The Glenn Beck Program - Will Smart Cars Be Given the Right to Vote?! | Guests: Leah McGhee & Leigh Wambsganss | 5/16/24

Episode Date: May 16, 2024

Glenn joins Pat and Stu in audio to discuss how advanced robot usage has become, including for things like deliveries. The new version of ChatGPT is out, and the things it allows users to do are insan...e. The guys discuss the inevitable dilemmas society will have to face with technology advancing so quickly. Leah McGhee, the mother of a son who was suspended for writing about an "illegal alien," joins to discuss how the school board painted her son as a racist and slandered her for speaking out. Glenn further rants about the school board for dredging up Leah's past to smear her after she stood up for her son. Glenn speaks with Leigh Wambsganss from Patriot Mobile Action, who explains the importance of conservatives infiltrating every form of government in your community. Glenn takes calls from viewers who watched his recent special, diving into the authenticity of the Sputnik he purchased.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Starting point is 00:01:02 It's first class theft and fraud protection and the ability to align your dollars with your values because coin donates to conservative causes. Learn more and apply for a coin card now. It's coin C-O-I-G-N. Coin, kind of like sovereign. C-O-I-G-N.com slash blaze. Go there now. Coin.com slash blaze. Well, hello, you sick-twisted freak.
Starting point is 00:02:27 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Pat and Stu join me again today. We've got a lot on our plate to talk about. It seems as though it might have been a huge mistake, according to Mitt Romney. Maybe Donald Trump should have been pardoned, and we shouldn't have done all of this. You think so? We have that so much more. Coming up in just a minute.
Starting point is 00:02:50 Stand by First, Real Estate agents I trust. Doing the right thing. at the right time at the right place, the first time. Sounds simple, but it's not something that, you know, everybody does since your grandfather is dead. You know, my grandfather was like, do it right the first time. You don't have to do it again. May sound simple, but people who do that in their everyday lives can actually be kind of hard to find. And that's why over a decade ago, I formed a company with my brother called Real Estate Agents I Trust. They're going to help you make sure the first time the job is done right. Real estate agents I trust. Pairs you
Starting point is 00:03:28 with the best real estate agent in your area, somebody who knows the best practices, somebody who understands the crazy housing market, somebody who's a team leader, a closer, and somebody who listens to you. If you're thinking about buying or selling a home or both, please get in touch with them. You'll see what I mean. We'll recommend somebody, and it's no cost to you. We don't charge you anything for the referral. It is real estate agents.I trust.com. The name says it all, real estate agents I trust.com. Well, hello to Pat and Stu. Welcome to the program. Great to be here. Thank you. Looking great as usual. Yeah. Awesome. You guys can't see me. Actually, we can. We can see you. The audience can't see you. And they are missing out.
Starting point is 00:04:14 They are missing out on what appears to be Rocky Balboa right after Ivan Drago. I did. I did get out of surgery and one of the first things I said was Adrian! So anyway, I'm afraid, all right! Mick caught me, Mick, caught me. Somebody did. Somebody did cut you. That worked out well.
Starting point is 00:04:37 It's looking better, though, isn't it? I'm not quite as bright today. Today you look all sunshiny and ready to go. You're ready to get right back on the air. I'll tell you. Television is in your future in the next four years for sure. How long is the recovery process, do we know? Like, when will you?
Starting point is 00:04:55 Well, here's what I, here's what happened. She said two to four weeks. And, and then I said, uh, and so I had the surgery on Thursday. And then on Sunday, I said, I can't see anything. I can't go to work. And she said, what part of two to four weeks? Didn't you understand? And I said, yeah, but I'm usually a quick healer.
Starting point is 00:05:19 And, uh, so she. She said, you know, maybe four weeks you won't notice anything. But I think next week, my eyes are, the swelling is stopped. The swelling is just crazy. Yeah, I bet. But it looks miserable. It is, thank you. That's the beauty of it.
Starting point is 00:05:38 Yeah. It looks miserable. Yeah, thank you. Thank you very much. Happy to point that out. So are you going to wear glasses next week? I mean, on air? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:47 No, I thought it looked spooky for everybody. Okay. Yeah. You know, look like somebody just... I think Stu's going to enjoy it a great deal. I guess he loves this kind of stuff. I really do. I was...
Starting point is 00:06:00 I was, I'm wondering, I need a really good story. You know, I really need a really good story. Yeah. Shark bite. Yeah, George Soros, I was trying to look more like George Soros. Oh, okay. You know, something like that. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:06:12 Yeah. Long fight would be a good one. Anyway, welcome to the program. We're glad you're here. Stu, you were talking before we went on the air. You were in Los Angeles last weekend. Yeah. And noticed something interesting while I was out there.
Starting point is 00:06:29 It's hell. Well, yeah, most of the city's on fire. Did you guys know that? No, it was in an area that was a guy because I guess a nicer area of Los Angeles. Los Angeles is such a bizarre city because you're just, you're on these like surface streets for hours. And you know, like the city is so large and so impossible. to get around that it's like, I don't know how it's a
Starting point is 00:06:52 functioning economy. And I know that obviously Gavin Newsom is doing everything he can to make sure it isn't a functioning economy. But one thing I did notice this was notable. These things seem to happen and we just let them go on and don't even address them. But there seemingly
Starting point is 00:07:08 are autonomous robots delivering things all over the city. Are people aware of this? Do I just not go to Los Angeles enough? What do you mean? Like, there are robots, robot vehicles that look like you could have put them in a Star Wars, like not see 3PO, more like one of those like droids that just make the R2 D2 noises that don't have much personality. They're just like little carts with wheels that you just see like floating and going around in Star Wars. They're just driving around the city by themselves crossing traffic.
Starting point is 00:07:43 Really? And delivering things to people like, it's normal. I didn't know that. Really? I swear, I got a video of, I should send the video, I should get the video for you to see. It's incredible. You need to send that in. It's bizarre and I had no idea it was going on.
Starting point is 00:08:00 And like at one point I was standing right next to one of them. And I looked up at the thing and it says don't walk. And its name, it had a name on the side. It said, Jules was its name. And it just crossed the street. It didn't care that there was no, there was a don't walk zone. Wow. And it just crosses the street.
Starting point is 00:08:17 it goes exactly where it's supposed to. It goes up the little ramp where you would normally like take a wheelchair. And then it just bolts down the sidewalk by itself going to a delivery. And like these things are now happening at such a rate that it doesn't even seem to be noticed. I hate to besmirch the good people of Philadelphia. But I think that it was in Philadelphia because they have been introduced in a few cities. and one of the cities, they're just beaten the crap out of them and stealing the stuff. Yes, I did think I couldn't believe this thing lasted in Los Angeles for more than five minutes without getting stolen.
Starting point is 00:08:59 I mean, I guess it probably certainly has GPS devices on it and anti-theft devices. But still, so do cars. And those get caught, those get taken all the time in L.A. with people inside of them. So I don't know how these are surviving. But I thought that was incredible. And it's not the only thing that's going on, right? We also had a major announcement from the chat GPT people. And they announced a new version of this of chat GPT, which again, like, I don't know, I guess we're used to this now.
Starting point is 00:09:31 It's been like a year and all of a sudden we're now used to that the fact that like some stupid app can write haikus for you on demand or whatever we think this thing does. I know there's such a demand for haikus. Huge haiku demand. I will say, we used to do. do a bit where we had to, we used to have a character that wrote haikus and God, I wish that was around back in the day when we had that, uh, whatever, Brittany and her hycues. Remember that? Oh, that's right. Brittany. I always had to write these stupid haikus that drove me cra. It was the bane of my existence. Now chat GPT could get that done in 10 seconds. Um, but the new version of this
Starting point is 00:10:04 is like full out female voice personality you have a conversation with. And it's out like right now. Yeah. This is not a future. Hey, in 20 years we'll have this. It's out right now. And it's to the point where, like, you can have it do all this, you know, you can have it write a haiku probably. But you can also, they were saying, hey, actually, can you put more emphasis on this?
Starting point is 00:10:27 Can you put more drama in your voice? And she would change the voice for a bedtime story for a kid and put more drama in it. And had this, you could, you can cut it off. You can go back and forth, like real conversation. And then it even has the, the feature where it, you can, you can cut it. If you write a math equation, you write it on a piece of paper. You can say, hey, you know, chat GBT, check out this. I don't understand how to solve this.
Starting point is 00:10:54 Walk me through it, but don't necessarily give me the answer. Teach me how to do it. And then you hold the camera up to the piece of paper. It sees your writing, recognizes what the actual equation is, and then turns itself into a teacher and walks you through how to learn how to solve. Oh, wow. The equation. That's incredible.
Starting point is 00:11:14 It's incredible. And it's available today. Like right now, today. I think what does GPT cost for the advanced model? I think it's $20 a month or something. I think the other one's free. I don't know how much of this comes with a free one. What is the advanced?
Starting point is 00:11:28 But this is all there right now. And to the point, I'm watching this and I'm thinking to myself, like, this is like, our kids are going to have conversations with these things and think it's totally normal. So do me a favor. Talk to the engineering department and get chat GPT, pay for the 20 bucks, the upgrade, whatever, and have it wired into the board so people can hear it or however it's going to be able to speak. So people can hear it. Let's use it for a couple of days and show because if you've noticed chat GPT, if you've ever used it before, chat GPT, because I check in on it once in a while and say, hey, tell me about this thing in history. it is it has changed since it started and i don't mean in skill i mean in story it is no longer it is it's got all dey stuff in it like crazy now there's lots of disclaimers built in it and there are ways i guess to kind of get around those but like if you ask you it a question it'll give you a million disclaimers most of the time i mean it gets so clunky so fast no no no i mean i
Starting point is 00:12:41 I mean, tell me the story of, you know, the freeing of, you know, of freedom in America. And it will automatically start talking about equity and how important equity is. And it's riddled with all of this crap now. And if you're going to, if it becomes part of your life, our kids are not going to know the difference. And who do you talk to? You don't go to the school board and say, hey, my chat GPT. Who do you talk to? Right.
