Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, folks, things are getting significantly worse in Minneapolis because of ice, because of them, because of this agency that Donald Trump has weaponized and basically picked these Republican men off the streets and employed them and given them guns. In Minneapolis specifically, they are terrorizing their community. They're tear gassing children, tear gassing families, and they're overall just a nuisance to the people who just want to live their lives. They just want a safe and friendly neighborhood. And yet they have these masked agents on the streets going door to door, demanding people, prove. that they're American citizens. It is insane. So I want to go through some of the biggest stories of the day in regards to ICE that are getting major pieces of reporting done on them. Before I do any of that, make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video,
Starting point is 00:00:43 comment, of course, let me know what you think about all this. I will continue to cover what's going on in Minneapolis and broadly across the United States with ICE. But before we get into some of these stories, I want you to hear testimony from a woman who's a victim of ICE. And let's just hear what she has to say about her experience. photo of me on a cell phone and showed it to the other two laughing. Another made demeaning comments about my appearance. About two minutes into the ride, what agent said, quote, you guys got to stop obstructing us. That's why this lesbian bitch is dead. Speaking of Renee Good. When I was inside my cell, I heard wailing, screaming, crying, begging, and pleading from women, men and children.
Starting point is 00:01:23 alongside that visceral anguish was the small talk, banter, and laughter from the federal agents outside ourselves, clearly desensitized to the deep and audible pain right in front of their eyes. It's worth mentioning that two other people in my cell with me that day were Marine Corps veterans, brave women who said they had gotten arrested for the same reason they wanted to join the Marines to protect their fellow countrymen. Yeah, that's what I was. is doing, the people who have been subjected to the conduct from some of these losers who have now been employed by ICE, that is what they're doing, mocking United States citizens, mocking the
Starting point is 00:02:03 murder of Renee Nicole Good as these people sit in jail cells of which they are not meant to be in, that they have determined it. It's gross. It's absolutely gross. And that brings us to some of these stories, which is one of the first ones I want to show you, one of the most significant of the day, is now the Department of Justice has announced that they are investigating Tim Walls and Jacob Fray, the Minneapolis mayor, this is the governor of the state, and of course, the mayor of Minneapolis. They're investigating them for what, you might ask? Good question. I don't even think they know.
Starting point is 00:02:34 The Justice Department is investigating Minnesota, Governor Tim Walls, and Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey, over possible obstruction of federal law enforcement. Now, what do they mean by obstruction? Are they saying that because Tim Walls and Jacob Frey have used their First Amendment right to speak out against them? Because last time I checked, they have not been on the ground interfering with any conduct by ICE. They've been sitting in their offices speaking out against this, but there's no law being broken here. A person familiar with the matter told CNN that a grand jury has issued subpoenas for both
Starting point is 00:03:04 men as part of the investigation, but neither office had received any notice as a Friday evening, according to sources familiar with the matter. It was not immediately clear when they would receive subpoenas, and the DOJ has declined to comment. So remember during the Biden years when Donald Trump was correctly being held accountable for his crimes? Republicans screamed. about the weaponization of the justice system unfairly. They were completely off base, but they said it was being weaponized against Donald Trump and whatnot. This is actually what weaponizing the justice system looks like. Think about all the people that Donald Trump has gone after. You have Tim Walls, you have Jacob Frey, James, James, James, Jerome Powell
Starting point is 00:03:41 from the Federal Reserve now who's being criminally investigated. The list is long. And the thing about it is, if you donated to Donald Trump, you're a Trump supporter, but you engaged in some corruption, some bribery, from fraud, whatever it is, you get a pardon. But the people like Tim Walz, who are standing up to a massed police force who's abducting people off the streets, they get criminally investigated, they get a grand jury subpoena. It's ridiculous. Donald Trump and his admin has been critical of state and local officials' response to unrest in Minnesota over the presence of ICE agents, with the president suggesting he might invoke the Insurrection Act and deploy troops to the city to quell any violence. Now, to be clear, the protests there, of course, again, have
Starting point is 00:04:20 been overwhelmingly peaceful. As in any major movement against Donald Trump has always been, it's overwhelmingly peaceful, he makes it seem it's incredibly violent, and of course it's not. The investigation, though, represents an escalation of the rhetoric, threatening possible criminal consequences for the two Democratic leaders. Both Walls and Frey have openly rebuked the surge of federal activity in Minneapolis, with Frey delivering a public message for federal agents to, quote, get the F out of Minneapolis. Walls did not confirm the investigation to CNN, but in a statement accused the federal government of, quote, weaponizing the justice system and threatening political opponents, which he called a dangerous authoritarian tactic. I agree with both Tim Walz's
Starting point is 00:04:59 message and Jacob Frey's message. Now, I want to go on to another story, which is truly horrific. It's a story about a family with children as young as six years old being tear gassed by ice in Minneapolis yesterday. It is horrific. The article says that their children gasped for air, but this is Donald Trump's America. You're probably sickened by this headline, outrage by this headline, but the unfortunate reality of the country we live in right now is that it's not surprising. I'm sure you're not shocked to hear that Donald Trump's America, Donald Trump's Ice Force, is doing this.
Starting point is 00:05:33 That's the reality of the country live in. And Minneapolis couple said that ice agents deploy tear gas and stun grenades around them and they're six children. The young is only six months old. Actually, let me revoke what I said. It wasn't six years old. They were six months old. Six months as they tried to maneuver their car out of a tense protest on Wednesday night.
