Gavin Newsom has taken over the internet by slamming Donald Trump for his government shutdown.

Look, folks, I think there's been a realization in the Democratic Party recently that the way we combat Donald Trump hasn't been working. When Trump says something incredibly insulting about the Democrats, something that's outrageous, the most effective response is not how dare you. It's hitting him back in the teeth. It's giving it right back to Donald Trump in the same way that he does it to us. And somebody who really understands that is Gavin Newsom, especially with the news of the government shutdown. The way we push back on Republicans is not by writing a strong. strongly worded letter. It's by getting on social media, getting in the public town square, and letting them have it, calling them out for their insanity. No niceties. No handshakes behind the

scenes. You and your elected Republican buddies go get a drink at the local bar. We got to hammer these Republicans. And that's exactly what Gavin Newsom is doing on social media right now. So I want to show you just some of his posts because it is driving Republicans insane. They are freaking out over the way that he's mocking Donald Trump and J.D. Vance. over this government shutdown. and we will look at some of the things that Gavin Newsom is saying. So I want to start on his main Twitter page. And then we're going to, of course, go to the press office account, which is where they really go after Republicans. But just take a look at it. at some of the things he's posting right now. For example, PSA from J.D. Vance. Just take a look at this. This is coming from his fabulous team who are doing great work behind the scenes.

Take a look. Let's get the sound. Of course, you arrive safely and on time, but you may not arrive on time because the TSA and the air traffic controllers are not getting paid today. Our military is not getting paid today, starting today.

And obviously, the longer this drags on, the worst that it is for the American people, if you're flying... Yeah, the PSA from J.D. Vans. Thank you, J.D. Vans, for telling us, exactly how Donald Trump and him are messing up the country right now. All of these different crucial government agencies, these government workers, people who work

at the TSA, the National Guard who Donald Trump has deployed to random cities across the United States that he doesn't like. All of these folks and more will go without pay in this government shutdown. And the argument that J.D. Vance and Donald Trump is trying to make right now in connection to this shutdown is truly pathetic. They control the presidency, the Senate, the House, the Supreme Court. court, all these different government agencies, and they're trying to blame the Democrats for the government shutting down. They control everything, and they can't even fund the government, a basic

operation of what we do here in the United States. They can't even do it. Here's another one from Gavin Newsom. Where is Donald Trump hiding from his shutdown? Pathetic. That's right. The Trump administration today, with Caroline Levitt, during her press briefing, rolled out J.D. Vance. They threw J.D. Vance out in front of the press along with Caroline Levitt to talk about the shutdown and field some questions. Where's Donald Trump? We know that Donald Trump isn't doing much these days. He kind of just sits around and scrolls on social media. Where is Donald Trump? He will brag about this shutdown saying, oh, it's a Democrat's fault. But he knows that the American people will hold him accountable so he doesn't want to be the face of the shutdown. So he sends J.D. Vance out there. It's truly pathetic. How about this? Another one from Gavin Newsom. Let me go back. Sorry about this. that. Here we go. ADP report, number of U.S. jobs created in September, negative 32,000. That also includes the job numbers from August being revised down to negative 3,000 from plus 54,000. There are so many different signs that our economy is on the verge of collapse. And so Gavin Newsom responded by saying,

did I do that with a photo of Donald Trump? Yes, he did. Donald Trump, his tariffs, his disastrous economic policy, that's what it is. And I appreciate that Gavin Neusson, Newsom is bullying Donald Trump in the same way that he bullies people. You know, when you have a bully picking on you, do you just let the bully pick on you? You just stand there and say, hey, you can have my lunch money? No, you hit him back. You treat the bully how they treat you. And then when that happens, Donald Trump often collapses. He can't handle the heat. We see this all the time. He can't stand in the kitchen regardless of the heat. And so he runs away. He runs away. And that's exactly what he's doing right now. He won't even show up at their press conference. He won't even show his face

in public. Here's another one. Mike Johnson admits he shut down the government. Take a look at this. I love this one. I run the House of Representatives. I run the House of Representatives. Yep, just a quick two-second clip of Mike Johnson reminding us that, yeah, he runs the House. It's the Republicans who run the government. How on earth can they possibly blame the Democrats when it's them behind the wheel? The Democrats aren't in power. We have no power. We have none. And the Republicans are trying to blame us. And then, of course, Gavin Newsom, in the middle at 1201 a.m., 1.8 million views said that Donald Trump shut down the government, correctly placing the blame on Trump. Now, let's look at the press office account, and let me tell you, this is where the Republicans really get upset.

This is what drives them crazy. How about this one? Good news, patriots. With Washington shut down, I, Gavin C. Newsom and now the leader of the free world. Gavin Newsom declares himself the leader of the free world. This is going to drive Trump nuts. My platform is very simple, health care for all Americans, no measles. Free school meals? Wow, pudding for everyone. Free child care. The moms love me. More babies. Good paying jobs and no more evil tariffs. Eggs will be free. Hair gel subsidies will be available, but only for handsome Democrats. And we will also legalize cannabis. Crime will stay low and everyone will be high on patriotism. No more ticket master fees for the Swifties. Fees stay for Kid Rock. Damn right. They will chant USA, USA, because we will be back and hotter than ever before. Thank you. Gavin C.

Newsom, the trolling of Donald Trump continues, putting out this statement in the way that Donald Trump would. And by the way, this sounds like a tremendous platform. This sounds like who I wish was the leader of the free world. Let's keep it going, Gavin Newsom. Let's look at some more. How about this? Trump, Marie Antoinette says, no health care for you peasants, but a ballroom for the queen. And first of all, this photo is scary to look at. Let's just be honest. This photo is scary. But Donald Trump, Marie Antoinette, and what Gavin News is referencing here is reporting from Fox News earlier today that during the government shutdown, all these different agencies, all of these different workers will not be receiving pay. They'll be closed. But Donald Trump's ballroom, the construction that he's building at the White House, will continue.

They will continue to build the ballroom during the government shutdown. So Donald Trump, Trump, Marie Antoinette, can have his fancy, smancy ballroom while the American people suffer because of. of him. How about this one? Democrats. This is the reporting, by the way, from Fox that confirmed that there will not be a stoppage of ballroom work and when the shutdown continues. And they initially responded by saying, Democrats, let's make health care more affordable. Let's keep the ongoing funding. Maga, no. Trump, go F yourself. And I'm going to keep building my ballroom. This, by the way, the go F yourself is a real quote from Politico. You can look it up if you want. Another one, why is Trump hiding all these different ones or an AI?

I mean, this is scary to look at. An AI video of J.D. Vance, when he did drag, when he decided to dress up and has now run away from his true identity. When he did that, they posted an AI video of that as well, which I think is fantastic. This statement or the Trump Marie Antoinette, I think might take the cake for me. No pun intended with Marie Antoinette might take the cake for me as the best posts that they've put out there. And let me tell you, I mean, if you just are interested and you have X or Twitter, look at the replies to, what Gavin Newsom is doing here. It is driving Republicans nuts.

I just had to highlight this because this is the way we fight back against Donald Trump. As Gavin Newsom would say, we fight fire with fire. We don't bring, you know, match sticks to a firefight. We bring fire.
