So we, we know this. No one is above the law. And we all say it. And supposedly we all mean it. But do we? When, they accused Donald Trump of an imperfect phone call, I wanted to know the truth. I wanted to know exactly what was happening. When they said that he was an agent of Russia, I didn't believe it, but I went to my staff and I said, I want you to take this as yes, it's very possible. Find the proof or find the evidence that it's a lie. But find the truth. But find the truth. because no one is above the law. Well, we found out that it was, to quote Donald Trump, a perfect phone call.

There was nothing wrong. There was nothing there. There was no collusion with Russia. It was all a hoax. And in the last few years, we've been showing you this. And half the country still believed. the lie. Why? Because they actually believe, and I fear some of us do as well, as long as it's on our side, we can skate. I don't believe that. The Democrats, some Democrats are now saying that,

you know, if Joe Biden wanted to save his reputation, he should have also pardoned Donald Trump at the same time. But I don't think they fit in the same category. And we'll get into that later, but I just want to start with comparing something here. One man has done all kinds of things, has taken millions of dollars from foreign countries to influence the vice president and the president of the United States. And these countries are hostile towards us. He has helped by taking money, he has helped child. buy companies here in America that can make specific things for weapons that it's against the law to be able to sell that technology. But somehow or another, he got it done.

Those are pretty important laws. Now, there's another important law. Murder. Okay? Manslaughter. Killing someone else. That is huge. if you kill somebody, you should go to jail.

But to tales matter. Okay. Okay, so he didn't pay his taxes because he was money laundering. All right. That's bad. But what makes it a crime that you must pay attention to is he was laundering that money from a country that was hostile to. us, an enemy of the state. That, my friend, is treason.

If you're on a train, let's say a subway, and you are threatening to kill everybody and you kill somebody, that's murder. However, if you're on a train and somebody comes in and is threatening to kill everybody on the train, says they don't care if they die or go to prison, and everyone on that train says, I live in New York. I know crazy people, okay? And I've seen these kinds of scenes before on the subway. Believe me, they're not that uncommon. However, this was unlike anything else.

endangerment He's on videotape talking to the cop saying he didn't know he was dead. I didn't mean to hurt him. I hope he's okay. I was just trying to protect everybody else. Everybody else on the train says, thank God for this guy. But he's going through a trial now and could go to prison for protecting people,

for doing the right thing, for standing up to protect others. Is there anything more noble? than someone willing to risk their life to save others? Is there anything more noble? Is there anything that we should, as a society, say, yeah, let's look at all the details, but this one is pretty easy because everything's on camera. First of all, one thing you should learn is,

don't ever talk to the cops. The cops absolutely set him up. In that interview, they knew he was dead. And they're talking to him and saying things like, correct me if I'm wrong, Stu, you know, we were Marines too. We understand. Oh, yeah. And it would seem like they were understanding and just trying to get the facts of it and set him up to confess to something that he didn't do. The whole thing was a disaster. Okay. So why, why are these two stories so important today?

The justice that is handed down in a courtroom sometimes is flawed. because we're man. Even if it's 12 in a jury, we could get it wrong. It's why we have in our society something that I think is really important when in doubt, if there's a shadow of a doubt, you can't convict them. We would rather let one guilty guy or 12 guilty guys go free than one person. Go to jail unjustly. I just want you to think for a second,

how many people are in jail today in America that should not be in jail? How many people are in jail because they were praying outside of an abortion clinic? That they were a grandmother that was walking through the Capitol. They weren't breaking windows. They weren't doing anything. They were, quote, parading. Never before in my lifetime that I can remember, this injustice happened to blacks for you know 150 years 200 years in my lifetime i don't remember

the civil rights movement i was too young and i grew up in seattle and you know everybody was white and there was like hey everything's great right justice isn't about what just happens in the courtroom this is the principle that underpins every every society the survival of civilization relies on justice. If justice is not upheld, society commits suicide. If it is upheld, it thrives. This is the thing about America. This is why people came here.

Not because we were the most just, but because we tried to be just. our declaration of independence, our constitution, it was all about to make a more perfect nation, not a perfect nation, a more perfect nation, that we have these ideas that we hold as self-evident. Everybody believes them because we know it's true. Everybody's created equal, not equal outcomes, but you come into the world with every opportunity that a king or a prince or a pauper has, you decide through your actions what you're going to do. Are you going to be a villain?

Or are you going to try to be noble? When your back is up against the wall, are you somebody that takes money from China? Because you can? Or are you somebody that is sitting on a train seeing somebody and saying this guy is crazy I got to do something I'm trained to do something I'm not I'm not I got help you if you're on the train and I'm the guy you're looking for because I don't know what to do let's trip him hey let's give him a wedgy I I remember getting those in third grade

I don't know what to do when justice is corrupted when the rich and the powerful are allowed to escape accountability and the average person is crushed under the weight of every single minor infraction you know that's true today look at look at mr. penny he's being he's being held to the highest of standards and it's clear to everyone this guy was trying to do the right thing if you didn't pay your taxes do you you think you would have gotten a pardon? If you even thought about meeting with the heads of the Communist Party and then got a deal that no one on earth has ever received from the Chinese, do you think the FBI would be at your door? Of course they would. And when the average person

is under that weight, when the average person feels that, They've got to answer for absolutely everything. And the law just gets bigger and bigger. And so just show me the person I'll show you the crime. You become the Soviet Union. You become a state where the people begin to feel like prisoners. And the entire foundation of even the greatest society ever begins to crack. Let me pick it up there in 60s.

Ten seconds. Station ID. Okay, so justice. Justice is what keeps us believing that we live in a system worth defending. Has anybody watched anything about the Tuskegee Airmen even? Do you know that African American Corps in World War II were more effective than almost any other group of soldiers? Why?

