Hey guys, it's us.
The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe.
I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick.
And guess what?
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it.
But, you know, tired and sick.
Tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you.
you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it.
What's up, fam? It's Isaiah Thomas. And I'm CJ Toledano. It's our favorite time of the year on
our podcast point game, the playoffs. We're digging into the biggest surprises of the season.
And I'm looking back on some of my greatest playoff moments. If we didn't talk ever again,
I was harmed. You just understood. That's how personal it got. Wow. Then after that game seven,
Mark keep coming to. He's like, you know, I love you, dog. You know, it's all love. This was just
playoffs. This was just basketball. So listen to Point Game on the I Heart
radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Hey, I'm Deanna Maria Riva, and on my new podcast, How Hard Can It Be?
I call on my Gen X squad from Ohio to Hollywood as we navigate Midlife's most fantastic BS.
Unfiltered conversations from night sweats to fupas to scheduling sex.
Wait, what sex?
Is it just me or does every woman my age want to look at Pinterest instead of having sex sometimes?
They say we can't polish a turd, but we're sure going to try.
So let's get blunt with laughs, tears, or tears of laughter.

Will Ferrell's Big Money Players and IHeart Podcasts presents soccer moms.
So I'm Leanne.
Yeah.
This is my best friend, Janet.
Hey.
And we have been joined at the hips since high school.
Absolutely.
A redacted amount of years later, we're still joined at the hip.
Just a little bit bigger hips.
This is a podcast.
We're recording it as we tailgate our youth soccer games in the back of my Honda Odyssey.
with all the snacks and drinks.
Why did you get hard seltzer instead of beer?
Oh, they hit a bogo.
Well, then you got them.
Listen to soccer moms on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
The Volume.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to a brand new episode of Three Rounds with Daniel Cormier and my guy, Dean Thomas Dino.
What's up, baby?
Man, what's happening?
Good to see you.
Always a pleasure to chop it up with you.
Yeah, it was a grind.
It's been a grind, bro.
Like, I've been in training camp.
Hey, last time we fought, it was like, I got you out of there.
And the first round on that, Hamzah, I'm ready for you now, baby.
I don't went to war with demons.
I'm ready today.
And he won.
And he won.
So, yeah, for the proof of my point.
All right, Dino, let's go, boys, ready for the fight.
I'm going to show you.
Round one, Dean Thomas.
So Islamakachev is now fighting Jack Della Madelena in Madison Square Guard.
We know that as a date, but the words are starting to come out from the Jack Della side.
Do you agree with Jack Della Madalena when he says Islamakachev is an easier fight because his stand-up isn't as good as Belal Muhammad?
I don't necessarily agree with him on this, but I understand what he's trying to say.
I think because Islama-Hachev's striking style is a little more predictable.
He's a little bit more fundamentally sound than Balao.
So Balao's a little bit more while.
It makes him a little bit more unpredictable.
So I think the fact that Islam is a little more predictable,
it might be a little easier to see punches coming from him
and to defend punches.
Well, it's just something that he's experienced before.
But Jack Della even said he thought that Volk beat him in Perth,
Western Australia in the first fight.
I don't agree.
But I got to tell you this.
Jack Della Madalena is doing what he needs to do
to not only give himself confidence,
but really try to poke away at the confidence of Machachev.
Makachev feels like he's the best fight in the world,
and he was proving that as in the more pound-p-pon.
But Jack Della is doing what he feels he needs to
to kind of try to get into the mind,
because Dean, you and I both know,
it's not just about the fight.
There is so much that goes into not only preparation
and getting ready for,
fight but also poking and prod in that guys I remember multiple times in fights where every time
I came into contact with the person I tried to chip away at the confidence and in the sureness that
they add and I kind of feel like Jack Della believes that Dean I can't imagine watching Islam you feel
like his striking isn't up to par with the law well here's the thing you're right about this you
have to pick away at those guys because for so long
The Dagestani wrestlers have been so far ahead of everybody else.
They've been running through everybody else.
So that aura around them has had guys losing before the fight started.
But as we see, the gap is closing.
Marab and Omar, Paul Hughes and Usman or Magamatta,
that was as close to a fight as you can get.
So the aura around them is closing.
So the more that Jack pokes away at him and lets them know,
listen, I'm not afraid of you.
