Well, that was one of the worst things I've ever watched in American politics.
Donald Trump just had a two-hour press conference in the White House in the press briefing room,
and he rambled incoherently for the entire time.
I watched every single second of it, so I didn't miss any of the insanity,
and also so you wouldn't have to.
This is how much I care about you, folks.
And it was awful.
Just utter insanity from start to finish.
I'm going to show you some of the worst clips from this press conference,
but I really don't think it's an exaggeration to say that this is one.
of the worst public performances we've seen from Donald Trump ever in his career in politics.
And you're kind of noticing a trend with Donald Trump. It just kind of keeps getting worse.
It keeps going downhill probably because of his mental decline.
So we're going to look at some of these clips.

Let me know what you think about the story.
And first of all, we're going to start with him during his speech.
We're mostly going to look at some questions that reporters asked him.
But when he was speaking to the press off of like prepared remarks, he completely went off script.
and started talking about how his mom said he could be a professional baseball player
before explaining what a mental institution is.
And that sentence is real.
This is real.
Just watch.
We had in my area in Queens.
I grew up in Queens.
We had a place called Creedmore.
Creedmore.
Did anybody know that?
Cretemore.
It was a big guy said, Mom, why are those bars on the building?
I used to play Little League Baseball there at the place called Cunningham Park.
who's quite the baseball player, you wouldn't believe.
But I said to my mother, Mom, she would be there always there for me.
She said, son, you could be a professional baseball player.
I said, thanks, Mom.
I said, why are those bars on the windows?
Big building, big, powerful building.
It loomed over the park, actually.
She said, well, people that are very sicker in that building.
I said, boy, I used to always look at that building and I'd see big building, big tall building.
It loomed over the park.
It was sort of now that I think it was a pretty unfriendly side.
But I'll never forget, I don't know if it's still there.
Because they got rid of most of them, you know, the Democrats in New York, they took them down and the people live on the streets now.
That's why you have a lot of the people in California and other places, they live in the streets.
They took the mental institutions down.
They're expensive.
But I'd say, why does it building up those bars, boy, it wasn't normal.
You know, you used to look in it like a window.
But this one, you look at it, all this steel, vicious steel, tiny windows, bars all over the place.
Nobody was getting out.
It's called the mental institution.
That was an insane assailant.
What did we just watch?
I'm so serious.
What did we just watch?
I always love to make the...
point that if this were Joe Biden and Joe Biden somehow linked his mom saying he could be a
professional baseball player to a mental institution. The Fox News of the world, the MAGA people
of the world, they'd be running with that story for a week saying Joe Biden needs to resign,
25th Amendment, impeach, conviction, all that stuff. But when it's Donald Trump, they're
silent, noticeably silent, but he genuinely is speaking to the press when there's so many
major issues out there. So many things to talk about. His invasion of Greenland. He's sitting there
talking to the press about how his mom apparently said he could be a professional baseball player.
I don't want to hear from MAGA that he's healthy. This is not someone who's healthy. He is
clearly declining. His brain is gone. And he just weaves. He just weaves from topic to topic.
And it becomes one big ball of slush from Donald Trump. And that's just the beginning of the press
conference. That's in the middle of his two hours. And then we get into some questions from reporters.
A reporter asked him, you told Norway's prime minister that you not winning the Nobel Peace Prize made you
feel less obligated to think purely of peace. And Donald Trump is still very angry about the prize.
You looked like it would be pretty much. She looks like she's from Norway. Go ahead.
You told Norway's prime minister that you not winning the Nobel Peace Prize made you feel less
obligated to think purely of peace. Well, I lost a lot of respect for Norway.
I believe, and I believe very strongly that Norway controls the Nobel Prize.
But you have to understand, I settled eight wars.
I've had every one of those wars, every participant wrote, I didn't ask him to do it.
They sent in strong recommendations.
You know, they make recommendations for that.
But I settled eight wars.
No president has probably ever settled one war.
I don't know.
Think of it.
I did eight.
The reason I do it is because it's easy for me to do.
And I didn't do it for a Nobel Prize.
I did it because I'm saving a lot of lives.
I'm trying to settle the final one.
I'm trying to do Russia, Ukraine.
And when Russia's ready, Ukraine's not.
When Ukraine's ready, Russia's not.
But they're losing 25,000 people a month on average.
And I'm trying to get that one done.
Again, he thinks that Norway, the country, controls the Nobel Peace Prize.
The Nobel Peace Prize committee is based in Norway.
It is not controlled by the Norwegian government.
I don't think he understands this.
And as I said, in a recent episode of the show, I genuinely think there's a very good chance
that Donald Trump doesn't understand the difference between Denmark and Norway.
I mean, he said to Norway, because you didn't give me the Nobel Peace Prize, I'm going to
invade Greenland, which is part of Denmark.
I genuinely don't think he understands that those are two different countries.
Those are two different things.
I don't know.
But he's still talking about this Nobel Peace Prize.
He is still upset.
And the journalist that was speaking to him was trying to get out a good question saying,
like, well, why does not winning that prize make you more likely to invade Greenland?
And he cut her off and just started ranting about utter nonsense.
But it gets even worse, if you can imagine it.
He was also asked on the topic of Greenland, how far are you willing to go to acquire Greenland?
It's only a six-second clip.
You don't have to watch it.
His answer was, you'll find out, which doesn't sound good to me.
You know, if I'm being honest, don't love that.
Then a reporter asked him about the economy, saying our average Americans wrong to still feel high prices.
And Donald Trump said, I blame ourselves.
we've done a good job on the economy, but we haven't messaged it well.
Okay, watch.
You suggested a moment ago that perhaps the reason why a positive story about the economy isn't getting through it is because of bad communications people.
But are average Americans wrong to still feel high prices and how much longer does the White House hope that they...
So I think a lot of people are listening to the fake news a little bit.
I'm not blaming anybody. I blame ourselves. I think we've done a much better job than we're able to promote.
We're not promoting. We're doing a great job and we're sort of letting the promotion take care of itself.
One of the reasons I'm doing this news conference, I think it's important. We have taken a mess and made it really good.
It's going to get even better. But if you look at prices from a year or a year and a half ago, you look at the Biden prices, they were way up through the sky.
and you know they use the word affordability they just say affordability and they don't talk about it
they created the affordability problem and we have we are solving it we have how out of touch do you
have to be to think that it you're just not messaging it well you know he thinks that the american
people who are going to the grocery store every day young americans who are trying to buy a
home start a family whatever it might be he thinks that when they're seeing these rising prices
these increased costs that it's actually not
his fault, they're just not messaging it well. Those high prices are actually good for them.
They just haven't made the right argument to explain why those high prices are good for young people
or people just go to the grocery store. How delusional do you have to be to believe that?
This guy is, he's, I talk about this frequently, but I really mean it. Donald Trump is not
living in the reality that you and me are. He's not in our reality. He's in this White House bubble,
this Oval Office, it almost looks like a bubble, where everybody who comes into that office,
Anybody who steps foot in the White House in its entirety praises him.
They suck up to him.
They say he's the best thing to ever happen to the presidency.
And he thinks he's great.
He's given false data by his team or real data.
He just ignores it.
And he just pretends that everything is good.
He is living in a bubble.
And this right here, that's how you know he's so out of touch.
Look at him.
He has no idea what's going on.
And these were just four clips from his over two-hour press conference.
I would not recommend watching the entire thing.
unless you want to be bored and feel even worse about the country,
but I can promise you that the entirety was much worse than what we're just seeing right now.
It's hard to fit all of it in.
It's just, it's crazy.
So listen, I will leave the video there.
