Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, folks, breaking news. As you all know by now, the deadline for Donald Trump to release the Epstein files is tomorrow, December 19th. That is legally mandated by law. And it seems like he and his administration are making preparations to release next to nothing. Or if they release a bunch of documents, have many of them redacted. According to some brand new bombshell reporting from CNN, frustration mounts at the Justice Department as it races to redact some Epsons. Fyne Fyne Fisle, according to some high-level sources. They are racing right now as you're watching this as we speak to redact the Epstein files. And there are some major concerns that they will over-redact. They'll keep information secret that really should be out in the public, at least mandated by this law. So I'm going to get into the story and more in just a moment. Before I do any of that, make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you think about this story. Let me know if you think the files are actually going to come out tomorrow. I certainly don't think so, knowing Donald Trump, but let's get into it. So today has been a big
Starting point is 00:01:04 newsday in terms of Epstein stuff. First and foremost earlier, we learned that the Oversight Committee, the House Oversight Dems, have released more photos that they've received from the Epstein estate. We know they received around 90,000. Last week, they said they've gotten through around 25,000, and they're gradually releasing more photos. And some of them are really creepy. For example, this is a text exchange where it appears that Epstein is communicating with someone about bringing a woman in, a girl, an 18-year-old, into probably traffic, probably make part of his criminal scheme. It says, I don't know, try to send to someone else. I have a friend scout.
Starting point is 00:01:41 She sent me some girls today. But she asked $1,000 per girl and then sent information like her age, height measurements, and things like that. Really, really creepy stuff. And then there were these photos where it appeared that something was written on a girl's body part. I don't think we know the identity of said woman, but a bunch of things. There was something written on her referencing the Lolita, which is Epstein's plane. Here's his passport that was part of these photos, and there's more photos like this.
Starting point is 00:02:11 There's a Russian passport, which would connect to the first photo we saw regarding a Russian girl that Epstein was trying to bring in that Russian passport. And there's more kind of like this. Here's a visa. I mean, it's all, again, very weird. And I'd say, I'm just going to scroll through these as we chat, and you can pause if you'd like to see any photo in particular. But what's weird or unfortunate about these photos is that a lot of them lack context. So we're looking at a Ukrainian passport right now. But what does that mean?
Starting point is 00:02:39 Whose passport is that? A lot of the information has been redacted for privacy reasons. Here's Epstein on his plane. I believe that's Noam Chomsky. You can correct me if I'm wrong in the comments. Another photo. But a lot of them lack context. Here's Bill Gates and an unidentified woman.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Bill Gates and another unidentified woman. There's Woody Allen with Jeffrey Epstein. There's Epstein himself. And there are a lot of photos just like that. You know, these kind of close-ups. We saw photos similar to this in the first drop they did where Epstein was hanging out with a bunch of powerful people. There are some bows, some medication. I don't, I looked at this one in particular.
Starting point is 00:03:14 No idea what this is. It appears to be like a legal document for an inmate request where somebody writes that the person in jail is the love of their life. I don't know what that's all about. but anyway, moving forward, photos like this, meetings that Epstein was part of, more meetings like that, Epstein with redacted women, again, very, very creepy stuff. And, you know, that's just kind of what we got here. There is no real, I guess, incriminating photos, you might say, legally in this bash that they dropped. Here's that ban in photo that we saw earlier.
