Starting point is 00:00:00 This is an IHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human. Hey guys, it's us. The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe. I'm Kevin. And I'm Nick. And guess what? We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
Starting point is 00:00:12 We invented a podcast? Well, we didn't invent it. We just contributed to it. We're the first people to do podcasts. We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions. Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it. But, you know, tired and sick. Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you.
Starting point is 00:00:30 you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it. Another podcast from some SNL late night comedy guy, not quite. Unhumor me with Robert Smygel and friends. Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you funnier. This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer Streeter Seidel, help an a cappella band with their between songs banter. Where does your group perform? We do some retirement homes. Those people are starving for banter. Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel and friends on the ice. Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Starting point is 00:01:04 Winning on Clay is an art. The rallies are relentless. And at the French Open, only the toughest survive. I'd know. I competed there for decades. Join me, Renee Stubbs, on the Renee Stubbs tennis podcast for no-nonsense breakdowns of the biggest matches, the toughest players, and the moments that define Roland Garris. She can win.
Starting point is 00:01:21 She's an outsider to win the French fame. And she likes Clay. Listen, Lina Rubakina is arguably the best player in the world right now. And I actually can win on any service. Listen to the Renee Stubbs tennis podcast on the Iheart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Presented by Capital One, founding partner of IHeart Women's Sports. Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged. It's the enhanced games.
Starting point is 00:01:46 Some call it grotesque. Others say it's unleashing human potential. Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year. Within probably 10 days I'd put on 10 pounds, I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth. Listen to Superhuman on the IHard Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. The volume. Good morning, happy Saturday. It's 520 in the morning of your favorite sports show.
Starting point is 00:02:19 Brought to by Boozmobile. We are here to recap game for it. It took place yesterday. In the Bridge, man, the Thunder got a W yesterday against the Pacers 11th, 104. It was a hell of a ball game yesterday. Man, a lot of people thought that the Pacers were going to close this game out. That is not the case, man. OKC, got them one yesterday in the bridge, man.
Starting point is 00:02:39 Good game yesterday. I know y'all was tapped in, man. What y'all was our feelings about all the game so far? No, I like the game. It was a good game. Okay. The game's really been good games to me. I just felt like I really thought y'all was going to win.
Starting point is 00:02:51 I ain't going to lie, bro. It just got spooky at the end. Man, we did not close out, man. T. How are you feeling about the game so far, man, before we get into a deep dive? It was a good game. I thought the Pacers was going to take it.
Starting point is 00:03:01 they was playing well throughout the whole game. I don't know. The fourth quarter just kind of got a little... It was a lot of fouls. And Eastman did a lot of fouling. Nick Matthew and some filing at the end of the game. But it was like, they clean up them foul. That should have been a game they should have won.
Starting point is 00:03:18 Most definitely. Listen, man, as a patient's fan, I've seen a lot of complaints yesterday about the officiating. I think the officiating yesterday, both ways, was not the best. When I seen Scott Foster was pulling up to the bridge, I see the play already, man. trying to make his goal 7. I was not a fan of that, but that is no excuse why the Pacers lost the game yesterday.
Starting point is 00:03:36 Like you said, in the fourth quarter, we did not play well at all. We'll start on the first half, though. It was good both ways. Both teams were going back and forth. We got good contributions from both benches this time. We talked about it, the bench wins the games. Alex Russo, whooped out yesterday, had a smooth 20 piece. Obeddie was bally yesterday for the Pacers.
Starting point is 00:03:53 He was really showing up for us yesterday. And a game where, especially for the Pacers in, we did not get a lot of contributions on the offense yesterday. I know Miles Turner was battling an illness, but he has looked like they shelling himself offensively, especially what we saw in that Knicks series for sure. You look at Aaron Neesmith, not been the best series for him. He was two for nine yesterday. A lot of people were calling for Ben Matherin yesterday. It didn't get a lot of minutes, and we'll talk about his minutes he did play.