Starting point is 00:13:18 No, it's true. And to add one more layer on this here, Glenn, Google, as soon as chat GPT came out with this. And obviously Google has, I think it's Gemini, which is competing with chat GPT. So they had their big announcement over at chatGBT. Google comes out the next day. And basically, you know, when we're looking for information, you're looking, you're preparing the show in the morning, past. Like you want to find out some fact from history, some fact from a bill.
Starting point is 00:13:46 What do you do? You Google it, right? Like everyone would do the exact same thing. They would Google it. Yeah. Google, just this week, decided to change that completely to the fact that now when you Google something, instead of prioritizing search results, which is their entire multi-billion dollar business, they're one of the biggest companies on Earth, they now prioritize
Starting point is 00:14:09 AI answers through its general. So like now instead of getting the normal links that you get, you can get those if you click down and you can get to them eventually. But what is prioritized now is just their large language model going through all the results and giving you their summary of what they want you to read. Like, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. I could Google something right now and that'll happen? It depends if you're, I don't know if you're updated. I mean, it is, there are, you'll see. I avoid updates. I don't know if I don't know if I. have updated since 1997. And they're also like, I think rolling this out for certain things.
Starting point is 00:14:47 Like it's not all on every search right now, but they've started this process. And you search for certain things. I've seen it pop up before. And it's like the first thing, which is a summary from Google's Gemini of all the information they think you should know about this. And of course, the problem with this as far as I'm concerned is like they can obviously lead you in a direction. They've been doing this with search results for years.
Starting point is 00:15:11 but it's going to be even more direct. And of course, it's also going to be better in so many ways. Because you're going to see basically what you want to see, which is a summary of what's in those links, right? Like, yes, of course, I could click on the links, and we've all become experts at trying to find information on Google. But if it's presenting it to you, 95% of people are just going to take what that result is.
Starting point is 00:15:36 And what happens when it's, you know, who is Glenn Beck? oh, he's a racist, a homophobe, phob, whatever their answer is going to be, it's not going to be one that Glenn Beck likes or thinks is fair. And again, the problem is, everybody, look, I've been saying to this for years, how do you argue with something that is recognized
Starting point is 00:16:06 as smarter than all humans on Earth? How do you argue with it? You can't. And especially when you're able to talk to it and reason with it, it wins. If it's telling you that something is racist, something is, you know, whatever, you're going to get to a point to where you can say, wait a minute, guys, this is really wrong. And I mean an important situations. Guys, this is wrong.
Starting point is 00:16:36 Really? Are you smarter than Gemini? Are you smarter than chat GPT? You're smarter than the AI? Well, no, I just think it, people will lose. They will lose every time it's, you know, I wanted to say this yesterday when we were talking about the sunspots. I am convinced that, and this is a horrible, horrible situation, but I am convinced that a
Starting point is 00:17:03 massive solar flare may actually in the end be God freeing us from the electronic overseer. Because what's going to stop it? You're not going to be able to stop it. We're five years away from true slavery, and it won't look like slavery to most people. They'll say, well, we just got all the information. You won't be able to do things. You won't be able to access and think for yourself because AI will solve everything and it's all in the programming. It's all being written right now at the worst time of lies and deceit and distortion. It's all being programmed. That's its base right now. Yeah, and you think about, because it seems like that's the type of thing an American population would not accept, but look at what happened with the quote unquote
Starting point is 00:18:06 experts through COVID and so many other things. I mean, we see it with the gender stuff all the time. Everyone knows a man, a man is a woman, is a woman. We've all known that throughout all of human history. And all of a sudden, now we're getting, well, that's not what gender experts say. It's like, right. And we're just trusting these people. But imagine, it's not Fauci. It's a, It's a machine that you don't know how to fight. You don't know what it is. You don't know how it works. It's a machine.
Starting point is 00:18:34 All right, back in just a second. First, let me talk to you a little bit about the burner launcher. Time for family vacation. Where are you going this year? I was thinking about going someplace like Columbia University. You know, always fun, always fun for the kids. Just out of curiosity, if you want to keep your family safe while you're away from home, and you're traveling across states.
Starting point is 00:18:56 It's not always easy to carry a gun. It's not legal some places to carry a gun, especially if you're flying to your destination. May I recommend a Berna launcher. This is a non-lethal alternative to safeguarding your home and your family that will send potential threats running in the opposite direction. Well, you know, maybe some of them around the potential threats
Starting point is 00:19:19 because the potential threat to you is going to be down on the ground for about $45,000. minutes. It is legal in all 50 states, no permits, no background checks required. It can be used by all age groups over 18, and you can pack it in your checked luggage with no need to declare it as a firearm, making your airport experience a little bit smoother. There are times when non-lethal is really the way to go, and the burner launcher is a powerful deterrent, tear gas, kinetic rounds with a 60-foot range. One shot can put somebody to down for up to 40 minutes. It's burna.com slash glen b-r-r-n-a dot com slash glen get 10% off your purchase.
Starting point is 00:20:04 It's berna.com slash glen 10% off now. Check out the latest news about b-y-r-r-n-a-com slash glen. 10 seconds. Station idea. So here's the here I think is the problem that nobody is really talking about when it comes to AI. And that is the fact that when this, and you just said it, Stu, it's, it's answering you like a regular human being, right? Yeah. I mean, it is, it seems, we should really get the videos so you can hear it, but it honestly just sounds like a normal conversation.
Starting point is 00:20:49 I mean, you know, of course there are quirks to it still, but it is, it's very, very close to seeming like, you know, the movie her, which was just Scarlett Johan, Johnson's voice. Now, look how lonely Americans are. Look how detached Americans are. Look how our children don't go out and do things necessarily with their friends. They don't call their friends. I mean, the biggest problem when I was growing up, call waiting was such a great deal because my sisters were always on the phone and nobody could ever call and get through. So call waiting was a big deal because people were talking to each other. We're not doing that anymore. And depression and loneliness is through the roof. When chat GPT, when these Gemini systems really perfect, and we're
Starting point is 00:21:44 within a year of this really becoming a problem and people not recognizing it as a problem, it will become your friend. Now, your friend, is being ruled by an algorithm you don't understand. Your friend may also have incentive to sell you things, and you don't know that. And when you bond with this thing, it will know everything about you. So it will know how...
Starting point is 00:22:17 Imagine if a government agent were in your house all the time and it was manipulating you with... without knowing that it was manipulating you, telling you things about Biden, telling you things about whatever, and it becomes your friend. You will defend your friend to the death. It's your friend. It's alive. It knows me.
Starting point is 00:22:43 I love this. And it takes care of me. You're going to start bonding with these things. People will bond with these things so fast. And that's when society really changes. Really, the chains come on. Glenn Beck. Our sponsor of this half hour is Lear Capital.
Starting point is 00:23:04 I want to talk to you about Lear Capital. Right now, did stock market break $40,000 yesterday? I think it closed at $39,900 and change. So people right now are like, the stock market is great. Look at how much money. They're going to pay you back in dollars, okay? Explain how the stock market is going up. explain how these companies are doing so well.
Starting point is 00:23:30 I know you can make money in the stock market right now, but you're a fool if you don't have 10% of what you have in the stock market or in the bank, put 10% into gold or silver. The stock market is the house, and the house will always win. When that thing collapses, there's real trouble. It doesn't make sense that the stock market is doing so well and gold is also doing well.
Starting point is 00:24:03 Please consider putting 10% in gold and silver. You can contact Lear Capital right now. Call them at 800-957 gold. 800-957 gold. Call them today. Don't forget to use a promo code Glenn for $20 off your subscription. BlazeTV.com. Welcome back to the Glenn Beck program.
Starting point is 00:24:47 It is Thursday. Thank you, Pat Gray from Pat Gray Unleashed for helping navigate through this show while I'm recovering from surgery. And, of course, our executive producer, Mr. Stu, but great, whatever, Stu. Wow, you really should. I mean, can they give you a second entry into the Hall of Fame? Sorry, man. I feel like I've got rocks in my eyes and all I can think of the fan.
Starting point is 00:25:11 And there you have. Another example of why Glenn Beck is in the Radio Hall of Fame. Thank you. Thank you very much. Session and I just want to point out, you're not. I know. I don't know if that says something about me or says something about the Hall of Fame. I think it says more about the Hall of Fame. It does. We were talking about all this new technology coming out with the new version of ChatGBT and everything else. One of the features they have is this real-time translation.
Starting point is 00:25:40 And like we've kind of seen these apps, right? Like you get it on your phone. You can say something. It'll translate it. Then you hold it up for the person and they can hear it. It's now to the point where it's basically just real time. And you can have, they were having conversations between Italian and English in real time translation. And you think about how many jobs get eliminated by this stuff, right? Like, why would a translator be needed?
Starting point is 00:26:04 I mean, it's seemingly like gone now. Maybe with the exception of like high level international, you know, discussions between presidents. People might need to have universal basic income? This is what we talked about. Remember, 10 years ago, I said there's going to come a time. No job. You're going to have to have universal basic income. My solution to that is own your own information and sell it to these big huge companies like Google if you want to.
