Harry Sisson reacts to a MAGA woman who had to shut down her Trump inspired business after sales have plummeted as his term continues to go downhill.

Look, as soon as I saw this story, I knew I had to bring it to you because it is so funny and so predictable. And yet MAGA just falls for the same grift every single time. A Trump merchandise store has now shut their doors over low sales amid Donald Trump's Iran war. What do you know? Maga merchandise supporting the guy who covered up the Epstein files, got the United States involved in another Middle Eastern War. Supporting that guy isn't so popular anymore. People aren't dishing out their cash to get a MAGA hat and wear it around. And so they've had to shut down their doors.

And it is just such a funny full circle moment. So we're going to talk about the story and more. But the thing that's really interesting to watch Donald Trump go through right now is that he doesn't even realize that MAGA is collapsing, that his support base is collapsing on itself. Just yesterday at the Easter egg roll, he said on camera, MAGA loves what I'm doing. They agree with everything I'm doing. And obviously, from that headline and things we've talked about on the show, it just couldn't be further from the truth. So watch what Trump said yesterday because it is so devoid of reality. And everyone's saying, oh, is Trump losing Maga?

No, I'm not losing Maga. Maga loves what I'm doing. And CNN did a poll of MAGA voters. A big poll, very important poll, Harry. And he went on, he said, this is amazing. 100% support. He said, I've never had a 100% poll at anything before. And is, do you support Trump, MAGA people, which is, by the way, mostly Republican.

If you look, I would say MAGA makes up a majority like about 95% of the Republican Party, all right? So they went out, they did a poll, and see it in Quebec, 100% support. So they support what we're doing. But they would like to see it end and come back. But remember, wars last years, we're in there for 34 days. and we've obliterated a very powerful country in 34 days. Yeah, if we're up to me, I'd like to keep the oil. I just don't think the people of the United States would really understand.

Oh, okay. So people of the United States are stupid. They just wouldn't understand why Donald Trump wants to keep the oil and why we want to be involved in another war in the Middle East. But you heard him. Maga loves what I'm doing. I have 100% support in MAGA. And it just couldn't be further from the truth.

And yesterday, for example, we talked about, on the show as well. But Tucker Carlson, one of Donald Trump's like biggest supporters, former friends, would go to the White House to hang out with Donald Trump. They've taken a bunch of photos together at the White House. He came out on his show and eviscerated Donald Trump over the war with Iran. I showed a couple of clips yesterday. I want to show a couple more. And then we'll talk about other people who are in that same boat. But just watch this one. And we have done that. We have intentionally bombed civilian infrastructure in Iran. It's totally unacceptable. None of the phony laws of some international body, but under moral law, God's law, killing

non-combatants, people who did nothing wrong, who didn't choose this war, who were just people created by God, that is immoral. That will never be moral. That can never be justified. That is always wrong. Wow. So Tucker Carlson calling out Donald Trump for committing war crimes. Here's another clip where he talks about Donald Trump wanting the oil.

and essentially calling MAGA accessories to crimes because of what Donald Trump has done here with the oil. Tucker Carlson has really done a complete 180. You can't say you didn't know. Your president just told you on television. We took out their president because we want his oil. And at that point, you're an accessory to the crime, whether you want to be or not. And it's at that point that a lot of people should have spoken up and said, I'm out. Not that I hate Trump or don't like his entire person.

program, lots of things about it I love. I'm grateful. I'd maybe vote for him again, but I can't support theft because it's immoral. But they didn't. There you go. You know, Tucker calling people out for not turning on Donald Trump like he has. And, you know, you still have that little maga cult part of their brain that says, you know, maybe I'd still support Donald Trump. You just heard it right there. But nonetheless, him coming out against Donald Trump, him calling Trump a war criminal saying that he murdered people and Trump thinks, you know, Magas in his, in his corner 100%. Here's another one, Rodney, who's a MAGA content creator, he included a screenshot of one of the videos he posted leading up to 2024 in the 2024 election cycle.

