All right, folks, I have two major updates for you about the shooting in Minnesota today
where ICE agents murdered an innocent man in broad daylight.
And let me tell you these two stories, these two updates are stomach churning.
They are disgusting.
And it's very obvious to me that the Trump regime does not want you talking about them.
They don't want you to see it.
And that's exactly why we're talking about it on the show right now.
They want you to be quiet.
We will be loud.
And there's really no time to waste.
These stories are that serious.
So we're just going to jump right into it.
No more yapping.
And I want to start here with some confirmation from Senator Chris Murphy, a Democrat from
Connecticut.
He just reported that he got word that Pam Bondi sent a letter to Minnesota officials saying
ICE will leave the state if the state turns over its voter database to Trump.
That's right.
That's their request.
He added, guess what, this has never been about safety or immigration.
It's a pretext for Trump.
to take over elections in swing states, and that's exactly right.
So please take some time to listen to Senator Chris Murphy here.
I really think this is urgent.
Donald Trump is trying to get people's personal information in Minnesota
and obviously do something nefarious with that data.
Let's hear from the senator.
By now you've seen this horrific video, another individual killed in Minnesota.
It's just fucking awful.
The inhumanity of this, we cannot find.
fund ICE as it has constituted to this.
Yes.
But we found out something else really important today.
Pam Bondi sent a letter to state officials in Minnesota in which she made a list of demands
for ICE to leave Minneapolis.
And one of those demands was that the state turn over its voter rolls to the federal government.
This has never been about public safety.
Minneapolis is a much less safe place today because ICE is there.
This is likely about trying to rig and steal the election.
Donald Trump is wildly unpopular.
He is not committed to democracy.
And he knows the only way that his movement is to retain power.
The only way that his corporate allies retain power,
his billionaire allies retain power, this November is for Trump to steal the election.
And so he's saying to Minneapolis, if you don't give me control of the voter rolls,
then ICE isn't leaving.
And you can see that if he gets to.
gets away with it in Minnesota. He's likely going to try it in places like Philadelphia and Phoenix,
other key cities in swing states. So understand why it's so important for us to draw a line.
I have been arguing all weekends that the Senate should not pass funding for the Department of Homeland Security.
first and foremost because this is a rogue agency that's operating outside of the law and is killing
American citizens, but also because the underlying game here may be to steal the 2026 election.
And no senator, but in particular no Democratic senator, should play a part in fact.
Oh, I am such a fan of Senator Chris Murphy.
I really think he has the moral clarity, the leadership in moments like this.
that is required by Democrats.
And I love everything he said right there.
And he's absolutely right.
I mean, let's just be clear about something.
Donald Trump will do anything to stay in power.
We saw it in 2020.
He'll incite an insurrection.
So now he's going to use ICE.
He's going to use the murder of American citizens
to get voter role information.
And does anybody really think that Donald Trump
will not do something nefarious with that data?
He just wants to make sure they're following the law.
Yeah, I don't think so.
And the other point that he made is that if Donald Trump is successful in this,
kind of using ICE and the terrorizing of the streets that ICE has been doing in Minneapolis,
as kind of the carrot to get the voter roll data.
If he's successful, he will do it in other states.
He will move state by state by state until they have the voter roll data,
which will apply to 2026 and then beyond in 2028.
It is vital that we don't allow that to happen.
It is vital that we don't give into this administration.
And on top of that, we actually do have the letter.
And it's specifically in this paragraph that Pam Bondi writes, and you can see it's signed
Pam Bondi down here at the bottom, Attorney General.
She writes third, as in her list of demands to get ICE out of Minneapolis and Minnesota,
third, allow the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice to access voter rolls
to confirm that Minnesota's voter registration practices comply with federal law.
She calls it common sense.
Common sense for a state to turn over voter role information
to a guy who has tried to steal elections before.
That's common sense in their minds.
A guy who has said there shouldn't be elections in 2026.
You are out of your damn mind, Pam Bondi, if you think that's common sense.
You are out of your damn mind.
That's one of the biggest stories of the day.
It's just one of them that I want to talk about with you right now,
but genuinely insane that this is the moment we're in.
They're dangling murder of American citizens
in order to get this information that they so badly want.
It is horrifying. Speaking of horrifying, this is somewhat good news in regarding the case against ICE,
pushing back against ICE both in the streets but also in the courts. There's a lawsuit going on
against ICE to restrict their use of force in Minnesota and plaintiffs in the case just filed
an emergency motion with the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals to reinstate those restrictions.