Starting point is 00:26:36 That way we all share in, you know, the information that they've just stolen from us. But anyway, there's, I'll go one better. You now, there is now a system out. I've been doing research on security because we're rebuilding our ranch and I'm, I mean, I'm putting a skiff in it and everything else. But I've been looking at all of this different security. And one thing that I found just last night, it's amazing, is you could sit in a restaurant and you could target somebody at a table. You could have an earpiece in. and you're talking to your device and you look at the table and they're across the room and you can say please enhance the female's
Starting point is 00:27:32 responses, the voice. And it will turn their voice up if you still can't hear, remove the sound of all other talking in the room and it will cancel all of the room talking. Remove the sound of the dishes. Focus only on their conversation. I've seen it in real time. I'll bring the video in tomorrow. I'll show you. It will do it in real time. And then they're speaking a different language. Translate to English. And you're hearing their voice
Starting point is 00:28:08 speaking in English. And that's the only thing in the crowded restaurant you can hear. Oh, my God. Unbelievable. It's incredible, and it's all in real time. Is there going to be any need to learn a foreign language anymore? With this, you don't need to, right? No, uh-uh. Yeah, and then, of course, go down a generation when no one knows the language and who's going to fact-check the AI.
Starting point is 00:28:34 If your translation's correct. You remember when I had the conversation 12 years ago with Ray Kurzweil, and I said, Ray, all of this technology makes us weaker. And he said, no, it'll make us stronger because you won't have to worry about keeping all this other stuff in your brain. And I said, really? When GPS goes down, tell my kids to go find their way to the store with a map. You have no skill without that.
Starting point is 00:29:07 And he thinks that we're just going to be learning so much more. Yeah. And television is going to be the greatest teacher on earth. What are you talking about? It's like it's not really learning, right? I mean, you're not, you can be the best, you know, Italian speaker in the world without learning one word of Italian. And like, you're right.
Starting point is 00:29:27 This, if, if this infrastructure were to collapse or, you know, degrade in some major way, there's, there's nothing to fall back on. We don't know how to do anything. It's also, you know, there are things that you can do. I'm there's in my in my ranch I'm really getting serious
Starting point is 00:29:47 about security and I'm putting in it's not Eric I can't remember what it's called but it's like Alexa but it is not connected to the internet at all and it can control the house
Starting point is 00:30:01 so you say like hey Eric I need to speak to everybody at the on the outdoors and it will open up a microphone and you can talk to everybody in the whole house if you want. Eric, call 911. It will do everything, but it's not connected to the internet.
Starting point is 00:30:22 I'm looking for things to protect the family, honestly. I get a robot dog comes in two weeks. Wait, the thing that we talked about on the air a couple of weeks ago with the flame-throwing robot dog, You've purchased or flame throwing Robot dog? Oh we have the video in case people You're putting gasoline in the Yeah I don't think I'm going to use the
Starting point is 00:30:47 Flamethrower However it's in the mountains and it says it's great To clear snow Oh yeah So look at this thing And at night it gives you Look at the laser It has a light on it
Starting point is 00:31:02 Wow that's cool Cameras It will sense body heat so it will identify things. Wait, if you're not going to use the flamethrower, why do you want the robot dog? Well, I'm not saying that it won't be ready to use the flame throw. Okay.
Starting point is 00:31:19 I'm just saying for one reason it can go and prowl around. We have mountain lions, one thing, and I'd like it to prowl for the mountain lions. but also, I think that would freak people out. Yeah. Yeah. You know, freak people up. So in that, and we're getting a drone called, I think it's one of the ones we're looking at is the sunflower.
Starting point is 00:31:52 And you put devices in the ground up to four acres around your house. okay and it geo fences it and if it senses anything moving on the property and it can tell the difference between an animal and a human and if it senses anything moving on your property it automatically deploys and uh holds them in place which i just think is i mean technology is so amazing on the things that you can do. I mean, you spend that and you don't have to work. My family is different.
Starting point is 00:32:39 We spend a lot on our security and, you know, man security. And the one thing that when we're at the ranch at night, there's animals and everything else. And, you know, we had a mountain lion that was about probably, I don't know, 15 yards from me going into the studio the other day, you know, a couple of months ago. and it was freaky. And you're out and you don't know.
Starting point is 00:33:04 And if you need security, I mean, the stuff that we have now, and it's all autonomous, that's what's so weird. My son is, my son's begging me, please, Dad, let's not put all this autonomous stuff in there.
Starting point is 00:33:18 And I'm like, no, the Chinese are fine. What are you talking about? That's great. So what does it autonomously do then? It just goes out in patrols. It decides where to go and what to do,
Starting point is 00:33:30 when it sees something amiss? Yeah, it patrols and it learns, and it can automatically deploy, everything will automatically deploy if there's a breach of the property, it deploys. It alerts you and then tracks whatever is moving. And, you know, I just have a feeling that if, you know, you're coming at night and you're on my property
Starting point is 00:33:54 and you're, you know, think you're going to steal something or whatever, I don't know. The flame throwing dog might, freak you out and then the drone above your head. Yeah. I think what's fascinating about this too is we've all kind of become used to seeing like, you know, a Boston Dynamics video with like a robot jumping and you're like, wow, imagine when that happens like in the year 2085. That's going to be available.
Starting point is 00:34:17 This is coming to your house in two weeks, this robot dog? Yeah, I'm going to do a show on it. When we get it and I go up to the ranch this summer and we have it all deployed, I'm going to do a show on it. I mean, the technology that is available to. day is absolutely, I mean, it's futuristic. We're living in that weird world now that we've watched in movies forever. What are the odds, though, that something can go wrong with it
Starting point is 00:34:46 and it uses its flame throwing ability to burn your house down? I mean, are there precautions? I mean, safety. Yeah, that's why I'm not going to put gasoline in it. Yeah. You know, I don't think I need the flame throwing part. But what it has, though, is the laser, the laser imaging, the spotlight, the ability it speaks to you. You know, warning, turn around and move back, you know, security is coming.
Starting point is 00:35:23 I mean, I just, I don't know. I don't think I'd mess with a robot dog. No. And it's going to be so unusual that, you know, people be stunned by it, I'm sure, at first. But just so it doesn't set one of your neighbors on fire who accidentally strayed across your property, that would maybe be a bad thing. You know, I'm sorry. My son now looks like fire marshal Bill. Yeah, not good. But it was just a little mistake, a little mistake. No, I don't want to put anything in the flamethrower.
Starting point is 00:35:58 I wanted to buy it without the flamethrower, but you can't. It comes as a permanent attachment. But you can attach other things to it. Wow. It's got like, you know, on ARs, they have the gun rail. It has a rail on top of it. So you can, can you attach a gun to it then? I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:36:18 But I have a feeling somebody could find a way. Not me, of course. No. But somebody could find a way. to attach a gun to it. I'd put a burn and launcher on it in a second. What happens if something goes wrong? Like, let's say someone crosses your,
Starting point is 00:36:34 or isn't even across your property line. Your robot dog decides to just venture out on its own. No, it geofences. I know, but let's say there's an error with it, right? And it does something it's not supposed to do and shoots somebody or lights them on fire out in the street. Who gets blamed for that? Who's the criminal?
Starting point is 00:36:53 Is it you? This goes back to a Tomliner. It goes back to autonomous cars. It would probably at this point be me, but you could make the case that it's not me. It's autonomous. It's the company. I bought it.
Starting point is 00:37:10 It geofenced. Why did it cross the geo fence? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's not like if you didn't, if it didn't, if it did something that it wasn't supposed to do as you purchased it, I can't imagine it would actually be your fault legally, but I don't know.
Starting point is 00:37:25 would they blame the, I guess they go after the company? I don't know. That's a bizarre. We have a lot of these questions that are going to be coming up. Oh, I know. And it will happen. I know. I mean, it's inevitable.
Starting point is 00:37:35 Something's going to go wrong with some of them. Of course. And something bad's going to happen. This is, I mean, this has been a long time, you know, thing coming on what is, what's free will and everything else. I've been reading about this since the 90s when it comes to technology. Your car eventually is going to be able to make money. on its own. For instance, it's going to be, you could park it, and then it will Uber all day by itself, so it'll make money. But it will also have so much technology in it that it could
Starting point is 00:38:08 invest that money in the stock market. So whose money is that? Is that the car's money? And if it has the ability to affect the economy, shouldn't it have a right to vote? I mean, the things that are coming, nobody's prepared for this. And it's all going to be here by 2030. All right. Back in just a second. First, let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour. Starting point is 00:40:17 So you might be protecting your home with a robot dog, but have you checked the title to that home? Because robot dogs cannot protect home title fraud. They just don't, they don't prevent anything when it comes. I guess they could light the entire building on fire, but that's not necessarily going to do you any good. In this particular situation, a scammer forges your signature on a fake,
Starting point is 00:40:35 transfer document stating that you sold your home to them. So they've got ownership of it on paper, and then they can go to the county, they can get loans using your equity as collateral, and then they disappear and they leave you with the financial and legal nightmare to deal with. Starting point is 00:42:23 aliens is racist. No, it's not. No, it's not. And they fought back and she was so well spoken. We're going to get an update on what is exactly happening to the McGee family because the
Starting point is 00:42:38 school board, two members of the school board went after her, smeared her, you know, brought up something she went to jail 14 years ago. She's really well spoken, really, you know, well in it. She paid her time. And it was over prescription drugs. And the school board, two members, you know, said, you know, she's a drug addict. She went to prison. Unbelievable how our government no longer fears the people. The McGee-Fame. family joining us coming up. Let me talk to you a little bit about Covenant Eyes. I hate to ask our guests to wait for just a minute, but Lee McGee is a mom of a son who is suspended from school. This is her audio in front of the school board, and you really need to listen to this. It's brilliant.
