We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted. Men like Jess Staley, Leon Black, Les Wexner, David Copperfield, Lapo Elkham, Tom Pritzker, Glenn Dubin, Frederick Fekai, Eduardo Tiodorani, John Luke Brunel, conveniently dead by suicide in prison. Daniel Ciod recently discovered dead in Paris, Ramsey Alcoli, and Prince Andrew, who committed sex crimes in the United States too. and women like Leslie Groff, not a victim, who conspired with Epstein to traffic other women. So that is Representative Thomas Massey reading the list of alleged Epstein co-conspirators on the House floor the other day, and he did it for a very specific reason. He and Representative Rokana are teaming up once again to introduce a second Epstein bill to get more justice, more files, and more transparency from the government. They're hoping to use the same maneuver that they did the first time. the discharge petition. All you need is 218 signatures and you force a vote on the bill.

You get them on the record. And Thomas Massey said it's been a year since the president signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act and the government continues to withhold over three million files. The lawmakers say that the new bill gives members of Congress, state officials and survivors the right to challenge the Department of Justice in court for failing to comply with the original bill because they are still actively breaking the law. They still haven't released all of the Epstein files. according to Massey as well, it clears the way for state attorneys general to prosecute crimes by Epstein's co-conspirators before state courts, because we all know that Donald Trump is not doing that. His DOJ has no interest in prosecuting anybody that's connected to Epstein. So this bill would allow state courts to do that and get more files released to the public and allow the people to challenge this DOJ and not let them get away with breaking the law. And obviously this is necessary, not only because of the cover up, but because alleged Epstein co-conspirators are still walking free, and now they're filing lawsuits against the government so that they don't have to answer questions. Check this out.

Leon Black, who he just mentioned on the House floor, filed a lawsuit against the government today, so he wouldn't have to answer questions in front of the Oversight Committee. Now, Leon Black and the Oversight Committee have a little bit of a history because back in June, he testified in front of the committee in their Epstein investigation, and then as soon as he was asked about NDAs that he and other people, have, he left. He got up, he left, and he was subpoenaed to answer more questions about these NDAs, and now he's filing a lawsuit to say, hey, I shouldn't have to answer a question about them.

It's a fishing expedition he called it. So clearly, this guy has some questions he needs to answer, and clearly, we need more transparency and this second version of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, so maybe someone like Leon Black can be held accountable if he committed crimes. And the good news is, there's already a lot of support for the bill. Checking. this out. Thomas Massey was asked about where things stand. A journalist, Pablo reports saying, have you had any more luck with getting Republicans on board with the second discharge petition on the Epstein Files? This is what he said about it. So I know that you're working on the Epstein Files discharge petition part two, but there's another discharge petition that's one away from

ripening. It's the one from the Dream and Promise Act. I'm just wondering if you consider citing onto the Dream and Promise Act by Sylvia Garcia. No. I'm not going to sign that. No. There's another discharge petition that's won away called the Major Richard Star Act, and I am a signature on that. What's that one about? To give benefits to veterans, I think it's an important issue.

Okay, thank you. Thank you. Have you had any more luck with getting Republicans on board with the second discharge petition on the Epstein files? So the math is exactly the same as it was a year ago. We need four Republicans, myself and three others. we've already got Nancy Mason myself. I think we'll get two other Republicans. Yeah, there was a lot of people, there were a lot of people,

Republicans yesterday said they were interested in signing on. Well, they all voted for the Epstein Files bill. Right. And this is just an extension of it, an improvement of it. And here's the reality. If this gets to the floor, they'll all vote for it. Okay. Thank you, sir.

Well, he seems optimistic, which is certainly good news. And of course, there are other people supporting it. So, for example, Representative Lauren Bobert seemed, slightly positive about it. And she is kind of crazy, but this would be good if she signed onto it. Do you think that you'll support the new Epstein Files Transparency Act that Congresswoman Mason, Matthew, you're pushing? I haven't looked at the difference yet of what you think it does. Y'all probably got me missing my ride already. Anyway, I haven't looked at the difference yet. So I am co-sponsoring a bill with Massey to ban flock cameras, though.

