All right, folks, we have some major breaking news and a pretty huge update to a story that I
covered on this channel just a few days ago, and one you probably saw in the media as well.
I'm sure you've seen by now the clip of Donald Trump talking about Epstein victim, Virginia
Guffrey. She's one of the most well-known victims of Epstein, and she was crucial in holding
both Epstein and Galane Maxwell accountable. And Donald Trump was recently asked if she was one of the
workers that Epstein stole from Trump and then eventually brought into his world of crime.
And he said, yes, he described her as being stolen.
And that comment sent shockwaves through the United States.
Because one, Donald Trump has never admitted previously that Epstein prayed on girls at
Marlago for his crimes.
But also number two, describing this child at the time as being stolen is gross enough.
And so now Virginia Guffrey's family has issued a scathing.
response to Donald Trump and his comments. It's been published in the Atlantic. It's widely been
reported right now. And they did not hold back. So I want to get into the story with you and the
response that they issued to Donald Trump. But before I do that, I should play the clip for you
of Donald Trump talking about Virginia Guffrey. It's important context because they cite something
specific that Donald Trump said in this clip. So let's listen to Trump and then we'll dive in.
but everyone knows the people that were taken.
And it was the concept of taking people that work for me is bad.
But that story's been pretty well out there.
And the answer is yes, they were.
Yeah.
In the spa.
Yeah, people that work in the spa.
I have a great spa.
One of the best spas in the world at Marilaka.
And people were taken out of the spa hired by him.
In other words, gone.
and other people would come and complain.
This guy is taking people from the spa.
I didn't know that.
And then when I heard about it, I told him.
I said, listen, we don't want you taking our people,
whether it was spa or not spa.
I don't want him taking people.
And he was fine, and then not too long after that,
he did it again, and I said, out of here.
Mr. President, did one of the stolen, you know, persons,
that include Virginia, Jeffrey?
I don't know.
I think she worked at the spa.
I think so.
I think that was one of the people, yeah.
Wow.
He stole her.
And by the way, she had no complaints about us, as you know.
He stole her, referencing Epstein, praying on a minor who worked in his spa and then bringing that child into his world of crime.
That is a stunning statement from Donald Trump.
it's one that I'm certainly not over, and of course, the Guffrey family is not over.
They are disgusted by what Donald Trump said, rightfully so, because describing her as stolen is gross.
But also, it's pretty major that Donald Trump is now openly acknowledging this relationship with Epstein.
Because whether he is admitting to directly or indirectly facilitating Epstein preying on young women, it means that his property, his world in Florida, was part of assisting Epstein and doing what he did.
I mean, Epstein was praying on young women at Donald Trump's clubs and then bringing them in
to his world of crime.
And Trump himself, that's not conspiracy.
That's not me theorizing.
That's Trump's own words.
And it's also important to note the accusations that Guffrey made against Epstein and
Maxwell.
We'll quickly cover this to give you some context and then dive into the Guffrey family's
response to Trump.
Driving the news is according to Axios.
In 2009, under the pseudonym, Jane Doe 102, Guffrey sued Epstein, and
alleged she was sexually exploited by Epstein's adult male peers, including royalty, while a minor
after being employed as his personal masseuse. And she was employed as his personal masseuse after
Delane Maxwell met her at Marlago. She received a $500,000 settlement with Epstein before the lawsuit
went to trial. Meanwhile, she accused Maxwell of approaching her while she was working as a locker
room attendant or in the spa at Trump's Marlago resort in 2000 and later recruiting her for Epstein,
Donald Trump has now admitted. Prosecutors who brought criminal charges against Maxwell in
2020 accused her of lying in sworn depositions in 2016 that business insider notes were related
to Guffrey's lawsuits against the daughter of the late UK media mogul, Robert Maxwell.
The judge overseeing the case agreed for Maxwell's two perjury charges to be deferred for
a separate trial after the sex trafficking case, but prosecutors did not proceed with this after
she was convicted. She also came forward publicly in March 2011 in an interview with British tabloid
mail on Sunday. She was interviewed by the FBI soon after doing that, and the birth of her daughter
encouraged her to speak out more about Epstein's abuses. Now, let's get into the Guffrey family's
response because Virginia Guffrey took her life in earlier this year in 2025. So she's not here
to respond unfortunately, tragically, but the Guffrey family is responding on her behalf.