I'm not afraid of the Dagestani style wrestling.
I think that gives him a lot of advantages.
So if nothing else, this is just letting them know.
We're not afraid and we're going to come at your head.
That's the thing, though, right?
I believe that Jack Della is going to have to deal with the wrestling of Islam, of course,
the striking of Islam, of course.
But ultimately, his fight is going to come down to exactly what happened in the Balaw fight.
If he can defend takedowns and make Makachev fight him over the course of a long fight,
standing, Dean, that's where his chances are elevated.
Because as long as he's getting grappled down, it's going to be hard for him because there's no one like Islam on top.
That's why he's finishing everybody.
I don't know.
He's like a crazy stat.
Markich has finished like the last seven, eight guys.
He's fought.
So he's not like just winning fights.
He's finishing fights.
And for Jack Della to stop that, he's got ultimately stopping his number one skill.
And that's the wrestling.
And after watching the Belaw Muhammad fight, he seems more.
more prepared to do that today than he might have been in the past.
And I think the answer lies in Craig Jones.
Craig Jones has done an amazing job with those guys,
especially with Volk, what he did with Volk.
And then also, too, with what we saw, the improvements from Jack Della that we saw
from the Gilbert Burns fight to the Belaw fight.
And I think that's attributed to Craig Jones.
Now, given Craig Jones has more time to help Jack Della this time.
Yeah.
Well, he spent three months this time opposed to like weeks.
Yeah.
And I think that doing like little jiu-jitsu tricks and just different things that
Craig can come up with, I think that's going to be the answer for him.
Yeah, yeah.
And Markachev has finished seven of eight.
Only one that he did not finish recently is Volcanovsky in that very first fight
whenever they went and he won a unanimous decision.
I think there's a lot to this fight.
And I think that it's one of the best fights that we can make in the UFC.
And I'm happy that we're finally at a point, Dino, when we're making it.
Look, before we in round one, a few weeks ago, I was on a, I was on a show.
I was called the fight.
And it said, mute DC's Mike and Jack Delamadel, Adela,
actually was the one to retweeted.
Did you see that?
I saw that.
I was like, yo man, what's up with this cat?
So I just texted Far Jack.
I go, Jack.
Wrong, bruh.
What's up?
Why, Jack?
Why?
And Jack Della wrote back the champ.
The champ just wrote back, my bad DC.
It was a bad take.
Listen, so I had talked to the boy Jack Della Madalena
for responding to me when I said that.
But I say, yo, Jack, what's up, baby?
I've always been respectful.
You go, my bad DC, bad take.
Yeah, man.
I don't like that, DC.
You know how I feel about these dudes
disrespecting the chance.
Round two.
Dean, Luke Rocco got knocked out last weekend, man.
It was not good.
There until misfits boxing,
a lot of heat on it,
a lot of arguing,
a lot of bravado,
a lot of chest poking out.
And then when the fight started,
Luke gets dropped in the first round.
Fight keeps going.
but then later he got dropped and finished bad dean did you watch that i know you saw the clip
but did you watch the fight i didn't watch the whole fight man i saw the two clips i couldn't bring
myself to even watching the whole fight just because i felt so bad for luke rock hold the biggest
issue here dc is we have to do a better job of not allowing these guys to get put in this position
i don't know what it is man we you know we complain about fighter pay we complain about all this other
stuff, judges, reps. When are we going to say, you know, enough is enough, man. These guys are
retired. They should not be in this position to be getting knocked out by these killers.
You know what's crazy. It's like I was watching Darren Till and there until has always been a
tremendous boxer. Like that's one of the things that he can do. But I have now watched Luke,
who's one of my great friends and a guy that had a great career, get beat in bare knuckle boxing by
Mike Perry, broke his jaw in his teeth.
and get knocked out badly against Darren Till.
And for me, what makes me sad is watching guys that have had those careers
go and fight these fights that are really meaning, they mean nothing.
And I guess it's for money, but it sucks when you see a guy that was a champion,
all of a sudden almost say to hell with the legacy, I'm just going to go get paid.
because it felt like Luke did a good job of helping to build the fight with the bad blood and everything.
Right.
But when you get past the surface, one of Luke's biggest issues has been,
and I can say this as a friend and someone who loves him,
is when Michael Bisman was able to hit him, people realized,
oh, my God, if I can hit him, I can put him out.
