Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, folks, we have some horrific breaking news that has really shaken me. I think it's shaken a lot of people. The video has gone viral and it is just awful. But ICE just fatally shot a 37-year-old woman in Minneapolis today. They have now plopped themselves down in this community. They're conducting their immigration raids where they're kidnapping people off the street. And their presence has now led to the murder, let's call it what it is, murder of a 37-year-old American citizen. So I'm going to give you the basics of what we know.
Starting point is 00:00:30 know so far it just happens so we don't have a lot of information. Then we're going to look at some photos and videos, different angles, and the Trump regime's response to what we're talking about today. So it's just crazy, but let's get into it. So an immigration and customs enforcement officer fatally shot this 37-year-old woman during an operation in Minneapolis. So they were actually conducting an immigration raid, but this woman was not the target of the raid. So she was a bystander who they murdered. Local officials, including Minneapolis mayor, Jacob Frey said they were aware of the shooting and denounced the surge of federal officers at a news conference. Frey accused federal authorities of attempting to, quote, spin this as an action of self-defense,
Starting point is 00:01:12 which you will see is exactly what they're doing in just a moment. Having seen the video myself, I want to tell everybody directly, this is bullshit. This was an agent recklessly using power that resulted in somebody dying, getting killed. There's a little I can say that will make the situation better, but I do have a message for our community and our city and for ice to ice. get the F out of Minneapolis. We do not want you here. The police chief of Minneapolis, Brian O'Hara, said at least two gunshots had been fired. We now know it was three, and the victim suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the hospital. An investigation is being conducted by the FBI, which is led by Cash Rettel, so we'll see what happens, and Minnesota's Bureau of Criminal Apprehensions. Senator Tina Smith said in a social media post that the deceased woman was a U.S. citizen.
Starting point is 00:01:57 Quote, I'm gathering information, but the situation on the ground is volatile. She also wrote, I should leave now for everyone's safety. So it's just awful. That's kind of the basics of what we know so far. But I do want to get into the different angles of the shooting. I can't play the video because this video would likely get taken down or something along those lines. But it's very easily accessible online if you want to see it. But I will, I should say not recommend, advise you that it is very graphic.
Starting point is 00:02:24 It's very difficult to watch. but I can give you the play-by-play. So if you've seen the video, you're familiar with this, but that car right there, the driver is the woman who got shot. And this is on a street in Minneapolis. There are ICE agents trying to open her door in this image, and she's also driving here. Then, as soon as this happens,
Starting point is 00:02:43 you can see the agent over there pulling his firearm out of his holster. So he's getting ready to shoot, even though this car is clearly not going toward him. And then in the second image, this is where the first shot happens. And this one is... incredibly damning. I mean, you can see that the wheels here, especially the front wheels, are moving to the right. You can also see that the agent is not in front of the vehicle. His feet are quite literally beside the vehicle. And a lot of these gunshots were shot through the
Starting point is 00:03:10 passenger side window, meaning he could not have possibly been in front of the car. Unless he has bending bullets, he could not have been in front of the car. So this is where this right here is where the first shot was fired, which this is already bad enough. But there are more shots after that. This is where the second shot was fired. Does this look like a need for self-defense? Does it look like this guy is fearing for his life? He's on the side of the car. He's on the side of the car.
Starting point is 00:03:37 This is utter insanity. He's pointing through the passenger side window shooting this innocent woman who hasn't done anything. She hasn't done anything. And then this is the third shot, which I mean, the first two were already bad enough. The first one was bad enough. The second was even worse. But this really cements it. I mean, where's the threat to life?
Starting point is 00:03:55 The car is already moved away. The woman was probably dead at this point, transparently, and he's still shooting at her. This ICE agent, whoever the hell this guy is, who has yet to be identified, there's rumors and allegations that he fled from the scene moments after that ice altogether went, and this guy is no longer there. We don't know. But this guy needs to be indicted on murder charges today. Today, that should happen an hour ago.
