Harry Sisson breaks down the latest on Andrew Tate's legal case and its connection to Trump.

Based on what we just learned, it's incredibly likely that Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, will never be free again. They will never walk free. They will never not be sitting in a jail cell based on some new charges that have been filed against both of them in a different country. Now, they're both facing charges from the United Kingdom already. That's why they got arrested in the video on your screen. They are facing extradition. They're facing assault charges, trafficking charges, and more in Britain. But new charges in a new country has been filed against. them and a lot has happened since those charges have been filed. So I want to break it down all for you

right now. We're going to talk about the new charges that have been brought against them in Romania, but I want to point out that Andrew Tate has already admitted to a bunch of crimes already. Like, for example, back in 2023, when he faced some original charges from Romania, yes, he's been indicted, arrested a bunch. He admitted to breaking a woman's jaw and that his business was a scam ahead of the Romanian charges. Now, this business that he said was a scam is really at the center of all the legal troubles. It was a quote-unquote cam girl business where you can only imagine what took place there. And he's been accused of trafficking women through that business.

And he said that it was a total scam admitting the fact that it was a scam. But despite this, Andrew Tate still somehow has fans. And they are not taking his arrest lightly. Like, for example, a couple nights ago, a bunch of Andrew Tate fans started dancing outside of his prison in Florida, they took off their shirts and they were saying free top G, which is a nickname for Andrew Tate. Just look at this. It's very weird. Take shape. Free top T, free top T, free top T, free top T. Wow. Wow, that is difficult. to look at, difficult to watch.

These are the guys that want you to believe, by the way, that they're alpha males, that they are the top dogs. They and Andrew Tate are like one together, and they're the alpha males of society. Okay, that's fine. You guys do that, whatever the hell that is. Find a hobby, go to therapy, I don't know.

And they're also protesting in the streets outside of his prison in Florida, saying that they want him released. Yes, these are people protesting in favor of a guy who's been arrested on trafficking, assault, and more. And now new charges in Romania. They are free top G, free top G, free top G, free top G, free top G, free top G. They are all chanting free top G. All of these, I mean, let's just be honest about who they are, losers. These are in-cell

losers who are supporting Andrew Tate and they're very upset that he was arrested and he's very upset that he's being held accountable at all for the very serious allegations against him. And they're completely ignoring the things that he's admitted to on camera, on live stream. And now you can see them in this video. They're standing outside of the prison facing it and chanting at Andrew Tate, hoping that he hears them from the inside. Very cringy stuff, very weird stuff going on in Florida. And despite all of this, despite the fans, despite the protests, despite the arrest,

Andrew Tate has been thoroughly embarrassed through his legal troubles. Like, for example, his big thing is that he's wealthy, that he owns all of these cars, he owns yachts, he owns houses. But in the legal filings that his defense has been putting into the court, they've admitted openly that all of that was fake, that they're actually not wealthy, their cars are rented, and all of that stuff is fake. They said a promotional video, filmed the board of yacht is not evidence of title to the yacht. They receive payment to promote the ship on social media. Further, the tates are engaged in several businesses teaching men, how. to earn money. It is in their interest to portray themselves on social media as Uber wealthy. For example, the $2.1 million Aston Martin and $5 million Bougatis featured in Tristan's videos

were rented. The valuation of Andrew's watch collection is based on a third-party enthusiast publication. That is utterly embarrassing, completely tears down the grift and it's their own admission. And it hasn't stopped there. In a deposition against Jane Doe, Tristan Tate admitted that they lie about their wealth and that, quote, nothing I say in this podcast should be taken seriously. And he said things because it sounded cool at the time. Thoroughly, thoroughly embarrassing for both Andrew and Tristan Tate throughout this. And yet the fans still think that they're like real, that their persona was authentic.

They're openly admitting that all of this stuff is fake and they're still out there protesting in favor of him. And even worse for the Tate's is that their attorney says the best case scenario is still not great for them. The worst case scenario is obviously that they never see the life. of day again, they're going to be in prison for the rest of their lives. And this was filmed before the new charges in Romania. Andrew and Tristan get granted bail, released on special circumstances. They get to go on either to house arrest or not have ankle monitors. During that situation... They would have to stay in Florida. Yeah, for sure.

You know, they would. They'd be able to meaningly participate with their team in Romania, London, and in the Palm Beach litigation, after which, at some point, they would conclude proceedings here and in Romania, and then go to the United Kingdom and face down those charges on a two-game win streak, honorably free men of their own accord. The opposite of that situation is the system gets what it wants. It robs them of justice here in Florida.

It robs them of justice in all the years of litigation that they participated in Romania, and they get dragged to the United Kingdom in handcuffs under the appearance of guilt, even though they're as innocent as innocent can be. So, you know, I pray for them. Look, I know that he is their lawyer, so he kind of has to say this stuff. I mean, it is his job to defend them. I get it.

But none of that is true. I mean, the idea that they're going to get released with ankle monitors and they're just going to beat all these cases is, in my view, incredibly unlikely. What's more likely is the latter. that they're going to get extradited to the United Kingdom. They're going to be found guilty on all these charges, or maybe some of them. Then they're going to be found guilty in Romania if they are extradited there on a bunch of those charges as well, maybe all of them, you know, whatever it is.

