Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, folks, check this out. A Democratic member of Congress has come out publicly and said she believes she has the answer as to what's wrong with Donald Trump's health, specifically focusing on the bruising on the back of his hand that he's now covering up with layers of bandages or his very apparent, very clear mental decline that we see on a daily basis. I mean, he's having episodes where he's rambling or falling asleep all of the time. And I will preface this story by saying, I'm not entirely sold on the theory that the Congresswoman proposes here. I'm not a doctor, so I can't say that confidently. But as I've told you
Starting point is 00:00:33 on this show, I will always call balls and strikes. I will present the information. And you can let me know what you think. You can agree or disagree. Let me know in the comments. I love discourse and I love hearing from you folks. But without further ado, let's get into this story. And of course, if you enjoy, make sure to like the video, comment and subscribe as well. So before we get into the actual article and her theory, I do want to provide some context on why this is coming up again. Caroline Leavitt at a press briefing today was asked, finally, we've been waiting for this, we've been talking about this on this show. Can you explain what's going on with the bandages on Donald Trump's hands? I don't know why it's taken this long to get a question just asked to Caroline Leavitt about the matter,
Starting point is 00:01:12 but this is what she said and she's still running with the same BS excuse to explain Donald Trump's bruising. Watch. Scott, thank you. The prison's been spotted out in about a number of times with bandages on his hands. Could you please explain what that is about? Secondly, he noted on True Social the other day that he had ACE three cognitive tests. Could you please clarify when those tests took place? I can do that at a later date.
Starting point is 00:01:36 I obviously don't have that in front of me. The President has spoken about that quite extensively throughout the years. As for the bandages on the hand, we've also given you an explanation for that in the past. The President is literally constantly shaking hands. The Oval Office is like Grand Central Terminal. He is meeting with more people than any of you. even know about on a daily basis. He's also on a daily aspirin regimen, which is something his physical examinations has said in the past as well, which can contribute to that bruising
Starting point is 00:02:03 that you see. So just to be clear, Caroline Levitt's answer for Donald Trump experiencing serious bruising on this hand in particular is that he's just shaking so many hands. You know, he's just out there. He's meeting way too many people. And that's why you see this serious bruising. And that's why they're now covering it up with not only makeup, but also bandages now. And I love how she dodged the question about the cognitive exams. Donald Trump just comes out and announces he's had three this year and won't provide the date. You know, they're not giving you three cognitive exams if they don't think anything is, if they think everything's healthy with you.
Starting point is 00:02:37 If they thought that everything was healthy, there's no cognitive exams to be given. But Donald Trump has received three this year, kind of exposing himself. And I do want to highlight this as well from the Lincoln Project saying, getting a bruise from a handshake sounds pretty beta to me, which I would very, very much agree with. And then I also want to highlight this response from Dr. Jonathan Reiner, who has worked for presidents previously as a doctor, and he responded, he's obviously in this field. I believe that the president shakes a lot of hands, but handshaking is not a credible explanation for the chronic bruise on his hand. Are there bruises in other locations? This is coming from a doctor,
Starting point is 00:03:13 and they certainly don't have those in the Trump administration. But let's get into this theory, shall we, from the Congresswoman on Donald Trump's health. A member of Congress has proposed a theory that Donald Trump is taking a $26,500 anti-Alzheimer's medication, intensifying pressure for answers on his health. Sydney Kamlager Dove, a Democrat who represents South Los Angeles, reposted her theory an hour after the Daily Beast Fara Tomazeen cornered White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt about the bandaging on his hand. Levitt claimed the president is, as we just watched, constantly shaking hands.
Starting point is 00:03:50 He's meeting with more people than you know, yada, yada. but she pressed Levitt on Trump's disclosure this week that he had three cognitive tests, and of course she said that she would reveal that at a later date. However, Trump did not mention how many cognitive tests he had taken until his truth social posts this week and did not outline when they were done. After Levitt spoke, Kamlangor Dove almost immediately renewed her suggestion that Donald Trump, age 79, is taking the anti-Alzheimer's drugs, and I'm going to butcher this because I'm not a doctor. Lankhambi?
Starting point is 00:04:19 I'm not 100% sure how you pronounce that. She said, hey, I'm just asking questions. She wrote as she reposted a screenshot of the theory she first posted on December 4th. She also attached Donald Trump's rambling truth social boast about how he aced three dementia tests. And this is what she said. The Alzheimer's drugs, Lankembe, we're going to run with that, is administered through an infusion. For example, through the hand can cause swelling, bleeding, or fluid leakage in the brain requiring regular MRIs can cause tiredness. And again, not a doctor.
