This is an I-Heart podcast.
Guaranteed Human.

Unhumor me with Robert Smygel and friends.
Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman

help an a cappella band with their between songs banter.
Where does your group perform?
We do some retirement homes.

Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged. It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque. Others say it's unleashing human potential. Either way, the podcast's
superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds. I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.

We get to sit down, get to check in.
I've been watching you kind of
operate man how's life
oh life is beautiful
very good
I'm
I'm enjoying it
enjoying the process
yes
well thanks for checking it with me
as you get ready for your title flight
having me here in your
in your podcast
or your YouTube right
yeah yeah for sure
hey why why were you guys dancing
you and Sean O'Malley
you friends
I don't understand this like
you friends you and Sean O'Me
Are you good friends?
No, no, we're not good friends.
But I like joking, I like having fun.
Umar didn't like this.
Umar said,
you guys should not be dancing.
He said,
he's a shame that Shona Mal is the champion
in your weight class.
So, yeah, I saw,
I saw that he said that with you,
but,
hey man,
that's not always
best guy wins,
and that's why, you know,
we,
we fight and otherwise,
you know, it's not always the tallest guy
or the strongest guy or like these guys win.
So Shono Mal is champion now.
And then we know, like, little things can change everything.
So that's why I have to show up ready and do my job.
You know, watching you, you might be the most interesting guy
I've seen on social media.
First off, last year, I think I might have seen you riding a horse.
That was crazy.
You're riding a horse or something like that.
Then I saw you at a Jiu-Jitsu event and a fan was heckling you and you grabbed him by the top of his head.
Dude, what, I mean, are you just, I mean, what happened there?
Like, I saw Armant Saurukin got a guy on the way to the Octagon.
You had picked him up by his hair.
What made you do that?
What was the guy saying that made you go get him?
Yeah, I was watching Jiu-Jitsu in my chest and only one guy from the guy.
the crowd, he was yelling at me and he was disrespect me.
He's calling me, like, Sean is your daddy.
Oh, God.
And I make eye contact to him.
I'm like, look at him and he's not shut up.
And I tell him, like, I call him, shut up.
And he was keep going.
I said, again, shut up, bitch, you know.
And he wasn't stopping.
And he was actually keep going more loud because he, now he saw me.
He see that you're interacting with him.
You're talking to him.
But I give him signal.
But this is not a game.
Of course.
You know, we are fighters.
We are maybe nice.
You are a nicest guy.
But if somebody mess with you, I know you're going to answer and ask a responsibility, right?
Same.
Same.
We are top people and somebody from nobody, like, they disrespect you.
They have to take a responsibility, you know, because we are fighters.
So me and Shono Malo, we are talking now.
Yes, he make fun of me.
I make fun of him.
But we're gonna fight.
And then maybe after the fight, we shake hands.
Because if we could fight each other.
But who the fuck is the guy?
Because nobody.
You know, like, what he's done?
Like, he's just sitting in a crowd somewhere on top and then trolling on me.
And he's like, he done nothing.
He's not cut weight.
He don't training every day.
He don't have a discipline life.
He doesn't, he hasn't earned that respect.
Exactly.
And I hate that the guys, like, same thing, like internet.
Like, now everybody.
expert, everybody, doctor, everybody, everybody tried to disrespect you, what they done in the life,
you know, like, and like they criticize me. And so that's why I tell him to shut up and he don't
shut up. I said, come here. I come there. And he don't come, of course. Then when I go, then everybody
saw the reaction. It looked like he said, please, please, please. Yeah, yeah, after. He said, please,
after he was, yeah, exactly, yeah, but now I, I, it's over. I make, yeah, yeah. I make, yeah,
Yeah, exactly. I had to go there and I have to bully him.
