort Worth and saw this great art and I didn't bring any security with me. I don't go out very often. and it was Sunday. It was a last minute thing, and I, so we went out. I usually don't, I usually don't take security when it's like last minute or it's, honestly,
Starting point is 00:29:40 in places where I think we're going to be okay. It's four vertex. We're going to be okay. Well, we were okay, but so many people, thank God, we're fans. But they kept coming up to us. And one guy at the very end said, Climb back. We were driving away.
Starting point is 00:29:57 And I had the top of down on my car and we're driving away. Climb back! And the first thing you learn is don't respond to your name. So I didn't turn around. Glime back. And I see in the mirror, he's running now behind the car. And I'm at a stoplight. And he grabs on to the back of the car or the side of the car, my wife's door.
Starting point is 00:30:17 Are you, glen back? You don't do that in today's world. Don't do that. Please don't do that. He turned out to be a friendly, but my wife said, we're not going anywhere without security anymore. That scared the hell out of me. Did me too. But does that stop us?
Starting point is 00:30:37 No. When you are somebody who's standing up in your school board meeting and you know you're outnumbered, you know that they can make your life miserable, does that stop you? The answer is no, because you are serving something bigger. What I'm going to show you tonight has the potential of total and complete election fraud. I'm not saying it's intentional. I will tell you where it is. I will show it to you because it's out and it is not safe.
Starting point is 00:31:24 And it needs to be changed. And I'm going to show you how we can. can change this. And I urge you to come with your, your democratic and independent friends. Invite them over to your house tonight. Whatever you have to do, get them to watch this because this is something that all Americans, all Americans should be concerned with. We're having to rewrite a lot of this because we hired, you know,
Starting point is 00:31:51 our attorneys. We brought them all in. We said, here is the script. This one is on script. which is going to be very hard for me to do. But we have to make sure that every word is right because it's not just about discrediting. The forces that are aligned are very litigious. And we cannot make a single mistake. You will not hear about this, most likely anywhere else,
Starting point is 00:32:28 because I know what this show cost us, just this one show tonight is costing us, and I know what it is going to potentially cost us if we don't get it exactly right. I left Fox because I would have never been able to do a show like Tonight Show. Never. Never. And it is critical that you see this, and it is critical that Republicans, Democrats, And these companies all stand together and say, we must know that our vote is secure and safe. This is free to everyone. I said to the Blaze, I just don't think we should not have a gate on this one. And they're like, glad you know how much this episode is costing. And I said, yes.
Starting point is 00:33:29 And they said, do you know how much? All of the documentaries we're making are costing. And I said, yes. But this one, if people don't see it, could cost us the Republic. I know times are tight. So if you are tight, I just ask you to watch it. If you can afford even, what is the basic blaze? It's like $2 a month or something like that.
Starting point is 00:34:01 And you'll get access to all of the stories on Blaze, Theblaze.com and I think it's what, nine bucks or whatever a month for everything. May I suggest that you subscribe if you have the money because we need your support
Starting point is 00:34:20 now more than ever before. This is just growing in its scope. Remember, if you found any of the information on the Great Reset, on ESG, on the dollar and inflation. We were way ahead on those things. We are trying to help you prepare. We're trying to, who else on a national platform that is commercial is trying to beg people, I don't care what your religion is, please return to God. Please return to the Constitution.
Starting point is 00:35:09 Do not listen to the people in our own party who are saying that we should have a revolution, a civil war, or extra constitutional authorities. No, the answer is not a new form of government. The answer is executing the constitution in the Bill of Rights. I want you to join me tonight. call a friend. This one is really important. It's free tonight. It'll be free for 24 hours. If you can join us, please, we need your support. I want you to go to blaztv.com. You'll save $30 now with the promo code Secure 2024. Secure 2024 is the promo code if you can join, and you'll save $30 with your annual subscription.
Starting point is 00:36:16 Please support us, join us, and if you don't have any money, that's fine. Please join us free. This is important. 9 p.m. Eastern. All right. Even when you're careful, even when you're a responsible adult who saves your money wherever you can, doesn't overspend, even if you're the type who's been planning for retirement since the day you started working, even when, you know, you aren't, you aren't doing all the wrong things.
Starting point is 00:36:48 You're trying to do all the right things. That doesn't make you immune, unfortunately, to the devastating effects of the progressive policies that are happening right now. Starting point is 00:39:55 The Alliance Defending Freedom, the Senior Council, Matt Sharp, friends of ours, people who are really on the cutting edge, have really helped the Tennessee bill that Governor Lee has just signed. It is a landmark bill that is so important prohibiting discriminatory debanking. What does that mean? It means for your political or religious views, your speech, your affiliations, you stood up at a school board meeting, whatever, they cannot debank you. And it now is a Tennessee law prohibiting major financial institutions like nationally chartered banks with at least $100 billion in assets, along with major insurance providers so important, from discriminating against otherwise qualified customers because of their political or
Starting point is 00:40:50 religious views, speech, or affiliations. Thank you to the ADF and thank you. to Governor Bill Lee of Tennessee for signing this and all of the state lawmakers. This is a very important step. Every state should have this. I can't believe we have to. The problem is you need to be able to have transparency. You need to make sure that the bank has to tell you why you're being debanked. I didn't even know debanking was a real thing for my whole life.
Starting point is 00:41:30 Debanking. What are you talking about? How could you be debanked? What are you, a drug lord? Well, no, now it's becoming more and more popular. It's kind of like being depersoned in 1984 where, sorry, you just don't exist. You don't have a bank. You don't have a job.
Starting point is 00:41:45 You don't have anything. Beat it, kid. So congratulations to Tennessee on that. We're going to go back to the bill that was signed last night. The bill in the Senate that passed, only 15 Republicans stood up against this. And it was a bill for the defense of Ukraine mainly, $60 billion, and then some money to Israel, and then some money to Hamas, just to make things interesting. and Taiwan.
Starting point is 00:42:26 So we kind of pissed off everybody last night, the whole world, which is great. Even New Guinea is upset at us now. Thank you, Joe Biden, with that beautiful story about you and your uncle. But it also, they tucked in the TikTok bill. But in that bill, they don't protect you from your information being said. sent to China even after the sale. What to hell? What was that? Stu made the point that if we're against money for Ukraine, that we should have to make the

Tonight we're going to reveal some things that you need to know and we all need to come together on and demand that it is changed or at least explained. We have computer forensics that have been done for tonight's show. It is really critical because this information is now out in the open, but nobody in the media will talk about it.
Starting point is 00:46:44 And tonight's show is really, honestly, the reason why I started Blaze Media. I started it because I knew there were topics that I couldn't touch. This is one of them. And I urge you to watch it again, free for everybody at blazTV.com. You watch it. It's going to be free tonight for 24 hours. We'll give you more information on that here in just a second.