So then they just started going balls to the wall and trying to hit him,
and then they would put him out.
But now he's boxing where you're definitely going to get hit.
And that to me is the problem.
Who signed off on this?
That to me, he's got, he, but, well, here's the thing about Luke, right?
He's ultra confident.
So if you're his management team, he will convince you that he's ready.
And he looks good physically.
And these companies want to build off the name being.
They want to build off what he did in his career and use him as a springboard.
Because now, could you imagine what's in line for Darren Till?
One thing, Derrick Till should fight Jake Paul.
That's what Jay Paul should fight.
But Jake Paul won't fight him, though.
Because after seeing what he saw, he knows how dangerous that fight is.
A hundred percent.
That's the next fight for Jake Paul.
This Jervante Davis thing, ah, who, I mean, who gives a damn about this?
He needs to be fighting Darren Till right now.
I'm telling you, though, what they're doing to these retired MMA guys is exploitative and absolutely wrong.
Taking advantage of their names and the legacy and what they've created inside the Octagon.
Now they're using these guys as springboards for their own organization.
and it is 100% wrong.
Dino, who, who, but who, like, ultimately, like, who does the majority of it fall on?
How do you tell a Luke Rockhold, hey, you're not good enough anymore?
Like, who, whose responsibility is it to tell a Luke Rockhold, hey, you're not good enough anymore?
You should not be fighting.
I don't know.
That's the problem is I don't have the answer to that.
Like, the UFC did it because they cut him.
Like, what other-
Big one of-Bool-R-Duch.
Chuck Liddell, right?
They would not let Chuck fight anymore.
Exactly.
I mean, but that's the thing.
Like what other professional organization will they allow a guy to participate if you can't do the job?
It may fall on the commissions.
It may fall on commissions for signing off on these things.
Yeah, something got something's got a change in that regard because, bro, I hated it, bro.
And he got knocked out so bad.
And then you could tell when it don't matter much because right afterwards,
they're in a picture together at a bar.
After all that, right?
Just to get paid.
It's sad.
You could just tell that it don't.
matter like it just doesn't matter to him that uh he got knocked out and that sucks oh
dc help me help me understand this man why are they letting these guys do this i don't know help me
understand this and they take i just afterwards i honestly just don't know what we are supposed to
do because i don't know if i could tell luke hey man you shouldn't be fighting this fight i mean we're
friends and we spent a lot of time together but i don't know if i say it if he sees me
as his brother seeing someone that cares about him or maybe I'm hating but at the end of the day
right now man to uh it's not good not good but after the fight there until he said man it was
very easy and that sucks that really sucks i'm experienced round three hey dean thomas the middle
way division is heating up but as we were about to start this i had a mind a little mind fart and I go
who's the champion and I said oh
Hamzot and what was your response? Oh, you're so petty. I said if he fought more, you'd know.
You're so petty. I know, man. I'm sorry, man. I'm just playing. You are so petty, boy.
What we're talking about a dude that don't like to lose, boy? That's Dean Thomas.
Hansa will beat me up when he see me. I notice all that. No, Hamzok will get you taking out.
He picked me up. He was so strong. I was like, yo, this dude is strong. And then Drake is went in there.
Drake is went in there just not defending takedowns. Man, it was the craziest situation. I don't understand.
But I digress.
Okay.
So Hamzatimov's the champ.
But we have two big fights, man.
This weekend, Nassadina Mavov takes on Cal bollio.
And then later down the line, Fluffy Hernandez takes on Rainier, the Ritter.
Dean, are you going to France?
I'm going to France.
I'm leaving in a couple of hours.
So you're heading to France to go watch.
But are you watching, Dean?
Can you comfortably say, this is the number of things?
number one contenders fight? I can't say comfortably that this is for as strong as this is.
And it would have been the number one contenders fight had Fluffy not looked as good as he did in
that last. Exactly. But this could be the number one contenders fight. This is a, it's a rat race
right now in the middleweight division. The middleweight division has never been this strong in the
history of the middleweight division. Yeah, but how do you, how do you separate yourself?
Because the reality is everybody's looking good. But how do you?
looked amazing in his last fight.
Nasredina Mabov knocks out Izzy.
Bro, in so many, in so many worlds,
Amabov knocking out Izzy Adesania as he did,
that would have been enough.