What did you tell him?
I said like, actually I don't.
It was hilarious.
Yeah, I, oh, I wish I remember what I tell him.
But, yeah, I was just telling.
If he got up or he started to fight me, of course, maybe I throw down or something.
But, yes, anyways.
Yeah, it's kind of, it was kind of crazy to watch.
But you've had a whole bunch of interesting things that have happened in the build.
Yeah.
So from the cut, data white and the cut.
Yo, Ben Ascreen and I do a podcast, and I said it's not that big a deal.
Way too much time to recover from the cut.
And to me, it tells me you were training very hard.
But then you take it out with the, uh.
Bro, what is going on?
Like, Morab, dude.
This ain't Georgia, man.
Yeah.
You know, this, we are busy, busy, and I don't have time to go.
I always take stitches myself, always, always.
Actually, first time I tried to take out with knife
and the knife wasn't cutting because...
Are you witnessing all this shit?
Oh my God!
Yeah, so then I go in,
grab a scissors from kitchen and just cut it off.
So are you doing all this stuff like knowingly now, just messing around?
Because then it goes, I think he's just messed with me.
Because then we saw you like out where you were drinking,
but I know you're drinking water out of a shot glass
because you're not crazy.
Like, I was like, he's not drinking.
But are you just kind of messing around and I'm trolling?
How do you have that much fun in this bill of Mara?
Listen, I am who I am.
I like to have a positive energy.
And, you know, we are fighters.
We're not, we're not politician, you know.
You want to get his water out, Joe?
What to throw it to me?
I'm good, I'm good.
Okay.
And, you know, so yeah, I don't hide nothing even like the old video when I break my head when I jumped the ice.
Nobody was there.
I have this video and I posted even people, a lot of people will criticize me.
When I posted, my brother was first who called me.
I have all the brother.
He called me, Mara, please, this is, this is crazy.
Don't post this.
A lot of people are saying you were stupid.
I said, I don't care.
You know, this is me.
You're having fun.
So you said
after the fight on Saturday
because Sean's a champ,
he's earned your respect
through the hard work,
the weight cut,
the management,
all that.
You guys may shake hands.
But it didn't start that way.
You go into the outthaghan after he beats Chito.
Was it Chito he beat?
He beats him out in Boston.
Didn't he say Hudo?
Was it you, Aljo?
Who did he fight in Boston?
It was before you, right?
Before.
No, he was a fight before.
He was sitting in the crowd.
Aljo.
Aljo was defending his belt.
He goes out to
to start shit.
Albu I just beat Henry in Newark, right?
Like Brackreston come to you?
Yes, yes.
He comes in, you take the jacket.
It happened only two times what I see.
It's never happened before, yeah.
What made you do that?
Okay, so.
Because you guys are extremely close.
He was trying to take his moment.
Aljo is my good friend.
I'm his cornerman.
And it's Aljo's moment.
He just defend his belt.
He's enjoying his time,
talking Jaro.
and and we all met Sarah Rae Longo, me, Alaa Quinta, we are stepping away and just waiting
to, you know, celebrate this victory, right?
But it's Aljo's moment.
And then from now where Sean Omali comes, you know, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's
coming like trying to bully Aljo, you know?
And then Alja just done his job, he don't have to fight again, you know, right?
And when Omali get there, I make sure I run.
there and I was trying to be close you know because if Omali I tried something
you know I want to be there you know and and I saw he's taking jacket open
then of course like I grabbed his jacket you know once he take off he just
went take over he wants to just give somebody running I take it and then I want to
make fun of him that's why I wear a jacket and then they was talking I'll join
Omali and I can wait to like when once they break out like security break out
then I run and I celebrate
new jacket. Yeah, that was it. Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but
encouraged. It's the enhanced games. Some call it grotesque, others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes

