The Glenn Beck Program - Will a Government Shutdown CRIPPLE the Deep State? | Guest: Jason Whitlock | 9/30/25
Episode Date: September 30, 2025It appears that the government is headed toward a shutdown, and the media is hard at work to spin the shutdown as the Republicans’ fault. Glenn and Stu explain why Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schum...er (D-N.Y.) needs a government shutdown. Glenn theorizes as to why Secretary of War Pete Hegseth called up all the top generals to Washington, D.C. Hegseth made it clear that wokeness is leaving the U.S. military, as everybody who enters the military will do so under the same metrics. Glenn gets personal about his faith and beliefs after seeing an offensive post on X. BlazeTV host of “Fearless” Jason Whitlock joins to discuss why he believes the NFL choosing Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny to headline the next Super Bowl halftime show is an attack on Christianity. According to Joy Reid, fascism is now just basic conservative principles like cutting back on government regulations and your family inheriting your wealth. Glenn’s chief researcher, Jason Buttrill, joins to break down Secretary of War Pete Hegseth’s meeting with top military officials. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

It's government shutdown day, everybody.
We're excited.
We'll tell you all about it coming up.
Just the second.
First, let me tell you about Jace Medical.
Jace Medical, you know, we don't think about antibiotics until we really need them.
And even then, we kind of just like we got to run to the store and get them.
If that moment comes and the pharmacy is closed, I mean, Stu just did this.
He was on vacation and he was up at 2 o'clock in the morning looking for an open pharmacy
so he could reduce the fever on one of his children.
And you're staring at locked doors, driving all.
all over, God only knows where. But if you have a Jace medical case, preparedness is not paranoia.
It's being prepared. So you don't have to get up in the middle of the night and go chase a pharmacy
or a doctor in some town that you, you know, you don't know about. You saw it coming. You were
ready for the worst time. Be prepared. I mean, the worst time to prepare is after. So prepare now
for the worst time with Jace medical. Go to jace.com. Prepare it with your

And thanks for standing with us.
Now let's get to work.
Hey, celebrate everybody.
Gold is almost $4,000.
And I mean, I love this headline.
The value of America's gold hoard is top $1 trillion for the first time.
Oh, that's great.
We didn't buy any more gold.
Okay.
We're not saving.
First of all, I'm not sure the gold even exists, but we're not saving.
We're not buying more.
What's happening is because of what we are doing as a country, gold is going through
the roof.
Yesterday, I remember telling you 12.
months ago, $4,200 gold. I mean, that is going to be tough, but I mean, it could happen.
Six months ago, I was telling you, uh, better hurry before it's a history lesson, right?
It's at $3,800, $3,8.24.50. That's what it hit yesterday. We're almost at $4,000. That's a 45% increase in the price of gold in the last year.
What does that mean?
Well, there's another story that's kind of connected that might actually be some good news for this.
And that is, it's government shutdown day.
We'll get to that here in just a second.
First, let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour.
It's Rough Greens.
They've been there for, you know, everything, your dog, been there for everything.
Heard the car pull in, the day you lost your job, knew something was wrong before you ever said a word,
sat at your feet through the arguments and the tough times and when your kids are going crazy.
You've been there for the celebrations, the late night movies, and the early morning coffee.
He was just there.
He didn't need an invitation and he still is.
There is a great way for you to be there for him or her now.
Make sure he's getting the kind of nutrition that he needs.
And Rough Greens is just a simple powder that you add for your dog's food that gives him the nutrition
that he's been missing all along.
The live vitamins and minerals and probiotics and the enzymes.
not to make him somebody else, but to help him feel like himself again.
There's a reason Rough Greens is known as America's number one dog supplement.
Thousands of pet owners are getting off the vet visit Marriago round,
and they're seeing the difference.
I saw the difference in my dog, Uno.

Welcome to the program, Mr. Stubergear, our executive producer.
How excited are you that our gold reserves are over a trillion dollars now?
Almost as excited as I am for shutdown day, Glenn.
Yeah, really?
I'm actually kind of excited for shutdown day.
Yeah.
I mean, I'll tell you why here in a minute, but let me just stay on gold here for a second.
Has Bitcoin gone up 45% in the last 12 months?
I believe so
But if your point is that gold is performing very well
It has performed very well as an investment
Yeah I mean I'm trying to think other than Bitcoin
Is there anything else that is performing this well?
It is up 7 billion Bitcoin's up 75% in the last year
75% wow
And what do those both have in commons do
Why would both of those be going up?
Lundry is curious
I don't know maybe it's the
constant printing of money
that has gone on forever
no matter who the president is,
no matter who's in Congress,
it's just,
that's the one thing we all seem to agree on,
printing more money nonstop.
Yeah,
we just spend and spend and spend and spend and spend.
And the market is telling you,
I don't think this is a good idea.
That's what the price of gold is telling you.
That's what the price of Bitcoin is telling you.
I don't think this is going to end well.
Okay.
So anybody who is,
I mean, I actually saw people go, this is great.
Gold is up.
We got a trillion dollars.
First of all, a trillion dollars in gold.
We have 8,100 pounds of gold, or so they'll lead you to believe.
We have 8100 pounds.
Tons, right?
8100.
I have tons.
Yes.
Thank you.
8100 tons of gold.
The next closest, they say, is Germany with almost 2,000 tons of gold, but I think China is
probably way up there.
It could be wrong.
But I'm not sure any of that gold is there in the first place.
And even if we took 8,100 tons of gold and we sold it or exchanged it for our debt,
we would get nowhere on our debt.
A trillion dollars will cover half of the deficit from this year alone.
It won't even cover the full deficit.
You sell all of our gold and it won't even cover the short fall from this year's spending.
Maybe I might want to buy some more gold, you know, I might want to buy some Bitcoin.
I'm just saying because that doesn't bode well.
You know, when you have Fort Knox protecting our treasure and it doesn't even cover the bounced checks,
I don't know if you're going to make it.
You know, but here's some good news.
Let's get into the, let's get into the shutdown.
Because I think this is a good thing.
Stu, give me your opinion on the government shutdown.
Well, generally speaking, I feel like the government shutdown puts the government back to some sort of sane size for a short period of time.
That's how I typically look at it.
It's like if you have a non-essential employee that you can let stay.
home, they should maybe stay home every day. Maybe all of the employees for the federal government
should be essential. And those are the only ones we should keep. But really, the question with a shutdown
like this is what happens with the politics. And we know typically the party who's out of power
that is coming up with the demands and not just passing the clean CR is the one that gets
blamed for it. But I've got news for you that might not be the case this time. So here's what's
really fascinating. So this is all been done by Russ vote. He's the Office of Management and Budget,
the OMB. And he's the guy actually in charge of, you know, making sure everything is funded,
et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. He is a brilliant architect of small government. He's all for this
shutdown. And here's why. What Congress did is,
They, they, uh, last week, they have a majority in the House.
Last week, they passed a clean continuing resolution that would fund the government without any meaningful policy changes or add-ons.
And then they left out. Okay.
They sent it over to the, uh, Senate.
Now, the Senate requires seven Democrats to join the Republicans to hit the 60 vote threshold.
But the Democrats weren't allowed to vote, uh, vote yes, unless Republicans.
Republicans agreed to a one trillion dollar bunch of new demands, okay, a trillion dollars.
Republicans said, no, no, not going to do that.
One of the things they wanted to do was fund Obamacare for illegals.
You remember?
You lie.
And Obama said, you're never going to have an illegal.
I got any of money where I'm Obama.
That's what they wanted.
They wanted money to be able to pay for Obamacare for illegals.
Congress said no. Okay. So what happens tonight when they shut things down?
Russ vote is going to be in the driver's seat. If Congress shuts down now, if the government
shuts down, he's going to go to work on some changes. He's already instructed agencies to
quote, send reduction in force notices to all employees in programs, projects, or activities
that check all three of the following boxes.
One, they're not paid for by mandatory spending.
Two, they aren't covered by the Big Beautiful Bill Act.
Three, they aren't in line with the president's goals.
And not just for the week, okay?
but until the program is reauthorized by Congress,
at which point then the people that they've just let go can reapply for their jobs.
That's an awful lot of government employees.
Just think of this.
One, if the program is not paid for by mandatory spending,
if it's not covered by the Big Beautiful Bill Act
or if it's not in line with the government's,
the president's goals,
they're to send pink slips out
and they're permanent pink slips
until Congress comes back and not reauthorizes the bill
but reauthorizes all of those programs.
I think this may be the happiest day I've had in a long time
if that works.
This may be one of the greatest things anyone has ever pulled off.
And the reason why the Democrats are going to lose is because, you know,
Chuck Schumer, he took a heavy blow last time, you know,
when he authorized the, you know, first budget earlier this year.
And everybody's like, you've got to fight.
He's like, I don't really have any tools to fight with here.
You got to shut it down.
Okay.
So now nobody in the Democratic Party wants to do anything but shut it down unless they get a trillion dollars additional spending for illegals on Obamacare.
And all of the radicals, Chuck Schumer is being, you know, going to be primaried by a radical.
And so they know the radicals are going to get rid of all of the sane people, not that Chuck Schumer is sane, but all of the relatively sane people.
and all they want now is a battle.
And so they're going to get one.
And they think that this will work to their advantage.
And I don't know, as Stu just said, probably will because the GOP is so unbelievably incompetent.
Yeah, and obviously the media is going to do what they can.
I mean, it struck me yesterday.
You know, we haven't heard word one about any poor mothers who will be at home.
without any money if the government shuts down.
I mean, usually this is two weeks of lead-up of the sad single mom who will be at home and can't pay her bills,
and we meet every single one of them over and over and over and over and over again.
Have you heard word one of any consequences of a shutdown?
None of these people matter, apparently, this week.
And I wonder why that is.
You know, this is the issue here.
The media is going to do everything it can.
What is your possible theory?
Remember, gold's at $3,800.
It's a data celebrate.
Government's rich.