And what did they include? Well, it included affidavits from witnesses who saw the
shooting in Minnesota today. Now, remember the woman in the pink jacket who is filming behind the
ice agents. You saw her in the original angle. Her video eventually came out. It's the up close
and personal version. That woman submitted an affidavit. And what she saw and what she put in this
affidavit is truly, truly horrifying. So I want to get into it. I will warn you. I mean,
of course it's graphic. It's very upsetting. But she said she's a resident of Minneapolis on Saturday
today, about 8.50 a.m. She was ready to go to work when
She heard whistles outside.
I knew the whistles meant that ice agents were in the area,
so I decided to check it out.
She drove to the street where I could hear whistles coming from.
I turned south into Nicolet.
There were already several ice agents there.
I saw ice agents surrounding cars and punching car windows.
I also saw them stopping vehicles further down the road,
so I backed up because I didn't feel safe continuing on.
I noticed a man sort of acting to help traffic move more smoothly.
He helped me find a place to park.
I got out with my whistle on my camera,
and I went over to him and said something like,
I'm going to film and use my whistle.
Now, the man that she is talking about in this affidavit was Alex Preti, the man that ICE murdered.
That man, who they've called a domestic terrorist, was helping guide traffic.
And Stephen Miller called them an assassin.
This administration is so depraved.
Their morals don't even exist.
They haven't existed the entire time, but especially when you read stuff like this.
She said it seemed like ICE activity was happening a little farther down the story.
street from us, someone was being thrown to the ground. I started recording. There was an ice
agent by a car across the street. Two observers were a few feet away from the agent blowing their
whistles. I and the man, Alex, who was observing and helped direct traffic, were standing in the street.
There was a phone in the man's hand recording a video. An agent approached us and asked us to back up,
so I slowly moved back onto the sidewalk. The man stayed in the street, however, filming as other observers
as I mentioned earlier, were being forced backward by another ice agent.
And she confirmed she did not see him reach for a firearm or hold a firearm at all.
She continues on the next page, saying these ice agents shoved one of the other observers to the
ground that was the woman that you saw in the video.
Then he started pepper spraying, all three of them directly in the face and all over.
The man with the phone put his hands above his head and the agent sprayed him again.
then the man tried to help up the woman, the ice agent has shoved to the ground.
So this guy, who again, they called a domestic terrorist, was helping people get up.
It was helping people.
And ice agents took that as a threat.
I just, I don't know.
The ice agents pulled the man on the ground.
That's Alex.
I didn't see him touch any of them.
He wasn't even turned around toward them.
I didn't, it didn't look like he was trying to resist, just trying to help the woman up.
I didn't see him with a gun.
They threw him to the ground.
Four or five agents had him on the ground.
I don't know why they shot him. He was only helping. The video I recorded of what happened accurately depicts the events leading up to the agents shooting him. She also debunked the statement from the Department of Homeland Security where they said that he approached him with a firearm. He was being threatening. She says he was just trying to help a woman get up and they took him to the ground. The man did not approach the agents with a gun. She also says that she has been afraid to go home because she heard the ICE agents are looking for her. Donald Trump's America, ladies in general.
gentlemen. And in addition to this, plaintiffs in the case have also added a declaration from a
pediatrician who was on site who sought to administer aid to Alex Prattie after he was shot,
and the ICE agents wouldn't let them through, wouldn't let the guy through. And then eventually
they did. But when they got there, this pediatrician, according to their sworn testimony,
ICE agents appeared to be counting his bullet wounds. They were not administering aid.
They had him on his side, which this pediatrician said was not standard practice for administering
aid.
And instead of doing any of that, instead of letting someone through to administer aid, they were
counting bullet holes.
That's the scene today.
These are the stories that Donald Trump does not want you to see.
These are the stories that Donald Trump does not want you talking about.
And that's exactly why we must talk about them.
That's exactly why I'm going to cover them no matter what.
It is horrifying, horrifying.
And I'm really pissed off.
I could say much more.
I could get much more heated than I am already right now.
But I'm pissed off.
These are our fellow Americans in the streets who are either being shot and killed by ice
or when they're trying to help the victims, they're being blocked.
And the ICE agents are clapping.
They're counting bullet wounds.
What are we doing?
What are we doing?
And you'll notice how Donald Trump, J.D. Vance, they haven't spoken on the story in hours.
They know there's no spin.
There's no defense.
I'm so sick of the Trump regime
and I know you feel it too.
I'm just pissed off right now.
Anyway, look, I will leave the video there
just so I don't start going on a rant.