They had no reason to believe that this was a just society. No, no, no. They knew it wasn't just, but they believed in the principle that someday we will live up to those standards. And that was worth defending. You know why people aren't joining the military right now? Because we're not sure this is worth defending.

Why? Justice, the trust of justice has been broken. We have to live in a society. If we want to have a society, live in a society that no matter our station in life, we know we're protected by the same laws, we have the same rights, the same basic principles. But what happens when that's shattered? When we see those with wealth or influence walking free after committing unbelievably blatant crimes,

well, you are held accountable for every jot and tittle. People lose faith and not just in the system, but in the, the idea of the country itself. This is why we're in so much trouble. This is foundational. You look at history. Why did the French Revolution happen? Because all the fat cats were living lavishly while the common people starved and were

paying for all of the fat cat parties with taxes with money they didn't have. Why did Americans take to the streets after 2008 the financial crisis? It wasn't just Occupy Wall Street. That kicked off the Tea Party. That changed America. Why? Because Wall Street bankers got bonuses while we lost our homes. These things are not events.

What's happening to us, these are warnings when justice is. applied unequally. Resentment festers. Society fractures. People stop believing the system can ever work for them. How many of us know people that say, ah, it's not going to. Oh, they'll get away with it.

I don't know. Systems against me. My kids won't have it better than me. Why is that? Because we no longer believe. It has nothing to do with money. Honestly, it has everything to do with the belief that everyone has the same opportunities.

And while some of that is true, most of that that convinces us we don't is a lie. Truth and true justice, it's about accountability and fairness. It's not about punishing the rich because they're rich, hating the rich because they're rich, or the poor because they're poor. It's about making sure the rules apply to every, equally, the rich, the poor, the black, the white. That is the American dream. And if the powerful can skirt the law, what incentive do you have to follow the law? If the powerless are crushed under the weight of unjust laws, how do you trust the system? And I want to talk to you a little bit here about justice. right now we are we're living in a world and hopefully Donald Trump is going to be correcting some of these real errors of our ways we are a world that has gone truly insane and our neighbors up in Canada are just as insane if not more so they're farther down the road a good friend of the program a good friend of mine is Ezra Levant he is rebel news, which is kind of like the blaze up in Canada. He is Jewish, and he has just been arrested. He was arrested. In fact, I want to play the video of him being arrested. He is only standing, as a journalist, filming in his own Jewish neighborhood, a Palestinian protest, if I can call it that.

I want you to listen to what happens the exchange between him and the police. Listen. I allowed you to take this video. I allowed you to take that video. So you're refusing to leave? I'm refusing to leave. Why? Because I'm a Jew. I'm a citizen and I'm your boss. And I don't leave because you say Jews are on the street. Well, you know what? In the interest of keeping peace here in public safety, you're under arrest from reaching the peace. I'm good. Take this. This is his neighborhood. He's not an outsider. This is a outsider. This is a person. This is. This is his Jewish neighborhood. I'm being arrested because I'm standing on the sidewalk in my city.

I'm a Jew who lives in this neighborhood. And I'm being arrested because the police say that's the path of least resistance. Zionist! Amazing. Ezra is with us now. Ezra. This is crazy. This is absolutely crazy.

What's going on? Glenn, I've never been arrested before. They handcuffed me and they took me to jail for a few hours. And they said that I had incited a breach of the peace. Now, I wasn't doing anything unlawful. I was actually just debating with those cops because I wanted to film. You called it a pro-Palestinian rally. It sort of was, but I think it was more than that.

It was pro-Hamas. They had set up this really macabre display of, they were reenacting the final moments of Yaya Sinwar, the now deceased head of Hamas where he was sitting in a chair covered with blood or whatever. So these Palestinian activists came into the heart of a Jewish residential community. So they weren't protesting outside an embassy or a political target. They were just in the middle of a bunch of apartments in a very Jewish neighborhood. So they were targeting Jews as Jews, Canadian Jews, nothing to do with the war overseas.

They were putting on this sort of reenactment of their hero, the head of Hamas, And I thought this was so astonishing. I just wanted to film it. I wasn't even interacting with them. I just was quietly filming him. And you saw heard the jeering. They were saying Jews, Zionists, whatever. And so the top cop said to me that by being there, I was inciting a breach of the piece.

I myself obviously was not breaching the piece. But these pro-hamas thugs were. And they essentially vetoed me being on my own sidewalk. This is a public property. I'm not, I wasn't in some, you know, know, private place to be trespassed or something. And the cops arrested me, the path of least resistance, which I mentioned when it happened, because there was about 20 of them, and there was one of me, and instead of upholding the law, they said, well, just take Ezra out, because we know he's not

going to riot, he's not going to get violent, take out the quiet Jew and let the noisy Hamas ones continue. That's just crazy. And you know what? I don't regret being arrested, because I, there's no way I was going to leave because they were saying, you know, you were committing the sin of being Jewish on the sidewalk. I'm sorry, I'm not going to leave just because you say Jews can't be here. And you heard them say that as I was arrested. Is there a chance you go to jail for this, that this is upheld in Canadian court now? Well, I did go to jail for a few hours. Then they released me without charge. Now, I was so upset with this precedent that that was about nine.

