All right, folks, check this out. This is a big deal. Last night on the floor of the House of Representatives, Thomas Massey read the names of Epstein co-conspirators in front of the entire country, and there was nothing that Donald Trump and the Republicans could do to stop him. And he did it for a very specific reason, which we're going to talk about in just a moment.

But this is a big deal. It's getting the names out there, putting them back in the news, so we can cover it, we can talk about it, and make sure that Donald Trump and the Republicans are not, successful in pushing this story aside and getting people to forget about it. We have no time to waste. Let's get right into it. So the reason that Thomas Massey read the names of these Epstein co-conspirators, who you might say are on like the Epstein list, is because him and Representative Rokana and other members of Congress are working on an Epstein Files Transparency Act, too. So the first one mandated the DOJ to release all of the Epstein files. They, of course, did not do that.

They are actively breaking the law. As you are watching this, as I'm filming this video, they still haven't released all the files. This second version of the bill is seeking to make it enforceable so that people can sue the Department of Justice, sue Donald Trump for not releasing the files. This is Representative Rokana breaking down the new bill that he and Thomas Massey are introducing, saying Thomas Massey and I just introduced a discharge petition to force a. vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act, too. The DOJ has failed to release millions of files. I'm calling on everyone in Congress to sign this petition and stand up for the survivors.

So, number one, let's keep an eye out in the next week or so to see if these Republicans sign on for the second version. But here's what Representative Rokanehanna had to say. Thomas Massey and I just introduced another discharge petition for Epstein Files 2.0. As you remember, our first discharge petition worked. We forced the release of millions of Epstein files and began the unraveling of the Trump presidency. It was justice for many survivors. But the Justice Department has still hid millions of documents. Survivors have not gotten prosecutions and they have not gotten access to some of the FBI forms. This discharge petition would force the Justice Department under penalty of criminal law to release the files. And it would

allow state attorney generals to prosecute. I'm calling on ever. everyone in Congress to sign this petition. And that would mean no pardons. Donald Trump could not pardon people for violating this law if it's happening on a state level, if state by states are prosecuting it. Donald Trump could not pardon them, which is a big deal and a big distinction. And the fact that there would be criminal charges for not releasing the files makes this different than the first version.

The first version was trying to get the files out. This time, it's consequence. And here's more detail on the law. trying to introduce. Kana, Massey, Ledger, Fernandez, Merkley, Lujan, introduced the Epsine Files Transparency Act 2. They're doing this to find some accountability. And this is what Representative Kana said. Rep. Massey and I introduced our bill to release the Epstein files nearly a year ago. Since then, the DOJ has violated our law, delayed the release of millions of files, botched the redactions and denied the survivors justice. That's why I'm joining Rep. Massey and my colleagues to introduce

the Epstein Files Transparency Act 2 that allows state attorneys general and survivors to sue the U.S. Attorney General and demand transparency. And this is actually playing out in court right now. So a version of this is playing out in court. Katie Fang, the wonderful journalist, wonderful lawyer, has sued the DOJ alleging damage against her and the American people for not releasing the Epstein files. That case has done pretty well so far, but this new law would back it up even further. But so far, that case has done well, and she's gotten pretty far with it. And now the judge is reviewing whether to release more files and whether to remove some of the redactions on the documents that the Trump administration has put on. For example, judge shows signs of frustration with the DOJ

attorneys over handling of the Epstein files. A federal judge overseeing a case focused on the DOJ's handling of the Epstein files pressed the government attorneys Thursday, and this was all the way back on August 13th, about their compliance with his court orders and warned that he had held lawyers in contempt before. U.S. District Judge Emmett Sullivan, a 41-year veteran of the bench, convened the hearing seeking answers about whether the Trump administration had complied with his previous orders in the case, including one about the need for the DOJ to publish justifications for the numerous redactions in the released Epstein files, which newsflash, they did not. Justice Department official Andrew Block told Sullivan, he was not in a position to commit to a

time frame saying that it was out of his control and that information would be forthcoming. Christmas is forthcoming. The judge quipped. Sullivan called his orders straightforward and said he was willing to work with the government to obtain compliance. You want me to issue another order and say, I really mean it this time? Sullivan said at one point,

the case stems from a lawsuit that Katie Fang filed against Attorney General Todd Blanche in April arguing that the DOJ had failed to comply with the law, which was passed by Congress. And now the judge is reviewing these documents to see if there is some action to be done here, if there is documents to be released, redactions to be removed. But again, if you pass this new law, it would make it even easier for that to be done. and you really wouldn't have to jump through all these hurdles that Katie Fang has had to do.

