Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, folks, I have an urgent breaking news update for you this evening on the war with Iran, and it is incredibly significant, something that you need to know about, and it involves boots on the ground, a ground operation in Iran that Donald Trump is actively considering. It's no longer a rumor, the Pentagon, according to the Washington Post in this exclusive reporting, is making preparations for weeks of ground operations in Iran. They're not preparing for one singular event or a couple of days in Iran, which would already be bad enough. They're preparing for weeks, and some people quoted in the article close to Donald Trump said actually that will be months. So this is really, really important stuff.
Starting point is 00:00:38 We're going to get into it and more that we're learning about this evening. Before I do that, though, please make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you think about this. Let me know if you were out there for no kings. It was great to meet some of you out there. It was wonderful to talk with you all. If you're on Apple or Spotify, please make sure to rate the show five stars and follow along. Without further ado, let's get into it.
Starting point is 00:00:58 I, you know, when I was reading this story, I couldn't help but remember this clip that we talked about on the show where Donald Trump was asked, what's your plan for Karg Island, that economic hub that handles a lot of Iran's crude oil? And Donald Trump's answer just tells you everything you need to know about his competency when it comes to, you know, handling a war. Just watch. And that's what we've got. How will it operate? Well, you know, I may have a plan or I may not, but how would I ever say that to a report? If I said that to a reporter, Marker, would say, please, sir, let's bring you over to the helicopter immediately.
Starting point is 00:01:34 Right? I can't tell you that. Okay. So Donald Trump, the guy who just blabbers all the time, loves to hear himself speak, suddenly is secretive? No, what Donald Trump means by this by saying I might have a plan or I might not have a plan is that he doesn't have a plan. There is no plan.
Starting point is 00:01:53 I mean, that's why the Pentagon is making active preparations right now. So there is a plan, but Donald Trump doesn't know what he's doing. There's no idea of what's next. He's taking it day by day. I mean, we've seen that in the reporting we've talked about on the show where one day, exclusive sources, high-level sources are saying yet Donald Trump wants to wrap it up. The next day, he's saying, no, actually, we're going to invade Iran. He just changes his mind all the time.
Starting point is 00:02:16 He has no idea what he's doing. He has no plan. And that's why we're in this moment. And on top of what we're learning tonight, that the Pentagon is making these preparations, this might have something to do with it. The U.S. Marines have arrived in the Middle East as Houthis launch attacks against Israel. It's a very specific group of Marines. One month into the U.S. war, this is the Wall Street Journal, against Iran.
Starting point is 00:02:37 The 31st Marine Expeditiary Unit has arrived in the Middle East, giving Trump more options. The war expanded to include Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi militia. It's a first attack in the war. The Houthi militia fired two missiles Saturday at Israel, both of which were intercepted. The Houthis also took responsibility for a second attack against Israel. So not only do we have more troops landing in the Middle East arriving as we speak, but now the war is expanded. The Iran-backed Houthis are part of it now, and the United States will be dealing with that. So this war is not getting smaller, it's getting bigger, and more people are joining in.
Starting point is 00:03:13 More Marines are now on the ground in Iran ready for war if Donald Trump decides, you know what, let's do it. If he decides, hey, let's go for it. And that brings us to this reporting that the Pentagon is making these preparations for weeks of ground invasions. You know, it's so ironic because Donald Trump has said throughout his entire presidency, no troops on the ground. And he said in the campaign, no more war. And now look where we are. A year in whatever, however many months, a year and two months since Donald Trump got
Starting point is 00:03:40 into office for his second term. And we went from Donald Trump saying, I'm the peace president. I'm a peacemaker. I love everybody. I love peace. To now we're talking about the Pentagon preparing for weeks of operations in Iran. Let's get into it. So the Pentagon is making these preparations as thousands of American soldiers.
Starting point is 00:03:55 soldiers and Marines arrive in the Middle East for what could become a dangerous new phase of the war. Any potential ground operation would fall short of a full-scale invasion. Thankfully, that's what's being reported right now, and could instead involve raids by a mixture of special forces and conventional infantry troops, according to these officials who spoke anonymously. Such a mission could expose U.S. personnel to an array of threats, including Iranian drones and missiles, groundfire, and improvised explosives.
Starting point is 00:04:23 It was unclear Saturday whether Donald Trump would approve all. some or none of these plans. We still don't know what Donald Trump is thinking about these specific plans, although we've heard some reporting on what he plans to do with these troops. And I've consistently said that I don't think Donald Trump and the military are moving tens of thousands of troops to the Middle East just for fun. I think they're moving these troops for a reason. There's a purpose.