days ago that that happened. So two days ago, these same Hamas protesters came back to that same Jewish neighborhood. And I, Glenn, I said this can't stand. So I sent an email out to our viewers, and I said, come stand with me, we'll be peaceful, we won't engage with the Hamas ones, we'll just stand on the public sidewalk, and, you know, just assert our rights, we'll take back our streets. And I said, be aware that we may be arrested, but if that's where we are, we need to know. So, a hundred people came out two days ago, 100 people. And the police saw my email. So they put out a tweet the night before, staying that they reserved the right to arrest people. So they were trying to scare my people off. But I showed up on Sunday morning and 100 people were there. And I

led them across the street and we stood there and I think the police sized us up and thought there's a hundred of them we really can't arrest a hundred of them it was no longer the path of least resistance so we took back the streets and and it was a victory and I think we undid that terrible precedent that was set you can't arrest a peaceful person because someone else is threatening them they're doing it they're doing it in England too though doing the same thing in England. Well, you know, I'm interested in the UK. One of our former employees, Tommy Robinson, is in prison right now for publishing a documentary

on X. And I always say, I go to the UK because it's a dystopian time machine to see what Canada will be like in five years. Maybe we're further down the road than that. So, Glenn, I would say to you and your American viewers, hold on to your rights. And if you want a picture of what America would look like, if you lose your rights, look at us. And that's why I was so relieved when Donald Trump won, because I think he's going to turn back some of these successes. I think so, too. Let me ask you, Trudeau said that if Benjamin Netanyahu

steps foot in Canada, he'll have him arrested. Yeah. Justin Trudeau has sided not just with Palestinians, because I can understand making the case for innocent civilians and being harmed as collateral damage in a war, and you can be compassionate for Palestinians. You can do that, but Trudeau has gone much further. He has been so supportive of Hamas. I don't know if you know this, Glenn. They literally made an English language video thanking Canada. He has absolutely turned against Israel at the United Nations.

He routinely condemns. He republishes misinformation and hoaxes about Israel that Hamas circulates and when it's disproven he doesn't correct. He's whipped up what I call an anti-Semitic crime wave.

For the last year, not just hate crimes because sometimes, well, is a hate crime, just a thought crime or a word crime? I'm talking about crime crimes. Molotov cocktails being thrown at synagogues. A Jewish girls' school in my town shot up with good guns.

twice. Constant vandalism, constant uttering death threats, trespass, mischief, vandalism. And I'm pretty much a libertarian on free speech. I don't like it when people say any Semitic things, but I understand that that's part of freedom. But first of all, not for foreign nationals. If you're a guest in our country, if you don't have tenure here as a citizen, get out. Trudeau, instead of deporting these thugs, he's bringing in thousands of, quote, refugees from Gaza. And I would say to America, be careful because Trudeau is bringing in hundreds of thousands of people into Canada who share these outrageous beliefs. And we have a porous border with you. So don't think that they, some of them are trying to get into the U.S. That's why Trump is trying

to strengthen the border with Canada. And I hope it takes effect. I hope that it gets more serious. I will tell you this, you know, there are a lot of Canadians that are saying, this, tariff that Donald Trump is talking about with Canada will kill us and hurt America as well. If Trudeau does not abide with the border restrictions, if he doesn't fall in line with our laws, Donald Trump's not bluffing. He does not mind tariffs. And he is going to, I mean, he will crush any country that is, is, is, is doing damage to the United States. He means it. I believe that Trump means it, but I also believe he doesn't want to put the tariffs on.

He just is trying to get Trudeau's attention. Yes, it's the way he negotiates, but he doesn't. The one thing you have to understand, unlike most politicians, Donald Trump never threatens. He makes promises. You do this and I'll do that. You do this and I'll do that. and he means it. It's worth re-reading the art of the deal,

where he explains how he negotiates and how he reframes things and takes dramatic positions. It really is a decoder for a lot of his political talk, but what is he demanding from Canada? Nothing that we ourselves shouldn't demand from our own government.

He's demanding two things from Canada. Stop the drugs coming over the border, especially China made fentanyl that is trafficked through Canada into the states. And number two, stop the illegal immigration We should want both of those things on our own basis. And the fact that it takes our big brother in America to smarten us up is sort of embarrassing. We should have done those things on our own.

And I think that Trudeau suddenly has a decision to make. Does he want to just, you know, play to the cameras and have woke press statements? Or is he going to be a grown-up now and get serious and be productive and have a working relationship with our best friends and allies? And I don't know. I mean, Trudeau, he's so low in the polls, he may try to, Glenn, turn this into an election issue. I'm going to stand up to Trump. And the conservative candidate is a Trump puppet. And he might try and actually run in his next Canadian election, not against the Canadian Conservative Party, but like a shadow boxing campaign against Trump. I wouldn't put it past him. He hates Trump, the feelings mutual. Both men have disparaged each other in the past. I just look forward to the day when we get past the Trudeau era because he's made our country a darker place. I want to take a step back from the politics and the actual news of the day and show you how all of the news of the day is affecting us and what we're supposed to do with it.

It's one thing to listen to a show and go, oh, he just named this person. Oh, this person's going to have a trouble, you know, getting confirmed, all of that stuff. we have to start asking ourselves deeper questions than just questions about politics. Let's start here. What the hell is wrong with us? What is happening? What is wrong with us? We live at a time where no person in the history of the world has ever had it as good as we have it right now. Right now, with all the problems that we have.

No one has lived at a time and lived a better, easier life than we do right now. And we're all bitching and complaining. We're depressed. So many of us are on pharmaceuticals, better living through pharmaceuticals. So many of us are taking antidepressants. Why are we so depressed? why are our kids killing themselves in record numbers? I would like to suggest it's because our society is based almost entirely now on lies.

It's based on what we want to be true, not what is true. And the biggest lie is me. Now, I can say this because if I'm known for anything, it's my humility. And I know they're fashioning an award for humility. And I expect to receive it any day now. But let me talk to you a little bit about humility. It ain't about me. It's not about you.