Yeah.
What is the possibility that you're implying here?
Well, the media obviously has abandoned their typical way of covering this because usually
what happens in these situations is the party that is out of power that is demanding
these things.
I want this cut.
I want this expenditure.
They're the ones that would be blamed for a shutdown.
The Republicans have already.
passed this bill. It's already been passed in the House. They're on board for it in the Senate.
The only reason that we aren't going to continue spending at these completely absurd levels
is because the Democrats are stopping it. Normally, the way this works in the media, it would be
the Democrats, the out-of-party out-of-power party that would be blamed for this. They're the ones getting
in the way of everything just continuing this wonderful way forward where we continue to spend more
money than we have. And in this particular case, I'm not seeing any of that lead up. I have not seen
the talks about, I've not met the restaurant and bar owner in Washington, D.C. yet that's going to have
no one coming in and they're going to have to lay off all of their waitresses and waiters at their
restaurant. I have not heard any of the people who rent out homes to those who no longer have
jobs and there as landlords are going to be sobbing as they can't pay their electricity,
bills. I have not heard any of these sob stories, any of the violin music. I haven't heard any of it.
This is happening in hours, Glenn. And we have not met any sob story people yet. Where are all this?
Is everyone just happy now? Everyone's just happy with the shutdown this one time. The media is doing
everything they can to try to turn this into a situation where the Republicans will be blamed for
it because this is their jobs. This is what they see their jobs as. Figure out a way to blame evil
Republicans for everything. This one time they're going to try to do it this way. And then,
you know, next time there's a Democrat in office, the opposite is going to be their approach.
But we are at a time where we're going to figure out yet again whether the media can,
if they are still capable of manipulating this into a situation in which the Democrats benefit.
And if it works, you're going into a midterm election next year that is already stacked against
Republicans. It's already very difficult thing to do in an off year of your first of a president's
new term. So this is what their hope is. And this is a big bet by Schumer because as you point out,
if he doesn't do this, he gets primaried by AOC and loses. He has to do this for his own political
survival. So it's hard to imagine this getting cleaned up before the shutdown actually occurs.
I don't know if there's any chance of that.
Yeah, I don't think the shutdown is going to occur.
I can't believe it's not going to.
The shutdown's going to occur.
And then, of course, planes will fall out of the skies.
Babies will no longer be able to suckle on their mother's teat.
Really?
Oh, no.
The milk is going to run dry.
Oh, no.
Probably about maybe an hour after the shutdown.
And it will be all horrible, horrible, horrible.
I just can't get over how they have handed the president such a victory.
If I understand this right, and I think I do, the victory that they are handing him is long-term
by being able to fire people and then saying, you got to reapply.
I mean, he has just put a monkey wrench into agencies and things that he's wanting to shut down.
I mean, it's pretty incredible.
I mean, it's a good attempt.
I like the idea that they're going to try to push it in the right way.
Remember, though, they had Doge in there.
They tried to do a lot of this stuff.
A lot of it got overturned in the courts.
I mean, you know, there's a very good chance the same type of thing happens here.
I mean, I'm not nearly as confident in this approach as you are.
I like it, but.
Yeah, I'm not sure the lasting impact.
I mean, on paper, that's what they're trying to do.
And I agree with you on the courts.
But on the short term, you can't spend the money that's not there.
They have to cut the government spending.
And so they'll have to cut it down to the bone.
And, you know, again, I go back to essential employees.
Everybody else should go home and stay home forever.
If you're not essential, why are we paying you?
Why am I working all day long so you could have a job that's not essential?
All right, more in just a second.
Let me tell you about our sponsor.
It's my Patriot supply.
The most dangerous thing about the power grid is how much we assume that it's always going to be there and how it's going to work.
Every switch you flip, every screen you're staring.
into every appliance humming quietly in the background. It's all built on the idea that electricity
will be there when you need it. Well, will it? I mean, have you seen the price of electricity
going up now just because of AI? The juice that AI is already starting to suck out of the system
is driving energy prices up. And it's there when you need it until it's not. And when that moment
comes, the lights go dark, the neighborhood gets quiet, you find out how little control you actually
had. That's why my Patriot Supply built the Grid Doctor 3,000. It's quiet, it's compact, it's
solar-powered backup generator that doesn't just help you through an outage. It keeps you in control
of your own life. No gas, no fumes, no noise, just 3,300 watts of dependable power. It can run
a lot of things in your house. Keep, you know, run your freezers. Have you had your freezers
ever shut down? Mine have all the money that I lost in the freezers? Really not good. I had a

Station 9.
All right.
So, I just watched an hour of Pete Hegseth.
meeting at the Pentagon with all of the leaders and it all makes perfect sense to me why he called
everybody in. Remember, this was been speculated now, you know, we're going to war, we're going to,
whatever. And nobody really knew until he spoke at the Pentagon today to all of the leaders
of our military all over the world. They've all been called back to Washington, D.C., for this meeting
today. Never been done before. And everybody was wondering why. In listening to it, he didn't say anything
other than common sense. You know, we, we have this wishy-washy, you know, coalition building,
you know, let's spread democracy kind of military that is now have men in dresses and everything
else. And his goal has been to change that from top to bottom. And he's been doing it. To
Today, all it was was a reaffirmation of that and more in real clear terms.
We are no longer putting up with any kind of non-action.
If you're not earning your position, if you're not a person of merit, you will not be promoted.
In fact, you'll probably be fired.
We are the Department of War.
We are not the Department of Woke.
Our job is to defend our country and to become a the most lethal.
killing machine in the world. So if our country ever needs it, we are there. It was a really
stirring speech, and I want to take a couple of minutes after this quick break to explain
why did he call everybody in. And to me, it makes perfect sense. I mean, it's just my
guess of why, but it makes perfect sense. I'll explain now. This is
Glenn Beck.
All right, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
The first thing you notice is that it works.
You know, the calls don't drop, the data doesn't slow down, the coverage is solid,

That's Patriot Mobile.
They use the same tower networks as the big guys, which means you get the same reliable coverage,
the same speed, the same performance, without paying into the system that might,
your values. Because that's the second thing you notice. Peace of mind. You're not funneling your
money into companies that fund political causes that you don't believe in. You're not supporting
DEI agendas or woke activism disguised as corporate policy. You're paying for service and service

Let me go to Trump.
He is now live addressing the top military.
leaders after the address with Pete Hagseth.
Can we take just a little bit of it?
What are doing so well?
Together over the next few years, we're going to make our military stronger, tougher,
faster, fiercer, and more powerful than it has ever been before.
I rebuilt our nuclear, as you probably know, but we'll upgrade that also and just hope we
never have to use it.
We have to hope we never have to use it because the power of that is,
so incredible.
I see things.
I don't think they'd show it to you.
I really don't want them to show it to you.
But when you see the result of what's left,
you never want to use that.
Never, never, ever.
We were a little bit threatened by Russia
recently.
And I sent a
submarine, nuclear submarine,
the most lethal weapon ever made.
Number one, you can't detect it.
There's no way.
We're 25 years ahead of Russia and China in submarines.
Russia's actually second in submarines.
China's third, but they're coming up.
They're way lower in nuclear too, but in five years they'll be equal.
They're coming up.
And you don't have to be that good with nuclear.
You could have 1.20th, what you have now
and still do the damage that would be, you know, that'd be so horrendous.
So what he's talking about here, Pete Hankseth just came in and said,
we're going to reshape our strategy, which I think is really good.
You know, after the last 25 years of war, the last 50 years, the way we've been fighting
has been ridiculous.
It's ridiculous.
We don't fight to win.
We put handcuffs on our people.
we should be breathtaking.
I mean, that is the, that should be the goal of our military.
You go in, you go in quickly, and you just suck the air out of the lungs of your opponent.
So everybody's like, oh my gosh, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop.
That's the way you save lives.
And we've not done that.
Now, when he's talking about nuclear, I have talked to the president about this personally,
multiple times. He despises our nuclear capability and he knows what we can do because as he just said,
he rebuilt it. And he said, Glenn, you don't want to even know what we are capable of doing.
It's, it's, it's, it just, it keeps him up at night. It keeps him up at night. And he believes that we have
to have these defenses or when the world goes crazy. If you don't, you'll be threatened by them and you
have to have a response to hold people into check.
And that's why they've changed the Department of Defense to the Department of War.
Hegset is really, really sharp.
Hegset knows that we have become this force that cares more about, you know,
spreading democracy than winning a war when our nation is attacked.
you know, if you really wanted to change things, the United States would have gone in to Afghanistan
quickly, knocked out the Taliban, killed Osama bin Laden, and come home, come home.
That sends a message. We're not an enemy of people. We are going to destroy the people who
have just hurt us in our own homeland. We will destroy you. You will pay the highest of prices.
but we're not going to get involved in your local politics or anything else.
We're just not going to do it.
And the State Department and everybody else has made this nation building bull crap our main priority.
That's not what our Pentagon is supposed to do.
They are supposed to break things and kill people.
And so the first message that Pete Higgseth and the president sent to the fighting forces all around the world,
and I believe even our own fighting forces is we are not a department of defense.
We are a department of war.
We don't want war.
We don't want to go to war.
But that's what we should be preparing for all the time.
Because if we're prepared for war, it's the best deterrent out there to stop wars.
I agree with it 100%.
So why did Hegseth call everybody in?
Now he said it wasn't any big deal.
The president said it was a big deal.
There's been speculation on, you know, what does all this mean?
Let me tell you what I think it means.
After listening to Hegseth, let me tell you what it means.
All Hegset did, he said in the coming months, we're going to be changing all of our strategies.
We are going to be re-looking at our offense and defensive posture all over the world.
We are not going to be playing the same game anymore.
and we'll have more on that later.
That's not worth calling everybody in from all over the world.
Here's what was.
We've made some changes and you have felt those changes, I believe.
You've seen those changes.