And God love her for being so persistent, and it would make it just a lot easier. But I want to show you this clip of Thomas Massey reading these names because it is a big deal. So let's watch this. Let's talk about it. And, man, Donald Trump's not going to be happy about it. For what purpose does a gentleman from Kentucky seek recognition? Without objection, the gentleman is recognized for one minute. Mr. Speaker, it's been a year since the President signed the Epstein-Files Transparency Act. And the government continues to withhold over 3 million files.

That's why we've introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act 2, to bring the fight to the state courts, accountability, to the Department of Justice and closure for survivors. We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted. Men like Jess Staley, Leon Black, Les Wexner, David Copperfield, Lapo, Elkham, Tom Pritzker, Glenn Dubin, Frederick Fekkei, Eduardo, Tiodor Roche, Johnny, John Luke Brunel, conveniently dead by suicide in prison, Daniel Ciod, recently discovered dead in Paris, Ramsey Alcoli, and Prince Andrew, who committed sex crimes in the United

States, too. And women like Leslie Groff, not a victim, who conspired with Epstein to traffic other women. Perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice into delivering justice. I yield back. Damn. You know, Massey is on his way out. He lost his primary because Donald Trump is not a fan of him demanding justice, but he's going out with a bang.

He's burning the whole thing down. He's naming names. He's reading the list out on the House floor, and he has protections legally to do this on the house floor and asked for them to be prosecuted for their connection to Jeffrey Epstein. But that's a big deal. And one of those names really stuck out to me. Of course, a number of those names stuck out to me. But one of them stuck out to me in particular because of a story that we covered on the show

yesterday that I want to bring back to your attention. but Marjorie Taylor Green also backing up her former colleague friend Thomas Massey saying he named some of the names. Interesting. But the name Les Wexner really piqued my interest there because Les Wexner has been donating to Republican candidates who have voted against releasing the Epstein file. So check this out. Susan Collins, we talked about it on the show yesterday, has taken a bunch of money from Les Wexner and others who are connected to Epstein. She's accepted millions in campaign cash from wealthy donors and powerful figures linked to Epstein, an awkward revelation as she fights to hold on to her seat.

Federal filings show that Collins and her political committees have spent years, years, taking money from people with ties to Epstein, including Jeff Lefkowitz, the lawyer who helped secure Epstein's sweetheart deal in 2008 and ally Leon Black, who Thomas Massey named, who paid Epstein $158 million for tax, estate planning, and other related services. Others with links to Epstein, including co-founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates, sports and entertainment mogul, Casey Wasserman,

and Palantir boss, Peter Thiel, have also donated to her campaign. Revelations open another front in the battle for Maine, where Democrats see an opportunity to flip one of the country's most competitive seats. Did you see that? Leon Black, Leon Black is somebody who has serious allegations against him in the Epstein files, gave Epstein a bunch of money,

was very close with Epstein, and he's been donating to Republican candidates who have voted against releasing the Epstein files. Really makes you wonder if he's trying to buy their silence, or if these other Epstein people who are connected to him are trying to buy their silence as well. And we know how Donald Trump feels about the files. We know he doesn't want transparency. I mean, remember what he said to Caitlin Collins when she was asking about victims and the justice that has not been given to them?

Remember this? Maybe get onto something else. But what would you say to people who feel like they haven't gotten justice? Mr. President. Something that people care about. Yeah, what did you say? What would you say to the survivors who feel like they haven't gotten justice? You are the worst reporter.

No one to see. CNN has no ratings because of people like you. You know, she's a young woman. I don't think I've ever seen you smile. I've known you for 10 years. I don't think I've ever seen a smile. Well, I'm asking you about survivors of Jeffrey upstanding, Mr. President. Because you know you're not telling the truth.

And you're a very dishonest organization. And they should be ashamed of you. Yeah, Donald Trump wanting Caitlin Collins to smile while she was asking about Epstein and the justice that has not been brought to the victims. Donald Trump's a piece of trash. We know how he feels about these files. We know he doesn't want transparency. He does not want them out there. But thank you to Representative Rokana and Thomas Massey for doing this.

Rokana, of course, working on this bill again, Thomas Massey reading the names on the house floor, getting them out into the public so we can continue to talk about it and cover the story and have it not be forgotten. and not swept under the rug by this administration.
