Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, folks, check this out. We just got some more bombshell information in the Epstein story. And yes, Donald Trump's name comes up again for like the a millionth time. Republicans love to pretend that Trump was not friends with Epstein and that they didn't know each other. And yet his name keeps appearing basically everywhere people look in this story. But I digress. Earlier today, Richard Kahn, Epstein's former longtime accountant who worked with him all the way up until 2019, his death, testified in front of the oversight committee today. And this is genuinely some valuable testimony because we know one of the main ways that Epstein kept his operation going and secret was through money.
Starting point is 00:00:38 And there are some serious allegations of banks not holding him accountable of Epstein moving money through offshore bank accounts, different countries. It's all very weird, complex. But this testimony genuinely helps to put more of the pieces of the puzzle together. However, there is some crucial pieces of information here that Donald Trump and the people around him certainly don't want you to hear. They certainly don't want it in the news, and so we're going to go through all of it. There's no time to waste. Let's just dive right in. So first and foremost, this is something that I don't think many people realized as these
Starting point is 00:01:10 emails were coming out, but Richard Kahn was intimately involved with everything Epstein was doing. Like, for example, this is an email I'm sure you've seen before in the Epstein files where Richard Kahn was writing to Epstein, and he said, attached is the resume of the Lutnik nanny. That is Howard Lutnik in the Trump administration. So he was involved with Lutnik, who of course has been exposed for having a much deeper relationship with Epstein than people previously realized. But he's the guy behind this email talking about the Lutnik nanny. Also, something I found in the Epstein files, was something that, or at least I should say, of things the Department of Justice and the FBI, sees from Richard Kahn in 2019.
Starting point is 00:01:51 And you can just see some of these things on this list. two black binders with CDs, a U.S. Treasury badge, a U.S. passport for additional U.S. passports, for who, you don't know, an Australian passport, among other very strange things. You can pause if you want to read the entire thing, but strange things that the Department of Justice, the FBI seized from Richard Kahn. But it is important to note that he worked with him despite his original arrest in 2006, and he worked with him all the way up until 2009, and he says he has no idea of any of the things that Epstein was doing. He had no idea, according to him. But anyway, let's get into it. This is from
Starting point is 00:02:31 NPR. Richard Kahn, Epstein's former accountant testified before the House Oversight Committee in a closed-door deposition on Wednesday, telling lawmakers that he was, quote, not aware of Epstein's crimes and regrets that he may have unknowingly assisted Epstein in any way. Quote, While Epstein was alive, I never observed any abuse or trafficking, and, never received a complaint either by one of Epstein's victims or anyone else of such conduct. The Republican-led committee subpoenaed con, who started working as Epstein's accountant in 2005, and remained a close confidant until his death in 2019. Now, he says he has no idea, and maybe he didn't.
Starting point is 00:03:08 I just find that hard to believe. I mean, you're working with this guy from 2005. He's then arrested the first time for something similar to the conduct he got arrested for the second time, and the money is such a crucial part. of his operation and you have no idea what he's doing? Maybe he didn't. Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions here. That just seems far-fetched to me. But anyway, two days before his death, Epstein made Khan a co-executor of his estate, along with Darren Indyke, Epstein's former attorney. Both are named as beneficiaries of Epstein's estate as well. California representative Robert
Starting point is 00:03:44 Garcia put out a statement, which we're actually going to skip over in this article because I want to read the entire thing to you in just a moment. But committee chair, Kentucky, Republican James Comer told reporters that Con had answered every question after two hours of deposition. Con added that Comer added that Con testified he had never seen any type of transaction to Donald Trump or anyone in his family. Comer said that makes the fifth witness now that's testified under oath that they've never seen any involvement by Donald Trump or his family. We will talk about that in just a moment as well. But once again, Comer pretty much lying to the American people about Donald Trump's involvement because I don't think anybody has ever alleged or claimed that Epstein or Donald Trump
Starting point is 00:04:25 paid each other for anything. Donald Trump has gotten accusations of abuse, assault, but never paying anything to Epstein. So it would make sense as to why this accountant, if Donald Trump did do something wrong, would not have seen that type of conduct. But anyway, the investigation is about getting truth to the American people, Comer said. Con has mentioned more than 50,000 times in the Epstein files. Over more than a decade, Con managed Epstein's finances. through whose company, HBRK Associates, Inc., advising on numerous transactions, including medical reimbursements for the girls, and vouching for Epstein on flagged tuition payments. Khan said in his opening statement that any gifts made by Epstein to women or men were a very
Starting point is 00:05:05 small fraction of Epstein's spending, and he did not see them as red flags. Since Epstein's death, Khan and Indyke, Epstein's former attorney, have managed settlements from Epstein's estate. Both Khan and Indyke have faced intense scrutiny about their alleged involvement in his opening statement released during the deposition, Khan said he wanted to set the record straight. As for his 2006 arrest, which happened soon after Khan began working for him, Khan said Epstein called it a mistake that he did not know the woman was underage
Starting point is 00:05:33 and that nothing like that would happen again. He said he believed them and that was a mistake to do. Now, for this statement that came from Representative Robert Garcia that actually paints a different story than the Republicans are painting, of course. Representative Garcia said, Jeffrey Epstein's master's master's. ring, trafficking ring, would not have been possible without the consistent payments and services of his longtime accountant Richard Kahn, which is absolutely the truth. During his deposition, Khan made some important admissions.
