Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, folks, we just got this bombshell article from the Wall Street Journal on Donald Trump's health, and it is damning. I mean, it's really, really bad for Trump. And he's obviously, as we know, we've seen it in public, we know about it in private. He's living a very unhealthy lifestyle, one that is certainly not sustainable. This article talks about how he takes far more medication than is recommended. He completely ignores his doctors and more. It's bad. It's bad. So we're going to get into this.
Starting point is 00:00:27 We'll talk about it all. I'm going to show you the most significant points from the article. Before I do any of that, make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you think about the story. Happy New Year. I hope you had a safe, fun night last night. If you did anything, if you didn't, that's exactly what I did. I relaxed.
Starting point is 00:00:44 I was not going out. So anyway, as signs of aging emerged, Donald Trump responds with defiance. Trump is taking more aspirin than his doctors recommend. He briefly tried wearing compression socks for his swelling ankles, but stopped because he didn't like them, okay, and he regrets undergoing advanced imaging because it generated scrutiny of his health. Quote, in retrospect, it's too bad I took it because it gave them a little ammunition. Trump said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal on his decision to get a cardiovascular and abdominal scan in October, I would have been a lot better off if they didn't because the fact
Starting point is 00:01:19 I took it, it said, oh, gee, is something wrong? Well, nothing's wrong. Well, I don't know about that. The article certainly paints a different picture. But remember the history about this. Levitt said that there was nothing wrong, that there was no advanced imaging. Then the letter came out that said that there was advanced imaging. Then Donald Trump said it was an MRI. Now Donald Trump's doctors saying it's a CT scan, as we'll see in the article. It's just, it's weird. And now he's saying, you know, well, there's nothing wrong. And of course Donald Trump has a history of playing down his symptoms. Remember his first term with COVID, he was very ill behind the scenes, but made it publicly, made it look publicly that he was fine. Trump, the oldest
Starting point is 00:01:54 man to assume the presidency is showing signs of aging in public and private, a according to people close to him, yet he has at times eschewed the advice of his doctors and scoffed at the medical community's widely accepted health recommendations, relying instead on what he calls his good genetics. Wow. You know, we live in such an amazing time where medicine is so advanced, and it's just a remarkable, wonderful thing. And you'd hope that the people leading this country who are tasked with being the president,
Starting point is 00:02:25 the vice president, whatever, would be listening to these medical professionals. Instead, Donald Trump relies on his genetics. Just saying, well, I have good genetics. I have nothing to worry about. Yikes. Trump and his doctors say he's an excellent health. And AIDS say he maintains a vigorous schedule. Trump gets little sleep and has recently struggled to keep his eyes open during several televised events in the West Wing.
Starting point is 00:02:46 AIDS, donors, and friends said they often have to speak loudly in meetings with him because he strains to hear. Aside from golf, Donald Trump doesn't get any regular exercise and his diet still relies on things like McDonald's. Donald's. The large dose of aspirin he chooses to take daily has caused him to bruise easily, he said, and he's been encouraged by his doctors to take a lower dose. But Trump declined to switch because he's been taking it for 25 years. I'm a little superstitious, he said. He went on to say, they say aspirin is good for thinning out the blood, and I don't want thick blood pouring through my heart. I want nice thin blood pouring through my heart. Does that make any sense? No, it does not. And if there's any nurses or doctors or specifically heart doctors out there watching
Starting point is 00:03:30 this video, I imagine you're cringing at this statement that Donald Trump just wants purely thin blood to be going through his heart. He also has denied that he struggled to hear and whatnot. And on the topic of the MRI, he said in October he underwent one, but according to his doctor and according to Trump, he went through a CT scan, not an MRI scan. A CT scan is faster in a more common way to capture detail images of the body. The MRI is a slower test that is superior for soft tissues. Quote, it wasn't an MRI. It was less than that.
Starting point is 00:04:02 It was a CT scan. And apparently, according to them, they decided between an MRI, between a CT scan, and they eventually went with a CT scan. And the doctor said it was done to definitively rule out any cardiovascular issues and revealed no abnormalities. That's their claim. Now, here's where it gets a little weird. Donald Trump's skin has become very delicate, very delicate.
Starting point is 00:04:26 The president has sought to conceal ailments that have led to speculation about his health, especially the bruising on his hands. His physical signs of aging are becoming more evident to some of his closest advisors. His skin is so delicate that Pam Bondi, now his attorney general, caused his hand to bleed when she nicked him with her ring while giving him a high five at the RNC in Milwaukee. Now, that's crazy. I mean, Donald Trump's skin is so delicate.