According to the Atlantic, when Donald Trump told reporters yesterday,
that Epstein stole a young woman named Virginia Roberts Guffrey from Maralago,
her surviving siblings were shocked,
not just because the president had described their late sister as he would an object,
but because his comment raised the possibility that Trump might know more
about his one-time friend's behavior than he previously acknowledged, quote,
and this is from the Guffrey's brothers and her sister-in-law.
It makes us ask if he was aware of Jeffrey Epstein and Gillesne Maxwell's criminal
actions, especially given his statement two years later that his good friend Jeffrey
likes women on the younger side. No doubt about it. Guffrey's two brothers and her sister-in-law
told the Atlantic in an exclusive statement, their first public response to the president.
We and the public are asking for answers. Survivors deserve this. That's a really powerful
statement from the family of Virginia Guffrey and the two main statements that really
stuck with me in this kind of short response is that it makes us ask if he was aware of their
criminal actions. And also, the public is asking for answers. Survivors deserve this. I completely
agree. Number one, Donald Trump's comments about Epstein taking Virginia Guffrey from Mar-Lago certainly
raises the question of if he knew more because the timeline is totally off. Donald Trump said
his friendship with Epstein ended in 2004, but Guffrey was taken from Mar-a-Lago in 2000.
And two years later, after she was taken from Mar-a-Lago, according to Donald Trump,
he described her as a great guy who likes women on the younger side.
That's really weird.
That's really suspicious.
And of course, the public is asking for answers, answers that Donald Trump promised,
and survivors absolutely deserve this.
Whether it be Virginia Guffrey, whether it be Stacey Williams, whether it be Annie Farmer,
these women, these victims of Epstein, they deserve this.
They actually added onto the statement as well.
This is Kyle Griffin from NBC News.
government and the president should never consider giving Gilane Maxwell any leniency.
Galane Maxwell is a monster who deserves to rot in prison for the rest of her life for the extraordinary
violence and abuse she put, not just our sister Virginia through, but many other survivors who may
number in the thousands. A really scathing statement from the Guffrey family. And they're absolutely
right. It raises suspicions. It raises questions and survivors, victims, families of these folks
deserve to know the truth.
Donald Trump is withholding that, clearly for personal reasons.
I mean, there's no other reason as to why he'd promise to release the files and then suddenly
change his mind someday when he got into office.
But the Guffrey family deserves this.
All the people affected deserves this.
The pressure on Donald Trump must continue.
I'm not going to stop talking about it.
And neither should you.
So I just had to read you this statement.
It's incredibly important for you, me, and everybody in this country to hear.
All right.
So check this.
out. Late last night slash early this morning, Donald Trump thought it was a good idea to go on a
social media posting spree. Non-stop garbage coming from his social media account. He was conducting
major foreign policy. He was insulting countries and their leaders. It was just a total disaster,
and it all happened while we were all asleep last night. So I want to show you some of these
posts that Donald Trump was letting fly early this morning. Before I do so, make sure to subscribe
to the channel down below. I appreciate all of the amazing new people joining us. Make sure to
drop a like on the video as well, comment some American flags, some hearts as well. And let's dive in
with one of the first posts I want to show you. At 1229 a.m. this morning, Donald Trump posted,
quote, wow, Canada has just announced that it is backing statehood for Palestine. That will make it
very hard for us to make a trade deal with them. Oh, Canada. And this follows countries like
Great Britain and France announcing their intentions to do something similar. Now, I guess Donald
Trump is upset with Canada recognizing that there are some just awful, heartbreaking, terrible
things happening not only in Palestine, but also, of course, in the Middle East at large right now.
I mean, regardless of your political affiliation, we're seeing these photos, these videos,
these stories coming out of the Middle East, and they're truly heartbreaking. So Canada is saying,
well, we're going to do our part to address this. That's what Canada's saying. And Donald Trump's
response instead of saying, hey, you know, you do you. You're a sovereign nation. He's saying,
oh, well, actually, now we don't have a trade deal. Now we in the American people, the people of
Canada, are going to suffer because I don't like what you did. It is the most selfish
negotiating tactic that Donald Trump employs. And he does this all the time. He puts himself
before the American people. That's what he's doing right here. And what I find a
especially ironic about this post from Donald Trump is that just keep in mind the time, 1229 in the
morning, three minutes before he posted this, he put this out on social media. Donald Trump,
deal maker in chief, 1226 in the morning. So three minutes after, then he says, oh, well, actually,
because Canada is doing this, we can't make a deal. So if Donald Trump is upset with Canada
recognizing that awful things are happening in the Middle East right now, and that means they can't
strike a deal, then Donald Trump's a pretty crappy dealmaker, right? I mean, if that's the impediment
to getting something done between these two countries and Donald Trump is holding that grudge,
then I don't think he can call himself a dealmaker. He can call himself a man child stuck inside this
unfortunate body, but dealmaker certainly not. Like, how does he not see the irony here? How does
just fly over his head where one minute he's calling himself a dealmaker? Then next he's saying,
yeah, actually, I'm not interested in making a deal anymore. It's just so crazy. And this was all
taking place at 12.30 in the morning. What lunatic is doing this at 1230 in the morning? I want to
show you another post where he insulted both India and Russia in the same post. This happened at 12
in the morning last night and he said, quote, I don't care what India does with Russia. They can
take their dead economies down together for all I care. We have done very little business with India.