Starting point is 00:04:19 This video, to me, is clear as day. And again, even if you want to go to the first shot, there is no justification. There is none. He's off to the side of the car. He's off to the side of the car. The vehicle is clearly going in the other direction. And that's even furthered by the video, which I really wish I could show you. But here's also a witness account from the ground.
Starting point is 00:04:41 A witness to Wednesday shooting in South Minneapolis told NPR news that she saw a federal agent shoot this woman several times. Emily Heller lives near 33rd in Portland, not from Minneapolis, so I'm not 100% sure where that is. is she said she saw a car blocking traffic on Portland Avenue that appeared to be part of a protest against federal law enforcement operations. Heller said she heard ICE agents telling the driver a woman to, quote, get out of here. So they told her to leave. Quote, she was trying to turn around and the ice agent was in front of her car and he pulled out a gun and put it right in like his midriff was on her bumper and he reached across the hood of the car and shot her in the face like three or four times. Heller said it appeared the woman then accelerated and traveled about
Starting point is 00:05:21 a hundred feet before striking a utility pole and some other vehicles. She could be seen slumped over inside of her car, which means that when she was driving toward these vehicles and this utility pole, she wasn't alive. She wasn't alive. And that in and of itself, that scene where she's driving and hitting vehicles and hitting a pole is far more dangerous than what they are accusing this woman of doing. That's the real threat to public safety, not her trying to drive away from ICE agents after being instructed by ICE agents to drive away.
Starting point is 00:05:54 It's insane. Now let's talk about the Trump regime response because it is sickening. The body isn't even cold. And they're calling her a domestic terrorist. Seriously. This is Trisha McLaughlin who is a spokeswoman for, or she's at least assistant secretary
Starting point is 00:06:10 to the Department of Homeland Security, but she's also a spokeswoman for ICE and things like that. She said, quote, today ICE officers in Minneapolis were conducting targeted operations when rioters began blocking ICE officers and one of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle.
Starting point is 00:06:26 This is what they're really going with, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers and an attempt to kill them an act of domestic terrorism. They want you to believe that this is an act of domestic terrorism. They want you to believe that this guy is acting in self-defense. Reminder, these are the same people that defend the January 6th insurrectionists, not to tie it all together, but they don't call that an act. of domestic terrorism. They don't call it that.
Starting point is 00:06:53 Those people got pardoned. So they want you to believe that this is domestic terrorism. And she was trying to kill them. Really? Because the vehicle is going away. In every frame of the video, the vehicle is moving away. I'm so infuriated right now by this BS. An ice officer fearing for his life, the lives of fellow law enforcement and the safety
Starting point is 00:07:12 of the public fired defensive shots. Defensive. Just out of curiosity, what other ice agents are in proximity that could have been damaged by this vehicle? You can see, please, in any of these images, where's the other ice agent in front of this vehicle? There is none. So they're lying. They're saying ice agents, plural, even though this ice agent himself was not in harm's way.
Starting point is 00:07:32 He used his training and saved his own life. Saved his own life. The alleged perpetrator was hit and is deceased. This is the direct consequence of constant attacks and demonization of our officers. What is wrong with you? I want to say to this woman, what is wrong with you that this is the excuse you're going with, that she was threatening them trying to take their lives. And that's exactly what Christy Noem said as well.
Starting point is 00:07:55 She called this, the driving, or the driver, I should say, an act of domestic terrorism. And that ICE agents were stuck in the snow. Where? Where are they stuck in the snow? They're just blatantly lying to us right now and trying to justify murder. That's what we just watched, murder. I'm sorry for being heated. I try to stay composed in these videos, even on topics like this.
Starting point is 00:08:17 But this is, it's sickening. And it's outrageous. It's outrageous what we just watched. So if you want to go watch the video, you can find it on Twitter or X or whatever. I imagine someplace, Instagram, you know, probably here on YouTube as well. And Spotify, whatever. But this is heartbreaking. So look, I'll leave the video there.
Starting point is 00:08:37 I just, man, I'm really pissed off. Make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you think about this. And as I always say, I greatly appreciate. you and I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