I want you to have that to get 20% off the new SimplySafe season system when you sign up for fast protect monitoring. SimplySafebec.com. That's simply safebeck.com. Okay. Let me see. Last hour I was telling you about what happened in the Senate last night. The Senate passed a package, $95 billion. It does not secure our border.
Starting point is 00:48:54 It goes in and takes more money and straps your children and your grandchildren with another $95 billion. It gives money to Taiwan, which hacks off the Chinese, and that's fine. But, gang, let's be honest. We are not going to fight a war in Taiwan. maybe one day we would have, but we cannot do it. It would stretch just, just, just this alone would kill and cripple the United States. We don't have the supply lines. So if we wanted to protect Taiwan, our supply line would take all of the assets we have all over the world just to supply everything we need for Taiwan.
Starting point is 00:49:42 Now, I'm sorry, but that's the truth. I think Taiwan should be its own nation. I don't want to see China gobble up another nation. But we cannot do it. The days of us saying, we can protect everywhere and do everything, those are over. They've been over for a very long time. We won the Cold War, and then we lost the peace. and quite honestly, I'm going to blame a lot of this on people like me.
Starting point is 00:50:20 Okay? We won the Cold War. Yeah, tear down that wall. And then we just thought it was okay. And then we continued on all of these endless wars. We listened to presidents like George H.W. Bush, who was a spook. We've listened to the State Department over and over again. Have you noticed that since the United States,
Starting point is 00:50:45 nations happened, things are not really much better with war? Yeah, we haven't had a global war yet, but we're setting everything else on fire. And since tragedy and hope, a book that was written in the 1960s, that explained there will only be police actions and no clear winners in war anymore. It will end kind of in a standoff. It will end like it did in Iraq, like it did in the Gulf War, like it did in Afghanistan, like it did in Vietnam. That's the plan now. And it's out in the open. It's not some conspiracy.
Starting point is 00:51:26 That's the way we fight wars now. I don't want to fight a war. I don't want to spend 20 years fighting a war and have an end like Afghanistan. You and I both know the United States of America could have gone in there and we could have kicked Afghani's ass. and got out. But that's not we do, because we now have to nation build. I don't want a nation build. Have you noticed how much the world resents us? Why does the world resent us? Well, for one thing, new information were giant hypocrites. I always thought that Americans were good
Starting point is 00:52:09 and gracious and we were going over to help people. You're not going over to help people when you go into very, very religious countries and say, hey, by the way, you want an ERA aid, you got to have your kids aborted. You have to have drag queen shows. You think they're going to like us or resent us. You think they're going to like us when you say, oh, we don't torture. We're beyond that. We don't. We definitely don't torture. And then we ghost plain people to a regime in Egypt that we kept propped up forever so they could torture people for us? The policies of the last 100 years don't work. They don't work.
Starting point is 00:53:04 Stu said last hour, Glenn, you know, 45% of Republicans want the Ukrainian aid. And because I said, when are the Republicans going to listen to their base? Well, it's fairly split. 55-45. Okay. So I'll never be able to make the case to the Lindsay Grams of the world. Because I don't know. Lindsay Graham, I mean, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:53:33 I haven't seen his bottom line. Is he rich from Raytheon? I don't know. Or is he just a war hawk that just wants war all the time? Because he actually believes it? I don't know. But I will tell you this. The world is changing.
Starting point is 00:53:55 And if you don't recognize that, you are going to be left in the dust. Now, everything is changing. And that's what everybody keeps telling you. Well, the biggest thing that is changing is our politicians are not following the Constitution. that's the root of all of our evils. We are not following the Constitution of the United States. Congress is not no longer in charge of the purse. Congress doesn't pass the laws.
Starting point is 00:54:33 It's all left in the hands of bureaucrats who make all these little edicts and all these little changes and they turn this dial by 10% and this dial by 5% and this one by 25%. And before you know it, you're a freaking slave. And who do you go to? Doesn't matter who you vote for.
Starting point is 00:54:55 Because they don't make the laws anymore. So you get a new Speaker of the House. What does he do? He completely abandons everything because he's had briefings now. Oh. Well, you know what? If they've changed you that much, I think you should brief the world.
Starting point is 00:55:15 I think you should brief the United States. I keep hearing how dangerous the world is. No crap. Really? It's dangerous. Do you think it's more dangerous since Joe Biden got in or less dangerous? It's been getting more and more dangerous for the last 25 years. Why? Because the last 25 years, the last 75 years, the state department has been running everything. They don't care who the president. It started with the creation of Israel. The State Department threatened the duly elected president of the United States, Harry Truman. You're not going to make that statement. Yes, we are. No, you're not. I'm the president of the United States. So I will dictate policy. He beat them to the microphone. That's the only reason why the state of Israel exists because the duly elected president who had the responsibility to set the pace
Starting point is 00:56:20 beat the State Department and the deep state to the microphones. So, yeah, we are changing. And it is important to change, but Stu was right. It is important for us to state why we're changing. The definition of insanity is to do the same thing and expect different results. I could be here all day giving you examples of this. The Fed. the Fed comes up with a plan, it makes things worse.
Starting point is 00:57:01 So we go back to the Fed. They make a plan and it makes things worse. So we go back to the Fed and they make a plan and it makes things worse. We need to protect ourselves. So we go to the Department of Homeland Security and we lose rights and things don't change. So we go to the Homeland Security and we make changes. We're not protected. We lose more rights and nothing changes.
Starting point is 00:57:29 Look, this is so simple, it's ridiculous. Nothing will change unless something changes. I say that to my kids all the time. Nothing will change unless something changes. Dad, how come this keeps happening to me? Because nothing will change unless something changes. unless you change, unless you do something different, it's going to keep happening. Everything in our country.
Starting point is 00:58:15 We're losing more and more rights. And so what do we do? We elect the same kind of people over and over again and we lose more rights. And so we're like, yeah, well, we need some more people and we hire the same kind of people and we lose more rights. what's missing in this? I was just in South Carolina. By the way, thank God, South Carolina. I mean, you didn't vote for George Washington.
Starting point is 00:58:43 You voted against the anti-slavery thing in the Declaration of Independence, and you did start the Civil War. Can you get this one right? And I think the answer is yes. I met with some of the leadership of South Carolina, the Freedom Caucus and all the people standing, and I asked every single one of them. Glenn, can I get your endorsement?
Starting point is 00:59:05 I don't endorse anybody. But let me ask you this. Where do you stand on the Constitution? And if they didn't say it's everything, it's the root of everything I believe in, it's the only thing worth fighting for, I'm not interested. And I will tell you that the progress they're making in South Carolina,
Starting point is 00:59:30 the bills that they have shut down and the Republicans hate them, hate them. How can you possibly make Mike Lee into an extremist? Have you ever talked to Mike Lee? He's the furthest thing from an extremist. Mike is the most mild-mannered sweetheart of a guy I've ever met. He's so nice. He is so nice. not throwing people under the bus ever.