It was over.
He would have fought for the belt based on just that accomplishment,
based on just beating a guy like Edassan.
But now he has to go to fight Bahia.
And then Reneer de Ritter,
beat another champion in Robin Whitaker.
But instead, he draws Fluffy Hernandez.
It's like, I don't know how to determine,
or separate these guys, D, because it seems like every single guy has a valid case.
They all do have a valid case, but that's when you got to have a holy shit moment,
because a holy shit moment will push you over the edge and force Dana's hand to give you that title shot.
The problem with Kyle Bahaio this weekend is Imavov is a difficult guy to do that against.
He's so patient, he's so conservative that Bahaio is going to have a very difficult time looking good again.
And that's going to be his biggest issue.
Because even though with a win, he might deserve a shot,
Bahayo's going to have a hard time forcing the public to see that
because his performance might not be that stellar.
And the problem is the Ritter and Fluffy Hernandez have like car crashes.
Yes.
When a deep fight, it's going to look a certain way.
If I'm fluffy, man, I'm happy.
And Dean, it's second.
A lot of times you want to be second.
Yep. Because then you know what you got to do already.
Absolutely.
Going second because you know what you and for Fluffy because Fluffy has this style, man,
that's so Bar and Burner that people love to watch.
If he goes out there and puts on that pace against Derritter and can finish Derritter
or just just maw him like that.
Oh my God.
It's going to look really good, man.
He's going to get a title shot.
If he drowns Rainier Derritter in the way that he did, Dolizze is over.
There's no way you could say that he doesn't deserve it.
title shot, but also a big moment because I truly believe that these guys are as
evenly matched as any four middle weights that we have trying to fight a champion who is
just to send it to the title, but a guy that looks like he can be dominant for a long time.
But when you look at the lines, Dean, while we feel it's a very close fight, the odds makers
don't really believe it to be. I mean, Fluffy is minus 230 versus the Ritter.
Bojahal is minus 140 against Imavov.
who's only plus 105.
But the odds makers don't think it's as close as you and I do.
They feel strongly that Baha'io is going to win,
but they feel even more strongly that Fluffy gets through Reneer Derritter.
Bro, Reneer DeRitter can't get no respect.
And he should be getting some respect because he's dangerous, man,
and he has a skill set to compete with anybody.
Just because of his grappling, he can always rely on his grappling.
And he doesn't have to be on top to be effective.
So a guy like that, man, who's skilled everywhere,
he needs to get a little bit more respect from everybody.
But I mean, what happens to drink is Duplice now?
Because he lost that belt.
He falls right back into a shark's tank of guys that are just waiting, hungry, and willing to try to become world champion.
It's dangerous waters at middle weight right now.
And you really can't slip up.
Hey, it's us, the Jonas brothers.
And guess what?
We have some big news.
What's the news, huge news?
We created our own podcast.
called Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
Pretty, yeah, pretty wide range of podcasts throughout there.
But this one's extra special.
So how did we actually come up with a name, Hey Jonas, guys?
I honestly don't remember.
I think it was on a call about what we should call it.
Well, we were thinking I'm originally calling it one of the early names of our band.
Before Jonas Brothers.
This is how you guys remember.
Remember it going down?
Yes.
I have a very different memory of this.
We were talking about a thing, a bit for the podcast,
where people could call in and say,
Hey, Jonas.
And then I wrote down on my little notepad,
Hey Jonas, and offered it up as a potential title for the podcast.
But thanks for remembering that, guys.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your podcast.
Just listen.
We don't care where you hear it.
What's up, fam?
It's Isaiah Thomas.
And I'm C.J. Toledano,
and our podcast Point Game is about defying the odds.
Like LeBron heading in time.
the playoffs without Luca and Austin Reed.
And finding ways to win no matter what.
He's the smartest player to ever play the game.
His IQ is at a level that we've never seen before.
And he knows.
Without Luca and Austin Reeves, I got to manipulate the game.
We get a player's perspective on the challenges of the playoffs.
I think Joker's going to be exhausted this series
because when they don't have Rudy in the lineup,
he has to really guard guys like Nas Reid.
He has to guard Julius Randall.
And then he has to give us everything he gives us on the night
the night bases on offense.
And when IT's friends stopped by, like Quentin Richardson,
we dive into some playoff history too.
