This is an IHeart podcast.
Guaranteed Human.
Hey guys, it's us.
The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe.
I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick.
And guess what?
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it.
But, you know, tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you.
you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it.
Another podcast from some SNL late night comedy guy, not quite. Unhumor me with Robert Smygel
and friends. Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you
funnier. This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer Streeter Seidel, help an
a cappella band with their between songs banter. Where does your group perform? We do some
retirement homes. Those people are starving for banter. Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel and
friends on the ice.

Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes
for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
Listen to Superhuman on the IHard Radio app,

Last night, a blown call changed a game.
This morning, the internet lost its mind,
and nobody's telling you exactly what happened.
That's where Sports Slice comes in.
I'm Timbo, and every episode, we're cutting through the noise,
breaking down the biggest moments in sports
and giving you the real story behind the headline.
And we're going straight to the source, the athletes themselves,
their locker room stories, their reactions in the moment,
and the stuff nobody gets to hear.

The volume.
What is going on, everybody, John Middilcoff,
Three and Out podcast.
Live here from Radio Row.
Yeah, man, I just don't even know what to say.
I don't know why they call it Radio Row.
It probably should be Podcast Row.
But I'm going to talk about the
experience here. We have Kendrick Bourne who played for the 49ers this year, played for the
Patriots and the 49ers before that. He will join us as well. I was supposed to get Cherm, who I was with
earlier this morning. That'd be Richard Sherman, but he kind of snuck his way out of here when I
wasn't paying attention. So he made promises it'll come on after. But you guys know the drill
subscribe to the podcast. If you listen on Collins feed, you obviously can see us on Netflix.
and you can find that Kendrick Bourne interview on Netflix.
You can find the Al Guido, the Al Guido interview.
Me and Jackson ran into Al Guido and John Lynch last night
when we were hanging out with our friends Ronnie Lott and Joe Montana.
None of them actually talked to us, but we were all together in the same room.
So we left Al alone because he was a busy man.
But you can see that all on Netflix.
And let's talk some football.
Me and Jackson went last night to watch 1989, 49.
nineer team did like a night of champions. And it was Ronnie Lott, Joe Montana, Tom Rathman,
John Taylor, and it was led by Chris Berman. And it was really, really cool. And one takeaway I had
from that actually, and I told Sherman this this morning. I feel like Ronnie Lott is the most
underappreciated player in the history of sports. Like I feel like when you just bring up random names,
like Mickey Mantle, Will Chamberlain, whoever, just like really famous,
all-time great players.
Everyone's like, I feel like no one ever brings up Ronnie Lott.
And Joe Montana last night was like, that guy was the heart and soul, and we were a defensive
team.
And I was thinking, I feel like Ronnie Lott does not get the appreciation that he deserves.
In 1981, he was drafted.
They immediately won the Super Bowl.
And he became like this hybrid.
He ended up playing safety, but he was a corner at first.
It was like he hit like John Lynch.
He could cover like he was Rivas.
And we just don't talk about him.
So that's my little soapbox rant right now is Ronnie Lott is criminally underrated.
I mean, criminally.
And I don't think he's underrated in the sense, like people that talk about football,
talk about Ronnie Lott's good.
But no one ever talks about him.
Everyone's fucking talking about Anthony Davis getting traded and all these things.
Like, no one ever mentions this guy.
It's crazy.
I just wanted to give him some love because I love, I freaking love Ronnie Lott.
He's just football's built on guys like that.
Even Joe Montana, Jackson, you were there, pointed a running lot, heart and soul of the team.
That being said, Seattle's in the Super Bowl, and they're probably going to win it in the 49ers Stadium.
So there's that.
And, yeah, other than that, San Francisco, you got to keep your head on a swivel when you're walking around the city.
There's a lot of fecal matter on the ground, and it ain't just from dogs.
So, you know, last night you had to do like a little Christian McCaffrey walking down the street.
Beautiful weather, though.
It's like 65 degrees.
You got to be careful.
The thing about San Francisco and the Bay Area in general,
I guess coastal towns are like this.