Starting point is 00:03:48 There's nothing incriminating in terms of anybody committing a crime. Incriminating in the sense that, you know, all these wealthy people were hanging out with Epstein. They knew what was going on, allegedly, and they didn't speak up, allegedly. But nothing in terms of they're actively committing a crime in these photos. And then you get into the island. There's maps of the island, things like that. The whole nine yards. So you've got to get the idea. Those are all the photos we got from the House Oversight Committee. But we also, in addition to that, got this incredibly in-depth article from the New York Times on Donald Trump's relationship with Epstein. It goes back years. They interview dozens and
Starting point is 00:04:25 dozens of people who worked with Epstein were part of his operation, who knew Donald Trump, who was partied to their friendship, who attended parties with both of them. And some of the details are striking. Like, for example, beginning in the late 1980s, the two men forged a bond intense enough to leave others who knew them with the impression that they were each other's closest friends. Now, remember, Donald Trump claims he doesn't know Epstein and they were never friends with each other. One of the women, this is also somebody that spoke to the New York Times for this article, who has never spoken publicly about the experience told Epstein, or told the times that Epstein had coerced her into attending four
Starting point is 00:05:00 parties at Epstein's home. Trump attended all four. And this is in Manhattan. This is not Florida where we knew the hangout. This was in Manhattan. At two of them, she said, Mr. Epstein directed her to have intercourse with other male guests. And this is an article that's incredibly long.
Starting point is 00:05:17 So these are just a couple of the details. There are many more explosive things. But I do want to get to this part. The main focus of what we're talking about here, this, all this Epstein news, is coming out at once, but this obviously causes a lot of concern. They're actively racing to redact the Epstein files. This is according to exclusive reporting from CNN. Frustration is mounting inside the Department of Justice as it races to redact thousands
Starting point is 00:05:40 of pages of files related to Epstein before they must be released on Friday. Now, the legally mandated deadline is Friday, the 19th of December, but I just want to preface this by saying, I'm not confident that they will be released. I think Donald Trump is either going to ignore the deadline in its entirety or whatever information they do release will be heavily redacted or they'll release a couple of documents here and there and say, you know, the rest is part of active, ongoing investigations. They can't release anything else. I think based on my projection, my prediction, my prediction, I think it's silly to believe that Donald Trump is going to incriminate himself, right? A substantial number of redactions are needed, one of the sources said in the document, each attorney is processing since Thanksgiving week. can number more than a thousand, a time-consuming task that likely will come down to the wire. This just shows you how many documents there are connected to Epstein.
Starting point is 00:06:31 I mean, imagine you have a room full of 30 attorneys. They're going through a thousand pages every day, every week, whatever it might be, whatever the time frame is. That's a lot of pages. The sensitivities of executive and legal privacy, victims protections, and other concerns, all could play into the choices the lawyers must make when it comes to potential redactions. Lawyers working on the Epstein Files at the DOJ's National Security Division also believe they're not getting clear guidelines on how to make the most information available under the law. Is anybody surprised by that?
Starting point is 00:07:05 Donald Trump wants as little information released as possible, so of course they don't have clear guidelines. If Donald Trump could have his way, every single line in these documents would just be black bars, big redactions by Donald Trump. That's what, you know, his dream. Counterintelligence specialists were asked to drop nearly all of their other work to process the Epstein documents. An act of Congress has mandated that Trump released them, and these documents range from grand jury records to FBI files and internal DOJ discussions. The situation suggests that persistent political headache connected to transparency for the Epstein files may not disappear with Friday's deadline. In whatever becomes public on Friday, sources said there will still be extensive amounts of information redacted. the type of lack of transparency that the American public may continue to scrutinize.
Starting point is 00:07:54 And some legal document specialists are already preparing for the possibility that the Department of Justice's release of the files will have more redactions than what is required, which they can then sue and go through that legal process, but who knows how long that will take. Essentially, what this reads like, to me, is that Donald Trump's cover up of the Epstein files will continue. They're over-redacting the documents. And of course, of course, protect victims' information. That's first and foremost.
Starting point is 00:08:20 That is the most important thing they need to do right now. But are they redacting Donald Trump's name, as has been previously reported? Are they redacting the friends of Trump and leaving in people who may not like him anymore? We shall see come Friday. I will have all of it here for you. I will cover the story. But look, I will leave the video there. This is pretty significant.
Starting point is 00:08:39 It's something to keep in mind as we go into tomorrow. Make sure to subscribe down below. Drop a like on the video. Comment. Let me know what you think about this story. And as I always say, I greatly appreciate you. and I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