Their tariffs are too high among the highest in the world. Likewise, Russia and the USA do almost
no business together. Let's keep it that way and tell Medvedev, the failed former president of Russia,
who thinks he's still president, to watch his words. He's entering very dangerous territory.
Now, there's a lot of factual mishaps in this post. One being that India's economy is not
failing. We actually do quite a bit of business with them. Now, Russia's economy is a little bit more
shaky because thank you, Joe Biden for putting sanctions on them for invading Ukraine and getting
the Western world to do so. I digress. We can thank President Biden.
for that. But India, we do quite a bit of business with them. Actually, I looked this up beforehand in
preparation. And in 2024, we did around $130 billion in business with India. I'd call that quite a bit
of business. Donald Trump, I guess, does not agree. But as I mentioned, I mean, he's conducting
foreign policy in the middle of the night, insulting these two countries, but also threatening the
former president of Russia. He's doing this because Medvedev has ramped up his attacks on Donald
Trump recently, given everything that's happening with Ukraine.
And now Donald Trump is saying, well, he better watch himself.
So threatening the former leader of Russia, not sure if social media at 12 a.m.
Is the time and place to be doing this?
But Donald Trump, I guess thinks so.
I guess now, you know, in the middle of the night, early in the morning, is the perfect time to threaten two countries and talk bad about their economies and things like that.
Yeah, this guy has no idea what he's doing if that wasn't already abundantly clear from his disastrous presidency.
And these actually didn't happen.
these next two posts I'm going to show you didn't happen in the middle of the night.
Last night, they happened way earlier in the day, kind of early in the morning.
This one, I believe, was around 7 a.m.
But I just want to show you two of these posts.
This one was actually 701 a.m.
I was right.
I want to show you two posts that he reposted.
So he didn't post them himself, but other accounts on Truth Social, these random MAGA fans did, and he amplified them.
Just take a look at this first one where it calls for martial law.
That's right.
The president of the United States is reposting.
something that is demanding that he declare martial law. It is a photo of President Lincoln,
and it reads, sanctuary city mayors are defying federal law. They are insurrectionists,
just like the southern governors during the civil war. Donald Trump should declare martial law
in those cities, arrest the mayors, appoint military governors, and restore the rule of law,
just like I did. So I guess MAGA believes we're in the same circumstances that we were during
the civil war. I mean, you can't fathom the stupidity here, if I'm going to be honest with you.
But the president of the United States reposted this on his page for his hundreds of millions,
tens of millions, however many followers he has, for all these people to see.
Now, this is concerning and like we should all be outraged that the president of the United States
are doing this. It's disgusting that he's amplifying posts like this. But I would also argue that
these things are a distraction from the Epstein files. Notice how he has Epstein kind of completely
absent from his social media page because he doesn't want me or you talking about them. He doesn't
want these major developments discussed. So in my view, Donald Trump reposts these kind of outrageous
things to get our attention away from that. And I would argue that we should focus on two things
at once. Not only is the president engaging in authoritarian behavior by saying, hey, let's declare
martial law, but also he's doing this to distract from the Epstein files and we, the people still deserve
honesty there. I think two things can be true at once. Here's another one that he reposted
from an account called MAGA America's ambassador, whatever the hell that is.
And it's a photo of Trump, and it reads, it's time to indict Obama, the traitor for treason.
This is, once again, this whole Obama thing that he's come up with in the past couple of weeks,
as we've talked about on this channel, is another distraction.
I mean, Obama didn't do anything wrong.
He's just accusing Obama of doing something wrong because he's been caught with this
whole Epstein file thing.