Starting point is 00:04:20 But, yeah, I think the rotations yesterday was definitely a downfall to the Pacers lost yesterday. Tyrese had a solid game, I would say great game. The turnovers from him yesterday was crazy. Usually he is zero turnovers. He had five yesterday. You're not going to win too many games. Your point guard got five turnovers, man. Yeah, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:04:40 I hate that being, I mean, Ben, I hate the mouths don't have a sub, man. He needed a breather yesterday. He seemed like he was tired out there. Yeah, he looked bad at an illness. Maybe he did he do with his illness, but I just feel like, he just, I don't know. He didn't have a chance to sit down and catch his breath. Because I, like, Ben, I'm like, damn, he wasn't aggressive, but I'm like, Are they telling him not to shoot?
Starting point is 00:05:02 Like, what is what's going on? Because y'all needed another scoring option. Yeah, I mean, we got that double last game because of Benedict Mathron. He played phenomenal last game. Only got 13 minutes. And again, the minutes he did play yesterday wasn't the best. But I feel like early in the rotation, we definitely could have got him in the game more. Again, Aaron D. Smith plays hard defense, fought hard.
Starting point is 00:05:22 Got not rebound, so it definitely was showing his presence on the court. But offensively, he did not give us much. And we needed contributions yesterday bad from my offensive end. Yeah, it's like guys like Andrew Nehauer, guys who have really good moments. That's what I was saying about the Pacers that don't have a consistent score. You know what I mean? Somebody's going to always get 20 points. Like Benedict Macon, he had that great game.
Starting point is 00:05:43 But we don't expect that from him all the time. For sure. He probably capable of doing stuff like that, but I don't think he has the opportunity to do that. And that's the only thing that scared me about this Pacer team, even though they're a really good team, you can't depend on somebody to get 20 points there or not. Yeah. Because even the person we got 20 from yesterday, Pascal, it was 20 a night. He did not have a great shooting game yesterday. He started off
Starting point is 00:06:02 high in the first quarter, but he fizzled off, man. He was six or 15 yesterday, and majority of that six of May field goals came in the first quarter. Tarese was aggressive, late in the game, which was cool. One thing I had a real problem with, Tyrese was out too long in the second half. I get it. I know we six-term rotations, cool. T. J. McConnell did decent yesterday, but we needed Tyrese in the game. There was like a six- or seven-point minute swing where he wasn't in the game, and that seven-point league we had going to the fourth was gone like that. and okayc turned up in that situation man our rotations weren't the best last night
Starting point is 00:06:34 but credit to okayc they played good basketball yesterday in the second half they were really pressure on the ball say what you want to about fouls that's a scapegoat everybody got to play with officials both ways I don't think we lacked too many foul calls yesterday even though it was Scott Foster I think the SGA push off on knee smith could have been an office of foul cool
Starting point is 00:06:51 but you still got to win a basketball game you had everything you needed to win this game I was letting Jaylon Williams get his shit off yesterday Yeah, his game travel. He played well both these games on the road. Yeah, he's real comfortable in the bridge, bro. 26th, last game, 27 last night, eight for 18. And again, he didn't miss at the free throw line.
Starting point is 00:07:08 Neither did SGA. I think in the first half he had two free throws. He ended the game with 10. So it means he got eight free throws in the second half. And if you look at the Pacers yesterday, miss free throws, unforgivable. You are in the NBA finals. Regardless of what's happening, how you feel about the physicality,
Starting point is 00:07:23 you have got to hit at the charity strike. And there's a possession, man, that we just legitimately miss. three and four free throws. It was just like Pascal smoked some. Then Obie missed two when we got the flagrant.
Starting point is 00:07:33 It's like you have to capitalize on those moments. O.K.C. only hit three threes yesterday. Yeah. They shot terrible from the three point line. Horrible.