The biggest lie we buy into. And every device we have feeds into it. Me, me, me, me, me, me. Who was it? Was it Narcissus, the Greek hunter that was so beautiful? He sat by the river and just looked at his image like, man, look at me, I am so hot. The story goes that he fell in love with his image. And if somebody tried to take him away from his image, he would beat his chest black and blue. He had to look at himself and his reflection because he just found himself so beautiful. Let me ask you, have you ever tried to take your phone away from somebody, take their phone away, your kids? Would they not, in some way or another, beat themselves black and blue to get it back?

Narcissism. We are the Greek hunter. That story is known for a reason. it's bad. It destroys people. Good people. Destroys them. Think about how we are gazing at our own image with selfies. How we are scrolling and seeing a distorted look at everybody else's life. We're doing worse than beating ourselves black and blue. If we're denied that device, people go crazy. Try it, try it.

Just say, hey, honey, I'm going to take your phone away for a while. My wife comes to me, honey, I got to take your device away. You lose your mind. This is happening for a few reasons. First of all, the companies that make these things have made them addictive. They make them. knowing that the programming they put into it becomes addictive. So I'm sorry, gang.

We all need a 12-step program because we are all addicted to that device. You don't believe me. Leave it at home today. See how you feel in a couple of hours. You'll be jonesing. Most of us, there's a saying that I always hated. because I always heard it around Christmas time. It is better to give than receive.

Oh, no, it's not. No, it's not. I like lots of presents under the tree. It feels really, really good. I went out and got you something. You open it. And I'm like, hey, you like it? Great.

Where's my stuff? That's what I used to think as a kid. You know, it's better to serve people than to be served. No, it's not. I really like just sitting at the table and have somebody come and say, would you like more of this? Yes, please.

That doesn't make any sense. Logically, it makes no sense. Sounds noble and stuff. Yes. Yes, it is better to give than receive. But inside, you're like, no, it's not. Receiving should bring more joy, right? When you receive, you gain something.

You get a gift. You get a favor. You get a reward. You get a little bing on your phone and you're like, yeah. Yet the opposite is true and we know it. Giving whether it's time, resources, compassion brings deep and abiding sense of fulfillment. You can't find that kind of joy. And I know it because I go to a church where we have to serve each other and we have to look out for our brother and sister and we're like, oh, I got to do what?

I got to go where? I got to help who move? That's not going to bring me joy. Somebody actually on Saturday, no Sunday night said, Hey, Glenn, we got to get together. You want to clean the church with me on Saturday? Now, when we say clean the church,

we don't have any paid staff. He means clean the toilets. We can get together. We can talk and, you know, we can clean the church. And I'm like, oh, yeah, I love cleaning those toilets on Saturday. But I actually do. It's weird. You feel better.

So how is that working? This is a paradox, a fundamental truth of human experience. The answer is not in religion. It's not in philosophy, spirituality. It's in biology. It's the psychology of what it means to be a human. I'm talking about this, Because, well, I'll tell you in a minute.

But it's important. Let me start with the science real quick. Neuroscientists have discovered that if you give, it activates the brain's pleasure centers in remarkably similar ways to the effects of really good food, hard drugs, sex. Now, I've never given to the point to where I'm like, I need a cigarette after that one. but I'd like to. In one study, participants who gave money to charity experienced the activation in the same area of the brain that lights up when you eat chocolate. And I know how I feel when I eat chocolate. Somehow or another, God gave us this amazing gift to make us feel good.

It taps into the biological system that governs happiness and reward. You know, we're not the most charitable nation in the world anymore. Did you know that? I think we just slipped into number two. I don't know who beats us. Hope to God, it's not Canada. But we were a happy nation for a couple of reasons. See, this isn't just about brain chemistry.

Giving also has tend to. effects on our physical health. Did you know that? Researchers, the University of California, Berkeley, they found that people who regularly volunteer actually have lower blood pressure, reduce stress levels, and effects, deep effects on their physical health. It gives them a longer lifespan. That's incredible.

Another study from Carnegie Mellon University showed adults, over 50 who volunteered at least 200 hours a year were 40% less to develop any kind of hypertension. 40%. It's like a heart healthy thing. Forget the Cheerios, man. It helps your heart both figuratively and biologically. And then there's the mental health.

All kinds of studies have found that acts of kindness, generosity, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. One striking study found that people who performed five acts of kindness in a single day reported significantly greater levels of happiness than those who didn't. Five. Could just be opening the door for somebody, writing a note, donating to a cause you care about, just calling somebody, just asking somebody, hey, how's your day? And actually meaning it. Just doing five things like that dramatically changes your happiness.

Let me take you back, a ways back in history when we were all like, mm, me hungry, eat dog, you know, last week in the Biden administration, take us back to our basic beginnings of civilization, okay? Something's going to kill you. It depended our survival depended on cooperation, sharing, mutual aid. Farming was the biggest thing once we realized, wait, you could do that and I can do this, and then we can both have a meal. This is great. Those who helped their neighbors or shared their resources were more likely to thrive as a part of a community than those who were just hoarding everything for themselves. So over time, this instinct for generosity was hard.

wired into our DNA. I personally think it was there as part of the design from the beginning, but let's just, let's just tell you what medical science tells us now. By the way, keep six feet apart. It's very important. Psychologists called, called this the helpers high. It's a phenomenon that, um, where acts of altruism release the endorphins, which are the the body's natural painkillers.

It's a built-in reward system that ensures that we continue to prioritize community and connection. Why are we depressed? We are not connected to one another anymore. We're connected to the river we're gazing in. We're connected to our devices. We're not prioritizing community. We're prioritizing me, me, me, me, me. Why do you think we're so divided?

There are forces that are dividing us, and then we're doing it ourselves. And that ancient instinct remains. It is calling to us, and we don't know what it is, and so we're killing ourselves. It's all about giving. It's all about gratitude. If giving brings joy, gratitude, multiplies it. By the way, today is giving Tuesday.