We are now a Department of War and we operate only on merit, not DEI, not special favors,
not how long you've been in the chain of command.
if you don't earn your space, you lose your space.
We are going to be a lethal fighting force.
We're not going to lower our standards.
If you can't pass the physical test, you're out.
We must keep our standards high.
His main thing, I think, was to let the fighting force,
let the leadership know two things.
One, if you're a warrior and you want to be a warrior,
you are probably the one who is least likely to vote for war because you know what war does.
You know the scars.
You know the death.
And so you don't want war.
But you grew up most likely, and I'm paraphrasing him, you grew up wanting to be a soldier, wanting to defend your country.
And you have now found yourself in this situation to where that's not what you've,
been doing. You've been nation building and you've been, you know, the woke police. That all
ends. Why did he have to call everybody in? Let me explain it this way. If you work it all remotely,
like today, I'm in Florida. My staff is in Dallas. And if I said to my staff,
guys, I want to have a meeting today online and it's mandatory, everybody is there. And I make a
statement and I say, hey, we're changing a bunch of stuff. And this is just the way it is.
It'll imprint and make an impact. But not the kind of impact that I said, everybody, I want
you to drop everything you're doing and I want you to get on a plane and you're going to join me
for a day in Florida because I want an all hands on deck meeting and everyone is required to be
there. That gets everybody in the building going, what they're going?
hell is happening? What is what is what is coming? And so you're very clear. You are listening intently.
And you realize that your boss has now sent a message. We're not fooling around on this.
I'm not just saying these words. I mean these words. We are changing the way we do things. And if you
don't get on board, you're fired. That's why he called everybody in not for any new war tactics.
etc, etc. I mean, those may be discussed, but it's not that we are, you know, going to war with
anybody, going to war with Russia or anything else. What he was doing was sending the message,
this president and I are very serious. The culture is going to change. And it's going to change
right now. You don't like it. Don't get on to a plane. Come to my office. I'll relieve you of command.
it was the most common sense thing I've heard from a leader in Washington in a very long time.
Everything he said was like, okay, well, that makes sense.
And you follow that with, I mean, you know the answer, but you follow that with,
they haven't known this already?
No, they haven't.
Because we haven't been fighting.
We haven't been dealing with things.
We are so far away from common sense that no.
you do have to say those things now. Yeah, you're not going to advance unless you're actually
making our situation stronger in the direction that the president has set. If you're making it
weaker, if you are if you are if you are sabotaging us, if you think you're going to escape,
you're not going to escape. You're going to be fired. That's fantastic. It's called accountability.
and I haven't heard that for quite some time.
The president is also changing the world.
He is, you know, I don't know if you saw his 20-point plan for Israel.
But man, I love the way this guy thinks.
Again, he's not going in and taking this view of what we've done before.
He's saying, none of that has worked.
So I've gotten with everybody in the Arab world and I've gotten with Israel.
That hasn't happened before.
I got everybody in the Arab world and Israel and we're telling you right now, Hamas,
release the hostages today.
Except this 20-point plan, it is all in line with the Arab world.
It's not the United States or Israel dictating this to you.
the Arab world is saying exactly what I'm saying.
So you are out of step with your own people all around you.
So accept this deal.
Otherwise, I can't help you.
Israel, as Benjamin Netanyahu said,
if they fool around, if they don't accept it,
or if they accept it and then don't follow through and release the hostages,
then we will finish the job.
And what that means is they'll kill,
all of the Hamas leadership, as they should.
I mean, I don't know.
I can't believe we're debating that in the first place, but,
and there's no two-state solution.
Now, the Arabs are saying, do all these things,
and then we'll talk about a two-state solution,
but Hamas and the Palestinians do not want a two-state solution.
They have been talking about giving Israel giving the Palestinians a two-state solution
since 1948.
Okay, they don't want it. They've turned it down over and over again. They want to wipe out from the river to the sea, i.e., all of Israel. They want to wipe it out and make it void of any Jews. That's not a two-state solution. That's the final solution. So they've turned it down over and over again, and I think what Donald Trump is doing is absolutely right. No, we're not even going to talk about a two-state solution until you do all of these.
things. Stop terror, release all the hostages, then come to the negotiating table and we'll talk about it.
Other than that, no, no, and the Arab world is with me.
If this guy can get these things done, he transforms the world.
Now, I have very little faith that, you know, the Middle East is ever going to find peace.
might find it temporarily, but they're not going to find peace.
I mean, we know how this ends.
Read the book.
The whole last chapter is about this.
It doesn't end well.
I mean, it does actually end well, but first there's a lot of problems with it.
It's not going to fall into peace easily.
Then one more thought on Israel.
This Charlie Kirk nonsense has got to stop.
It's got to stop.
This conspiracy theory,
Now the conspiracy theory is that his own people shot him.
Uh-huh.
Okay.
Last week, I think it was that the Israelis had a trap-trap door behind him,
and that's why they're redoing that whole section,
because they have to get rid of seal that tunnel underneath the stage
where they had a trap door, and some Jew popped out and shot him in the back.
Okay.
It didn't happen.
I don't know how you would possibly even believe that.
But the other was, uh, yeah, well, Charlie was, uh, turning on the,
the Israelis. He didn't like Israel at all. Now the seven-page letter is out, and I'm glad they
released it. I want to finish this here in just a second. First, our sponsor, this, this half hour
is chapter. Look, Medicaid is coming up. The time to sign up for Medicaid or Medicare is right now,
or it will be soon. If you are on Medicare and you're looking or you're looking for a plan because
you're about to go on, be careful.
Be careful how you choose.
There are plans that you probably didn't even know existed.
Chapter exists to make sure you're aware of every possible plan.
This is a bunch of tech people who were big in AI.
I'm sorry, big in Silicon Valley.
And they use AI.
And their parents all got screwed by these insurance companies that were only showing them
this plan and this plan, not all of them. And so they were just hemorrhaging. They couldn't afford
their own care. They wanted to make sure that didn't happen to people anymore. They wanted to fix that.
So they started chapter. And it's really a tech service with really good people. And they show you
absolutely every option. They use the tech. They ask you a whole bunch of questions. It takes about 20
minutes, whole bunch of questions, find out your medical needs, where you are, what you're
looking for, and then they go out and they search every plan, and they come up with the right
plan for you. I trust them. I believe they'll earn your trust as well. Enrollment season is right
now, or coming right up on us. They're about to get very busy, so call them now. All you have to do is
hit pound 250. Go to your phone, hit pound 250, say the keyword chapter. Pound 250, keyword
chapter. They'll help you find the right plan. It is easy and completely free. Dial pound 250 keyword chapter.
Freedom's like a wild horse. If you don't grab the reins every once in a while, you're liable to catch a
hoof to the face. And trust me, that ain't pleasant. Beck will be right back after this.
You're sitting at your kitchen table, sipping coffee, checking your email, and then all of a sudden you see it.
And notice about a loan you never took out.
Paperwork you've never seen before.
It's in your name.
It's your house, but you didn't do any of this.
And suddenly you realize what's happened.
Someone somewhere in the world got your title.
And they used it to steal your home out from under you.
Not physically, of course.
You're still living there.
But on paper, it's not yours anymore.
And now you're the one lift to prove that you didn't commit fraud
because no one's coming to fix this for you.
Unless you have home title lock, home title lock is the only service that proactively monitors your property title 24-7 and alerts you the moment anything suspicious happens.
So you never have to deal with that in the first place.
If somehow a transfer is initiated, if someone tries to add a new name to your deed, if anything at all starts moving behind your back, they'll catch it for you.
And if your title is compromised, their resolution team works with you to help fix the damage.
Your title, the very document that proves you own your home, is probably sitting unguarded right now in some digital.
system that anyone with the right software can access, home title lock is how you change all of this.
AI is a big part of this as well. It's making it easier for these criminals. And, you know,
AI is changing the world, but don't let it change the name on your home's title. Go to home titlelock.com
and use the promo code Blaze. Hometitleck.com. The promo code is Blaze at hometitlelock.
What Pete Hegseth has done is absolutely brilliant.
Well, of course, of course you do, because it's a total Glenn Beck move.
You make everybody upend their lives and fly across the world to watch you make a speech.
This is Glenn Beck 101.
Pete, we used to work here.
He probably went to one of those speeches.
You probably gave him the idea.
Oh, man.
I just love it.
Sitting in the room and he says, hey, all you fat generals and admirals, that's not who we are.
It's a bad look.
Everybody wears a uniform, takes a PT test twice a year and has to pass the height, weight requirements.
I mean, how many went like with?
Let me tell you about my Patriot supply.
When the lights go out, everything changes.
The hum of the fridge stops.
The air turns still.
You try to open an app, but the phone is dead.
And just like that, you're back to candles and guesswork wondering how long it'll be this time.
It doesn't take long to realize that modern life and every piece of it runs on power.
And it is a very fragile thing.
Electricity prices are through the roof.
The grid outages are becoming routine.
And according to the Department of Energy, black.
could increase up to 10,000% in the next few years.
10,000% prepare.
Get the Grid Doctor 3300, the solar generator for zero down and as little as $104 a month
when you shop at MyPatriotsupply.com slash Beck.
10,000% increase in power outages in the next couple of years.
That's significant.
Mypatriotsupply.com slash Beck.
Now, my patriot supply.com slashback.
Oh, America.
It is a crazy day again in the Western civilization,
and I'm going to try to make sense of some of it
and help you process it
and hopefully help you be a better person today
as you're trying to figure things out.
We'll do that here in 60 seconds.
First, let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour.
It's the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
Two years ago, on October 7th, the unthinkable happened.
Terrace crossed into Israel and they slaughtered innocent families.
It was a day so evil that the world could barely look away, but eventually it did and then it
forgot.
Israel didn't.
They couldn't.
For the last two years, mission after mission, they have been fighting to survive to bring
hostages home to break the grip of Hamas on Gaza once and for all.
Now, God willing, maybe the end is in sight with Donald Trump's plan of 20 points.