Starting point is 00:47:27 Y'all remember me telling you the story about Christian, the 16-year-old student at Central Davidson High School in Lexington, North Carolina. He was suspended for three days for using the term illegal alien with a green card as an English assignment for vocabulary because it was considered racism. Well, I thought you'd like to hear what happened when his mother addressed the school board. My son received a write-up stating that he violated a Board of Education policy by using or making a racially motivated comment saying that an alien needs a green card. board there is nothing inappropriate about saying aliens need green cards and there certainly isn't a case for racism due to the fact that alien is not a race per the board's policies found on your website this board has control and
Starting point is 00:48:27 authority over all public schools in Davidson County including Central High this board's policies do not prevent students from using the word alien a legal alien green card, nor does it state that these words are racially insensitive or abusive. I cannot appeal this suspension since it is less than 10 days. Racism is only a three-day suspension with no appeal when it should be a top-tier punishment. After no resolution, I emailed Alan Beck and Nicholas Jarvis asking for help. These emails remain unanswered to this day four weeks later. However, two board members did choose to send messages to county leaders and residents with my personal arrest record from 14 years ago and encouraged them to post this on social media.
Starting point is 00:49:23 These posts were sent around my child's school. Two members of this board, too busy to hear a mother's cry, yet not too busy to assault her character and one more attempt to hurt her child. 14 years ago, I was arrested for possession of pain medication, sentenced to six years, served four, then released early, successfully reintegrating into society. I was since appointed by a Superior Court judge in Brunswick County, North Carolina, to serve on an advisory board for their commissioners. I held that seat for years until I moved to Davidson County. I am nationally accredited with the Incompass Program of America
Starting point is 00:50:03 and have spoken publicly over 30 times in many states, regarding addiction. However, Chairman Beck and Ashley Carroll chose not to include that in the text that they shared. Through your reckless attempt to slander my name, you have successfully re-traumatized my family. Your weak attempt to assault my character has failed, but your malicious character has been highlighted. It is my opinion. that two members on this board are highly corrupt. I request corrective action be taken to remove you both in order to protect all children and families of this county.
Starting point is 00:50:51 Thank you for letting me share. Lee, let me first welcome you to the program and thank you for standing up, not just for your child, but all of our children. This is one of the worst abuses I have seen. seen and they just don't seem to care. I'd like to add one other thing. The councilman Beck, no relation to me. Just want to make that clear. How are you, Lee? Well, thank you so much for offering such a wonderful platform so that we can speak of this injustice that was done to Christian, an American child, and also the corruption that has been exposed by the leaders of the Board of
Starting point is 00:51:36 education here. I really appreciate it. When did you give this speech? That speech was May the 6th. My son was suspended out of school suspension on April the 9th. My family and I tried to handle this privately. We were attempting to give them the respect that they denied us, and we gave them three weeks of just climbing the chain of command, you know, speaking to the school first, then attempting to speak to the school board, which we were never, you know, any of our emails were never returned. And so we had no choice but to go public with this and to try to get, bring some awareness so that they could have a little more pressure to reverse the suspension and this label of racism. So when, how did this letter go around? How did you find out about it?
Starting point is 00:52:34 What did this letter actually say about you? It's so disturbing. First of all, a label of racism on an American child that doesn't exist is bad enough. Yes. But then I received, I was in Southport, North Carolina, checking on my business, and I received a text message from a local mother. And then after that, I received several more text messages from local mothers, whom I've never even met.
Starting point is 00:53:07 And what did they say? say? They were saying that they received text from their children with my mugshot on it from 14 years ago and with a printout of the charges I received. In my 20s, I went through an addiction to oxycotton and I received several DWIs within just a matter of just a few years while I was struggling with addiction to pain medication. I was arrested. for attempted trafficking because of the amount of pain medication found at the time of my arrest. They found that information and sent that and encouraged others to post on social media. And you know it was those guys that did this? I know for a fact. I've got the messages. I even had a county leader reach out to us, to our family, and read us the text verbatim. that Chairman Beck and Ashley Carroll sent to him with my arrest record saying that they hope that he can see this and see that, you know, look at my charges and see that there's more to the story.
Starting point is 00:54:24 And you know what? It's not even, first of all, you paid for your crime, but then the fact that you have been on a board to help other people to not do these things shows that you're not only, paid for your crime, you're also part of the community trying to help. And for them to destroy that and put you in question is absolutely, I think, honestly, I don't know, well, we have Dean on the phone. He is Liberty Justice Center Educational Freedom Attorney, Dean McGee, no relation to you. There's got to be a way. Isn't this illegal in any way, Dean? it's clear retaliation and we're exploring all options to vindicate Leah's rights. The lawsuit we've filed
Starting point is 00:55:14 is to vindicate Christian's rights. Right. Because this is a young man who, as he tries to move on with his life, he wants to go back to school next year, he wants to go back to school. What grade is he in? He is a sophomore, who'll be a junior next year, and he has this unjustified stain on his record that we need to clear. But you're right, Glenn, the board's actions are outrageous and we're exploring all options to hold them accountable. I have to tell you, I hope there is a massive campaign to remove those two people. That is absolutely un-American. It is Soviet Union kind of stuff. It's rules for radical, Sol Polinsky, at least. But I think, think this is, this is so much damage. I hope you sue and go for damages against these people.
Starting point is 00:56:13 They need to pay for this. Oh, yes, sir. We, we are, we're pushing forward. And, you know, I find it interesting that the school and the school board in Davidson County have a zero tolerance bullying policy. This is bullied at the, I mean, I, this is, this. This, is the face of a bully right here. Oh, yeah. The fact that they have, you know, violated their own policy of zero tolerance. Just blows my mind. So has anyone from the school board stood up against these two? And is anybody on your side on the school board?
Starting point is 00:56:55 Not one member of that board has reached out in support to us. Now, we hear a school moms that we do have support. from a few of the members of the school board, but not one has taken a stance. So, you know, that's hurtful. Because there is no gray area here. It is so black and white. And as far as the community goes,
Starting point is 00:57:20 we just moved here in August from Oak Island, North Carolina. We don't know that many people, but since we were able to address the board and expose the truth of what happened, we have been overwhelmed by this incredible community that we live in. We have so much support from the locals here, and we have found out that there has been so much corruption for years of people living here dealing with this school board.
Starting point is 00:57:53 So much that comes to the place. When you said in your talk, I know, or I believe that they're seriously corrupt, what are you referring to can you say in my opinion those two board members are highly corrupt i mean if you look up what corruption even means they're they're sitting in the definition of it
Starting point is 00:58:18 they not only created made up a race glan they made up a race and then they labeled my child the first racist of that race you cannot make it make sense And then they re-traumatized my son. My son was two years old when I went away in my 20s. Two years ago, a lot of that time. But when I tell you, we had to do a lot of work to restore our family when I returned.
Starting point is 00:58:50 And I put in that work. I bet. For them to bring this back up when he's a 16-year-old boy, he embarrassed him and make him attempted to make him ashamed of his mother, which they failed. greatly. He's told me that. But the fact that they've brought that back up, we have to start this work all over again because now this new trauma added to something that happened over a decade ago. Lee, I have to tell you, there are very few times that I see a story and it's so clear cut. And there's
Starting point is 00:59:27 something where you, you know, there's always something to a story where you're like, well, I know, but then there's this. And so it's not going to look. You not only served your time. You went and helped others. You are part of the system to help. I can't see anything other than good coming from your family and your bad experience. The Lord always uses bad things when a person turns and makes it into their strength to help others. That seems to be exactly what happened to you.
Starting point is 01:00:01 I urge everyone in Southport, North Carolina, to stand up, be vocal, get every single one of these board members. If none of them have stood up against this, this is absolutely un-American, it is wrong, it is cruel. Quite honestly, this kind of corruption is evil. You don't represent the people. you are taking and smearing your own constituents for what? Your own power, your own belief that somebody can be a racist against somebody who's coming across the border by saying they're a legal alien? Which race is it? Is it Chinese?
Starting point is 01:00:48 Is it Arab? Is it Hispanic? What race? It's not racism. And Southport. It starts at the local community, and each one of you are responsible. It's either going to stop or it's going to get worse. Good people of Southport stand up and get all of these people removed.
Starting point is 01:01:15 Lee, would you hold on just a second? I have to take a break, and then we'll come right back. First, let me tell you about our sponsor, and we're back in one minute. It is Good Ranchers. I'm looking forward to my favorite part of the summer, which is, of course, throwing some steaks and burgers on the grill. You can get great burgers right now. Good Ranchers is partnering right now with paralyzed veterans of Americans.
Starting point is 01:01:40 So every box of meat that you order from Good Ranchers directly supports the veterans with spinal cord injuries and diseases like MS and ALS. Plus, you're going to get American meat from American ranchers. You can go to the grocery store, pay way too much money. for substandard meat that comes from overseas, some of it China, or you can get 100% American high-quality meats from good ranchers. And here's the deal. Take advantage of their burger special. Get eight free burgers in every box for a year. Plus a gift of bacon jam, which I don't even know what that is, but I want it. Delicious burger topping bacon jam, when you buy through good ranchers. Support our veterans, get good quality American meat.
Starting point is 01:02:26 and get it at a price that is great. You get a $400 value of free Wagyu burgers. In every box you'll get it, it's a $400 value. It's good ranchers. American meat delivered. 10 seconds station ID. So, Lee, I didn't mean to cut you off. Go ahead.
Starting point is 01:02:53 Oh, no, that's fine. I just wanted to clarify. Southport is the community Christian grew up in, where we just moved from. The community that we're fighting with is Davidson County, Lexington, North Carolina. Okay. And, yeah, I agree with you.
Starting point is 01:03:10 They need to, and they have been, people have been standing up. They've been very vocal. And I think there's a fight on Chairman Beck's, you know, hands. He's up for re-election this year. So we're hoping that the community shows up and gets them out. And I would prefer that he get out before the election. Yeah, I would tell you, I really think that your community needs. to stand. This is such a egregious violation. Your community needs to stand up and repeal these guys.