Starting point is 00:07:42 But Benedict came in and missed some some tough free throws. Oh man. When Ben came in the game, man, that's why I said it sucks. It had that representation
Starting point is 00:07:51 for him. He came in and missed the free throws that we needed. On top of that, those two deadball files who's got them
Starting point is 00:07:57 extra possessions. Because they gave us turnover That we had a chance to capitalize And we just didn't do it yesterday The game was within reach And we did not execute yesterday Me and Mike was sitting here And I'm like the person's gonna win
Starting point is 00:08:07 It's too close These are the kind of games they win And when they got that foul When he was out of bounds And they get the ball A freak throwing the ball back I was like shit over now I just don't like that
Starting point is 00:08:16 I play with his minutes like that He can't To me like And I don't know But I feel like you can't get in the groove Yeah Like if you just really don't know Like your role on this team
Starting point is 00:08:27 any given night because even when he killed he only played 20 minutes he only played a couple minutes so like bro said you can't really depend on him to go crazy because he ain't been able to go crazy like all year because it ain't been comfortable for him
Starting point is 00:08:43 most of it and not to know make excuses to their professionals this is what they're called to do but if you don't play a whole half and you got to come in here free throws in the clutch moment that's a lot to ask nah that's very much so a lot to ask I'm just surprised because he's the third leading score on their team
Starting point is 00:08:59 and it's like, why he don't play? Nobody ever has an answer for that. That is insane to me, bro. And I feel like it ain't like he coming in there, like destroying the game. Like y'all need his offensive. You know what I mean? If Pascal and Tyrese ain't giving it to you,
Starting point is 00:09:17 that should put your guy in, man. Let him rock. Outside of Pascal, he is the only pacer who can confidently get his own bucket ISO. Yeah, that's a true. outside of him, nobody else can get an ISO bucket, even with Tyrese last night. I think Ben Ken.
Starting point is 00:09:31 No, that's what I'm saying. He is. Outside of Pasca, he's the only other person who you can get a ball to and get a bucket by itself. Everybody else, you have got to create, create, and I think that second half, like you said, a lot of people aren't making shots. A lot of people aren't aggressive.
Starting point is 00:09:44 So when Tyrese is coming off that corner, yeah, he got a couple of nice layers, but it wasn't no space to get no passes off. And we know he is a past first player. It got wicked yesterday. Chair, Hongrim did a good job when he switched on Tyrese at the end, making him go left. and Tyrese was trying to get back to that right
Starting point is 00:09:58 to the point he couldn't, and he had to shoot an air ball step back three. I'm like that's good defense by Chet. And like a play before, Shea was guarding. And he hit Shay with the right hand, got right to the basket, laid it in. And I'm like, man, I got to make that adjustment
Starting point is 00:10:14 on Tyrese. When you get in an isolation situation with him, you got to send him left. Even though he's capable of doing a step back through, whatever it is. But if you let him get to that right hand, man. You know the vibes. Yeah, and Che did a good job down the when he switched on him not let him get right. My boy, Chad was crashing that glass too last night.
Starting point is 00:10:32 Most definitely very aggressive. Second chance points, especially in the first half. We seem to be playing very well. They stayed in the game because the second chance points. Also, I got to show some love to SGA. 35 yesterday. He pretty much outscored Pascal and Tyrese. So when one superstar is outscoring,
Starting point is 00:10:46 you know, two people you need to win, it's a recipe for disaster as well for him, man. Yeah, because they didn't get nothing from Hardinstein last night. Nah. Demer just in the way, a lot of the time. Yeah, but you look at the mint. You look at the stats yesterday for Chet. I mean, you're getting 14 to 15 to the finals game.
Starting point is 00:11:00 You're playing ball. You're playing ball. And we are not a good rebounding team at all. So definitely imposed his will yesterday. Like we asked from Miles yesterday, offensively he's been struggling. But, you know, that defensive energy, it wasn't there yesterday.
Starting point is 00:11:12 That putback dunk that check got was a big play. Yeah, big play. Because I was like, if he, they would have missed it. I mean, obviously they missed that shot. But if he didn't get that put back dunk, that game was over. I'm rolling with that.
Starting point is 00:11:23 Yeah, I feel like that game was up. Because some of the shot. Even SGA, the shot he hit down the stretch. That three was like a last second. He capable of making that shot, but they had a good defense possession. Most definitely. And he hit a tough three. And then that shot he hit over in Newhart, the step back where he almost falling, tripping, or whatever.
Starting point is 00:11:43 Them just tough makes right there. That's a tough make. Another possession, too. Even though fans are upset about it, maybe a little push there. That dribble head off from miles to Tyrese and Lou Door Blitz and got that? Yeah. Man, that sparked the energy in that team. All they need is one play.
Starting point is 00:11:57 They strokes in the water with blood, man. They are definitely going to get to that basketball on the fifth of end, man. Man, shout out to the thunder. They endure. They deal what they're supposed to do? And they got to win on the road, man. Hell of a game. All right, what hop in the super chat for a second before we're talking anymore?
