a cup of coffee ago putting together a gorgeous
parley, if the, if the Eagles would have won, we would have cashed. How we do in post-super
ball? Yeah, you know, I mean, as a Broncos fan, do I love seeing the Chiefs win another
Super Bowl title? No, I do not. However, yeah, that game, I'm going to be honest,
that game did not feel like the Super Bowl. It just was like a fever dream. Like, it did not
feel like a Super Bowl game. I don't know. It was very strange. The Eagles, man, that was tough.
That was really tough. It's crazy because I, as much as I am like so.
exhausted and drained from the NFL season this year.
I'm like already kind of thinking about next season and thinking about teams to keep my
eyes out on and and you know who's going to it's just it was a crazy year.
It was a very crazy year.
And I expected the Eagles to get it done.
They were by far the most consistent team throughout the season.
But, you know, cue the trolls.
They're like, well, their schedule was super easy.
Whatever.
Who cares?
Congrats to the Chiefs.
But I was really, really hoping the Eagles could win.
So we'll see.
I'm already thinking about next year, though.
I love it.
Speaking of next year, let's get into some offseason talk here.
According to ESPN, Rogers has officially left his four day darkness retreat.
We're talking quarterbacks making 60 million in meditation for four days in the dark live on the show here in 2020.
This is fascinating.
Does he just like, like, where is he?
Does nobody know where he goes?
I don't know.
All I know is, Fandu hooked us up with hypothetical odds for.
where Rogers is going to come out of the darkness and think about going.
And the Jets are chalk right now at minus 120.
Raiders next, Packers next.
So Raiders are plus 300.
Packers are plus 750.
And then it's Bucks, Niners, commanders, Titans.
We've heard rumors, of course, of the Jets, the Raiders.
We've heard long shots to the Niners for years.
Titans, Collins talked about them being a good landing spot.
Do you have any pulse on where Aaron is opening his eyes after four sleeps in
the dark and going to.
Let me check my pulse on, on Rogers really quick.
I think he's drama.
So honestly, if I want to make a very smart bet here, I would go Packers because we do this
every single year with Rogers.
Jesus, it's like every season, I don't know if I'm coming back next year.
I don't know if I'm retiring.
I don't know where I'm going.
And then he's right back with the Green Bay Packers.
So if I had to make a smart guess that doesn't have any type of heart involved,
And it's just a bet using my brain.
I'm going to go Packers plus 750 because he's a drama king.
He loves a headline.
And we've seen this every season for the past three seasons where he talks it up like he's leaving or he's done playing football.
And then he comes out of the darkness.
And he's a Packer.
And he stays a Packer.
So if I have to make a bet based off of what I think will happen truly, I'm going to go Packers plus 750.
A bet with my heart.
I would love to see him reunite with Adams.
over there in Las Vegas with the Raiders.
I think that that would be a really great fit for him.
I think Adams, it seems that he's enjoying his time over with the Raiders,
but obviously the QB situation is frustrating.
I think that reunion would be great.
They obviously need a quarterback right now.
Derek Carr is kind of floating in his own version of darkness,
which would kind of be like the Milky Way.
We don't really know what's going on right now.
He's in this very awkward limbo.
So, you know, I would like to see the Raiders at plus 300,
but if I'm making a smart bet,
because I think 90% of the time he's all talk,
I'll go Packers.
He's staying where he's at at plus.
I mean, plus 750.
Does it not cross his meditative mind,
live, that in the AFC,
you have Mahomes,
Burrow,
Herbert,
Allen,
Lamar Jackson.
I keep going.
In the NFC,
you have Jalen Hertz,
and you have Skip Bayliss's
Dak Prescott.
That's it.
That's it.
Daniel Jones is negotiating,
35 and 45 this year. How do you come out of the dark and want to go to the
AFC if you're trying to win? I don't get it. No, I don't think it would be a smart move,
to be honest with you. I really don't. But then I'm hearing and they did this with Favre
because everyone remembers Fav was on the Vikings, but yeah, he had to go to the AFC first to the
Jets. So they're not going to trade him in the conference. They're just not. So to your point,
it's reuniting with Devante in arguably the most competitive division, the history of
divisions like Mahomes, Herbert, Russell Wilson, Sean Peyton, Denver's D, and then you had Aaron Rogers.
Who wants that at 38?
And then you have the Jets, which again, they're a phenomenal defense and they're a great
potential team, but they're young.
Then you hear through the Gravevine Rogers and hang out with Romeo Dobbs at all this rookie
season, Christian Watson.