But in this was, I believe, let me just make sure.
This was at, yeah, at around 7 a.m. when he reposted it, I believe. Yeah, when he reposted, it was around 7 a.m.
So in two different posts, we have Donald Trump calling for martial law, reposting something calling for martial law, and then also advocating for Obama to be indicted for treason for no reason.
Authoritarian behavior to the highest degree. I mean, that's kind of Donald Trump's thing these days where he just posts whatever, you know, no matter how outrageous he doesn't care.
but insane that he was doing that at seven in the morning yesterday and then followed up with all these
weird late night posts attacking Canada, attacking India, calling himself a dealmaker when obviously
he is not. And if you just scroll his social media page, you can see a bunch of just slop.
I mean, that's really what it is. Like for example, he cited this Breitbart headline where he says
Trump reaches historic deal with EU, Europe to buy $750 billion in US energy. This increases tariffs
on the American people. So taxes just got raised for all of us. And then he brags more about tariff,
the tariff, saying July tariff revenue breaks monthly record with 150 billion collected so far in
2025. That is, again, a tax raise on the American people. He was just posting all of that
in the middle of the night last night. It is so insane, but I just had to cover it for you.
All right. So the story on the prison footage of Jeffrey Epstein's cell, the night that he died in 2019,
just got a lot weirder because from an investigation by CBS News,
they reviewed all the footage that the federal government
to the Trump administration has put out,
claiming that it's raw footage, it hasn't been touched,
and it shows everything you need to see.
Their investigation raises some major questions,
such as the one on your screen right now.
It's being reported by a number of different news outlets
that a mysterious orange shape was seen in the footage
after the Trump administration previously said that nobody was caught on the footage near Epstein's
cell the night that he died. So I want to get into the story of this orange shape and discuss more
about this footage and some major discrepancies. But before I do so, make sure to subscribe to the
channel, drop a like on the video, comment some American flag, some hearts, whatever you want.
And let's dive in. Let's start with a CBS morning report that they did earlier today,
where they provided a little bit of insight into their investigation and some major issues with the
footage that Trump released. Have a look.
This was the nearly 11-hour video agents reviewed when they investigated the death of convicted
child predator Jeffrey Epstein. Government officials say it's proof that no one entered his cell tier.
Malfunctioning equipment meant only one camera recorded the general area, and that camera captured
part of the common area, including the officer's station,
and a sliver of the staircase leading to Epstein's cell.
Deputy FBI director Dan Bongino.
There's video clear as day.
He's the only person in there and the only person coming out.
You can see it.
CBS News has reviewed the tape, and this is what it shows.
The primary entrance is here.
The pathway from the entrance to the stairs is completely out of view of the camera,
leaving ample room for someone to enter unseen.
This is the last time Epstein is believed to have been seen on camera,
but we don't see him walking up.
the stairs to his cell. Bonjino also said none of this video was doctored. It was the original
raw footage from the camera. We're going to give the original so you don't think there were any
shenanigans. But a review by multiple video forensic experts found several indications this may not
be raw footage. For example, at 1121 p.m., a cursor appears briefly indicating the video may
have actually been a recording of a computer screen. Experts told CBS News the video's metadata,
which tracks how a file is created and changed,
shows it's made from two clips edited together.
Then at 11.58 p.m., the video suddenly jumps to midnight,
and the aspect ratio shifts.
Here's U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi.
There was a minute that was off the counter,
and what we learned from Bureau of Prisons was every year, every night.
They redo that video.
It's old from, like, 1999.
So every night the video is reset,
and every night should have the same minute missing.
So we're looking for that video to release that as well,
showing that a minute is missing every night.
But a government source familiar with the probe told CBS News,
the FBI and other agencies are in possession of a copy of the video
that records with no interruption.
These inconsistencies, while not contradicting the conclusion Epstein died by suicide,
do introduce questions that the government so far has declined to answer.
The Department of Justice, Adriana, has not responded to our request for comment.
Yeah, it raises some serious questions.
I mean, a lot of significant things that were just included in that report aside from this mysterious
orange figure that we were just talking about, including the fact that the FBI, the Trump
administration right now, has a copy of the footage with that minute that went missing at midnight
still included, and they chose not to release it.
And Dan Bongino and the members of the Trump team lied.
They said that they would be releasing the raw footage,
except the metadata of the footage is showing that it's two different clips
merged together.
And you saw the cursor of whatever laptop it was on in the middle of it,
indicating that that's not just raw footage.