Where I went to school, Cal Poly was a lot like this,
is you wake up and it's cold.
So you're wearing jeans, a pullover, a sweatshirt.
And then the sun comes out and you start sweating.
So you, like, want shorts and a t-shirt.
And then, like, a little before dinner, it gets cold again.
So you've got to have your head on a swivel with outfits.
Like when I left the hotel this morning,
At about eight, it was cold.
By the time, and I kind of got lost, I was kind of turned around,
even though I've spent, I mean, I lived in this area for 30 plus years of my life,
that you get in the sun and you start getting hot.
It's, you know, at least like where I'm in Arizona, it's just hot.
The thing with the Bay Area, you just never know what pitch it's going to throw.
Sometimes it's throwing 100 miles an hour, and you're like, it's freezing cold, bundle up.
Sometimes the sun out, and you're like, it's 80 degrees, but it feels really hot,
you're sweating. So hopefully the weather's great this weekend. We get a good Super Bowl.
I love the Super Bowl. I mean, it's just, there's just so much on the line. Sam Darnold,
Super Bowl champion. Imagine if Sam Darnold wins the Super Bowl MVP. I mean, I'm sitting there
last night, Joe Montana. They're like, Super Bowl MVP, Joe Montana. What if you just walk into a room?
It's like Tom Brady, Super Bowl MVP, Joe Montana, Super Bowl MVP, Peyton Manning, Super Bowl MVP. And then Sam
Donald walks in in like a week. It's like, I'm a Super Bowl MVP too. Think how crazy that would be
describing that to someone several years ago that that happened. People, I don't even think,
would believe you. They wouldn't. But it's not even possible. I mean, he's the betting favorite.
If Seattle wins, you just look at the history. Typically, quarterbacks, not only win the award,
it's very difficult for them not to win the award. It would take a corner having like two picks.
it would take a Jackson Smith having anything he does Sam Donald's doing.
So the quarterback usually gets more respect than the wide receiver.
Edelman's crazy catch.
It takes something crazy to take it away from Sam.
Yeah, other than that, still kind of running on fumes.
You know, I thought I'd be able to sleep.
Felt a little guilty, as my wife said, the baby didn't sleep,
but you just kind of lay in the hotel room, stare at the sky,
and you're like, I guess I got to go to Radio Row.
and sling some take.
So let's dive into some of our interviews.
And I'll talk to everyone a little bit later.
Adios.

Pretty, yeah, pretty wide range of podcasts throughout there.
But this one's extra special.
So how did we actually come up with a name, Hey Jonas, guys?
I honestly don't remember.
I think it was on a call about what we should call it.
Well, we were thinking I'm originally calling it one of the early names of our band.
Before Jonas Brothers was...
This is how you guys remember it going down?
Yes.
I have a very different memory of this.
We were talking about a thing, a bit for the podcast.
could call in and say, hey Jonas, and then I wrote down on my little notepad, Hey Jonas, and offered it up as a potential title for the podcast.
But thanks for remembering that, guys.

Genschen went.
I mean, she went down in three to Rabakina, but I'm delighted.
She's an outsider to win the French for me.
And she likes Clay.
Listen, Lernerabakina is arguably the best player in the world right now.
And I actually can win on any surface.
Because if she's serving, well, good luck.

Okay, here with LSU legend, multiple time all pro, Justin Jefferson.
You know, during fall, during August training camp, I'm watching a Vikings preseason game.
And you're miced up with Paul Allen, and you just held it down.
You know, Tom Brady makes a lot of money.
It might be a future.
For sure, that's definitely something that I might look into.
I'm always a fan of sports, always a fan, especially of football.
So it's definitely something that I might need to take.
you know, take a part, but as of right now, as, you know, me still being able to play,
I'm going to play until it's all setting down.
Have you done that before during a training camp game?
Yeah.
I did last year.
I did last year and they said, like, you know, we need to do this again.
Right, right.
But I'm always on different interviews and different little segments on TV, so I feel like I'm starting
to get accustomed to it.
