Guaranteed Human.
Hey guys, it's us.
The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe.
I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick.
And guess what?
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it.
But, you know, tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you.
you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it.
Another podcast from some SNL late night comedy guy, not quite. Unhumor me with Robert Smygel
and friends. Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you
funnier. This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer Streeter Seidel, help an
a cappella band with their between songs banter. Where does your group perform? We do some
retirement homes. Those people are starving for banter. Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel and
friends on the ice.

Winning on Clay is an art.
The rallies are relentless.
And at the French Open, only the toughest survive.
I'd know.
I competed there for decades.
Join me, Renee Stubbs, on the Renee Stubbs tennis podcast for no-nonsense breakdowns of the
biggest matches, the toughest players, and the moments that define Roland Garris.
She can win.
She's an outsider to win the French fame.
And she likes Clay.
Listen, Lina Rubakina is arguably the best player in the world right now.
And I actually can win on any service.

Presented by Capital One, founding partner of IHeart Women's Sports.
Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.

Guys, I'm joined by U-Martin-Megov as he gets ready.
to fight Mario Batista this weekend.
How everything been, man?
You good, champ.
Yes, I'm good.
How's your hand?
Nice.
I can punch, wrestling, everything.
How long was the recovery on your hand?
It was four months I didn't punch anywhere.
Nothing.
I knew some guys who were beginning early, and they broke again.
I didn't risk.
Yeah, look, see?
Look at mine.
In the beginning, I always break my hand.
Let me see, where's your score?
They cut here.
Oh, it was inside, huh?
It was this one.
It was broke this.
It will go down.
They put back and put screw inside.
How many, when did this happen in the fight?
Second round.
Second round.
Yes.
Yeah.
When you think back to that fight, have you re-watched it?
Have you re-watched the fight?
Directly that time, two times.
Since you fought them, you've only watched it twice?
That week after a fight.
That week, two times.
Yes.
I say everything what I want to know.
And maybe if I will fight again, they will give me to a fight with him, then I'm going to do much more, you know.
And right now it's not make sense.
Yeah.
How hard was it losing for the first time?
Like, how was that, how was dealing with loss for the first time in your career?
How is lost?
Horrible.
It's horrible.
Of course.
But, like, how do you process it is the question, right?
Like, when I lost.
just came to a room and everybody come to like somebody die right that I see
there's face I say hey nothing happened I'm gonna come back yeah don't worry
about me I will be stronger and I will come back and smear this guy yeah I'm
gonna take this revenge I'm gonna like do everything you know and it was like
just we came to after this fight to rooms right and life is not paradise right
here something sometimes
going not like who you expect.
Yeah.
And my, my, my party now, come back stronger and fight for the title again.
Yeah.
Did you think you had won that fight?
What do you think?
I thought it was, I thought he won three rounds.
I thought he won three rounds.
I thought you won the first two rounds.
I thought the third round was very close.
And I thought the last two rounds you could tell, he was kind of built it.
Last two rounds, just give.
I give just two rounds.
Yeah.
Did you think you won the third?
And I give just last...
Part of the third.
The end of the third round.
You had the last part of it?
Not, no.
Third round, he don't win.
I don't think he won.
You thought you won the fight?
Yes.
No, we don't talk about like I win and not win.
We talk about how they give, right?
Yeah.
And I'm doing a battle with judges.
They make decision.
One of them, my friend told to me,
There was judges, I said, yes.
What do they say?
He won't.
Okay, he won't.
Don't talk much.
Yeah.
I said, okay, I don't want to talk like, they have to give it to me like that.
I told you how they score.
Yeah.
I think they score in the last two rounds.
Because of last minutes, right?
He takes down, I get up like this.
And he played a lot.
He played a lot.
But if we're talking about skills, fight like that, I don't think.
he beat me. And I don't, I don't lose anything. Of course, with broken, very hard to fight.
Yeah, very hard. And third round was very close. Very close round. That's the wrong. Very close.
And he was with title, right? Yeah. I think if I was with title, maybe judge is going to give it to me, you know?
Yeah. Depends on. And I hope next time I will not broke anything. Yeah. And I will fight, inshallah, much better.
When you got the call that it was going to be Mario Batista
Was that who you, who did you expect to see
When you return back to the octagon?
Like, did you have a specific opponent you might have wanted?
When he beat Pachamix,
directly, like after that fight, we text each other, me and Habib,
And he said this guy can be next
Because he have eight winsick, it's not bad, you know?
And there's nobody else
Everybody was or busy or injured or they have fights.
So when you get him and you start working on Mario Batista, what did you see?
A guy that wrestles well, a lot of pressure, likes to push you against the Octagon.
What did you see when you started to prepare for Mario Batista?
He's a good striker.
I can tell this.
He's a very good striker.
He has good movement.
Not else.
I don't say something like special, you know.
I don't see how, like, he's a good fighter.
