Starting point is 00:00:00 Let me tell you about Good Ranchers. This should intrigue everyone except Stu, but all of his family. Burgers, ribbyes, surf and turf. How do you, don't you miss lobster? I didn't, I wasn't a lobster person even back in the day. Gosh, I have it like maybe once a year, maybe. I love it. Anyway, filets, they have all of this at Good Ranchers, and it's all from America.
Starting point is 00:00:27 We, if you watched Yellowstone, the last. five episodes had this underlying story of the death of the cowboy because the ranches are dying. We cannot let that happen. We have to raise our own food. Farms and ranches are important. Good ranchers is your way to get American beef. Really good stuff. Now, go to good ranchers.com, use my code, Glenn. Claim a free gift in every box of meat and $25 off. Good ranchers can save you from getting coal in your stocking. Well, actually only Santa can do that. but they can save your plate from imported meat. Food you can trust this holiday season
Starting point is 00:01:05 and gift boxes for anyone in your life. It's good ranchers.com. Use the promo code Glenn for meat you can trust and holds American America up. A free cut of your choice for a year and $25 off. Good Ranchers.com. American meat delivered. I love how lazy our production crew got this season.
Starting point is 00:02:18 We need a Christmas. this theme. They take the same thing but just put jingle bells behind it. Yeah, we've kind of given up a little bit. It's been a long year. Give us a break. Welcome to the program. It is Tuesday. My name Glenn Beck. Stu is with me today. We are going to start with the death of freedom and the birth of a new freedom. We're to start there. Also, yesterday, we talked about Donald Trump wants to get rid of, you know, daylight savings time. Yeah, I agree with him on this. And I was against it yesterday. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:53 Because I always thought it had something to do with farming. No, it has nothing to do it. You will not believe. It started as a joke until Wilson. Woodrow Wilson. I'll give you that story. Of course. Coming up on today's podcast.
Starting point is 00:03:08 All right. Let me tell you first about Simply Safe. You know the things sometimes that go bump in the night? Well, sometimes things go bump in the day. Whether we're at home or not, in either case, advances in technology have seen to it that your home can be more secure now, more than ever before. You want Simply Safe. And here's one of the reasons why you really want SimplySafe. You can get other, you know, security people. SimplySafe has fast protect monitoring and liveguard protection.
Starting point is 00:03:39 They can act on your alarm within five seconds. They can see and even talk to the intruder. Now, this is why this is important. They can see. them within five seconds. The first thing they do is pick up the phone and call police to verify that your burglar alarm going off is real. Police don't react to burglar alarms going off anymore because so many of them go off by mistake. This is simply safe and they're extending their massive Black Friday deal this week only. You can get 50% off any new system with the select professional monitoring plan. This is your last chance to claim their best offer of the year.
Starting point is 00:04:21 Head to simplysafe.com slash back. That's simplysafe.com slash back. There is no safe like simply safe. You know, I was thinking about where we are in the world. Is freedom retreating or is freedom advancing? Just a few weeks ago, freedom was retreating. And honestly, you know, I understand why people on the left have gone out to the ocean side and just scream.
Starting point is 00:04:51 Did you see all those women that went out, you know, like in New York, you know, to the ocean? And they're like, ah! They had to let out their frustration at the ocean. Healthy. Yeah, really healthy. You know why they do that, though? They're insane. Well, yes.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Okay. What did we do when we really got down and we were almost wiped out? What did we do? Did we do that? I certainly didn't I didn't either I don't know anybody that did you went to work
Starting point is 00:05:24 and we did and we went to God sure okay some of us were like Jesus is coming I think Jesus is still coming I mean of course he is but I mean maybe in our lifetime
Starting point is 00:05:36 but we went Bible sales are up 21% in America in the last 12 months that's phenomenal okay so we had God to go back to, which gave us this balance. Their God is the government, DEI, all of this stuff. Their God died. So is freedom advancing? It is advancing here, but it is not elsewhere. I want to play
Starting point is 00:06:09 this clip from Braveheart. I know you know it, but listen to what he says here. You've come to fight as free man. And free men you are. Do you with that freedom to fight? I fight and you may die. Run and you'll live. At least a while. And dying in your beds many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that
Starting point is 00:07:00 for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives. but they'll never take own freedom awesome right it's awesome that's what we just did that is in essence
Starting point is 00:07:21 the speech that anybody in my position has been giving in our own ways for the last few years yeah we might live you can cower you can be quiet or you can get up you can vote you can organize we can find
Starting point is 00:07:38 the leaders that will actually stand up that can't live with themselves if they don't stand up at this time and defend and fight for freedom. And that's what happened in America. Now, Canada has been ahead of us on DEI and, I mean, just about everything. One in every 20 Canadian deaths now are through assisted suicide. That's last year. year. One in every 20. More women are choosing to die than men. That's insane. Do you remember the finance minister that came out against the truckers and said, we're shutting down, we're shutting down all of their bank accounts, and they're going into, what was it, what was the, you know, like the charitable thing that everybody was donating to that they shut down?
Starting point is 00:08:40 Remember during the trucking thing? Anyway, charity, whatever. And so they shut that down and stopped all the transactions. So we couldn't give money to the truckers. Okay? And they kind of threatened. Was it give send go? It was one of those.
Starting point is 00:08:56 It was one of those. And they kind of threatened that they were going to look at Americans too. Remember? It was terrifying. And Canada was terrified because it just destroyed all trust in banking. Well, that woman just got into a fight with Justin Trudeau because apparently he's been throwing her under the bus because he is just doomed. People have had enough of him. Today may be the day Justin Trudeau steps down.
Starting point is 00:09:32 He is so close to having to step down. He is on fire right now. You think it could happen today? I think it could happen today. Wow. Okay. I knew he was in trouble. I didn't realize.
Starting point is 00:09:44 Yeah, no, it could happen today. It is all falling apart in Canada. They've had enough. Our brothers and sisters that understand freedom, maybe in a different way than we do, that we're headed down the path, in fact, ahead of us, are now turning and saying,
Starting point is 00:10:04 enough is enough. Canada may be remembering freedom. Freedom was on. retreat in almost every way possible here. But I think we're now beginning to lead the way out of this because we are, we were so lost. We lost our understanding of freedom. Listen to this headline. Democratic representative Jasmine Crockett suggests slave mentality was behind the Hispanic Trump vote. Wait, that Hispanics have. a slave mentality and that's why they voted for Donald Trump?
Starting point is 00:10:55 We've lost the meaning of slavery. Not just freedom. We've lost the meaning of slavery. That's pretty amazing. Walmart has rolled back its DEI. Okay, remember Walmart came out and said, we're going to make sure that everybody is fair and equity. rules the day. We have forgotten the rules of equality and changed it to equity.
Starting point is 00:11:27 Equality means everybody has a chance. You can't judge somebody on anything else other than their skills and the merit. That's equality. Equity means I got to look into your past and see if you're a certain color, have a certain problem, a certain special something, and not take merit into account at all. The world has forgotten freedom, slavery, equality. And what's happening? Here in America, the resistance is running out of steam. There's a great article at the blaze.com about Bootchurch Saloon.
Starting point is 00:12:16 It's a little like restaurant on Capitol Hill, just a few blocks away from the House of representatives and real close to all of their offices and everybody, you know, from the House, you know, not everybody, but a lot of people go, you know, on their lunch break and they go to the House of Representatives. And one of the waitresses got on and said, I'm not going to serve anyone in this Trump administration. Now, what would have happened four years ago, three years ago? Thunderous applause. Thundrous applause. Thundrous applause. Thundrous applause. and it might have even trickled into other restaurants. In fact, it did.
Starting point is 00:12:57 During his administration, it did. Yeah, that's right. You know what happened this time? They fired her. And then they posted online, we'll serve anybody. We're remembering. We're remembering. Now, there's still a fight in front of us on the Walmart thing.
Starting point is 00:13:19 They took the DEI thing out. But in using not shareholders, in using the language of stakeholders, the person who was in charge of DEI that found out that we were abandoning DEI in Walmart. She was in charge of it at Walmart. She found out through the press, wait a minute, what? What does that mean? And she's given a big speech about how this is just so unfair and they don't care about people who are different, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:13:46 They're only doing this because they're afraid of Trump. No, I don't think so. I think they're doing it because they're aware. of what the public believes. This is over. It's over in America. Now, we have a lot of work to do to make sure that the vampire that's been
Starting point is 00:14:08 sucking the blood out of freedom has a stake in its heart because they're not going to give up. They're a long way from giving up. But they no longer have one of their strongest allies. I mean, they're still allies. but their legs and arms have been cut off. And it's the media.
Starting point is 00:14:30 That's like the Monty Python Knight on the bridge. Come back, you coward. You have no arms. You have no legs. You can't fight. I'll still fight you. They're still trying to fight, but they don't know.
Starting point is 00:14:42 They don't know their legs and arms have been cut off. And they've lost the popular support. Now, in England, there's still a problem. in England they have put a safe space zone around every abortion clinic and the law basically is
Starting point is 00:15:10 you can't talk about it like 150 yards something like that you could be in a restaurant across the street and you could say you know what do you think about this new abortion bill you can be arrested for that it is our brothers and sisters who we fought to get away from because of their stupid parliamentary system and their king and everything else they're still going down that road but the people are not the people in Germany are not the people in Italy are not the people in Greece are not the people in Spain are not the people in France are not they just have they have no
Starting point is 00:15:53 concept of freedom, real freedom. They've always had the old systems. They've always had, well, you're a land baron. Oh, well, you're not from the right family. You didn't go to the right school. You don't have the proper English accent. All that crap, that still is over there in the hierarchy. But freedom is advancing. It's advancing everywhere. And once again, something that I said there was only one way, one way this could happen. I could think of a million ways this country just collapses in. And only one way that we survive, and that is God. And God clearly stepped in.
Starting point is 00:16:53 He is, to quote the founders, not neutral in the affairs of man. But he didn't say. us. He saved us and gave us time to save ourselves now. What are we going to do with the time that God just bought for us? It would have been over if the left won. It would have been over. But I don't know why he gave us the benefit of the doubt, but he did. And I think it's because enough of us said, yeah, I don't want to wake up every morning without freedom and wonder why I didn't stand up and fight verbally, just fight, fight with my feet, fight with my voice, fight with my money. Why didn't I do that?
Starting point is 00:17:53 We did. As Thomas Jefferson said, always give the American people the benefit of the doubt. They'll get it wrong, but eventually they'll figure it out. and get it right. He was right then. He's right now. We did figure it out. We're still figuring it out and people are still waking up. The good news, and I'm not sure this would have happened in Canada as quickly as it had if Donald Trump hadn't called Trudeau the 51st governor. Good news, gang. He was just a uniform away from being a dictator in Canada. It was only a matter of time. Today may be Justin Trudeau's last day. All right, let me tell you about pre-born.