Starting point is 00:04:51 that it's getting cut basically all the time. And Donald Trump said that he has this makeup that takes like 10 minutes to put on. And then he just, you know, he's getting beat up all the time. He's having cuts on his hand, so he has to do it quite frequently. And that's pretty concerning. The fact that Donald Trump's hand is bleeding this easily. And of course, they point out that Donald Trump has often accused Joe Biden of being unhealthy for years. That was issues he focused on during the campaign, especially he did. And he's the one. with this very delicate skin that is now being cut just from high fives. Pretty concerning. Now, on the interview they did, in an impromptu interview that came after the journal shared details
Starting point is 00:05:33 about its reporting with the White House, the president expressed irritation about the public debate over his health. He's grown upset with his own White House staff for not promoting him as more vigorous. Let's talk about my health again for the 25th time, he said on the phone, making a joke. Trump said he often begins his day early at an office in the White House residence before coming downstairs at around 10 a.m. and then working in the Oval Office from until 7 or 8 p.m. But the problem is Donald Trump himself admits that he's asked his staff to reduce the amount of meetings he has in a day, saying he only wants to focus on the important ones. But also, Trump's staff has encouraged him to slow down his pace, telling him to go take a vacation in Florida for around two weeks. So he's just working so hard and so much that he has to have less meetings and he's now vacationing in Florida for two weeks.
Starting point is 00:06:24 Really, they've also counseled him, his staff, to try to keep his eyes open during public events fearing the optics of him appearing to fall asleep. Well, we've seen him fall asleep. It's not just him closing his eyes or blinking as Donald Trump has tried to claim. It is him falling asleep, absolutely. on the topic of the swelling in his lower legs, Donald Trump went in July to see what the physician described as a mild swelling in his lower legs. Ultrasounds of his veins showed that the president had chronic venous insufficiency. And in a statement to the journal, the doctor said the condition is a superficial chronic venous insufficiency, which involves the smaller veins in the body and the doctor says is treatable. Donald Trump was given compression socks to wear, but took them off because he said, I didn't like them.
Starting point is 00:07:11 So didn't last. Then it gets even worse. Donald Trump says, exercise is boring. Exercise is boring. He said he isn't interested in an exercise routine other than golf. I just don't like it. It's boring to walk on a treadmill or run on a treadmill for hours and hours like some people do. That's not for me.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Wow. So Donald Trump could be walking on the treadmill for like 20 minutes a day, 30 minutes a day, whatever it might be in the morning, in the night, whatever. And it would make a world of a difference. just some exercise, but he says it's boring. Remember, maha, they love the exercise, they love eating this or eating this or taking this medication, whatever. And Donald Trump's like, yeah, you know, this whole walking thing, this whole running thing, the whole moving my body, it's boring. But he's in perfect health, apparently. The physician on the topic of the aspirin said Trump
Starting point is 00:08:01 uses aspirin for cardiac prevention. He said Trump takes 325 milligrams of aspirin a day, A low dose of aspirin, according to the Mayo Clinic, is most commonly 81 milligrams. So what? That's like basically four times the daily recommendation. Quote, they'd rather have me take the smaller one. I take the larger one. I've done it for years. And what it does is it causes bruising.
Starting point is 00:08:24 That's what Donald Trump is saying. It causes the bruising. And on that makeup, Trump said he applies the makeup to his hand after he gets whacked again by someone. I have makeup. That's, you know, easy to put on, takes about 10 seconds. But it's weird that it's only on one hand. People have theorized that it's some sort of IV an injection that he gets in his hand daily, and it's only on that one hand, somewhat spread to the other.
Starting point is 00:08:46 But interesting. He says he has this makeup. It takes 10 seconds to put on. At least he's admitting to it. He also says, I've never been a big sleeper. He has difficulty sleeping well at night, and by his own account is often texting and calling AIDS at 2 a.m. or later. So the president, I mean, this is crazy.
Starting point is 00:09:02 The president doesn't eat well, doesn't sleep well. His hearing is going. his skin is delicate. He's taking four times the daily recommendation of aspirin, but he claims his health is perfect. Okay, no problem. No problem. There was that event, I'm sure you all have seen the video by now, where Donald Trump during a dinner in September was asked a question from a journalist that didn't hear them and had to lean over to Melania saying, what? What did they say? Then she leaned over to him and repeated the question. That's on the hearing. On the diet topic, Trump said he hasn't made any changes to his diet. In a podcast interview in October, the Republican National Committee chairman Joe Grutter's described being shocked by Trump's eating habits when they traveled together during the campaign. While flying to a campaign event, according to him, Trump consumed French fries, a McDonald's quarter-pounder hamburger, a Big Mac, and a filet-o fish, all in one sitting. All in one sitting. Wow. So, yeah, this is pretty concerning. And of course, we've all been very concerned about Donald Trump's health, the mental decline, the physical
Starting point is 00:10:05 decline, the swollen ankles, the bruising that we've all seen for a long, long time. But the fact that he's taking four times the daily recommendation of aspirin and is not sleeping, not eating, not exercising, not doing any of those things, that's not good. That is unsustainable, to put it nicely. So, wow, if you're a doctor, let me know what you think about this. I will leave the video there. Thank you so much for watching. Make sure to subscribe down below. Drop a like on the video. Let me know seriously what you think of this. I'm excited. But really concerning, especially with how Republicans focused on Biden's health for four years, but they don't care about Trump. Have an amazing rest of your day. Happy New Year.