That is a recording of a computer screen.
Those are some major, major issues,
major discrepancies with what the Trump administration is claiming publicly
and what's actual fact.
And I'm sure I'm missing something.
in that report, but I really wanted to focus on this graphic and one I'm about to show you in a second.
I don't think people really understand, for the most part, how little of the prison was actually
captured. Like, as the CBS host was discussing, like, somebody could have easily gotten up those
stairs completely undetected where Epstein's cell was because there was only one camera among many
different others that are in the prison because others were malfunctioning. And Julie K. Brown,
is one of the investigative journalists who really dug in to the Epstein story, talked about this
very graphic on her social media page today, saying, as I've said for weeks, the prison camera
video released by the DOJ, did not show Epstein's cell or even the stairway to his wing.
So somebody could have walked up the steps, completely undetected, and we would not know,
because there's only one camera.
Now, the Trump admin is saying that all this footage is expansive.
It covers everything you need to see.
but it really doesn't. Now let's dive into that orange figure that we discussed about as part of their
investigation. This is the article from CBS News. It's extensive. I'd highly recommend you read it.
CBS News investigation of Jeffrey Epstein jail video reveals new discrepancies. And here are two parts
that I'm especially interested in. Number one, the FBI claim that anyone entering or attempting to
enter the tier where Epstein's cell was located from the ASHU common area would have been captured by
this footage. The video cross-referral.
reference with diagrams of the Epstein holding area does not appear to support that finding.
That becomes obvious in the first 10 minutes of the video.
Epstein's cell was in the L block accessible via a staircase from the special housing units common
area.
When Epstein appears on camera, he's seen walking toward the stairs leading to his cell, but
since a staircase is almost entirely out of view from the camera, he has never seen ascending.
So we actually don't have any video footage of Epstein going back to his cell the night that
he died. The entrance to Epstein's cell as well as the primary entrance to the S.HU are off camera
in the same direction, meaning there's no way to tell from the video if he went to his cell or
exited, or excuse me, exited the SHU. While a brief movement is occasionally visible on the
stairs when someone is walking up on the left side, the area remains mostly obscured throughout the
entire recording, making it impossible to determine if someone may have entered the SHU through the
primary entrance and access to staircase without ever being captured on the recording.
So here you can see in this graphic, somebody could enter that door, walked up the stairs
into Epstein's cell completely undetected.
I do want to stress that I still believe that Epstein took his own life.
That was the determination of the medical examiner.
So I don't believe that somebody actually did this, but it just exposes the lies of the Trump
administration.
And now let's talk about this orange shape.
Experts question investigators' interpretation of the orange shape moving up the stairs.
Just before 10.40 p.m., an orange shape is seen moving up the stairs leading to Epstein's tier.
The report says, through review and analysis of the S.HU video footage, witness statements, and BOP records,
the OIG determined that at approximately 1040 p.m., a corrections officer, believed to be Noel,
carried linen or inmate clothing up to the L-tier, which was the last time any CO approached the entrance to the
S-HU tier in which Epstein was housed.
Video forensic experts who reviewed that footage at the request of CBS News were skeptical
about that interpretation and suggested that the shape could be a person dressed in an
orange jumpsuit climbing the stairs.
And here is that photo.
It's very, or excuse me, I should say that's still from the video.
It's very slim because, again, the stairwell is only caught even just a little bit.
So you can just see a little bit of a figure moving up the stairs.
But what is that?
Who is that? You know, the Trump administration didn't acknowledge this orange figure until it was brought to their attention. They were just hoping that nobody would see it out of the corner of their eye. But who was this orange figure that walked up those stairs? They're saying it's a corrections officer. Experts are saying not so fast. Conor McCourt, a retired NYPD sergeant and forensic video expert told CBS News, based on the limited video, it's more likely it's a person in an orange uniform.
not a corrections officer uniform, but an orange uniform, a jumpsuit that someone would be wearing
in prison.
So just a lot of questions.
This investigation from CBS News was expansive.
A lot of question raised from this, whether it be the fact that the cell actually wasn't
captured in the video footage whatsoever, and it's perfectly possible that somebody entered
through that door up the stairway undetected.
And what that orange figure was, just a lot of questions raised that I'm sure the Trump
admin won't answer for us, but nonetheless, I just had to bring it to your attention.
Let me know what you think in the comments about the story.
I'll leave the video there.
And as I always say, I greatly appreciate you.
And I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