Gorsha accusing Kelly of sleeping with a merry man.
They holding Kay Michelle back from fighting Drew.
Pinky has financial issues.
I like the bougie style of Housewives show.
I think it looks like to be interesting.

So you go and you fight,
I remember you watching you fight Peoria.
And you took 48 single leg or double leg attempts in five rounds,
which was absurd.
I've never seen anyone take that many shots on anyone.
It seemed almost like you rendered them helpless
because they can't stop you from attacking.
How did you develop that relentless pace and pressure
that allows for you to do that over 25 minutes?
Yeah, all this year is training with Aljo and I have my, I don't know if it's the good old unique style, I don't know, I have different style, you know.
And it's MMA and I mix it up with everything.
I can hit, I can wrestling, I can do jiu-jitsu or I have a good cardio and I mix it up.
And if I need like strategy fight, I can do it.
But sometimes if I mix it up, if I want to mix it up, I will mix it up.
And that's why now I have a 10-5 win streak, and I'm still getting better.
And I'm still working hard.
Going into Anaheim against Henry Sehuto.
Yes.
Do you know that that's the number one contenders fight?
And if you win, you're going to get a title fight.
And then how much do you rely on Aljo, who had fought Henry, who had success in taking him down,
to help build the plan to go and fight a guy who's a little?
Olympic champ, but the way you guys were able to take him down was very surprising, at least to me,
because Aljo took him down and then you were able to take him down, but you almost, I mean,
you picked him up and you kind of threw him down and almost bullied him.
Yeah, like I said before, you know, freestyle wrestling, Henry will beat me, of course,
but it's MMA and that's why we are MMA fighters today.
And like, yeah, I don't know if you know, but wrestling not my background.
My background is judo, ensemble.
But when I start first training in MMA, and Aljo used to take me down, like, control me.
But I get better because MMA is different, you know, like.
So my wrestling wasn't good at the beginning.
But now my wrestling for MMA is very good.
You know what I'm saying?
That's what I want to say.
But Henry's Olympic champion, good wrestler, but in M.MA, I use my wrestling good.
Could you feel him starting to wilt with the pace and the pressure you were putting on him?
Yeah, after first round, I know that I can just do my own style and I can break him and I can just slow down him
because the more rounds after, you know, the later on, I'm getting better and better.
Dude, when you got told you had a title fight, what was the feeling?
Oh, my God, very released.
But I don't got told until two months ago exactly.
I wasn't sure.
Really?
It took that long?
Yes.
Why?
What took so long?
Okay, okay.
How it works is, so I go after, so after I did surgery and I was ready for fight,
go talk to UFC and I said
I'm ready now and I think
Alja should get his rematch
for Omali
or if no rematch I
I'm the next...
Aljo weighs 180 pounds
I saw him fight at 145
his ass is huge
did you see his ass and legs
at 145 he's not
fighting 135
never but he was
I mean
and that time Aljo
wanted to rematch
now it's a different story but
and I said
Aljo did
deserve to rematch, if not Aljo, I'm here, like I'm here next
contender. They said, no. Aljo, he has to go up, 145, and you
have to fight Henry. I'm like, okay, okay. I mean, but I said, okay,
I will fight Henry. Even I know it's top match, another test, another
challenge for me. And I said, if I beat Henry, do I will get
tight and fight? We don't know, we don't know, it's nothing guaranteed.
I'm like, okay, I gotta do something else.
That's why I did like, I don't know, I turned my experience.
Yeah, you know, yeah.
So, yeah, okay, yeah, even after this fight,
I know I'm next contender.
Yeah, I was a backup fighter for Omali, Chito Werra.
And but still, like, nothing guarantee here.
And I wasn't sure, like, nobody gave me contract or anything, like, guarantee.
And I wasn't sure.
That's why after I was making this.
skit videos, I was chasing
on Mali. So I was pushing to
fight at the spear and
everything else.
And like, yeah, I kind
knew, but I still not sure
because, like, it's been a long time I was
waiting for Taita Pai. Like, I'm like,
I wasn't sure because it takes so long and I'm like
I'm like, I, like,
I wasn't anymore like
a...
Questioning. Yeah, I was questioning still
because I thought I was going to
get it before but because I don't get it I'm like maybe it's I don't know I have to
so and then yeah I got I got finally when I got called from USC and they told me
I'm fighting for the bed the main event and that's fear and then everything wow
everything after I was waiting for so long and then everything together just
like this and then one day I was excited because of it's a huge of course and but
after and now I'm just focused
