All right, folks, check this out.
We are learning more by the minute about these Epstein files that Donald Trump selectively released today.
He was supposed to, by law, release all of the Epstein files for the American people to see.
But he chose not to.
He chose to release some of them.
And of course, he's breaking the law doing that, which is not exactly surprising Trump breaks the law every single day.
But nonetheless, since the files came out and since we first talked about it on the show, we have learned much more, including more photos coming out, more references to,
Donald Trump in the files and what members of Congress are planning to do in response to Donald
Trump breaking the law. So we're going to get into all of that and more in just a moment. Before I do
any of that, make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you
think about this story. Without further ado, let's just start here. If you haven't already started
reading the headline, Fox News of all people, is now reporting that the Department of Justice
used the same redaction standards for politically exposed individuals and government officials as it did for victims.
Think about how insane that is. Donald Trump is once again giving a middle finger to the victims who are the most important people in this situation.
They deserve to be heard. They deserve to be respected. And their wishes are not being granted on this matter of which they've suffered so much.
Donald Trump, by redacting his name and I guess other government officials' names, is saying,
your sensitivity is on the same level as mine.
My name being secret is as important, and Donald Trump probably thinks, more important than
their names remaining secret.
It is disgusting.
Nobody should believe that Donald Trump actually cares about the women who are victims of
Jeffrey Epstein.
I also want to add briefly that K.
Von Schroff, a Democratic commentator, was on a call with Rokhanna earlier, who's one of the
people behind the bill who will talk about in just a story.
So second, he says on this call that only 2.5 gigabytes out of 300, 2.5 out of 300 gigabytes of the
Epstein files have been released by the Department of Justice.
And that brings us to Roe Kana himself, who of course was one of two behind this bill.
It was him and Republican Thomas Massey.
He announced tonight that the Department of Justice, Donald Trump, are violating the law.
They did not comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
And he has a plan moving forward about how we respond to that and what Democrats are going to do
and just members of Congress generally are going to do next.
Watch what he said in this explosive video tonight.
The Justice Department's document dump this afternoon does not comply with Thomas Massey
and my Epstein Transparency Act.
They released one document from a New York grand jury of 119 pages totally blacked out.
This despite a federal judge ordering them to release that document.
and our law requires them to explain redactions.
There's not a single explanation for why that entire document was redacted.
We have not seen the draft indictment
that implicates other rich and powerful men
who were on Epstein's rape island
who either watched the abuse of young girls
or participated in the abuse of young girls
in the sex trafficking.
The reality is Pam Bondi has obfuscated for months.
She first said there were no more documents to be seen,
Now she's admitting and releasing hundreds of thousands of documents, but it is an incomplete release with too many redactions.
Thomas Massey and are exploring all options.
It can be the impeachment of people at justice, inherit contempt, or referring for prosecution those who are obstructing justice.
We will work with the survivors to demand the full release of these files, to demand justice for the Epstein class and accountability.
I love it. I love it. And that's exactly the right answer. We have to talk about impeachment. We have to talk about criminal referral. We have to talk about holding them in contempt. Also, another suggestion I have, get these state's attorney generals on the case. You know, we have state attorney generals in New York, Leticia James, who Donald Trump has targeted, wherever we can get these attorneys general on the case and see if there's any charges that can be brought in these individual states and districts because they can't run from the law. We don't think that,
you know, Pam Bondi's going to prosecute herself.
I don't think that's going to happen.
I don't think anybody believes that's going to happen.
But if they will not follow the law, then let's talk about these states following the law and holding them accountable in addition to what Thomas, or excuse me, Roe Conna said.
Thomas Massey added on, unfortunately, today's document released by Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche grossly failed to comply with both the spirit and the letter of the law that Donald Trump signed just 30 days ago, Roe Kana is correct.
And I would agree.
And he also said, consider these three attachments.
One, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which said, prohibited grounds for withholding.
No record shall be withheld, delayed, or redacted on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including to any government official, public figure, or foreign dignitary.
Fast forward to what we just saw from Fox News.
The same redaction standard for politicians was the same redaction standard for the victims.
And then let's talk about the Epstein, or excuse me, current statutes, which say, if you do this, that's a crime.