Starting point is 00:12:11 Humbleweb said Miles Hunter is selling what's going on. He's nervous. They said, my boy has been sick. It's been evident. He hasn't been playing like the miles we're used to seeing. But it is NBA finals. It don't matter. He got to catch it up for show.
Starting point is 00:12:22 All right, you know, Ducci in the super chat says, Jeff, who would you rather have as you got on your team? Caruso or T.J. Nas. Shout out to L.D. Williams. Caruso. Yeah, Caruso. Shout out to T.J. Nas. He was crazy yesterday. Come on, man. We talked about their bench not showing up. He showed up yesterday. He's 20 pieces. No. You can't even pass the ball to the opposite side of the court with him, bro. That's a couple of times. Like, why do y'all keep playing with him, bro? He had a huge steal on Pascal. Pascal drove it, and he spun. He came and jumped up and knocked the pass now. He makes him unbelievable plays. And when he's scoring,
Starting point is 00:12:56 That's a bonus Man, what? That is a crazy bonus To get a dub too Yeah He earning his money for sure Yeah Most definitely man
Starting point is 00:13:06 Like you said He's outscoring stars On the other side That ain't supposed to be accounted for And he blitzing Shout to Cruz So man playing good basketball For sure

Starting point is 00:14:45 Huge news. We created our own podcast called, Hey, Jonas. We invented a podcast? Well, we didn't invent it. We just contributed to a... First people to do podcasts. Pretty, yeah, pretty wide range of podcasts throughout there. But this one's extra special.
Starting point is 00:15:00 So how do we actually come up with a name, Hey Jonas, guys? I honestly don't remember. I think it was on a call about what we should call it. Well, we were thinking I'm originally calling it one of the early names of our band before Jonas Brothers. This is how you guys remember it going down? Yes. I have a very different memory of this. We were talking about a thing, a bit for the podcast.
Starting point is 00:15:23 but we could call in and say, hey Jonas, and then I wrote down on my little notepad, Hey Jonas, and offered it up as a potential title for the podcast. But thanks for remembering that, guys. Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it. Another podcast from some SNL, late-night comedy guy,
Starting point is 00:15:44 not quite. Unhumor me with Robert Smigel and friends. Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you funnier. This week, my guest, Nell's Mikey Day and head writer Streeter Seidel help an a cappella band with their between songs banter. Where does your group perform?
Starting point is 00:16:01 We do some retirement homes. Those people are starving for banter. Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel and friends on the I-Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. The French Open is one of the toughest tests in tennis, and I know firsthand because I competed there myself. I'm Renee Stubbs, and on the Renee Stubbs' tennis podcast,
Starting point is 00:16:22 I'm breaking down everything happening. at Roland Garris, every match, every upset, and what it really takes to win on Clay. Jen she went. I mean, she went down at three to Rabakina, but I'm delighted. She's an outsider to win the French for me. And she likes Clay. Listen, Lena Rubakina is arguably the best player in the world right now, and I actually can win on any surface, because if she's serving, well, good luck.
Starting point is 00:16:46 Consider this your court side seat to the French Open. Listen to the Renee Stubbs Tennis podcast on the IHeart Radio app. Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Presented by Capital One, founding partner of IHeart Women's Sports. Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal but encouraged. It's the enhanced games. Some call it grotesque. Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Starting point is 00:17:10 Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year. Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds. I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth. Listen to Superhuman on the IHeart radio app Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts Dimitri, the Super Chat said Love versus be in a good ass matchup, what y'all think?
Starting point is 00:17:34 No, it's not. Shout to Lois. Shout to Lois. Shout to Lois. Shout to Lois. Oh, yeah, it's Christmas. Shout to Loader. Yeah, it's Christmas.
Starting point is 00:17:43 Loader on no smoke at all in that situation. Von Murphy, the Supertast said SGA had a highlight of push-offs. Miles Sanders, shit the bed as one of the leaders of the team. Love the Pye. SGA, I mean, listen, bro, that's this game. He's a strong person. You got to play basketball the best way it gets him, bro. He's one of the best in the league.