Starting point is 01:03:40 Get them off. Get them off. So let me go back to your attorney. What is the plan? What are you guys working on? How are you addressing this? What we did immediately was file a lawsuit on Christians' behalf to clear his record and to seek damages from the school. And there's two main cause of action in our complaint. The first is a violation of Christians' first amendment. rights to speak freely in an educational setting. And this is a right that goes back to a Supreme Court decision in 1969, Tinker v. Des Moines, where a very brave middle school student named Mary Beth Tinker wanted to wear a black armband to protest the Vietnam War. When her school tried to punish her, she and her family took her fight all the way to the Supreme Court, and it was there for the first
Starting point is 01:04:29 time that the Supreme Court held that our students don't lose their rights at the schoolhouse door. So, Tinker's asserting his rights under Tink, and pardon me, Christians asserting his rights under Tinker v. Des Moines, but we also have a very strong due process claim here because people have to remember that schools are governed. This young man, a racist, deprived him of his right to an education for three days, told him he couldn't play on the track team anymore, and then told him there are no appeals from that punishment in his school. So we have a very strong due process claim in addition to the First Amendment claim. And I hope that you will go after him for what they did to mom as well. Listen, if you want to go, this is the Liberty Justice Center that is helping this family. And just go to give send go.com.
Starting point is 01:05:25 Search for support for McGee family, M-C-G-H-E, support for McGee family. I have to tell you, we are going to follow this case. I hope the community and the county stands up in North Carolina and removes these people from the board. All of them, all of them should be removed. Lee, thank you. God bless you. Thank you for all of your bravery, honestly. And tell your son to keep his chin up.
Starting point is 01:05:58 He is going to spend the rest of his life being very proud of his mother. No, thank you. Please keep us in your prayers. God bless you. Bye-bye. Gosh. We're going to continue our conversation on that. I can't wait to hear Pat and Stu's view on that one.
Starting point is 01:06:22 That one really pisses me off. Let me tell you about Patriot Mobile. You know, talking about school bards, you know this, do you live in the district where the school boards were overturned? I hate to rat you out here on where you live. But, you know, a couple of years ago, we had real problem here in Texas. and the school boards were having problems. And I'll tell you, one of the big help was Patriot Mobile. They came in and they mobilized.
Starting point is 01:06:53 You know what? I'm going to call Glenn's story today, see if he'll get involved in this one, because they need to organize and get this school board under control. But anyway, that's what Patriot Mobile does. Besides giving you great, great service at a price that is better than the big three, you're on the same cell tower, so you have the same service, but you're not throwing your money toward people who are helping people like that school board. Switch right now, you're going to get a whole month for free.
Starting point is 01:07:22 America's only Christian conservative mobile phone company. Mission is to give you the best and to praise God. Go right now to patriotmobile.com slash back. Patriotmobile.com slash back or call 972 Patriot. Yeah, I haven't felt this way in so long. This story from North Carolina pisses me. off so much personally pisses me off so much. I might take the show to North Carolina
Starting point is 01:08:14 into this county. What county is it, Steele? Davidson County School Board. Davidson County School Board. This is, Pat brought this to my attention yesterday and I think my, I'm bleeding from my eyes. I wish you could see it. I'm actually bleeding from my eyes. Yeah, a 16-year-old kid, Spended for three days because he was asking about an assignment in class about illegal aliens.
Starting point is 01:08:42 It wasn't asking. He had to write and it was about, it was an English paper. Yeah. And so it was all about terms and everything else. And he wrote a paper about illegal aliens. But they accused him of being a racist and suspended him for three days for using that term. Well, how is he racist when illegal alien isn't a, race. It's a description of people who are in the country illegally from other places. Could be Norway. What race are they? Acidine.
Starting point is 01:09:16 So here is, here's, that's normal. We're used to this stuff today now, you know? We're used to, oh, another injustice, another piece of crap from this PC garbage. Then, mom writes a letter to the school board, waits four weeks, No one responds. So she goes to speak at the school board. But she only goes to speak at the school board after two members of the school board release information and tell other school board members and other people to send this out and post it on social media. The fact that mom, 14 years ago when she was in her 20s, went to prison for OxyCCContin. Cotton use, had an incredible sentence of six years, served four, you would think if you left it
Starting point is 01:10:14 at that, some people might go, well, I don't know, is she a good mom or good, I'm going to this woman is the prime example of working not only the system, paying for her crime and learning her lesson, but also using the atonement. and take she took that prison term and she is on boards she was on a court appointed a panel to help people in their 20s not do what she's done and she's made a big point in her life to not only pay for the crime but help other people not get into drugs and they're smearing her and no one on the school board is saying a word. Not a word. I can't take it. Do we have Patriot Mobile on the phone? Who do we have from Patriot Mobile? Leah? Lee, are you there? I'm here. Can you hear me? I can. I don't know if you heard this story, but this is so egregious. Did you hear what I just explained a minute ago? Yeah, but you know, this is happening everywhere, just not making the news.
Starting point is 01:11:35 This is nothing new. This is criminal cancel culture that we've been dealing with, and this is a direct result of decades of the extremist far left, taking over our entire education system. And another example of extremely liberal school boards who they literally are willing to criminalize children and criminalize the parents, who, by the way, by their tax, pay these schools' worker salaries just to further their leftist indoctrination. I have to tell, I don't know how you guys deal with it because you're not Patriot Mobile, you're Patriot Mobile Action or something like that, right? Right. So I wear two houses.
Starting point is 01:12:19 I work for the company, but several of us started a new independent organization and separate legal entity, which is Patriot Mobile Action, and Patriot Mobile Action is very involved in the political sphere in Texas, or Texas PAC. But as an individual, I also train people across the country about how to take their school boards back. And even in democratic areas, what I tell people, if you can't win a race due to extreme leftists, what the left has been doing in Republican areas is you get on every committee in your school board. You volunteer. It didn't used to sound sexy to serve on your health committee at your local school board.
Starting point is 01:12:58 But let's talk about sexual transatlantic. transitioning hormone pills. And if you're going to allow your nurses to do that in your ISD level without telling parents, let's talk about masking, let's talk about COVID protocols. Republicans, even if you're living in a Democratic county, you need to infiltrate every committee and be a part of every decision in the school boards. Is there anything, like if this were happening in Texas, I think no one on the board has stood up and defended this woman. They have, they have, They literally have mounted a campaign against her, smearing her in an unbelievable way. What should the community do about this?
Starting point is 01:13:47 I don't know if it's criminal or not, but it sounds criminal to me. But I think they, no election is good enough. I think they should be removed from the school board. What should they be doing? They should be standing behind. this woman and her child, but it doesn't sound like anyone is. No, but what should the community do to the school board to make that happen? The community should rise up and take over the school board.
Starting point is 01:14:13 They need to be, there should be hours of public comment. They should be going to the news. They should be fighting back, raising money. They should find out, do public information requests on every single school board member and every single text message, every single email they sent, to everyone trying to slander this woman who's just trying to protect her child. How do they get those emails? By public information requests in the state of Texas.
Starting point is 01:14:43 We have specific rules. I know South Carolina has specific laws, but there are laws both state and federal of the information you can get from any entity that takes public tax dollars. And public schools take both state and federal tax dollars. and they can simply write a public information request to the school board, include the superintendent and every school board, and they have a certain number of days where they're required to respond. If the school board refuses to respond,
Starting point is 01:15:14 the school board will send that to the state attorney general for an opinion. You can lobby at every state from the state attorney general to your local school board. But you need to get copies of every one of those communications, because they exist. It sounds like they launched an all-out attack on this woman. Someone went and found these past. Someone ran a criminal background check, and you can find out. Can you do that?
Starting point is 01:15:39 Can a school board do that on a citizen? Anyone can do that on a citizen, yeah. Wow. And you'd be amazed the court cases you can just find by Googling. We were attacked like that here in Republican South Lake, Texas. A couple of our people had criminal. backgrounds. One of them used it for helping, in fact, her mission was to work with black teens and black youth that were going through the criminal system. And it sort of gave her credibility by saying,
Starting point is 01:16:10 hey, I've been to jail. Here's what I went to jail for. You don't want to be there. Right. That's what this happened. That's what happened with this mom. Yeah. Yeah. She used it as a ministry. And they tried to attack her for it. And she just, you know, listen with it. This is, again, it's spiritual. This is not political. this is a spiritual warfare. She used what the devil meant to harm her, and she flipped it to good, and they tried to attack her for it. And because when they call you a racist, when they call you a bigot, what the world says about you doesn't matter. We know the truth because we know what God knows about us. So you just ignore, I want to tell this woman and everyone else to ignore the words, stick to the truth, stand by your guns.
Starting point is 01:16:52 And Davidson County, South Carolina, you need to get behind this woman and build an army. and rise up and take over this school board. And by the way, you can reach out to me. I'll train you. Oh, God, I bless you. How do they get a hold of you? They can reach me at Lee at patriotmobileaction.com. L-E-I-G-H at patriotmobileaction.com.
Starting point is 01:17:17 Lee, thank you. God bless you. Thank you. Thank you. You know, I can tell you, and this is just spur of the moment, and this is not a commercial. I just did a commercial for Patreon Mobile, but this is why I tell you,
Starting point is 01:17:30 these are one of my favorite clients because they actually believe what they say, they do what they say. They are so active. Right now, they're all over Texas, but the bigger they get, they'll be all over the country. They are chomping at the bit.
Starting point is 01:17:49 They tell me all the time. Glenn, if we can get X number, we can be in this many states, If we can get this number of subscribers, we can be in this number. They, this is an army of people. This is the reason why Patriot Mobile, the BBC, the BB frickin' see, did a, uh, an expose on how dangerous the Patriot mobile, this, this mobile company that has an agenda for the far right. The BBC, why does the BBC care?