Starting point is 00:04:52 Not going to chime in here on the medical validity of all this. But if this is the case that this medication causes these things, well, we see these symptoms in Donald Trump all the time. He is falling asleep. He has MRIs, apparently, for no particular reason, and more. I mean, it is concerning. In her December 4th post, she wrote what we just saw above, finishing it with curious, which I do think it is.
Starting point is 00:05:13 She said, I'm not a doctor in a statement to the Daily Beast, but I do think it's curious that Trump's drowsiness and visible bruising on his hands are consistent with known symptoms and side effects of Alzheimer's medications like Linkembi, she told The Daily Beast. Quote, his recent incoherent remarks at a rally in the Poconos and a true social rant about his three cognitive tests have only intensified scrutiny of his memory and mental fitness. And, you know, whenever I read stories like this, whenever we cover stories like this on the show, which again, I'm curious to hear what you guys think about this.
Starting point is 00:05:43 And of course, if you're a doctor, let me know in the comments what you think as well. But anytime we talk about something like this, I just, remember the Biden presidency. And I remember my meeting with President Biden. I met him twice on two different occasions. I thought he was great. And then I would look online and see Republicans say, oh, he's completely incompetent. He has no idea what's going on.
Starting point is 00:06:01 And I'm like, that's not the man I just met. But regardless, Republicans were focused, laser focused, I should say, for four years on Biden's health. Any opportunity they got, they said, oh, you know, he's wearing shoes, he's doing this, he's doing that, he can't speak. They spoke about it for four years straight. but now when Donald Trump is having MRIs, he's falling asleep, he's going on these ramblings, he's bruising on his body, his ankles are the size of tree trunks, they're silent. I just find the hypocrisy quite disgusting. Quote, the White House dismissed her theory, saying it seems as if the congresswoman has not been taking her medication because she is hallucinating, distorting reality in a clearly troublesome state that requires urgent medical care. But when Donald Trump comes up with his random conspiracy theories, just in the middle of the day and is falling asleep, the White House is not concerned whatsoever about that.
Starting point is 00:06:50 Trump has long attempted to shut down questions about his mental fitness by bragging about how he aced these cognitive tests, which he wrongly called IQ tests. However, there is reason to suspect that Trump is at risk for Alzheimer's. The Alzheimer's Association notes that, quote, those who have a parent or sibling living with Alzheimer's are more likely to develop the disease than those who do not have a first-degree relative with the disease. Trump's father, of course, suffered from it. Lankenby, manufactured by Japanese pharmaceutical company,
Starting point is 00:07:18 Ezi, treats mild cognitive impairment, but it is not an Alzheimer's cure. Drugs.com writes that Lincenby can delay the onset of severe cognitive decline by five months. The drug's website suggests an 18-month course of Likembe before assessing whether they should continue treatment. And this is what it is. It is done by injection. And of course, that might explain why Donald Trump has bruising on his hand,
Starting point is 00:07:41 but again, not a doctor. I got to keep saying that, just to be clear. The drug is administered every two weeks through an IV, and it says patients may experience redness, swelling, heat, pain, itching, rash, bruising, and blood collection under the skin at the injection site. Lankhambi patients receive regular MRIs every few doses to check for area, which is abnormalities in imaging, which can manifest as brain swelling and micro hemorrhages. These conditions are asymptomatic and can be fatal if left unchecked. And of course, we still don't know the reason as to why Donald Trump has. had an MRI. He said he was going to release the results, but has not done so. So I thought this theory was interesting, and I really do want an expert to chime in here in the comments if you
Starting point is 00:08:23 are, or if you have some experience with this, or if you're just a curious watcher, I'd love to know. But that's the theory. I wonder if we're going to get anything more about it in the coming weeks and months. Because look, ever since Donald Trump got into office, I really think his health has declined quite rapidly. I mean, he was already crazy when he was sworn in. We know that. He was already going on these ramps, these rants talking. about, you know, silence of the lambs or boats sinking with batteries. He was already there. But I think if you look at that Trump then to now, it has gotten significantly worse in less than a year. So we'll see where we are in a week from now, a month from now, a year from now. But
Starting point is 00:08:58 anyway, I will leave the video there. Again, let me know what you think about this theory. Make sure to subscribe down below. It goes an incredibly long way. Drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you think about everything. And as I always say, I greatly appreciate you, and I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