He's got the Arab world on board with it.
It might work.
Otherwise, it's going to continue to go on.
The fight's not over in case you haven't been paying attention.
The moment the guns go quiet, the world rushes to forget, erase the context,
and treat the slaughter of Jews as a footnote.
We can't let it happen again.
That is why the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews launched the flags of fellowship
movement to raise clear, unmistakable signs that we stand with the Jewish people.
We don't necessarily agree with their politics or the way they fight wars or anything else.
But we do remember October 7th and we honor the sacrifice of the last two years and we won't stay silent as the world goes insane again.
To get more information about how you can join this historic flags of fellowship movement, visit the fellowship at IFCJ.org.
That's IFCJ.org.
All right. I saw a really nasty post online last.
night and my first reaction was to react to it. It came from BYU blue. You know, they went to
Colorado over the weekend and the people in the stands were chanting F. The Mormons.
And, you know, I guess we're all getting so coarse, but I don't know how you can do that.
I mean, how can, you know, you wouldn't be allowed to chant that, you know, F the Evangelicals or at
F, the Christians or the Jews or the Catholics, but somehow or another, this is okay.
And it's all going to work itself out.
It's not what I want to talk to you about.
Here's what I wanted to was going to react to until I did some homework.
There was a post that said, those people were right.
God sent one of his true warriors, battle tested, to sacrifice his life, to burn down a false temple,
just like the world would do in the Old Testament.
If God favored you, it wouldn't have happened.
Now, that obviously will get your blood boiling,
especially if you're just scrolling through.
But I want to talk to you about this
and not about Mormons, okay?
Because I want to make something really clear.
You know, it was a hard day, a hard couple of days.
Sunday and Monday, we're very hard for anybody of my first.
faith. But I want to make this really clear to you. I don't really care what you label me. I really
don't. Whether you call me a Christian or not, it doesn't matter to me. I know what I believe.
I know who I follow. I believe in Jesus Christ. He is my savior and my redeemer. I know it because
it's worked miracles in my life. He has. I believe he is the son of God, that he lived a perfect life,
that he suffered for my sins, that he died on the cross, that he rose three days later.
I believe only through his grace and his power am I forgiven and healed and lifted above the natural man.
There is no other way except through him to heaven. No other way. So does that make me a Christian?
I don't know. I don't care. I really don't care what you think. I know who I serve and worship.
Are there differences between my faith and maybe your faith, you know, the doctrines that were
hammered out centuries ago by Constantine and Niccia?
Yeah.
Yeah, I can't believe we can't argue about things that were, you know, hammered out in that
council, but it doesn't matter.
Again, it doesn't matter because those differences to me pale to the core.
And the core is, I love my Savior Jesus Christ.
And it doesn't matter to me if you believe that or not.
I would like you to because it would make me feel better, but my feelings don't matter.
It doesn't matter.
It really doesn't.
What matters is that I strive to walk with him.
And that doesn't have anything to do with you or what you believe about me.
I strive to walk with him.
In fact, the more pushback I get on that, the harder I work perhaps at striving to walk that path.
but he's the one that changes me, he's the one that molds me, he's the one that has made me
into something far greater than I could have ever been on my own. And I know because half my life,
I tried it on my own. The natural man is an enemy to God. Natural man wants all of the things.
He is running towards sin because it's easier and it feels good.
that's how I live my life the first half and then I surrendered and I asked for forgiveness
and I dedicated myself to follow his his path and my whole life changed so it doesn't matter
what creed you assigned to me and it doesn't matter what creed others assigned to you it doesn't
what matters to me is what kind of man am I I don't just don't
judge people by their race, their color, their creed. I judge them by the content of their character.
That's what matters to me. My character, my credibility, who I am as a man, what I do when
nobody's looking. That's what matters to me. And you can say, I mean, people have called me all
kinds of names. I don't know why this one bothers me, but it's not going to. I know who I am,
and I know I have a huge path to becoming a much better man if I follow him more closely.
But what kind of man am I that matters? Am I a better husband that matters? Am I a better father,
a more loving father? Am I a kinder neighbor? Am I a better citizen? That's what
matters.
Can I find a way to love people who despise me?
No, I can't, but I know following him I can.
It's only possible because his teachings are supernatural.
They are beyond nature.
I know what me, just as a natural man,
I know the life I would live.
It's not good.
I need something supernatural, above nature, that can transform me.
And it's supernatural and it is radical.
And those are the only things that can get you to, at least for me, rise above my selfish instincts.
So call me what you will.
I don't care.
I don't do this show for your approval.
I do this show hopefully for your benefit.
But if you find no benefit in it, that's okay.
okay. And I'm not trying to convince you one way or another of anything. My job is to tell you my
opinion on what is happening to us. What is happening in our world? And if you don't agree with it or
you don't like it, that's okay. No harm, no foul. You're, I mean, unless you've subscribed,
you ain't paying for it. So you're getting what you paid for. And I'm saying,
stop listening. Call me what you will. I know I'm anchored in him.
And every good thing in my life has happened.
Everything that I have done that is good is his work.
Everything where I have a shortfall or a misdeed is my work.
And I know the difference between him and me.
So what does this have to do with that tweet that I just read to you?
The natural man in me wanted to respond.
I read so much stuff last night
both beauty and ugliness
and I know
how the natural man wanted to respond
but I believe that we all need to pledge to one another
that we will think critically
that we will act morally
that we will treat everyone with dignity
no lie no fear, no fear,
no crisis is going to rob me of truth or freedom.
I can only give those things away.
You cannot take my freedom away.
You cannot take my dignity away.
You cannot take truth away from me.
I must surrender it.
And I will not surrender those things.
But to do that requires us to think critically.
So let me go back to the,
let me go back to that online.
They were right. God sent in one of his true warriors, battle tested, to sacrifice his life to burn down a false temple, just like they would have in the Old Testament.
God would have favored you wouldn't have happened.
You know what that turns out to be almost, almost positively a bot.
And if it's a bot, it is almost positively a bot from a foreign nation that is trying to get us to turn on one another.
So why would I respond to that with other than not fooling me?
I mean, I know people exist.
I know the killer existed.
He was a deeply disturbed man.
I don't know what happened in his life that got him to this place.
He is going to have to pay a, well, he did, a very heavy price.
and we need to know what his what happened to him but not to excuse the action but so we can understand
it and we cannot participate I mean you know he was saying to that politician I don't know if you
saw this he said to the politician who knocked on his door and the politician said oh it's just
this normal stuff that you would have heard online really really is it normal to call people
of faith the Antichrist? Is that really? Because we've been arguing here recently that by calling
us, you and me, the president and everybody else, a Nazi is going to lead to killings, right? Because
if you're a Nazi, if you actually believe that person is a Nazi, that person is Hitler, you don't
have a choice. You have to kill them, right? Well, I don't know about you, but the Antichrist is
probably a little higher up on the list
to kill than Hitler.
I mean, when I weigh Hitler, Hitler's
bad, don't get me wrong, but when I'm like,
I got to have lunch with either Hitler or the Antichrist,
I think I choose Hitler, if I have
to choose. So why is nobody noticing that, wait a minute,
if that's causing violence, this will too.
We can't, we can't make people into others.
we can't demonize them to that point.
We could say we disagree with them.
Disagree with my doctrine all you want.
That's fine.
It's fine.
But the Antichrist?
So those people do exist.
But I don't want to shut them up.
I don't want to hate them.
I'd like to prove them wrong by my own actions.
There was a great article about should Christians forgive Charlie Kirk's killer from
charisma magazine online.
Who wrote this? Let me see here.
Abby Trivet.
And
it's just a great article. And she talks about
how Erica Kirk
talked about forgiving and how
I talked about how we have, we cannot
we have, you know,
we have the right to hate, but that's not
going to be, that's not, that's not
helpful. We
have to love
even those who despises because that's that's not the natural man that's super natural man
so i want to i want to share with you kind of a code of conduct that i want to apply to myself
and i think would be good for all of us because we are living in times of total propaganda
total propaganda you don't know what's true you don't know what's not true
So how do you navigate in a world like that?
Let me explain in 60 seconds.
My commercial sponsor is me.
I paid for this one.
So I'm going to keep it really short.
Real estate agents I trust.com.
You want to buy, sell a house.
We built a system where you can find the best real estate agents in your area.
They will help you sell your house.
They will help you find the right house.
They're great.
I use them myself.
I just bought a house and I used one of our real estate.
estate agents. Real estate agents, I trust.com. Just tell us where you're moving to and from,
and we'll find the right person for you. It's a free service to you. I don't charge you anything for
it. It's real estate agents. I trust.com. 10 seconds and back to the show. So there's a few things that
I have to do and I have to master to be a better man, to be a better citizen probably in this.
And that is, the first thing is seek truth. Always seek truth. You know, the bigger the lie,
the more apt you are to believe it. So I will question all bold claims and I will follow the evidence
to its source. And that's what I did on that tweet. That's a pretty bold statement that somebody made.
So let me follow that. Instead of just reacting, let me follow that. It's a bot. Embrace complexity.
The world requires context, but nobody's searching for it. It requires context. We take soundbites and
we act on those. Don't settle for slogans. This one's really hard. Diversify the inputs. I had a great
conversation with Jonathan Haidt yesterday. It's going to be our podcast comes out maybe tomorrow or the
next day. And it was a tough one because we don't necessarily, we don't see the world the same way,
although we are both trying to get to the same place in the world. And it was a way for us to talk about
things that are hard to talk about because we disagree, but we both came away friends.
That is so important. We have to listen more widely. We have to talk to those people that we
disagree with and just stop trying to win. Just try to understand. How did you get there?
We have to start taking responsibility for our own life. I have to take responsibility for what I
say to you every day. What I do, what my actions are, what my reactions are, what my reactions
are. Take responsibility. I'm not going to scapegoat. I have to own my part in solving problems.