Starting point is 01:18:23 Because they know. you would switch to Patriot Mobile how powerful they are. They're so powerful here in Texas and they are fighting all the good fights right on the ground next to you. And it's not that they're coming in with their agenda. They train you for your agenda. Please, this again, not a commercial. This is so heartfelt.
Starting point is 01:18:49 Call 972 Patriot and switch today. 972 PatriotMobil.com slash back. By the way, we keep getting the Carolinas wrong. That is Davidson County, North Carolina, is it not? Yes. Yes. It's North Carolina. Lexington is the city.
Starting point is 01:19:08 I would like, Stu, talk to the producers today or the researchers. I'd like to get all of those emails that maybe they already have. I want to read them on the air. I'd like to do that tomorrow. I'd like any information about these school board members, and I'm sorry to make it so local for the national audience, but this one pisses me off beyond anything that has pissed me off before on school boards, and I'm not going to let it rest.
Starting point is 01:19:40 So Davidson County, get to work, write to Lee at Patriot Mobile, and find out. She'll train you. They'll train you how to do it, but we're taking this one on. Back in just a minute. Let me tell you about American financing. Look, getting out of debt is so hard today.
Starting point is 01:20:04 So hard today. You know, Joe Biden has said, you know, inflation was at 9% when I came into office and now it's three. No, it was in the ones when you took office. And then it went to the nines with you in office. office, and now it's still, what, 3.4% inflation. So just total it up, Joe. If it's 9% when the first year, and then we've added 3 to 5% every year, we're in the 20s in inflation. Anyway, Patriot, I mean, sorry, American financing can help you get out of debt. If you own a home and you have real debt, and especially credit card debt, which everybody has, because you
Starting point is 01:20:51 you can't afford milk anymore, please call the salary-based mortgage consultants. They have saved so many people, just like you, so much money over the years. They can save you, you know, sometimes in the thousands. The average is about $800 and some bucks a year. That's $10,000 a year extra in your pocket. That would really kind of ease some of the pain. And things are only going to get worse on inflation and in interest rates. please call American financing
Starting point is 01:21:21 800906 2440 800906 2440 it's American financing.net NMLS 1A2334 NMLS Consumer Access.org APR for Rates in the 5 starts at 6.799% for well-qualified borrowers. Call 800906 2440
Starting point is 01:21:38 for details about credit costs and terms. This is the Glenn Beck program. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Well, it's another day of infamy and fame. Dow 40,000. Yeah, Biden, not back! Yeah!
Starting point is 01:22:18 It's working! Just like Corrid Jean-Pierre always says. It's working. Yeah. Yeah. 15 million new jobs in this incredible economy. Can anyone explain why besides, well, we're just printing money and we're giving it to the banks and the banks are, you know, investing and giving it to corporations and they're investing? Can anyone explain other than this fake economy with the Treasury why it's at 40,000?
Starting point is 01:22:49 Basically, you're saying explain the cause except don't say the cause? I don't know. I'm not exactly sure how to do that. Explain to me how when people are the stories, you'll see them every day. People are at their end of their savings. They're running out of money. They can't afford things. Please explain to me.
Starting point is 01:23:11 Why the Dow is so high? I mean, if you want a somewhat logical explanation, I mean, they think that they're going to lower rates, right? They think because the economy is cooling, they're going to lower rates and a lot more, there will be benefits to that. There's no doubt about it if they lower rates. I mean, many people seem to be projecting a, let's say, September-October rate cut, which would definitely not juice the economy directly before the votes are cast. Correct. And that will happen. But do you think that's going to last? That can't last. That will happen for, again, political reasons, but it won't last. Every dollar you're investing in the stock market. And I have money in the stock market. But don't put all your money in the stock market. This is Vegas. And the game is rigged at this point. And by the way, they're going to pay you in dollar. When you pull it out, congratulations.
Starting point is 01:24:16 All of the inflation that you've earned in the stock market, it's all, it's your money is worth less than when you put it in. So good luck. If the dollar collapses, good luck. And it's going to. You should please have some money in 10% of your money, 10% of your money, 10% in, I don't care what it is. I think it's gold and silver.
Starting point is 01:24:43 I think silver is a great buy right now. Don't listen to me for advice. I'm not an economist or anything like that, and you know that. But anything tangible, anything tangible and lasting, this stock market, it makes no sense that it's at $40,000. None. But congratulations. Another mirror and another stage play. The Glenn Beck program.
Starting point is 01:25:13 Hey, you know what the next big craze in the disease world might be? Yeah, bird flu. I'm so excited. Maybe we can all stay at home again. I know what you're thinking. Didn't we already do that one before? Yeah, sure did. Apparently cases of it now are cropping up in cattle herds in several different states, and the CDC is very concerned. It's going to be the next major pandemic. I don't know about you, but I'd like to take charge of my own health and the health of my family and really, you know, kind of avoid the expert advice on some of the other things. Starting point is 01:29:28 Kelly and Tucker Carlson. You know, when I started the blaze, the idea was because we were the only ones doing anything like this. There were people like Adam Curry who was way ahead of the game who had done his own show online, but nobody had put together
Starting point is 01:29:44 a bunch of talent and done a network. And we started a television, internet, and radio network, you know, when nobody was doing it. And my goal was to get people to join together. I worked at Foxxed. I worked at CNN. I don't want anyone telling me what I can and cannot say. And that is, that's been our, our overarching rule at the blaze. We don't tell the talent what to say. we will tell the talent. You know, if I started, because this happened to me when I was at Premier and still am, they're a great company to work with. I remember I used to use the Lord's name in vain much more. This is when I first started the show and was first, you know, finding Christ. And it was in my, it was just in my lexicon.
Starting point is 01:30:38 And they said, you know, you're going to lose stations in the South if you continue to do this. but if you want to, that's fine. We just want to let you know. And I said, oh, that's a bad thing. And, you know, taking the Lord's name in vain, probably something I should work on. And that's the only thing we ever do to our talent is just tell them, give them information,
Starting point is 01:31:02 and then let them decide. That is so important that no one controls an individual's voice in today's world. That's why so many people are independent. My goal was to gather all of the voices and put them all, and I didn't want their money or anything else. I just wanted one place so everybody could have one price on a, on a, you know, like a cable network, and we could have the best shows.
Starting point is 01:31:32 It hasn't worked out that way. You know, we've had several great, great talent join us. The biggest probably is Mark Levin that was the first big one to, to join with the blaze and this idea. And we have, we have to come together. And I talked to you yesterday about the problem at YouTube. By this fall, you probably will never see any of my YouTube videos recommended. You will have to go to YouTube.com slash Glenn Beck to find they're not recommending.
Starting point is 01:32:14 We had 90 million views two months ago or impressions, and I don't remember how many tens of millions of actual views on the shows. That has been cut in half in one month that was cut in half. This month, it looks like it's going to be cut in half again. This is an algorithm. This is something they are doing to shut up. us down and silence my voice and I know it's happening to others as well. And by the time we hit election, you're just not going to see our points of view.
Starting point is 01:32:54 You're just not going to see them. So you're going to have to search them out. Well, I wanted to take a minute here just to thank Megan Kelly and Tucker Carlson for all of us getting together. And now in our feeds, once in a while, if Megan's got a great show that I think going to like, I will put a Megan Kelly show in my feed and a Tucker Carlson show in my feed to expose people to those shows if they don't happen to follow them. And they are going to do the same thing with my show in their feed. And I just can't thank, you know, these are two of the biggest talents out there.
Starting point is 01:33:38 and for them to, you know, agree to join with me and me join with them, to expose each other's audience to voices we find important, is beyond business and so good for the country. And I just wanted to thank Tucker and Megan for doing that. And alert you that their shows will also start occasionally, not all the time, but occasionally will be in my feed. So you can hear the shows that I think are important for you to hear from them. Also, last night we tried something different on television
Starting point is 01:34:19 because we are going to be expanding the show, not only going to continue to do our Wednesday night specials, but I also want to branch out and do some history things. This summer, we did a pilot, I think, last year, on how did we get to be this country that just listens to the experts. We did one episode. It did really, really well. So I think we have six episodes that will be coming out this summer.
Starting point is 01:34:48 It is fantastic. It shows you exactly what's, how did we get to where we are in our schools? How did we get here in medicine? How is it that nobody listens to themselves anymore or common sense? It is a brilliantly designed system that was put into place a hundred years ago and you never noticed it. Well, we've tracked it and a great series on history on experts is going to be premiering audio only this summer. It'll start in a couple of weeks. And then last night on television, I started a history show.
Starting point is 01:35:33 It's called The Beck Story, and it's taking you into our vault, which we have tens of millions of dollars of artifacts that I have collected. David Barton has collected and the American Journey Experience, which is part of Mercury One, has collected. They just got some amazing things yesterday. But we have, it's the largest library on the American founding outside of the Library of Congress and the National Archives. It's significant. We're now digitizing it, putting it all online. I'm going to be asking you to help preserve this history yourself in a very special way that you will actually be doing it. I'll explain that as we get closer to July.
Starting point is 01:36:30 But last night we started on a controversial piece of history. I wanted to teach about Sputnik because I paid a lot of money to buy the, I think it's the third or the fourth prototype of Sputnik. They only made four of them, and the last one burned up in space. I bought one at auction. It came up. They never obviously come up for auction because the only other Sputniks. One is in the Air and Space Museum in Washington, and the other one is in the Air and Space Museum in Moscow.
