Starting point is 00:00:00 Look, you know things are going badly in Donald Trump's war with Iran when he publicly turns on one of his best friends. That person being Benjamin Netanyahu. I mean, they are like this. You know, they are inseparable. Netanyahu calls Donald Trump the best president ever. Trump tried to get Netanyahu out of his criminal charges in Israel. I mean, they are tight. They are at the waste kind of friends.
Starting point is 00:00:22 And yet, it seems like there might be some beef brewing. Or maybe Donald Trump is just trying to play the good guy. In a post on social media late last night, Donald Trump criticized Israel for striking a natural gas field in Iran, and he says he has no idea that this happened. He was not briefed about this ahead of time. Israel did not coordinate with the United States. However, some new reporting suggests that Donald Trump is lying. So we're going to get into all of this and more and talk about Trump's random post that came in the middle of the night last night. Before I do any of that, though, please make sure to subscribe down below, follow along, drop a like on the video, comment.
Starting point is 00:00:58 let me know what you think about this story. If you're on Apple or Spotify, please make sure to rate the show five stars and follow along. It goes an incredibly long way. Helps to support the show. But without further ado, let's get into Donald Trump's statement. So, if you haven't started reading already, this took place at 10.5 p.m. last night. And Donald Trump said, Israel, out of anger for what has taken place in the Middle East, has violently lashed out at a major facility known as South Pars gas field in Iran.
Starting point is 00:01:25 A relatively small section of the hole has been hit. The United States knew nothing about this particular attack. Remember, this sentence is important, and the country of Qatar was in no way, shape, or form involved with it, nor did it have any idea that it was going to happen. Unfortunately, Iran did not know this or of any of the pertinent facts pertaining to the South Pars attack, and unjustifiably and unfairly attacked a portion of Qatar's LNG gas facility. So, that is Israel attacking an Iran facility, Iran then attacking. a Qatari facility as retaliation. No more attacks will be made by Israel pertaining to this
Starting point is 00:02:03 extremely important and valuable South Pars field unless Iran unwisely decides to attack a very innocent in this case, Qatar, in which instance the United States of America with or without the help or consent of Israel will massively blow up the entirety of the South Pars gas field at an amount of strength and power that Iran has never seen or witnessed. I do not want to authorize this level of violence and destruction because of the long-term implications that it will have on the future of Iran, but if guitar's LNG is attacked again, I will not hesitate to do so. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Anytime, just my immediate reaction is anytime I hear Donald Trump talking about him doing anything
Starting point is 00:02:41 militarily, I get like shivers up my spine. I mean, this guy has no idea what he's doing. He's completely incompetent. And the fact that he can just call in a drone strike is really terrifying. I try not to think about it all that often because this could happen any day of the week. But anyway, aside from that. So what Donald Trump is saying is that Iran's oil field was attacked, Qatar's was attacked in retaliation subsequently, and it's basically putting it on Israel. He's saying that Israel did not coordinate this attack with the United States.
Starting point is 00:03:10 It was entirely them. I had no idea. And so it almost seems like he's trying to absolve himself of any guilt, that Qatar got struck as an innocent bystander. And he did not know this. He did not know that the attack was going to happen. So it couldn't possibly be put on him that this escalation occurred. Except we have some new reporting. from Axios that says the exact opposite. That matter of fact, Donald Trump did coordinate this
Starting point is 00:03:33 strike with his best buddy Netanyahu. I mean, they love each other. Why wouldn't they? After Tehran strikes, Trump says Israel won't attack Iran gas fields anymore. Trump said Wednesday that Israel will not conduct further attacks on Iran's main natural gas facility. Trump's comments that seemed to be an effort to de-escalate the situation came hours after he green-lit the Israeli strikes on the facility that marked a significant at escalation in the war. The Israeli Air Force struck this gas site that we just talked about in a moment ago. But the attack on the South Pards gas field was the first time that Israel has struck natural gas facilities in Iran, but also Israeli and U.S. officials said the strike was coordinated with
Starting point is 00:04:11 and approved by the White House. Several hours later, Iran retaliated. After the first Iranian missile strike, Atari officials contacted the White House and sent Com commanders and other senior Trump officials and demanded to know whether the U.S. had prior knowledge of the Israeli strike, according to a source with knowledge of the matter. Whitkoff conducted numerous calls with Qatari officials in an effort to organize an urgent call between Trump and the Emir of Qatar. An hour after the second Iranian missile attack on the Qantari gas field, Trump then posted this, saying that Israel violently lashed out.