Starting point is 00:18:47 Pre-born, I am so unbelievably proud to work with these people. I believe in them so much. Tanya and I both, I have volunteered my time for them. We have made donations in the past. I yesterday I talked to them and tanya and i were going to make another donation and they asked me would you say it on air because last year when i said it on air and said i would match you dollar for dollar uh they had a lot of contributions and if you've had a great year uh please will you donate it could be a dollar i will match tanya and i are going to match everything up to a hundred thousand dollars today, tomorrow maybe. So if we can raise $100,000, that $100,000 will be $200,000. And Tanya and I will match it. That's, I'm putting my money where my mouth is. I so believe in the
Starting point is 00:19:50 work of preborn. So will you join us? Make a donation of any size, big, small. If you've had a good year, make it a big one, because I'll double it. Dial pound 250. Say the keyword. baby. That's pound 250 keyword baby. There is no better Christmas gift you could ever give than the gift of saving a life and saving a life and a soul of the mom.
Starting point is 00:20:18 preborn.com slash Beck. Preborn.com slash Beck. 10 seconds. Station ID. I can't thank King and Country enough. For last night I spent time with my daughter. She was rehearsing. this. She was talking to me and she was like, Dad, maybe 300 people,
Starting point is 00:20:58 400 tops. I'm opening for King and Country. And you know what the greatest thing is? She said, I don't, I don't want to screw up for them. I don't want to be crappy right before they come on.
Starting point is 00:21:13 I'm like, honey, you're not going to be crappy. Actually, though, you kind of like a crappy opening act because it makes you look good. Well, not too crappy. Not so crappy that, like, Like people want to walk out. Right. But it's only two songs.
Starting point is 00:21:26 Yes. If I were her, tell her she should try to butcher this on purpose. Yeah. And I, you know, when they asked, I was like, well, there's a lot of orchestral. Can we, can we bring some violins? Can we bring? Well, there's the upbeat songs have, you know, a full jazz band. Can we put that on stage?
Starting point is 00:21:43 And they're like, you get a piano, maybe a bass and a drum set. And I'm like, okay. That's fair. So, yeah. So, yeah. She'll do great. She's really good. at the grand old Opry on Wednesday.
Starting point is 00:21:55 I'll be there. If tickets are still available, get it for King and Country. If you have never seen them, I just saw them for the first time. I don't know, about three, four months ago. They are phenomenal. They're phenomenal. All right. You know, what are the, how much time do we have, Sarah?
Starting point is 00:22:11 Ah, shoot. I got to get back to this. I saw a podcast, a clip of a podcast yesterday, talking about how we have just lost our minds. and luckily we're coming back. There were two podcasters talking about the death of their white dads. And one said, my dad just died.
Starting point is 00:22:33 But he was white, so I kind of celebrate. And the other one said, my dad died a couple of years ago too. And I kind of feel the same way because they're making room for people of color. And I'm like, what the hell are you talking about? Is that the world you want to live in? The answer is clearly,
Starting point is 00:22:52 No, that's the world we're leaving. Finally, the end of the day, no more cares, no more worries, nothing left for you to do. Everybody's in bed, the lights have gone out all over the house, and you're lying there, head on the pillow, and you're just like, okay, I gotta sleep. And then it doesn't come, and you're staring at the ceiling, and you're looking at the clock, and you're doing the math in the head, I've got to get up in four hours. Exhausted, but white awake, you're wondering, how bad would it be if I just not myself out with a hammer. There's a better way. It's a 100% drug-free way to help you

Starting point is 00:24:09 Make your Christmas shopping easy this year by going to glenbeckchristmas.com. Find something for everybody on your list. It's glenbeckchristmas.com. Don't know any of the world. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. We're glad you're here. I'm, Stu, this is your last day. It's been great working with you.
Starting point is 00:24:59 Wait. No, before vacation, you mean? Oh, yeah, that's what I meant. Oh. Yeah. And I got a hard for you after the show. Is that why they were going through my office before? They setting me up with some sort of Christmas surprise.
Starting point is 00:25:15 Different office for you. Anyway, it's Stu's last day before Christmas, and then he'll come back, you know, before I do. My last day is Friday. So Liz Wheeler, we've upgraded. We have operated. Fair. Massively.
Starting point is 00:25:32 Fair. Liz Wheeler is going to be filling in for you for the next couple of days, which will be really interesting. I find her fascinating. She's great. Really smart. By the way, available on Blaze TV. She's a new Blaze TV host this year, right? It's this year she started.
Starting point is 00:25:45 I thought you were going to like, I thought it was like a dating service all of a sudden. By the way, she's available. And I'm like, what are you doing? You're the one telling everybody she's an upgrade. I mean, I know. Well, because of you. Right. Everybody knew what that meant.
Starting point is 00:25:59 Yes, I know. All right. Yesterday, we were kind of having this argument, I think off air, of daylight savings time. And I was like, I seem to remember it has something to do with farmers. Okay. They have too much, you know, they need more sunlight. I can't remember. And I'm like, it's farmers.
Starting point is 00:26:19 I'm sure it's farmers. And so I got to check this out because it's about farming. I'm for it. It's a good stance. Good stance. That's how we get a giant $500 billion farm bill every year. Is it about farming? That I'm for it.
Starting point is 00:26:34 So here is the, so I said to you yesterday, I'll do my homework. Yeah. Let me look into where it started. I'm very interested in where we landed on this. Oh, you're not going to believe. Okay. So if you start looking in all the dark corners of human history,
Starting point is 00:26:50 you find a man named Benjamin Franklin. That's not a dark party. He's my favorite founder. Right. Founding father, inventor, lover of lightning, lover of libraries. Yes. Pretty good guy. Pretty good guy.
Starting point is 00:27:04 I love it. So he's in Paris. And in 1784, he writes, now, remember in America, he wrote an op-ed ed under a pseudonym, a nom de plume. And it was all just comedy, basically. he was just ripping things apart comedically, okay? Well, he does this in the Journal de Paris, and he writes this letter because he thinks the Parisians are lazy. Now, who would have thought?
Starting point is 00:27:41 Where did that come from? How things have changed, huh? So he said, I've got an idea. First of all, I can save you a fortune on candles. and candles, if you woke up a little earlier, you wouldn't need the candle at night because you'd be tired and you'd go to bed. So in this, he said,
Starting point is 00:28:04 and we should tax shutters. Because if you don't have a shutter, the light would come in and you'd wake up and you'd go to work. And if that doesn't work, we should fire cannons at sunrise. Get out of bed. Okay. So he's writing this about basically making fun of the French for being lazy and laying in bed. Okay. He didn't mean it, but a seed had been planted. So now you have to go 100 years to the future.
Starting point is 00:28:37 Another guy who becomes very serious about the clocks is George Vernon Hudson. He's an entomologist in New Zealand. And he's like, you know, Benjamin Franklin was right. Why? Because this guy collected butterflies after his job, and it got dark too early. For his butterfly collection. For his butterfly collecting. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:08 This is, I mean, this is insane. So he stirs up a big deal. He's like, we've got to drop our clocks back. But he didn't say an hour. He said like 20 minutes. Set it back 20 minutes. 20 minutes. What are you talking?
Starting point is 00:29:25 You know how screwed up everything would be if we set our clock? I'm going to send him back 16 and a half minutes. We can't handle the most basic of tasks. I know. Okay. Imagine that. All right. So he's, you know, he's doing this because, again, he's collecting insects.
Starting point is 00:29:42 All right. 1895 is when he does. did that. It didn't come back again until William Willett in 1907. He was a wealthy Englishman. He said, just like Benjamin Franklin, except he was sincere about it, nobody's working anymore. Why can't? Now, this is the, you've got to remember, this is a wealthy Englishman. So he's like, why aren't my workers out on the plantation early in the morning? I should be woken up by the sound of hard work. So he says, this is a waste.
Starting point is 00:30:20 And he writes a pamphlet, a waste of daylight. He also suggests we only turn the clocks back 20 minutes. All right. So he lobbied parliament. Nobody listened to him, okay? 1916. 1916, the beginning of the Great War. All across Europe, countries are dead.
Starting point is 00:30:46 desperate to do what? What are they doing? They're fighting, right? If you're fighting, what do you need? Don't think daylight. What do you need? Night. No. No, no, forget the time.
Starting point is 00:31:01 What is valuable. What's valuable is armaments. Okay? And how do you make armaments back there, back then? Coal. Okay. So they want the light to last as long at night as possible. so the coal plants are taking all the coal instead of giving it to people for energy in their houses
Starting point is 00:31:25 so they can turn on all their lights, they can make armaments. So they have a shortage of fuel of coal. That was a winding road. I would not have gotten that on my own. This is why I did this dusty, dusty work yesterday. Okay. Suddenly, Germany is like, Hey, wait a minute.
Starting point is 00:31:47 Remember that guy that was Germany did this, not England. Germany said, remember that guy who was in parliament who said that you should set the clock back? And they were like, yeah, 20 minutes. And so a German said, how about a full hour? Would that save things? April 30th, 1916, Germany was nothing good comes from Germany. I'm sorry, really good desserts. Really good desserts.
Starting point is 00:32:15 Other than that, nothing good. Well, okay. BMWs are pretty nice. Mercedes, pretty nice. But other than that, nothing comes out of Germany that is good. Aren't you German? There's a few exceptions. Okay.
Starting point is 00:32:33 So all across Europe, the war is raging. Germany sets their clocks back so they can have the daylight so they're not wasting coal. And England is like, hey, wait a minute. six weeks later, England joins in. Then Europe joins it. Everybody's doing this for the war effort. Then Wilson. Then Wilson comes in and he does it as well in the United States.
Starting point is 00:33:03 So the first time it ever happened was under Woodrow Wilson. I could end the story there and that explains why I'm now not for daylight savings. I could end it there. So after Wilson, because of the progressives, this is so amazing. Think about this in history. The progressives in 1919 became very unpopular because Woodrow Wilson had had a stroke. His last year in office was absolutely incapable of running anything in the White House. He wasn't in charge.
Starting point is 00:33:38 His wife was, does any of this sound familiar? And he had taken America and pushed it into socialism. And we had lost freedom. And it scared the American people because at that time, they knew the Constitution. And it had happened in eight years. And they're like, we got to get away from this. And so they reversed it. And all the things he did, they reversed, including daylight savings time.
Starting point is 00:34:09 And then World War II happened. and FDR came in. And he called it wartime. And he did it for the same reason to save on coal, save energy. So to conserve resources again, we put in wartime. And then we never let it go. So 70 countries now still observe daylight savings time. That's a third of the world across.