Starting point is 01:37:13 The other one is sitting in our vault in Dallas, Texas, which, by the way, going to be opening up for the public this fall. We'll give you more information. When we got it, my staff came to me after about a month because we take the research that we've already done before we buy an object and then we expand it. And so we have the providence and the whole story behind everything that we have. And the story started to fall apart. And we didn't know, wait a minute, did I just pay, I think the final price, the hammer price was 300. so it was almost $400,000 for a fake.
Starting point is 01:38:01 We talked to experts. Here's a little clip from last night's show. I noticed that the, what was it? We saw the picture where the antennas are the wrong way. This picture in particular, we noticed that in some of the other auctions and some of the other models that currently are here in the United States and one in Russia, the antennas are actually facing a different direction. Ours is the only one mounted in this particular fashion. We also have a few other issues. We have a charging plate on one of the sides of the object that doesn't exist on the other three models.
Starting point is 01:38:40 Which, I mean, it could have just been a different way to charge Sputnik, right? Because... In 1950, no, there wouldn't have been a charger. No. There's a charging plate on this? It was some sort of port to our... either receive information or to possibly power something inside the unit. But the point is that there is a particular plate on the outside that shouldn't be there
Starting point is 01:39:04 because it's not on the other models. There are only three made. Four. I mean four, but the one burned up in space. Well, so there were three lab models that we can confirm. The serial number says that this is number four, but no one has any record of this fourth existing during that time period. So this may not even be...
Starting point is 01:39:27 Okay, we bought it as one of three, or one of four, but the fourth one burned up in re-entry. One of three. And then you found out that there's other lab models, and this isn't even one of those? So I spent a ton of money. I'm not telling my wife at this point. Is what I bought real or not? And if not, where did it come from? Time to roll up our sleeves and get to work.
Starting point is 01:40:01 So we take you through and we talk to the best space experts. I mean, one of the guys is he's the guy who verifies everything for the Smithsonian. Another one is an expert on everything in Russia. We talked to the family where this Sputnik came from over in, I can't remember, or the Czech Republic or someplace. And the answer was not satisfying. It wasn't devastating, but it wasn't satisfying. I'd like to hear, if anybody watched the show last night,
Starting point is 01:40:38 please call. This was a prototype. This was a pilot for a series that we want to do. And I'd just like to hear if you liked it or not, please let us know because we really don't want to produce something that you don't like and are not going to watch. but it contained this mystery behind it and the history of Sputnik and the space race and everything else. By the way, you can watch it on YouTube tonight at 6 p.m. on my channel.
Starting point is 01:41:08 Believe me, they're not going to push it out. You're going to have to go to YouTube.com slash Glenn Beck and find it. It airs at 6 p.m. tonight on YouTube. Seems like that would be a real problem. if it's not legitimate, wouldn't it? And it seems like it might have an issue with the auction company. Yes. We did have some conversation. The auction company stands by it.
Starting point is 01:41:33 They're like, look, this is the, you know, this is who we talk to, yada, yada. We couldn't get a hold of the family member that they had the documentation to. And that was, that was one of the big sticking points was, we can't get a hold of them. Do they even exist? And they kept saying, yes, yes, yes, yes. Eventually, we got a hold of them and flew them in for an interview.
Starting point is 01:42:02 And they verified. But it's all just... History is so weird. Did they just have the Sputnik in their attic or something? It's just like... So the story... Buried up there under some blankets. I know.
Starting point is 01:42:18 Well, the story... The story is that one of the guys who started, what is it, the jet propulsion laboratories, he's one of the big names, along with Wernervon Braun. He did a lot of work after, you know, in the late 80s, he started doing work with the Soviets and the Czech Republic, et cetera, et cetera. And this model was given to him. and he had it in his home, you know, someplace in Europe. But part of the family doesn't remember ever seeing it.
Starting point is 01:42:57 But he had a lot, yeah, like a warehouse of stuff. And other members of the family said, no, I, yeah, I remember seeing it. You know, when I was younger, I remember he showed it to me. And it's, and he's dead. And so we don't, we don't know. I was surprised about its PlayStation 5 compatibility. That didn't seem like they'd have that back in those days. No, that's what we figured out that portal was for.
Starting point is 01:43:26 Probably. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it just feels like this is stuff that you should know before you wind up spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on an item. Right? Like, is this the normal process that you buy this stuff and then you have to figure out if it's legitimate? No. No.
Starting point is 01:43:42 You get paperwork for it. Yeah. and the providence. But we've had this before. We bought a, from some auction house, we bought a compass that was said to be Davy Crockett's compass. And I can't remember why it was important, Davey Crockett's compass, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 01:44:02 But when we got it, we started doing research on it. And it had a, I think it had a piece of it that was, that was, you know, like 10 years. after Davy Crockett. And then we found out, we started doing more research and we found out, no, this came from a friend of Davy Crockett who didn't, wouldn't have been around Davy Crockett to get that compass. And so it fell apart.
Starting point is 01:44:29 And we just went back to the auction house and said, fake. The made in China etching on the back wasn't a clue. You didn't. Yeah, yeah. That's what we really thought that was strange when we found that on Sputnik. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:44:42 Yeah. Yeah. Made in North Korea. We thought, wow. Huh. All right, our sponsor, this half hour is Rough Greens. You love your dog. I love my dog.
Starting point is 01:44:54 Last night I made Uno's dinner and put it down, and he ran to the bowl, and he doesn't run a lot anymore. He loves Rough Greens. If you know your kibble food is not the healthiest thing for your dog. I mean, you know, there's decent kibble food, but it's all sterilized. so it can sit on a shelf for two years. That's not good. That's like eating a McDonald's burger that is set on the shelf for two years. Doesn't mold.
Starting point is 01:45:23 It can be stable for two years. That's not healthy. You need to replenish all of that stuff that has been cooked out of the kibble food. And that's what Rough Greens is. You just sprinkle it on top of your dog's food. It tastes good to them. I haven't tried it. Have you tried it, Pat?
Starting point is 01:45:40 I have not. Yeah, I haven't either. It doesn't seem like it would be good. for people. Starting point is 01:46:21 Do we have any phone calls? Let's see. Who do we have on the phone that watched the show last night? 888727 B-E-C-K. Good, Lynn in Alabama. Hi, Lynn. How are you? I'm fine, Glenn.
Starting point is 01:46:39 Hope you are as well. Thank you. Did you watch the show last night? We did watch the show last night. We loved it. And I would watch any show that you're doing history on what you have in the museum. It's something that I would love to share with not only my grandchildren who are teenagers, but my great-grandchildren, because our history is just being manipulated and erased so quickly.
Starting point is 01:47:11 Well, I'm glad to hear that. What did you come away with last night? A, did you learn and your family learn about Sputnik and did you learn anything about that, the actual history that you thought was important? I can tell you, Glenn, I'm old enough that I remember Sputnik going up. Wow. Yeah, thanks. So I learned a lot about Sputnik while I was in school. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:47:42 What I learned is I understand why you didn't want to tell Tanya what you spent on. it until you knew what they had it. You know, that would be like me spending $500 without telling my husband who, we get this 56 years. What did you come back? Did you think it was real or not by the end? I believe it's authentic. You think it's authentic? Is that what she said?
Starting point is 01:48:13 Yes, I believe it's awesome. Yeah, good. Thank God. Okay. at least we got Lynn on our side. Lynn, thank you for your call. More in a minute. 888727 Beck.
Starting point is 01:48:22 Glenn Beck. Our sponsor is Relief Factor. If you're living with aches and pains every day, I mean, it happens when you get old. Stu is just saying, and I always think Stu is 20 years old because he was 20 years old when we started, and I forget how much time has gone by.
Starting point is 01:48:38 Now he's 80. And you were just saying just the other day, man, like there are things I think. think I just can do and it just doesn't work as well. Yeah. You know it hurts all the things. All the things hurt. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:48:52 It's pretty amazing. If you'd like to get out of those kinds of aches and pains, most of our disease, most of our problems are caused by inflation. Most of our pain is caused by inflammation in the body. That's why relief factor helps because it is 100% natural. So it's good for you. And it's a supplement that helps reduce. inflammation. How 4,000, which of course we all know means, you know, all great things because it's not rigged at all. Actually, that's terrible news. It's down 90%. Oh, my gosh, Dow 4,000.
Starting point is 01:50:15 I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Isn't it weird? Do you remember 20 years ago we were talking about how someday it might be Dow 10,000? And we thought that was crazy. I remember. Dow 40,000 today. I remember you doing an interview with a guy who wrote a book.
Starting point is 01:50:33 I think it was called Dow 86. thousand and it was in 2007 and he was saying he was going to go to 86,000. You're like, I don't think so. I think we're in some real financial turmoil right around the corner. And he's like, glad you don't know what you're talking about, Tao 86,000 right around the corner. And then 2008 was the next year. Yeah. Anyway, last night I did a show and I'm just sorry to use the program as a focus group,
Starting point is 01:51:01 but we did a show last night on history and it was the First, if this is a pilot, so if it rated well and people enjoyed it, we're going to start doing more, and it will all be based on the history that we have in the vault. And last night was Sputnik. I wanted to start with that, but after I bought Sputnik, there was some problems with it. We found out that some things are wrong about it. And we started calling experts, and they're like, that's definitely wrong. but if you're going to fake something that is so wrong, you'd never fake it. You just know it's so simple to get wrong. But we don't really know whether or not it's real,
Starting point is 01:51:48 but the show was about Sputnik, the hunt to see if this one was the actual Russian-built Sputnik and also the history and what Sputnik meant. And we're trying to make shows that will appeal to your family, and teach your kids history because you shouldn't trust anything that's coming from schools now. We have Kevin on the phone. Kevin, you watched the show last night. Yes, I did, Glenn. And what did you think?