Starting point is 00:04:45 He claimed that the United States knew nothing, except Trump's remarks were inaccurate, according to U.S. and Israeli officials. While Qatar didn't know about the Israeli strike in advance, Trump did. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyi. And Trump coordinated about the strike and the aim was to try and deter Iran from continuing to disrupt oil. So what happened here is that Donald Trump realized that this plan backfired. And so he tried to absolve himself of any responsibility and put it on Benjamin Netanyahu. Not only are both Trump and Netanyahu, both terrible leaders who do terrible things on a daily basis,
Starting point is 00:05:20 but it's an important reminder to both of these people that neither one are really loyal to the other. I mean, in the sense that, you know, they're best friends, they'll take care of each other, they'll support each other. But if Donald Trump has to throw Netanyahu under the bus to protect himself, he will do that. No problem. I mean, Donald Trump's entire thing is me, me, me, me before anything else, anyone in any situation. And I don't particularly care about Netanyahu getting thrown under the bus. I think Netanyahu is awful. I think we all agree on that.
Starting point is 00:05:48 There's no debate there. But it's just a further look into the psychology that is of Donald Trump. I mean, you know, this is what he does every single time when something like this arises. But on the topic of fracture regarding the Iran war, Donald Trump criticizing Netanyahu publicly, but this is not the first kind of fracture we've seen in Trump world about this war. Just the other day, Joe Kent, who was the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, resigned over the Iran war. This is a maga guy through and through.
Starting point is 00:06:20 He loved Donald Trump, but he resigned his position because of, the Iran war. That is just a little bit of beef that's taking place in the Trump administration. We also learned yesterday as well that Joe Kent is under FBI investigation for allegedly leaking classified information, according to semaphore. Shelby Talcott, the journalist said, I'm told the investigation predates his departure, but this is a development in the story. So this is a major fracture, this happening publicly, but also last night, Joe Kent went on Charlie, or excuse me, not Charlie Kirk, Tucker Carlson show and he claimed that Charlie Kirk told him to not get the United States in a war with Iran
Starting point is 00:07:00 when he ran into him in the White House. And then he went on to some other conspiracy theories that you can be the judge of. But as a reminder before we watch this clip, Joe Kent is crazy. Tucker Carlson is crazy. All of these people are crazy. So I'm showing you this because this is the beef that's taking place in Maga World, not necessarily because it is the fact of the matter. I mean, Trump or Joe Kent lying, both are highly, highly probable. I mean, you know, it is what it is. But I just wanted to show you what he said on Tucker Carlson's show last night, which further divides the MAGA realm on this war with Iran. There's a get out realm and then there's a we support bombing them to high heavens. Watch. And then, you know, Charlie Kirk has killed publicly
Starting point is 00:07:39 in a very horrific way and we're not really even allowed to look into that at all. And Charlie Kirk was one of President Trump's closest advisors and he also advocated heavily against a war with Iran. He was in the Oval Office in the leadership. In the leadership. up to the 12-day war. I wasn't particularly close with Charlie. He was very gracious to me when I was running for Congress, very, very supportive. So we knew each other. And the last time I saw Charlie Kirk on this earth was in June in the West Wing, in the stairway. And I said hi to him, and he looked me in the eye. And he said very loudly, and it's a small, you've been in the West Wing. It's small. It's a tight space. And he said, Joe, stop us from getting into a war with Iran,
Starting point is 00:08:21 very loudly. He was single-minded. And he walked off. And he went I believe into the Oval. And then he goes on to claim, you know, some other things about Charlie Kirk's death. But now, you know, people like Joe Kent are bringing in Charlie Kirk into the conversation and saying that actually Charlie Kirk would have been on their side, as in his Tucker Carlson's and Charlie Kirk would have been part of that and the MAGA faction that is against this war. And that's pitting them against the Donald Trump faction, which is this war is great. And I'm doing such a great job. And Donald Trump is holier than now kind of thing. So you're really seeing this divide in the United States, but now we have Donald Trump calling out Netanyahu publicly.
Starting point is 00:09:01 Does that mean that the relationship is going anywhere that Donald Trump is not friends with Netanyahu anymore? Certainly not. I mean, again, they're like this. Two corrupt leaders who do bad things every single day. Why would they deviate from each other? There's no point. They love each other. But interesting, nonetheless, that you're seeing more of a divide than ever about this war.
Starting point is 00:09:19 So I will keep you updated on all of this. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. My hair is all over the place tonight. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. I appreciate you being here. Please make sure, as I said, to subscribe and follow along, drop a like, comment, whatever platform you are watching this on. It really, really supports the show. Starting point is 00:09:38 If you're on Apple or Spotify, make sure to rate the show five stars and follow along. I really appreciate you all. Have an amazing rest of your day if you can in the crazy times that we live in. And we will talk soon.