You know, it's funny, you're obviously fun guy, come here, have a good time, but anything
you say right now,
Everyone, you know, you go to these places.
You just said something last week, and it's everywhere you look.
Right, yeah, for sure.
I mean, typically you come here, times are good.
You've been winning, all pro, and now it's like, I want his takes on about,
I got about three questions.
Quarterback, GM.
Do you get nervous when you come into that?
No one that's coming?
You don't care?
That's something I had to answer all year.
You know, of course, being in the season and, you know, losing, having questions at
that quarterback, those questions always has been given to me throughout the year.
really nothing. It's just all about telling, I really tell what it is and just tell them what
I'm looking forward to, of course, what needs to work on and what we need to get better at.
So it's not really much about being nervous about the questions, but of course those questions
do you think about Sam? I mean, obviously he had a great season last year.
I mean, he's definitely had a great season last year, but he bounced back and had an even better
better one this year. So I feel like that's the main thing that I'm taking away from it.
You know, a lot of people counting him out, a lot of people, you know, asking if he's
able to do that again to what the whole different team. So I'm just happy to see him reach to this
stage, of course, with the journey that he has, and hopefully he wins it.
When did you know last year, okay, this is going to, was it training camp, was OTAs,
did it pay a couple games? Yeah. You got through a lot of quarterbacks.
For sure, a good bit. But, I mean, training camp, he definitely made plays.
definitely had a big arm, being able to lead the offense.
And then once JJ went down with the injury, then he was the main guy.
So it was all about connecting with him and building that relationship
and building that relationship out there on that field.
So, I mean, to see him throughout the game winning 14 games that season
and being a valuable spark for us that we really needed during that time.
I mean, he's definitely a great player, but he's also a great guy as well.
Was this the craziest year of your career?
For sure, 100%.
Just to deal with the different things
that I had to deal with this year,
you know,
everybody really expecting me
to give a reaction or give my honest opinion,
but just really staying true to myself,
staying true to the guys that's in that building,
and just understanding that, you know,
the people that's in this building are the main important people.
So it really wasn't about, you know,
putting anybody down or putting a bad name on anybody.
It's just all about, you know,
going back to work
and just, of course, being that leader and that captain that I am.
I remember Carson Palmer told me years ago that, like,
the thing he missed about playing was everyone looking at him.
He walked into the building.
What's unique about you, you're kind of that guy.
It's typically the quarterback.
So it's like if you shrug your shoulder or something,
everyone picks it apart.
So it's like, you think you kind of grew this year from just,
because everyone's like, oh, is he mad?
Oh, he's over it.
Oh, he's pissed.
100%.
And, you know, I had to learn that patience.
Is that fair?
That people picking you apart?
or comes to the territory?
Yeah, it comes with the game.
You know, it comes with signing up for this huge program
that's billions of dollars being involved
and millions of fans that's being involved.
So it's a part of it.
You know, they want to win.
They want answers.
And the only way is to get those answers
is from the face of the franchise.
So it's staying true to myself,
staying true to the guys that's in that building
and not really putting a bad name or a bad comment
on anybody's name in that.
What's the key to JJ just growing and everything this offseason?
Yeah, I mean, just, I mean, if people don't really,
if people don't look at him as just a quarterback,
obviously he's a quarterback of this organization,
but this is his first year.
You know, this is his new time,
this is a whole new time of really him experiencing
and being out there on that field
with these type of guys playing in his league.
So it's not always going to be, you know,
finding Danny, roses and butterflies.
sometimes it takes a little bit of patience,
sometimes it takes a little bit of more extra work
in order for him to be exactly what he needed to be.
You obviously had historic, you know, last year at LSU.
Yeah.
And then you had a pretty big moment,
even though you had nothing to do with it,
when it said the Philadelphia Eagles have selected Jalen Rager,
and they go to the Minnesota guys,
and they're like, yeah.
You were the next pick, right?
Yeah.
That was your welcome to the NFL moment.
It still goes viral.
100%.
And a whole bunch of mock dress had me going to Philly that year.
And then, you know, Minnesota actually called me during their pick.
