Harry Sisson breaks down a new story in the Epstein files which is raising major questions online.

All right, folks, I have a major update for you, a possible bombshell in the Epstein story. It feels like we get one of these every single day. And this is certainly not one I was expecting to talk about in conjunction with these files. But nonetheless, I noticed it. A bunch of people noticed it. It's gone viral on social media. So here we are. We're going to talk about it.

And I really do think it's something that you should know about. It's another strange development. But before we get into any of this, please make sure to subscribe down below. But without further ado, enough chit-chat, I want to get into this statement. And what you're looking at right now is a draft statement

from the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. It was prepared all the way back in 2019 when Epstein died. And it reads like a normal statement you'd expect. Quote, earlier this morning, the Manhattan Correctional Center confirmed, that Jeffrey Epstein, who'd faced charges brought by this office of engaging in sex trafficking of minors, had been found unresponsive in his cell and pronounced dead shortly thereafter. And you can read the rest of the statement if you'd like. Again, a typical statement you'd expect surrounding something like this. However, what I noticed, and as I mentioned, other people notice as well, is the date.

If you're familiar with Epstein's death, the case surrounding him, maybe you caught it by now. But up there, this statement is dated as Friday, August 9th, 2019. The problem is Epstein didn't die on August 9th. He died on August 10th. So let's be clear about this. Donald Trump's Department of Justice, because he was president at the time, prepared a statement that announced Epstein's death the day before he died. And what's also interesting is that August 9th was a Friday. So it's not like they typed in Friday, August 9th, and they actually meant August 10th. No. Friday, or excuse me, August 9th actually is a Friday. August 10th, the day that Epstein actually died, was a Saturday. So it's unlikely that this was just a typo. They just typed it in completely incorrectly. And what's also interesting is that in the files as well, in a separate document, they have a statement that has the correct date, Saturday, August 10th, 2019. But in this version of the statement, when they say that Epstein was pronounced dead shortly thereafter, they said it was of an apparent suicide. So in the statement that actually

included the real date, they say it was a suicide. But the day before this statement, this draft statement, they do not include that in the statement. And it was a statement prepared the day before he was supposed to die. Or not supposed to die. He did die. Now, look, I want to be clear. I don't think necessarily that this is evidence that Epstein was taken out or that he was killed. It was most likely just an error. But the problem is Donald Trump's Department of Justice and Trump himself have done such a terrible job with these Epstein files and their cover-up, their illegal cover-up of what happened, that when we get something like this, we get a story like this, it's hard to pretend like Donald Trump is acting in good faith, that, oh, it must have just

been an error. In any other normal circumstance, I think me, you and everybody at home would say, yeah, it's an error. Like, they just messed up. But under Donald Trump, how do we know? Because his cover-up, his redactions of these files have been so brazen and so obviously protecting bad people, that when we get a story like this, we're looking at an incorrect date, we can't just write it off as nothing, essentially. And in addition to this, like very soon after

this story broke, or around the time that this story broke, we learned that the Department of Justice took down off their website the 86-page prosecution memo listing possible co-conspirators in the Epstein case. And they did this after they were asked by the Miami Herald about the list. Now, of course, We have a backup. Of course, of course I have a backup. Of course there's a backup. This is the document they took down, which listed a bunch of different people. You can see some of the redactions down here.

It is an 86-page document, so there's a lot. But it mentioned a bunch of Epstein's co-conspirators, along with other powerful men, of which there are accusations against. So they're covering up the documents still. They're deleting documents off their websites still. They have these different statements with different dates that are a little weird. It's just, it's hard to ignore. It's hard to pretend that it's not strange. You know what I mean?

And in addition to this, speaking of Epstein's death, we have CBS News, who recently put together this fantastic article, surprisingly under Barry Weiss, that talked about this orange blob that was seen walking up the steps the night that Epstein died toward Epstein's cell. So obviously, this is very connected to these statements, but there was an unidentified figure that walked up the steps toward Epstein's cell. This person has still not been identified by the federal government.

They tried to claim that it was a warden, but last time I checked, wardens don't wear orange jumpsuits. I don't think the police officers working in these prisons are known for wearing orange. That seems like more of a prisoner kind of thing. And this story really is wild for whoever was walking up these steps. These newly released documents in the files from the Department of Justice showed footage from the night that Epstein died. and it observed an orange-colored shape moving up the staircase toward the isolated, locked tier, where Epstein's cell was located, approximately between in the hour of 1039 on August 9th, 2019. That entry in an observation log of the video from the Metropolitan Correctional Center

appears to suggest something previously unreported by authorities. Quote, a flash of orange looks to be going up the L-tier stairs, could possibly be an inmate, escorted up to that tier, except inmates would very, very, very rarely be. escorted around that time, especially not to the area that Epstein's cell was. And this is actually a file from the Epstein documents that records this. This is something that the FBI analyzed in their review of Epstein's death. And it gets even weirder. Guards who were in that prison that night that Epstein died were unable to tell prosecutors why the inmate number in the prison suddenly dropped from 73 to 72 sometime between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m., which of course fits perfectly in the

time that this orange blob was seen walking up the steps. Neither officer during this time was asked specifically about the orange color figure noted in the video observation log. So investigators just decided not to ask about this big question that even they noticed. I mean, we saw the document as well. It's just a very, very, very strange thing. A separate internal presentation included in the document release described a corrections officer believed by investigators to be Noel, carrying linen or inmate clothing up to the tier. So that's what they believe was the orange blob. But the 2023 Inspector General Report did not identify Noelle as the figure. This is the correctional officer seen in the footage. In her interview, Noel told investigators, distributing linen

was not part of her duties. I never gave out linen ever because that's done on the shift prior. And in addition to this, the police officers, the wardens, the guards who found Epstein's body say they don't recall taking the noose off of him, despite his suicide apparently being via hanging. And also, the noose Epstein allegedly used has never been definitively identified. So, we have this orange blob that walked up the steps toward Epstein's cell the night that he died. We don't know who that person is. Federal investigators have never concluded who that person is. They accused a guard of doing it. They said it was not them under any circumstances. is they don't have the news.

They've never definitively identified the news. The wardens say they don't remember taking the news off of him, which I think is probably something you'd remember when witnessing something like this. And in addition to that, we have statements that were prepared by the Department of Justice for the day before that Epstein died. So look, a lot of people have different opinions

on Epstein's death, whether he took his own life or something else happened. It's a lot. I think there's conflicting evidence on both side. I really do. I'm curious to hear what you think. But as I mentioned, it's hard to take. any word from the Trump administration, the Trump regime, the DOJ, the FBI, seriously,

when we have all these discrepancies, these files that are very clearly redacted to protect powerful men, rich powerful men who were connected to Epstein and his crimes, it's hard to take any of it seriously, which leads to stories like this and speculation like this.