And I don't care if you have any money at all. Hold the door open for somebody. Pass it forward. Go to Chick-fil-A and pay for the people behind you. It's a ripple effect. And it all stems from gratitude. That's another thing we no longer have. Our society is telling us not to be grateful.

because you have nothing to be grateful for. Everybody's against you. You'll never make it. The system is unjust. So you have no gratitude. Without gratitude, you don't want to give. You want a hoard.

You want to protect. Do you see what's happening to us? This is why this is so evil. But when we pause just for a second and recognize what we have, this is the most powerful tool against negativity. If you regularly practice gratitude, better sleep, increased optimism,

stronger relationships, in fact, there was a study done where this doctor said, write down every day three things that you're grateful for. 25% increase in happiness in 10 weeks. And it doesn't just make you feel better. It makes you actually more generous because you're seeing what you have, what others don't, and you want to share it. Just recognizing the things you might be very poor right now.

You might have had the worst year of your life. I've been there, brother. But if you can find three things every day, write them down. because it's a cycle giving fosters gratitude. Gratitude fuels giving. And it just compounds on itself. It's a feedback loop of positivity. It gets us away from staring at our own image in the modern day river. Have a lot to talk about on politics, but I want to go to something more basic this hour. Because without fixing the basics, Donald Trump is not going to be able to fix everything else. Doesn't matter. We'll just find ourselves in the same situation. I was talking about giving Tuesday, which is today. And Sarah, our board operatives, operator said, you know, since we went in the break, she said, you know, my biggest problem of giving is I don't know who to trust. And that's one reason why I make the promise to you that every single dollar goes downline.

A good friend of mine said he was the president of Goldman Sachs. Oh, yeah, he was evil. No, he's not. Because you want to give with your heart, but you also have to use your head.

The other thing is because we're gazing into that Greek river, like narcissists that we are, looking at our iPads or our phones all the time, gazing at our image or distorted images of what's going on. We're goldfish. We think about something and then we just move right on. We think about it for just a few seconds and then we move on. Gratitude and giving, it has to become part of our lives. Just being grateful will change your life. The last thing is, I don't have the money. And that's, True. For a lot of people, I don't have the money. I'm barely making it. You know the greatest donation I've ever received? 10 cents. Literally 10 pennies. Or was it 8 pennies? I have it framed in my office. It's all this person could give. I replaced the 8 pennies, so it. But I wanted the 8 pennies he sent,

and he said, this is all I have. This is the greatest gift I've ever received monetarily. But let me show you something else. This is the time of year. Why is Christmas so different? What is it we love about Christmas? Christmas is not the way it used to be when I was a kid because it's even more commercial. It's more about Santa, less about God.

You know, we change at Christmas. We're nicer to each other. We have to find that again. But you can only find that if you know who you are and who the other person you're encountering is. We are literally brothers and sisters. I don't care what you speak, what religion you have, what color you are. We are literally brothers and sisters. And the problem is it's not that we don't find worth in other people.

Too many of us don't find worth within ourself. I want to give you a gift. and I don't know who this is for but this is the way giving works you just say what is on your mind and it finds its way to the person that needs it somehow or another that's the way it works I've dealt with suicide in my own life

for me I've had two children three children go to the hospital for suicidal thoughts I've had my brother commit suicide my mom committed suicide.

I know it. Suicide and insanity runs through my family like a pack of wild elephants. When I was a kid who used to listen to the Andy Williams Christmas album. It was the green Christmas album, if you remember it.

And it had a song on it. And my mother used to, every time it would come on, she would come up to me and she would hold me, she'd hug me, and she'd sing it to me. and she'd kiss the top of my head and she'd say, you're my, you're my little altar boy. And at the time I was an altar boy.

It must have been, I don't know. I mean, she did it ever since I could remember, so I don't remember her not doing this. And I was an altar boy, so I thought, oh, yeah, I'm a little altar boy. And it wasn't until I was 30 that I really listened to the words of this song and understood what she was saying. My mother committed suicide when I was, I know, 14, 15 years old. And I had just started waking up to she's deeply struggling with things of her past. She's trying to change. She can't change.

She was addicted to drugs, prescription medication. And when I listened to the words of this song, and then I remembered her singing this, to me and saying that I was her little altar boy, I connected. I understood. What she was saying was, I'm no longer worthy. I've made too many mistakes. I've promised God too many times that I was going to change and I can't change and I need you to intercede. Please go beg him to help me. She missed the point that so many people do. They let all their mistakes or whatever get in the way, and they believe the lies of society that they're not worthy.

My daughter recorded this song, and she captured it perfectly for my mother. Listen. If I could go back to my eight-year-old self, let me tell you what I wish I would have understood at the time and would have said to my mom, and I say to you, there isn't a mistake that destroys your worthiness. What's happening over in the Middle East and with Russia, we'll talk about that in 60 seconds. All right, let me just give you a summary of some of the things that are happening while we're not paying attention. Syria is kind of on fire. And you're like, oh, Syria. Listen to what's happening. Aleppo has just fallen to.

the rebels. Rebels, not the good guys. Okay, kind of like if it were Star Wars, they're not the rebels that are in the ice caves going, we want freedom. Okay, bad guys. Also, the government, not the good guys either. Oh, yeah, no, no, there's no, don't get me wrong.

There's no good guys. Okay, good guys involved in this at all. In fact, maybe even in the next point, the U.S. has just launched attacks in Syria. So I'm not sure we're the good guys in this either. at this point. Zelenzky is now ready to end the war, but it seems as though, even though he wants to end the war, and Russia wants to end the war, our president doesn't want to end the war. I wonder why. In Georgia now, rebels are picking up and there's unrest against Russia. Remember, Georgia was free.

