Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, folks, so Donald Trump just wrapped up another crazy press conference in the Oval Office today. And really, I'm just convinced that he likes to hear himself speak. These always go badly for him. He says something stupid. And then the White House has to play cleanup and say, no, it's not what he meant or clarify a comment or whatever it is. And you'd think because they always go badly, they'd stop doing them. But they don't. And I'm convinced the reason they don't stop doing them is because he likes to hear himself speak.
Starting point is 00:00:24 He just likes the cameras on him, which we all know to be true. So I want to show you some clips from this press conference where he's, He said some crazy stuff about the Nobel Peace Prize, Iran, foreign policy, all this wild stuff and more. We'll talk about all of it. Please make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment, let me know what you think about the story. I appreciate every single one of you. Your support goes such a long way. And let's get into it.
Starting point is 00:00:46 So I want to start with a couple of clips where Donald Trump showed his age. You know, this is a guy who's mentally declining. He's not all there. And he had a couple of moments where that was on display. So, for example, a reporter said, when should the American public expect resolution? on Iran. Resolution. And Donald Trump said, revolution. The reporter's like, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:01:05 That's not what I said. Resolution. It's just like, my God, take a look. All over the Middle East now, so they don't have to go through the harmless. When should the American public expect resolution on Iran? You just said that you could perhaps strike. A resolution? You just said that you can perhaps strike. It's a big question.
Starting point is 00:01:21 When should people feel? I thought the revolution was more interesting. Resolution. I don't know. I can't tell you. but we've already won the big thing. There's not going to be a nuclear weapon. You know, if we left today, it would take them 25 years to rebuild their country. But I want to leave so that the next president doesn't have to worry about.
Starting point is 00:01:41 Mr. President, we'll talk about this new proposal. Wow. So not only did he not understand the question, he also has no idea when the war in Iran is going to end. This comes after the gazillion times that he said we have a deal in place and the war is over and we won. Nice, nice, nice, nice, nice. Then Donald Trump asks a reporter, do you know what hate is? What a peculiar question. He was speaking about Russia and Ukraine.
Starting point is 00:02:06 He says, do you know what hate is? Okay. Mr. President, we've asked me all about this new proposal for peace between Ukraine and Russia. Will it involve, for example, Ukraine-seeding territories? No, we have an idea for peace. Look, I said late wars. Most of them were supposed to be, in my opinion, more difficult than Russia, Ukraine. It's a personality problem in Russia, Ukraine.
Starting point is 00:02:28 You have President Zelensky and President Putin. They truly hate each other. Do you know what hate is? They have serious hate. And it's getting in the way of them. You know, last week they lost 32,000 people, mostly soldiers during the last month, four weeks. They lost 32,000 soldiers.
Starting point is 00:02:46 They're losing, on average, 25,000 soldiers a month. It's got to get settled. So I did. I sent Steve Whitkoff and Jared Kushner, two great negotiated. Oh, great. Oh, great. Stephen Wittniss you, Wittkov and Jared Kushner, they're going to get to the bottom of it. That's just great, wonderful.
Starting point is 00:03:06 Remember when this guy said that he was going to end the Russia-Ukraine war on day one? Remember that? He said, oh, I just can pick up the phone and call Putin. We're best friends. And I'm going to tell him to stop firing missiles. I'm just going to end the war on day one. And now we're however many hundreds of days into his presidency. And there's no resolution.
Starting point is 00:03:23 And he says that Jared Kushner and Steve Wittkoff. are going to figure it out. That's just wonderful. Then Donald Trump complained about not receiving the Nobel Peace Prize once again. He's still on this. I don't think he'll ever drop it as if he did something to earn the prize. Like what? I mean, I expect to have money left over and we can use that for 28 years. If I could ask just one more question on Moscow, Jared Kushner and Steve Whitkoff are expected to go to Kiev and Moscow. Are they bringing with them new proposals to bringing with them a proposal to end the war. Because I ended eight wars.