Starting point is 00:34:42 Europe, the clock spring forward, fall back like clockwork, pun intended. It's called over in Europe, it's called summertime. In North America, United States, Canada, and Mexico, we're still dancing to this tune, except Mexico is starting to opt out. Parts of Australia and New Zealand still observe it. But in Asia, Africa, and most of South America, they've been like, these guys are stupid. What are you doing? they're like, yeah, that's not a really, I mean, we don't have candles anymore or coal.
Starting point is 00:35:16 So, you know, I think we're, you know, I think we're pretty good with this. And it messes with our bodies. And doctors show that the time change increases heart attacks, strokes, car accidents, and grumpiness. The one thing it is, it's on a Saturday and you're like, oh, I miss church. Gosh, darn it. I didn't send my car. Now, that's not a very good, that's not a good reason to be against it.
Starting point is 00:35:42 Wilson is. Your kids miss buses. Anyway, so that is what happened. Now, if we don't, if Donald Trump comes in and says, we're getting rid of daylight savings time, that means the sun in Boston will come up at 407 a.m. like 4-11 in Minneapolis, around the same in Seattle. That is significant. 420, I think, in Los Angeles.
Starting point is 00:36:16 But it's still light until 7 o'clock at night, 8 o'clock at night. I'm pretty cool with that. I'm pretty cool with that. I don't like it when it, you know, the problem is, in the winter, it gets dark so early. you kind of like, I don't, wait, I don't need it to be darker, you know, at three in the afternoon. I went to, where was that? Copenhagen, I think.
Starting point is 00:36:42 I was doing a deal on, I was in Sweden. And I was doing a deal on the Muslim uprisings over there, this is years ago. And like the sun rises at like 9.30, 945 and goes down at 3, you know, 245. and it never gets past like the sunset. It's never above like 20 degrees horizon. And so it just kind of circles the edge. It always looks like don or dusk. I think I'd kill myself.
Starting point is 00:37:15 I don't care how good the chocolate is or whatever. I think the Swiss miss would be fashioning a rope for me really quinkly. Oh my gosh. I don't think I could handle it. So anyway, that's the story. Donald Trump, right again. He is right. Anything that goes against Woodrow Wilson and FDR, I fully 100% back.
Starting point is 00:37:44 And by the way, it all started as a joke. Now, owning firearms is no joke and it's not a game. It's a serious thing wrapped inside of a responsibility. The responsibility part of that right includes being proficient when you use it. When you pull a gun, you have to. be prepared to kill somebody. Never, ever pull a gun. Never point a gun at something you don't intend on killing. Ever. First rule of gun safety. You're not going to wound the person. You don't shoot to wound. That doesn't happen except, you know, by Nemo, okay, and not the fish.
Starting point is 00:38:26 Anyway, what you need is Mantis X. It's an high-tech, easy-to-use system approved widely by the military, used by the military, started with the Marines. If it's good enough for them, it's pretty good for me. I've had Marine snipers work with me, and let's just say Mantis X doesn't lose its temper like a Marine does when I just don't get it. It helps you learn how to shoot because what it does is you attach it to your firearm, and then every time that you fire an actual round or dry fire, it will show you exactly what you're doing right, what you're doing wrong, and how to correct it.
Starting point is 00:39:05 94% of shooters improve within 20 minutes using Mantis X. Be a responsible gun owner. Increase your competence and confidence today with Mantis X. Mantis X makes a great Christmas gift. MantisX.com. Opinions weighing you down. Call in and let it out. 727.
Starting point is 00:39:31 This is the Glenn Beck program. All right. So here's the question for you. Are you ready to secure the future of American values for generations to come? Do you know whether or not your investments are aligned with that ideal? We all know Donald Trump won. We all know there's good things coming with that particular development. But that doesn't, you know, the work doesn't just stop because we won an election.
Starting point is 00:40:01 There's still a ton of leftist nonsense out there that we need to root out. And Constitution wealth is here to help empower you to take a stand against that. It reduces the grip that ESG and DEI and CRT and CEI have on your investments. It helps secure your family's future with a rock-solid investment plan. If you think about it this way, like, you've got to have returns on your investments, right? You've got to retire someday. You don't want your money going to companies that are doing things that you don't like. Whatever that is.
Starting point is 00:40:32 I mean, whatever is on your list of things that you don't like. Some, you know, if you're conservative, there's probably a large list of things. You don't like what certain companies are doing these days. Avoid those companies. It's great to go into a store and not buy a six-pack of a beverage that you don't like because of a wokeness. But you need to do more if you're talking about tens of thousands of dollars, hundreds of thousands of dollars of investments. So go to Constitution wealth. They can help you with that.
Starting point is 00:40:56 They can help you get on the right side of the culture war with Constitution wealth. Get a free consultation today. Constitutionwealth.com. Constitutionwealth.com slash blaze. sign up for a free consultation today. It's Constitutionwealth.com slash blaze. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program where you learn all kinds of stuff. Starting point is 00:41:36 Not going to get to history of daylight savings time anywhere else. Say that right now. You get, I mean this. With this program, you get exactly what you pay for. Oh, wait, it's free. Well, can I just, the thing, I think our issues are slightly different because I understand you having an issue with a history of daylight savings time. I just can't understand the randomness of it.
Starting point is 00:41:58 It's just like, what if we just change the time? That's what it is? What if it's just twice a year we just change the time? What if today, what is 80 degrees, we just called 90 degrees? Let's change the temperature randomly. Well, we have. It's called Fahrenheit and Celsius. Yeah, those are two different.
Starting point is 00:42:21 Yes. But wait a minute. But it is insane. Which came first? Which came first? Fahrenheit or Celsius? You know, that's a good question. There's also Kelvin worked in there. I don't know about Kelvin, but I like Hobbs. So 1724, Daniel, I call him Danny, Danny Fahrenheit. Danny. He came up with this.
Starting point is 00:42:44 It was like 20 some years later that Mr. Celsius came in. You know what Celsius first was? You know how he did his thermometer? 100 degrees was what? Zero and 100. What was 100 degrees? On his first Celsius, 100 degrees was freezing, and zero was the boiling point. Really?
Starting point is 00:43:08 And that's the one the rest of the world took? What the hell is wrong with you? I stand with Nate Bargetse as of George Washington. We are sticking with our stupid measurements. Oh, my gosh. The rest of the world changed. We got it right. All right, let me tell you about home title lock.

Starting point is 00:45:22 Yes, hello America. Welcome. We're glad you're here. No, seriously, we are very glad you're here. Thank you so much for listening. It is Tuesday. Stu's already checked out. Today's his last day before Christmas.
Starting point is 00:45:33 Oh, it's weeks ago, man. Some of us will continue to work. Really? Was it only weeks? Really? I think it was like, 52 weeks ago. I checked out. I really think it was like, um, 2011 that you'd check out. Anyway, we've got some news for you on the latest on Biden.
Starting point is 00:45:52 Apparently, I mean, it's weekend at Bernice, according to somebody in the National Security Council, which is great. You know, I love when they're trying to pick up chicks and they just spill their guts, you know, be a part of the NSC or NSA. You know, you look for that in a member. You know, you're like, hey, can you keep secrets? Absolutely. unless I have a beer in my hand. I'm in a bar and she's hot. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:46:19 And did I mention I could go he as well. Don't you question my pronouns? You're hired. We'll get to that here in just a second. First, I want to talk to you about American Giant. American Giant was created 13 years ago to save a clothing factory in North Carolina. So jobs were saved.
Starting point is 00:46:37 The employees continued to do their work. They could continue to live where they did, raise their kids. The town didn't shut. down. There's so much cheap competition overseas. It's easy to do things overseas, but it's right to do it here in America.
Starting point is 00:46:54 With the Chinese producing 80% of our prescription drugs, I don't know. I think that probably should stop. We should probably start making them here. We need manufacturing here in America. And American Giant was one of the first to really
Starting point is 00:47:10 dedicate themselves. Every button, every thread, the cotton is grown here in America. It's run through, I don't know, cotton gin still. We use those still. Anyway, they make the cotton here in America. They dye it with American ink.
Starting point is 00:47:28 I mean, it is unmatched quality and 100% American. So if you're looking for, you know, a sweater or a hoodie, get the greatest hoodies and sweatshirts and everything from American giant. They are the best. Made the way they were back in the night. 1960s, real quality. And you'll save 20% off your first order. So if you're doing Christmas shopping for somebody,
Starting point is 00:47:51 buy American quality today at American-dash-Giant.com slash glen. That's American-dash-giant.com slash glen. So I don't know if you know this, but Biden claims he's, he got 100 hostages out of Gaza. I didn't see that happen. But, uh, He claimed that he got over 100 hostages out and the rest are coming. A rest should be coming.
Starting point is 00:48:24 Not the rest. A rest should be coming for him. Like now. Why is this guy still president? It's shocking and terrifying when you think about the fact that he is. Because you forget. And he's not doing it. It doesn't seem like he's active on a day-to-day basis.
Starting point is 00:48:42 You don't hear from him often. But we're all still talking about like, nuclear war or war in Europe, war in China. Did you see what's happening in China? In China, right now, their economy is collapsing because they did the same thing we did. And so they bailed everybody out, but not the people. You know, why worry about the peasants? You know, they bailed out all the banks and everybody at the top. So they all got their money. But none of the peasants did. now they're starting to go, we might need to go back to some of that teachings of Mao in the 1960s because they're starting to be real civil unrest because people lost their money, lost their home.
Starting point is 00:49:27 In China, you didn't get your home. You were paying every month on your home and at the end you could get your home. So they put all of this money in and they don't have anything. They don't even have the home. They don't have the land. They have nothing. Okay. And what happens when a, what happens when a country like China or a country like America is in real trouble of civil unrest?
Starting point is 00:49:54 What do they usually do? What unites a country? I'll give you one word in China. It's called Taiwan. That's also an industrial giant will also help them economically. Yeah, I mean, I guess. Long term, it would. Like, you go in there and you make all the factories explode,
Starting point is 00:50:17 generally speaking, it's not going to help you. It's not going to help anybody economically in the short term. I hope somebody makes those factories explode. I mean, it'll hurt the whole world, but. Yeah, but I don't hurt the world, but. You can't have China. Those are the best. That's for every supercomputer.
Starting point is 00:50:36 computer, that's that, those are the finest chips made, the most complicated chips made. You can't, you can't have China control all of that and we get nothing. Are you crazy? Yeah, that's a problem. I mean, they, they took over Hong Kong. Didn't seem like anybody even noticed. Yeah, I know. It was like, ah, they killed all the, they killed all the people in Hong Kong, you know, but we were like, I have a sneeze. What's coming from China? And they killed every, all of those protesters when we weren't paying attention. And I, I think, I think if I were if I mean they are going back to Mao rules they're now saying jizing ping is saying what we need to do is give local control of your population but I'll hold you
Starting point is 00:51:21 responsible if your local population gets out of control so that's what Mao did and then so all of the locals were like well string them up kill them make an example out of them I mean it went dark fast because they didn't want to get killed or strung up. And they're going back to that now. He just issued an order that it's local control of all civilian unrest. And so all the locals are going to be held responsible. So that could get bad. And with the economy just dying over there, they need a distraction.