Starting point is 00:18:00 All the counters, he's just strong, bro. That's true. Yeah, I can't be mad. They're pushing off. These grown men playing physical basketball. You can only do what you can do. And they play a good defense for the most part. I mean, yeah, he had 35, but Andrew Nipar played good defense.
Starting point is 00:18:13 If somebody like that, you're not going to stop. For sure. He's 18 and 7 just not going to cut it for Tyrese in this series, bro. That's a cool game for somebody else, but for him. But that's his norm, though. That's what the average, 18 and 11. Yeah, but they need him to damn near be 25, bro. You know what, in this game, I'm not going to put too much on him
Starting point is 00:18:34 because in the fourth quarter he did show up like he's supposed to he hit, did hit Tommy Buck because got the energy going. Again, the five turnovers is what I have the problem with. Because a couple of those should be assists, but those turnovers were definitely terrible plays for sure. But nobody else in the offensive end showed up yesterday for our team. And that's really what my problem is. At least hit a couple shots to keep going.
Starting point is 00:18:51 Everybody can't have a bad game. you said we are a team team team so that means everybody has to be solid if you having that many people slack off you are definitely going to lose against a team like okay see yeah most definitely but before we get more to the breakdown man listen man we know file this date is tomorrow i know y'all last minute y'all ain't got no gifts look no further tap in with ridge man ridge. ridge.com club 520 use that promo code get him this wonderful wallet here you know the vise with the ridge man one thing i like about this outside of it being able to hold 12 cars it's got the air tag spot here
Starting point is 00:19:23 So a lot of us be losing our wallets. We'll be moving around. You can tap in, man. You got to have that money, yeah. You ain't trying to get hacked, man. So shout out to Ridge. Tap in. Get your father a nice gift, man.
Starting point is 00:19:31 It is tomorrow for your last day people. And listen, man, the RFID technology. It stops you from getting wiped down, you know what I'm saying. The scam is going crazy. You got to go and make sure you protect your money, man. You got yours on deck being here? I know you'd be moving around, man. For sure, man.
Starting point is 00:19:45 Ridge is the best thing to happen to me. I usually keep out of my cars and my socks. So I don't like Bucky Wallace. So Ridge is definitely suitable for me. With the air tag, I definitely had to use mine because y'all know I'm known for leaving my wallet. I didn't left it on a plane. I'd left it everywhere.
Starting point is 00:19:59 If somebody CT, they might want to skip them and stand next to me. Yeah, because I'll-in. The air tag, RFID, hold him down. Yes, for sure, because I'll definitely be losing my wallet. So, Reed is the way to go, Father's Day. Clubify a 20 promo code. Get your little song off that. Yeah, man, we should use it for Malcolm Wheat's in New York.
Starting point is 00:20:15 Maybe we wouldn't even have those issues. We could circling around trying to get my boy wallet back. Yeah, he lost his in New York. Them skirmers at a time. The neck of us, man. They had their father's day weeks ago. Man, they went crazy. Shout to Ridge, man.
Starting point is 00:20:29 We appreciate y'all in the super chat again. Pato Lucas said, last two and three minutes had me sick. Yeah, man, that sucks. I ain't going to hold you. For as good as he played the game before last, it looked like he had a complete meltdown at the end, man. And that is more ammunition for Rick not to play him.
Starting point is 00:20:44 But we need him to win this series, man. His office contributions is a reason why we even got to the final version of Nix. You got to let my boy cook, man. It's a sad moment. but as a whole, we lost that meltdown. Can't just blame him. Nobody played the best yesterday. So shout out to Ben Mather for show.
Starting point is 00:21:00 See Mitch said best pot out, man, love from Delaware. See, Mitch, appreciate you, man. Shout to Delaware for show. Ain't that where Dante D'Amichito from? Yeah. Okay. They called him to Michael Jordan of Delaware. Respect.
Starting point is 00:21:10 Wow. Shout to Delaware, man. Love. Local said in Super Chat. Y'all think it's crazy to say that Sean Libes is one, the greatest mirror race shoot of all time. No. Jeff and Mook, how was it to guard him?
