Harry Sisson breaks down the major losses Trump suffered today as his administration continues to suffer.

All right, folks, so Donald Trump has taken some major losses today, and he's not happy about it. Matter of fact, he's raging over it, as you'll see in just a moment when I play this clip, but he has lost a lot in court. And for Trump personally and for his ego, these are some of the worst ls that he could take. Because normally when it comes to something like Congress and these MAGA representatives, he can just get them to bend the knee and do whatever he wants. But when it comes to court, he actually has to prove his side. And normally his side is full of a bunch of crap.

so he often fails to do that. And also normally, these judges don't bend the knee to Donald Trump. They often stand up to him. And so he's raging and he's not happy about it. So I want to walk through a bunch of these losses that Trump and his administration took today. But first of all, I guess Donald Trump was recently informed of these losses because just moments ago at the time of filming this, he's actually speaking while I'm filming this. He said something on stage about judges and trying to reel him in.

So maybe he's not happy about it. Back and our greatest victories are still to come. We are having victory, and we're going to keep it that way, victory after victory. And with the help of our Republican majorities in Congress, we will crush violent crime, impose harsh new penalties on dangerous, repeat offenders, crack down on Marxist prosecutors and rogue judges who are a horror show for our country. back in our The rogue judges who are a horror show for our country. Yeah, he's not happy about it. He got the news. And what news am I referring to?

Well, it's Epstein related. It's Trump related. It's a lot. It covers a lot. New Mexico, the state of New Mexico, has now sued Donald Trump's DOJ for access to the Epstein files after being accused of blocking their investigation

into the Zorro ranch. And this is well documented. New Mexico launched this criminal investigation into Epstein's Zor. Ranch and any possible crimes by associates earlier this year with the release of all the Epstein files. And you would think that Donald Trump and his Department of Justice in a normal world, this is a normal world, an ideal world, you would think that the Department of Justice would work with them on that investigation and collaborate and provide any resources necessary,

any documents necessary. That's not what's happened at all. Matter of fact, the DOJ has made their investigation worse. They've been requested to provide all of these documents. So far, they've provided nothing except a bunch of newspaper clippings and heavily redacted documents. They've been requesting thousands. They provided, I believe, the numbers around 34. It's not good enough. And so now the Department of Justice Donald Trump's administration is being sued for access to even more Epstein files. New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torres is suing Donald Trump's Department of Justice for, quote, complete and unredacted access to files stemming from investigations into Epstein for the state's own criminal probe into alleged crimes at Zorro ranch. Of course, that is the property that Epstein

owned in New Mexico and also really hasn't been investigated at all. New Mexico prosecutors tried to do that in 2019. They were also stonewalled by federal prosecutors back then as well. And then eventually the investigation fizzled and nothing came of it. Also, I don't believe the Epstein files show this that the Zorro Rants has ever been searched by the FBI, ever. they've never thought, oh, maybe we should go look at what's inside the property. And so anyway, Torres has accused the Trump administration of obstructing access to evidence in connection with the state's investigation into this property. The property is referenced thousands of times in the Epstein files,

and Torres' office says the DOJ has ignored at least 10 requests for access to the documents. When Republicans say that Trump isn't trying to cover up the Epstein files, just show them this. What could be the possible rationale for not, complying with New Mexico and their investigation into this ranch, which might bring some justice for survivors. Why would you not comply? Perhaps it's because Donald Trump wants it out of the media.

Perhaps he doesn't want his own links to Epstein probed. It could be any of these reasons or all of the above. New Mexico has a duty to protect survivors and investigate crimes committed in our state so that perpetrators can be held accountable, Torres said in a statement on Wednesday. Quote, we ask the Department of Justice to cooperate by providing access to records that may be critical to identifying victims, witnesses, and additional criminal conduct at Zorro ranch. Their delay is actively hurting our criminal investigation and delaying Justice Epstein survivors deserve. He added. And so now Donald Trump's Department of Justice has been sued

in federal court. He's going to have to answer some questions and his DOJ is going to have to answer questions as to why they didn't provide these documents yet. And I'm, you know, eager to hear their explanation for why they are actively obstructing the only criminal investigation into Epstein and his associates that's active right now. We'd love to get some more information about it. And on top of that, in connection to that lawsuit, we're also learning some other bad news for Donald Trump that's Epstein-related. Lawmakers are pushing for another Epstein Files Transparency Act.

So, of course, the first one required the release of all of the Epstein files. Donald Trump has not done that. He is still an active violation of the law. but lawmakers want more legislation with more teeth. So let's get into it. As Jeffrey Epstein survivors and their supporters continue searching for justice and transparency, a bipartisan group of politicians are trying to rework legislation that brought the release of some of the Epstein files.