Starting point is 01:00:04 He pisses me off at times. Because I'm like, stop it. You're making me look bad. Because I don't have the restraint you do. He's known in the state as an extremist. How is that possible? He's so extreme. He says we should play by the rules.
Starting point is 01:00:30 He's so extreme. He keeps checking. this document and going, I can't do that because it's not in this. What document is it? It was a document of a revolution. It was a revolutionary. It was a declaration of independence and the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. How can this guy be a radical? It's time to change, gang. And it's not time to have a civil war you should pray pray
Starting point is 01:01:07 that we don't have a civil war do you know what that's like do you know what that's like do you know what that would happen we balkanize do you know what your life is like you don't want any of that anybody who's like
Starting point is 01:01:27 it's time we we split up first of all I ain't going anywhere because I'm not leaving my country. I'm not leaving my country. Well, my country left me. No, you'd be leaving because they have Washington and all of the documents. I'm not leaving without the documents. I didn't abandon everything that the monument stand for. I'm still for them. I'm not wearing a mask in public because I'm not shouting death to America. You're not the revolutionary.
Starting point is 01:02:07 You may have changed, but that's because you're waking up. When you wake up, you start seeing, wow, this doesn't work. Well, what doesn't work? The Constitution or the people who are ignoring it? Back in a minute. Some Mother's Day is coming up. Why'd you get her a gun? Not a bad idea, actually.
Starting point is 01:02:37 Mother's Day is coming up. And this year, give the special woman in your life the gift of added protection. The other reason that we should be against the Ukrainian bill is, I don't know, when I spend money, look, we should look at all of the aid that we give as an investment in people or something. Okay. Is this the best use for this dollar?
Starting point is 01:04:46 What are we investing in? Well, they want you to believe that we're investing in freedom, that we're investing in a republic or democracy. Okay. We're investing in defense of the continent. Okay. Well, if that's the case, I want the continent to pay more than the non-cony. continent is paying, at least the equal amount, but I think they should pay more. And I'd like to know what the plan is. Because last night, $60 billion was voted on and the New York Times is writing
Starting point is 01:05:25 a story today, it's in today's time, is $60 billion enough. How much is enough? What's the plan? How are you going to win it? Does anybody know? No, because we don't do that anymore in America. We just throw money at a problem. We don't say, well, okay, wait a minute, wait a minute. If we pull our troops out of Afghanistan like that, what are the consequences? By the way, do you know who is in charge of that? The State Department.
Starting point is 01:05:56 It was not the Defense Department. It was the State Department that ran that clown show. What's the plan, guys? Am I being a radical? Am I being so pro- Putin that I'm saying? what's the plan, what's the return on our investment? Why is this money better spent borrowing and enslaving our children? Why is this money so important that we spend it?
Starting point is 01:06:27 I want to know what the result is going to be. What are we investing in? Okay, you know the old line from the commercials. There's got to be a better way. It was almost always used to sell you a product you didn't need for a problem. you didn't have. There's got to be a better way. What about a product that you could use for a problem that you do have? Starting point is 01:08:13 that are going on and some things that are happening. And I finished my response to him with God Save the Republic. And for the first time, I've written that a few times before. But for the first time, it rang different tune. It wasn't just like, hey, and God bless America.
Starting point is 01:08:37 I meant it, I think like the founders meant it. God save the Republic. I put in my studio today a painting that I hang in my office. I painted it about a year ago. It was just kind of like an old. It was based on kind of like this feeling of the old advertisements, you know, that would be painted on a wall, you know, building. It just says, God save the Republic. The eyes of the world are watching us right now.
Starting point is 01:09:11 Let me go to Andrew Bailey who's going to talk about our Banana Republic now. He is the Missouri Attorney General, and we wanted to talk to him a little bit about the Trump case now, the criminal hush money case. Welcome. How are you, Andrew? Doing well. Thank you for having me on. I tell you, I too, am anxious for the health and welfare of our republic because it is absolutely tottering on the edge of slouching towards a third world Banana Republic tyrannical dictatorship at this point. It seems to be coming faster and faster. The government, I've never seen the government grab as much power at a breathless pace. I mean, the last couple of months has just been like, wait, wait, wait, wait, what? and I don't think people understand they haven't felt any of the effects of this yet. It's still being built. I think that's absolutely right.
Starting point is 01:10:07 And, you know, the right to free speech is fundamental to who we are as Americans. It's in the very first amendment for a reason the founding fathers understood that we needed a free, fair, and open marketplace of ideas. And it's the people would get to the truth through competitive debate. And yet what I see in the Trump prosecution for the quote unquote, Mush Money case is a rogue prosecutor weaponizing the criminal justice system to silence a political opponent and a judiciary who is enabling them to do that. I mean, think about it. The president of the United States of America, Donald Trump has First Amendment rights as well, and especially during a campaign season. Yet what's happening here is he's been silenced, can't even talk about
Starting point is 01:10:49 his own trial. Don't forget, the gag order, the traditional understanding of a gag order is intended to protect the defendant's right to a free free. trial. Well, Donald Trump is the defendant. If he wants to talk about his trial, he has a right to do that. And the rest of us have a right to hear what he's saying. It's not only his right, but ours is potential listeners. Yeah, because usually the defendant
Starting point is 01:11:11 is the one that, you know, would need those First Amendment rights. We're supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. So why can't? Yeah. Well, and it's the whole idea here is that the prosecutor doesn't go out and poison the well of potential jurors against the defendant. But it has nothing to do with the defendant's right to speak out in his own defense.
Starting point is 01:11:38 I would point out that, you know, in this country, there's a longstanding tradition that the First Amendment absolutely prohibits prior restraint. There is no reasonable debate to the contrary. The founders completely understood and agreed with the concept that the First Amendment was prohibiting prior restraint. In other words, the government can't stop you from talking before you say something. And so that's what the gag order is. And the United States Supreme Court has traditionally analyzed gag orders against the backdrop of the First Amendment. And there's a strong presumption against gag orders. The three factors the court looks at in determining whether they're constitutionally valid is, number one, the nature and the extent of the news coverage.
Starting point is 01:12:15 Well, here, there was going to be ample news coverage regardless of what Donald Trump is or isn't saying because the media is all over this. And by the way, it's completely stilted against Donald Trump and is enabling the sham prosecution. Number two, the court looks at whether other measures can mitigate against publicity. Well, no, they can't because, again, the left-wing media is in cahoots. They should do an in-time contribution to Joe Biden for their coverage of this sham prosecution. And then number three, how a gag order would prevent unfairness to the defendant. Well, here, it is unfair to prohibit a presidential candidate from campaigning. Tell me how this, tell me, you, I mean, you are a very good prosecutor.