Starting point is 00:21:22 It was like guarding a post player. He played. After his injury, you know, he couldn't move like he once did. He became a post player, shoot mid-range shots. I mean, he's like six, seven. So that ain't really foreign, like, for him to post up. But, yeah, he had an unbelievable turnaround jumper, though. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:39 Big reason why they won that championship, boss. Yeah. Go on sight. Most definitely, especially that first one, though. Yeah, mid-range is elite shots of Stitt, man. One of the best for the Midwest for sure. All right, man, game four. It's over with.
Starting point is 00:21:51 Game five, going back to O'K. C C C-T, Ty, series. We got the momentum, so. Okay. You feel like high with your thunder right now? Oh, yeah, OKC by 20 for this game five. Built to ass? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:03 Yeah, I've always expected that we would probably lose game five. I think the biggest problem that I have is that, you know what I'm saying? You had to win yesterday. You had to win yesterday. That's a win you got to have. Yeah, I gave them too much cushion. But I do think it'll go seven. I wanted to go seven, man.
Starting point is 00:22:21 I thought it was a must win. for Indiana last night. I'm a little nervous. I want the Pacers to win. I mean, for the city. I don't care who win, honestly, but the city has been cool. Last night was a cool vibe downtown.
Starting point is 00:22:34 Yeah. That was a must win for the pay. It's going to be tough to be OKC. Game 5. That was the most important game to y'all? Yeah. To me, yes, because now you have to go win another game at OKC. It no matter.
Starting point is 00:22:46 Yeah, you got to win. You have to go win another game at KC. Yeah, I don't. That's tough. Like, I ain't count us out. But to go win game five, that's going to be a tough tag. Now, Scott Foster better than I be there. I know that damn much.
Starting point is 00:23:00 No, you can't do back to back game. Or Zach Garvin. Don't send Zach either. Shout out of my dog, but sit this out. We don't need another day energy, man. Give us a better official. Oh, no, man. I'm scared of Tyrese, bro, in the game seven in there.
Starting point is 00:23:10 Yeah, I'm just saying. They got the wings, bro. My boy is? The angels is flying high above him, bro. That's how we see him in game seven. You know what happened? you know what I'm saying? Walk them down. That'd be far if it goes seven and the Pacers win, but...
Starting point is 00:23:26 You know what I said? I ain't going to lie. It's going to be tough to beat them twice. Yeah. Yesterday was a game, like you said, how game one felt for them. That's how game four felt for us. Like, oh, we should have had that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:38 We should have closed that game out. And we didn't play the best in neither the day, but you got to go get a win like that. OK, C, it's not going to hit three-threes game five. Not at home. Them game slider's about to be up, bro. You're about to get Isaiah Joe with three-three. He's about to get Caruso with three-threes. He'll get some love.
Starting point is 00:23:54 Come on, Aaron Wiggis. About to go in and get 18 again. I don't know, y'all. I mean, if it goes seven, I'm scared of that thing right there. I think it's going to go seven. I think, okay, see, win this game. I think Perchers come home and win. Okay.
Starting point is 00:24:07 And in the game seven, you never know what can happen, right? Yes. I think they got a closer in Tyrese, but they got a closer in SGA. Yeah. But it's just tough to win. Might be the battle of bench is game seven, man. up the win on the road. I would imagine it wouldn't be that much bench play in game seven. You got to ride with your horses, bro. This is a legacy game. No, I'm not putting my hands.
Starting point is 00:24:34 So as coach, you're not. Y'all not serving. No, bro. You're going to get a little bit of a breather. Bucson. It's for all the marbles, bro. This is a legacy game. I can't see Tyrese now like he did game four that long. I was even surprised O'KC coach when they took SG out in the four. You know what I'm saying? He got that. or foul. Just like, he took him out for like 38 seconds. I did. I seen him walk up and he go back to the finish.
Starting point is 00:24:56 He went set back down. He was like, now I'm going to go back in this game. I was like, oh, yeah, they're really about to give us this game. You're going to give us two minutes less of SGA? Nah, he did the right call. Yeah, and there ain't none of that. We get to game seven. No subs.
Starting point is 00:25:07 No subs going to be harsh, y'all. Y'all got him out of their sweating and breathe the hard. I don't give a damn. His one game. It's the last game of the season. It's for all the fucking marbles, bro. You cannot, bro. Get your little gate rate break, bro.