So I thought it was Philly calling me at that time.
But when I heard him and he was like, this is the Minnesota Vikings.
I definitely was confused.
But I also was happy, of course, being picked in the first round and being able to fulfill my dreams.
I got one more for you get out here.
You coming out, you look back, you went in the 20s because it was like, oh, he's a slot receiver.
Oh, he can't, I don't know, separate outside.
the drafts a couple months away now.
Looking back, how did that happen?
I really don't know.
And honestly, if you really looked at the film
and you really studied my game,
I'm definitely far more than a slot receiver.
That was my first year playing slot receiver, actually.
Years before, I always played outside receiver.
So it was just all about the talk that was in the building.
Of course, having Jamar Chase, having Terrence Marshall and myself,
Someone had to play outside and someone had to play inside.
It was a decent offense.
Exactly.
It was pretty decent, right?
So just taking that role into playing that slot position, being able to move, being versatile,
showing, well, it was apparently supposed to show the league that I was more versatile,
but they thought that I was more of a slot receiver than, of course, being versatile.
So it was all part of the plan.
I'm happy to be in Minnesota, happy to have a fantastic state-of-art facility.
We're A-plus is on everything.
So I was definitely honored to be there.
It just, you know, of course, had to go through some changes
and difficulties of reaching to where we would like to go.
A lot of people saying Indiana best team ever.
I don't know about that.
I don't think so either.
See you, buddy.
Yes, sir.
Thank you.

Okay, here.
at the Super Bowl with a wide receiver who's played for Kyle Shanahan, for Bill Belichick.
And then for Kyle Shanahan again, Kendrick Bourne. How are you doing, man?
I'm doing well, John. How you doing? How's life?
Doing good, man. Life's good, man, Biden. What a season, huh?
No, man. It's fun. It was fun, man.
So let's go back. You left the 49ers for the Patriots.
And then obviously they had some coaching changes over the last couple years.
How did the everything play out with you coming back?
Yeah, it was amazing. Obviously, getting released.
It's tough, but took it on the chin, man, like a man, and just enjoying the process of it.
But just talking to teens, you know, having a relationship with San Fran.
I obviously was locked in with them.
And so when I got released, I was available.
They were like, hey, we're interested.
Had Washington on the calls, too.
But ultimately, you could see the story kind of right in itself.
So, like, I had to just follow God and ended up doing a workout, and it worked out.
And so came home, and I'm at where I'm at.
But it was a good journey.
What week did you sign?
I signed week two.
Week two.
Yeah.
So I missed a Seattle game.
Yeah, so you come in, I mean, I feel like the NFC West had some of the games of the year.
Come on, man, for real.
I mean, some of the games of the year.
And you were apart, you know, the injuries, Purdy gets hurt.
And then you and Mack Jones look like Joe Montana and Jerry Rice in that game.
What did you do, like $10 for a buck 50?
Yeah, yeah.
Am I low ball on you?
No, you're right there.
You there.
You there.
And your relationship with Mack, obviously, going back to New England, that was something that made the transition a lot easier.
And it's great because you didn't expect him to play when you sign.
and then Purdy gets injured.
Was that week two that he get injured?
It was, yeah, week two.
Yeah, because then Mac started playing like the next eight games, right?
Yep, yep.
So it was just a crazy story, you know what I'm saying?
Like, I could never see that if I just thought that that year.
You know what I'm saying?
So God's plan is always better.
And Mac being with him, his rookie year,
and then that was my first year kind of getting paid,
building my career, finally kind of growing.
And ended up being back with him was just special, man.
So it definitely made the transition easy.
And we was cooking, man,
took advantage of our opportunity.
Well, before we get into Kyle or Josh McDaniel,
Bill, I do think you represent the NFL.
Seriously, undrafted free agent, makes the team, the team's not very good at first.
You end up going to Super Bowl, and you were one of the main guys on that Super Bowl team.
Sherms right there, all pro on that team.
And then you get a second big contract.
Like, this is not these other sports.
Like, you're not a high pick.
You weren't even drafted.
And how many years are you in now?