I have to practice restraint. I can't just fly out of fear or outrage or manipulation. I can't be ruled by
that. Seek proportion. This one is weigh the crisis honestly and reject the false urgency.
when these people, more people are gunned down, you're going to see calls for crazy things,
including digital ID. It's coming. No, don't know, no, no, no. The crisis does not call for those
kinds of things. And then to be able to do that, we have to balance our head and our heart. There's
this great letter from Thomas Jefferson where he's debating his heart, his head and his heart are
debating back and forth because he loves somebody but he he made a promise to his wife you know he would
never marry again out of his love i don't know if he actually i can't remember if he actually promised it or
if he just promised it in his head and but he loves somebody now after she's gone for so many years
and he's fighting with his his his head in his heart it's beautiful we we have to balance our
head and our heart. You know, let emotion move you, but reason guide you. One that we could use
right now more than ever that I have to be better on is I have to respect dignity. I have to
honor every person's humanity, even in visceral disagreement. And then the last one, and I've always made
this for me is ends never justify the means. But let me rephrase it. Do you have moral boundaries?
Never cross those moral boundaries. Because the ends justify the means is happening to too many
people right now. Well, they did this and we have to stop that so I can kill that person. It's okay.
No. Never abandon your integrity for the sake of victory. Never.
that's the only way we survive this is if we have a civil and moral code of conduct that we're not trying to police everybody else we're just trying to police ourselves and then follow him know that he is the only way that you're going to be able to make it through the natural man with all this craziness and do the next right thing

We have Jason Whitlock next.
I know this is an English-speaking show, but we're going to run a tight commercial in a second.
I'm going to do.
We're not going to.
This is Bad Bunny.
And I have to tell you, I don't understand Bad Bunny.
I don't claim to understand Bad Bunny.
I've never heard of Bad Bunny before.
and I'm pretty cool with that.
I mean, I'm good.
I'm good.
I'm all bad bunnyed out, I guess.
Now, Jason, who is a little cooler,
Jason Whitlock from Blaze,
he's joining us now because he is your apoplectic on bad bunny.
Yes, I am, Glenn.
All right.
Look, obviously they're trolling Donald Trump.
Obviously, they're trolling ICE raids
and the whole illegal immigration policy enacted by Trump.
Obviously, they're going out to Northern California,
where the Super Bowl's in Santa Clara this year,
and they Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris,
this is their headquarters,
and they want to make a statement about illegal immigration.
They want to make a statement about diversity
and Spanish-speaking people.
They want to make a statement about transgenderism
and sexual fluidity,
and Bad Bunny checks all the law.
boxes and so that's what they're doing this has nothing to do with football fans
this is about the left's control of popular culture and control of the national
football league which is the strongest thing in popular culture and they're using it
to make a big bold statement about how they feel about Donald Trump but more
importantly how they feel about Jesus Christ so now as an expert on bad bunny for
the last 35 seconds.
Let me push back on this.
I think I agree with you,
Jason, but let me push back on you.
I see the NFL, you know,
the NFL, I see the NBA
placating China because that's
their new place. The NFL, all over the world,
NFL really trying to get, you know,
football to be American football in
other markets.
Why is this
not just a continuation of that play to get the Super Bowl to be watched in Latin America?
Because there's plenty of other Latin American artists they could have chosen if that was the play,
they didn't have to pick someone who is so closely associated with demonic activities,
so closely associated with promoting gender fluidity and the cross-dressing deal,
They didn't have to pick someone who's so outspoken against Donald Trump in his illegal immigration policies.
This is the poster boy for a Trump hate.
And this is the poster boy for sexual fluidity and redefining masculinity.
These are things straight out of his own mouth.
And look, all money isn't good money.
And that's what globalism is teaching us.
that we can throw away all of our Christian values, all of our American values in pursuit of global money.
And then what are we left with?
A drag show at halftime of the biggest platform we have to offer in American culture.
And so parents will be having discussions with their kids on Super Bowl Sunday.
Mommy, Daddy, why is this man out here dressed as a woman during some part of this act?
Why is his fingernails painted?
Why is he taking subtle shots at Trump?
This is, to me, part of it's a reaction to the Charlie Kirk Memorial Service.
It was such a powerful pro-Jesus Christ deal.
They have their answer now, and it'll be Super Bowl Sunday.
Let me ask you, because he won't tour in the United States because of us, right?
So he's already sworn off the United States of America as a tour stop,
because he is so strongly anti-ice.
You just said that he was also demonic
or he pushes demonic things.
I want to play a piece of audio that we have
from somebody who went to his tour
and then I'd like you to explain
for somebody who is now a full 90 seconds
into, you know,
what's his name, the bunny guy?
What this means?
Here's the audio, listen.
Fans are reporting that they felt a demonic presence
when attending Bad Boone's recent concert.
Fans even started to make it into a meme by taking videos saying that the concert just feels demonic.
But it became extremely dark when this song Batonico came on where there were masks demons
dancing all over him and the concert turned all red.
Even the music video to this song is extremely dark.
It's this monster-looking thing that creeps up into this woman's room and it actually ends up
becoming Bad Booney himself.
Those who attended this concert are even at a number.
advising people if you're going to go see bad boonies concert then schedule your bathroom break
any more of this you know obviously AI the image that they put is nospheratu um
you know the the vampire nospheratu tell me what i mean i've seen a lot of stuff that i feel is
pushing uh demonic forces uh especially in the music industry tell me what your thoughts are on
this, why it's clear to you?
The music industry clearly has a close association with the occult movement.
This goes all the way back to the Beatles and probably before that.
But in rap music, these rappers, American and this guy, Bad Bunny and everybody else,
they so are out of the closet with the occult symbolism in their music, in their videos,
what they rap and talk about.
It's undeniable that there is an occult association.
And Glenn, this is funny.
Yesterday, as I'm processing this and on Sunday,
I start thinking about, well, what song could we use as a protest song
for, you know, what they're doing here at the Super Bowl?
And I was like, we're not going to take it.
We're not going to take it anymore.
And I go look it up because I just remember from my childhood.
and it's Twisted Sister.
They had the song, We're Not Gonna Take It.
And then I went and watched the video.
And the video is a kid in his bedroom, his dad comes in, yelling at him,
and the kid spins around and like turns into an adult,
long-haired, cross-dressing man and start singing the song,
we're not going to take it.
And I was just like, holy cow, they've been putting this message.
and you didn't know it.
It came out in 1984.
Yeah, I know.
I unfortunately was on the radio, you know, playing, playing the hits when that was out.
Is it true that Jay-Z is responsible for selecting the last six years of the inclusive halftime shows?
Absolutely all of it.
And it actually, Jay-Z's first Super Bowl that he ran, I believe, is in 2020.
he picks Shakira, but the special guest was Bad Bunny.
His special guest was bad.
So this started in 2020.
This is always where it was going.
You can find plenty of videos of Jay-Z doing spirit dancing and occult-like activities.
This is what Jay-Z is all about it, and much of it is justified and or defended.
but diversity. We've got to have diversity. And Jay Z's black. And they're just upset because
Jay Z's black. And no one has to deal with. No, we're upset because he promotes the occult
that he promotes a form of music that is grooming our kids for violence, grooming our kids for
sexual fluidity and promiscuity and degeneracy and disrespect for authority.
And that's what we don't like about Jay-Z.
They've used this racial deal and accusations of you're a racist.
If you criticize Jay-Z or criticize anything defined as black culture,
and if you're someone like me, they say you're an Uncle Tom at a sellout.
And this is why for years, I've been running around saying men, particularly
white men, you're going to have to buckle up, get over the fact that they're going to call you
racist, and defend your values and beliefs. If your values align with Jesus Christ, you defend them
and you deal with the consequences. That's what I do. That's what you do. That's what Charlie
Kirk did. That's what we all have to do if we're going to stand up to this madness and insanity.
So how do you stand up against this? Nobody is going to abandon the NFL. I mean,
You know, Jesse Kelly said, what, yesterday?
They were very upset.
Everybody's very upset about the afternoon.
They'll have another six-day boycott of the NFL, and that's true.
There's an opportunity here as it relates to the Super Bowl,
as it relates to some sort of counter-programming,
Super Bowl halftime at least or just on the Super Bowl.
I've listened to Jack Pacevic and others suggest,
hey, we should have a counter-deal through TPSA,
through the blaze, through whatever.
Can we get creed to perform?
Can we get, in my view, I love Forrest Frank.
And I would love for churches to host events on Super Bowl Sunday.
Because Glenn, there's no chance of me watching the Super Bowl this year.
I talked about it last year.
I was upset with Kendrick Lamar.
For me, Super Bowl.
I don't think it's the appropriate thing to skip out on the NFL.
and Sports Association, the YMCA in the late 1800s, early 1900s, they organized sports.
Sports have been stolen from Christians, and I don't believe in surrendering and just handing it
over to them and to the atheist, to the secular crowd.
It's a tool God intended for us to use to disciple and mentor masculine men in Christianity.
It's been stolen from us by television, and we need to.
fight to have it back because it's a great tool to disciple young men. So I don't believe in
abandoning, but as it relates to the Super Bowl, no dice for me. There's just, there's not,
you couldn't pay me to watch this year's Super Bowl because I feel like I would be spitting
in the face of God. Well, I will tell you that, you know, I don't care about sports, but my
family that cares deeply about, you know, the NFL and depending on who's playing. And, you know,
but I could see even the diehards, you know, my son,
I could absolutely see him saying, I'm turning it off.
And those ratings matter.
The ratings matter.
Turning not just the game off,
but even if you turned off the halftime show,
those ratings matter a great deal.
If everybody just said,
I'm not watching this and turned to something else for the halftime show,
that is a half step,
but an important half step.
Would you agree or disagree with that?
I totally agree.
And again, I'm using Charlie's Memorial Service as our blueprint.
That produced incredible numbers all over the Internet, anywhere that was broadcast.
And I think we could do the same thing with musical performance.