for fight and this is everything cool but I you know I'm a professional
very professional and just I want to fight you know a couple more before I let you
go more rob Henry's Ruhro stated yesterday that he's hearing rumors that Sean O'Malley
is struggling in the gym said that he can't get off of his back said that he's
getting taken down said that those are that's the information you get when both
gyms are in the same time said that multiple training partners of his have been
in the gym with O'Malley
having their way with him in the wrestling,
taking him down, and he's struggling to get up.
Do you put any stock in the dad?
Did you hear that?
Or am I telling you that for the first time?
Actually, I had first time.
I watch when Henry Sehudo Kamar Usman's podcast
about Sean O'Malley a little bit.
Henry was talking something,
but he don't say, like, whatever you say now.
Yeah.
Can he keep you off of him?
Can Sean O'Malley stop you from taking him down?
Of course.
He's like he's been doing.
good man and like I mean if fights goes five rounds of course not of course I will get him
of course I will take him now but of course he has a chance you know he has a knockout
power we all see you know all he takes one punch and it's MMA only takes one mistake
and same same I I knockout people in amateur level before and even pro pro you know I you know
So, and then everything is possible, of course, but I have to be professional, and I'm professional.
I'm like, like I said, not always best fighter wins.
I believe I'm the best fighter today, but, you know, I have to respect as a fighter,
and I have to go there and do my best to make sure not make any mistake because, you know, he can hit hard.
You made a mistake against Marlon and Rice.
and he hurt you very bad.
Many people point to that
as to why you will struggle
with Sean O'Malley.
For me, I go, well,
I kind of look at the opposite.
I know that he could take a ton of damage
and still dominate a fight.
To those people that doubt you
and say, well, this shows me
he could be hurt.
What do you say?
Yeah, I say,
I wish O'Malley
hit me hard, then he will
wake me up.
And then I will beat him easy, you know?
Listen, I need to get a punch
and then come back.
Like Henry, he got me a little bit, rock me, you know,
and then I came back even stronger.
You like Sean O'Malley?
You like Sean O'Malley?
The fighter, the person?
As a fighter, he's a good fighter.
Now I finally give him respect, you know, like before,
but, you know, as a fighter, he's okay.
You know, he's a good fighter.
But as a person, he's gossipy, you know.
Like, he talks and then makes fun.
And then he's cocky and he, I think he looks people on top.
Like he, you know.
Like looks down at people?
Yes, yes, yes.
Why?
So he thinks he's better than other people.
And we, MMA fighters, athletes, like wrestlers, we are humble people, you know.
We just, we are hardworking people and we know nobody's on the period.
can lose, you can win, and this is just, you know, we are humble people.
But he's like, because of his champion, because of his superstar, he thinks he's better
than other people, but he's not.
We all same, and, you know, like I said, everybody has his chance and everybody can knock
you out or everybody can win, you know.
What would it mean for you to become a champion, Georgian champion?
This is a long-time dream and this will be huge for
for me first and for my legacy for my country this is huge all country waiting for this
moment and this is very important for a small country Georgia because we need this
this happy moment and and yeah man I want to feel organic you know it's going to be
crazy did you hear our chills said your name yesterday did you hear our chills
said your name yesterday.
That was so funny.
Yeah, but thank you for pointing.
I got to do.
That was the word pronunciation I've ever seen.
That was so funny when you ask him, when he said again.
Maraup, I'll let you go, man.
You're a pretty guy.
Like, pretty boy, good dress.
But hey, man, your nose is, what happened?
It looks broken.
It broke many times?
No, broke only two times.
And you never fixed it?
You never reset it?
Never, never.
Women must love that.
Oh, I don't.
Hey, but let me tell you what.
I don't know if a woman loves this or I don't know, but
where it's worked out.
When I broke my nose, I would tell my girl she had to kiss it.
I'm like, just kidding.
This kiss it.
It'd make me a little better.
Like, just kidding.
Like, I know it's best up of making it a little better.
Guys, Marab Chiel, the Wallisvili,
fights UFC 306 main event this weekend
against Sugar, Sean O'Malley.
Hey, follow these guys on Instagram.
and everything he does, he is phenomenal, tremendously.
He tries to become a world champion this weekend.
Moro, thanks for checking in with me, man.
I appreciate it.
Thank you, Daniel.
You are the man.
Guys, until next time, like, subscribe.

Much loud. Thank you.