Starting point is 00:03:59 I hope you're proud of me. I ended eight wars. I get no credit for it. I ended eight wars. Did I get the Nobel Prize? No. Although the person that got it was nice enough that she gave it to me. She said, nobody in the history of the Nobel Prize deserves it more than you.
Starting point is 00:04:14 But in Norway. So now he's just, you know, hallucinating and making up conversations that did not happen, obviously. And he's also hallucinating in. believing that he ended eight wars. He continues to claim this. If you ask Donald Trump or anybody that's MAGA to name the eight wars that he solved, they would have an aneurism before they could do that, right? They would have no idea what wars he's talking about.
Starting point is 00:04:40 Donald Trump has no idea what wars he's solved. They have no idea. It's fiction. He made it up. And he's saying, oh, these fictional wars I solved means I should get the Nobel Peace Prize. You know what? I think I've solved 45 wars. And so I'm expecting to receive the Nobel Peace Prize next time. You know, we can just make stuff up, I guess, and then demand that we win the Nobel Peace Prize.
Starting point is 00:05:04 And on the topic of winning the Nobel Peace Prize, Donald Trump went on to say that the Iran war is, quote, small potatoes for the United States, kind of meaning that it's insignificant. He thinks that 18 Americans dying in Iran as a result of his war is small potatoes. I don't think the families feel that way. This is what Trump said. I'm going to say. Mr. President, the vice president said yesterday that he would not describe the conflict with Iran as a war. But the U.S. resumed strikes for the first time in recent weeks. Can you explain to the American people if this is not a war?
Starting point is 00:05:35 What exactly is it? Well, I'll tell you what, a lot of people don't call it a war. I call it a military conflict because it's small potatoes for us. It's not a big thing. We did Venezuela and we did this. In Venezuela, we lost nobody and this we lost. Two and five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar raised matters.
Starting point is 00:05:58 On September 19th, join thousands in Toronto for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Walk. Register today at pmcfwalk.ca.ca. 18 people And in Vietnam you lost 100,000 people And in other conflicts you lost tens of thousands of people I would say that it's intermittent
Starting point is 00:06:31 What the hell? What are you talking about? Because in other wars, we lost more people Means that this war is insignificant. What a total piece of trash. He wants the Nobel Peace Prize While simultaneously bragging about a war Saying, oh, you know, we've done so much better than other wars,
Starting point is 00:06:48 we only lost 18 people. That's 18 people. What a total piece of trash. I mean, you know, of course Donald Trump doesn't have an ounce of self-awareness, so he can legitimately go from bragging about ending eight wars saying he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize to bragging you about a war he got involved in. But that's neither here nor there. Donald Trump then brags about taking Venezuela.
Starting point is 00:07:09 More military conflict. Check this out. The eight people in terms of their arms, their legs, their face was just wiped out. you don't mention that. You don't mention that. What we've done is amazing. We took over Venezuela and we have essentially taken over Iran. Now, there's been no shooting for-
Starting point is 00:07:30 Make it make sense. Just make it make sense. So we've taken over Iran, which we absolutely have not. I mean, just total fiction. Total fiction. We've taken over Iran. We've taken over Venezuela. Foreign countries.
Starting point is 00:07:46 We've invaded. started a war with, captured a president from, and that means he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. And apparently that's like a good thing that he's starting wars and capturing presidents. And then, of course, on topic of peace as well, I'm really pissed off that he was like bragging about the Nobel Peace Prize, if you can tell.
Starting point is 00:08:02 On the topic of wars, he then goes on to defend Putin, a war criminal, one of the worst war criminals in the world right now. He goes on to defend Putin. He was asked, you said Putin would never attack NATO. Germany is blaming Russia for an explosive drone, found at a German airport. Isn't that an attack? Trump says, no, no, no, I talk to Putin all the time. I'm friends with him. That is certainly
Starting point is 00:08:22 not an attack. Just take a look. Some people get caught it. I don't think it matters what you call it. What matters is the fact that we have had tremendous success. We stopped Iran from having a nuclear weapon. You said, under your watch that Putin would never attack NATO territory. Now, Germany is blaming Russia for an explosive drone found at a German airport. Isn't that an attack on NATO territory? I don't think that Putin will be, I speak to him, I know him very well.