She's going to go hang out with Elijah Moore and Garrett Wilson and build rapport with
Breast Hall. Get out of here. Like,
bro, you're single.
You're not married. You don't have kids.
There's no owner in Green Bay.
This is the most richy rich.
You're living in a playground with no rules in Green Bay.
You're going to go to New York for fun.
I don't buy it.
Me either.
Give me Packers plus 750.
I live on it.
Plus 750.
Let's move on.
I'm excited to talk with you.
Denver die hard over there.
the NBA MVP conversation.
I know you see it.
I want you to take this moment to flex on them
because we got Nick Young.
We got former NBA players coming out
still defending the Russell Westbrook triple double.
I had to clap back at Nick Young.
I go, dude, the nuggets are 21 and O
in their last 21 games when he puts up an ice cube triple double.
This is not Russell Westbrook's stat pat.
He is far and away the most valuable player this year.
And it's at minus 240.
and I still have to take it. But where are you at with? Yeah, you know what? So just for a value perspective,
I would not bet yoga chip minus 240. I don't think you're getting much value there. However,
do I think he's the most valuable player? Yes, I do. I mean, he is, he's on a different level. He really
is. And when you watch him in person, Monaco, it's even more electric. I mean, if you blink your eyes,
you may miss what he does. He's so smooth with it. He's just like he is the most
unique center. I don't know. He just plays with a different style. I love him. Obviously, I'm a diehard
Nuggets fan. So I love having him as a part of the Denver Nuggets. I will tell you from a,
from a value perspective, I'm looking at the guy that just got all, uh, all star MVP. Uh, Jason
Tatum at plus 1800. You get great value. And there's actually a trend with all star MVP and regular
season MVP. It has happened many, many, many times. We've seen it with Steph. Um, I believe we
saw it with LeBron.
So it has happened many times before.
So just from a value point of view, Tatum at Plus 1,800, I think people believe that the
Celtics are the best team in the East and will come out of the East and potentially win the
whole damn thing.
So if that's the case, obviously Jason Tatum will be helping his team win games.
He did just make history as well, having, he's the only player to have, what, a 50 point
game in the All-Star game, the postseason, and the race.
regular season. So he's, he's doing great. He's putting up numbers. He's, he's definitely
valuable to the Boston Celtics who are continuing to win. So I actually think that his value at
plus 1800 is a little disrespectful. And I think from a value perspective, if I want to really make
some money here, bang for my buck, NBA MVP, I'm going to go, Jason Tatum. I think that's a great
point. I think on the board, you got Embed at six to one, Yonis at seven to one. Embed's the same
story every year with, with health and load management. And it's a popularity.
contest and he is clearly not a fan favorite as much as this as philly wants him to be that he's not
i mean he was he was not in the he was not an all-star starter um you know i mean there's there's times
where we feel like he's snubbed and he's robbed but clearly it's it's a it's a habitual thing so
it's i'm with you on the imb yeah i mean but tatum to your point i career highs in a couple
categories so if there is someone to take that isn't named the joker i think he's the guy i
Luca is second, I believe, with 10 triple doubles, but I haven't won a game with Kyrie and him together yet.
So I don't feel good about anyone other.
I mean, look, Gilchitz won this two years in a row and didn't average a triple double.
Now he's up in the assists over 10.
It's just, I don't know.
I haven't seen something like this ever in our lifetime where it's just, it's over by February.
In my opinion, I think it's truly over.
And this is something that ESPN and all this.
everybody loves talking NBA MVP, but I really believe.
We haven't seen Embed in Yokets for the third year in a row and beat six to one in Yokets
minus 240 at this point of the season.
So I think the books are trying to tell you it's a wrap, but you know, we'll take your,
we'll take your breakfast money if you want to go.
But staying on the NBA lives, so your nuggets are number one right now in the West.
They've been number one all season.
Since we spoke, KD comes to Phoenix.
Super Bowl week.
in Phoenix right after Kyrie goes to Dallas, which was right before DeAngelo Russell goes to
LA and then Russell Westbrook goes to the clippers. We got a lot to talk about, but bringing it back.
The West went up in flames during. It was surreal. But here you are. I don't want to say little
old Denver, but you're not getting to love. You're not getting the respect. Everyone wants to just
run, think that Denver's going to get run over in the playoffs. I like, I like to hear from you how
how good this team could be and do we want to, if we're listening, take the nuggets to win the West right behind the Suns.
I like people thinking that that it's over for Denver.
I actually love that because guess what?
The teams in the West that have been the teams that are supposed to go to the playoffs every year and supposed to win a championship.
