All right, folks, I have a major update for you on the Epstein story that completely contradicts what Donald Trump, Pam Bondi, Cash Patel, the Department of Justice, the FBI, and more have been claiming about the files.
Their main argument is that Donald Trump has never been implicated in a crime with Jeffrey Epstein, that there's no evidence he did anything wrong, there's no accuser against Donald Trump.
It's enough. We got to move on, nothing to see here.
Well, according to this new report from journalist Roger Salenberger, that's not true.
The FBI actually interviewed one of these Epstein victims who accused Donald Trump of wrongdoing,
and the government deemed her a credible accuser.
That's right.
This is further evidence, if it wasn't already clear already, that we should never listen to a single word from Donald Trump, Pam Bondi, Cash Patel,
or anybody in the Trump regime about these files.
They have lied about them time and time again and have been exposed for these lies, and they continue to do it,
all to protect Donald Trump.
So I want to get into this new report with you.
It is incredibly serious.
But before we do that, I do want to show you this clip from just the other day when Pam Bondi was testifying before Congress about Donald Trump's connection to Epstein, Epstein broadly, and other topics where she said, under oath, under oath that there's no evidence Donald Trump ever committed a crime.
Zero.
And she got upset when somebody accused her of lying under oath.
But watch.
Like former Prince Andrew, Donald Trump attended various parties with Jeffrey Epstein.
I want to know whether any underage girls at that party or at any party that Trump attended with Jeffrey Epstein.
This is so ridiculous and that they are trying to deflect from all the great things Donald Trump has done.
There is no evidence that Donald Trump has committed a crime.
Everyone knows that.
This has been the most transparent presidency.
He's the one that asked that those files.
I mean, claim my time.
I got your answer.
You said there's no evidence.
Mr. Chairman, please stop the clock.
I signed the legislation.
This is, this is ridiculous.
Time belongs to the gentleman from California.
Okay.
I'm going to put up another document from a witness who called the FBI's National Threat
Operation Center because I believe you just lied under oath.
There is ample evidence in the Epstein file.
Don't you ever accuse me of a crime?
I believe you just lie under oath.
And this is all.
Yeah, she did lie under oath, not only about the dog.
document that Representative Liu put up on the screen, but also about the evidence we're about
to talk about in this report. And I find it interesting, just one note on that video, that when
she was asked if Donald Trump ever attended a party with Epstein with underage girls, she didn't
answer. She just started screaming into the microphone. No matter how loudly she yells at members
of Congress, it doesn't change the facts. So let's get into it. This is pretty serious stuff. The FBI
spoke to a victim of Epstein, who also accused Donald Trump of assaulting her, according to records in the
Department of Justice's publicly available, searchable Epstein database. The records don't show what
became of the DOJ's investigation into the allegations, but the documents indicate the government
found her to be a credible accuser. And I'm not exactly surprised that the records don't show
what became of the DOJ investigation into those claims, because if there is a document out there
that is a follow-up on this claim, they probably heavily redacted it or it's just not out in the
public. Again, all they try to do with these files is protect Donald Trump. It is
disgusting. Records elsewhere in the files reveal that a woman with matching biographical details
sued Epstein's estate and won a settlement in 2021, which is a significant detail because
you don't win a settlement without evidence of something occurring. And so they, not only the
government found this to be a credible accuser, but she's won a case against Epstein's
state, I should say, in 2021. The DOJ included the woman's allegation in a comprehensive
21-page internal slideshow presentation about the government's investigation into Epstein and Maxwell,
as well as in an internal email chain collecting information for the presentation.
And I actually have that presentation here.
It's part of the Epstein files.
It is a comprehensive view of the timeline, the investigation into Epstein, the crimes,
the accusations, victims are, of course, redacted.
But if you go all the way down to, I believe, page 17 down here, or 18, I should say,
This is where the accusation against Donald Trump is contained, and this is the accusation that the FBI investigated, interviewed the person behind the accusation and deemed them credible. It's right up here. It's number one. I won't read the accusation out loud because it's incredibly serious. There's a lot in there, but you can read it for yourself. It's been talked about frequently online. It's part of the Epstein files and, of course, has been a topic of conversation. So it states that when she was 13 to 15 years old, Donald Trump did this to her. The second claim,
on the slide that Epstein introduced a victim to Trump when she was just 14 years old saying
this is a good one right to which Trump agreed carries immense credibility within the Department
of Justice. That claim about an incident at Trump's Marlago Club in 1994 came from a key government
witness whose testimony at trial helped DOJ prosecutors convict Maxwell. So this is the second
claim. You've also probably heard of this one that Trump said, this is a good one about a 14-year-old
in front of Epstein. That came from somebody that the government,
used in trial. So if Donald Trump and the people around him came out and said, you know,
this accusation in particular, the number two on the list, it's completely false. We don't
believe it. Well, the government used it against Maxwell. So clearly the person is a credible
accuser, credible witness to what Donald Trump said. Of course, both the presentation and the email
chain were created last summer. It's crazy. Well, it's not clear what became of the investigation
into the Trump claim. Details from the tip match other records in the files, including an FBI
write-up, known as a 302 form of an interview with an Epstein victim and her lawyer. This is the person
who made that accusation against Donald Trump, claiming that she was assaulted when she was 13 to 15 years
old. The interview was conducted July 24th, 2019, and entered into the FBI's case files on August
9th the day before Epstein was found dead in his jail cell. Coincidental, maybe, I don't know.