He said, I regret supporting Donald Trump. When I look back at some of my old pro-Trump content, I cringe. We're at war with Iran. The Epstein petos were never brought to justice and the amount of fraud going on is insane. Feel free to roast me. At least I can admit my mistakes. Well, I will roast you and also respect that he can admit his mistake. But, you know, you should have never done.

in the first place. And then you have Trisha Hope, who actually responded to Donald Trump's claim that Maga loves him. This is a January 6th insurrectionist. Tricia was there at the Capitol on January 6th, and even she is out saying he's insane. I'm as MAGA as they get. I was a front row Joe, 42 rallies, walked the halls of Congress three times for Trump, became a state delegate, then a national delegate, all to support Trump. He has absolutely lost me. In fact, I'm eyeing the 25th Amendment for him because he's lost his damn mind. And there are so many different examples of this that we've talked about on the show. But Donald Trump is completely out of touch. He thinks Mag is on his side. The American people are on his side 100%. And yet you have all

these people coming out publicly, whether they're famous commentators or, you know, average everyday voters, saying they will not do it anymore. And when you see headlines like this, that a Trump merch store has to shut down because of the Iran war and everything going on, you think that might concern the Republicans a little bit, or at least Donald Trump a little bit, but I guess not. A Trump merch store has shuttered its doors with its owner saying business dried up in the wake of Donald Trump's war with Iran. The Trump Truth Store. The Trump Truth Store? Are you kidding me?

In Crystal Lake, a suburb of Chicago closed just a few months after opening the Chicago Tribune reports. The Maga Shop was stocked with $25 T-shirts rating, or excuse me, reading, gods, guns, and Trump. Ice, Ice Baby and Department of Doche. So they are full-blown MAGA merchandise, all of it. Owner Lisa Fleshman blamed poor sales, tracing the slump back to Trump's February 28th launch of his war with Iran. And you can see just a few of the pieces of MAGA merchandise that they sell in their store. I mean, I don't know why anybody would want to buy this stuff.

But of course, the MAGA merchandise market has been a very profitable one for a lot of people. She said, quote, sales were really slow. It all started with the war. It was dead as a doornail the minute it happened. nobody wanting to come in. She believes potential customers are shying away from buying or wearing pro-Trump merchandise because of the conflict, which is widely unpopular and has driven a wedge in the president's maga base of which we just observed. Quote, I think customers are unsure what's going on. Not everyone, but I think a majority of people are unsure what's going on.

And if you wear it, they feel sometimes someone might come up to them and ask them questions. Or maybe they're just embarrassed. Like, who in their right mind wants to walk around with one of those hats on. Trump was right about everything. Was he right about the Epstein files? Was he honest? Was he right about going to war? Nobody wants to wear that crap. Even the MAGA diehards are not going to the store. Even they realize what's going on that their neighbors, their peers, their co-workers might give them a double take if they saw that on their head. A majority of Americans disapprove of the war with Iran, which has, of course, as we know, claim the lives of 13 U.S. service members and more than 1,000 Iranian civilians. And these are just the numbers that we know of.

Donald Trump's administration is, you know, not the most transparent. They're not engaging in a lot of transparency here. They're kind of just hoping you forget about the numbers. A poll for the Center for Public Affairs Research Survey conducted between March 19th and 23rd found that 59% of Americans believe the U.S. military action in Iran has gone too far, including one and four Republicans. Most Americans also expect the war to hit them personally. In a Reuters-Ipsos poll conducted between March 27th and March 29th,

56% of Americans said it would have a mostly negative impact on their personal financial situation with only 7% saying the impact would be positive. And we're already seeing it. I mean, the gas price is going up 30 plus percent since the start of the war, things becoming more expensive. And I think the worst is yet to come. You know, oil and its impact, when there's a disruption in the oil market, its impact is quite slow. It, you know, gradually goes up over time. As we're seeing in this war right now, prices are continuing to go up over time. and I think the worst is yet to come, and people don't really, at least the MAGA people, don't appreciate that. They don't see it coming.

And this is Donald Trump's approval rating, only 36% right now. Trump himself is facing some of the lowest job approval ratings of his career, with 59% disapproving of his job performance in a Fox News poll. A Fox News poll finding that 60% of Americans are bowing out. Fleshman announced on Facebook on March 26th that her MAGA shop is closed until further notice. She had moved her store to its current location in mid-January, saying, I'm not making even half of my rent. I never did this for the money, but I don't know how much longer I can last with paying for all the stuff. But Fleshman believes that things will turn around, confident that Trump will regain favor and sales will bounce back. Well, look, if she believes that, if she really thinks that's going to happen, then I have a bridge to sell her.

I have a Trump trading card and gold shoes and, you know, perfume or whatever the crap he sells. I have that to sell her. She told the Tribune, she believes the Trump administration wants everybody to celebrate the 250th anniversary of America in style. They don't want people in the hurting an economy. She said they want everyone to celebrate that we're America and we've had 250 years of freedom. So it's going to start getting better, she said.

But the stores are closed for now. Door shut. And it's not surprising. Given the Maga Civil War, given this war, given the Epstein files, given everything, given the economy sucking, it's just not that surprising.