I can tell he's not good, but I don't know how he's grappling, his jiu-jitsu, I don't know how his wrestling skills.
He has fight with Ricky Simone.
Yes, Simmon.
Yes, Ricky Simone, too tired in third round, but if with more energy, I think he can beat him.
He was not bad.
He took him down, try to hold him, you know, and I think I'm much better than Ricky Simon.
and it's going to be different game frame.
You obviously, for a long time, everybody's kind of thought you'd be a champion, right?
So now it's about getting through this fight.
When you look at Saturday night, right, you win, say you win against Mario Batista.
Are you expecting the fight for the championship afterwards?
Or are you thinking it doesn't take two fights?
Even if after that fight, even if,
if they will give it him,
give it to me 10 fights.
Doesn't matter, you see.
I have to become champion.
I won this.
And I will work for that,
and it's going to happen,
inshallah.
And the other side,
like, who else?
Okay, you know my division.
I know your division.
Who else?
So I think...
Petriangana already will fight.
I've said this publicly.
I've said this publicly to many people.
The guys they struggle,
everybody struggles with Marab.
Right, he's very, very good.
I think, I don't know, I don't know how,
it's going to be hard for those guys to keep him off of him.
I think you're the guy that can fight him.
I think you and him fighting constantly would always be great fights.
I think Peoria is going to be better than he was the first time they fought.
I think it's, I think it's going to be hard for most guys to fight him
because his cardio and his pace and his pressure is so heavy.
But again, do you think, though, that you would get that next fight?
because now he just got done with Sanhagen, right?
He's kind of fought so much in such a short period of time
that I don't know who they would put in there with him,
if not the winner of this fight, between you and Mario Batista.
I don't know, too, who else? Nobody there.
And if they will take some break and they will take some time for recovery race,
I don't want to wait them too long, you see.
And I want to fight again.
Maybe it's going to be the first two weeks in February or last week in January.
If UFC have some events, I want to fight.
Maybe five-round fight, you know.
I don't want to wait too long.
And we'll see.
We'll see what's going to happen in the Saturday and what UFC want and how they're going to fight.
You know, a lot of things.
But I don't say anybody else.
A lot of times it takes like a special performance
to earn that championship opportunity.
Obviously, Corey Sanhagen got his after getting the finish.
Do you feel like you have to try and get a finish this weekend
to just hammer home the idea that you're the next guy
or do you just need a win?
Not because of something, contender or something.
I have to show best performance because of I want this.
Not because of they're going to give me.
I have to do some risk, go ahead, do something.
and crazy not because of that.
I have to show my best
performance and I will try it.
Yeah. How's training camp Ben Knight?
With all these guys, I watched Usman's fight.
A couple weeks ago, he fought really well.
Hard fight.
But with Usman in camp, Islam in camp, you in camp,
Kabee must be a handful right now.
He must be going crazy with all of y'all in camp, huh?
Of course.
are pressure for him all the time.
No, I'm talking about just training you guys hard.
Yes, yes.
He trained us and, you know, even if he, like, you know, he trained us,
we have to be like, you know, under pressure, but he was too, you know.
He took care, he think about every single rounds, you know.
He teach, he come to cage, do this, do this, like, brother, he under pressure more than us,
more than we.
Coaching is harder than fighting.
Yes, yes, I think like that.
Because three of us have to do sparring, not just three.
There was a lot of guys.
Everybody, he cornered, everybody, he, he think about everyone, you know, nervous.
And it was good camp and a lot of pressure, but we have to do this.
Yeah, we have to do it.
Yeah.
Hey, what about Amru?
Where's Amru at?
Hey, this guy's good.
He live.
He lives.
He's good.
And his fight canceled because of his opponent not cut weight, five kilograms.
He was 10 pounds of, 11 pounds of weight?
Yes, yes.
Even that he was ready to fight.
Amro was ready to fight with him.
And then he came back, he not kite two more, seven kilograms, you know, and then cancel.
Then cancel.
He's opponent, some injured.
He took some injured pain or he can't move like that.
He didn't cut, you know.
He's good.
I think he's future.
He's very good.
And Usman fought well last time too.
You guys are doing great, man.
It's good watching from a distance, watching.
I'm excited to watch you compete this weekend.
I'm excited to see what happens in the future.
Thank you for coming again.
Hey, Umar, listen, I'm playing soccer tonight.
Uh-huh.
You know?
No.
Soccer.
I know soccer, but I don't know where you're playing.
You got any tips for me?
Should I play striker or a defense?
Galkeeper.
No.
It takes a good reflexes and goalkeeper.
I'll be a striker.
I'm like messy.
Okay.
I'm the best.
I want to see.
Where is it going to be happening?
I'm playing at the United States soccer complex here.
It's going to be online.
I'll take some videos and see when I score gold.
You think I'll score?
If you will score, I'm going to put in Instagram stories.
Yeah, then get ready to post the story because I'm definitely scored.
Guys, Umar and Megamara returns to the Octagon this weekend,
taking on Mario Batista.
looking to get another opportunity to fight for UFC Bantamweight Championship.
Umar, thank you again for checking in, man.
You know, man.
I miss you, buddy.
Thank you.
Until next time, peace.