About to be 10.
Crazy, man.
So just life's good, man.
God is good.
Just the mindset.
My perspective has been right.
you know what I'm saying when I go through lows when I go through highs you know just staying level like
you can't never get too high so any advice to anybody listening you know just keep your head down work
and it's been special so being in a Super Bowl being a drafted all these getting paid experiencing the
whole thing of the NFL has been fun man and that's what I think life is all about experiences and how you
how you experience did you make the team out of camp as a rookie yes so you made the team as an undrafted
free agent out of camp never look back never looks at you you never been cut till later in your
career. Yeah, this is my first time being released this year. This started a year.
Did Vrable? Was he that? They call you? Yeah, it was crazy. And it was a good experience for me.
And that's what I talk about experiences. Whether it's a bad experience, good experience, it doesn't
matter what the world thinks. It's about what I think in my mind and how I take it and use it as
fuel or let it take me down. So I actually, I used to say like, I'm never going to be released
ever. But then I got released. And so I'm like, oh, shoot. So now how do I take it? How do I process it?
And I did a good job, man, and I ended up going back home, and the story's dope.
But it's just my perspective's right about not going into the tank about it.
Didn't you have a college teammate that's pretty good in the NFL?
You know, yeah.
Big Coop.
So Easter Washington had a 10-year NFL vet, a Super Bowl MVP.
I mean, did you guys ever lose?
We were.
Didn't you have an NFL quarterback to?
We had Vernon Adams.
It was Vernon Adams.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
The Oregon kid.
He transferred Oregon.
But, yeah, Coop, man, is my guy.
I'm praying that he does well in the game, man.
I really want him to win, too.
So I'm kind of going for both sides.
I love my guys in New England, all my friends, and then Coop and them, man, they balling.
But he helped me a lot in my life, man.
And being connected to him so long has helped me in my life.
You know, it's funny, you know, obviously the Niners, Seattle, big rival.
But, like, it's kind of like Shirm.
Shirm came.
Everyone likes Sharm Darnall came.
Everyone likes Sam Darn.
So it's like the 49ers.
I mean, those two games to end the year is hard, right?
You guys were running on fumes, injuries.
It's heavy.
You know, Seattle's a really good defense, really good team over.
We're all.
McDonald, man, he's different.
I like the way he answers.
Interviews, just confident.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, not worrying about anybody else, but inside the building.
And that's why they're winning.
That's what they are where they are.
Sam Darno balling.
So they got a good thing going.
They're going into the offseason with like $70 million or something.
So it's a possibility.
It's a possibility.
No, I'm a free agent.
So I'm willing to go wherever the best opportunity presents itself.
I want to be back in San Fran.
That's my home.
But, hey, man, anybody give me a good opportunity to play, compete, help a team win.
That's what I'm looking for.
What's it like playing for Kyle?
He's awesome, man. He's smart. He actually helped me develop into who I am today.
You know, that's where I started. And so, like, learning his playbook first was just tough for a young guy, but it got me used to the league.
So when I went from him to Josh McDaniels, it was easier for me to translate Josh McDaniels offensive to my mind and play.
So he helped me grow, develop, and I'm always thankful for that.
Kyle's hard on Whiteout. Yeah, we're his babies, bro. You know what I'm saying?
The train runs through us. So, like, we got to operate it right, and he does a good job of pushing us.
And you were around what, the floor, Mike McDaniel.
How many head coaches?
Obviously, solid, D'Amico.
I mean, all these guys were on staff when you first got here.
It's crazy.
So you can see what Kyle develops and, like, the culture he builds.
And it's a strong foundation.
And I'm blessed to say I was a part of that foundation.
You'll start in O and 9, finishing 6 and 10,
20, 14, Super Bowl, you're struggling in the next 2020 COVID.
But the culture was built in those four years.
And then you build coaches.
You build people who have interests of, okay, how are they doing it?
And that's why you see so many head coaches.
How many guys in the NFL have played for Kyle and Bill Belichick?
It can't be a long list.
That is a great question.
Somebody told me a story about me playing for both about Bill.