Starting point is 00:25:18 You got half time for a reason. Lock in, bro. All right, so who is y'all starting five for both teams at the end of the game, the last three minutes of the game? Who was your five? The game is close. The game is close. One point, it could be either team up.
Starting point is 00:25:33 Right now, for the Pacers, depend upon how Miles Turner's playing. Obviously, he deserves to be in that moment. If he's having a struggling offensive game, you'd never kind of go Obie. Because Obie's been rebounding just as well as typically Miles does in that situation, and he's giving us a little bit more of a spark as far as putbacks and rolls and stuff like that. But I'm going to trust my starters, bro, in that moment.
Starting point is 00:25:52 They've got you here this far. They've proven they can play in the moment. I'm going to give him that chance to win that guy. So if Ben is having a great offensive game, do we sit him with, you know, at the end of the game? If Ben is cooking, like he did the last game before, he has to be on the court. Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:07 Has to be on the court. Now, if he's having a regular game and you want to go to your starters, I ain't mad at it. But if he's killing, you got to watch a high hand, bro. We've seen some unsung heroes, you know what I'm saying? Show up. games we didn't expect them to but I think the starters aren't there right if I'm okay
Starting point is 00:26:20 C I'm rocking with my 5-2 I play my starters yeah maybe Caruso I would sit hard and starting down yeah I probably play Caruso down the stretch okay I just wanted to ask you that and he's got the experience he's been in the moment
Starting point is 00:26:36 obviously he's gonna contribute come on man seven for nine he was hooping yesterday a 20 piece yeah that hurt y'all yeah I mean everything you had to turn out of still hurt y'all the game was even sloppy in the beginning of the game, but him having that dub and playing defense like he do, bro, that was
Starting point is 00:26:52 that was a, that was nailing coughing to me. Man, he held four-slot him, him, and Lou Geort. No matter what they got scoring, they're going to cause havoc for sure. But a good, man, good game, excuse me, Todd series, going back to OKC, it will be a tough one on the role. OKC is going to definitely play very, very hard. I expect the pace to show up,
Starting point is 00:27:09 but this has been a good series so far, man. So we are excited. Hopefully it go seven. I would love for it to go six for Pacers, but, you know, Game 7 ain't nobody mad at that at all. One more time for Boost Mobile, man. You know the Vobbs. 99-99.
Starting point is 00:27:22 Tap-in, get you a brand-new iPhone 15, 48 megapixels. Dynamic camera, man, just in time for Father's Day. Tap in. We appreciate y'all. We'll be back Monday morning. 520 in the morning. The volume. Hey, guys, it's us.
Starting point is 00:27:40 The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe. I'm Kevin. And I'm Nick. And guess what? We created our own podcast called, Hey, Jonas. We invented a podcast?
Starting point is 00:27:49 Well, we didn't know. invent it. We just contributed to it. We're the first people to do podcasts. We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions. Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it, but, you know, tired and sick. Tired and sick. Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it.
Starting point is 00:28:08 Another podcast from some SNL late night comedy guy, not quite. Unhumor me with Robert Smygel and friends. Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman helped make you fun. This week, my guest, S&L's Mikey Day and headwriter, Streeter Seidel, help an a cappella band with their between songs banter. Where does your group perform? We do some retirement homes. Those people are starving for banter.
Starting point is 00:28:32 Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel and friends on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Winning on Clay is an art. The rallies are relentless. And at the French Open, only the toughest survive. I'd know. I competed there for decades. Join me, Renee Stubbs, on the Renee Stubbs.
Starting point is 00:28:49 tennis podcast for no nonsense breakdowns of the biggest matches, the toughest players, and the moments that define Roland Garris. She's an outsider to win the French for me. And she likes Clay. Listen, Lennar Rabakina is arguably the best player in the world right now, and I actually can win on any surface. Listen to the Renee Stubbs tennis podcast on the Iheart Radio app. Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts.
Starting point is 00:29:11 Presented by Capital One, founding partner of IHeart Women's Sports. Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged. It's the enhanced games. Some call it grotesque. Others say it's unleashing human potential. Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year. Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
Starting point is 00:29:36 I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth. Listen to Superhuman on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. This is an IHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human. Thank you.