If Brandon Lake, Forrest, Frank, Creed, whomever, if offered the alternative that, hey, just turn your TV off or whatever and open up your iPhone and your iPhone.
on your iPad or whatever, flip over on your smart TV to a counter-programmed Super Bowl halftime
rather than invite the devil, Satan, into your home, I think a lot of people would take that
option. I know I would. I know I would. Jason, thank you so much. How are you doing? I'm doing
great, Glenn. I'm doing great. I appreciate it. I appreciate you. I love you.
Hey, I know this has been a tough weekend for you, uh, given
the church deal and so I appreciate you making the time for me today.
Oh, I love you. Jason, thank you so much.

Well, that doesn't feel like debt when you're signing the paperwork.
It feels like possibility.
It's a promise, you know.
It's a green light to move forward.
and then month by month it changes and it gets heavier and it gets louder and the next thing you know
it's right behind you breathing down your neck day after day after day.
That's when you start to wonder, is this really the life I signed up for?
Is this what I signed my family up for?

Andy Noe is joining us here in just a minute.
We're going to talk to him.
Now that Trump has designated Antifa, a domestic terrorist organization,
what happens, what's happening in Portland over the last couple of days?
I mean, this is the guy that I love this.
This quote from the New York Times on Eddie No is just the best.
Yeah, he's the guy who still pretends that Antifa is the real enemy.
Well, I would say Satan probably is the real enemy,
but they run a close second or third,
seeing that they seem to be in league
with all of the chaos that he would love.
He's going to run down what's actually happening right now
and what this means with Donald Trump.
Also, we're going to talk a little bit more about the shutdown
and what will that mean politically
and does it mean anything to you?
Probably not. Probably things will be done better and faster
without the government around, but we'll talk about that.
Coming up.
back. I want to talk to you a little bit about
Berna. Stu, you want to go
shooting with me again with Burna launcher? I mean, I'm just
saying. Yeah, for sure. You want to get embarrassed
again? Weird. Excuse me?
Weird thing for you to want to do, but sure, I'd love to.
I don't think that's the way
it worked out. You were wearing a pimp outfit
during that shoot. You literally
were dressed like a pimp.
It's not the way I remember it, Stu,
but I remember I
can outchute you

Burnah is something that everybody should have.
I gave it to all of my children.
They keep them in the glove box or their purse or their, you know, drawer,
wherever they are because it is the 100% legal way in all 50 states,

America, there's a lot going on.
President Trump and our secretary of war, Pete Hankseth,
spoke to the generals and the leaders of our military today
in something that was highly, highly unusual.
Everybody was, you know, wondering,
are we going to a global war or whatever?
I explained it earlier today in the podcast.
It makes total sense to me why he held it here in person.
He was sending a very strong message to the military commanders and the leaders.
This is no longer the U.S. military that you grew up in or you've been working in.
This is the U.S. military, the one you dreamt about serving in when you were young.
powerful, powerful message.
Also, the president spoke, and the president is moving on a couple of things.
First, it looks like we're going to have a government shutdown today.
We'll give you the latest on that.
And on top of that, he is going after George Soros and Antifa.
And probably the guy who knows more about Antifa than I think anybody else is Andy no.
First-hand, radical experience.
We're going to talk to him coming up in just a minute.
First, let me tell you about our sponsor.
It's pre-born.
You know, the culture tells young women that heartbeats don't count unless somebody decides they count.
And for years, they've gotten away with it by keeping the truth out of sight.
This is why Planned Parenthood does not want ultrasound machines or states to require an ultrasound.
Because they know that ultrasound, one that now preborn brings to every single mom that's coming into their office, they do an ultrasound.
And that brings the truth back into view.
They provide free ultrasounds to women facing unplanned pregnancies, and that often changes everything,
because it's hard to believe a lie when you're staring at the truth on a screen.
And then when that truth takes hold, 80% of the time she chooses life.
That's amazing.
And there's still hassles.
You know, moms come in there with no support whatsoever, no money.
They just don't know what to do.
They feel trapped.
They're pulling back the curtain on a culture that has lost its conscience, and giving moms the chance to feel something real again,
and to feel love and also taking care of for the first two years after the child is born.
Preborn is there fighting for the mom, providing food and clothing and everything else that they might need to bring that child up in love.
Just $28 provides the truth for a free ultrasound.
This is your chance to make a different that echoes into the eternities.
Will you answer the call?

Hello, Stu.
Glenn, how are you?
Sarah, let me know when we can get hold of Andy and we'll bring him on.
Did you copy that, Sarah?
Sorry.
Yes, she got that.
She's nodding at you furiously on the other side of the glass.
Okay, well, I can't see you.
I'm in another state.
So the nodding thing really doesn't work, Sarah.
I just want to let you know.
She's flipping you off.
Oh my gosh, Sarah. Calm down,
Sarah.
Geez.
You know, sure.
Her anger, she's real anger problems in there.
Yeah, I know.
I think it's all the alcohol.
Yeah.
I mean, you know, you get, it calms her down for a while, but then about this time in the
morning.
Yeah.
It's rage.
The alcohol, it starts to fuel some of her anger and her rage issues.
You know what I mean?
It's so deep.
Yeah.
Sad.
Sad, but, you know, we have to deal with us.
We've had to deal with it for many years.
You know, a lot of people think that alcoholism, you know, a sign of that.
is that you start drinking in the morning.
And the good thing is with Sarah,
she just doesn't stop drinking.
You know, at one point,
she started drinking in the afternoon and at night.
And then it's just been continual.
So she doesn't start drinking in the morning.
Yeah, it's the same binge from back in the day.
So back in the day.
Just consistency is what it is.
And it's impressive.
Right now, she's,
but that's why we don't give her a mic.
Anyway,
Andy Noe is going to be joining us here
in just a minute.
I'm interested in talking to him because of what is going to happen, Stu, when, I mean,
Trump is sending, you know, feds into Portland now because they're so out of control.
He is, you know, the ice thing we're not fooling around with.
And now they're investigating Antifa and its money sources.
That's not going to end well.
You know, and I don't know for whom it's going to end worse.
I think it's going to, it's going to probably be pretty ugly for everybody,
but it's already ugly for what Antifa's doing, right?
Like, that's not, that's already an ongoing problem that does need to be dealt with.
You know, again, you can question, and we have to see what the process is.
We've said this a thousand times.
You know, there are limits to federal power in these situations,
and we have to make sure those limits are honored.
But quite clearly, this is a real problem.
you know, Andy Noe can probably attest to that more than anyone as he was assaulted and in a brutal fashion over.
He probably has more information on Antifa than anybody else.
He is probably the world's expert on this.
You know, when you think of Antifa, you would think that if they are anti-fascist, one of their big things would be no digital ID, but they don't really seem to be all.
over that for some strange reason.
I mean, weird.
Yeah, the digital ID thing is absolutely terrifying.
And they just, they just said that you have to have it in England now or you won't be
able to get a job.
This is their way of solving, you know, forget about the borders.
Yeah.
Forget about deporting people.
Forget about, you know, see, it's an island.
How hard is it to keep people from floating onto your island?
Forget about any of those things.
Instead, we need digital ID because somehow or another, they're going to care about having a digital ID card.
And what this all is, honestly, this is about control, 100% about power and control.
Yeah.
There also seems to be some real confusion as to what fascism is.
Really?
There are a lot of dictionary definitions we could get into, but can I give you what Joy Reid believes that is?
it is?
Oh, I can't wait.
I think this is an interesting.
Joy Reid on the fascist agenda.
Quote, they want to take us back to no income tax, no regulations, earn what you want,
family inheritance everything.
That's her definition.
That would be extreme freedom.
I mean, how is that fascism?
You need a dictator to say, I'm not going to do anything.
You're all on your own.
You all make your own decision.
Eddie of your money.
I'd celebrate that dictator.
I'm going to have no, you know,
Hitler famous for having no regulations on the nation of Germany.
Right.
What?
This is complete.
They had complete control over every aspect of civilization.
That was fascism.
Und Viville leave the Jews alone.
You will keep all of your money.
All of it.
You remember the famous Nuremberg speech where he outlined the zero income tax philosophy.
These people are completely insane.
Oh, my gosh.
It's that thing that, you know, fascism and Nazi has just become anything they don't like.
Like.
And I guess at some level, I'm excited that the progressives who brought us fascism, who brought us Nazism.
I'm glad that we've just want to just want to state.
What he just said, look it up, is absolutely 100% correct.
Let's go ahead.
Literal truth.
It came from many roots inside the American progressive movement, as admitted by the Nazi
leaders at the time before they even seen as these evil monsters.
They loved Roosevelt.
They loved him.
They loved Wilson.
And Wilson loved the fascistic movement that was just starting to bubble into the
He loved communism.
He praised what was happening in 1919 in Russia.
He said that was finally a country we can work with who gets it.
Oh, okay.
I suppose at some level, I'm happy that the everything is bad summary that we've decided to come up with is fascism and Nazism.
I'm glad they're just, you know, because it was really bad.
The problem is it hides what it was.
I mean, now they are coming to this point where they think, again, like no income tax, no regulations, earn what you want, family inherits everything.
I mean, they controlled the entire economy.
You know, yes, it was a slightly different remix of the communist version of that.
Yes, but they were very, very clear.
They just didn't own the economy.
Right.
They directed it.
The directors owned the companies.
They could lose it the minute they disagreed.
with the fascist dictator, but they controlled everything that company did.
And they controlled everything in the society.
I mean, this was, it's well known.
Like, the soup Nazi was because he was controlling of the soup.
It wasn't because he gave all the soup away for free and let you make whatever soup you
wanted.
That's what they called him the soup Nazi because they didn't think if you did anything
wrong, anything at all wrong, you get no soup.
No soup for you.
like how it gets so twisted in these people
I mean this is a woman who had a show for a decade
on a major cable news network
now a political show
a political show in which she was trusted
to give opinions about politics
this is her opinion on what fascism is
I mean it's almost impossibly stupid
like it's the 100% the reverse
of what it actually of what the truth is
but again that I'm afraid to ask you this question
I'm afraid to ask you this question.