Starting point is 01:12:53 I think you have like a 90% plus win rate in jury trials. Take me through how this is, take me through this case as if you were presenting it. How did this thing even come about? What are they really arguing here? And what should the defense be? Well, the defense should just sit still, let it happen, and then appeal. There is no legal validity to these charges. Look at the charges themselves.
Starting point is 01:13:21 Essentially what Alvin Bragg is saying is that Donald Trump, before he was a presidential candidate, hired an attorney to make a contract with someone, and that the purpose of that contract was to make him a better candidate in an election. And that any contracts you hire an attorney to form on your behalf as your agent, the run-up to a political campaign, is election interference. Okay, that's fascinating. What he's done there is he's criminalized the practice of law. criminalize your right to have legal counsel in a contract. Our ability to contract is a fundamental civil right that we've had since the founding of our Democratic Republic. And I would point out as well that Alvin Bragg himself is a politician. So what we need now is a special prosecutor appointed
Starting point is 01:14:09 to investigate any time Alvin Bragg ever hired legal counsel in the run up to one of his campaigns. And those issues need to be investigated. He needs to be prosecuted on the same standard. You know what's dripping with irony is that the motto of the Manhattan DA on their website is on standard of justice for all. That's great. If that's true, then Alvin Bragg needs to go to court and get a special prosecutor appointed to look into any time he's ever hired an attorney to contract on his behalf in the run up to an election. How did this become a felony where he's facing four years? Well, again, Alvin Bragg has perverted the law. I mean, what he's saying is that Donald Trump hiring an attorney to contract on his behalf and then recording that in a ledger book as a legal expense is somehow
Starting point is 01:14:56 a false entry in a record. And that's not true. I mean, Donald Trump hired Michael Cohen to do legal work on his behalf. A contract is a legal document. So again, what Alvin Bragg is doing, they're everybody, Democrats and Republicans alike, what Alvin Bragg is saying is that if you hire an attorney to do legal work for you and try to enjoy the attorney-client privilege that's inherent, you know, fundamental to the right to counsel and the due process clause, that somehow that can be a criminal offense. That can be a felony that can put you in prison. Well, now he's killed your ability to seek counsel for simple contract. I mean, again, this flies in the face of our constitutional structure and certainly flies in the face of the
Starting point is 01:15:35 common law backdrop that the founders would have understood when they formed the Democratic Republic that we now enjoy, or at least for the time being. How do you feel about Trump's chances in New York City? Well, clearly, the media is stilted against him. You know, they're going to say that Donald Trump has interfered with an election by hiring an attorney to contractors on his behalf, when in fact, it's the media, Alvin Bragg and the judge who are interfering with the election by silencing a political opponent in the heart of a presidential campaign. I mean, at the end of the day, this conviction will never stand appellate review. It can't because, again, it runs afoul of the Constitution, and it runs afoul of the plain text of the statute.
Starting point is 01:16:17 Alvin Bragg is trying to bend the law to meet the facts. That's not what attorneys do. Attorneys are supposed to apply the law to facts as presented to them. But here, he is stretching the law to capture facts that were never contemplated by the plain text of the statute he's using. Yeah, I mean, the government turned it down, the federal government turned it down. I think he even turned it down, didn't he, at the beginning, and then brought it back up? Yeah, I think that's right. But look, I mean, this should surprise no.
Starting point is 01:16:43 And Alvin Bragg had a long history of adversarial litigial litigants. against Donald Trump. When he worked for the New York State Attorney General's office, he sued Donald Trump numerous times. I mean, in Missouri, no judge would ever allow a prosecutor who's been involved in civil litigations against the party to then prosecute that party because there's an appearance of impropriety. And here, there's actual substantive impropriety. This is politically motivated. You can, that's a reasonable inference to draw from the fact, but you don't even have to infer anything. Alvin Bragg has said it himself. So, So what precedent does this set?
Starting point is 01:17:20 I mean, they keep trying to say, this is only because of Donald Trump. It's only because of Donald Trump. What does this do to, if he's found guilty on this, what does this do to our system? Well, this empowers prosecutors to weaponize the legal system, the criminal justice system, to go after political opponents. And that's exactly what happens in banana republics. History is repeating itself. And, you know, Benjamin Franklin, when he walked out of the constitutional, conventions and the media asked of what kind of government have you given us and he said a republic
Starting point is 01:17:50 if you can keep it we're losing it if we allow these rogue prosecutors to abuse and weaponize the criminal justice system to go after president donald trump or anyone else then we will absolutely be next and it's you know again we're looking at the gag order as a first amendment violation we're looking at the prosecution itself as a sham prosecution that's politically motivated and yeah i would think that the democrats would have the kind of good sense to realize they're a republic Republicans that want to take a shot at them, too. And so if these are the rules of the game, they better be prepared to suffer the repercussions as well.
Starting point is 01:18:23 Andrew Bailey, thank you so much. Thanks for everything you're doing in Missouri. You had big shoes to fill, and you're filling them nicely. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey. Thank you. Thank you, sir. You bet. God save the Republic.
Starting point is 01:18:39 Trust is in really short supply these days, taking some time to really think about that. You know, maybe there's never, there was never really any good old days when, you know, everybody you met was good an upstanding citizen. You could trust in a handshake. Starting point is 01:20:11 Yes. Let me tell you about what's coming up tonight. Tonight at 9 p.m. We have a program that every Republican, Democrat, and Independent, every American that cares about a free and fair election should watch because we're going to show you not only the problem, but we're going to show you the solution. And the solution is that we all join together and say,
Starting point is 01:20:57 hey, here's a problem. Could you just take the problem? this problem away. Could you just make this edit, make this go away? And I'm sure they, you know, I'm sure they will with your help. And you're going to be told what I'm going to show you tonight is a conspiracy theory. I'm going to show you a computer programmer, a hacker, actually hacking in and changing the results. I'm going to show you, I'm not going to show you how it's done. We're skipping a few of the procedures.
Starting point is 01:21:36 But this is already in a court case. So this is out in the public record. That's how we found it. Somebody had found it in a case that was being filed. And it was in the Supreme Court. And so now it's out there. And it's unbelievable. It gives thousands of people the keys to the vault.
