Harry Sisson breaks down the new information regarding Trump endorsed Rep. Max Miller. It's truly sickening.

Look, folks, this MAGA representative should be in jail right now. I mean, he should be sitting in prison. And given some of the things we've learned in the past 24 hours, maybe he will be very, very soon. Of course, I'm talking about Representative Max Miller, a Republican from Ohio. His ex-wife, who also happens to be the daughter of Senator Bernie Moreno, a Republican in Ohio as well, has accused him of domestic violence, pouring hot water on her, pointing a gun at her head, even breaking their daughter's collarbone. It's not the first time that Max Miller has been accused of assault by a former significant other.

There was Stephanie Grisham who worked in the Trump administration. The first time who dated him during that time, also accusing him of something similar. So this guy is a real piece of trash. And as I mentioned, we've gotten a lot of updates in the past 24 hours that we need to go through because this is the guy that many Republicans are still defending. They're saying he should not resign. This is the guy. And what you're about to see is just horrific.

So let's start here with his newest statement, and he says, quote, In light of all the renewed interest in my family affairs, which is a very PG way of saying, I got accused of domestic violence. I am going to file my own paperwork for an ethics investigation into myself to clear my name from these horrific attacks on myself and my family. I have absolutely nothing to hide. We will be providing the committee all necessary documents for a detailed examination. The accusations continue to change, but my facts stay the same.

I'm looking forward to my colleagues reading everything for themselves. So here's what's going to happen with this investigation. Max Miller is not actually going to provide anything relevant to the committee. He's not going to participate in this investigation. This is all for show. He's hoping that November comes very fast and an ethics investigation and any of that doesn't happen before November so he can win in his election in a Republican district and continue serving in the House with no problems. That's exactly what's going to happen here.

He's not looking for an investigation. That's not what he's doing here. It's all performative crap to save his tail because he knows how bad this looks for him. It's typical manipulative abuser tactics we see time and time again of saying, I'm innocent, I'm innocent, and I'm going to participate in the investigation, and then they actually don't end up doing that. We've seen it with Donald Trump as well, with the accusations against him, and now there is, in fact, an ethics investigation into Max Miller.

So we'll see what comes to that. I imagine probably nothing because he's not actually going to participate. But here's where it gets even worse for Representative Max Miller, because the Daily Mail is out with some new reporting. They've obtained pictures of a syringe containing an unknown substance in Max Miller's bedroom, including and a photo of the congressman grinning with 150 milligrams of weed gummies. Now, this is important because just the other day, Max Miller thought it was a good idea to release all of these different audios and photos from his personal life with his wife, his daughter, and things like that. But I guess Max Miller didn't skim through. the documents and the audios enough because he accidentally included one where his wife was confronting him for using drugs specifically finding needles by his bed and in the video he denies it he says

there's no needles by my bed you didn't find that but this is what he said in the audio and then we're going to go through that article all of our conversations no i don't and i don't ever record in one of our conversations by the way and i have never gone into your cell phone and i've never gone into your computer and I've never sneaked into your backpack and I've never banged on the bathroom that you're masturbating that you're masturbating when you were just using the bathroom at 5.30 a... I have gone into your backpack

because I truly do believe you have a drug problem. Okay. What drugs? Well, at first it was weed and then I found needles next to your bed. You found needles? Yes, I did, and I took a picture of it. You can try to deny it to me.

Okay. I don't know why that's funny. That's actually really fucking scary. Okay. And there's a huge impetus is why I left. Okay. So he seems kind of stunned. I mean, I guess maybe he's a little surprised that, you know, she found these syringes,

these needles by his bed. She confronts him on it and he denies it saying, no, you didn't. No, that's not true. You didn't find any needles. He's, you know, trying to deny it. But the Daily Mail, as I mentioned, out with his new reporting showing these photos. So a never-before-seen photograph appears to show a syringe in the bedroom of Max Miller, Trump endorsed, of course, appearing to directly contradict

his own recorded denial that he never even had needles by his bed. The bedroom image appears to have been taken by his now ex-wife, Emily Moreno, inside the home she previously shared with him. If authentic, it would corroborate one of her most explosive claims that she found needles beside her then-husband's bed and took pictures of them, facing rising scrutiny over domestic abuse allegations from Moreno, which he has vehemently denied. Miller released audio recordings of their private conversations in an attempt to prove his innocence, but one of the recordings captured what we just heard. And here is that photo.