Steve Nash would get that thing.
That man, hell get the flying.
He running up the court, licking his fingers,
why he got the ball.
Like, you go through a training camp with that Isaiah,
you figure it out real quick.
Get your ass up and down the court,
and you're going to get the ball.
So listen to Point Game on the IHeart Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
This week on Crimless,
we're joined by our first ever guest.
Sorry, our first ever human guest.
I don't think I could be in the same room with Shamrock the parrot.
I'd be too nervous.
That's right.
The very funny Will Ferrell joins Rory Scoble and me, Josh Dean,
for an episode dedicated to the many crimes committed by people also named Will Ferrell.
They called to his fellow officer for the nippers.
What are the nippers?
Very good question.
No, I was thinking, would that be a good?
name for like a salad dressing. Simple assault. And it's a play on word, salt. Maybe not.
I say we invest and we see. There's only one way to know. This did not amuse the cops.
By the way, normally the cops are amused, but this did not abuse the cops.
Will even comes clean about some of his own crimes. I didn't get caught. You know why?
If you don't want to be suspected of anything, you whistle as you walk.
Listen to crime lists on the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcast.
or wherever you get your podcast.
Agency, the ability to know that we're the experts in our own body.
On the podcast cultivating her space, Dr. Dom and Terry Lomax create a space
where black women can show up fully and be heard.
I wholeheartedly think, you know, you hit 30.
You shouldn't have to share one with anybody.
Mm-hmm.
From navigating friendships and healing to setting boundaries and prioritizing your mental health.
These are real honest conversations.
We don't always get to have out loud.
Totally unreasonable with different parts of life, right?
Like, oh, have all three meals and make sure you're mindful during all of them?
Absolutely not.
During one meal, I'm standing.
I'm standing and handing my children food.
Because healing, empowerment, and resilience aren't just ideas.
They're practices.
And this Mental Health Awareness Month, there's no better time to pour back into yourself.
Listen to cultivating her space on the IHeart Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
All right, Dino, time for my final thought.
Guys, Dean's right.
Dean is right.
Dean's right that he probably should have had a conversation with Tyrone Woodley.
And Dean's right that by saying that I should have a conversation with my friend Luke
Rockhold or anybody that's watching their friends take these fights that aren't beneficial
to them outside of financial.
When you are a champion or a person
that award a UFC title,
there is so many ways for you to make money.
There are ways to do it
without stepping inside of a boxing ring,
without stepping inside of a,
I mean, a bare-knuckle boxing fight.
So crazy.
Frankie Edgar is about to do it.
Frankie Edgar is about to fight in bare-knuckle boxing.
I like Frankie.
I don't know that that's the greatest idea.
So hopefully someone's,
close to them goes, Frank, I don't know if this is the fight or this is the move.
Because ultimately, we are watching great champions from a long time past and from a long
history of great champions go out there and fight in a way that's not great for them.
And I don't love the visual.
Hey, they say all great champions go out on their back, but they don't need to go out like that.
What I saw with Luke last weekend was terrible.
I hope that he doesn't go out there and fight anymore.
Do some grappling.
He's a tremendous grappling.
You can get paid doing that.
Find alternatives, guys.
You don't have to fight forever.
We have our time, and then the time passes.
They always say, Father Time is undefeated.
That's never being proved more true than what we are seeing lately.
With Anderson Silva losing to Jake Paul and Luke Rockhold and Darren Till,
and Tyrone Woodley and Jake Paul, and so many others,
the list goes on and on.
So if you're a friend of a guy that was a great fighter
that's thinking about doing something you don't agree with,
don't hold your tongue say it because dean and i did when we both regret that we didn't speak up
sooner guys dean thanks again bro for joining i appreciate you every week we do three rounds
you're the man boy hey man much harder today you really you can't you really did come out
fighting today you you weren't trying to get will this dude i ain't trying to go by this dude man
forget that you know man dean until next time guys like subscribe tell your friends to tell
friends, D.C.'s got a YouTube.
Yo, do it again, my fault. Do that last one. No, no, no, no.
I'm doing things like three rounds. And Luis,
stay off the damn camera, bro.
Wait your turn. Until next time. Peace.
That's Luis, guys. That's the guy I'm always screaming at.
Hey, guys, it's us. The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe. I'm Kevin.