Starting point is 01:22:02 you know, if you look at every voting machine as a bank, there are people that have the keys to the bank, to the front door. Okay. Those are all of the people that are, you know, the chair people or the, you know, heads of the, you know, commissions that are setting up the voting booths in your county. So those county commissioners have the keys to the front door. They should not have the keys to the vault. but if you're unscrupulous, you're a hacker, you don't even have to be the commissioner, you're a hacker, you're unscrupulous, you're somebody who knows anything at all about computer programming. When you open up the door to the bank, which is not hard for a hacker to do, the keys to
Starting point is 01:22:50 the vault are in plain view. We'll show you tonight, it is absolutely stunning. And it has to change. Look, we cannot afford. I honestly, I can live with America's decision one way or another if it is a free and fair vote. I can't live with something if it's been hijacked. If there's funny business going on and there's always been bad things that have happened with the vote. But it shouldn't happen. We don't have a reason in this country with our technological. advances for this to happen. And we should take every step to ensure that it doesn't. If something like this, which is so blatant, is allowed to stand,
Starting point is 01:23:44 I don't care if Joe Biden wins or Donald Trump wins. The other side is going to say, well, look at this. How can you possibly, you can change it? And I'm telling you now, they're going to say this is a conspiracy theory. Please watch tonight's show. It's free on the blaze. It's not going to be. I don't even know if we're going to post it on YouTube.
Starting point is 01:24:10 If we do, we are so suppressed right now. My show, we have never done bigger ratings and bigger responses. Our footprint is larger than it was when I was at Fox. And yet we are being suppressed online like nobody's. business. Nobody's business. And we know why. So you're going to have to come to Blaze TV.
Starting point is 01:24:39 This is why I built Blaze TV. Come tonight. Bring a friend. Bring a Democrat friend. Bring an independent. This is nonpartisan. Tonight, 9 p.m. Blaze TV, free for 24 hours. This is an absolute

Starting point is 01:26:14 You want a great night's sleep? You bought the best pillow and sheets from a company that's part of the parallel economy that the left hates? Wow. It's a home run. It's a grand slam. When my pillow first started, the objective was simple, just make the best pillow possible, but they didn't stop there. They now make all kinds of amazing products and hundreds of them that you probably have never heard of most of these. They've seen amazing successes, but, you know, because they've been stomped on by the left,
Starting point is 01:26:43 they've been kicked out of all the stores and everything else. to put them out of business. And get yourself some of those slippers. That's all I'm saying. Right? It's all I'm saying is get yourself some of the slippers. You got them on? You mean the ones that I'm wearing right now?
Starting point is 01:26:57 I mean, I don't know if you wear them to work like Glenn does, but I will say. You can get away with it. Oh, man, wearing those things around the high. They are so great. I really like them. Yeah, I do too. Get familiar with their products. They're having a $25 extravaganza when you use the promo code back.

And if you're not, if you go to selina Zito.com, if you want to see a great reporter, she never flies anywhere, not because she's afraid to fly. She drives because it helps her understand the country. And because of that, she gets it. She just gets it more than other people, I think. Listen to the story.
Starting point is 01:28:11 This is an absolute microcosm of America today. It starts with a family business that. everybody loves, that's in trouble. The oldest gas station in America, still in operation. Ryan Hartz here in Blair County City. It got it start in 1908 when a local blacksmith decided to sell gasoline out of the back of his shop when the Model T was introduced. It's been open ever since. While architecturally, it's a little underwhelming. The service is good because the people who do work there care about the work that they do, whether it's pumping gas, washing your windshield,
Starting point is 01:28:50 or doing minor fixes on your car. It's important to them that you return. While Reinhardt holds the title of the oldest gas station in the country, it was another Altoona family that put a different kind of gas station of excellence on the map. The Sheets family story. It's one of struggles. This family-friendly service station struggled with Salmonella breakout out in 2004, but it retained a deeply local customer base and expanded well beyond its western
Starting point is 01:29:22 Pennsylvania routes. Ask anybody who's stopped at sheets in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina. With so much loyalty among the residents in the state, it made sense for President Joe Biden to do a photo op at a sheets in suburban Pittsburgh last week after his visit with local steel workers. He wanted to demonstrate that he was no different than any other person from Pennsylvania in his affection for the family-owned business. Biden went even so far as to pick up sandwiches for construction workers after pulling the presidential motorcade in to the Sheets gas station for gas.
Starting point is 01:30:05 Now, I don't know about you, but if they actually needed gas, the Secret Service is not doing their job. So it was obviously a planned trip. Wearing his aviator glasses, he posed for a selfie with an employee. Just one day, this is where it gets weird, just one day after the president's orchestrated sheets run, the Biden administration hit the privately held convenience store chain with a federal lawsuit in which federal officials say the company,
Starting point is 01:30:39 he discriminated against majority job applicants. So wait, so wait. He picks sheets to stop at because it is a local favorite. Everybody knows it. Everybody loves it. He wants to be the regular guy. So he stops there. He buys some sandwiches, give them out to, you know, local workers, gets back in the
Starting point is 01:31:03 motorcade, drives off. And the very next day, his administration hits that gas company. with a discrimination suit and say they're discriminating against minorities. How does that make sense? How does that make sense? Okay. So microcosm. All right.
Starting point is 01:31:23 Local company in hard times. Next is the elite using the common man. He uses the elites come in and they're like, look at us. We're just like you. They use whatever they have to use to appear to. to be just like you. Then once he's had the photo op, they destroy that company.
Starting point is 01:31:47 They destroy the forgotten man, the average Joe. Quote, the theory, according to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, is that because the company uses criminal background checks to screen job seekers, somehow, that's a violation of the 19, 64 Civil Rights Act. What are they saying about minority applicants exactly with that theory? Hmm. The Civil Rights Act prohibits workplace discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, and national origin.
Starting point is 01:32:25 EEOC attorney wrote that a criminal background check causes a disparate impact because of race or other protected classifications. So hang on. First of all, I don't even understand this. you're saying that there are minorities that are in prisons and they're going to be, there will be more criminals that are minorities. Seems to be what they're saying. It is. It is.
Starting point is 01:32:52 But they are in their pitch. Institutional racism. I made that happen initially. So, okay, it doesn't matter. So here's microcosm point number three. Give the government an inch and they will take miles. The civil rights act. is off the rails.
Starting point is 01:33:12 Okay, off the rails. That's not what it was for. What are you talking about? Another microcosm. Your community is safe and we're making it safer. But you won't allow the local convenience store to make sure that criminals are not a part of the work staff. Lawrence went on to say unemployment hiring practices must be shown by the employer
Starting point is 01:33:37 to be necessary to ensure the safe. and efficient performance of particular jobs at issue. The suit said, Sheets discriminates against black Native American multiracial job seekers by weeding out applicants who have failed a criminal background check. Sheets employs nearly 25,000 employees in a stretch of Appalachia that cuts diagonally through Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, and North Carolina. It's a company that gives back to the community through a charitable foundation, has a tradition on the 4th of July of honoring customers by rolling the prices back on all types of fuel except for diesel at all 675 plus locations, and it always cost $1.776 per gallon.