This is the photo that she was referencing in that audio, which kind of contradicts what Max Miller was saying.

You know, he says there's no needles, there's no nothing. But there is that needle. And here is another image of him with those gummies that we mentioned. And there's no denying that. I mean, that's his face right there. He denies it. He says it's not true. But that's his face.

That is representative Max Miller in that photo. but the needle, I think, is the more concerning one out of all of this, because what is the substance that he's using? What was he using? Was he using it while his daughter was in the home with them? I mean, a lot of questions here, which, you know, I imagine none of the answers are great. And this is the guy that, of course, Republicans are defending. And if you can even believe it, it does get worse. Yes, it does get worse. Republican rep Max Miller's ex-wife has responded to Miller after he publicly shared an inappropriate image of their two-year-old daughter on the internet. This is horrifying. This is disgusting.

And she responded in a letter, which you can read right here, saying yesterday, you enabled, this is to his attorney. Yesterday, you enabled your client, Congressman Max Miller, to share and disseminate to the public and an electronic dropbox folder of materials. This was in conjunction with a video rant about our client, Emily Moreno, that Miller posted on X. The first time Miller shared the folder contained private images of Miller and Mrs. Moran. Rano's daughter and left her name unredacted.

At least one of those image could be considered CSAM because the daughter's areas appear to be visible. The photo was in this specific folder within the drop box in the bottom right corner. The post with a link to the folder published under your name garnered over 204,000 views from the time it was posted until this afternoon. We write to demand an explanation of how this occurred with all these different questions of like, so how did this happen? And how did this photo get public?

How do you have this photo? What are you going to do about it? Who accessed it and more, which I think are all very valid questions. This guy is a total piece of trash. He did this to his own daughter. His own daughter. I'm like getting worked up right now.

I got to chill. I'm getting worked up right now that this is the Republican Party. These are the people that Donald Trump defense. Trump was asked about this. Trump was asked about Max Miller and the allegations against him. And he says, you know, it's just a family matter. right and you're going to see in a moment Republicans said the same thing it's a family matter

he doesn't want to weigh in on this what do you mean I mean it's just oh look it's horrifying here's another piece of information I wanted to give to you that tells you how bad of a guy Max Miller is Senator Moreno says he picked his granddaughter up from Max Miller on Sunday at

the police station saying quote that we have to go meet because I don't know what this guy is capable of and Miller wouldn't hand over his daughter's favorite little blue bunny literally held it hostage for 48 hours more More Moreano This girl is crying at night because she can't sleep without her little blue bunny, and his answer is, I'm just not going to give it to you.

So finally, yesterday, he gives the bunny back. This is a level of total and complete depravity. Moreno and Miller, this is truly the seventh level of hell. My daughter lives in constant fear. We actually have comments from Senator Moreno that you can watch of him speaking about Max Miller and his conduct toward his daughter. Just watch this. What did you think of-

Miller telling Trump he could still win the election? Look, I don't care about the politics of this. I hope that you guys understand. Maybe I hope you never have to understand what my daughter's been through, what my daughter is going through, what my wife is going through, my two boys and my other daughter are going through.

This is truly the seventh level of health. This has been a horrific experience for my entire family. My daughter specifically did not want this to be out in the public. That's why she asked me to stay lower the temperature. Yeah, I mean, look, I actually think he's right, which is perhaps the only time I'll ever say this about Senator Moreno. I think what he and his family are going through are just horrific.

I think more specifically what his daughter has gone through is horrific. Max Miller is a bad, bad man who's been enabled by his party, and able to continue to be this way by his party. And I can only imagine the pain of a family going through something like this. It is truly horrific. And so I think he's right. I don't actually think this is a matter of politics. I think this is a matter of like,

how did this happen, how did we get here, and why are people in our government still backing him and still standing by him and saying, you know, this is a family matter as opposed to, yeah, this guy should probably resign. He continued saying that his daughter lives in constant fear, which, ugh, just awful. Truly the seventh level of hell.