I'm going to ask it.
Then I want to take a one minute break because I just want to let go.
I want to have another minute without this answer floating out there.
What is the percentage of the American population that would listen to her and go,
yep, that's fascism for you.
All right.
Give me one minute and come back with your answer.
Tunnel to Towers Foundation, they don't ask for recognition.
They don't demand the headlines.
They serve.
I'm talking not about the Tunnel to Towers Foundation,
although they are very much like this.
I'm talking about the people that sign up for the worst day of someone else's life.
And sometimes they don't come back for it.
They run towards the danger.
That's what a first responder and a military hero does.
And when they fall,
there's a family that's left behind with a mortgage that's not going to pay itself,
kids who still need tucking in,
bills that keep coming long after the salutes have stopped.
Tunnel the Tower exists for them.
They pay off home loans for fallen police officers,
for Gold Star spouses, for firefighters who never made it out.
They build smart homes for veterans who come back broken but still stand tall.
And most importantly, they stay long after the funeral,
long after the cameras.
Tunnel to Towers is still there.
Because the country, they died defending,
should stand with the ones that they loved most.
You can't pay back the sacrifice that they made,
but you certainly can honor it.
Let's never forget these sacrifices of our country's greatest heroes.
Donate $11 a month, a tunnel to towers at t2T.org.
We want the government to do less.
Yes, if we want to have like no income tax and no regulation,
that kind of fascism in our lives.
Donate, we have to do more.
Donate $11 a month, take care of our heroes.
T2T, that's t, the number two t.org.
10 seconds.
Oh, I don't want to hear this answer.
Hmm.
I don't want to hear this answer.
What percentage?
of the American populace would listen to Joy Reed say,
this is the kind of fascism they want,
no income tax,
no regulation,
and you can do and make what you want,
and your kids and your family get to keep it after you die.
What percentage of our population believes that is fascism?
That's a very,
it's a fascinating question.
And my gut is just to kind of basically,
say about half would be what I
right and I was like
well I don't have any real basis for that
is there any way to actually look at this and try to come up with
with an answer that approximates this because no one's
pulled the dumb the stupidity of Joy Reid's comments from yesterday
has not been pulled yet but I did find a poll
that asked is Donald Trump a fascist
from 2024 and half
of Americans said yes
87% of Democrats
believe that Donald Trump is a fascist.
Now, again, this is a man who they also complain constantly
about cutting regulations.
One of their big complaints about Donald Trump
is that he cuts regulations all the time in crazy ways.
He wants this.
They used to call it extreme capitalism,
this extreme freedom that they seem to hate so much,
87% believe that Donald Trump is a fascist.
So that's on the Democratic side.
Now, if you are only listening to the New York Times and CNN and, you know,
Joy Reid.
Joy Reid.
I can understand that because they're not telling you what the Democrats did in the last four years.
They're not telling you the truth on any of that.
You know what I mean?
I come back to Rehaz Patal, a good friend of ours, been a friend of the show for a long time.
He was as left as they come.
And in 2016, he went up because he could not believe these Trump supporters were like they were saying they were.
And he just needed to meet them and find out why are you so racist, you know?
And he went up to the reddest place he could find.
and he spent a week and he came back and he's like that's not who they are that's not who they are at all that's not what they believe at all and he was confused and he came to the show and i sat with him at a chalkboard and i said let me just give you some stories see if you know any of these stories and i listed all of the big story like like the irs targeting tea party groups um you remember that and i gave them like 20 stories and they were huge stories
never heard of them, never heard them at all.
He fact, he said, those aren't, they can't be true.
They can't be true.
And I'm like, here's the story on page 38 of the New York Times.
It was just never made into a big deal by your side.
And so you didn't hear it.
And I know those stories exist on our side as well.
But not, I don't think to the degree that is happening on the left.
So you can kind of see, you know, for instance, I talked to.
Jonathan Haidt the other day and he said, you know, I'm very concerned that Donald Trump is
becoming an authoritarian when it comes to the Justice Department because he's targeting his political
enemies. And it took everything in me not to say, are you out of your mind? You are going to say
that somebody who agrees with the Democrats are going to say that to me? You remember, and I didn't. I said,
how did you get there? What do you mean by that? And he said, well, I mean, you don't. You
don't want a, I mean, that's fascism, Glenn. You don't want a president to be able to say, and I said,
I am with you 110%. I don't want this president, the last president, or any president ever to be
able to say to the Justice Department, this is my enemy, find the dirt on him, find the laws that we can
prosecute him on. I don't want that. And I said, and I'll stand up against that. And he said, so don't
you think that's what's happening? And I said, no, why do you? And he said, well, because he said,
if you won't prosecute this guy, then you're fired. And I said, no, that's not what he said.
It went to a grand jury out of the three different, three different charges. The grand jury found
him ready to be prosecuted on two. And then this guy wasn't making a decision. And Donald Trump
said, make a decision. You're running out of time, the statute of limitations.
You're either going to prosecute or you're not, but make a decision one way or another.
Don't let this time just run out.
And he wouldn't make a decision.
No, so Trump replaced him.
I don't think that's fascistic.
I think that's reasonable.
I mean, and even if you have questions about that, which I know, I think there are some honest people on the left that would have questions over some of the stuff that's going on in the Department of Justice.
I think Jonathan Haidt is one of them.
Yeah, I love Jonathan Heid and his books, you know, what you guys I know spent most of the.
time on it was the harm that, you know, cell phones are doing to our kids and all those things,
which is unbelievably important. So there's a really important conversation you're going to have.
So to focus on this one part is, you know, not to mislead you on the actual podcast. But one of the
things that's frustrating, I think, to most people about that is we do remember they tried to put
Donald Trump in prison for like 9,000 made up things. You might even found one of the charges
It's legitimate, right?
But like, you...
All of them?
There's no way you can argue.
They tried to wipe him out financially.
They tried to come after him in multiple different ways.
The Alvin Bragg stuff was completely absurd.
And that's the actual president of the United States while he was running to be reelected.
Like, I can understand how you have issues with this.
And I have concerns over some of it as well on both sides when it comes to this.
Because I think there is a, you know, when you go down this road of just wanting to
persecute and prosecute your enemies, that can lead to a place that is problematic.
It's not always that way, though.
It usually does lead to a banana republic.
It certainly can, right?
I mean, I was thinking about, like, you know, you're talking about James Comey.
Like, how is the James Comey thing any different than Scooter Libby back in the day?
I don't think it's any different.
I don't love either.
Like, I think we had what I would argue was this mostly unspoken, mostly respected truce.
between these two parties, which basically amounted to, unless it's really egregious,
if the person's on the other side, let's just move on.
And I don't know that that's the best way to run a civilization, but like it is a thing
that I think existed in this country most of the time.
You don't get to keep that after you try to throw the president of the United States in prison
10,000 times.
I'm sorry, like it's just, of course it dissolved.
Of course you don't have that protection anymore.
Of course that's all gone.
And, you know, I think most people who voted for Donald Trump look at it and say, well, yeah, this is exactly what I voted for because they were doing this to us and now we have to do this to them.
Right.
That was the best way to do things.
What they did to us, I thought, was unconstitutional.
I do not want to ever cross that line.
I don't care what they did.
You violate the Constitution.
I'm no longer on your side.
But I don't think he is at all.
I don't think he's even votes.
This is Glenn Beck.
So it's not just the pain that wears you down.
It's the pain.

It's free.
Just come on in.
And I'm actually excited about it.
I was not excited about it because I don't,
I'm not Charlie Kirk and I don't do what Charlie does.
But I think I have a lot to share and some things I really want to learn from the students
at the University of North Dakota as well.
So come, it's October 9th, 630.
University of North Dakota, get your ticket sign up for him now at the turning point tour.com.
Jason Buttrill joins us. I asked Jason earlier today to watch the Pete Hegseth,
I don't know, meeting or speech in front of all of the military leaders. I think he brought them in to show him,
to show them how deadly serious the changes at the Pentagon are going to be.
They changed it from the Department of Defense to the Department of War to show that we are a war machine.
That is our job to break things and kill people.
We don't want to, but when we have to, that's what we have to be the best in the world at.
And when I was watching this, it was so full of common sense and things that I would think if I were a soldier,
I would have wanted to hear a long time ago.
In fact, he said, you know, this is not the Pentagon that you dreamt about serving in when you were young.
You didn't join the Army to do this.
He said, we're getting back to what it really is.
And I thought it was really powerful.
It seemed really important, but I only saw bits and pieces.
Jason just watched the entire thing.
Jason Buttrill joins me now.
What are your thoughts, Jason?
Wow, Glenn, I did not understand the reason for not just doing this on a Zoom call.
or I didn't see the point really
in bringing them all in until I saw this.
Holy crap.
The message is clear.
I mean, it is very clear
that American military power is back.
It's lethal.
It's deadly.
It's every single reason why men and women
put on the uniform and go to defend their country.
I haven't seen a military speech like that.
outside of a movie?
You know, it's so funny, I saw when,
because he was standing in front of a giant flag.
And the last time I saw this,
it was done with somebody in a uniform,
he wasn't in a uniform,
was from the movie Patton.
Yeah.
And it kind of felt like that,
kind of felt like one of those that you're like,
yes, you know,
but the audience was very quiet.
I don't know how they related to it,
but that's how you felt too.
Yeah,
there was like one time when I heard a few people,
you know,
cheering in the crowd, but I guarantee you, these are not guys that are supposed to cheer in situations
like that. But all of them, I can't, okay, I won't say all of them. Probably 99% of them were going
insane. They wanted a mosh pit and they wanted to crowd surf. That's how excited they are. I guarantee
you that's how they felt. What was it that he said that would cause the military leaders to do that?
Oh, man. Well, I mean, let's start off with, this was a completely,
this wasn't just a speech.
