All right, folks, check this out. There is chaos inside the White House. We are now learning that privately, behind the scenes, Donald Trump has been lashing out at members of his administration. Senior members of his staff are now feeling the wrath of the lunatic who currently sits in the Oval Office. And in my opinion, based on everything we're about to go through, it seems like the panic is setting in for Donald Trump. The walls are closing in and he knows it because in just three months from now, he and the Republican Party are going to have to answer to voters on his. many different failures, and it's not looking good for them. According to the Washington Post in this exclusive report, Trump and Pete Hegeseth got into

a little bit of a screaming match. They clashed at Camp David over Iran missile depletion concerns. What this is referencing is our munitions stockpile. Basically, all of our missiles are gone. We don't have any missiles. They've depleted to a dangerously low level, and that's affecting us. It's affecting our allies. And Donald Trump has no answer to it.

So it seems like he's trying to blame other people. Dumb and Dumber over here are trying to point fingers at each other, and that's not a great strategy for the United States. So I want to get into this article with you. We'll talk about what the Washington Post is reporting here based on their fight. But before we do that, I want to point out that it really seems like this story is the least of Pete Hegseth's concerns right now. Because back in June, he claimed that it was a manufactured story. It was fake news that the United States faces munition stockpile shortage. He said that it was just the liberal media making it up.

We have all the missiles and firearms and ammunition that we need. There's no problem. But now we're also learning that Pete Hagseth was just on his hands and knees in front of Congress begging for more money in some private meetings that just got leaked. Pentagon Pete's secret plea for cash has been leaked. So check this out. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is quietly begging lawmakers for even more money to plug the hole blown in his department's accounts by Donald Trump's War of Choice on Iran.

The Pentagon is already trying to squeeze $67 billion. from Congress to help replace the stockpiles it is burned through. The president promised the fighting would last just a few weeks. Now it's in its sixth month. Heg Seth and his team met with Republican senators on Tuesday for a closed-door briefing. Defense officials showed candor at the meeting about the toll the conflict has taken and told lawmakers to expect requests for more funding on top of the amount they've already asked for. The secretary has routinely excluded Democratic lawmakers from updates on the war

and didn't invite them to this one either. So back in June, Pete Hagseth was saying that it's a manufactured story that we've run out of missiles. And then fast forward to now, he's honed his hands and knees in front of Congress begging for even more money on top of all the money we've already spent. I mean, we've spent tens of billions, if not over $100 billion, probably well over $100 billion, on the war in Iran. And he wants more money. So it doesn't sound like it's a manufactured story. Sounds like it's the truth. And this all came to a head with Pete Hagsteth and Donald Trump at Camp David.

Donald Trump's frustration over the Iran War boiled over at Camp David last week where he demanded answers from Pete Hegseth on why he had apparently been misled on extreme munitions shortages that now threatened to limit military options and operations within Iran, two people familiar with the exchange told the Washington Post. The encounter took place on the sidelines of his cabinet meeting at Camp David on Friday where Trump vented at Hegseth that he thought the munitions issue, quote, had been fixed, according to both people familiar with the conversation, who, of course, spoke anonymously. Now, I will point out that Caroline Levitt has already denied the story, saying it's not true.

It just came out, and she's already saying it's not true, saying, quote, I was at Camp David with Donald Trump and Secretary Hegseth. This literally never happened, and we told the Washington Post that repeatedly. This BS story was shopped to many outlets by someone clearly out to disparage the secretary for whatever reason, unfortunately for them. The president loves the secretary and thinks he's doing a tremendous job, fake news. And so we all know the good rule of thumb in politics, which is when the Trump administration says something is fake news, it's probably real. And so I, you know, the Washington Post doesn't mess around when it comes to their sourcing. This absolutely happened. And the fact that Caroline Levitt is trying to run cover for Donald Trump and claim that it didn't is really just disgusting.

So Trump was screaming at Pete Heggseth. And that's not all. That's not the only piece of information we need to know about in this report. Trump also said Monday that he had ordered and subsequently called off the biggest attacks. since World War II pending claims of new negotiations over the Strait of Hormuz. The president deserted overnight that the United States has massive amounts of munitions, saying in a post on social media, that, quote, large amounts are being manufactured and shipped. And I actually have those posts for you right now, Donald Trump, on the 1st of August,

saying the United States is locked and loaded and ready to go against Iran at levels of military terror, strength, and power not seen since World War II. Despite this, we have just been asked by Iran and other Middle Eastern countries to hold off on any attack and that the perimeters, I think he means parameters, but whatever, we'll go with what he said, perimeters of a deal, which makes no sense, has been agreed to. This would include the immediate, complete, and total opening of the Strait of Formuz and an end to Iran's nuclear threat based on this request. I have agreed for the future benefit of the world and likewise the survival of a successful and prosperous Iran to cancel the attack subject to being able to rapidly

make a deal. The country of Israel joins me in this commitment. Get to work, everybody, get it done. Donald Trump also said that in his speech in Nevada yesterday, and check this out. That's the old-fashioned way. To the victor along the spoils, right? And we're doing the same thing, by the way, in the lovely Islamic Republic of Iran. We're doing, we're not going to hell out of it. Not going to be a lot. I'd rather make a deal because I don't want to kill people.

