Starting point is 00:00:00 Well, folks, the feud between Marjorie Taylor Green and Donald Trump continues because now she is publicly leaking the contents of one of their last phone calls, which includes a conversation on the Epstein files. Now, of course, we've all witnessed this top-down effort from Donald Trump and the people around him to cover up the Epstein files. So I am pretty confident that he will not be happy over MTG saying this publicly. So before we get into any of this and to see what she had to say, make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you think about the story. I want to once again say that I am so grateful, so thankful for your support at home, the community we're building here is just amazing.
Starting point is 00:00:43 But without further ado, let's get into it. I want to start with this clip that 60 Minutes published from their interview with MTG. This is where she released a lot of the details, and you should hear what she asked to say. It's pretty stunning. Take a look. We did talk about the Epsine files, and he was. extremely angry at me that I had signed the discharge petition to release the files. I fully believe that those women deserve everything. They're asking for all of it to come out. They deserve it.
Starting point is 00:01:11 And he was furious with me. What did he say? He said that it was going to hurt people. And this is just a small snippet from this upcoming interview. But Marjorie Telly, just think about what she's saying there, that Donald Trump is screaming, very furious. at one of his most loyal defenders in Congress, simply because Marjorie Taylor Green was actually on the right side of this issue and demanding transparency for the victims, demanding that the files be released. And Donald Trump's excuse for being angry about it is that people are going to get hurt. And in Trump language, that translates to he is going to get hurt. We know that Donald Trump is incriminated in these files. We know that he is mentioned. We know that the FBI took specific
Starting point is 00:01:53 time and the DOJ, of course, to redact his name in the files, so we'll have to see what they end up releasing. But Marjorie Taylor-Green is releasing some, or leaking, I should say, some pretty stunning information here, and the Daily Beast writes about it as well. Donald Trump's relationship with MTG ended in, of course, Fury. Speaking to 60 Minutes, she confirmed that their clash ultimately came down to her position on the release of the Epstein files, something Trump desperately wanted her to oppose. Remember, we got reporting at that time that Trump was calling all of the repulsions.
Starting point is 00:02:23 who signed on to the petition asking them to remove their names, none of them did. She said, of course, as we just heard, we did talk about the Epstein Files. He was extremely angry I signed on. I fully believe that those women deserve everything they're asking for. They deserve it, and he was furious with me. This excerpt is from Sunday's forthcoming episode of 60 minutes, and it's the first major interview I believe she's done since her resignation. Green supported a motion to force a vote on the Epstein Files, Transparency Act, after pressure from both sides. Trump eventually endorsed the bill. and then shortly after she announced she'd be resigning, saying I have too much self-respect and dignity,
Starting point is 00:02:58 love my family way too much, and do not want my sweet district to have to endure a hurtful and hateful primary against me by the president we all fought for, only to fight and win my election while Republicans likely lose the midterms. Of course, she was one of Donald Trump's most ardent supporters. And as we just saw, Saul, the journalist asked what did he say. He said that it was going to hurt people. And this was that post from Donald Trump that really kicked things off with Marjorie. Taylor Green saying that she's a traitor, that she's wacky, that she's crazy, and all of that stuff we've seen, of course, their feud. But look, aside from what Marjorie Taylor Green is leaking
Starting point is 00:03:34 here about their conversation, I think people at home, you watching this, have noticed that the Epstein files have not come out. This law was signed in by Donald Trump on November 19th, and it mandated that all the Epstein files be released within 30 days. It is now early December, and it still has not been released. The time is ticking, and they're getting awfully close to that 30-day date. And so, I mean, I also want to point out that I tweeted yesterday morning, or yesterday afternoon, I should say, saying that Donald Trump has not released the Epstein files, don't forget. And members of Congress certainly haven't because they're asking Attorney General Pam Bondi
Starting point is 00:04:13 for a status update on the files. We want to know where they are. Members of Congress want to know where they are because the law was signed in, mandating that they be released. and here's the latest on that law and this request. Five members of Congress from both parties and both chambers are asking Attorney General Pam Bondi for a briefing and status update by the end of the week on the legally mandated release of the Epstein files.
Starting point is 00:04:36 In the light quote, this is from the letter that they wrote. In light of the short 30-day deadline to release the Epstein files, we are particularly focused on understanding the contents of any new evidence, information, or procedural hurdles that could interfere with the DOJ's ability to meet the statutory deadline. line. The signatories are Senators Jeff Merkley, a Democrat from Oregon, I should say, sorry, Lisa Murkowski, who's a Republican from Alaska, Ben Ray Lujan, a Democrat from New Mexico, as well as the law's lead authors, including, of course, Thomas Massey and Rokana, who were the ones who really got all this started. The lawmakers noted that the DOJ announced
Starting point is 00:05:13 an investigation into Epstein's connections to numerous Democrats, which many, I think, rightfully believe that Donald Trump did that in order to prevent Epstein, from coming out that relate to him, for example, quote, in the interest of transparency and clarity on these steps required to faithfully implement the Epstein Files Transparency Act, we requested a briefing, a briefing either in a classified or unclassified setting to discuss the full contents of this new information in your possession, at your convenience, but no later than Friday, December 5th, 2025. They added that the law should be fully implemented with critical safeguards to protect survivors. Will Donald Trump and his Department of Justice do that? We don't
Starting point is 00:05:51 know. Will Pam Bondi agree to this update for lawmakers? I don't know. I'm pretty skeptical. I'm not holding my breath exactly that I think Pam Bondi's going to pull through on this one and she's going to do the right thing and provide a briefing to lawmakers. But we will have to see. That's the latest on this act. But we actually did get some major news on some possible new evidence and separate files coming out regarding Jeffrey Epstein. Yesterday, a judge approved the release of Epstein grand jury documents in the Florida case. Of course, Epstein was tried in Florida as well earlier in the 21st century around like the 2008, 2009 era, I believe. I don't have a date in my mind, but he was. A federal judge in Florida on Friday approved the release of grand jury documents from a nearly 20 year old
Starting point is 00:06:36 investigation of Epstein beginning the process of making public another batch of documents. The investigative material from the Florida case is among the older information that law enforcement held about Epstein dating to an investigation that was first opened in 2005. The inquiry ended in 2008 when Epstein pleaded guilty to state charges, which was the first major run-in with the law that Epstein had. So these documents are going to come from then. And I think that these are especially interesting because of the politics around it. So that's basically the breakdown, that the judge has approved the release of these files,
Starting point is 00:07:12 and they're doing so because of this new Epstein law that mandates that the Department of Justice released them within 30 days. But the interesting thing about these documents in particular is that a lot of grand jury materials may not include the most damning pieces of evidence against Epstein, the most damning parts of their investigation. But these documents are from Florida. And who resided in Florida? Who hung out with Epstein in Florida? Who spent time with Epstein in his home in Florida? Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:07:41 The current president of the United States. So could we see Trump's name mentioned in these documents? could there be some reference to Donald Trump in these documents? Could there be deposition that invokes Donald Trump's name? We shall see. But I think this story is interesting and I don't think it got the attention it deserved. But I will keep you updated, of course, if we get anything from it. And I think it'll be interesting to see not only does the Department of Justice actually release the Epstein files within 30 days,
Starting point is 00:08:07 but what we can get from these files as well. So, of course, as I mentioned, I'll keep you updated on all of it. Thank you so much for being here. Make sure to subscribe down below. It goes an incredibly long way. Drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you think about this story. And as I always say, I greatly appreciate you.
Starting point is 00:08:24 And I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