Russia came in, took it, and they've been fighting back and forth, and now the rebels are starting to cause trouble for Russia. Again, so more instability. Then we have Turkey, who is a NATO ally, but aligned with all the bad guys, including Russia, except they just stabbed Russia in the back. I don't know what's going on there. The Assad regime, remember, the reason why we have all these dictators over there, it's our fault. Not our fault. It's the Western. You know, it's NATO and everything else after World War II. We decided, hey, you know what?

Let's just create these countries over there. We'll call this one Syria. Okay. But what we did is we carved it up in such a way where there had to be dictators because there were all these groups. You know, it'd be like, I don't know, making Oklahoma and, California one state, it wouldn't go well, okay? And it would take probably a strong man to keep the peace there.

And so we just carved that up and was like, yeah, but now we got a strong man and he'll keep the peace and we can work with them. Okay, so that's why all of this is happening. And it's all falling apart. So the Assad regime is now facing the possibility of complete collapse, which will put Syria into play. There is fear now of chemical weapons present at a site inside of Aleppo, which just fell into the hands of the Sunni jihadist linked to al-Qaeda, which that's great.

Israel's cabinet just had an emergency meeting over the weekend. Iran can see the central part of their ring of fire strategy starting to collapse in Syria, which is good news. one of the most amazing things that is happening over in Syria is the Assad regime just handed over, I think, three regions or three cities in the southeast part of Aleppo to Kurdish rebels. Now, they're not good, but they're better than the really bad guys who they were fighting. So instead of having the really bad guys take those regions, he said, hey, I'll go. give them to you, and they took them. So it's all falling apart over in the Middle East,

which is always, it's always good, you know, especially if you read the last part of the Bible, it's always a picker, you know, pick me up. You know, it's like, hey, you got to pick me up, or that I can just, you know, just browse. This is extraordinarily dramatic news. we are witnessing now the disintegration of Syria. And Syria is the fault line where the interest of Turkey, Russia, and Iran, and the West all collide. It's kind of like this. The buffer zone are all kind of like, hey, let's keep this. Let's just keep this here because it'll be really bad if it falls apart.

Now, from what I have read, this is the spin. I think this is from the State Department. Well, the Trump incoming Trump administration is going to have to decide, are we going to take the lead in shaping the future of Syria? No. I don't know if, why is it the people in the State Department don't get this? Every time we're like, you know what? We should get involved.

I'm kind of okay with that, really, honestly. I don't want to go to war. I'm tired of these never-ending wars. I say, here, let me. It was a quote, who was it that said, you know, friend to all? Oh, it was George Washington. That's who it was. We should try that again because it seemed to work out.

And I think we might be in biblical times right now. So what do you say? Now, Trump, God bless him, man, I love this guy. I have said for so long, this is what I want in a president. I've, I've dreamt about this kind of president forever. One, one that will look, and he's actually said this. I heard him say it. I mean, I wanted to go up and hug him. He's not really a hugable kind of. You know, there's like, yeah, I mean, I gave me a bear hug. But I wanted to go up and hug him because he actually said, I heard it. You know, I'm in the real estate business, and I think real estate prices might collapse in the Washington, D.C. area when I become president. I was like, yes, yes, all of those empty homes, all of them, because there's no jobs for people around Washington.

Amen, brother. The second thing I wanted was a president that has a twitchy eye, you know? That cowboy that's like, I wouldn't mess with him. He just might do it. He says crazy stuff. Like, you know what? I'm going to string everybody up and hang him from clothes lines from the tower of the church. And you're like, uh, he might do that.

But the good guys know, uh, he. He's bluffing. Okay. Bad guys are like, I think he's going to do it. That's what Trump is. He doesn't, he says crazy things, but he also makes promises. You know, he's not like, this is a red line. We're not going to cross this red line.

You cross this red line. You know, well, I'm going to send you a really strongly worded letter. President Link Trump just said, if the hostages are not released. I'm quoting, by the day I take office, January 20, 2025, the consequences will be unprecedented in the Middle East, and those responsible for the kidnapping will be beaten more than anyone else in the history of the United States. Oh, okay. I think he means it. If I'm sitting around at the Hamas table, hey, Habib, What should we talk about?

I would think annihilation might be one of those things, you know? Just saying? What else? Here's one. Bill moves from the committee separate gender courses to be allowed. Contrary to the decision of the High Court and Justice, and contrary to the position of the ombudsman. I've always wanted to have that on my car.

I'm an ombudsman. what do you do for a living? I have no idea. I have absolutely no idea. I'm an ombudsman. Anyway, they moved a bill that will permit academic institutions to separate women from men, even in advanced degrees and not only in undergraduate studies, but also permits the exclusion of female lecturers from study tracks for men.

Now, I don't know. I don't know. I mean, living in the Middle East sounds like a great deal. But I don't think if you care about women, you know, just like Donald Trump wants to bomb those people. So that's kind of in a nutshell. One of the things that is happening over the Middle East, oh, by the way, Just want to put this out on the table. I know nothing. I am an alcoholic recovering, but you could talk me into a drink around the holiday time.

Anyway, I'm an alcoholic, former DJ. Okay, I'm not even a DJ anymore. Okay, I'm a former D. I couldn't even do that job now. That's how low on the ladder I am. But let me just say, I think our president wants war. not the next one and maybe not even the one

who claims to be president because I don't know who the president is Kamala where did she go she's like is she on the moon she's like you know what I think I'm going to vacation in a crater on the moon I haven't seen hide nor hair of Kamala Harris

no idea where she is which is always very comforting when you have a president who is like and keeps giving billions of dollars away and weapons to a country that is threatening a nuclear power that keeps saying to us, don't keep doing that. And I just, I don't know, I think maybe we should pay attention to that.