Starting point is 00:04:44 They're not just doing it for decoration, you might say. And on this topic of, you know, U.S. personnel being subjected to threats, including drones and missiles, we know, according to CNN, that Iran is built. building up defenses of Karg Island. They're actually laying traps in the water on the beaches of Karg Island. This is a space that Donald Trump has talked about invading for quite some time. I mean, we heard him in this video being asked about his plans for Karg Island. And now it's become even more complicated with these traps that are being laid and the potential danger that comes with those. And yet, I don't think Donald Trump is actually paying attention to this stuff.
Starting point is 00:05:19 I think he's just going to do whatever he wants to do, despite, you know, the reporting that we're getting and what Iran is doing to prevent something like this. The Trump administration in recent days has vacillated between declaring that the war is winding down and threatening to amplify it. It's just a constant change. While the president has signaled a desire to negotiate and end the conflict, White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt warned Tuesday that if the regime in Tehran does not end its nuclear ambitions and ceases its threats against the United States and its allies, Trump is, quote,
Starting point is 00:05:48 prepared to unleash hell against them. Sounds very peaceful, doesn't it? Sounds very peaceful. In a statement responding to questions for this report, Leavitt said, it's the job of the Pentagon to make preparations in order to give the commander-in-chief maximum optionality. It does not mean the president has made a decision. Discussions within the administration over the past month have touched upon the possible
Starting point is 00:06:09 seizure of Carr Island, as we discussed as well, or raiding areas, coastal areas near the Strait of Hormuz to find and destroy weapons that can target commercial and military shipping. Officials said, here's an important quote in this article, though. One person said that the objectives under consideration in these Pentagon plans would probably take weeks, not months. Another, however, put the timeline at a couple of months. And I think if you were a betting man, like if I'm a betting man, if you're a betting person, we can take a good bet here.
Starting point is 00:06:39 How many times has the United States, number one, got involved in Middle Eastern conflicts, but also number two said it would take only a little bit of time just for it to take much longer. I mean, you know, we have a long and recent history, might I add, of the United States being involved in the Middle East, and it has never been a couple of weeks. You know, it's just, it's never worked out like that. And when the government is telling you that, that it's going to be a couple of weeks, especially Donald Trump. I mean, we're not talking about a competent administration here. If we're talking about competency, then we can have that conversation. We're talking about incompetent people in positions they shouldn't be. So when they are telling you
Starting point is 00:07:14 that it will be a couple of weeks, you know, maybe, you know, maybe, you know, two weeks, three weeks, we'll see what it is. When they are telling you that, I would not believe a word they say. That's my personal position. I'm not believing that it's going to be weeks. I think whoever spoke on the latter half of that paragraph and said a couple of months is probably more accurate, if not years. I mean, remember, Donald Trump's asking for $200 billion,
Starting point is 00:07:36 billion with a B dollars in order to continue this war. That doesn't sound like a fun for a couple of weeks. You know, that sounds like a much longer extended thing. And the Pentagon, of course, did not respond to request for comment on the story. And Trump, when speaking, March 20th in the Oval Office, said, I'm not putting troops anywhere. If I were, I certainly wouldn't tell you, but I'm not putting troops anywhere. Remember that quote. He's on the record.
Starting point is 00:08:00 I'm not putting troops anywhere. And if he does, we should have ads in the midterms with that quote and then Donald Trump doing it side by side. Just have that comparison because he's a liar. And really, like, you know, whatever he says in the Oval Office doesn't matter because he'll say one thing one day and then he'll say something the next. day. It doesn't absolve him of lying, but it's just, you know, for people who are watching this take place, you should just never listen to Donald Trump because it can change like that.
Starting point is 00:08:24 So look, I just, I wanted to bring you this story. It is really, really serious. It's really significant. And I'm scared for my fellow Americans, both here and abroad, the service members who are being brought to the Middle East, I'm terrified for them. And I'm wishing for them every single day. And I'm, you know, I'm not a religious man, but I'm hoping for their safety every single day. So I will leave the video there. Thank you so much for watching. Let me know if you're seeing anything about this just out there that I might have missed. Make sure to subscribe down below. Like the video, comment, do all that good stuff. I greatly appreciate you. Go such an incredibly long way. As I mentioned, if you're on Apple or Spotify, please make sure to rate the show
Starting point is 00:09:01 five stars. That also helps tremendously. Have an amazing rest of your day. Happy No Kings Day. And we will talk soon.