The first two pages of the interview featured redacted blocks of text. This is legitimately
the first two pages of the interview with this witness, this victim, I should.
say. You can't read any of it, basically. And if you look at the entire, let me find it here,
the entire interview with the victim, Donald Trump's name is only mentioned once. So I imagine
that maybe some of these blocks of black redacted text include allegations against Donald Trump,
but his name is mentioned only once in the files and it's not in a criminal way, or that file,
I should say. Later in the interview, this is where his name is mentioned, the woman discussed a
photo of Epstein and Trump that someone had sent her, which was still saved in her phone. The victim
asked the agents if she could crop someone out of the photo, Donald Trump. When the agents asked
if she could explain why she wanted to crop Trump out, the woman hesitated and her attorney
answered saying that she, the redacted name, was concerned about implicating additional
individuals and specifically any that were well known due to fear of retaliation. So this victim,
who made an accusation against Donald Trump, didn't want to be targeted by him because of the
accusation. And we've seen this as a consistent theme in the Epstein files that people
not wanting to implicate Donald Trump's name or just broadly with other assault claims against
Donald Trump, they don't want to be retaliated against.
They don't want to be targeted by the president and his maga sycophants.
Epstein database searches for this victim's case number 3501.045 turn up other affiliated
documents, including a July 19-2019 memo showing the FBI's Seattle-Washington Field Office
handled the interview.
These biographical details match the initial tip, which notes a criminal history in South
Carolina. They also match public reporting about a South Carolina victim relocated to Vancouver,
Washington, close to Seattle, who filed a lawsuit against Epstein receiving a settlement from his
estate in 2021. According to reports about the lawsuit, the victim claimed she had also been assaulted
and you can see it on his screen by other prominent wealthy men. She met in other states, most
specifically when Epstein took her to intimate gatherings in New York City, the alleged sexual
and violent assault that Trump's hands took place in New Jersey, according to FBI.
notes. The woman's reported settlement with the Epstein estate came despite a seeming posity of
hard evidence to support her claims. The 302 notes that the victim said she would never have
written down what happened to her, only told two people about abuse, one of whom her mother
had passed away and did not keep a formal diary. There's also a seeming posity of information
about the victim in the Epstein files. Searches for the victim's case number pull up some records,
including the cropped photo of Epstein mentioned in the 302, but some gaps appear in the FBI's
record keeping of the files.
Seemingly, if you're asking me, it seems like they've removed some files surrounding this
victim to not implicate Donald Trump.
I mean, that's what the implication is here, at least.
A master Epstein evidence manifest shows the government acquired at least four pieces of
evidence in late February and March of last year.
Around the time the DOJ was conducting its initial all-hands review of the Epstein records,
and around the time the DOJ was returning to Trump, troves of sensitive government
documents he took with him to Marlago upon leaving office.
in 2021. The journalist has reached out to a DOJ spokesperson spokesperson for comment and will update this
piece with any response. So far, there hasn't been any. But to recap, there is a victim out there
who has accused Donald Trump of wrongdoing, was interviewed by the FBI, deemed a credible
accuser. And Donald Trump, Pam Bondi and everybody around Donald Trump have tried to cover up
this story, pretend that this victim does not exist. And there's nothing to see here. But this
victim does exist, and her claims and her testimony to the FBI were deemed credible.
We, the American people, deserve a follow-up on that investigation.
We deserve to know if there was an investigation and what happened if there was one,
documents on that investigation and more.
But I don't imagine we'll get them from Donald Trump.
And again, I think this goes to show that there are far more documents out there in the
Epstein files that have just not been released.
There are documents that have been redacted that likely include Donald Trump's names
in ways that he doesn't.
want the American people to see. It is a full-blown cover-up. The cover-up is continuing. Despite what
MAGA claims, despite what Donald Trump claims, the cover-up is here. It's been happening his entire
term. We've watched it. We've talked about it on this show. And I will not stop talking about it.
This is a significant story, maybe the biggest in the country right now. And that is not an exaggeration.
There's a credible accuser against Donald Trump. So look, I will leave the video there. Thank you so