Starting point is 01:34:29 If you don't know what 1776 is about, well, then you're lost already. Selina Zitos is tugging it Going after sheets is like tugging on Superman's cape in Pennsylvania Especially in central and western Pennsylvania When you pull up to sheets it's like pulling up to a home It's especially so when the alleged violation is what Common Sense says is good business
Starting point is 01:34:58 They just want to make sure the people who are interacting with the public Are not criminals This is a microcosm. They are not like you, but they try to image themselves like you. They say they're for people like you, but they go after companies that are run by people like you, that are part of the fabric of your community. They are taking us apart one step at a time. And it seems like those steps are coming faster and faster and faster.
Starting point is 01:35:42 and it's it's not a coincidence. They're taking apart communities. And they are also holding up communities. Like for instance, in just outside of Detroit, where you have a huge Muslim community. And they're standing on the streets and they're holding rallies for the Palestinians. And they're talking about death to America, death to Israel when you are courting those people
Starting point is 01:36:16 why in your wildest dreams would a president want somebody who's chanting death to America? I don't know if you've seen that what's happening now in I know you're aware of what's happening on the campuses on the campuses all across the Ivy League
Starting point is 01:36:43 and all across the country They're now having liberated zones. And they're, they're hassling Jews, making everybody uncomfortable, chanting from the river of the sea, which means the annihilation of every Jew in Israel. That's what that means. From the river to the sea, that's from east to west.
Starting point is 01:37:08 The entire land is Palestinian. That means no Jews, no Israel. Now the universities and the students are passing out masks. And they're the N95 surgical masks. Now, why are they wearing the surgical masks all of a sudden? Because they weren't last week. Why are they this week? Huh?
Starting point is 01:37:42 Now, I understand, you know, when you're blocking traffic to the Golden Gate Bridge, I don't know if you saw this, but they were all in masks. I don't know if you saw the neo-Nazis that are marching down the streets in America. They're wearing masks, generally speaking. Why? Why is that? Why did the KKK wear masks? I just can't think of a reason.
Starting point is 01:38:18 Now, at New York University, they are linking arms to protect Gaza solidarity, the encampment there, and they're wearing N95 masks, and they're saying it's because we want to remind you that COVID-19 is still very dangerous. No, it's not. No, it's not. I mean, have you seen the damage that masks did to our children? Do you know there are children now that still can't really speak? They're young kids that are way past, six months past the time where they should be speaking, but they can't speak.
Starting point is 01:39:02 Why? Because the first 18 months of their life, everyone around them wore a mask. Children watch your mouth. That's part of how. how they learn how to speak, how to use their mouth and their tongue. That's how they gauge facial expressions. Not just through your eyes. We have so damaged our children with these masks.
Starting point is 01:39:32 And we now know there was no science. Follow the science. There was no science behind it. In fact, the science, if there was any, said the opposite. They're only wearing masks because that's what you do when you're about to cut the head off of, you know, somebody that you want to declare jihad on. You wear a mask. Bad guys wear masks. Paranoid people wear masks now.
Starting point is 01:40:07 And people who don't want their face to be able to be discerned. Normalizing masks in America, kind of a bad thing. Kind of a bad thing. These are bad guys. These are bad guys. you're seeing the beginning of another Occupy Wall Street kind of movement. And if it goes like Occupy Wall Street, I mean, I'm again just struck by how Occupy Wall Street just disappeared. And then all the people that they were protesting, all of the big huge banks are now suddenly in line with all of the demands that Occupy Wall Street.
Starting point is 01:40:55 They're funding them. They're funding the radicals and the Marxists. They're all in line for it. It's almost as if they made a deal. I wonder what kind of deal could be made with these people who are now shouting death to America, death to the Jews. I wonder if we get any deal out of them, you know, just to calm them down, make them go away. But not really. More in a minute.
Starting point is 01:41:29 I so want to urge you to prepare. I told you a few, what about two months ago, that I was putting my family on high alert to make sure that everybody knew where we were supposed to meet and everything else if things went to hell in a handbasket, that I was preparing to make sure that we had everything that we needed and then maybe just a little bit more for some of our neighbors, that we had curtailed our spending as much as we could,
Starting point is 01:42:01 to make sure that we were getting out of debt because trouble is coming. and this is a warning. The time is growing very, very late. I want you to at least look into protecting your savings, your investment for your 401K. Please look into how you can protect these things, your investments, your money with gold or silver.
Starting point is 01:42:30 Gold is expected to go through the roof It already has, I mean, it's crazy what's happening right now. And that's because the world has lost its mind. And it's only going to go up, I think. Don't listen to me for investment advice. I'm just telling you what I believe and what I do. Silver is still at a pretty good price. And that is going to be something that you're going to need, I think, just in kind of
Starting point is 01:43:01 in a changeover time. You never know what's going to happen. So please, would you call Lear Capital now? Get your free wealth protection guide. Lear will also credit your account $250 towards your purchase just because you listen to me. So you don't have to buy anything now. Just get their guide and listen to them. Do your own homework.

Starting point is 01:43:56 It's incredible. What did he say? Incredible. I mean, he said that he actually got in touch with the organization and they admitted it. They didn't even deny that they wrote it. The UK, I believe. So let me just show you some of these. Here's step one.
Starting point is 01:44:11 create a cell. A group that takes actions without detection is part of the Palestinian action underground. You need three to five people. Step two, pick a target. You've got a sell. It's time to pick a target. Head out to the website. Find a list of secondary and primary targets who enable and profit from the Israeli weapons industry in Britain
Starting point is 01:44:36 make your job, making your job to pick one slightly easier process. Just as culpable as an other, apply pressure to them. It's the key to breaking the links with sustains Israel's arms trade. Check out the targets. Step two, pick one. Step three, prepare for action. Step four, plan your action. Step five.
Starting point is 01:45:04 Well, there's a lot of pages on plan your action. Cow, plan your action, plan your action. Step five, take action. Good luck. Step six, post action. Destroy all evidence. It's right here on the page. Evidence of what? Of your good deeds?
Starting point is 01:45:24 Of your kindness? Of your changing hearts? You will only... Evidence. Destroy all evidence? You're only doing that if you're breaking the law. Which they admit to many times in this document. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:45:41 They're even saying here are the groups that will help you get out and here are the attorneys that will represent you. Talk about destroying things, blocking pipes of buildings, I mean, all sorts of stuff that could cause massive damage. Throughout the document. I mean, they're not even denying that they're doing these things. So what would you say if your side did this? I would say my side has a problem, and I want nothing to do with this. I won't, until this attitude stops, I want nothing to do with him. Gandhi, that's why he starved himself almost to death.
Starting point is 01:46:26 He was going after his own people in his own party. Where are the people? Where are they? Oh, I condemn the violence, but I also condemn those who don't understand the Palestinian. I understand the plight of the Palestinians. I understand both sides. I do. Hamas is evil.
Starting point is 01:46:47 Do you understand that? Glenn Beck. What's being pushed here again is evil. Okay. It's come to the point where I have to say this is a public service announcement. I hope it don't get canceled for this, but here goes. Rough Greens is for real dogs. Okay?