I think this president and I think maybe the State Department and maybe the Pentagon and the military industrial complex might want war. So we should keep an eye on that. Now, here's another thing that affects you if you work for a corporation that is incorporated in Delaware. Now, I have always said, if there is one place I want to visit or live, it is in the beautiful state of Delaware. The things I could tell you or not tell you about Delaware are just endless, you know, that's about all I know about Delaware. So I do know that a lot of corporations are, you know, incorporated in Delaware.

Why? I don't know. Smart people say that's where you should do it. And so I just follow the crowd. The corporate law is supposedly really positive. Oh, blah, blah, blah. Thank you, Einstein for showing up. So.

I mean, after your discerative. on the wonders of Delaware and all your deep knowledge. I can understand. Right. Right. I mean, I run three companies, mainly into the ground, but I run them. Just like Elon Musk. You're basically Elon Musk.

Exactly. Except I just may be shot into space by someone else, maybe even my own employees. They maybe just be like, put them in a freaking capsule and shoot them to the sun. It's been on the vision board. Anyway, so today, a Delaware judge just overruled a super majority of shareholders who own Tesla. Now, who owns Tesla? The shareholders. Shareholders do.

Who makes the decisions in a corporation like that? The shareholders too. The shareholders. When Elon Musk came to them and said, hey, you know what? I'm going to change the world. And I'm going to do stuff that nobody's ever done. and there we went, ha,

ha, he'll never be able to do that. And he says, but if I do that, I want lots of money. And they were like, don't worry about it.

We won't have to pay it. They voted for it. And then they voted for it a second time. After. They voted for it after he received it. Because the first time it was such a long shot, you could almost understand them approving it. Right.

And then he got to all those metrics. Got the giant bonus. They approved it again. Yeah. They went back to him and they was like, well, you know what he did it. And we all strangely are richer now as well. That's weird how that works.

It is. As a shareholder, as he gets richer, you get richer. It's kind of crazy. Never understood that about what's that word? Capitalism. So the Delaware judge just, said, nah, they're wrong. They can't do that. Now, I'd like to take a minute here to pause, and then let's discuss that in 60 seconds. New study out of Denmark shows a year after an abortion,

a woman's likelihood of undergoing first-time psychiatric treatment goes up by 50%. Now, what could cause that. They have an 80% higher chance of ending up with personality and behavioral disorders. I wonder why. Why? Why? We say we care about the babies and we do. We have to care about the mothers. They don't care about women. The other side, they care about women? Really? we live in a fascistic state where the state tells you how to run your company and can overrule the shareholders if this rule is not overturned it means that judges and the plaintiff's lawyers run any company

that is incorporated in Delaware rather than the rightful owners, the shareholders. I think that's a bad precedent. I mean, I'm still going to spend a lot of time in Delaware. You're going to go to Rojobith Beach? Oh, that's the beach there that everybody talks about. It's the one that Biden's always falling asleep on.

Oh, my gosh. Yeah. Yeah. So. So, just, walk me through this for a moment. There's a lot of wealthy business owners that incorporate in Delaware. Very, very common practice for businesses.

Is that going to continue to be a common practice? Nope. I would say if I'm incorporating a business that I'm getting paid a lot of money and I'm running this business, I'm sprinting away from this state that thinks it runs my company for. I have three companies, all Delaware corporations. I'm starting a new company. I don't think I'm going to be doing Delaware if they don't overturn this. No.

No, I don't. Then I don't own the company. I don't make the decisions. My shareholders don't make the decisions. I don't think so. I don't know. Maybe I'm way out on a limb here. But I'm not sure I trust all the judges in some of the courts,

especially in places like Delaware. Sure, it's beautiful. beautiful, the trees and the buildings and all of the historic stuff that they've got to have in Delaware. Sure, sure, that's very tempting. But are you going to incorporate in Delaware? No freaking way, if this stands. I'll tell you that, you're not going to get a monologue like that at that level anyplace else. Oh, he's changing. South Korea, which is kind of a stable country, kind of an important country, kind of makes a lot of electronic stuff. The South Korean president has declared martial law. He says he's trying to stop the communist forces. However, Parliament, as I was reporting it just a few minutes ago, that he declared martial law. Parliament voted, what, 180 or 190 to zero to say no. So what happens now? Well, by law, the president has to overturn the martial law by South Korean law.

But I saw 20 minutes ago the military, South Korean military, in the parliament building. It looks like absolute pandemonium in South Korea right now. And the crazy thing is no one knows what's going on. I was looking up all my favorite sources on this. They were all like, we're flabbergasted, quote unquote. This came out of nowhere. This is completely unprecedented. And it is.

I mean, for a weird stage of what was going on before this. I'm sorry, I can't get past all of your sources. Who are you talking to, like, you know, Colonel John Stone. I am simply flabbergasted by what's going on. One of them was a UK, I think geopolitical, I think, said that. But to set the stage for this beforehand, it was very similar to American politics. I was like, if you didn't read the fact that it was South Korea, you would think, oh, this was two years ago in the United States. But multiple members of the opposition party were trying to remove certain judges.

They were prosecuting the president's main political ally or opposition. Wait a minute. That causes instability. They indicted him. I think something, one of them was just overturned a week ago. Does this sound familiar at all? Wow. I know, I was getting chills reading this, but then all of a sudden, out of nowhere in the middle of this political chaos, the president did what everyone thought Trump would have done back when he was in office towards the end.