Starting point is 00:51:57 And I would, if I were China, is China listening? Oh yeah, that's right. They listen to everything. If I were China, this would be the time I would take it. What's Donald Trump going to do? January 20th, we're already there. We've already taken it. They could take it in a swarm almost overnight.
Starting point is 00:52:19 You think Chinese Joe, who's asleep, is going to do anything? You think this Pentagon will send a bunch of he-she's over there to fight? No. It's not going to happen. It's not going to happen. what's the right thing to do in that situation? For us? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:41 Like, you're president in the United States. God, heavens, please protect us against such a fate. But Glenn Beck is president of the United States, and China decides to go in there. And I know we have all sorts of promises. I would already have my special forces there. Honestly, working with their government or not if they won't do it. But I detonate.
Starting point is 00:53:13 If there was an invasion, I detonate those labs. So you're saying destroy the technology. Destroy the technology. So we all are standing at an equal chance of getting the super chips. You know, they have to rebuild. We have to rebuild. They'll build it faster than us because they'll build a building without bones, human bones, if they have to.
Starting point is 00:53:33 But we have, I mean, we have some of this. Taiwan is. It's like 95% of the market or something. And it's of all of the biggest and best chips. But that's the manufacturing, right? Yes. So it's not like we're going to need to rediscover this technology. No, but no, no, no, we don't have to rediscover it.
Starting point is 00:53:52 It's just very hard to build those clean rooms. Sure. Okay. So the first, the first and maybe only thing I would do because we don't have the supply line. We can, for A, what do we have? What do we, what do we have? Well, we could take all the drones out of New Jersey and fly them over to China. But China has, have you seen the drone army that they have?
Starting point is 00:54:19 Oh, yeah. I've seen some, you know, some of the videos and stuff. Yeah. It's crazy. It will overwhelm anything we would try to do. And we just don't have the supply lines. We can't get the fuel and the munitions and the munitions and, everything over to China fast enough, it would be over.
Starting point is 00:54:35 I mean, at the end of the day, and this is somewhat true with Russia and several other enemies, like, we want to avoid that war at any cost. Yes. Like, I want to avoid war with China basically at any cost. We won't go to war with China over Taiwan. And I know, and like, it's sad to say, but like, we won't. I think at the end of the day, we will not do that. Now, the hope is you have someone like, you know, Trump in who projects some strength.
Starting point is 00:55:00 Yeah, that's why you do it. that's why you do it right now. In the last month? Yeah. In four weeks, they'll control Taiwan and it'll be over. Trump has been pretty clear. Like, I mean, let's be honest, but I'm a little concerned that Donald Trump might have a constitutional violation because he's supposed to be limited to two terms and he seems to currently be president of the United States. He seems like he just took over early.
Starting point is 00:55:27 Wow, that is true. I mean, it's crazy. I've never seen the. You're right. I've never seen this. It's bizarre. I mean, he seems to basically, I know he doesn't have his hands on all of the tools that he will have when he's president. But as far as like- He's affecting all of the foreign policy and everything else. Yeah, which is incredible. I mean, it really is. And I do think that- It's because there's a vacuum. I mean, he can do it because, you know, I think the last-
Starting point is 00:55:54 He has to do it. He has no choice but to do it for the good of the country. Yes. Yes. I honestly think that, like, without, him stepping into a lot of these situations, God only knows what would happen. I think a lot of these countries are looking at this and saying, all right, like, let's get through the next few weeks. Well, I think Russia is just preparing for negotiations. Yeah. Okay. And they're trying to strengthen their hand for negotiations with Trump because they know he is tough on negotiations. Yep. But China is backed into a financial corner so deeply that they may need a win in Taiwan. to hold their nation together
Starting point is 00:56:33 because they're in real dire trouble, dire trouble. They took all these people out of the rice patties and had them build these ghost cities that are sitting empty. And so they see how they can live and they're sitting empty. And wait, you just took my money. Well, I want one of those.
Starting point is 00:56:55 Why don't I get one of those? Why are you bailing? Think how mad we were at the bailout of the banks. imagine being rice paddy to bamboo scaffolding building those giant cities. They're completely empty. The banks have them. Now China has them. And you lost everything.
Starting point is 00:57:16 Oh, my gosh. They're in trouble. They're in trouble. They are in big trouble. They are in trouble. I hope they don't do this because I don't know. There's not really a great answer. By the time we get back from the Christmas vacation,
Starting point is 00:57:30 we could be looking at a different world. Remember when we came back from Christmas vacation in 2020 and I said stupidly, wow, have you seen what they're doing in China? They're like telling everybody they have to stay. Well, you'll never do that in America. I thought the same thing. I thought it was happening in Italy.
Starting point is 00:57:52 Yeah. I remember being like, can you imagine if they ever tried to do that here like six days later? Yeah. And we're being yelled at, they have every right to do. And we're like, wait, what? But anyway, we could be coming back from vacation talking about Taiwan.
Starting point is 00:58:08 I hope not. I hope not. But I don't think we have anything we could do other than tariffs and trade wars. We can't go to war with China at this point. You can't. I think, though, projecting strength does a lot in that relationship. Yeah. Now, could I just feebly folding every single time?
Starting point is 00:58:28 But that's why I say, this is your last chance. If China wants to make a move in the next four years, if Vance gets in, possibly another eight or 12 years before you could have a weekend America like you have now. And let me show you how weak. This is the National Security Council advisor inside of the White House. This is from O'Keefe Media. Listen to what he says about Joe Biden's condition. Well, here's something. Joe Biden is, like, dead.
Starting point is 00:59:08 He, like, can't just say something. She's, like, really, like, progressed in his old year. Everybody recognized. I can't believe it wasn't a bigger scandal. He'll be dead in a year. My boss was on an international show again, like, You're up for something. The phone ringing in the office.
Starting point is 00:59:30 And I was like, well, this president. That's Henry. He was like, he's safe there. He's like, no, I'm traveling with you. He's on the same trip that you are. A couple weeks ago, I was like, the last one in the office. He was going to call for my boss. And so I picked the phone and said,
Starting point is 00:59:51 Well, Ms. President, like, Henry on Jake's phone. He's up for the day, but I can try to get him. I'm in the line for you. He asked his succession here and I was like, I don't know, like, when we get the, I'm trick him down. That's call his secret service, he's bail. It's like, I'll try his, like, unclassified phone. Then like, 10 seconds later, same bar.
Starting point is 01:00:14 I picked him up again. I was like, hi again, it's Henry. He was like, is Jake there? I was like, no, you called the same office. Oh my gosh. In case you couldn't understand that. He was saying, this is Jake Sullivan's assistant. And he said he's practically dead.
Starting point is 01:00:37 He can't put coherent sentences together. He said Jake was on a trip with Biden overseas. And he called Jake's phone back in Washington. And that guy picked it up. And he said, no, Mr. President, Jake is with you. on that trip. Oh, then he called again and he said, hey, can I, I need to call Jake. And he said, well, he's not here. I'll call him. And he said, no, I'll just, now listen to this. I'll just call him on his unclassified phone. Okay. You don't do that. You do not do that. And I'll explain why if we have
Starting point is 01:01:17 time later on the show. But he says, I'll just call him on his unclassified phone. up the phone, phone rings again, that guy picks it up, Henry picks it up, and he's like, hello, Mr. President. No, no, you called the same phone number. Tell me if you are a world leader, you don't look at your opportunity that is going away in the next four or five weeks and say, I don't know. I think we do it right now. I hope nobody is thinking about that. But this is why I've said this time between the election and the inauguration is wildly dangerous for America. And the less we pay attention to the news, the more dangerous it becomes. And that kind of begins in America next week.
Starting point is 01:02:08 All right. Let me tell you about relief factor. If you're one of those people who have lived with frequent or even constant pain, you might have gotten to the point where you just accepted that that's how life is. Don't do it. There may be a way for you to get away from that pain. The answer may be right in front of you. It's called Relief Factor.
Starting point is 01:02:26 It helped me get my life back. It could work for you. About 70% of the people who try it go on to order it again month after month, and I'm one of them. It's a daily supplement that helps your body fight pain by fighting inflammation, which is the source of most of our pain in our bodies and a lot of disease. It's 100% drug-free, developed by doctors to help reduce or eliminate pain. And like I said, over a million people have tried it. 70% go on to order it month after month.
Starting point is 01:02:50 So stop masking your pain. start fighting back naturally. Give Relief Factor a try. Three-week, quick start, 1995. Go to Relieffactor.com or call 800 the number four relief. 804 relief. It's Relieffactor.com. 10 seconds, station ID.
Starting point is 01:03:13 Honestly, I don't know. Stude just said, how are these guys still talking to people? Because they don't, they think with their pants. With their pants. I guess that's it, right? Like, all these seem to be on dates. Yeah. Right?
Starting point is 01:03:29 And I don't know. We don't know who they're on dates with. But, like, I just, you're, you're, he's an advisor for the intelligence program. National Security Council. Under Jake Sullivan. Right. Like, how can you be talking to anybody about this? Unless, you know, maybe it's somebody you work with and you're in the office.
Starting point is 01:03:48 But, like, you don't go out to dinner and run your mouth about this stuff. You'd be whispering it. Yeah. Have you seen the president? The president just called me yesterday. And I don't think he knows. That's the way you do it, not sitting with a glass of lying on. you know what another thing that might make you hot and want me a little more let me tell you about the president
Starting point is 01:04:07 he called me and he didn't even know who i was where jake sullivan was it's crazy i mean i suppose this is not a new lesson right i mean bill clinton blew up his presidency over monica loewinsky you know like this stuff happens i suppose is there not is there not a slideshow of just showing all the o'keefe videos right that they're just like this one this one hey If you're out at dinner and people are randomly following up on every point you make about Joe Biden, maybe just maybe it's not a real date. I just don't understand it. Yes. But Your Honor, look at her picture.
Starting point is 01:04:48 She was amazingly hot. I mean, that's really, that's got to be it. I don't. Or he's amazingly hot. It's one of the two. Yeah, one of the two. One of the two. One of the two.
Starting point is 01:04:57 It could be amazingly hot. I mean, it is, it's remarkable. I mean, I would be, I would tender my resignation. If I got caught like that, I'd tender my resignation immediately. And I would be like, I am so sorry. I'm so sorry. It's embarrassing. And I deserve to be fired immediately.