Starting point is 00:08:52 Putin's not looking to attack NATO territory. So, I mean, he, you know, I feel kind of like I'm beaten a dead horse here, but this guy is a total idiot. I mean, you know, I feel like we all know that he's a total idiot, but once again, this just shows how stupid he is. And I really, really mean that with my full chest. He is a complete idiot. What Russia has been doing in the past couple of years, especially since the start of the Ukraine war, is testing NATO. So he'll go after, and he's planning to go after like really small, small town uninhabited areas on the borders of NATO countries. To see that if he went after those like really small towns or areas that don't have any buildings, would NATO invoke Article 5, which is the principle of an attack against one is an attack against all?
Starting point is 00:09:39 Would they go against Russia? He's testing NATO's resolve. And this explosive drone is almost them certainly doing that once again. And so Donald Trump, knowing that, or I mean, you'd hope he knows that, is saying, no, no, no, I don't think so. I don't think so. By saying that, by defending Putin doing that, you are further emboldening Putin, which maybe that's his goal. I don't know. But that's the foreign policy consequence of what Donald Trump just did right there and what he continues to do with Russia.
Starting point is 00:10:07 Then he went on to make excuses for President G of China as they helped to kill American soldiers. in the Middle East. Will you host a state dinner? Yes. And what does it say to allies as you guys are moving to punish people who support Iran? China is obviously one of Iran's not giving it great support. China's been very, I said, please don't get involved. The president, you have a very good relationship.
Starting point is 00:10:32 And they're not really involved, very little involvement by China. China could have plenty of involvement. They get 50% of the royal from the hormone strain. And by the way, pipelines are being built. right now. The road through Syria, which is fantastic, is being built and it's open, actually, and people are taking trucks through Syria, massive trucks with oil in it. A lot of alternatives are being made to the Harmoor Street. The Harmoor Street is not what it used to be. Iran is going to end up, if they don't get smart, really smart, which I don't know if they can. I don't know if they're
Starting point is 00:11:04 able to do that, but they're going to end up with a harmless strait that's not very necessary anymore. pipelines are big... I mean, wow. Yeah, please, China, don't get involved. Don't get involved as they send satellite imagery to Iran, as they send weapons to Iran. That's Trump saying they're only a little bit involved. That's a lot of bit involved.
Starting point is 00:11:26 But he just, you know, he loves to defend his authoritarian leaders around the world. Then Donald Trump claims that his super PAC money is my money. And this is a big problem for Republicans. You don't need to hear him blabber. That's just what he said in the clip. He said, my pack money is my money. And that's a big problem for Republicans. It's caused a lot of headache in the Republican Party because Donald Trump has $400 million
Starting point is 00:11:47 sitting in a bank account connected to his super PACs. And normally a president, especially a president who has no re-election to run for, would be spending that money to help his party with the midterms right around the corner. Donald Trump has not done that. All he's done is spend $800,000 of it, which is a fraction of the amount of money that he has. And Republicans have been begging, please, please, release the money, spend money on vulnerable races and Donald Trump is saying, uh-uh, it's my money. And this has caused a lot of headache. Republicans are panicking over Trump's missing midterm millions. And they are going on TV. They are
Starting point is 00:12:21 groveling. They're begging for money. And he just won't do it. Just a lot of chaos in this one press conference. A lot of defending of dictators. A lot of, you know, sucking up to himself saying you solved all these wars. It's total nonsense. But I wanted to cover it. And we'll talk and talk about it with you a little bit. But please subscribe down below. Drop a like on the video. Comment. let me know what you thought about this madness and have an amazing rest of your day. Two and five Canadians will hear the words you have cancer.