And they're not going to see the light of day ever again. That's just probably what's going to happen here. And I know, again, he's their attorney, so he has to kind of hype it up. But in my view, that's what's likely. It's also important to remember that Andrew Tate and the Tate brothers as a whole have very much associated themselves with the White House and the Trump White House has in turn associated themselves with them. For example, this is what Andrew Tate said about his connections with the Trump family. And I'm very close to the Trump family.

but that's not all because administration officials, former at least, and Donald Trump's former personal attorney, Alina Haba, was gushing over Andrew Tate in an interview saying that she was a big fan. Hi. Hello, Alina. Hi. Nice to meet you. I'm a fan. I'm a fan. You're the one saving Trump. You're doing more important work than me. America, America, not just Trump. And I agree with everything you just said. Stand by that, Alina. Can we get Alina Haba on the record on this stuff? Can we get an Alina Haba on the record of like,

does she stand by everything she just said right there? And the connection between the Trump family goes so deep that it's not just Andrew Tate kind of saying, oh, I know the Trump family. It's not just Alina Haba saying, I'm a fan of Andrew Tate and I love everything that he's doing. But check this out. As his notoriety grew, this is from the New York Times.

Andrew Tate shrewdly courted Tucker Carlson, so he's connected to Tucker. and other media stars of the right, who in turn tapped into the brother's loyal following to expand their own reach. Andrew also nurtured relationships with Donald Trump Jr. and Barron. So it's not just Barron. It's Donald Trump Jr. as well, who recognized the role that young male voters could play in their father's return to power. Barron, now 19, admired Andrew and spoke with him over Zoom last year, according to Justin Waller, a mutual friend who was on the call. During the call, they discussed their shared belief that the Romanian criminal case was an effort to silence the Tates, he said. isn't that something?

Isn't that something? Donald Trump was also asked, and this is, I mean, you want to talk about deep connections between Trump and Andrew Tate? This is where it gets really, really, really, really deep. Donald Trump was asked, did your administration pressure the Romanian government to release the Tate brothers and help them out? Donald Trump says, I know nothing about that. Is that true? I don't know. President Trump, Andrew and Tristan Tate landed in Florida today on a private jet after being released from custody in Romania.

They are accused rapists, human traffickers, not thought of as good people in many circles. Did your administration pressure the remaining government to release them? And if so, I know nothing about that. I don't know. You're saying he's on a plane right now? He's bad. They already did. Yeah, I just know nothing about it.

Days before Donald Trump returned to power, Andrew Tate got some of the time. good news. Mr. Tate and his brother Tristan, swaggering influencers in the so-called Manosphere, had been under criminal investigation in Romania since 2022, accused of coercing women

into doing bad things. Andrew was also accused of assault and having intercourse with a child. The brothers, American and British citizens had been barred from leaving Romania while prosecutors built their case. Now, in a January 14 text message, Mr. Tate indicated that help was on the way. Quote, I had word from the Trump admin that they're on top of things. Tate wrote to someone close to him. I've been told I'll be free soon, but Trump needs to see me in Miami. The next month, an extraordinary order came down from the highest levels of the Romanian government, a Times investigation found. The prosecutors were told to find a compromise with the Tates. Despite their misgivings, they lifted the travel restrictions, a move that Romania's prime minister thought would appease the Trump administration, quote, were massively back. A grinning Mr. Tate announced in a video recorded for his followers on February 27th on a private plane.

that was on its way to Florida. So Donald Trump and his administration and the people around him got involved. And even when they got into power, there's been reporting that they pressured Romania to help them out with the Tate brothers. Now, let's get into these charges. I just wanted to set the stage there on all of this stuff that's happened with Andrew Tate, the followers, the lawyer. It's all very weird.

But Romanian prosecutors have indicted Andrew Tate on trafficking minors and money laundering. So very, very serious charges. They face these charges now. Tate 39 and his brother were first arrested in Romania's capital Bucharest in late 22. Tristan is indicted with complicity in the case, according to D-I-I-COT, Romania's anti-organized crime agency. The agency said on Friday that the Tate brothers coerced a victim by pretending to be in a loving

relationship and then forcing her to produce adult material for that webcam business that we spoke about earlier, of which he openly admitted was a scam. A lawyer for the Tate brothers in Romania did not respond. respond to request for comment. The new indictment stems from an investigation that led to their arrest in 2022 and they're being formally indicted in 2023. A court returned that case to the agency in 2024 because of multiple legal and procedural irregularities on the part of the prosecutors. The case wasn't closed and there was also a separate legal case against the brothers in Romania in 2024 as well. The Tates, who are dual U.S. British citizens are among the world's

most polarizing internet personalities by promoting wealth and male dominance and misogyny. They allege that in 2012, the brothers recruited a child in Lutton, a town in England, where the brothers are from, and that they obtained more than $1.2 million from her webcam activity after she was repeatedly transported to Romania. Oh man, this, I mean, this is heavy stuff. It's very, very serious stuff. And these charges, if they are found guilty on them, I don't know exactly where they would be held. If they're found guilty in Britain and Romania, I'm not sure where they'd be held. But wherever that is, they're not getting out anytime soon if they are found guilty.

Of course, innocent until proven guilty. They have not been found guilty yet in a court of law. I totally understand that. But if they are found guilty on all this stuff, they're not coming out anytime soon. These are very, very serious charges. And yet many on the Republican Party side continues to embrace them, continues to say that this case is a witch hunt. It's fake.

They're protesting outside of the prison. They're supporting him on social media. it's very, very strange. And Donald Trump and his administration have said that they will not get in the way of extradition back to the United Kingdom. They won't stop that process from happening. But it does need to be signed off on by the Secretary of State. And so who knows, honestly, with this administration, it would not surprise me if Donald Trump comes out tomorrow and completely reverse his course and says, it's a witch hunt. It's fake. It's not real. We're going to have them stay in the United States because the case is fake. It would not surprise me one bit if Donald Trump did that because we know who he is. Epstein's best friend, a man who is found liable of assault himself, a man who's a convicted felon himself. So it wouldn't surprise me whatsoever.