Starting point is 01:05:16 Right. Right. Yeah. And I, and you deserve to chastise me because this, this should never have. I don't know what I was thinking. This should have never happened. But apparently they don't, they don't really make it out of a, into a big deal when somebody does it because it keeps happening. Is anybody paying a price for this?
Starting point is 01:05:35 Because it keeps happening. I don't know. You'd think like the beginning of every day, they'd be like, whatever you do, if you go out on a date tonight, don't repeat stuff from the office. You work in the National Security Council. National Security Council. How is that possible? This isn't fuel for your picking up chicks or dudes.
Starting point is 01:05:59 You know what? If he's got top secret class of things, you should give it to me. And I should never be around that. There was another shooting in school yesterday. And when I first saw the headlines, thank goodness, only two people, a teacher and a student lost their lives yesterday. But it's horrible.
Starting point is 01:06:23 Every time I hear about a school shooting, I think of the burn a launcher. I mean, I can tell you about, you know, get it for your family for Christmas. I did it last year. Stu did it as well. I think this is the best protection device you can have other than a gun. And it's legal in all 50 states.
Starting point is 01:06:41 You just have to be 18 years or older. You don't need a license. They ship it right to your door. But a burner launcher will incapacitate with tear gas or with kinetic rounds or pepper spray, whatever, up to 60 feet away. There is no reason that we don't have these in every. single school. This would stop the shooting.
Starting point is 01:07:06 It wouldn't have stopped yesterday. But this will stop the shootings. There's no reason other than the teachers unions, we don't have Burna launchers in all the schools. Get yours now. Burna.com slash Glenn. Burna.com slash Glenn get 10% off your purchase. BlazTV.com slash Glenn. Use the code Glenn 30.

If you are somebody who gets our free morning newsletter, which is all of my show prep, you just sign up for it at glenbeck.com, you will see absolutely every story that's legit or from a legit source about the drones. And none of them agree with each other, except that it's happening. Well, I can't say that because they don't agree on that either. Some people are saying, well, you're just seeing stars. I've seen stars my whole life. I know what a star looks like.
Starting point is 01:08:41 I know what a plane looks like. Potential drone sightings in Vermont. Potential drone sightings in New York. Are these drone sightings over Georgia? Michigan Man reports mystery drone sighting. Mystery drones over UK air bases and threat of Russian sleeper agents. So now the English are saying the drones over there are from Russia. Mystery drones spotted in Tacoma.
Starting point is 01:09:15 You know what the number one drone siting state is? You would say New Jersey, yeah. Oklahoma. What? Yeah. Oklahoma is the number one drone site, citing capital apparently. of the world. And the governor just said they're there every night. You can see him when the
Starting point is 01:09:40 sky is cleared. He said, I've been watching these for over a year and they're not hunters looking for pigs or coyotes or anything like that because they're flying around in an observational way. He said he has asked the White House to give Oklahoma the same things that they're supposedly giving to New York. I mean, if they, if it was nothing to worry about, why would they be giving all these states this really high, sophisticated drone stuff? Well, I guess maybe because if it is if it is actually a mystery drone and the government's not involved and it's nothing to worry about, then it's just people just messing with the FAA. Dron sightings in San Diego, in Kentucky. And now they're saying these people with lasers, when you point them at a drone, you might be pointing them at an aircraft and we'll come and arrest you.
Starting point is 01:10:39 Why can't you just track the signal back on the drones to find? Why is that not even threatened? If you're flying any of these drones, we will find you because we can track your signal from the drone back to you, the operator, and we'll do it. I mean, with all the technology they have and all the monitoring that they do, you'd think that would be possible. No, it is. It is possible. I know. But I mean, so why wouldn't they be doing it?
Starting point is 01:11:09 Right. Why wouldn't we be doing that? So my guess is maybe it's not as easy as we think it is. I mean, a lot of time. I mean, you see this happen all the time. We're like, hey, this guy just murdered a CEO in the middle of Manhattan. Oh, he got all the way to Pennsylvania. Like, what?
Starting point is 01:11:23 So here is Whoopi Goldbergs. explanation. You heard this? No, I've not heard of Whoopi. I think they know what it is. I think they're not going to really be able to say it. Or we're going to get a really hell of a big party for New Year's Eve. It's going to be like a dome over all 50 states of these drones. It could be something like that.
Starting point is 01:11:48 Well, why not? I mean, stranger things have had. Then a New Year's Eve party with drone? Okay. A dome of drones over all 50 states. Stranger things have happened. No. Not really.
Starting point is 01:12:02 And strange things have happened. I give her credit on that. Really unexpected things have happened, but not stranger than that, I don't think. Donald Trump says yesterday, he was asked about it. He said, he was asked, have you been briefed in your president-elect briefings? And all he said is, the government knows what they are. and they're just not telling the American people. That's what he said.
Starting point is 01:12:31 Hopefully he will. Maybe we find out on January 20th. I have to tell you, I heard somebody yesterday give what I think is the answer, without question, mathematically the answer. I'll give that to you here in just a second. First, I have a, hang on just a second. Let me pull it up here. I have a New Jersey state senator. His name is John Bramnick.
Starting point is 01:12:58 He is, he thinks he knows why the federal government is not telling the truth on the drones. Welcome to the program, state senator, John Bramnik. Good to be with you, Glenn. Thank you. So you've been on this now for a while. Apparently in New Jersey, it's a very big deal, but Majorca said it might be stars, but I think we've all seen stars before. What have you found and why isn't, if the government knows what it is? Why aren't they telling us? Well, let me talk about the evolution of this. First,
Starting point is 01:13:37 people saw these drones, large drones, including the state police. The colonel in the state police had a briefing with us where one of their helicopters saw a large SUV-sized drone that was flying next to the helicopter, turn off its lights, and fled. Now, that's not some citizen. That's the helicopter pilots for the state police. So it started off with clear observations of unusually large drones that were turning off their lights and leaving the area. So then people started to see this. And then why I think it's such a big deal is both sides of the aisle. You had Schumer and Trump on the same side of this issue. You had guns. Governor Murphy, a Democrat, and Governor Christie, both asking for more information.
Starting point is 01:14:26 Correct. So when you have both sides saying there's not enough information, United States senators were going out with local police because they couldn't get information from the federal government. So then what happened? All of a sudden there were these private briefings and all of a sudden it started to change. They said, well, it's not a threat, but they still didn't release any other information. So I think slowly the federal government is privately giving information to elected officials to try to calm down the public. But that doesn't answer why we see in New Jersey over military bases, over reservoirs, and even over Governor Christie's house, large drones.
Starting point is 01:15:11 And we see what we see. So I think what happened here is they try to tap all this down and it backfired on the Biden administration. So any clue? Is it us? Is it the Pentagon? What is it? Any clue? It's definitely not Martians, okay? Because they never land in Jersey, I'll tell you that. Because it's so expensive. They're going down to Florida, I can tell you that. We know it's not outer space people.
Starting point is 01:15:44 Maybe some spaced out people. So here's what we're left with. I've heard three or four theories. And everyone calls me and says, you know, I heard this, etc. Everything from some sort of mapping of the heat on the earth in order to do security. From radioactivity, somebody sent me something yesterday that said the amount of radioactivity in the New York, New Jersey area is raised, has been increased. They wanted to send me a website on that. So I don't know, but I do know something.
Starting point is 01:16:16 The Department of Defense has to know. And if they don't know, we're in big trouble. You know, in the U.K., they're blaming, the drones just started showing up over the air bases over there. And in the U.K., they're blaming Russia. Well, it's not good. You're telling me, okay, in 2024, that the Department of Defense doesn't know what an SUV-sized drone is doing, flying over military bases. Now, if that's, if that's the case,
Starting point is 01:16:51 then we better look closely at our military. So we did, I mean, this administration is the one that led a balloon that they said had nothing. It was not sending information back. Go across the United States and denied it half the time and then said it was nothing until they shot it down after it had transmitted all of its information. I mean. And how about the.
Starting point is 01:17:15 President-elect saying the government knows but efficient information to make that statement. Otherwise, I doubt he would have said that. Well, he said that in response to a question, in your president-elect briefings on national security, has they said anything? And that was his response. So it would lead you to believe he's telling you without telling you what he got briefed. The bottom line is when you have this many millions of people, wherever I go in New Jersey, the first question is, hey, Senator, can you please tell me?
Starting point is 01:17:59 Don't worry. I won't tell anybody. You know, my rule is if you want to keep a secret, don't tell anybody. Right. So all I got to tell you is we don't have enough information to calm down the public. So just give us enough information to calm down the public. That's all we're asking for. said that they are too fearful of the public reaction. What did you mean by that?
Starting point is 01:18:25 Well, I figured that the Defense Department must know what these drones are doing. So either, if they don't know, that's a problem. But if they do know, they must figure that they cannot release this information because it's such a top secret, you know, plan or it would create fear in the public. It's got to be one or the other. And my guess is they have to know based on my confidence in the military, so therefore they want to release it because they don't either scare the public or provide secret information to our adversaries. What other explanation is? Now the explanations, Chappanes and, you know, it's birds with lights on them. That's somebody who saw a big foot and then comes back from the woods.
Starting point is 01:19:23 Right. As I saw a big foot, this is Governor Christie. Senators lived down the shore. They've seen it bring over somebody's house. Right, right. Senator, I'd love to have you back because I know that you were a assistant professor at, I think it was Rider University. He won the inspirational professor of the year. And you have also, you also hold the title of Funniest Lawyer in New Jersey.
Starting point is 01:19:59 And you think that was easy to win. Let me tell you from the competition. The only competition that's not as hard is the funniest accountant in New Jersey. Now, that competition, anybody can win. But I beat the pants off nine other finalists and the funniest were in New Jersey. And people pay to come see a lawyer tell jokes. That's how crazy the public is. Thank you so much, Senator.
Starting point is 01:20:25 I appreciate it. God bless you. Merry Christmas. You bet. Bye-bye. Let me tell you about American financing. it is so important, especially since we're in the middle of the most expensive time of the year. When it comes to debt, credit cards are a slippery slope.

Now, if you're dealing with the debts right now and high interest rates on those credit cards, for two decades, American financing has been helping people just like you get to where you need to be. That's when the drones come. That's where they come.
Starting point is 01:22:41 It's the sheriff's apartment. Come up with your hands up. That's when that happens. Yes, that's right around the corner. Yep. And then they might just lift the whole home away from you at that point. You don't want that to happen to you. So use Home Title Lock.

Starting point is 01:23:27 Hometitelock.com. I saw a great tweet from Sean Davis yesterday. Great tweet. He said, I know what's going on with the drones. And I think he is mathematically 100% correct. I don't think there's a way, I just don't think there's a way this is not the answer.