This was a complete realignment
of the way that the military's been ran
over, I would say over a decade.
A complete realignment.
Yeah, longer than that.
We talked about it yesterday
under some of the things
we thought they were going to talk about.
They actually combined with his speech
and the president's speech,
they actually covered every single thing
that we talked about yesterday.
But Heggseth's portion
was just the most exciting to me
because now they're talking about
just doing away with all the DEI crap,
all the stuff they were,
were focused on, they're switching completely to lethout lethality and being a deadly fighting
military force.
And I just haven't heard that.
It's been dressed up in politically correct garbage.
All the politically correct garbage is getting tossed out the window.
But not only that, they're focusing on change and how to, you know, as Bruce Lee would say,
to be like water with, you know, the direction of how defense tactics and how, you know,
the way a modern defensive capability is going.
That's the direction we're going. He said he's going to be making additional speeches that are going to cover infrastructure, supply chain changes. I mean, this is music to our ears. Everything we need to do to harden down in case an actual huge conflict breaks out, we will be ready for. And I guarantee you with this Department of War, with this Secretary of War, and with this President, we will be ready. It might take a couple years to fix the damage. But now, not only we, but we, but,
all the military leaders that have been frustrated for over a decade, now they can feel confident
in where we're going. And I, this is just amazing, Glenn. It's absolutely amazing. I,
to me, this makes total sense and is in line with everything that Donald Trump says he's doing.
Remember, the world as we know it was set up at Bretton Woods. It was our financial, everything.
After World War II, everything was decided on how we were going to behave economically.
and militarily. In 1962, I think it was, a Carol Quill, Carol Quinby, I can't remember his last name,
but he was a Harvard professor and he wrote tragedy and hope. And he was an insider and he had
been advising presidents, you know, from Truman all the way up to Nixon. But in 1962, he was
banned and everybody looked the other way because he wrote this book and he said look I've been
part of this and I have to I'm so excited we're going to get rid of war because we have now tied
our economic system so tightly together that we will only have police actions there will
never be an all out war we'll use economic sanctions and both sides will pay a price and there
won't be any of these big, big changes anymore. And he was right. That is exactly what happened.
And so the changes that Donald Trump is making, he's going back to the Bretton Woods stuff.
And he's saying, look, that was for that era. That doesn't work anymore. And it hasn't worked for
years. You know, when you look at Carol Quig, Quillby, I can't remember his last name. I'm sorry.
But when you, when you look at what he wrote, that was basically putting the state,
department as the boss of the Department of Defense.
They would do work.
The Department of Defense and the soldiers would start doing work to, you know,
democratize the world and bring peace and everything else.
It was a total flip.
And in the little that I heard Hegsteth do today,
it sounds to me that this is the next massive step in what Donald Trump is going
to be remembered for.
People don't understand it yet.
He is resetting the entire structure of the world, completely redoing it.
And he's doing it not just, you know, with our foreign policy.
He's now doing it inside our own government.
And he's making those changes in the Department of War to say, look, this is what we do.
This is the tool you are.
You kill people and break things.
If I wanted to have peace, I'm going to go someplace else.
If somebody wants to have war with us, we're going to kill them quickly and we're going to say,
what's not going on for 20 years, it's going to last in 18 months, and it's over.
And it will be decisive.
That's a whole change to the entire global system.
It's why they hate him so much of the United Nations.
I'm convinced of it.
Yeah, what you're talking about was echoed by geopolitical analysts all over the world.
I think his name was Francis Fukushima, who wrote.
what was at the end of history, talked about that as being, you know, we're done, you know,
all war is over and now it's just economic, just like you said, kind of putting the State
Department and other organizations that are in charge of American defense.
One of the crazy things is one of his students, Samuel Huntington, wrote a kind of like a rebuke
of that.
And he wrote a clash of civilizations, which basically said, no, no, no, no, no, we need to be
very careful because future wars will be civilizational.
which is what we're headed for.
Exactly what he predicted is what we're headed for.
Clash of civilizations.
Look at Europe.
Look at the United States right now.
Look at how war is being waged on us and we're not even concentrated on it.
And the president pretty much addressed that as you pointed out where he was like for far
too long, we've been focused on, you know, providing trillions of dollars focusing on places
like Somalia or places like that.
He actually called a couple of countries out.
He says we shouldn't even be out in doing some of these things.
He said, we need to look at our own hemisphere.
Again, this is something that we pointed out yesterday that we were hoping they would actually mention.
They did.
He did.
The president did.
This is a complete different realignment of what the threats are against the United States and addressing them and being prepared to combat them.
And I tell you, I'm, I still got goosebumps from the entire thing.
I now see why they decided to call all of the men and do that.
I mean, not only is the military on notice.
I think the military is relieved.
but now our enemies are on notice.
It was kind of funny, the Secretary of Warped Hegeseth said that he actually turned to the camera
and addressed our enemies and he goes in to our enemies and he said the acronym F-A-F-O.
And then that's when everyone's, that was the point where a few people started cheering.
And he goes, if you need help with translating that, just ask a few of your enlisted guys.
But I was like, yeah, it's on.
It's on.
It's on.
The president also said yesterday that they were going to be looking at new technology.
Did they talk at all about new technology?
So vaguely, they did.
So vaguely, they talked about new directions that they need to be going in.
They did, he was very vague with it, but he also mentioned another follow-on speech on some of the things that they're going to be focused on.
So that's definitely part of it.
That was part of it.
But I think we're going to be getting more details on that.
But not only new technology, but how we're going to manufacture them.
and how we're going to supply the manufacturing entities within the United States.
And it's all going to be, it sounds like, homegrown, so that we're not reliant upon other countries.
They included everything in this speech, Glenn.
It was amazing.
I mean, I'm not a military guy, but I have to tell you, when I hear stuff like that, I'm like, finally, finally somebody is to, because we all know the answers.
We really do.
We know the answers to most of these.
problem. You want to fix the economy. Stop spending so much money. Get your budget under control.
How do we do that? It's not that hard. You could get you could get 10 citizens pulled randomly.
And you could pull them out as long as they're not college professors. Just pull them out of their
jobs and say, hey, this or that, this or that, this or that. And you could cut you could slash so
much. Nobody is going to say they want sex changes for frogs, you know, studied in Africa. Nobody is
going to say that. And it's all such common sense. And it's so nice to see common sense play a role.
Because it hasn't in a very, very long time. Thanks, Jason. I appreciate it. By the way,
tomorrow I'm going to talk a little bit about digital ID. And I want to take you to India on digital
ID and show you what happened there. I mean, this is a real threat to America and to freedom all over
the world. China already has it, and we know what that is. Now it's coming to the West, and it already
came to China. What are the other countries? China, not Japan, Australia. Switzerland just voted on
it. Australia, South Korea. Yeah. It's really bad. It's really.
bad. And again, it's not about anything other than complete control. And we'll show you all about that
on tomorrow's broadcast. Jason, thank you so much. You bet. All right. So let me talk to you a little bit
about your gutters. You know, the funny thing is you never think about your gutters until they're a
problem. And then by then it's too late. The water's overflowing. The landscaping's flooded.
The foundations taking damage. And you're on a ladder at seven in the morning, pulling out
rotted leaves by hand wondering why nobody warned you that home ownership came with an annual
debt-defying circus act on a ladder. Leaf filter will fix all of that permanently. It's a stainless
steel micramesh system that installs right on the top of your existing gutters. No more clogs,
no more debris, no more ladders. No more. I'll get to this this weekend because once it's
installed, you never have to think about it again. And that's the point. One less problem. One less
to-do list. One less. I hope this holds until spring. You know,
don't have to worry about it. Good solutions. That's what they do. They, they just disappear.
And what you get in return is peace of mind. So don't spend the season worrying about your gutters.

Let me take J.D. Vance here on the coming shutdown of the government.
today. We just had a very frank conversation with the Senate and House Democratic leadership.
Look, the principle at stake here is very simple. We have disagreements about tax policy,
but you don't shut the government down. We have disagreements about health care policy,
but you don't shut the government down. You don't use your policy disagreements as leverage
to not pay our troops, to not have essential services of government actually function.
You don't say the fact that you disagree about a particular tax provision is an excuse
for shutting down to the people's government and all the essential services that come along with
If you look at what Chuck Schumer has said in the past consistently, it's whatever our disagreements are, let's negotiate with them, let's talk about them, let's figure out a bipartisan solution, but you don't shut the government down.
In other words, you don't put a gun to the American people's head and say, unless you do exactly what Senate and House Democrats want you to do, we're going to shut down your government.
That's exactly what they're proposing out there.
Now, we have to remember, they're very frustrated.
They say that they're very frustrated about the fact that this negotiation has not taken place until today.
But if you look at the original thing they did with this negotiation, it was a $1.5 trillion spending package,
basically saying to the American people, we want to give massive amounts of money,
hundreds of billions of dollars to illegal aliens for their health care while Americans are struggling to pay their health care bills.
That was their initial foray in this negotiation.
We thought it was absurd. We told them it was absurd.
And now they come in here saying that if you don't give us everything that we want, we're going to shut down the government.
We think that's preposterous.
We think it's totally unacceptable, and we think the American people are going to suffer because these guys won't do the right thing.
Now, I want to make one final point here.
You will hear a lot from Senate Democrats, from House Democrats, about the fact that American health care policy is broken.
Well, we know that American health care policy is broken.
We've been trying to fix it for the eight months that we've been in office.
But every single thing that they accuse about being broken about American health care is policy the Democrats have supported for the past decade.
So if they want to talk about how to fix American health care policy, let's do it.
The Speaker would love to do it.
The Senate Majority Leader would love to do it.
Let's work on it together.
But let's do it in the context of an open government that's providing essential services to the American people.
That's all that we're proposing to do.
And the fact that they refuse to do that shows how unreasonable their position is.
I think we're headed to a shutdown because the Democrats won't do the right thing.
I hope they changed their mind.
This is Glenn Beck.