To bland flock cameras? Yeah. Oh, wow. When is that going to be introduced? We already have our Surveillance Accountability Act. Right. build, he'll be introducing that I'm co-sponsoring. Okay, so she says she's going to take a look at it. We'll see if anything comes of that. But Lauren Bobert was originally a signer of the first discharge petition to get the episode. So there's a number of different members of Congress who seem on board. Even Nancy Mace is on board. She was asked, though, and this is where the cover-up continues, because Republicans are going to do what Donald Trump wants them to do for the most part. Maybe there are some defectors. There have been a little bit, at least on this issue. But for the most part, Republicans are going to do what. what Donald Trump wants them to do. Nancy Mace was actually asked this question. What are you

hearing from Republican colleagues on the new petition on the Epstein files? She says nothing. Congressman, what's the reception been so far about the second Epstein Files Transparency Act when I signed it, I think there are already more than a dozen lawmakers and I'm going to go ask Massey if he's going to hit 8 to 18 and how fast. It's absolutely something we need to do. The victims need to be able to go get the information and evidence for them. And our attorney generals, especially in New Mexico, need to be able to continue the investigation and get files from the DOJ and Southern District of New York, et cetera. And what are you hearing from your Republican colleagues on that position?

Because Patrick says that he's likely, and Wesley Hunt said he was open to it. To signing the discharge petition? Oh, that'll be fantastic. I was about to go ask Massey about a day. I'm like, how many signatures do we have? How quickly can we get this thing going? So. Nothing, she says. And Republicans are already being asked about it. For example, Representative of Troy Nels, who is diehard mag. I mean, this guy would put his life on the line for Donald Trump. He's a freak.

He was asked, he planned to sign onto the new Epstein Files Transparency Act, and he just said the Epstein stuff is over, which what a tone-deaf, disgusting thing to say, huh? Mr. Nels, real quick, do you think you'll sign on to the second Epstein? Do you think you'll be signing on to the second Epstein Piles Transparency Discharge? The Epstein stuff is over with. It's over with. I think that, listen, the DOJ, everybody's getting. to the bottom of it. We need to focus on other things and everybody wants to bring Epstein up and the

Democrats want to bring Epstein up. Some of the anti-Trumpers want to bring Epstein up because we're what, two months away from a general election. So Epstein, we've got other things to focus on. What a loser. I mean, you know, this is the same guy who cheers on Donald Trump as he does the reflecting pool and the ballroom and all the crap that he does. He thinks that's worthy of focusing on it. But when it comes to Epstein, his crimes and his alleged co-conspirators, that is apparently a step too far. That's not worthy of our attention. What a total loser. These Republicans in Congress are spineless. And Mike Johnson seems to be very much part of the cover-up because he might send Congress away for a vacation so they don't have to vote on this new bill. The cover-up of these files of

Epstein's crimes of Donald Trump's connection to the crimes as well is so deep. It's top-down. It's not just Trump. It's not just his DO's Jay. It's members of Congress as well who walk in lockstep with him on this stuff. Check this out. Thomas Maskey, S. Thomas Massey escalated his fight over the Epstein Files Monday night, reading the names of several people. He said should be investigated as we saw earlier. Massey said he had begun collecting the 218 signatures required to bypass House leadership and bring the legislation to the floor. He's been talking about this extensively, but on Tuesday morning, Massey escalated the pressure on Speaker Mike Johnson saying that there were rumors that Johnson could soon recess the House until after the midterm elections and asking whether the move would be intended to avoid the vote. the warning echoes last year's fight over the original Epstein files legislation when Massey and Kana used a discharge petition to circumvent leadership and force action.

This is what Thomas Massey said. Yesterday, Rokana and I launched a discharge petition for this bill. Now, there are rumors that Mike Johnson will soon recess the House until after the midterm elections to avoid the vote. And Massey actually posted a follow-up on this, saying that it seems like that's happening. Tuesday, I tweeted Mike Johnson would recess Congress until after the election in an attempt to Stimmy, our latest Epstein bill, Johnson went on TV adamantly saying that that was stupid and we'd work every single day. Today, he announced we'll recess on September 17th until after the election. It is so obviously a cover-up. It is so obviously a cover-up. Members are advised that votes are not expected in the House during the weeks of September 21st and September 28th.

And it continues. Take a look at this. All of this. All of this. October is entirely recessed. October is entirely off. They get a big long vacation because what the hell does Congress do anymore? And in September, none of these weeks, no votes, no votes, no votes in October, there's no yellow, and then they get back to Congress after the elections. That's the yellow in November. You see that?

That's when they're back. Disgusting. What do they do? They just cover for Donald Trump. That's all Congress does these days. That's all these Republicans do. And that's why it's so crucial that when we get back in November, assuming we win the House and hopefully the Senate.

I'm not going to assume, actually. If we win in November, we get to the bottom of this. We get that discharge petition signed. We get the Epstein Files Transparency Act to pass. And then, hopefully, with a Democratic Congress, all of this vacation won't be happening to prevent, you know, from votes that might not be favorable for Donald Trump.