Starting point is 01:23:58 He said it's not only the answer on the drones, but it's almost the answer for almost every. He said it's the Rosetta Stone of answers. You'll be able to decode every major news event. It would this just the secret key to what? unlock, okay? He says just it's one sentence. You ready? Yeah. The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up. And he said, now, now try it out. Try it out. Who killed JFK? The U.S. government was behind it and was lying to you to cover it up. How did the cartels manage to
Starting point is 01:24:38 get so many drugs in and much cash out of the U.S.? The U.S. government's behind it and lying to you to cover it up. Why were all those women and children at Waco burn to death? Well, the U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up. Why, who let the 9-11 hijackers into the U.S.? The U.S. government was behind and is lying to you to cover it up. Why were there no WMDs in Iraq? Well, the U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you now to cover it up. What caused the housing market to collapse in the massive devaluation of the U.S. dollar? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you now to cover it up. What happened to the Russian collusion stuff in 2016?
Starting point is 01:25:16 The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up. Where did COVID originate? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up. Why was the discussion of Hunter Biden's laptop banned in 2020? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying you to you to cover it up. Who blew up the Nord Stream pipeline? Well, the U.S. government was behind it and lying to you. to cover it up. What's going on with all those drones over New Jersey and everywhere? Say it with me.
Starting point is 01:25:50 The U.S. government is behind it and is lying to you to cover it up. Does explain a lot. Yeah. He said, nine out of ten times, that is the right answer. He said maybe even 99 out of a hundred times. That is the answer. And I think he is correct. Let me talk to you about my Patriot Supply. with the Trump administration coming in, I don't know about you. I feel pretty good. I feel pretty good, really. Stuber here. here before he goes on vacation.
Starting point is 01:28:27 Some of us are still going to work for a while, Stu. It's not Christmas yet, but don't worry about it. It is for me. Yeah. So, I want to take you up to almost where Santa lives in a place just as imaginative
Starting point is 01:28:43 as Santa Land. It's called Canada, where Justin Trudeau has been just a military jacket away from, you know, being more like his dad in Cuba. But it's falling apart in Canada. His finance minister, which is the number two position, walked out.
Starting point is 01:29:02 He said, you know, I want to do another role for you. And she said the only viable thing is if I leave the cabinet, this is the woman who shut down all of the social media gift giving services and was freezing people's bank accounts during the trucker strike. she's also the one that does all of the trade deals between the United States and Canada. Gee, I wonder what she's worried about. Meanwhile, Justin Trudeau has just been given away all kinds of money. He's got a sales tax holiday for Canadians and sending checks to Canadians that need it right now during the Christmas season.
Starting point is 01:29:47 And he's also imposed some other things that are people aren't real, you know, real, real happy about. Is his reign over or is he going to be elected to a fourth term? I made a prediction today and I know nothing about Canada. Today may be his last day. It's that close. We'll talk to a Canadian, a guy who knows Ezra Levant in 60 seconds. First, the people who founded this country understood the best way to exist in a society was to strive toward the balance of freedom and moral responsibility.
Starting point is 01:30:22 or, you know, hire the half son of Fidel Castro, one or the two. I like to use my freedom wisely. I try not to take it for granted, and I do business with people who feel the same way. And that's why I urge you to join Patriot Mobile. Go to Patriotmobile.com slash Beck or call 972 Patriot. Use the promo code Friday. That's the only way to get a free smartphone while this last. Friday is the promo code. It's PatreonMobile.com slash back.
Starting point is 01:31:20 or call 972 Patriot member promo code Friday. A hero, really, of the Canadian people, Ezra Levant. Hello, Ezra. Glenn, it's great to talk with you today. I heard your introduction about Christia Freeland, the deputy prime minister and finance minister. She's much more than that. It would be like Dick Cheney was to George Bush Jr.
Starting point is 01:31:47 I mean, the everything fixer, totally involved in all the files. So that was Christia Freeland. And she quit yesterday, and she timed her leaving to detonate the morning she was supposed to deliver a mini budget. So that whole thing was thrown into a mess. And basically, didn't she say that because we're spending all of our money and we have to stop because we might get into a trade war with America? She did. And in her resignation letter, which she published, she accused Trudeau. of being a narcissist, of being in it for himself.
Starting point is 01:32:26 She didn't use the word narcissist, but she said, we've got to think about more than just ourselves. We've got to think about the country. She accused him of, quote, political gimmicks. And the thing is she was his right-hand woman since the very beginning. And I want to tell you one more thing about Christia Freeland. She is on the board of trustees of the World Economic Forum. And what was her job right before she became a member of?
Starting point is 01:32:52 Parliament to join Trudeau, you're not going to believe me. She was the authorized biographer of George Soros. So the deputy prime minister and finance minister, but really the everything minister of Canada. She was, like I say, like Dick Cheney to George Bush, she was the right handman on every file. So was she, was she more of the architect of this? Or is Trudeau capable of what I'm asking is is Trudeau more of a Biden and she's more of an Obama
Starting point is 01:33:26 or is it Dick Cheney and George W. Bush? Trudeau loves the sizzle of being prime minister. He loves the adulation. It's hard to come by. So for example, he went to the recent Taylor Swift concert
Starting point is 01:33:41 and he exchanged friendship bracelets with teenage girls. That's his market these days. Everyone else shouts at him So he was never a policy guy. He would leave that to the grownups. And Christian Freeland and George Soros would fill that void. And I'm not just saying George Soros has a throwaway line.
Starting point is 01:34:00 A few years ago, Canada signed a contract with the Open Society's Foundation to draft our refugee policy. So this is not a rumor. Oh, my gosh. So Christopher's departing is an enormous blow. But look, Canadians can hardly wait to get rid of. rid of Trudeau. I don't want to sound overconfident, but the conservative opposition leader, his name is Pierre Polyev, he's excellent. He's way out ahead in the polls. Remember, we have a multi-party system. So there's about five parties in Parliament. The conservatives are at 43. Now,
Starting point is 01:34:36 I know that might sound low in an American two-party system, but when you've got five parties, 43% means you're going to have a massive victory. And last night, after Christia Freeland detonated Trudeau and quit, There was a pollster named Abacus data that went into the field immediately, and his results have just been posted. Only 11% of Canadians approve of Trudeau. 11%. It's going to be a massacre.
Starting point is 01:35:02 Last factoid, here's a little data point. This is happy news. This is really happy news. While everyone was focused on the intrigues in Ottawa, there was a special election in the province of British Columbia for one of these members of parliament. and the conservatives, led by Pierre Pollyev, got 66% in the local district. In Vancouver, BC? Not in Vancouver proper, but nearby.
Starting point is 01:35:29 So in BC, which is sort of like Washington State, it's a little bit hippy, it's a little bit eco. A little bit? A little bit. But then I got to tell you people of every background, according to the pollsters, men and women, young and old, and minorities, they all. want Trudeau gone, which is so interesting because he came to power as the woke guy who, you know, I'm a male feminist, he said, etc. Canadians are finally done with them.
Starting point is 01:35:58 We just need that moment where we get to go to vote. And Ezra, I hate to simplify your country's politics in this way. But Glenn, Paul Ev is the guy who, with the Apple guy. The member of the viral video where he was just sitting there answering questions. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Eat the Apple. That's the guy. I love that guy. Yes. I think everybody in America that saw that video. Oh, I love that guy. Now, that apple eating thing, give me 30 seconds on that. You know, he was answering questions from a left-wing journalist while casually eating an apple.
Starting point is 01:36:27 Whenever the journalist would say things like, well, aren't you, people say you're like Trump. And he would say, what people? And what did they say? And he just did this a bunch of times proving that the journalist was just, you know, taking cheap shots. And when he said people say he was. just saying, I say, it was masterful.
Starting point is 01:36:48 And why is that important? There was no real policy talked about. The reason that was important, Glenn, is because it shows that Pierre Polyev has a Trump-like disdain for journalists. And why is that important? Because too many Canadian conservatives are so worried about what the media will say about them. They respond to the peer pressure of journalists.
Starting point is 01:37:10 They want to give journalists the answer that the journalists want. Polyev is not afraid to look at Arvars. of CNN in the eyes and say, you know, and attack them and insult them and poke back so that I know that if he's elected prime minister, that he will be largely immune to the Mean Girls Club of the media party. And that's saying something because you had the CBC. That's like our PBS except that's the main. I mean, they control the, they are the CNN, NBC, ABC.
Starting point is 01:37:41 They're everything up there. They're larger than all other media combined. Our state broadcaster has more journalists than every other media company combined. You can imagine how that really distorts the national conversation. But a lot of Canadians get their info through social media, which is why Trudeau's introduced legislation that would criminalize, including with a life in prison. Trudeau has introduced a bill called C-63 that has a life-in-prison component for, quote,
Starting point is 01:38:14 hate crimes, including hate speech. That's one of the reasons Jordan Peterson cited for moving to America. This bill C63. And we're going to fight that bill if it becomes law. But the way things are looking, I think Trudeau might not last long enough to make it into law. So what happened? I mean, parliamentary systems are so weird. You can just call an election at any time, which is kind of weird.
Starting point is 01:38:40 But does he have to call for one or does he have to step down? Or can there be a vote of no confidence? What happens next? Well, he only has a minority in our parliament. He's propped up by a hardcore socialist party called the NDP, the new Democrats. Right. And they didn't they just come out and pretty much say, we're done with you? No.
Starting point is 01:39:01 No? It's trickier. They said, we demand Trudeau resign. Right. And then when they said, will you vote non-confidence in him? They refuse to. So they like to pretend they're against Trudeau. But they have never opposed him.
Starting point is 01:39:14 So Trudeau is the master of his own destiny as long as no one has the courage to push him out. And if there was a non-confidence vote, he could be thrown out and an election would be forced. But I don't think his critics have the courage to do that. I don't think they have the numbers. And look, these polls are so awful, Glenn. A lot of the liberals who are sick of Trudeau and worry he's tanking things, they know they're going to lose whether the election is now or in six months. So why not drag it out for six more months, get paid, enjoy their power, run things a little longer.
Starting point is 01:39:50 If you're a liberal MP and you know you're going to lose the next election, why wouldn't you at least stretch it out three, six, nine months to, you know, get as much from your job as possible, get as much money, power, influence. I think the liberals are going to be smashed. But Trudeau will probably let, listen, he is stubborn and he's a fighter. I've never seen him apologize. I've never seen him quit. He's a lot of flaws, but tenacity is not one of them. How much of a role did the election of Donald Trump play in this?