Starting point is 00:05:51 Sean Jackson and his wife, Destiny, both 26 years old, said they were driving home from a son's basketball game when the family found themselves caught in a clash between protesters and federal agents. The couple since the encounter could quickly spiral out of control, they said, but when they tried to turn their car around to exit the blocked off street, they were surrounded by federal agents for some reason. From the side, from the front, from behind me, it was nothing but ice, she said in an interview. one agent told the couple that they needed to get out of the area. Ms. Jackson said that her and her husband responded that they were trying to do that, but their path was blocked by ICE agents. Then the agents let loose on the crowd. The crowd-controlled grenades went off around them and one tear gas canister rolled beneath the car,
Starting point is 00:06:31 mixed Miss Jackson said. A concussive blast from the tear gas canister or another device, she wasn't sure, rocked the vehicle, she said, setting off the airbags and trapping the family as smoke rose around them. Quote, it felt like our lungs were burning. Water didn't help. Nothing helped at that moment. The couple said they were able to get their children ages six months through 11 years old out of the car only after Mr. Jackson, I should say, kicked open a door. Miss Jackson, blinded and unable to breathe, circled the vehicle pulling out as many of her children as she could. Bystanders arrived to usher the family into a nearby house, she said, while others were
Starting point is 00:07:11 set about removing his six-month-old, who was briefly trapped. in his car seat. Like when I'm reading this and we're having this conversation right now, I'm reading this, this does not sound like the United States of America. It really doesn't, at least modern America. It doesn't sound like it. You know, six months old babies being trapped in their car seats as their car fills up with smoke. That isn't, and by the way, that's being done by federal agents. This is not like a bad actor out there. A criminal came out of the woodworks and is doing something terrible. This is meant to happening from federal agents, federal agents who are meant to be protecting people like this family, but are instead terrorizing them, committing
Starting point is 00:07:48 crimes against them. That is Donald Trump's America, where you have stories like this, and stories like this are happening quite frequently. In addition to this, I want to step outside. Well, actually, I also want to point out that ICE, the Department of Homeland Security, actually responded to this statement saying it's horrific to see radical agitators bring children to their violent riots. Please stop endangering your children.
Starting point is 00:08:10 In reality, they were not going to a protest. And as Adam Cochran pointed out, quote, the family was driving home and got blocked, ICE deployed flashbangs and tear gas inside the car. The six-month-old child stopped breathing and had to be rushed to the hospital. DHS did no investigation and rushed to defend the officers by lying. So they actually deleted this statement because without having any information on the story, they just automatically defended ICE. So again, this government that we are under that Donald Trump is running is not actually protecting the people. They're not looking out for the people. their first defense does not go to the people. It goes to ice. It goes to the ice agents who are terrorizing people on the streets, which is not the way it should be. And the final story I want to go over with you briefly was not something that took place in Minneapolis, but incredibly significant. We learned that ICE agents strangled a man to death in an ICE detention facility in Texas. When U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement announced the January 3rd death of detainee Geraldo Luna's Compos at a Texas detention.
Starting point is 00:09:10 camp, the agency said, quote, staff observed him in distress and it gave no cause of death. So they're already trying to cover up what killed him. An employee of El Paso County's office of the medical examiner told his family this week that subject to results of a toxicology report, the office is likely to classify the death as a homicide. So these agents didn't view him in distress. They were killing him. In the recording, which the daughter shared with the Washington Post, the employee said a
Starting point is 00:09:37 doctor there is listing the preliminary cause of death asphyxia. due to neck and chest compression, which means he did not get enough oxygen because of pressure on his neck and chest. Pending the results of this toxicology report, the staffer said on the recording, our doctors believing that we're going to list the manner of death as a homicide. He was a 55-year-old Cuban immigrant, and according to an eyewitness account and an internal ICE document, it was a struggle with ICE detention staff that inevitably led to his death. The witness said that he was strangled. He saw them do it. And this is taking place. Again, in Donald, Trump's America. So my question, I guess, for Trump supporters, is you're hearing from witnesses
Starting point is 00:10:16 on the ground like this woman, you're seeing the DOJ be weaponized against people who are speaking out against what the ICE is doing and what the Department of Homeland Security is doing. You have six-month-old children being rushed to the hospital because they were tear gas by ICE. And you have, you know, 55-year-old immigrants being choked to death in an ICE detention facility. Is anybody actually happy with this? Is anybody looking at this and thinking, yeah, this is the way I want my country to run? Is anybody sends a lot? I should say. I mean, I know the Russian bots on social media are thrilled. But is any American looking at this thinking that this is good? I find that hard to believe. And that's what makes me so
Starting point is 00:10:50 hopeful about 2026 and 28 getting these freaks out of office, doing some investigation, some oversight here, taking some money away from ICE. Damn right. And I mean, I'm sure the Trump supporters love it, but anybody with two eyes that has any moral code of any significance can't look at this and say, oh, yeah, this is the country I want. It is not the country I want. I know it's not the country you want either. So anyway, I will leave the video there. I just had to show you some of these major stories that are coming out. Make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment.
Starting point is 00:11:19 Let me know what you think about this as always. And as I always say, I greatly appreciate you. And I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
