All right, folks, check this out.
Donald Trump's week just went from bad to even worse
because a major civil war is breaking out in the MAGA base
where some of the largest MAGA commentators are being pitted against Donald Trump
over everything going on in Iran, this war that Donald Trump has plunged the United States into.
The White House is panicking.
They are scrambling trying to get a hold of the PR.
It just keeps getting out of their hands, and it's a disaster.
So people like Tucker Carlson, Megan Kelly are calling out Trump.
Trump is now calling them out.
It is a huge rift among the MAGA base.
And I imagine that it's only going to get worse as the days goes on.
And as this war continues to persist and as Donald Trump obviously has no idea what he's doing,
no plan for the Middle East, no what comes next after taking out the Ayatollah.
But we're going to get into all of that and more in just a moment.
Before I do that, though, please make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video,
comment. Let me know what you think about the story. I know I'm always asking you, but it goes
an incredibly long way, and I greatly appreciate everybody that does. If you're on Apple or Spotify,
please make sure to rate the show five stars and follow along. It also goes an incredibly long way.
Without further ado, let's get into it. So I want to start with some of the vocal critics of Donald
Trump. Marjorie Taylor Green actually went on Megan Kelly's show. So two huge Trump fans. I mean,
maybe Marjorie Taylor Green, not so much anymore. But this is a very
MAGA friendly show. And Marjorie Taylor Green went scorched earth on Donald Trump in this interview
with Megan Kelly. You just have to see the clip to believe it. I never thought we'd be in this position
where Marjorie Taylor Green is saying things like this about Donald Trump. But nonetheless, we'll have a watch.
What is happening to the man that I supported, you supported, the man that denounced what happened in
Iraq, the man that said no more foreign wars, no more regime change, promise it on the campaign. J.D.
advance promised it. Tulsi Gabbard promised it. All of them promised it. And we're a year in,
a year in, and we're in another fucking war. And we've got American troops being killed.
I think it's time for America to rip the band-aid off. And we need to have a serious conversation
about what the fuck is happening to this country. God, you know, I say this all the time,
given Marjorie Taylor Green's new position in politics. She is still insane. She is not to be
praised or anything like that. But things must be really bad when Marjorie Taylor Green is actually
saying something that makes sense. That's where we are. She's calling out Donald Trump's hypocrisy,
the fact that we're a year in to his term after he promised no more wars, no more foreign entanglements,
none of it. We're a year in, there's war everywhere. Donald Trump has bombed more countries
than any of the people he has previously criticized. More different countries. The map is broad
for who Donald Trump has gone after and is planning to go after.
It's a complete contradiction of everything he promised.
We also have people like Matt Walsh calling out his fellow Republicans for kind of going along
with what's going on in Iran, completely flipping their position overnight.
He said, I can't take the gaslighting guys.
I really can't.
Conservatives are now running around saying Iran has been waging war on us for 47 years.
That's the new talking point coming out of the White House.
Okay, then when, okay, then, then why didn't you all call for an attack on
Iran at any point until now. Why didn't you make a case for Trump, quote, ending the war, not starting
it until precisely the moment when Trump did it? You and I both know that you're latching on to a
talking point that you never used until 45 seconds ago. You and I both know that almost every
conservative influencer in the business was opposed to war with Iran until just now. And now you're
trying to use justifications that stretch back decades. It doesn't make any sense. If you change your
mind, fine, say so. Explain why. You're allowed to change your mind. I've changed my
about things, but don't try to rewrite history. Be honest about it. There's too much at stake to play
those games. So he is directly calling out the hypocrisy of his fellow MAGA Republicans. And again,
when Matt Walsh is saying something that's even a little bit coherent, you know things are really
bad in the MAGA White House coming from Donald Trump and him and his team. It is bad. It's not good.
Nick Fuentes, who we all know as the complete lunatic that he is, but even he is on Twitter,
saying still better than Kamala question mark referencing Donald Trump.
Now we know that Donald Trump has never been better than Kamala Harris.
That is the delusional land that these MAGA voters, people like Nick Fuentes, lived in before
the 2024 election.
But even he is turning on Donald Trump.
Again, that's how you know things are bad when Nick Flentes is advocating for Kamala Harris.
But anyway, let's get into this MAGA Civil War, Donald Trump hitting back at people like
the ones we just read and their criticisms.
This is coming from Rachel Bade exclusive.
hits back at Tucker, Megan Kelly in a phone interview with the Inner Circle. That's her publication.
No apologies. Donald Trump hit back at Maga World critics of his Iran Gambit in a phone call with
the Inner Circle Monday night, arguing that Megan Kelly and Tucker Carlson aren't MAGA that he is. So it's
getting so bad now that Donald Trump is like removing them personally from the MAGA movement, saying,
sorry, you're not welcome in here. While writing about the crescendo of prominent MAGA voices
expressing skepticism on the merits,
I picked up the phone to ask the president
whether he believed the criticism
constituted a sizable portion of his base.