Starting point is 01:40:23 Are you guys right just behind us on what's happening here in America? That's such a great question. In a way, a Trump tweet started the dominoes falling here. I don't know if you remember about a month ago. About a month ago, Trump tweeted 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada if they don't seal it. their borders. Stop the illegal drugs, stop illegal immigrants. So it was, and Mexico immediately got on the phone. Yeah, hang on just a second. Why did Trump, why does Canada have such a hard time with that? It's like, just we need you to enforce your laws. That's all we need. And Pierre Polly of the conservative
Starting point is 01:41:02 leader said, look, I don't want to do those things because Donald Trump tells me to. I want to do those things because it's in the Canadian interest. Right. Why would any Canadian, and Trump is worried about fentanyl coming through Canada into the states. Well, Canadians should be worried about that too. In fact, we are. We've had a huge crime wave under Trudeau. So the smart, grown-up answer is, okay, Trump is asking sort of roughly, like he's being a little bit, he's got that, you know, he's Donald Trump, trying a big stick. But just deal with him. The man's a transactional dealmaker. He's not actually asking Canadians for anything that we don't want. Just do it. But instead, let me throw one last thing at you, Glenn. Here's my,
Starting point is 01:41:40 here's my theory of why Trudeau is fighting. As I mentioned, Trudeau is so low in the polls, and this conservative leader is so high. But what if Trudeau could flip it? And instead of running against Pierre Pauley of the conservative leader, what if Trudeau would say, I'm running against Trump? Because Trump is not that popular in Canada because the media has bashed him for 10 years. And what if Trump puts on the terrorists? You know, here.
Starting point is 01:42:06 What if Trump brings in the... We just stop listening to them. We're just even worse up here. Yeah, I know. It's even worse up here. But one more move. What if Trump actually implements the tariff on Canada? It hurts our economy.
Starting point is 01:42:18 So now Trudeau can say, this terrible economy is not my fault. It's Trump's fault. Vote for me if you want to stand up to Trump. Vote for me if you don't like Trump. That's for me and we'll blame Trump together for the woes. I think Trudeau is willing to sacrifice Canada's economy for this desperate chance to run and win again. That's my theory. I, you know what, to me that makes sense. And you know what? Honestly, to understand Donald Trump,
Starting point is 01:42:47 you have to understand he never, when he's negotiating, he never threatens. He's never threatening. He just makes promises. If you do this, I'll do that. If you do this, I'll do that. And he will. He will. So he's not threatening. Just making promises. Well, and why wouldn't Canada say, all right, you've got our attention. We agree we've got a border problem. By the way, it goes both ways. When Trump is going to deport a large number of illegal migrants, some of them will say, oh, we'd better come into Canada because there's such a soft touch.
Starting point is 01:43:25 So we have an interest in having a strong border because we don't want all the folks, Trump's going to deport, including those who committed crimes. And those who are going to self-deport, self-deport. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, all those Haitians, they're going to want to go to Monterey. a French-speaking city, rather than go back to Haiti, wouldn't you? So we need a strong border also. Trudeau would rather fight with Trump for the media kudos than actually fix a problem.
Starting point is 01:43:50 It's his last desperate chance. But you know what? I hope Canada comes back. And the Trump revolution is not just a political and economic one. It's a freedom revolution. Free speech. Elon Musk. RFK Jr., basically rebuking the COVID mentality.
Starting point is 01:44:07 hopefully some of that freedom will slosh over the border into us, Glenn. Yeah. One last thing. We both have to run. You have one in every 20 persons now selecting suicide and more women are electing for euthanasia than men are. I mean, this is getting way out of control euthanasia in Canada, isn't it? And our veterans' affairs department. is suggesting euthanasia for soldiers who have PTSD.
Starting point is 01:44:41 If you say you're depressed, they will literally use that as a reason to give. They call it up your maid medical assistance in dying. It's the new word for euthanasia. Canada is now ahead of the Netherlands for this, and partly it's socialized medicine, because if you kill someone, they're not going to cost $100,000 a year on intensive care. Part of it is also the war on the concept of life.
Starting point is 01:45:04 Trudeau is an absolutist for abortion, and this is an extension of sort of a eugenics approach. It's dark days for those who value life in Canada, Glenn. I hope your theory is absolutely wrong, but I've watched you long enough to know your theory probably is right. I hope you're wrong, though. Thank you so much. Thanks, Glenn.
Starting point is 01:45:24 Bye-bye. Bye-bye. That guy is one of the bravest people up in Canada that I know. All right, Glenn, a sports question that I think even you can answer. Nicole Yokic, three-time MVP. He's playing a game on Christmas Day. Yeah. Will he score more or less than 0.5 points?
Starting point is 01:45:46 I'm going to go out on a limb and say more. Wow, you nailed it. Yeah, thank you. Good job. That's actually one of the free squares they've got on prize picks right now. If you pick a lineup, whether it's NBA or NFL, whatever it is, you pick players, you pick a few players, more or less. They've got one up there. I just put a lineup in on prize picks that has 0.5 points for.
Starting point is 01:46:08 Nicole Yoko Yokic on Christmas. So it's like one for free and then you just have to nail one other one and you can get actual money. Now, this is available all over the place, more than 30 states, California, Texas, Georgia, Florida. You can win up to a thousand times your money on prize picks. Plus prize picks, you got the flex play. So you can even, and you want to pick three more or less, and you only have to get two
Starting point is 01:46:35 of them right and you still win. it's a great way to do it. Download the Price Picks app today. Use the code Stu. Get 50 bucks instantly when you play only five bucks. The code is Stu on Price Picks to get 50 bucks instantly
Starting point is 01:46:47 when you play only five. Prize Picks run your game. 10 seconds, station ID. You know, good friends always talk things out. Otherwise it festers. And this is going to fester. Unless we talk it out.
Starting point is 01:47:09 Oh no. Yeah. I've a real bone to pick with you. Really? Yeah. Yeah. For years, been making fun of me with sports.
Starting point is 01:47:16 Okay. Yes. Yes. And so yesterday, I told a sports joke and you didn't laugh or react to it. Really? And I spent all day going, I think I blew the sports joke. I think I don't, I got somehow or another, I got it wrong. So I went to Jill Savage at the blaze.
Starting point is 01:47:33 Okay. She knows sports. She knows sports. And I said, hey, do you understand this joke? Did I get it right or where was I wrong? Okay. Because you said yesterday, maybe the drones. are just trying to make the New Jersey football teams stink.
Starting point is 01:47:53 New York, New Jersey football teams just really bad. And I said, they don't need to. The general manager has already done that. Yeah, I think that's a good. It's solid. I mean, it's not hysterical, but I mean, I wanted some points on it. I got no points on it. Oh, I appreciate.
Starting point is 01:48:10 For me, that's a huge deal. That's very good, Glenn. Thank you. Sorry I didn't acknowledge it more of the time. I needed you to just say, good job. That's, you know, that was very good and you're doing a great job. It's funny because, you know what? I mean, I think this is even a bigger compliment.
Starting point is 01:48:26 I didn't even notice that you made a, like, you just made a comment in a normal flow of conversation as if you were a normal male. Right. Wait. Like, that's impressive. How did this go awry all of a sudden? No, I mean, it's a compliment. Normally, I would call out, wow, you did it. But I didn't even do that.
Starting point is 01:48:44 that because maybe you're making so much progress. Wow. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas, too. Happy New Year. Yeah. Oh, that was great. That's so great. Very proud of you. It's almost like you with your daughter. Your daughter's going to play, you know, in Nashville, the Grand Alopery. Yeah. And you made a somewhat comprehensible sports joke. Yeah. Do I get a cookie? All right, if you have children or even grandchildren, I want you to think about something. Right now, you and I hopefully about to walk into a brighter, or sane or economy. That's God willing. The next four, even eight or 12 years hold a lot of promise economically, but we are on a knife's edge. Down the road somewhere, we are going to have
Starting point is 01:49:30 to pay a heavy price. Hopefully we can avoid it, but nobody ever has. Your economic future, your kids' future, every dime that you have saved for your future is up for grabs from the Bricks nations because they are going to try to get the world to take a gold back currency theirs. This is what they've been building for for four years since we went against
Starting point is 01:49:59 Russia. Lear Capital has the answer and it is gold and silver and I urge you please to protect what you have by putting a portion of it in gold and silver. 800-957 gold. Call Lear Capital right now.
Starting point is 01:50:14 800-9-57 gold. call them now thank glenn for his comprehensible sports jokes by going to glenbeckchristmas.com get your christmas presence glenbeckchrismiss dot com so don't know i you know i don't ever hear anybody call him president-elect trump do you hear that because i just hear president trump because i think he is president now you know what i mean i don't know what's happened to joe biden uh you know well i do he's he's ridden off in the sunset and Kamala's nowhere to be found either. Boy, the 25th Amendment sure would have made a huge difference, wouldn't it? It's there for a reason. It's there for a reason. Because I really don't know who the president is, but he held a press conference yesterday and
Starting point is 01:51:32 answered some questions. Here he is on preemptively striking Iran. This is cut 10. Are you entertaining the idea of preemptive strikes against Iran's nuclear facilities? Against who? Against Iran's nuclear? Well, I can't tell you that. I mean, it's a wonderful question. But how can I, am I going to do preemptive strikes? Why would I say that?
Starting point is 01:51:56 Can you imagine if I said yes or no? You'd say, that was strange that he answered that way. Am I going to do preemptive strikes on Iran? Is that a serious question? How could I answer a question? like that. Say it? Would you be in support of Israeli strikes on Iran?
Starting point is 01:52:17 How could I tell you a thing like that now? It's just so, you don't talk about that before. Okay. So, I think we know the answer. It's a good answer. That's actually a great answer. Really good answer. Great answer.
Starting point is 01:52:28 Exactly how that question should be answered. He's learned to be the president of the United States. But I think he misunderstood the question. Maybe, maybe. He misunderstood the question. Maybe the question was, when I say preemptively, I mean, are you going to order the military to do that before January 20th? We all believe you're the president of the United States right now. Never seen it before, but here he is on Biden selling off parts of the border wall.
Starting point is 01:52:59 But now we ordered an additional 200 miles of wall. It's very expensive. and now it's about double the price of what it would have been six years ago. And the administration is trying to sell it for five cents on the dollar, knowing that we're getting ready to put it up. And what they're doing is really an act. It's almost a criminal act. They know we're going to use it, and if we don't have it,
Starting point is 01:53:27 we're going to have to rebuild it, and it'll cost double what it cost years ago, and that's hundreds of millions of dollars, because you're talking about a lot of wall. I built much more than I said I was going to build, but then after it was built, I said, you know, we can do some more because it's sort of like water people flow through, and that will pretty much really take care of it.
Starting point is 01:53:51 And what happened is they just, as you see, they're trying to sell it for five cents of the dollar. And that's really, that has nothing to do with a smooth transition. That has to do with, People really trying to stop our nation. And all it means really is that we're going to spend hundreds of millions of dollars more, not even talking about the time. Time would be pretty long, but we'll spend hundreds of millions of dollars more on building the same wall that we already have.
