Harry Sisson breaks down the major new developments in the Epstein story as the truth begins to come out.

Look, folks, I have consistently said that I will not let the Epstein story be swept under the rug, despite what distractions Donald Trump might employ, whether it be war around the world or something he does here in the United States. We know for a fact that Donald Trump wants more than anything for the Epstein story to go away, especially before the 2026 midterms, and we cannot allow that. Number one, because victims need justice, but also number two, the American people deserve the truth about the president, his involvement, and this story. broadly. And that's why the two major stories that we just got were going to go through right now

are incredibly significant. We'll start here. The House Oversight Committee is seeking testimony from the prison guard on duty when Epstein died. Now, this is major for a number of reasons. She was obviously there that night. But on the show the other day, we talked about this bombshell article from the Miami Herald, specifically Julie K. Brown, one of the most famous Epstein journalists out there really helped break the original story on what Epstein was doing. And according to some documents in the Epstein files, prison guards discussed a cover up of Epstein's death. This is according to an inmate at the, or an inmate that spoke to the FBI, I should say. An inmate housed at the prison that Epstein was held told the FBI he overheard guards talking about covering up his death on the

morning that he died. The federal government's online Epstein library contains a five-page handwritten report of an FBI interview with this inmate. Breathe, breathe, he recalled officers shouting at about 6.30 in the morning. Then he heard an officer say, dudes, you killed that dude. A female guard replied, if he is dead, we're going to cover it up and he's going to have an alibi, my officers, the FBI notes. Later, after learning Epstein had died, he said, inmate said, quote, Ms. Noel killed Jeffrey. He identified the female guard as Tova Noel, one of two, correct, officers who were later charged with falsifying reports so that it appeared from their records that they had made their rounds that night when they had not. The charges were later dropped,

but both were fired. But it gets even weirder. The FBI report is likely to fan suspicion as the New York Post reported on Saturday, this is last Saturday, I believe, or the Saturday had just occurred, that Noel's bank account flagged a $5,000 cash deposit she made to her Chase account on July 30th, 2019, a week after Epstein was found in his seven. in what prison officials concluded was his first suicide tamp. Remember, there are multiple, according to the official explanation. The official reports into that incident show that Epstein initially told prison officers that his cellmate had tried to kill him after extorting him for money.

The post also reported that on the morning of Epstein's death, Noel searched the term, latest on Epstein jail twice, once at 542, once again at 552, about 40 minutes before the other guard, Michael Thomas, found Epstein. Her bank records, which are all in the files, showed that Noel received thousands of dollars in cash and Zell payments in the months before Epstein died. She has, of course, not been charged with any crime, and her bank records also reveal that she was making payments

on a brand new Range Rover. And that brings us to this article, and you can only imagine who's coming in front of the Oversight Committee, Tova Noel. This is according to NBC News, the House Oversight Committee is seeking to interview this former prison guard, who has said she believes she is the last person,

to have seen Epstein alive. The committee asked for testimony from Tova Noel as part of its investigation into Epstein after documents released by the DOJ suggested she was Googling him, as we just read a moment ago. Quote, due to public reporting documents released by the Department of Justice and documents obtained by the committee, the committee believes you have information that will assist in its investigation. This is from Representative James Comer, the chair of the committee. Comer asked that she sit for a transcribed interview with the committee on March 21st.

Noelle, an army veteran who had previously worked as a mail carrier, was working at the prison in New York as a correctional office for the Bureau of Prisons the morning in 2019 when Epstein was found dead. Noel and her partner that night, Michael Thomas, were supposed to be checking on Epstein, who was awaiting trial on these charges every 30 minutes, and we know that they did not do that, and we know that they falsified these records to make it seem like they did. And of course, there are other very, very suspicious things on that night. We've talked about him on this show. that orange blob who walked up the steps toward Epstein's cell at around 1030 at night, the drop in number of inmates. It went from 73 to 72 in the late evening of August 9th and the early morning of August 10th. And Noel and her co-guard were never able to explain that. There's just some very weird things that I think we need answers to. And hopefully she provides them.

But also, hopefully they bring in this Michael Thomas guy who was also on watch with her at the time. both of them should testify. Both of them were there that night, and they should come in. Now, whether they're actually helpful, maybe they don't say anything at all. Maybe they plead the fifth. I don't know. We shall see. But hopefully they provide some information that can put some pieces together because when you combine everything we just talked about with this article of bank records and Googling Epstein in jail, it does paint a suspicious picture. Now, on the topic of cover up, this is something that you should see as well. The other day, Richard Kahn, Epstein's longtime accountant, testified before the Oversight Committee, since we're talking about Oversight Committee testimony. And he testified

about a lot of things. He testified about five rich and powerful men who paid for Epstein's enterprises, that being Les Wexner, Glenn Dubin, Stevensonovsky, the Rothschilds, and Leon Black. But there was some miscommunication in this testimony because, according to Representative Suha Subramayan, he testified that a Trump accuser received money from the survivor fund managed by Kahn, the Epstein accountant, which is a major revelation that a Trump accuser, someone who accused Trump and Epstein of assaulting them, received money from the fund, meaning that there's obviously validity to the claim that that girl made. But according to some reports and according to the Republicans on the

oversight committee, actually, that statement was retracted. He meant to, he did not mean to say that the Trump accuser had received money from the Epstein Fund, and it was a miscommunication. That's the claim. The oversight committee, this is the Republicans, said it's been over 17 hours since part of his tweet was debunked, and Rep Suhas has not corrected the record or deleted it. It's typical for Democrats, yada, yada, yada. Representative Robert Garcia should be ashamed for allowing this to happen. And they said, citing Ali Rogan, a journalist, that the questioning was aimed at a gotcha moment, but during the last few minutes of the deposition, the attorney stated on the record that Kahn's earlier testimony on this was inaccurate and they clarified it.

Okay, all right, so maybe the record was clarified. Except we just learned today that the accountant corrected it again. And he could not say definitively whether this Trump accuser who has accused both Epstein and Donald Trump of assault. This is Representative Suha Subramayan responding. Well, and this is directly to the oversight committee. Well, this tweet aged poorly. I hope my Republican colleagues will join me in demanding straight answers from Epstein's estate after the accountant changed his story for a third time about the estate paying off a Trump accuser. And this is the statement from the oversight committee broadly from the Democrats.

Quote, this is from Representative Rokana and Robert Garcia. In a statement during the deposition of Epstein accountant Richard Kahn, Mr. Kahn's attorney claimed that Jane Doe 4, who accused both Trump and Epstein of abuse, never received any settlement from the estate. now Mr. Kahn's attorney says he can no longer confirm or deny there was a settlement. Congress and the public deserve a clear answer about whether the Epstein estate paid a settlement to an accuser who made serious allegations against Donald Trump and who was interviewed by the FBI four times. Also important to note that the FBI deemed her to be credible. They deemed her to be credible. And they also interviewed her four times. You don't interview somebody four times if you don't believe them, right?

Richard Kahn needs to come clean about what the Epstein estate knows. knows. Absolutely. So the Republicans on the Oversight Committee tried to take a victory lap here, tried to say that Donald Trump has been exonerated when none of this process has exonerated Donald Trump even a little bit. And now they have egg in their face because the record has been corrected for the third time now. So some major Epstein updates here. We're getting some testimony from this prison guard. And now questions remain about this accuser of Donald Trump and Epstein interviewed by the FBI four times Donald Trump's FBI, Donald Trump's FBI deemed her to be credible. And now there's questions of if she received a settlement from the Epstein estate,