Starting point is 01:47:06 So if your kid is a furry, I don't care how much they beg or even bark for it, you know? Don't give it to them. Even if they're wagging their fake little tail and peeing just a little on the carpet and excitement, be firm. Roll up the newspaper if you have to. Slap them across their little doggy nose. No furry. Rough greens is only for real dogs. And there is such a thing as real dogs.

Starting point is 01:48:11 When you were little, you had braced in the course of recreat, always in trying to negotiate, exchange these cards of hockey, these bonhomes, even des collations. You know that each thing has a value well before to have to be counted.
Starting point is 01:48:23 And, and the things have not really changed. Negoti to citre TD you can't to renew with your instinct of negotiation. With, without operation gratuit, no amount of minimum, and no free mensuel. You're made for negotiate. And the appellee Negotiate's Treaded
Starting point is 01:48:37 and you're made. Telecharge it right now. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Ah, you. Uh, I gotta tell you, Stu, I can barely, I mean, I watch TV and I read now. I was reading last night in bed,
Starting point is 01:49:09 and I'm just holding my eyes like this. I got my fingers on my forehead, and I'm just pulling up my eyelids because my eyelids aren't working. Now, I mean, what? really, can I stop having the weird stuff that happens to me? I just like good old, I don't know. I'm not even going to say, because I don't always know.
Starting point is 01:49:29 No, no, don't. You know, I just want a little gangrene. You know, I just got to. Yeah, you have a lot of weird health things. I do. Mm-hmm. I do. And it's weird. It's weird.
Starting point is 01:49:41 But I'm going in in a couple of weeks and they're doing eye surgery where they're cutting. Ah, I don't want to hear another word. Oh, it's so nasty. I don't want to hear another word of that. It's so nasty. And, you know, like, no. We just got to cut the muscles and tie the muscles back and a br-h-h-h-h-that sounds terrible. It's awful.
Starting point is 01:50:01 It's awful. So it's going to be good. It's going to be. But at least I guess I'll be able to see. My eyes will open a little bit. I mean, I'm looking. My eyelids are just, they're just not going open anymore. It's so bizarre.
Starting point is 01:50:17 Is that a normal problem? Like, do people have that? Apparently some people have the problem. Their eye muscles. And, you know, don't give me any crap. I work out with my eye muscles. I'm blinking all the time. Okay?
Starting point is 01:50:29 My eye muscles are just as strong as anybody else's eye muscles. And for some reason, and I thought it was because of fatness, maybe my eyelids are getting so heavy. And then the doctors are like, no, that's not what it is. And I'm like, really? Seriously? No. It's not because you're fat.
Starting point is 01:50:48 well you didn't need to say it that way doc but so you've started your gym routine just with your eye muscles yeah i'm lifting i think there's other little teeny weights with my lashes uh it's very impressive yeah so so now i'm going in in a couple of weeks and it's i'm freaky as heck yeah i wouldn't if this one doesn't work they have another one that they want to try and they said well we we don't we don't want to do that one but if this one doesn't work And there is a slight chance of blindness. What? What are you talking about?
Starting point is 01:51:22 I'm already going blind with some other stupid thing, a different thing in each eye. How is that? Every time I go to the doctor, they're like, oh, I went to a doctor because I was having problems with my eyes. And he said, you under a lot of stress. And he said, no. And he said, well, you know, because they can't figure out why I have macular dystrophy in one eye and macular dejecture. generation in the other eye. He's like, that's a really rare. And I'm like, okay, great, whatever. What a surprise. And this doctor said, when did this happen? When did it start happening?
Starting point is 01:52:01 Is it, is it, is it, did it start happening when you were really under a lot of stress? And I'm like, yeah, about 2008, just from there on out. And he's like, yeah, that, well, that, that would cause it. And I'm like, oh, well, where were you in 2008? Where were you? Where were you? You were sitting in your office. Talking to old ladies and stuff? Probably solving eye problems. That would be my guess. Whatever. Doctors without borders.
Starting point is 01:52:24 I was healing people in Africa. Whatever. Right. Where were you for me, me, me? Were you sitting for three hours a day and talking into a microphone? No. No.
Starting point is 01:52:32 No. No. No. That sort of bravery. So, and I know people have had this, you know, there's people who had this sort of, I just like to whine about it. This is why my wife. It's like, you know, this is why she was, you know, on relief actually like, I'm not
Starting point is 01:52:47 listening to you. anymore. Take this. Okay. Now, you know, now, you know, that's solved. Now I got something else and she's like, here. I'm like, honey, that's rat poison. She's like, take it. All right. I am.
Starting point is 01:53:01 Yes. Mm-hmm. And did you please tell me yes? No, I didn't. Oh. Which is a good thing because tonight I'm doing a special 90-minute show. That is really, really important. for everybody.
Starting point is 01:53:19 I don't even know. Just go to blazedtv.com? Is that just we're opening up the gate tonight? It's a good question. I know that if you go to blazTV.com slash Glenn, you use Secure 2024. You'll get 30 bucks off your subscription to Blaze TV. And while, look, I think of this all the time.
Starting point is 01:53:38 It's great when the YouTube numbers are really high. Like, I love that people watch on YouTube. Anything to get the message out. And I know we try to put as much as we can out They're just for free. Obviously, the show is free on your local station every day. And you put a lot of the shows on YouTube. I put my show on YouTube.
Starting point is 01:53:57 But the subscriptions to Blaze TV are getting more and more important. Because it just seems like, I don't know. I've noticed maybe some throttling, maybe some efforts by big tech companies to make sure that you can't get the message for free anymore. Yeah. And the lawfare that is about to start is. is remarkable.
Starting point is 01:54:19 I mean, we've spent a little bit of money on the attorneys for this one. I don't know how many shows we've run through attorneys. I know we did with the Soros thing. We ran it through attorneys, but we generally don't do that.
Starting point is 01:54:33 We have, you know, pretty good. I worked at CNN. You think they let a single unchecked word come out of my mouth? It used to take us to tape a show. It was a one-hour show. Verify. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:54:45 It would take forever. hours to tape a one hour show. They'd stop me in the middle of a monologue. And they would go, hang on. And the producers were arguing with the executives at CNN. That's not true. Yes, it is. So we had to have everything buttoned up.
Starting point is 01:55:02 So we're pretty good at that. Tonight, I mean, I think we have an attorney on premise. It's going to be just off camera. just because of how litigious what we're going to talk about tonight is. It is about the voting machines. And it's a show I didn't want to do until I saw the evidence. They brought it to me. Somebody called me and said,
Starting point is 01:55:32 Hey, Glenn, you have to see this. This has just been released. It's in Supreme Court record. And I'm like, I don't want to go over the 2020 election. I please, I don't want anything to. He's like, it's not about the 2020 election. This is new information. This will affect 2024.