Trump initially said, I don't know.
The answer is yes.
I mean, Donald Trump will never acknowledge that,
but there are Americans across the board,
Democrat, Independent, Republican MAGA,
who are pissed off right now
because the United States is back at war
in another foreign country where we shouldn't be.
I mean, straight up.
He said, quote, I have to do what's right, number one,
and you can't have Iran getting a nuclear weapon
that's predominant to me.
But then Trump went on to express confidence
that MAGA is with him. He pointed out
that Meg and Kelly had been critical of him
before, but had come around to
supporting them. Then he argued that her
skepticism doesn't matter. It's all right.
I don't mind, he said. She was critical
of me for years and I didn't lose. I won
all three times by a lot.
He added that, I think that MAGA is
Trump. He's referring to himself in the third
person. Maga's not the other two,
referring to Carlson and Kelly. Maga
wants to see our country thrive and be safe,
and MAGA loves what I'm doing, every aspect of it.
This is a detour that we have to take in order to keep our country safe
and keep other countries safe, frankly.
I mean, it is so humiliating to be a Trump supporter like Megan Kelly.
Just like imagine being Megan Kelly,
who has been insulted by Donald Trump over the years.
People like Tucker Carlson, insulted by Donald Trump over the years,
you come back on your knees begging for his love,
and he is still personally humiliating you in public.
What a sad existence for Megan Kellyan and Tucker Carlson, the exact existence that they deserve.
Trump's comment comes as the White House is flooding the zone to defend its attack on Iran, and they are deploying J.D. Vance to do that.
On Monday night, he went to Fox News with a clear message that this is not Iraq or Afghanistan 2.0.
The situation in Iran, he argued, is so different from wars of the past because the president has clearly defined what he wants to accomplish.
B.S. B.S. I'm told.
by the White House that the PR push will pull in other high-profile administration officials,
too, including Steve Whitkoff and Michael Waltz. Oh man, those are the big guns, right? Now everything
will be okay. Now the American people will be convinced of this war. They're bringing in Steve
Whitkoff, everybody. Oh, wrap it up. You know, if they think that the American people are
going to listen to Whitkoff and Waltz and J.D. Vance, go on air and talk about how, no, no, no, no.
sending Americans to die is actually a good thing.
Completely backtracking on our promise is a good thing.
If they think that Americans are going to buy into that crap, well, have at it.
Do it.
Great.
You know what?
Take that messaging into the mere terms.
I have no problem with that.
The damage control effort follows some Trump world allies questioning the need for the
operation at all.
On Monday, Kelly became the latest to assail the administration.
She said, why are we doing this now?
What was the catalyst?
I don't think those four service members died for the United States.
It's gone up to six now, by the way.
I think they died for Iran or for Israel.
Israel. I have serious doubts about what we're doing. I support the president. I campaign for the president.
But that doesn't mean you have to accept another Middle East war without question. And anybody who tells you that can suck it.
When Donald Trump was read, some of Kelly's comments, Trump in our phone call said that the podcast host ought to study her history book a little bit.
And he said, as we read earlier, Megan was opposed to me for years when I ran the first time and nothing stopped me.
And so, you know, some people are against. They always come back. She always, she came all the way back.
but now I guess she maybe doesn't like the idea of this war, but I do because I have to keep
nuclear weapons out of the hands of the Iranians. Also, Tucker Carlson sent a warning sign to the White
House over the weekend, arguing that the campaign was evil in a call with ABC News. Steve Bannon,
one of Donald Trump's longtime advisors of the White House now kind of like an advisor outside of the
White House. We all know who Steve Bannon is. He's a lunatic. Has had some people who are anti this
war on his show. And Tucker Carlson, specifically before the bombing of Iran,
was lobbying against the military action.
He outlined the risk to U.S. military personnel, energy prices, and our partners in the region
if the United States went to war with Iran.
He told the president that he should not be boxed in by Israel, arguing that its desire
to attack Iran, was the only reason the United States was even considering a strike.
He encouraged Trump to restrain Mr. Netanyahu, which of course Donald Trump did not do.
So, Megan Kelly, Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon, Nick Fenton, Nick Fenton,
Marjorie Taylor Green, all of these very vocal Trump supporters are now saying, no, actually,
we do not support this.
This is complete crap.
They are calling out Donald Trump, even some of them suggesting that Kamla Harris would be better,
which, yeah, we've known that Kamala Harris would be better.
We've known that this entire time.
But for the fact that some of these diehard Trump fans are now saying that, again, highlights
just how bad things are, just how unpopular this war by Donald Trump is.
And I think that this riff, this maga civil war is only going to expand from here.
I think it's only going to get worse.
And Donald Trump not only has a war problem on his hands, but he also has a PR problem on his hands,
none of which seem to be getting solved anytime soon.
So look, I will leave the video there.