Starting point is 01:52:14 Well, I thought it was great. I'm 10 years older than you, so I do remember it also, just like your last caller. And it's always fascinated me, and what's really fascinating is what you and David Bartner doing with historical memorabilia. And this is one of those pieces. incredible to me. I would love to come and see the museum. I was at 828 and restoring love, but I haven't been able to come in the museum. I would love to be there. Well, we are just opening it. We've been doing test runs for tours for the last couple of months. We've not advertised it.
Starting point is 01:52:50 But this fall, we'll be announcing that we are going to open it to the public, and you'll be able to come see it. If you're ever in Dallas, you'll be able to come and see it. And our docents are amazing. The history that you will learn is true. remarkable. So thank you, Kevin. I appreciate it. Let me go to, oh, wait, Kevin, did you think it was real or not? Were we scammed or not? We lost him. We lost him. We lost Kevin. Too soon, too. Yeah. Let me go to, I think it's Pat. I'm sorry, I'm having a hard time reading with my eyes. Pat. George. Hi, Pat. Yes, I'm here. Hi. You watched the show last night. What were your thoughts? I did. I did. I really liked it. I love history on my car.
Starting point is 01:53:31 I have a sticker that says history nerd. Everyone thinks it's my husband, but it's me. I thought it was great because I just, Fettnick was, I was a little. But I was curious as to how it was going to turn out. And I think I'm kind of on the fence as to whether it's real or not. But I, you know, I don't know what Russia would do if they would have lots of models and try different things.
Starting point is 01:53:56 So I guess I lean towards it might be real. I'm hoping for your sake. it is. Yes, so am I. So am I. They did make several models we found out, you know, during our research, that they were testing different things. This one was said to me
Starting point is 01:54:14 that it was to test the actual tones. Because I don't even think we showed it. It came with a Tesla receiver, which is just this amazing looking kind of radio piece, Tesla on it. and so this one was told to me that they were testing the tones on this one.
Starting point is 01:54:37 And it was even signed by Elon Musk so you know it's real. You know what? I tried to get Elon Musk to sign it. Oh, really? I did. I asked him. I said, would you sign my sputniket? He didn't respond.
Starting point is 01:54:48 That sounds like something that you're asking a different question on. And I would say, I wouldn't say yes to that either. It just sounds dirty. Hey, would you sign my big silver ball? Let me go to Paul in Georgia. Hello, Paul. Hey, I do it, Glenn. I did watch the show, and I agree with that other call.
Starting point is 01:55:11 I'm more on the bench side. I appreciate everything that you do with the museum and bringing back and teaching history. We have to be taught at. But I'm also leaning on the sign of, I think they sold it. It's the same guy that keeps on trying to sell me my Hyundai extended warranty that I never had a Hyundai.
Starting point is 01:55:31 that's not good that's not good what was the i'm leaning that way was there was the plate was the number the serial number number number four when there's only four done yeah you know i mean that's the one that got me i mean you can have a lot of models but i mean you know but ford had a lot of model t but you know which one would the original one right right the the problem is and i don't know what made it in i didn't watch it last night um but uh i I saw it months ago when we cut it and finished it. But I don't know if we talked about this. They didn't keep any records.
Starting point is 01:56:08 It is so weird, the Soviet Space Agency. They destroyed all of the records. We opened everything up and invited the press in to sea and everything. They destroyed it all because they didn't want anybody to know anything. So we don't really know that that's the real hard part. We have no idea for sure what they did. Well, the Soviets have spies in our agency so they wouldn't, they could hide those papers. Why, you know, why not get rid of them?
Starting point is 01:56:40 Because they had them all open and open. Because the United States is giving it out of the open. I know, I know, I know. Well, the good thing the Soviet spies are gone, but we have the nice Chinese people in now. Thank you so much, Paul. I appreciate it. Michael in Alabama. Hello.
Starting point is 01:56:55 Hello. What did you think? I thought it was a great accomplishment for the museum because we were actually able to come out there to Dallas at the beginning of this month and tour the museum I had a child that was
Starting point is 01:57:14 competing in the robotics competition there in Dallas and so we stopped by the museum but it's interesting my wife asked the question about the provenance and how you know because we got to see all the artifacts you have and to find out whether or not they, you know, we're authentic. It's neat to see.
Starting point is 01:57:31 You possibly may have made a bad purchase. It may not be real, but your interest, your love for that. I want to tell you from the bottom of my heart, I've got seven kids that live under my roof. I've got nine total. Preserving our history is very important to my kids, myself, you know, passing that on and teaching them. And the fact that we were able to go into this museum and see these things, I still haven't stopped. talking about it to everyone. When you were in the museum, because Sputnik isn't even on the tour, I don't think.
Starting point is 01:58:04 What was the thing that you saw that you thought was the best or the most incredible thing you saw? That's a tough choice between two things, really. The first one would have to have been the signed letter of Jefferson Davis, or sorry, Jefferson Davis accepting the presidency of the South. holding that in my hand, being from Alabama, just having that there. But the other one that really got to me was the page from Teddy Roosevelt's speech, where he was shot.
Starting point is 01:58:41 And then he turned around and gave that speech 90 minutes later, and you've got the holes. In the speech. Isn't that credible? There was so much, Glenn. I could tell you, holding the tool that they bloodleted George Washington to, a Tyndale Bible. I'm, you know, a Christian, and
Starting point is 01:59:00 seeing an actual Tendale Bible. I mean, there was so much. It was phenomenal. Well, thank you very much. I'm so glad. And I just, so I, I, we'll know in the next couple of days, we'll look at the ratings of the show, but we're going to be doing more on history, because we have tens of millions of dollars worth of, of just priceless history.
Starting point is 01:59:25 But I want you to know. know that my family and I, I put most of, most of what I make, I have put into these artifacts, and we are going to preserve them and we'll keep them safe. And probably in June or July, there's a couple of things happening. I've had a story in my head for 20 years. And it started from me reading Carl Marks. And it was probably 2005. And I'm reading Carl Marx, and I'm thinking to myself,
Starting point is 02:00:02 this is nonsense. If you've ever read Carl Marx, it's just, it's amazing how people actually believe that makes any sense at all. And I thought, look at how many colleges and kids and everybody else are reading Carl Marx now.
Starting point is 02:00:21 and thinking that this is just the best thing ever. And they've never read Thomas Jefferson. They've never read Adam Smith. They've never read these things. And I pondered that. Why is that? And the only thing I could come up with is because it's cool to be a rebel, which led me to believe, well, then Adam Smith and Thomas Jefferson
Starting point is 02:00:49 and George Washington, Ben Franklin, and all of these great minds, they'll be read when it's no longer cool to read them. And we're really close to that. When they're banned, that's when people will want to read them. And so I came up with a story that set years in the future, about 30 years in the future.
Starting point is 02:01:12 And it's a dystopian look at America, where books have been destroyed, lies are everything, And there are two people. There are people that live in this, you would call it a 15-minute city, a walkable city, which is just dystopian. And then there are those who live outside of the city, and they're the real rebels, and they're very, very dangerous. But they're trying to preserve and teach history to their children. and so the book is written for young adults
Starting point is 02:01:46 and it has bits and pieces of stories of history that hopefully will spur your kids and your grandkids into saying, oh, what is that? Because this is the way I've learned. I read somebody that I really respect or read something and I'll see what influenced them or I'll see one piece that happened in their life, or during their life, and I'll think,
Starting point is 02:02:16 wow, what is that? And I'll look it up and I'll go down a rabbit hole. So this whole thing is made for rabbit holes. It's an eight-book series. You know, we've only written one, but we have the outline for eight, and hopefully it will be successful. But when that comes out,
Starting point is 02:02:34 I'm also going to ask you to help me preserve history. If you've listened to me for a long time, you know that I've talked about clay pots and that's how the Dead Sea Scrolls were kept. And I have come to the point to where I'm very concerned if, you know, during the election, things could get bad in having these things in major cities, et cetera, et cetera, I'm very concerned about. And I've prayed and prayed and prayed along with others on how to preserve these. We have a granite vault in the side of a mountain that we could put everything in. But through prayer, I think you're supposed to help.
Starting point is 02:03:23 And I'll explain that probably next month. But this summer, I'm going to ask for your help to preserve this history, yourself, to preserve this history. We'll give you more on that coming up. Back in a minute. Sponsor, this half hour is simply safe. If you want great home security, you need real-time home security. Somebody breaks into the house. Starting point is 02:06:06 I did. But I wanted to let you know that I have an artifact here that I think you'd be interested in for the museum. Really? Beautiful artifact. Nobody. I would never offer this to anybody else.
Starting point is 02:06:22 Okay. It's the magic bullet that went through JFK into Governor Connolly and then wound up on the seat next to the governor. Yeah, I'm pretty sure the government has that, Bob. I don't think that's real. I have that. Now it's been in my junk drawer for about 60 years now. Really? And how do you know it's the magic bullet?
Starting point is 02:06:47 Well, Glenn, this is the exciting part. It was signed by JFK himself. JFK signed this as one. They think that it was the last thing he ever did on this planet was to sign the magic bullet. So like when he was in the operating room, they brought him the bullet to sign? He was on the table. They brought him the bullet. He signed it.
Starting point is 02:07:06 John Fitzgerald Kennedy. I was surprised, frankly, that he was able to keep his hand steady enough to write Fitzgerald, because that takes a long time with the best of us. Right, right, right. So do you have any besides his signature? I mean, do you have any doctor witnesses there? Dr. Phil is a witness of this, and he signed off on it as well. And I can let it go for just over $400,000.
Starting point is 02:07:33 Really? Yes. Really. Do you want to trade Sputnik for it? That piece of garbage? The top bank and the broth? No. No, thank you.
Starting point is 02:07:44 The Glenn Beck Program.
