Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, folks, look, despite Donald Trump's best efforts, the Epstein story is not going away. Matter of fact, it just got even worse for Donald Trump because more Epstein emails have been released, except this time these emails are not from Jeffrey Epstein. They're from FBI agents who were assigned to review all of the Epstein files early in Donald Trump's presidency, and of course flag any mention of him. These emails pretty much confirm 100% the cover-up that Donald Trump engaged in on this story, and what they redacted in these emails, is pretty telling. So look, we're going to get into this story and more and review these exclusively reported emails.
Starting point is 00:00:42 Before we do any of that, make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you think about the story. Happy Thanksgiving. I will say that I'm so incredibly thankful for every single one of you at home, not only for your support, but for staying in the fight. against Donald Trump can't do this alone, and I'm glad that we have each other's back in this fight. So look, let's get into it. So I do want to quickly just go over the fact that back over the summer and in the spring, the Trump administration was absolutely engaging in a cover-up of the Epstein files, and they were doing it under the radar. This was not extensively reported at the time.
Starting point is 00:01:16 We only kind of learned of it afterwards. Now, remember, the FBI was told to flag any mention of Donald Trump and the Epstein files. This was coming directly from senators, and this is an article that the New York Times published about it, that's pretty comprehensive, saying how a frantic scouring of the Epstein files consumed the Justice Department. This spring, the FBI, and the DOJ, made an all-out push involving hundreds of employees to scour the Epstein files with a single goal in mind, find something, anything that could be released to the public to satisfy the mounting clamor from the angry legions of Donald Trump supporters. But it seems like they might have found something pretty significant, but then realized that it was bad for Donald Trump and then the files never came out.
Starting point is 00:01:56 I mean, there is certainly something in the Epstein files that the public should know about that the public would be interested to know. But obviously, I mean, from what we've just seen from the Trump admin and their conduct, it's bad for Trump. But after devoting countless hours to the project, working hard at times around the clock, searching databases, hard drives, network drives, cabinets, desks, and closets, the Bureau and the department finally acknowledged this month that they had little to show for their efforts.
Starting point is 00:02:21 These conclusions announced in a memo and then repeated later in that very week. in a statement by the DOJ capped a frenetic scramble to sort more than 100,000 pages of materials related to Epsine, who was, of course, the disgraced sex trafficking financier. During the inquiry, the DOJ officials diverted hundreds of FBI employees and federal prosecutors from their regular duties to go through the documents at least four times, including ones to flag any references to Trump and any prominent figures. This right here is the central coverup, and we're going to get into that in just a moment. and these emails that just got released are, of course, relating to this effort by the FBI to go over the documents.
Starting point is 00:03:00 So this is from Bloomberg, an exclusive report, and let's get into it. So as was reported in March, after a botched rollout of what Attorney General Pam Bondi described as phase one of the release of the Epstein files, remember those influencers that had those binders at the White House. FBI director, Cash Patel ordered around 1,000 FBI special agents to team up with the Bureau's FOIA personnel at an FBI facility in Virginia. to prepare the Epstein files for public release. Over the summer, this journalist, I filed a wide-ranging FOIA request for those directives, as well as communications between agency personnel pertaining to their review of the files and taxpayer dollars spent on the two-month process.
Starting point is 00:03:41 Just this morning, I got the partially redacted records from the FBI. They mostly consist of emails that provide a look behind the scenes as agents and other FBI personnel started to work on the documents. The Bureau withheld more than 161 pages. So they are still engaging in a cover-up, regardless of the FOIA request, which is, of course, a legal request that was granted by a judge and, of course, by our legal system, they are still withholding 161 pages. The emails reveal with a special training given to FBI personnel working on what it called the Epstein Transparency Project. In some instances, they referred to it as the special redaction project. The training entailed PowerPoint slide presentations and video instructions on how to review the files.
Starting point is 00:04:25 Here's an email from one FBI agent to another. Leslie Chad, good talking with each of you yesterday. IMD is happy to support. I wanted to share the below as we seek guidance from the GC on the types of redactions to apply to these documents so we can process the right away out of the gate. But you'll notice that there's this big white box on the email that is a redaction from the FBI. They are still covering up information. The records I got, according to this journalist, also reveal the number of hours the FBI devoted to the project, which required some agents to work nights and weekends.