Starting point is 01:54:24 I think he's right. It is almost criminal because everyone knows we're going to do that. That doesn't screw Donald Trump. It screws us. Screws us. We're going to have to pay for it. is kind of what Ezra was talking about with Justin Trudeau. You know, if I can't have you, no one will.
Starting point is 01:54:41 You know, I'll take it at the expense of the Canadian people. It's like a very expensive pulling the Ws off the keyboard thing. Yeah. Right? Like to just try to screw him over in some way. Yeah, but the W's on the keyboards. That was more just petty. Petty.
Starting point is 01:54:56 This is, first of all, real policy. And look, they do want the opposite policy, even though they did. It's oddly, they ran commercial after commercial. saying they wanted the wall, which was odd. Yeah, I know. Did you see, though, that they, they were trying to tie the hands of the president and trying to change our nuclear policy so the president couldn't do a nuclear strike, couldn't order a nuclear strike? What the hell? What are you even talking about? I know. You can't change the role of the president. I think one thing we need to remember here is, yes, Donald Trump won the election.
Starting point is 01:55:34 and yes, right now he is in this, I think for the first time ever, like a honeymoon-ish type of period where it seems like everyone's kind of being nice to him and people are... Well, that'll end. He's, by the way, for the first time ever, above water in approval rating. Really? He's over 50% in approval rating for the first time since the beginning, 2015,
Starting point is 01:55:53 going all the way back to his beginning of his run. But that being said, they're not giving up. This is not... Oh, no. We should not be convinced that, oh, well, now, now, you know, people seem to be like taking his ideas a little more seriously. And if things work out, they'll be okay. They will not.
Starting point is 01:56:11 They're just doing this stuff in other ways. And they are planning how they're going to push back against him. And one of the reasons why they're not pushing back now is because this is the leader, cut 19. This is their leader right now. The trauma of that day and its aftermath is still raw and ongoing. About October 7th. I've gotten over 100 hostages out. and I'll not stop so I get every single one of them home.
Starting point is 01:56:37 Joe Biden got 100 hostages out of Gaza? What? What? Did you see that the, was it second quarter revision now or maybe third quarter revision shows that it was all loss? They said there was 800,000 jobs created in that quarter. It's in the negative now on the revision. means everything that they said to you was a lie.
Starting point is 01:57:06 Everything that they have said to you has been a lie. But that's the guy. And he's soon coming out of office and, you know, who's going to replace him as the leader? I can guarantee you somebody who believes in all of those ideas and is not going to sit down. However, the people have changed. Cut 27. Listen to this. This is the guy who said he held up the guy who shot the CEO and said, in fact, I think we should make playing cards.
Starting point is 01:57:40 And he made wanted CEO playing cards. Listen to this. Well, the cops showed up in my door this morning. I guess making CEO most wanted playing cards gets you noticed. The New York Post front page today, guys. Front page for this deck. But don't worry. I'm all good on the police side of things for now.
Starting point is 01:58:05 But the deck is still live for pre-order. So go grab some for you and your friends. Also, you'll notice that my stock is completely, like, depleted. I'm going to update it so you guys can, like, get some stuff. So here's the thing. That's selling with Marxists and revolutionaries, but it's not selling with the American people. and this FBI felt they needed to go and talk to that guy.
Starting point is 01:58:33 Now, he has a right to do stupid things. But this FBI decided things are changing. I don't know if that would have been investigated three years ago. I don't know if they would have said anything about him at all. They would have said, you know, who's really bad? Are those parents at the school board meetings? Those are the really bad ones. All right, let me give you two more things.
Starting point is 01:58:57 First of all, there is a play on Broadway, and I'm only, this is worth the explanation, trust me. It'll take 38 seconds to give you the explanation. This is, I guess, the actor, actress, I guess actor is all things, maybe. Justin David Solomon, his pronouns is he, she, they. Oh, perfect. Uh-huh. And he's explaining, or he, she, they is explaining his, her, their role in this Broadway play and Juliet. Hi, I'm Justin David Sullivan. I use the pronouns, be she and they, and I play Juliet's best friend, May. While I'm in between. May goes on a journey of self-discovery, finds love, and explores their gender identity. I am fiercely proud that they're a character. is in this show that are in conversation with queer representation and what it means to find love
Starting point is 02:00:09 in a way that perhaps is often seen as unconventional. Okay, so that's the director there at the end, and he said that's their goal is to explore these ideas and to get them out in the public, which I think that defines all of Broadway, does it not? Yes. Some point it's like all of Broadway. You're just repeating the thing that they've been doing constantly for years. Now, the reason why I bring this up is because one of our Supreme Court justices, Katanji Brown, Jackson. Yeah, whatever. You have too many names, and they're all last names. They can all be last names.
Starting point is 02:00:51 Katanji could be a last name. Brown could be a last name. Jackson could be a last name. Shockingly. And Jackson could be a first name. They could all be first names as well. Anyway, so you're lucky I got two out of the three. Anyway.
Starting point is 02:01:01 So when she went to Harvard, she said, I hope someday I can be, this is what she actually said when she was in school. I hope to be the first Supreme Court justice to appear on Broadway. Well, it's this show that made it happen. And here's a clip of her one line. Government. To the first day of rehearsal. She did great on that. That was it.
Starting point is 02:01:39 Now, if you are in that play, with that intent, shouldn't you recuse yourself from all LGBTQ judgments? I'm fine with her doing that. I mean, I don't know. She's in a play. I don't think necessarily all, an entire category of litigation would be. Any of it? Any of it? I mean, look.
Starting point is 02:02:08 had to do with this play. Yeah. I know, but that's what they would say. Oh, of course. If Clarence Thomas was in this, they would say he's, A, he should recuse himself from life. Right. They're there already. They're doing that.
Starting point is 02:02:21 They did that with Kavanaugh too. Right. And now, you know, they would be saying he's got to read. Why don't we suggest the same things? I mean, I'm just suggesting, I'm not saying that I'm making a good case for it. I'm just saying, is there a good case for maybe she should recuse herself? from... And Glenn, are you familiar
Starting point is 02:02:41 with this play? No. And the storyline of it? No. No? Well, I know... Let me just tell you real quick about Broadway and what's going on there. My gosh, who's about to get a cookie? Okay. Yeah? This is a play called Ann Juliet.
Starting point is 02:02:56 Uh-huh. And basically what it does is it reimagines Romeo and Juliet except she doesn't kill herself for some boy. She doesn't need a man. And that's the whole premise of this play. Oh my gosh, Did I do it? Did I do it?
Starting point is 02:03:13 Did I do it. You did it. I did it. I did it. I did it. I did it. What is happening in our world? He's doing sports?
Starting point is 02:03:21 I'm doing Broadway. It's freaky Friday. It really is a Christmas miracle. It's happening. Okay. Let me tell you about Rough Greens. When you take your dog for a walk, you just don't put him in a wagon and, you know, drag him along.
Starting point is 02:03:38 behind you, right? Of course not. He needs exercise so he can be healthy and happy. Unfortunately, feeding him regular dog food, especially kibble food, is kind of like dragging him along nutritionally. You need something that brings your dog's food back to life and that something is rough greens, specifically designed to make your pet healthier. And you sprinkle it on your pet's food. It's got vitamins, probiotics, enzymes, omega oils, antioxidants. Your dog can try it before you buy it. They've got a free jump start trial bag. It's a $20 value, but if you use the promo code

Starting point is 02:05:02 right to your inbox. Sign up at Glenn's. If you want to do better than Anne Juliet, the play on Broadway, you may instead want to go see Angel Studios next movie. It's coming out December 20th. It's called Homestead. Now, this is about what happens to the nation when Los Angeles is devastated by a nuclear attack. The story follows X Green Beret, who and his family who join a prepper compound. And as violent threats and apocalyptic conditions creep toward their borders, the residents of the homestead are left to wonder. How long can a group of people resist both the dangers of human nature and the bloodshed at their doorstep?
Starting point is 02:05:51 This is an action movie. You're going to love it. Plus, it is a movie that is going to teach you a little bit about maybe the way we should be acting in these types of situations. How do you maintain a connection to humanity, Glenn? So many people have lost it. You know what? He's actually on my show tomorrow. Your podcast.
Starting point is 02:06:09 No, he's actually a TV show. Oh, nice. Okay. Yeah. So I recorded it yesterday. he's fascinating. He's awesome. Absolutely fascinating. I remember from suits, but he's been in a million different things.
Starting point is 02:06:20 Angel Studios has been doing a ton of great work lately, and this is yet another shining example you're going to love. This movie is jam-packed with heart-pounding tension, moral dilemmas, and a story that cuts to the core of what it means to survive. It explores the humanity behind the apocalypse. So make sure you go check this movie out right now. Actually, it's December 20th. It comes out.
Starting point is 02:06:39 Get your tickets now, though, at angel.com slash Beck. It's angel.com slash Beck. See you in Christmas. The theaters this holiday season. Outside is frightful. Oh, so delightful. Oh, you are good,
Starting point is 02:07:05 Stu. Thank you. Actually, there's been some interest in maybe a Christmas album of my own, you know? At the grand old opera. Yes. It's kind of like that. Anyway, my daughter's going to be performing there tomorrow with Four King and Country. I'm really excited.
Starting point is 02:07:25 tickets. If you can get tickets, we'd love to see you there. All right, I saw something now. This is from 2019, but this is why I love Elon Musk. Listen to this question at a shareholder meeting and his answer. Hi, everyone. I'm Luxphiladay. I have a really exciting question. Will Tesla make aquatic cars and if so, when? Do you mean like a quad bike or something? Where do you mean a quad car? Aquatic car is in boat or submarine? Oh, I see, okay. Do you mean a car that can go in the water, basically? On or under or both, the water.
Starting point is 02:08:05 It's funny you should mention that. We do actually have a design for a submarine car. Like the one from the Spire Love Me, sort of the lotus that turns into a sub. And I actually, I thought that was like the coolest thing I'd seen in a movie, so I actually have that, the ones from the movie. Now, that one cannot actually transform, because it has like fins where the wheels are.
Starting point is 02:08:39 It's obviously not going to work. But if you make it a bit bigger, then you can actually have a submarine car. It's like technically possible. I think the market for this will be small. I really think it's a... Small market for the submarine car? Well, the guy who asks is like the, you know,
Starting point is 02:09:02 the nerdyest guy in the world. The nerdiest guy. And we're going to make an aquatic car. So excited. Yeah. We actually already have plans for it. I know on a drawing board. I love that.
Starting point is 02:09:14 Yeah. All right. Stu, Merry Christmas. We'll see you after the new year. Say good luck to Cheyenne for me. I will. It's going to be amazing. And I'll see you from Nashville tomorrow.
Starting point is 02:09:24 And then I'm on my way to, Amerifest in where is it? Phoenix, Arizona on Thursday, Friday. The Glenn Beck Program.