I do not want to kill people. But at some point we're going to, we had, we were, we were set for the biggest attack of any attack, and we've hit them very hard for the last few months, but we were, we were all set for the biggest attack since World War II. And they called me and they said, please don't do it, let's talk. And then they don't, they said, we never said that. You know what? The fake news knows they did say that, but we are talking. Let's see what happens. So he's claiming that here.

And also in this post, he says the U.S. has massive amounts of munitions, especially if certain types. Additionally, large amounts are being manufactured and shipped to the U.S. is needed. Defense companies are building the largest numbers of plants and factories in our country's history. The leakers of these treasonous statements are being hunted down. Long-term jail sentences will be sought. And so based on this report and based on this interaction that Donald Trump had with Pete Hegeseth, we can reasonably say that Donald Trump did not cancel the strikes on Iran because he, wants to negotiate. They're willing to negotiate. Iran has denied that they're negotiating.

He didn't cancel it because of that. He canceled it because we have no missiles. We have no munitions. And if he would have done this attack, we would have had literally nothing left. We have a couple hundred missiles here and their left. If he would have went forward with the attack on Iran, we would have had nothing left. So he in these posts is absolutely lying. He in this speech is absolutely lying. And we also know that because, according to a new report, the United States has used nearly all, nearly all of its stockpile of long-range missiles in Iran. It's all gone. It's all gone. In the first month of fighting alone, the U.S. has fired off more than 850 Tomahawk cruise missiles

and more than 1,000 Patriot and Terminal High Altitude Area Defense Systems. The U.S. has also used more than 1,300 of the Army's tactical ballistic missiles in the initial weeks of fighting. One U.S. official told the post, the ATACM stockpile, a short-range missile, also in demand by Ukraine is drained to the extent that there's basically none left. Great. The scarcity of defense munitions has also had an impact beyond the Middle East. Ukraine is running out of air defenses and there are few options with which to replenish from Western stockpiles, leaving them exposed to Russia's long-range attacks. The lack of interceptor missiles is also altering

how the United States decides whether to employ munitions against an incoming threat based on where it's assessed to be heading and whether or not it's a factor. So our munition stockpile is so low that now we're having to pick and choose what attacks from Iran we respond to. That sounds dangerous. That sounds like it's putting people's lives in jeopardy, but does Donald Trump care? Does Donald Trump have a plan to solve this? No, absolutely not. Back at Camp David, as he was confronted by Trump over the bare weapon stockpile, Hegeseth defended himself and blamed his deputy. Wow. Stephen Feinberg for the shortages and for not ensuring Trump was fully appraised of the issue. The exchange underscored Trump's increasing frustration with his defense

secretary, who was one of his biggest early advocates for taking military action against Iran, convincing Trump. It would be a quick and relatively easy win, according to multiple officials who also spoke to the Washington Post and other allies, or excuse me, outlets. But look at this. Look at this. Pete Hegseth, blaming somebody else. They're all trying to point fingers at each other. Donald Trump won't take responsibility. Pete Hegseth won't take responsibility. I'm sure the Stevenberg character is not going to take responsibility. J.D. Vancewote, no members of this administration are going to take any amount of accountability for the position that we find ourselves in as a country.

And this forever war, it seems like, five-month war with Iran that Trump said was going to last a couple of weeks. They're not going to take responsibility for us being unable to defend ourselves adequately. They will not take responsibility for troops dying in the Middle East. They won't take responsibility for any of it. And it is incredibly frustrating. Pete Higgseth was actually asked to his face, when we can expect to replenish our munitions from Trump's war in Iran, and he wouldn't give a straight answer. Okay, how many years to replenish? That's the question. I think that's exactly the right question, too, Senator,

because the time frame we were existing under was unacceptable. Okay, well, tell me. What this budget does? I mean, months and years. Fast. I mean, we're building new plants in real time. So just to replace what we have expended. I said months. And then you said years. It depends on the weapon system, but two to three, four X of what we have today. So, yes. We're dealing with a reality under the previous administration of what they sent to Ukraine and what they allocated elsewhere. Okay, I got it. And we fired years worth of munitions. So he just said months and years, but it depends on the munition.

And then he also tries to blame Joe Biden. There is no coherent response from the administration on how we got here and how they planned to fix it. Like with any issue out there, there's never a coherent response from any of these people on any of the issues impacting the American people. So this does not surprise me, but it is still disgusting. It's still disgusting. And it seems like Pete Higgseth and Trump are panicking for different reasons. Hegsetth wants his job and Trump is going after him at this meeting at Camp David. And Donald Trump wants to win the midterms.

It seems like for the most part you'd probably guess so, right? It seems like he wants to win the midterms and this is a big issue. And we can't defend ourselves. We can't do it. We don't have the missiles to do it. And that really is, I think, scary for every single American. So Pete Hegseth getting screamed at over a real issue. Will anything change?