Hi, sons.
How are your rings treating you?
You choke every year.
So I'm not really, listen, I talked about it with Timph.
When I went live on Amp, I said, Timph, what are we thinking?
thinking about this Western conference situation. He said, yeah, Denver's a beatable team. We just made this Western conference go up in flames. However, chemistry matters. Okay. So to your point with the Mavericks, a Kyrie ad to Dallas, you know, sounds like a really great idea. They haven't won a game since. So there is a chemistry process that has to happen. It's establishing how do we play together. How do we, you know, fit together? You know, you got to, listen, with the sons, you got a lot of guys that want the ball. So who's going to be. You're going to.
get the ball because Chris Paul wants it, even if he's not making the shot every time. He wants it.
Devin Booker wants it. And now you've got Kevin Durant who knows I'm going to make the shot.
I want it. That's a chemistry issue. And I'm not saying that it's going to happen that way,
but it's something to keep in mind. The Clippers, I actually had a futures bet on the Clippers
before the season started. I love this Kawai Paul George situation and I have for a very long time.
Obviously, keeping Kauai and Paul George healthy and on the floor is a whole other project in itself.
But I did love what Paul George was able to do.
And the Clippers as a whole were able to do in the postseason without Kauai.
So adding Kauai to the mix, to me, was a bonus.
Now you add Westbrook.
I think Westbrook is the most disrespectful player in the NBA by a mile.
I love Westbrook.
I love the way that he plays.
I think he is the type of guy.
I made a comparison on my amp as well.
I said he's like a flower.
He's got the soil.
He's got the seed.
He's got the pot.
But the pot is sitting in the shade.
Okay.
And he can't flourish without a good environment.
I think he is an environment-based person.
Now, I'm not saying that's the right way to be in life because sometimes you just got to
suck it up and you got to make whatever environment you're in work.
He doesn't really know how to do that.
But I do think that he thrives in an environment where he feels accepted and respected.
And I just don't think there's too much star power on the Lakers for him to be that guy.
I think that with the clippers and the way that Kauai and Paul George are injured here,
there everywhere, I think it's a great fit for him.
So the clippers are a team I would definitely keep my eyes out on.
But yeah, I think the nuggets are just fine.
I think they're the most fundamentally sound basketball team right now.
They're winning.
Let's do this.
If you had a hundred bucks, you could throw 50 on two teams, the nuggets and who?
Who is your other team in the West right now?
I'm going to go I'm going to go Nuggets Clippers.
Wow.
The suns are just a big ball of fraudulent.
They are every single year.
I just can't listen.
You haven't said the one team.
I'm waiting for you to say.
Don't say Lakers.
I'm not saying Lakers.
We'll talk Lakers.
I love them in a second.
Don't say warriors.
Oh,
you better believe I'm saying warriors.
If Draymond Green happens to listen to the.
the best gambling show ever on his off days, which maybe he does. He's a colleague. You don't know.
We don't know. He's supportive. He needs to know that I am all over nine to one. And live,
nine to one. The Warriors haven't played with their big three, with their starting five.
All but what, 12, 15 games all season. And it hasn't been Clay. It's been Curry who's been banged up.
But Clay's been playing out of his mind. Pool stepped up. You still have Wiggins. You bring back GP the second.
What are we not missing here?
They're the second most prolific offense in the league behind the Kings in points for game.
And they're 9 to 1.
You just mentioned a good point about Phoenix.
It's their West to lose.
There's pressure on Denver.
The Clippers out, they don't have continuity.
It's take turns.
Can Russell really be the point guard at the 11th hour for them?
Maybe.
I don't know how we don't.
I don't know how we don't nibble on 9-0-1.
Anything that's going to go down.
It's not standing.
I'm not nibbling.
I'm not nibbling.
What?
What do you not see in the Warriors outside?
I mean, look, they're different this year.
They're horrible on the road and they don't play defense.
But that's regular season.
You just said it.
You just said it.
You don't give me to talk.
That's regular season boredom.
In my opinion, it is very hard in your early 30s.
You won four times to check in and play all out 48 minute D on a Tuesday in January.
The other teams are figuring it out.
This league, there's five teams to play defense.
Not nibbling.
Quit nibbling on the Warriors.
Look, you, we hated my Packers pick at eight and a half the one to make the playoffs.
It went all the way down the 11th hour.
I'm looking for value.
I, but it went down to the last.
Q Q the cricket noises really quick.
This is, this is just for people listening.
You can bet for entertainment.
You could bet to win money.
This is its family fund center too for one.
special. You get to have fun and you get to make money. If you take the Warriors with me.