Starting point is 01:55:50 And I said, well, I want to look into it. So we spent a lot of time looking into it, talking to experts, talking to hackers. Can you actually hack in? Will it do what it looks like it can do? The answer is yes. And we'll show you on video. We'll show it to you. We're not going to show you how to do it.
Starting point is 01:56:10 there's a step before, but if you're a hacker, you know what the steps are. I just don't want to give anybody else ideas. And I'll show you the line in the code. I'm not going to show you the actual, we're going to blur it. So I don't want to help people do it. But I'll show you the line in the code. We have people that are experts that will tell you what that means and what it does. And you can change the election.
Starting point is 01:56:36 And they are all going to say this is a conspiracy theory. It's in the lines of code. And you're not going to be able to battle this unless you know it. Look, if you know somebody who is, you know, the county commissioner that's in charge of voting in your county, there are tons of counties all over America that are using machines like this. They have to know this. And this is not about get Donald Trump elected. It's not about get Joe Biden elected.
Starting point is 01:57:08 This is about free and fair. elections. This is about trusting the system that we use. If we cannot trust the system, what do we have? We have nothing. We're not only going to show you the problem, but I'm going to show you how you can get this changed. And there are several steps. It's a 90-minute special. It starts at 9 tonight. That's 9 p.m. Eastern. Please invite people over. We need as many people as possible. That's why we're not charging for this. This is just way too important to close the door on anybody.
Starting point is 01:57:47 We need everyone involved in this. It's the Republic that is at stake. If you want to save the Republic, please. We have to make sure our voting machines and our way that we are calculating our votes are safe and
Starting point is 01:58:06 locked up against either side. So watch tonight, 9 p.m. that is Eastern Time on BlazTV.com. If you use the promo code, if you want to join us and subscribe, we really need your support. BlazTV.com slash Glenn. Use the promo code Secure 2024 and you will save $30. Starting point is 01:58:38 if anything that we have done has created value in your life, if you think any of the messages that, you know, Daniel Horowitz and Steve Dase, look at the ground they covered and the ground they broke during COVID. Mark Levin and his unconstitutional lawfare expose is worth everything. We have our news division has somebody who is being tried by the FBI just for exposing what the FBI and everybody else was doing on January 6th. We need you to stand with us.
Starting point is 01:59:24 BlazTV.com slash Glenn use Secure 2024. We'll see you tonight at 9. Now, used to be concepts like, customers always right. were how people did business. I went into a Dunkin' Donuts. And, I mean, not for me. I wasn't having donuts. And I went into a Dunkin' Donuts.
Starting point is 01:59:44 I've been in one for a long time. And I walked in. And this girl had headphones in her ears. And she's looking at me and I'm giving her the order. Because she said to me, can I help you? And I'm giving her the order. And about halfway through the order, she takes her headphones out and she says, what? And I'm like,
Starting point is 02:00:05 I'm sorry And I said I'd like three of those Just how many donuts total do you need And I was like I'm I hate to bother you I just wanted to leave some money here
Starting point is 02:00:21 With you Was she like on the phone with the drive-thru Or were the headphones for the drive-thru? No she was listening to music Oh okay She was listening to music She's a star employee you're talking about Oh yeah

Call in and let it out. 8887-27-B-E-C-K This is the Glenn Beck program Welcome to Bia Raii, Embarked and Profite, Embarked and Celebrate,
Starting point is 02:01:58 Rigolet, Publié, Savoray, Admira, and Profite. Villaray, the voice that we love. Glenn, I believe I have a horse on the highway update. Whoa, wait a minute. Yes. Another horse. Horse on the highway. Yes. And I'm not 100% sure this qualifies, but I think it is important for you to hear about.
Starting point is 02:02:30 And you can judge because you're the experts. All right. Well, a horse on a highway means it's something that you don't usually see. And maybe we should take note because I've never seen a horse running down the interstate in Philadelphia. Just, you know, full out gallop on. you know, I-76 until recently. And part of the concept of that is that it seems to be getting more and more common, these horse on a highway moments.
Starting point is 02:02:57 Yes, okay. So, well, you have a case you're not sure if it's a horse. Right. On the highway. You tell me if this qualifies. Okay, all right. Five household Calvary horses are currently running through the streets of London. Now, I'm looking at the streets, and they do not appear to be a highway, per se.
Starting point is 02:03:16 But they are right through the streets of a major metropolitan area. So five horses got loose. I should note one of them soaked in blood. I think we have all the information that we need. I mean, I don't think we need to know how they got out, where they came from, why they're loose on the streets. And certainly we don't need to know why one of them is soaked in blood. These are all really good questions and I'm not going to answer any of them. Well, to know if it's a horse on the highway, I do have to have a few answers.
Starting point is 02:03:52 Really? Yeah. Why? Well, I'm just curious about the one soaked in blood. Really? Yeah. I don't understand. I mean, because if it's something you see all the time, you would not necessarily...
Starting point is 02:04:08 Well, we might have seen that like in the Jack the Ripper days back in the 1800s in London. Wow. How long does a horse on the highway go back? I didn't know it went back that long. Well, it doesn't. It wasn't a horse on the highway then. It was like, oh, another horse is out. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:04:21 And this one's covered in blood, Jack the Ripper. You know, but I don't think, you know, there are horses in major cities, but generally not running loose on the streets. Right. So do you have more on this story? Generally not covered in blood. Covered in blood. No. No.
Starting point is 02:04:35 I guess apparently they were having their, they're going through their morning exercises, and they threw off their military riders. However, it does not explain why they're covered in blood. So I don't know for sure. Wait. Can you find out? Can you just do a quick Google search? is London at war, and they're using horseback riders to fight it? That's a good question.
Starting point is 02:05:01 No. So far, no. So far no. So far no. Nothing on that. Yeah. We do have some injuries. We do have, they're calling it chaos.
Starting point is 02:05:12 Commuters are trying to calm the distressed horse. And this one I like to terrify. I just want to remind you, you're not in a dream. You're not having a dream. Okay, this is your life. This is happening. every day now, every day. Everything's fine.
Starting point is 02:05:30 How do your neighbors? How do your neighbors sit down, you know, and just, you know, have dinner with each other, talk about whatever happened today, and not have somebody in the family go, this isn't normal, right? Yeah, I will say, too, looking at the horses, one of them's black. You can barely see the blood. The other one is white. So it looks like the horse ran over the Kool-Aid man.
Starting point is 02:05:52 Like it looks like it just- Like a lot of blood? covered the whole front of it. Covered in blood. He came through the walls and said, Oh, yeah. And they got run over. Here's the thing.
Starting point is 02:06:03 You have to bring that story tomorrow. With all of the facts. Okay. I want all of the details. And then I'll tell you if it's a horse of life. Okay. Okay. Fair enough.
Starting point is 02:06:13 Program.