I bet it's less than one hand.
Seriously.
You might be right.
So I'm like, I can't think of one.
I'm one of those guys.
So somebody was like, Kyle called Bill Belichick about me.
Like, hey, how's KB?
What is his attitude?
And Kyle gave him a good answer.
Like, hey, his attitude's great.
You're going to love him.
And then Bill somehow talked to Kyle.
I was like, hey, man, I do love this guy.
So hearing stuff like that, you know, it puts,
puts credit to what I do and my attitude and how I approach.
And I'm blessed, man.
Both can be a little grumpy.
You know it.
You know how's young, you know?
Kyle's grumpy.
Kyle's serious about it.
You know what I'm saying?
Like they watch a lot of film.
They're doing a lot of studying.
So, you know, football's tough.
So it built.
So when you, a person like me having charisma dancing, it breaks the ice a little bit.
So it brings a joy in it, man.
But it's a tough sport.
So that's why they're grumpy.
Were you there for Mac Jones rookie year?
Yeah.
You guys made the playoffs that year.
Yep, yep.
You played in that game where you only had three pass attempts, right?
You're freezing cold?
Yes, yes.
I guess Buffalo.
Bro, I had one handoff.
So I was happy, but Josh McDaniels ran the ball.
How many hours you guys have a game?
No, I...
Oh, you just ran the ball the whole game.
Yeah, we ran the ball.
So I think we had like 120.
We won.
Yeah.
But that was one of the most amazing game calls by Josh I've ever seen.
Just to run the ball 50 times and running three times.
Three attempts, right?
It's crazy, bro.
So it just shows how special it is.
Both.
Both.
I kind of forget.
Was it a blizzard?
Yes, it was like a wind gust that was crazy.
But Josh, Josh Allen was.
throwing in that.
Yeah, he didn't care.
He was splitting the wind.
He's powerful.
So that was a crazy game, crazy experience.
Just a good time to be a part of him.
I know you got to get going, but what was it like playing, you know, Belichick now is in college?
What was that experience like with Bill?
It was just life-changing, man.
You know what I'm saying?
Just to learn from somebody that knows it.
Yeah, exactly.
Seriously, you know what I'm saying?
Bill gave me my first payday.
You know what I'm always thankful for that.
I always remember him for that.
And the thing is like when I'm sitting in my house, like, you know,
Patriots helped me get this.
So I'm always rooting for him, you know, even if I got released and I,
not playing that stuff is important so bill gave me the opportunity I love me taught me a lot taught me
how to be better in football better in life um and just my day to day and I'm thankful for him
that's awesome congrats to be a first ballot hell what was that's it makes sense bro that was that was insane
doesn't make sense bro I think every coach in the league would be the first to tell you he's incredible
that's what I'm saying people not watch football for those 20 years all the nonsense what about the year
what the year when you guys made the playoffs phenomenal phenomenal and that's what's crazy like
it's funny to see the Patriots in it right now
now, but they kind of had the sauce. They had the script with Mac and where we were going,
but then coach it changes. And it just, it kind of went downhill in our era over there.
So you're a big Bill Belichick guy. I really am. I really am. I love that guy. That's
awesome, man. I saw him in North Carolina. I went to visit him when I was in San Francisco.
Oh, yeah, when they played cap. Yeah, it was good. Just seeing him catching up. And that's my
guy. That's awesome, man. Well, congrats on everything, Kendrick and good luck and for age.
Thank you, bro. Thank you, bro. Take it easy.
Take it easy. Yes, sir. Thank you, boy. Hey, guys. It's us. The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe. I'm

We created our own podcast called Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it, but, you know.
Tired and sick.
Tired and sick.

We don't care where you hear it.
Another podcast from some SNL, late night comedy guy, not quite.
on Humor Me with Robert Smygel and Friends,
me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman
help make you funnier.
This week, my guest, S&L's Mikey Day and head writer, Streeter Seidel,
help an a cappella band with their between songs banter.
Where does your group perform?
We do some retirement homes.
Those people are starving for banter.

Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal,
but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all,
embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