This has been a horrific experience from my entire family. My daughter lives in constant fear of this man, not like something that's existential, but deeply in her heart, she fears what this guy is capable of. You can't fathom what that makes me feel like. When the dad's number one job,

does it protect your kids? This has been brutal beyond comprehension. And if there's any minimum standard for being an elected official, as I said, he fails to meet that minimum basic standard. I don't care about the politics at all. Don't think about it. It doesn't answer my consciousness. Interesting. And a point I want to make about this is that, you know, I'm trying to put myself in the senator's shoes. and think like, you know, this is happening to a family member of mine. He is a member of government. And of course, he is now, after not speaking about this for many years,

he is now speaking about it, better late than never, I assume. But imagine being Senator Bernie Moreno. Your daughter has been attacked and abused by a Republican member of Congress. You would think that your colleagues would come to your defense and say, I stand with a senator and I think Max Miller should resign. You'd think, right? that's not what Republicans are doing. Matter of fact, they're doing the exact opposite.

Let me show you a couple of examples. On News Nation, Representative Jimmy Petronis, a Republican, was asked about the allegations. Moreno says Miller should resign. Trump disagrees. Do you think Miller should step down? And he says, no, I agree with the president. This is a family fight, and he will not call on Max Miller's step down. I'd be remiss not to ask you about the latest scandal that's rocking Congress.

The abuse allegations against Ohio Republican Congressman Max Miller. His ex-father-in-law, Ohio Republican Senator Bernie Moreno, accuses him of abusing his daughter, abusing his granddaughter. And Moreno says Miller should resign. But President Trump just disagreed with that. Take a listen. It's a very sad thing. I know Max, he's a good person.

I mean, I always thought he was a very good person. And I'm going to let the families figure that out. It's a very sad thing, especially when you know somebody so well to be going through that. But it's accusations. And I'm going to let them figure that out. Congressman, just about 30 seconds left in show before I pass the baton on to the next hour. But do you think Max Miller should step down? No, look, I agree with the president.

This is a family fight, unfortunately. Divorces are messy. Parents get protective over their children and their grandchildren. And there are two sides to every story. There'll be an investigation. But, you know, ultimately, who's going to have the final say on what this race looks like will be the voters? So they will ultimately be able to cast their voters. if they feel like this needs to have a change in that seat in Ohio, they'll do it.

But again, I agree with the president. This is a messy, emotional situation. And unfortunately, there's no clear winner right now how it's being handled. Florida Republican Congressman Jimmy Petronus, I got to end it there. Thank you, sir. That is so embarrassing. As a man, as a man with a wife, I presume, maybe a daughter, maybe kids generally. As a man, look at him.

Look at his stupid face and that smirk. He thinks he's so cool. He just sided with Donald Trump. Yeah, yeah, I like Max Miller. He's great. What a total loser these Republicans are. And that's also the same thing that Senator John Thune, a direct colleague of Senator Moreno said he was asked, should Max Miller resign? And he had a cowardly answer.

One of the members of your conference, Senator Bernie Marino is publicly calling on Max Miller's former son-in-law to resign from Congress. Maybe his allegations, do you side with Senator Bernie Marino should Max Miller resign? I'm just, one, it's a very sad, an unfortunate case. It is a family matter, and I just, I don't have any observations beyond that. If a member of Congress is facing allegations for domestic abuse, should they continue to serve in that role? Well, you're talking about this particular case? Yes. Okay, well, I mean, I think, again, that's something that the House of Representatives, House matter,

and obviously, as I said before, it's a family issue too in this case. How, like, they have no shame, they have no spine, they have no courage whatsoever. It's so embarrassing that these are members of government. These people are colleagues of Senator Moreno. He's alleging that his daughter has been abused and they do not have the courage to stand up and say, yeah, the guy should resign. Cowardly, cowardly, cowardly. Man, I don't know how anybody supports this crowd.

I don't know how anybody looks at the Republicans who can't even stand up for one of their colleagues abused daughter and say, yeah, the guy should resign. If he can't stand up for them, can't stand up for the colleague and the daughter, what makes anybody think that they can stand up for the American people? And I mean it. If you are a coward at every opportunity, you should not be in government. I think that's right. So look, I will leave the video there. Thank you so much for watching.