Starting point is 00:06:01 Number one, he helped facilitate a fake marriage between two women connected to Epstein, admitted to impersoning Epstein in communication with banks, and confirmed Epstein spoke about Donald Trump a lot. So, Republicans are out there saying, oh, no, no, no, he didn't mention Donald Trump at all. Like he completely vindicated him. And yet Epstein is speaking about Donald Trump to Richard Kahn a lot. In his own words, a lot. It's not credible that he had no knowledge of Epstein's activities and his testimony today
Starting point is 00:06:31 only raises more questions. Oversight Democrats won't stop fighting until we get justice for the survivors and end this White House cover up. Now, there is also some other important pieces of information you should know about that he said in this testimony today. This is from the House Oversight Committee. they do start off their post by saying Epstein's accountant is the fifth person to say that Trump wasn't involved. Ignore that for a second because this is some crucial info right here.
Starting point is 00:06:56 He also identified five Epstein clients who paid millions of dollars in fees, those being Les Wexner, Glenn Dubin, Steven Sinovsky, the Rothschilds, and Leon Black. All of them, especially Les Wexner and Leon Black, are mentioned many, many times in the Epstein files, but this reveals that these people made Epstein who he was. You know, it's always been a question of how Epstein was able to get into these rooms with these important people and make all of this money and become who he was. And these people on your screen right now helped Epstein do that. Now, whether they knew about the crimes being committed, we still are yet to know.
Starting point is 00:07:36 You can make your own conclusions on that. I certainly have. But in terms of making Epstein who he was, making it possible for him to do what he did, these five people paid Epstein millions in fees, making him who he was, giving him the ability to do that. And this testimony is not the end of the headache for the Trump administration, because now a bipartisan group of senators are calling for an investigation into Pam Bondi's handling of the Epstein files. Very briefly, quote, a bipartisan group of senators is demanding a fresh probe into Pam Bondi's
Starting point is 00:08:10 handling of the Epstein files. Democratic senators, Jeff Merkley of Orrtle, Oregon, Ben Ray Lujan of New Mexico and Dick Durbin of Illinois, have joined forces with Republican Lisa Mikowski of Alaska to ask the government accountability office on Wednesday to investigate the Justice Department's controversial efforts. The bipartisan group is demanding answers regarding its partial release, which they think contravenes the Epstein-Files Transparency Act, which was a law, of course, signed by Donald Trump begrudgingly. He certainly did not want to sign that law. Did everything in his power to not do that. But a bipartisan group of senators now demanding an investigation into Pam Bondi, which is exactly what should happen.
Starting point is 00:08:48 Look, Donald Trump wants this story to go away more than anything. That's his dream, right? So when we get articles like this in the news, and he is testifying under oath that Epstein talked about Donald Trump a lot, when senators are demanding a bipartisan investigation into Donald Trump's attorney general focusing on these files, that is a worst case scenario for Donald Trump. It remains in the news. Now, Donald Trump's a narcissist.
Starting point is 00:09:14 He's an egotistical maniac. So he has no concern for the victims and achieving justice for them. His only concern is his popularity, his poll numbers, and anything that has to do with himself. But we can't let this story die because, number one, Donald Trump is still covering up the files. But number two and more importantly, there are still victims out there who have not gotten justice. And we need to fight for them as a group, not individuals, but together. And so I'm not going to stop talking about this story. Neither should you, but I will leave the video there. Thank you so much for watching. Make sure to