I'm just saying. So you're going, I would like this to be like, you know, let's look at this
in two months. You're on the clippers and the nuggets. I'll go son's warriors is my Western
conference. Gross for that. Why wouldn't you throw my nuggets in there? I don't. Yeah, why you get rid of
bones? Why you got to do them like that? You want to know, you want to know something? I'm going to give you a
I'm going to give you a little, I'm going to give you a little something that I've been,
that I've been hearing, okay?
Upon research and just kind of hearing things throughout the city of Denver, all right?
I think it was, I think it was an attitude issue.
Oh, wow.
I think, I think there was a disconnect between Mike Malone and Bones.
I think there was maybe a smidge of entitlement because Bones knows he's good.
The world knows he's good.
but it's it's there's more to that in the game of basketball right there's way more than that it's
like yes you you can hit a step curry three here and there and and he's an incredible facilitator his
his ball handling skills and his passing abilities are are great but when he would play and when
you would see him on the floor there was a shift there was a shift it it I don't know how to word this it
felt like there was it felt like a it would affect when he would be out there the chemistry
didn't seem as tight and and again I don't know the locker room I don't know these guys
personally so I'm not going to speak out of pocket there and say that a bunch of different things
were happening but I do think there was a disconnect between Malone and Bones it was very obvious
when Bones would be sitting the bench after splashing three threes in a row that that doesn't make
sense. So there was something there, and I don't think you can win a championship when there's
something like that with one of your best players and your head coach. If there's any type of disconnect,
that's a problem. So I think, I think Bones is definitely happier where he is. So I am happy
for him. And I think the nuggets. I made a big deal on Twitter and said, I love this Reggie Jackson
move. And everyone's like, it's a big pickup. What does you know? I love it. I love it. Let me tell you
Why? Because Reggie Jackson is one of those guys that he may not be putting up the numbers to the point where he's having his own PRs and he's hitting triple doubles and whatever.
But he, I don't know. There's something about his game that I like and I think he's good for the nuggets, especially as we start resting people or getting ready for the playoffs or if there's any injury or whatever.
I think he's going to be really good for them. I really do. I think that the nuggets have a really great thing going right now.
and I think that he is, I don't know,
something about the Reggie Jackson move just feels right.
And people were screaming at me on Twitter when I said that,
but I don't really care.
I like it.
I think it's a good move.
I hope the nuggets prove everybody wrong
and prove live mood's right.
Hey, best team all season, regular season,
you would hope counts for something in today's NBA,
but we shall see.
It's going to be a true test.
Let's get out of here real quick with the Lakers making the playoffs,
plus 172, Liv, 25th, easiest.
So top five, easiest strength of schedule to round out this last third.
Does LeBron James have one more run in him?
Plus 172 with DeLo.
Yeah, I do.
I think that they do.
I actually do think this is a year where the Lakers make the playoffs.
I like the DeAngelo Russell at a lot.
I really, really like him.
I think my main concern is Anthony Davis staying healthy.
I mean, goodness gracious, that seems to be such a problem over there because he is a game
changer.
I mean, he is so important to what that Lakers team has to offer.
So him and LeBron are a great combination.
And when they are both healthy and playing at their best, they're pretty unstoppable in my opinion.
So you throw a shooter like DeAngelo Russell in there.
And I think you've got a really a really stacked team here.
I think health is just the main concern.
But I do like them, especially having an easy schedule.
I do like them to make the playoff.
So I would take that.
Yeah, I think it's good value.
And again, got a lot of cupcakes spread out of the gate and they have to win.
Look, if they stay healthy, I think Vanderbilt was a big defensive acquisition, Mahachamura, too.
They've done a decent job midseason, believe it or not.
It's just getting swept under the rug because Terran and Kyrie came to the west.
So all things considered, I think that's,
That's good value plus 172.
I don't think it'll be there in a couple weeks.
I do think I do think LeBron wants to wants to give it a one more go.
Agreed.
All right.
Good stuff.
So Aaron Rogers stays a Packer plus 750.
Gosh, if that was on Fandu, I take it all day.
All day.
Your boy, Yokin's doing it again probably.
And then we'll have some fun with his NBA, NBA playoff talk.
I just just sleep on the Warriors live.
9 to 1 isn't going anywhere this week.
I'll sleep peacefully on the Warriors.
Catching all the diseases.
Oh, man, you got me.
I'm a Nuggets girl.
So, Draymond, if you're tuning in, don't take it personal.
Big fan, but got to go with the Nuggets.
I love it.