That's what we call obstruction of justice.
And this is Thomas Massey, somebody behind the bill highlighting this.
And this is Adam Cochran as well saying, of course, any redactions must be accompanied by a written justification published.
Now, look at some of these documents.
They jump, as you'll see here, they jump from 5994 in terms of photos to 6025.
That's 31 photos that they didn't include.
That's 31 photos that they jumped and didn't provide an explanation for.
Pretty weird.
But now let's talk about some of these photos and, you know, the people that are implicated in these files, including Donald Trump himself.
As you've probably seen by now, these photos of Bill Clinton in the pool, in the hot tub with somebody's face redacted.
Of course the American people should be seeing these photos.
I don't care if you're a Democrat, Republican, independent, whatever.
If you were associated with Epstein, you're in the files, your photos should be public.
But notice how Donald Trump has made these photos in the MAGA administration have made these photos front and center.
How can we trust a Department of Justice?
who makes Donald Trump's political rivals the center of the story when Susie Wiles herself said to
the Vanity Fair the other day that Bill Clinton never went to the island. And as you'll notice,
these photos are very old. So of course, there's no defense of anybody who is associated with
Epstein, but these photos are old. There's no record of Bill Clinton hanging out with Epstein
after his crimes were exposed. But Donald Trump wants to put this front and center because he
doesn't want things like this front and center. These are one of the photos that was included
in the Epstein files, something that Trump and his team forgot to redact. You'll see in this photo,
it's from Epstein's Manhattan Mansion. You'll see all these different photos that he has.
He's with the Pope. He's with Bill Clinton. But in the drawer, that appears to be Donald Trump.
Behind him, behind that photo, I should say, is the photo we've seen of Trump, Melania, Gilae,
and Epstein. But right there, Trump in that white shirt surrounded by women. Donald Trump
doesn't want you seeing that photo. Or what about this that was included? This is a
a sworn deposition from Jane Doe, a pseudonym for a young girl who was abused by Epstein.
In this deposition she gave, they write how Doe used to visit with Epstein and Maxwell.
And in these visits, she was very uncomfortable.
She felt like she couldn't refuse them.
During this time, Epstein started to pay for voice lessons for her and insisted that she could not advance her career without those lessons that he was paying for.
Clear manipulation.
But look at the bottom.
Quote, during one of Doe's encounters with Epstein, he took her to mark.
Mar-a-Lago, where he introduced her to its owner, Donald J. Trump.
Introducing 14-year-old Doe to Donald J. Trump, Epstein elbowed Trump playfully, asking him
referring to Doe, this is a good one, right?
Trump smiled and nodded in agreement.
They both chuckled, and Doe felt uncomfortable, but at the time was too young to understand
why.
Donald Trump and Epstein were joking about a 14-year-old girl being a good one.
These are the type of things that the Department of Justice did not release.
this one kind of slipped through the cracks.
These are the type of things that Trump doesn't want you to be focused on.
They want you to see the photos of Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, and who else was included
in the photos in the files and think, well, that's it.
It's not it.
They clearly remove Donald Trump's name.
They clearly remove mentions of Donald Trump.
We saw this with the Fox News reporting saying that that's exactly what happened.
People who are politically sensitive, their names were redacted.
That's exactly what happened.
They don't want you seeing things like this.
And of course, we got this exclusive earlier I talked about on my show, how this is a photo of Jeffrey Epstein holding a check from Donald Trump for $22,500, which we know from the Wall Street Journal reporting was for Donald Trump to buy a, quote, depreciated woman whose name was redacted from Epstein.
So you have this photo, which the Wall Street Journal reported on earlier in the summer, and now in the files, another reference to that check that Donald Trump gave to Epstein for a depreciated woman.
There are more mentions of Trump in the files that the Department of Justice is keeping secret.
It is one of the worst, most disgusting, most blatant cover-ups we've seen in American history,
and we can't stop until we get the truth.
I certainly won't.
I will continue to cover the story on this show and talk about it with you until there is transparency,
until there is truth.
So look, I will leave the video there.
As I mentioned, a lot has come out since we first spoke about it.