Starting point is 00:04:59 The FBI paid personnel from various divisions, including counterintelligence and international operations, $851,000 in overtime pay for working on the Epstein files between March 17th and March 22nd. And to be clear, these FBI agents who have been in the Bureau for a long time, they deserve this overtime pay, right? I mean, if they are putting in weekends, late nights, and things like that, they deserve that. But it's just insane that the Trump admin, Cash Patel, the entire FBI, the Department of Justice, put these hardworking FBI agents through this event just to not release any of the files. I mean, it is so obvious that these FBI agents found something that wasn't great for Cash Patel, wasn't great for Donald Trump, kind of exposed this cover up. And so none of the files came out inevitably.
Starting point is 00:05:47 FBI personnel clocked in a total of 4,737 hours of just overtime, not even regular working hours, just overtime between January and July. Of that, more than 70% occurred during the month of March while they were reviewing the Epstein files. And you can see that in the official ledger here, which shows you that in these months, or in the month, I should say, that mainly consisted of the Epstein file review. There was a major overtime spike. and this is, of course, officially from the FBI. In an email on March 10th, FBI personnel from the Office of General Counsel and the Bureau's
Starting point is 00:06:22 Information Management Division discussed pending FOIA requests for Epstein-related records and digitizing and redacting physical files and the Bureau's commitment to transparency. Here's that email. Quote, we are prepared, this is one agent to another again, we are prepared to receive boxes tomorrow as NY agents are traveling to WFO in the morning and will arrive at Winchester, where they will start photographing, and we will start photographing, and we will start scanning and processing the physical files. That is the Epstein files.
Starting point is 00:06:50 Once I see the volume, I'll have a better estimate of processing times, though I do suggest we do a rolling delivery to further demonstrate the FBI's commitment to delivery and transparency. And again, I actually believe that these FBI agents who have been in the bureau for their entire lives, their public servants, they are dedicated to transparency. It's just unfortunately, Cash Patel is using them as pawns and making the situation worse. and other email describes categories of videos the FBI reviewed related to certain Epstein files, which includes search warrant execution photos, street surveillance video, and aerial footage from FBI search warrant execution.
Starting point is 00:07:29 Remember, Donald Trump's admin, Pam Bondi Cash Patel claimed that there were no videos in relation to the Epstein investigation or anything like that. The search warrants nothing. They said there were no videos. Now these emails confirm the existence of videos. A couple of weeks later, an email sent from the Information and Management Division said the office continues discussions with the DOJ and is awaiting clarification regarding additional criteria for the next phase of this project. The next day, another email was sent to FBI personnel reviewing the files, advising them to stand by.
Starting point is 00:08:03 Quote, we have identified more files requiring phase one review. So they were still finding files as they were going through this, a total mess from Cash Patel's FBI. On March 24th, an email sent to FBI. personnel said phase one redactions are complete and phase two is being prepared for final delivery. Again, those redactions include Donald Trump's name. Phase two review of the new criteria provided by the DOJ was approximately 75.2% complete, according to that email upon completion of phase two, the information management division
Starting point is 00:08:34 will provide a copy of all see-through redaction files for DOJ review. Here's that email saying the MCC video containing 147 cameras, 8 terabytes of data that were active before and after Epstein was found dead in the prison. Each video is 24 hours long. The cameras were stationed all over the prison at various locations and angles. They did not capture anything significant related to the suicide since the cameras were not active at the time when Epstein killed himself. Pretty weird. They have 8 terabytes of data and they haven't released much of it to the public.
Starting point is 00:09:08 That same day, Perry, who is an FBI agent, sent an email to other FBI personnel that said, Cash Patel asked for the status of all remaining Epstein-related reviews. On May 2nd, an FBI employee from the New York field office sent an email and attached a document titled Epstein Overview Final that summarized their work. The FBI withheld a copy of the attachment. They did not provide an overview of their work. So what these emails expose is, number one, the FBI has far more information on Epstein in the investigation, then they led on to the public, and they are actively withholding that
Starting point is 00:09:47 information, actively hiding it. And they're lying to the public. They said we have no videos, no nothing. We've released all the footage related to Epstein suicide in the prison. They have not done any of that. It is a cover-up top to bottom with this Epstein story. It's as bad as it gets. So I know there was a lot of information at once. But anyway, look, happy Thanksgiving. I hope you're having a good time with your families. I hope you are having good friends. I hope you are having good food and if you are not with any family today or don't have any family with you, happy Thanksgiving, spend some time with me here. And I appreciate you all. And thank you so much for watching. Make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know
Starting point is 00:10:25 what you think about this story. And as I always say, I greatly appreciate you. And I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