While the Epstein Files Transparency Act signed into law by Donald Trump unwillingly, might I add, mandated that the DOJ release all investigative files within 30 days with limited exceptions, survivors and their supporters have repeatedly grappled with misdeadly. lines and what they say are incomplete disclosures, which I think we all know is the case. They've also accused the DOJ of disclosing survivors personal information while withholding names of men involved in Epstein's conduct. So now, politicians from the Senate and the House and both main political parties announced on July 15th, the introduction of the Epstein Files Transparency Act 2. The plan law addresses what legal observers and public record advocates have described as shortfalls

in the original act, namely the lack of a robust enforcement mechanism. Under the Epstein Files Transparency Act 2, state attorney generals, local district attorneys, Epstein survivors, and Congress members would have standing to fight the Justice Department in court if it doesn't release files as required. So basically, anybody within any of these positions could sue the Department of Justice in court and force them to release more files. Now, there is a case actually working its way through courts right now that was brought by Katie Fang, who is a news journalist, fantastic, she's wonderful. And the judge in the court in that

specific case is reviewing files from the Department of Justice as we speak to see if any of them were improperly redacted or they shouldn't have been released. So maybe there might be some more as a result of that case. But if this law is passed, it would give even more ability for people to sue and get some accountability and some transparency here and more documents out to the public because that's what Epstein survivors are asking for. And of course, I would endorse any piece of legislation that does something like that. And one final thing on the Epstein's topic, Donald Trump yesterday thought it was a good idea to promote a book from Jeffrey Epstein's defense attorney.

Yes, this is where we are as a country. Trump said the highly respected Alan Dershowitz, which highly respected, I mean, I don't know who says that, has written a powerful new book, Why I Quit the Dems, and so should you. And then he rants about how much he loves Alan Dershowitz. Now, Dershowitz, to this day, still defends Epps. Like he'll go on TV and for some reason still try to defend Epstein in some way. He doesn't have to do that. There's nothing mandating him to do that.

He just does it because he wants to. And I guess Donald Trump wants the people to enrich him even further. Weird stuff going on in the White House. But let's move in a different direction and look at a different lawsuit that Donald Trump is part of. Now Trump has seemingly realized that his lawsuits and his frivolous ones that he files against different news agencies can actually backfire on him. And that's exactly what happened with the BBC because he sued them. And now the case and the discovery request from the BBC has really, really not gone well for him. So he is seeking to shield his business finances from the BBC in this libel lawsuit that he brought against them.

Trump is seeking to stave off a court order that requires him to begin giving the BBC financial details on his business empire by Thursday in connection with a defamation lawsuit he is pressing against the network. Trump's attorneys filed the emergency stay mode. Wednesday with Miami-based U.S. magistrate Judge Lett, urging her to lift the order she issued last month that the British broadcaster is entitled to information on the financial performance of hundreds of Trump's companies because he claimed his, quote, brand properties and businesses were damaged by a documentary that they aired in the United Kingdom in 2024. This seems like a very reasonable request by the BBC. I mean, if Trump is claiming that as a result of this documentary that he was damaged,

then they should have access to those records to say. see if he was actually damaged and if they can pinpoint to exactly where they were damaged. But Donald Trump doesn't want that to happen. He was just hoping that he could file this lawsuit against them, get them to spend a bunch of money on defense attorneys, and then eventually drop it or have it dismissed. But now he's facing the music because this judge has said, yeah, you got to give him the records if you want this suit to move forward and he doesn't want that to happen. I think it's probably likely that he himself will dismiss this case and withdraw it.

But we shall see. Trump's lawyer said in court filings that the demands for information are part of an effort by them to, quote, wrongly exploit this litigation for its own political benefit, which is a really stupid argument because, again, they claim that their business was damaged. So prove it. It's not for political reasons, although it'll be nice to see those records eventually. The BBC's attorneys contend that the records are relevant to assessing Trump's claims of massive damages. His initial lawsuit appeared to seek $10 billion, which is, you know, just ludicrous. although a form his attorney submitted to the court listed $5 billion. Trump is still seeking $10 billion in his proposed revised lawsuit according to court filings,

which is just, you know, Trump's lawsuit filed last December claims that the documentary defamed him by splicing together segments of his January 6th speech in a manner that made it sound like he was directly calling for the violent attack on the Capitol that followed. The BBC has apologized for the editing but said it was not an intentional effort to distort Trump's words and isn't legally actionable. I mean, I would say that Trump's speech on January 6th was quite inflammatory and directly played a role in the violence. I think anybody with two eyes would say that. Here's the final thing I want to bring to your attention in court. A federal judge has granted, in another avenue, going back to Epstein, has granted the Wall Street Journal's request

to stay discovery in Trump's defamation lawsuit over its Epstein birthday letter. Remember that? Remember the birthday letter? And Donald Trump said he was going to sue the Wall Street Journal. over it? Well, he did. And now that lawsuit also not going well for him. Let me break this down for you quickly. Donald Trump's plan to haul Rupert Murdoch into a deposition just hit a wall. A federal judge on Wednesday granted the Wall Street Journal's request to freeze discovery in Trump's defamation lawsuit over the newspapers reporting on Epstein, a significant procedural victory that came just hours after lawyers argued over whether the case should be dismissed altogether. The judge issued the order after hearing oral arguments in Miami federal court on the judge.

the journal's motion to dismiss Trump's amended complaint. In a paperless order entered later that day, the judge stayed or paused all discovery pending his decision on whether the lawsuit can proceed. So the decision means that Trump cannot force Murdoch or anyone else connected to the case for that matter to sit for depositions. And if the judge ultimately dismisses the case with prejudice,

as the journal has requested, Murdoch may never have to answer Trump's questions under oath. Damn. I mean, all of this taking place, in one day, that's pretty brutal for Trump. I mean, that's a lot of losses for Trump. And I imagine he's seething over it. I mean, we saw him seet over it. He's in this speech saying, oh, these judges are such a terrible force for the country because he hasn't been able to bully them in this instance. And so we'll see what comes of it. Hopefully something in all these different cases. And hopefully