He just said, screw it, martial law. I mean, that's the only thing that I can think of. The reason why he did this is purely political. And his reasoning for it was, oh, yeah, there's too many of these North Korean sympathizers. I'm just throwing them, I'm just putting the military in taking over. been, he's in a really bad political place, right? Like his approval rating is 17%. He's in trouble.

Yeah, he's so even his own side is not siding with him on this. Usually the guy who declares martial law and everyone in parliament votes against him probably is not doing well in the poll area. Yes, I would agree. You laid it out, though, great, Glenn, because it's one of the, what is it like, maybe like the number four or five economy in the world? Oh, yeah. It's insane.

No, no, we can't lose South Korea. 50,000 U.S. troops, multiple bases. This is kind of worrying. I'm expecting to look up on these TVs and see news at 11, swarms of locusts are now entered into every major capital city in the United States. Like, what's going on here? Yeah, yeah. Let me, if this goes seriously unstable,

what a perfect time for China to go, you know what, Taiwan, we're going to come over for a visit with a swarm. of drones. Or North Korea to say, let's cross the DMZ. That's probably the immediate worry. You know, I have to tell you what keeps coming to mind. We talked about it off air this morning, and we talked about it yesterday in our producing meeting.

If Donald Trump has said it once, he said it a thousand times. The number one concern he has is nuclear war. He's like, we are so close to nuclear war. you start it, it just doesn't stop. Look at I mean, North Korea, they have missiles and probably nuclear now, don't they

from Russia? Confirm, they do. Confirmed. Okay. I don't know if you know this, but the little guy with the lifts in his shoes, he's not a stable dude. No? No. No. No. Who would have thought? It was crazy as when I was looking

into this, or actually, I was looking into what was going on in Syria because I was looking at now the American back forces are pushing along now that the terrorists are pushing. Why? Why? Biden must have gave the order to said, okay, let's just see what we can get out of this. What are we looking for to get out of? I don't know to help maybe the terrorists that are gaining ground. I don't know what they're planning on getting out of this. What to hell? I mean, to every world leader right now, there's six weeks left. Give or take. Just hang on.

and I hope people do remember that but look at all the other chaos around the world do you think though that the average person they don't even know any of this stuff they don't even know it they're a boop-p-pah do Hey, let's get ready for Christmas. They have no idea. Baby's last Christmas could be, you know, mushroom class. I'm just saying, yes, I'm being a little hyperbolic here. But baby's last Christmas could be happening.

And nobody's talking about it. And the most amazing thing to me is the world is in this state. And no one knows who the president actually is. Nobody knows who's making these decisions. No one. It ain't him, gang. And if he is the one, I don't know. Is there anyone else concerned?

I don't know. He couldn't figure out how to eat his pudding yesterday at four. I'm very, very concerned about this and have been for a while. I mean, just the Ukraine situation. This is something that he keeps stepping over these red lines. Okay, all right, let me ask you this. Yes. Let me ask you this.

Hunter Biden, we've seen presidents, let's just cut through all the bull crap. We've seen presidents pardon friends and everything else. Totally. It happens all the time. All the time. Not even that concerned about it. The only thing that is different on the surface here is that it's his son. And he promised he wouldn't do it.

But, I mean, other presidents have done close friends and brothers. all knew he would do it. 100%. He lied? Of course he lied. He's been lying about everything forever. Yes, of course he lied. So I'm not surprised by any of that.

What surprises me is the statute of limitations is about five years on just about everything. Okay. Why this arbitrary 10-year period? I mean, the only thing goes really like 10 years, murder, trafficking, treason, okay? And it's to cover anything. This has never been done before, gang, ever. Anything he might have done. What the hell?

And it starts when he goes to Ukraine. I don't know. Me thinks something's wrong there. Glenn, it's not like Hunter Biden was appointed to the board of directors of Burisma in the year 24th. Oh. Oh, was it March? Oh, crap. He pardoned him starting in January and he took the gig in March.

Like, that would include, I'm sure, the negotiation period for this job? Like, how transparent could they be? And remember. Why not go back to his birth? Why not just give him the whole life? Going back to, you know, 1980, wherever he's born. I think people take this just as a talking point. They'll hear this and they'll go, yeah, that's weird.

No, no, no. There's something wrong here. Oh, my gosh. This is huge. And this enrages me. I was just looking at some of the House oversight or the Oversight on Weaponization committees. Excuse me just a second. His outrage is honestly what talk radio does best.

And this is why you listen because you want to be outraged. Go ahead. I will commence with the outrage. I was looking through their releases. They were showing a check made out to Joe Biden from his brother. It was a check for, I think, $40,000. If you look at the timeline that they lay out before that, those payouts start right after Hunter Biden sends that infamous text message saying,

I'm sitting here with my father, you will pay us. Not in direct quotes, but something along those lines. They pay them. Money starts going their crazy route through companies and all this stuff. And then, lo and behold, a few days later, Joe Biden gets a check for about 40 grand. This goes all the way back to Ukraine. But there's no evidence. I heard that today.

None. Today on a news broadcast. Oh, my God. Donald Trump said without evidence, that's so sick of this crap. I have to tell you, I've consumed so much evidence. I think I could crap evidence at this point. Listen, here's what we should be. thinking. Why is it the beginning of Ukraine? Why is no one following the money that we're sending over

in buckets, golden buckets? Every time I turn on the news, every time I see something. Biden, you know, you're like, ah, is he still alive? Did he have his pudding yet? He's like, I got another 400 million dollars for you. Where is he getting all this money? And where is it going? There is such deep corruption in this. And I think that's why they want a war. They have to destroy the evidence. They have to. Just pray for peace.

And he would be, oh, the greatest guy forever. See, he didn't hate his enemy. But, you know, the good thing is, they hate Donald Trump so much. Yeah. There's no way they could, there's
